And the exercise does not have to be strenuous: for example, Tai Chi sequences, practiced correctly and with using proper breathing techniques, can provide a “slow-motion” cardio workout. Just wearing a pedometer to count steps, or staying active inside the house, can help. The point is to avoid being sedentary. Please consult a health professional before starting, or increasing, an exercise program, especially if one is recovering from an illness, has certain health conditions, and so on.

I was visiting a friend who is a bit older than me, hence a boomer generation person, addicted to “news” (which means comforting pablum, spoon-fed. They grew up on Walter Cronkite).
One morning during my visit, she was watched Fox News, as always, even though I had told her it was all bullshit. This was after 2020, so I knew better.
There was a segment wherein a doctor, talking about Covid, said something that contradicted the Big Pharma narrative (I don’t even remember what). The talking head cut them off asap, and went to a commercial break. When they came back, the doctor, looking very chastened, completely reversed what he had said.
I looked at my friend, and asked “did you see that?” She seemed shocked and admitted she did.

I think Vance is right were both he and Trump want him to be.

Exactly. Which was his point during the presser. If you cut off all contact you cannot influence the people who are initially opposed to your views. Nor can you influence the people who are in regular contact with the people you are attempting to find common ground with.

COMMENTARY FOR PROVERBS 6
Cautions against rash suretiship. (1-5) A rebuke to slothfulness. (6-11) Seven things hateful to God. (12-19) Exhortations to walk according to God’s commandments. (20-35)
1-5 If we live as directed by the word of God, we shall find it profitable even in this present world. We are stewards of our worldly substance, and have to answer to the Lord for our disposal of it; to waste it in rash schemes, or such plans as may entangle us in difficulties and temptations, is wrong. A man ought never to be surety for more than he is able and willing to pay, and can afford to pay, without wronging his family; he ought to look upon every sum he is engaged for, as his own debt. If we must take all this care to get our debts to men forgiven, much more to obtain forgiveness with God. Humble thyself to him, make sure of Christ as thy Friend, to plead for thee; pray earnestly that thy sins may be pardoned, and that thou mayest be kept from going down to the pit.

20-35 The word of God has something to say to us upon all occasions. Let not faithful reproofs ever make us uneasy. When we consider how much this sin abounds, how heinous adultery is in its own nature, of what evil consequence it is, and how certainly it destroys the spiritual life in the soul, we shall not wonder that the cautions against it are so often repeated. Let us notice the subjects of this chapter. Let us remember Him who willingly became our Surety, when we were strangers and enemies. And shall Christians, who have such prospects, motives, and examples, be slothful and careless? Shall we neglect what is pleasing to God, and what he will graciously reward? Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Judge was going to declare mistrial in Lindsay Clancy case. Her lawyer wanted to know if the jury was unanimous on any charge, because a re-trial would be double jeopardy on that charge. Prosecutor objected.
Judge said no to defense request, but gave Clancy’s lawyer one hour to appeal for a stay of the mistrial order.
If the appeals court grants the stay, the trial continues until the issue of whether the jury votes on any charge were unanimous and double jeopardy bars re-trial. The jury stays empaneled, and has to keep deliberations secret.
If the stay is denied, then there is a mistrial and re-trial on all charges in front of a new jury.
Speculation is that he 11-1 vote is for not guilty by reason of insanity, but one juror is holding out for some kind of guilty verdict. God bless the man who is standing up for three little kids.

The government should have no place in recommending any medical treatment, including vaccines, to anyone. There are many reasons for this.
1) The government has no idea of family history, other medications being taken, possible contraindications from illness, disease, or other medications. This alone should preclude pharmacies from offering vaccines, as they do not take medical histories on the people they are administering them to, and have no idea of pre-existing conditions they might have.
2) The government is an impersonal behemoth, with the appearance of benevolence that is deceptive to people. People want and need to trust in institutions, so they are automatically inclined to follow government guidance without asking the appropriate questions. These questions would include information about studies of the vaccine, adverse events, was the vaccine tested against placebo, and were there deaths associated with the vaccine.
3) The government doesn’t take responsibility for the vaccine injuries or deaths caused by vaccines. There are no public trials of government officials when people die of vaccine injury. There is no individual responsibility for bureaucrats who recommend vaccine, therefore their motivations are suspect.
The only “recommendation” the government should make with regards to vaccines is for people to consult their regular physician as to what vaccinations they or their children may need.

I was wrong about Lindsay Clancy. Here’s why I changed my mind.
She was never diagnosed with postpartum depression or psychosis. She was not on 13 medications at once. She was not “hearing voices.” She was not abandoned by her family.
She was diagnosed with a mood disorder – never psychosis – and went to a variety of doctors who all prescribed different medications, which she took unreliably and not simultaneously.
She only heard a voice one time – and that was right before she killed her kids. Extremely atypical for psychosis.
She carefully planned her children’s murders down to the minute. She researched the distance of a restaurant she’d ask Patrick to go to. Added on a last-minute errand before he left. Calmly answered his phone call in the middle of her crime. Brought her children down to the basement one by one, overpowering their resistance and killing them slowly.
It does seem like she had support from her family. She may have still been overwhelmed, but it’s not true that all of her cries for help went unanswered.
I originally placed too much blame on the many SSRIs she was prescribed. For years on my show, I’ve talked to health professionals who have been warning about the violence-inducing effects of these drugs, and I thought Lindsay’s case may be an example of that reality.
Is it still possible these SSRIs had a negative effect? Absolutely. But the case that these drove her into a psychotic episode is weak.
This evidence continues to reveal, in my opinion, that Lindsay Clancy methodically murdered her children and she was fully aware of what she was doing.
