The Constitution attempted to balance the needs of larger populated states with the smaller by having the two legislative bodies with one granting equal authority to the smaller via two senators per state and none to territories. Creation of political parties circumvented it all. The elected officials began serving their alliances, special interests and parties instead of representing the will of the people that elected them in each state.
So the elected officials themselves and the existence of political parties are the targets.
That’s where the war has to be won by whatever methods that gets it done permanently. Achieving honest election results is one of the requirements. Term reduction of Senators with limits is another one. Eliminating or at least severely limiting taking bribes (political contributions), which is what they are, from lobbyists and foreign influencers is another. Need an easier ability to recall elected officials. All elected officials should have secured websites where voters can input their thoughts on upcoming legislative actions – which the elected official votes in accordance. If they vote contrary to their voters’ stated wishes they should be recalled. Every public school needs a return to teaching unwoke Civics classes among other practical subjects relating to economics, careers, etc.
Add in tar and feathers access for We the People and we will have a much improved system.

The DOJ referral from the American Accountability Foundation suggests Trump’s concerns may extend beyond politics into national security and potential corruption.
According to the letter, Microsoft suffered at least five major cyber intrusions between 2019 and 2023 involving Russian intelligence services, Chinese state-sponsored hackers, and Russian cybercriminals. Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

Senator Tim Kaine the true fraudster that he is, walked into Wednesday’s Senate Armed Services Committee hearing with a prepared script: corner Acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao over reports of broken toilets, food shortages, and morale problems on Navy ships — then paint him as a disconnected political hack covering for the administration.

But these problems didn’t start under the current leadership. The U.S. Navy has been battling aging ships, chronic maintenance backlogs, shipyard delays, recruiting crises, and supply chain failures for more than a decade — spanning multiple presidents and Congresses.
It seems a there has been a problem of deferred maintenance, overworked crews, and readiness shortfalls and they are symptoms of deeper rot: not enough dry docks, bureaucratic bloat, and years of prioritizing everything except combat effectiveness.
Hung Cao — a former Navy Captain, combat veteran, and American success story — didn’t flinch.
In other words, he kicked Tim’s ass! Cao laid out the tough realities of reversing years of neglect, underfunding in critical areas, and the distraction of policies that put ideology over warfighting readiness.
As usual for a Democrat, Kaine wasn’t looking for solutions. He was hunting a viral clip. America’s sailors don’t need more grandstanding senators lecturing about cafeteria lines and broken heads.
They need real reform: faster shipyard repairs, honest budgets, ruthless focus on lethality, and leadership that treats readiness like the life-or-death priority it is — not a political prop.
Our Navy is the cornerstone of American power projection. When warships can’t reliably feed their crews or maintain basic sanitation, it’s not just embarrassing — it’s a flashing red warning for national security.
The sailors deserve far better than the Senate show trials. They deserve a fleet that’s ready to deter — and win — wars.
Time to stop the political games and fix the fleet, stop the grandstanding Tim, you look like an immature weakling compared to Cao!

The Trump Administration has been doing its part, but the lower courts remain rabid in their attack on the rule of law.
Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties.
Judge Boasberg’s comments reveal he and his colleagues hold an anti-Trump bias, for the Trump Administration had complied with every court order to date (and since for that matter). The D.C. District Court judges’ “concern” also went counter to the normal presumption courts hold — one that presumes public officials properly discharged their official duties. Apparently, that presumption does not apply to the current president, at least if you are litigating in D.C
Judge Boasberg should be nowhere near the federal bench, let alone assigned a case involving the Trump Administration.

The 18 American passengers who were aboard the MV Hondius were put into involuntary quarantine — on orders from the CDC — the moment they came ashore in the United States 10 days ago.
16 of the passengers are being held at the National Quarantine Unit in OMAHA, NE.
2 of the passengers are being held at the quarantine unit of Emery University Hospital in ATLANTA, GA.
NONE of the 18 passengers has shown any signs of Hantavirus infection symptoms.
However, they are being held during the “potential incubation period”, which can last up to 42 days post-exposure. The “END DATE” of their quarantine — 31 MAY — would reflect this 42-day period, counting their time aboard the ship.

After pocketing $146.6 million to run the Roosevelt Hotel as a migrant shelter for two years, Pakistan’s state-owned property is now stiffing the city for $13.6 million in overdue property taxes and nearly $1 million in unpaid water bills, The Post has learned.
Even worse: A sweetheart deal with the feds to redevelop the Midtown landmark into a supertall skyscraper could let Pakistan dodge all future taxes — potentially costing the city tens of millions per year.
The Roosevelt Hotel housed tens of thousands of migrants in NYC.
The Pakistani-owned hotel at 45 East 45th St. signed a payment agreement with the city’s Department of Finance in September 2023, when it already owed $11.6 million.
But despite getting paid millions by taxpayers to house migrants, Pakistan blew off a $573,361 payment due Jan. 2 and skipped a $3.9 million half-year payment.

The hotel’s annual property tax bill hits $7.7 million this July.
A joint venture between Pakistan and the US government to demolish the Roosevelt and build an office tower could trigger a federal tax exemption, since the State Department typically asks the DOF to grant one when a foreign government buys US property.
“We have not received a letter in this case,” the DOF spokesman said. “However, any charges that accrued prior to government ownership must still be paid.”
