Interesting. You will recall that I have long considered the possibility that relevant agencies were “less than honest” with PDJT(45) about certain highly classified information – ironically, we now know, because of that sketchy communist, Barack Hussein Obama, who poisoned the government against Trump with “The Frame Job”.
Well, it looks like Trump and the White Hats are trying to get access to ALL the information now.
President Donald Trump has directed federal agencies to waive the nondisclosure agreements that former government employees and contractors signed while they were working on investigations involving unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), also known as UFOs.
The directives were given to the Department of War and the intelligence community, Fox News reported, citing unnamed sources.
The order asks that the agencies allow former government employees and contractors who have relevant information about UAPs to come forward to meet with representatives of Trump’s UAP taskforce, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). Any NDAs they signed would be waived under the order.
A senior administration official stressed that the directive is not a “declassification directive” and only allows employees and contractors to come forward through government channels.
The NDAs have proved an impediment to government investigations into UAPs, and the directive is intended to ease this source of reluctance.
“Silos” is right. And these silos have biometric ID elevators between floors, and pat-downs at all the exits.
What this tells me is that “there’s some there there”.

Yes! I think this is all about trying to move things forward, while black hats are pulling out tricks to slow things down. Legal paralysis for sure.

I did not know that this lack of communication was going on within the government. It does look as if information might have been kept from the POTUS himself. I suppose this task force will make recommendations about what, if anything, to reveal to the public.
We have been living our lives concurrently with whatever else might have been going on for all this time, so unless someone thinks there is “life out there” that would take action against us if certain things were revealed, I can’t imagine why such strict secrecy would be needed. National security?
At the root of all [government] power is “I know something you don’t know” or “I’m allowed to do things you can’t do.”
Even if there was no reason to keep something secret at all, the government is still incentivized to keep it secret anyway, because the NDA gives them the power of fear (of prosecution) over all of their employees and contractors.

If it “asks” that the agencies “allow” anything, then it’s not an order, it’s just begging, and the agencies will refuse.
An order is not an ‘ask’, it is an order, which is defined as a directive that has severe and immediate consequences for anyone (and everyone) who does not follow the order.
It’s not rocket science, it’s just regular English language, and nobody understands regular English language better than the administration lawyers who write this stuff, so it’s certainly not an accidental understanding of what the word ‘order’ means, or what the word “ask” means, or how letting the agencies determine whether or not to ‘allow’ something means that it’s not an ‘order’ at all, but a ‘request’, which is a very different thing than an order.
It’s childish, it’s frustrating, and it’s infuriating.
Hopefully it’s just the idiots at Fox who don’t understand the English language, in which case the idiots at Fox mischaracterized the language of the ‘order’.
