To begin, the Colorado State University facility. This regards a 14,000 square foot “bat research facility” that was added to an already-exiting research lab building at Colorado State University (CSU.) And, Two, if these labs are handling / experimenting with, infectious diseases pathogens, why are the labs only BSL-2 safety level? This particular paper is the result of Dr. Kang’s, et al., research using another “mixture” of influenza viruses — H1N1 (“swine flu”, a subtype of Influenza A), plus H3N2 (a non-human influenza virus in pigs that can infect humans, https://oklahoma.gov/health/health-education/acute-disease-service/disease-information/influenza-a-h3n2-variant-.html), plus H5N1 Avian Influenza. It appears that the paper purports to prove that the intranasal method of “vaccine delivery” is superior to the current intramuscular (injection) method. It is also clear that experiments that were performed were Gain-of-Function work — this time, combining various Influenza A subtypes (“swine flu” that infects humans; “swine flu” that can infect humans; and, Avian Influenza); plus, Influenza B. It is also clear that these experiments were designed to have maximum effect on the CD4 – CD8 cells and the IgG system. By the way, neuraminidase is an important component in the spread of influenza virus in human lungs. Interferon-y (IFN-y) is an element that is important in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses, among other functions.

This paper describes Gain-of-Function experiments not only with various influenza viruses (H3N2 and H7N9 [H7N9 is an Avian Influenza virus that is particularly lethal to humans who get infected with it]); it also describes what can only be Gain-of-Function experiments with “delivery methods” for the TWO different kinds of influenza “vaccines” that use EITHER lipid nanoparticles, OR use PHC (a protein-based nanoparticle.) The LNPs (lipid nanoparticles) used in the “mRNA initial series vaccine” in the experiments in the above paper are: DOTMA (cationic lipid, used in gene therapies, enhances gene transfection); DOPE (enhances intracellular “delivery” of the “vaccine” ingredients); and, DMG-PEG2000 (nanoparticle version of polyethylene glycol; one of the two LNPs in the Moderna modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”, the other being SM-102.)
It appears that this paper describes how a “multi-delivery method” of a 2-injection series of a modRNA influenza “vaccine”, followed by a 1-dose “booster” of an intranasal modRNA influenza “vaccine”, is the “optimal” method for “cross-protection” against infection.

OMG – I had a college friend who was deep in this insanity. I get the impression that research labs are literally out of control, as in no one is overseeing them. There is too much foreign influence as well. I have a challenge for the military commanders who may be “flummoxed” or “unsure” of how to handle those in their ranks who found it necessary to make known their thoughts on the murder of an American citizen or their contempt towards President Trump and his admin.
It’s very simple: recall what you saw during the COVID vax era, remember how the vax decliners were treated, and channel your inner “General/colonel who took great offense to someone declining the vax and resolved to make their lives a living hell until their expeditious separation from the military.”
-Once identified for separation, have weekly meetings as to the status of their separation. To be generous, give them 30 days upon initiation to be complete.
-Treat them like the ACTUAL dangers to others (which they are) that you pretended the vax-decliners were. Ban them from going to events on post or using any of the facilities; don’t want them spreading their dangerous ideology to others.
-You could ask for an exception to policy for uniform standards and have them wear a particular color armband (or something) to communicate to others that interacting with that person puts others at risk.
-Counsel them specifically why what they said and published was against good order and discipline and against the Constitution they swore to defend.
-Tell them they are bad leaders and bad Soldiers and bad Americans (which, they are), and endanger the entire force with their neo-Marxist beliefs and rhetoric.
-With the recent rash of shootings by leftists across the country, you could deem them (as people who say or agree with things very similar to those shooters) as potential danger to others and have them turn in their firearms to the unit arms room if they life on post-housing. Can’t be too careful.
-You could label them an insider threat and pull their security clearance.
The imagination is the limit with what you can do “to protect the force”. You can even skirt legalities, which may seem awkward. But hey, you’ve seen that done before; you’ll be fine.
Do all of this as you do everything in your power to separate them from the military. In doing that, ensure you seek other-than-honorable or bad-conduct discharges. “Heavy handed”, you say? Nonsense; you’ve seen it all before in very recent memory. And no one blinked an eye then.
You should have no problem doing this. I have faith in you. You can do the right thing and remove these dangers to the force.

What’s domicile, you ask.
Domicile is a word that occupies over a full page of six point font in Black’s Law Dictionary 5th Edition. I’m not going to re-type it here because I’m lazy and most of it is details not relevant to my point. But here’s the pertinent part:
The legal domicile of a person is important since it, rather than the actual residence, often controls the jurisdiction of the taxing authorities and determines where a person may exercise the privilege of voting and other legal rights and privileges [“being under the law”]. (bracketed words are added by me)
I urge everyone to make at least a cursory search for articles explaining the legal meaning of this word. And then keep in mind that all [or most] of our laws, whether fed or state, are based in some portion upon this word/concept.
Then you come to the shocking realization that the changes described in this comment are NOT accidents. Rather, they were deliberately done in order to achieve the result we have today – excessive representation in our government by a minority enclave.

One obstacle to passage of the “One Big Beautiful Bill” back in June were the proposed “cuts” to Medicaid. The “cuts” were to return Medicaid eligibility to what it was pre-COVID by requiring single adults to seek employment as a condition to coverage.
GOP House and Senate members objected on the basis that such cuts — along with a change to reimbursement that would not allow state taxes to be part of reimbursement payments for provider costs — would do serious harm to the thin finances of rural hospitals, and would likely lead to shutdown of many of them thereby reducing the level of available health services in rural communities.
To secure the votes needed from red state Senators for whom this was a big issue, a $50 billion rural health care fund was created to offset the expected losses, with somewhat vague provisions for eligibility that were to be worked out later by HHS.
The Democrats called this a giveaway to secure GOP votes for the One Big Beautiful Bill.
Yeah — you can do that when you have a majority.

We just went through four years of BS indictment after BS indictment. A number of my friends were indicted on obviously frivilous charges as the MSNBC legal hyenas cheered them on.
Now Comey is indicted on the most straightforward crime imaginable – lying under oath to Congress – and they are calling it the greatest abuse in the history of the Department of Justice. But they are doing so without even analyzing the crime, which has the simplest elements imaginable: did Comey lie under oath about whether or not he leaked sensitive information to the press?
He said he didn’t. Kash declassified intelligence that says he very much did. Bingo, bango, boom. Comey will have a chance to contest the classified intelligence – but there is OBVIOUSLY a prima facie case here, and there is nothing novel about the charge except for the fact that the defendant is a former FBI director.
And sure, in the first Trump administration, this charge probably wouldn’t have gotten indicted. Trump was being nice in the first term. He had Hillary dead to rights on mishandling classified information, and decided that his DOJ should let it go. But the Biden DOJ, Tish James, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis and the MSNBC legal harpies threw away prudence, and indicted Trump 4 times in four different jurisdictions in a little over four months, after he was already a declared Presidential candidate.
We aren’t idiots. You’ve discarded prudence. And so now we are going to indict the prosecutable crimes against those who participated in the lawfare against President Trump. And we may not convict them all – juries are juries – but bet that we will convict some.

Court filings from a new lawsuit describe a previously unreported lobbying campaign by McNeil Consumer Healthcare to block tougher regulation.
Recently filed court documents show the makers of Tylenol planned to enlist the White House and lawmakers to block the Food and Drug Administration from imposing tough new safety restrictions on acetaminophen, the iconic painkiller’s chief ingredient.
An executive with McNeil Consumer Healthcare—which counts Tylenol as its flagship product—told the board of directors for parent company Johnson & Johnson about a campaign to “influence the FDA” and block recommendations made by an agency advisory panel in 2009.
After Dr. Janet Woodcock, the FDA’s top drug regulator, put off meeting with McNeil executives, the company’s president, Peter Luther, sent out an August 2009 email.
“We’re being too nice and too worried about stepping on FDA’s toes. It may be time to let members of Congress to put some pressure on FDA,” Luther wrote to other top executives. ”We have to make this our top priority and pull out all stops.”
