Likewise, the reforms should include civil and criminal redress for innocent gun owners falsely reported through due process channels.

Our county’s Sheriff’s Office provides deputies that serve all our schools as SROs. It is a wonderful way for children to learn that our law enforcement people are their friends and encourage them on a healthy path.

In the days between 3/17/23 and 4/4/23, Ubuntu techs “fixed” that whole long list of stuff that they couldn’t have been bothered to fix prior to 3/17/23, even though the underlying program has worked fine since about 2007.

Of all the reasons given for the indictment of the President, one is never mentioned let alone discussed, but IMO has been the whole point of the vile enterprise. I have believed this for a long time.

A contempt order is limited in effect to the jurisdiction of the court. IOW, once the gagged person is outside the jurisdiction he/she can safely ignore the order.

If DJT were to be imprisoned, for anyone of his celebrity, it would have to be solitary confinement, to protect from attack by loons in the general population of inmates.
But whether he was in general population or solitary, what reason is there to think that his Secret Service protection would not be with him?
Someone needs to protect him from the prison guards, who enjoy zero credibility in a scenario like this, as proven to everyone by Epstein and his repeated efforts to not kill himself, which ultimately failed, while cameras were mysteriously not working and guards were mysteriously sleeping.

The referenced document is from the C4591001 study that Pfizer-BioNTech did on human subjects between April and August of 2020. This is the study on the development of the company’s COVID-19 “vaccine” BNT162b2 (in use in the U.S. since December, 2020.) The C4591001 study, under various NCT clinical trials numbers, IS STILL ONGOING. However, Pfizer-BioNTech deliberately STOPPED collecting data from C4591001 in August 2020 in order to submit “safety and efficacy” data to the FDA in the fall of 2020, when the company applied to get the initial EUA for BNT162b2. The FDA granted the initial EUA in December, 2020. The FDA has “renewed” the EUA at various intervals ever since.
Of particular interest is Page 12, under Conclusion, of the Pfizer-BioNTech document referenced in The Expose’s article. It appears that the study (C4591001) was designed to investigate how BNT162b2 works in the body.
Of more particular interest is Page 7, under section 3.4 Cryo-EM of P2 S. P2 S is the spike protein in BNT162b2. This appears to be a description of how the lipid nanoparticles for BNT162b2 are created.

Wow that was the kind of church my parents had us go to on the cusp of junior high for me. It was such a heartache as an adolescent to be denied that relatively innocuous social activity (my modestly/Christianity would have kept from sleazy dancing) for my Christian standards already kept me away from most activities that my peers partook of. I had real issues with this legalistic approach that the church demanded seeing as it was not well- grounded in scripture. My church was in Detroit–it would be pretty funny if we are actually referring to the Same place!

Just a thought about the supposed gag order.
These gag orders are just another means of undermining genuine justice in America. The “people’s” right to a fair trial is used as just another means to make sure the government has every advantage.
Just speculating, but these gag orders strike me as the sort of thing which is rarely challenged because any defendant does not want to anger the judge (who are notoriously petty, vindictive and arrogant).
The first amendment protects a 99% of what a defendant would want to say. But pointing out flagrant injustice during a trial is the last thing judges want (for selfish reasons).

I don’t know how this works. Could a gag order be placed on Trump’s attorneys, if not Trump? But maybe the attorneys are bound by rules and legal ethics from saying anything about the evidence anyway, or maybe they wouldn’t talk about it because it might hurt their case going forward.
IMO all gag orders are unconstitutional. Attorneys are bound by rules that prohibit speech and/or actions outside the courtroom which can influence the result.
Gag orders are by definition prior restraint, the exact thing the 1st Am prohibits.
A defendant is entitled to a fair trial, as is the prosecution and the “People” at large.
There might be information so prejudicial that a fair trial would be definitively undermined if it were broadcast. IMO, those instances are few and far between.
Also IMO, gag orders are mostly unconstitutional, and are used to protect the prosecution, giving them an unfair advantage.
How often does the prosecution pre-try the case in public, poisoning any jury pool by making sure that a defendant’s guilt and “bad” character are firmly established before the trial begins? Then the trial begins and the defendant is told to shut up.
There is case law on the issue. But a trial court’s discretion is rarely questioned on appeal, and so these orders go largely unchallenged, I believe.
Trump’s case is the perfect case (IMO) to challenge any attempt to get him to be quiet.

Just lifted off for Palm Beach, Florida. Will be delivering remarks tonight at Mar-a-Lago at 8:15 P.M., EASTERN. The hearing was shocking to many in that they had no “surprises,” and therefore, no case. Virtually every legal pundit has said that there is no case here. There was nothing done illegally!

1. Having read the list of charges, there’s a big problem: no actual crime has actually been charged. That’s right.
If a crime is committed when the defendant acts to conceal another crime, the question is what is the underlying crime that has been committed? There is literally no underlying crime even referenced. Furthermore, President Trump has not been charged or convicted of any underlying crime.
So how is this not instantly dismissed and bragg disbarred,?

We have four trucks. The ford is the only one not running.
Your comment reminds me of a anecdote from my past. I went to the Daytona 500 one time a couple of decades ago and I stayed with a guy who actually worked at the track. Of course he was a big race fan and he was particularly partial to the Ford brand. I was familiar with the “fix or repair daily” saying so I was interested when he asked me what the word Ford stood for. I thought of the fix or repair but he said that was incorrect. He said it actually meant “first on race day”. Brings back an old memory, thanks.
I now have Dodges because of the Cummins Diesels. I actually preferred Chevys because they did not change models several times within a year.
A friend had two 1967 Mustangs only to find the drive shaft from the one bought for spare parts was incompatible with the one he was restoring. 🙄 Ford had FOUR diferent drive shafts that year.
With Chevys you can go to the junk yard and have your pick of more than one year.
I have never owned a truck but if I were to buy one I would look at the Ram first.
With as many miles as Kalbo puts on his, I’m definitely looking at a RAM first.
I really like my older Ram trucks. They are nice and SOLID.
I lucked into the 1987 for $1500 and it has been worth every dime!

OK – need to get in on this to relay information. My BIL is an accomplished engineer for an international auto parts manufacturing company in the midwest. At one time Wilber Ross owned his employer. He sets up and modifies assembly lines around the country and Mexico.
He said that Ford parts all have greater (higher) tolerances for dimensional accuracy than other manufacturers, with the Japanese being the least. Higher tolerances make the vehicles easier to assemble and more likely to need repair under all driving conditions.

They need an excuse to hire advertising firms. Personally, if they would just make the claim that short people can actually reach the gas pedal in their cars (unlike just about ever other make of car I’ve driven), that would be a great pitch.
Not to mention having seatbelts that do not strangle you… I have long legs and a short torso so my shoulder belt hits my face or I have to tuck it under my chin => BROKEN NECK OR CRUSHED WINDPIPE in an accident per state cops.
I wear the seat belt and the shoulder harness goes behind me.
Theres a little adjustment thing you can get that crimps them safely to stop doing that. I dont know what theyre called.
I tried them a decade or 2 ago and they did not work. I may see if they have anything better know or just build something myself.

I actually put the seatbelt under my arm. Another girl who was studying voice in the same studio I did was in an accident, and the seatbelt fractured her larynx. Voice rest for six months. Not taking chances with the voice.

The machines, Dominion, Smartmatic… have SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) installed and NO denial of access for election workers.
He demonstrated using a USB drive, a lap top and even a cell phone to give commands to flip votes.
The Computer geeks could understand this better than I. But he PROVES our elections are completely compromised.
