I didn’t use to realize it, I used to like her.
She used to seem attractive.
Now she seems ugly. It’s not her appearance that has changed (much), it’s the knowledge of the evil inside her that made the perception change.
My anger at what I know she’s doing, what I know she knows and pretends not to know, and how she plays it all off like the non-biased bubble-headed bleach-blonde turned serious, as she presents herself… I can barely stand to listen to her now, much less look at her.
She is as corrupt as any of them, and better at hiding it than most, because of the mask she wears.
But that mask is aging, just as she is.

Yes, not watching for a month or more, and then seeing it again, is what I imagine it would be like going through detoxification, and then being exposed to the stimulant/depressant/hallucinogenic again.
You don’t notice what it is doing to you when your system is accustomed to it and your tolerance is acclimated to it.
But get away from it for long enough to ‘reset’ your own internal system, and then see it again, it’s like poison.
My Mom has Fox News on 24/7, so I see it when I go to see her, and I can’t take it. It’s like a psychological assault. I can’t ‘tune it out’, so I end up arguing every point they’re making, explaining to my Mom what’s actually going on, and how these liars on Fox News are just as bad as all the other Fake News, they’re just appealing to a different demographic.
The Fox propaganda / narrative / controlled opposition routine is especially “in your face” if you are getting your news (real news) from alternate sources, so you KNOW what’s really going on, so you see clearly just how warped and distorted — purposefully, because no one is in a better position to know what is actually going on than they are — the Fox News ‘narrative’ really is.
I can’t watch it without constantly thinking of Hanoi Hannah or Tokyo Rose. The only difference is that Fox News is more subtle about it, so it’s harder to notice, unless you’ve been away from it for a while.
I don’t watch any of the fake news not even fox,watch local news at 6 am for the weather report and to get a look at local tweakers on the loose then switch over to the western channel.i do watch clips that are posted though. The way I see it is why watch a bunch of liars with high hair who think we’re so stupid as to believe anything they report.besides I have enough bs to deal with on a daily basis why do I need fake news yanking my chain?

Yes, it’s very much on purpose, most women on TV seem to do it. It’s also a learned behavior. They often forget — like forgetting to maintain proper posture — and then remember, and the mouth opens part way, for no (apparent) reason.

It is an opportunity to display her very carefully maintained teeth, to effectively ‘smile’ without smiling, but there is also an ‘attraction’ aspect to it that you mentioned.
It’s like a type of body language cue, similar to crossed arms vs. open arms. Crossed arms is guarded, open arms is accessible.
Closed mouth is guarded, open mouth is ‘come hither’ 🙂
Everything is designed for maximum manipulation, so much so, that it becomes second-nature, it’s just part of the routine, there is no need to consciously think about it after they become accustomed to the required set of behaviors.

I wondered ‘why’ AG Barr did this interview with her, instead of Tucker, Hannity or Laura Ingraham.
Ingraham seems the better choice, since she has the legal background.
Maybe Barr decided to do the interview in more ‘neutral territory’…although Martha is hardly neutral.
But doing the interview with her puts forth a more non-partisan image, than if he had done it with one of the Trump-supporting people.
