The Notice was signed by HHS employee Jennifer D. SCOTUS issued an opinion yesterday about a port USA operated in Cuba that Castro confiscated [without compensation] in 1960. Upon reading the opinion more closely, it occurred to me that this might set a precedent for other countries making claims against the USA in our courts regarding various stuff that we have confiscated in their countries.
Upon further consideration, it seems that this might be the reason DJT wants to make deals to end conflicts – he doesn’t just love making deals – if there is consideration given up front, these types of lawsuits will be prevented.

Not only does it get rid of the hassle of changing clocks, it means the people who commute EAST in the morning and WEST in the evening do not have to drive directly into the sun TWICE in the Fall & the Spring.
On top of that it means you get a bit more sunlight after work in the fall/winter. I hated ‘Fall Back’ because I lost an hour of sunlight during the evening and was stuck riding in a lighted arena instead of trail riding during the week in the late fall/early winter.

COMMENTARY FOR JOHN 14:16
Christ comforts his disciples. (1-11) He further comforts his disciples. (12-17) He still further comforts his disciples. (18-31)
12-17 Whatever we ask in Christ’s name, that shall be for our good, and suitable to our state, he shall give it to us. To ask in Christ’s name, is to plead his merit and intercession, and to depend upon that plea. The gift of the Spirit is a fruit of Christ’s mediation, bought by his merit, and received by his intercession. The word used here, signifies an advocate, counsellor, monitor, and comforter. He would abide with the disciples to the end of time; his gifts and graces would encourage their hearts. The expressions used here and elsewhere, plainly denote a person, and the office itself includes all the Divine perfections. The gift of the Holy Ghost is bestowed upon the disciples of Christ, and not on the world. This is the favour God bears to his chosen. As the source of holiness and happiness, the Holy Spirit will abide with every believer for ever.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Her wonderful husband, Abraham, has been recently diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, and she, rightfully, wants to be with him, bringing him back to good health as they currently fight a tough battle together. About 90 seconds to splashdown!
The Starship flipped around as it approached the water for a vertical landing on the water, engines fired, and landed upright in the water.
Held position for what seemed like about 5 seconds, and then slowly tipped over into the ocean, at which point it exploded, which seemed to be planned or expected 👍
Huge risk doing this test just 3 weeks before the SpaceX IPO. If things had gone wrong, it might have delayed the IPO or caused it to be listed on the exchange at a much lower value.
It’s crazy that they would do a test like this right before the IPO 😂
That was an amazing thing to watch! The whole endeavor looks like it went according to plan.
And, yet…..
They lost control of the lower stage after the upper detached, and crashed it into the gulf instead of lightly touching down. Then only 5 of the six engines in the Ship portion worked.
Still managed to successfully land in the Indian Ocean where a buoy could film it.
Beautiful amount of resilience.
It was pretty amazing! During the mission they also launched about 22 Starlink satellites, and showed them from inside the ship, being launched from a stack, one at a time, out through a narrow door. The door looked like it was maybe 6 feet wide by 12″ high, I’m sure those dimensions aren’t right, just trying to give a general description.
The last satellite they launched had lights and cameras on it, looking back at the Starship, so you could see the Starship from the outside, as the satellite drifted away from it, and then see the Starship door sliding shut.

1. President Trump & Don Jr.’s Wedding
President Trump said he’ll “try” to make his son Don Jr.’s wedding this weekend (reportedly in the Bahamas) but called the timing “not good” because of the Iran situation and other responsibilities. There’s also chatter that he may have turned the plane around and headed back to DC. Skipping or seriously deprioritizing a family wedding for national security reasons is unusual either way.
2. Assassination Plot Against Ivanka Trump
Confirmed reporting (NY Post): An Iraqi national and alleged IRGC-trained operative tied to Kata’ib Hezbollah, Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, was recently arrested. He reportedly “pledged” to assassinate Ivanka Trump in revenge for the Soleimani strike and even had a blueprint of her Florida home. He’s also accused of directing nearly 20 terror plots across Europe and North America. Serious escalation.
3. Pentagon Pizza Spike — Doughcon Level 2
The Pentagon Pizza Index (yes, it’s a real OSINT tracker) is elevated. Multiple pizzerias near the building are seeing unusually high late-night orders — currently sitting at Doughcon Level 2. These spikes have historically lined up with major military or crisis activity. Not proof of anything, but one of those quirky tells people watch when tensions rise.
4. Iran Airspace Empty
Flight trackers are showing Iranian airspace largely empty of commercial traffic. Airlines are rerouting amid ongoing regional conflict and recent NOTAMs restricting parts of the airspace (especially western corridors). Here’s the current picture: [jpeg showing air traffic]
Put it all together and it looks like something could be loading for the weekend — very possibly Iran-Strike related.”

Recently captured Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, 32, made a “pledge” to kill Ivanka and even had a blueprint of her Florida home, sources claimed.
The Iraqi national was allegedly targeting President Donald Trump’s family in response to the killing of Iranian military chief Qasem Soleimani in a US drone strike in Baghdad six years ago.
“After Qasem was killed, he [Al-Saadi] went around telling people, ‘we need to kill Ivanka to burn down the house of Trump the way he burned down our house,’” Entifadh Qanbar, a former deputy military attaché in the Iraqi embassy in Washington told The Post.
“We heard that he had a plan of Ivanka’s house in Florida,” Qanbar added. A second source also confirmed Al-Saadi’s plot to kill Ivanka.
Al-Saadi also posted a picture of a map showing the enclave in Florida where Ivanka and husband Jared Kushner have a $24 million home on X, alongside a chilling threat in Arabic which translates to: “I say to the Americans look at this picture and know that neither your palaces nor the Secret Service will protect you. We are currently in the stage of surveillance and analysis. I told you, our revenge is a matter of time.”
Al-Saadi is said to be a high-ranking figure in Iraq-Iran terror circles, arrested in Turkey on May 15 and extradited to the US where he is charged with 18 attacks and attempted attacks throughout Europe and the United States, per the Department of Justice. (read more)

SD: “When Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin uses the term “Nazi” he does so with a perspective that is not the same as western considerations. Ukraine is well known for their ideological blood lust, the events within this story are related to that definition.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ordered the targeting of a college dormitory in Starobilsk, Luhansk, an occupied territory under the control of Russian forces.
This was not a military target. Yana Lantratova, Russia’s human rights commissioner, said that 86 teenagers aged 14 to 18 had been asleep inside the hostel belonging to Luhansk Pedagogical University’s Starobilsk college when Ukrainian drones had attacked it during the night.
Leonid Pasechnik, the top Russian-installed official in Luhansk, said two people had been pulled from the rubble. Maria Lvova-Belova, presidential commissioner for children’s rights, said up to 18 children could still be trapped.
Ukraine’s military denied the Russian accusations and said it had struck an elite drone command unit in the area. It said that Kyiv complied with international humanitarian law.
Putin said in his own statement, which was carried by state TV, that there were no military targets near the dorm.
“There are no military facilities, intelligence service facilities, or related services in the vicinity. Therefore, there is absolutely no basis for claiming that the munitions struck the building as a result of our air defense or electronic warfare systems. The strike was not accidental; it came in three waves, with 16 drones targeting the same location,” Putin told officials. (more)
Again, it does not go unnoticed that Zelenskyy feels the strongest empowerment when U.S. officials are meeting with NATO partners to discuss the conflict. As Secretary of State Marco Rubio meets with NATO allies in Sweden, Zelenskyy takes the opportunity of association to carry out a strike that carries severe retaliatory consequence.
The people who control Zelenskyy use him as a tool to bait Putin, and they do it every time the U.S. has a delegation discussing the regional issues. There is a direct pattern here that repeats itself. Western media pretend not to notice.
Speak to anyone in Eastern Europe about their opinion of Ukrainians’ and/or Volodymyr Zelenskyy and you will get the same response. It is a response disconnected from the opinion of European leaders. Eastern Europeans well understand the nature of the Ukraine mindset.”
