- 2 oz Pennsylvania rye. We happened to use Wigle Whiskey Phil’s Shadow, which is finished in maple syrup barrels for 16 months. Another Pennsylvania rye you should consider trying is Dad’s Hat. Either will make a fantastic buck.
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice. If you want to be less scientific, then simply use 1/2 of a lime.
- 6 oz ginger beer. We used Fever Tree, but Gosling’s is also a good option.
Step 1: Fill a copper mug with ice. (If you don’t have copper mugs, then any mug or decent sized glass will do.)
Step 2: Squeeze 1/2 lime into the mug.
Step 3: Add 2 oz rye.
Step 4: Top with 6 oz of ginger beer.
Step 5: Stir gently.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!

Incidentally, the “Buchart” narrator butchered the Butchart story. Robert Butchart essentially had a monopoly on the production of Portland cement for all of Canada. NEW: The mystery surrounding the three frozen Kansas City Chiefs fans seems to have been solved after host Jordan Willis checks himself into rehab.
Willis, who was referred to as “the chemist” by friends, claims he was asleep for nearly 2 days as family members tried contacting him as his friends froze to death in his backyard.
Willis was known for whipping up drug cocktails according to a cousin of one of the victims.
“He immediately checked himself into rehab after vacating his home and putting his things into storage,” a source said to Fox News.
Now it has been revealed that toxic drugs were discovered in the toxicology reports of Willis’ three friends.
Experts claim that the men may have passed out in the backyard due to the drugs and then froze to death while knocked out.
Police arrived at Willis’ home after one of the bodies was discovered by a fiancée of one of the Chiefs fans.
Willis came out of the house in underwear and a wine glass.
He was cuffed but then released after he told officers he had been sleeping most of the time and didn’t get the frantic calls.
This man should be in prison, not rehab.

The answer is a new email address and return to Twitter from a computer, not a phone, so that you don’t have to give them a phone number.
What happened is this. Musk ordered Twitter to let people back in at the same time that he made the employees stop censoring. The internal feds have pushed back by going along with SOME of the reduction in censorship, but they have really, really resisted reinstating people. Only some people got reinstated.
The only way back, now that they have stalled this long on reinstatement, is to get a new email, then come back and enjoy the reduced censorship.
Part of the reason they don’t reinstate people is the sheer number of bots in the suspended accounts. The number of new bots being created is also staggering. The number of old bots dwarfs the number of old accounts of real people who got suspended. Except for some famous accounts, Twitter is simply waiting for people to get new email addresses and come back as new accounts.

I have low blood sugar. Sugar will, within an hour, put me to sleep due to the drop in blood sugar caused by too much insulin. Even a small glass of orange juice will cause that problem. I find that Basmati rice cooked then refrigerated gives me no problem. I usually combine it with herbs, butter & Coconut oil, sauteed onions, mushrooms and cut up meat.
For a treat I will go with a 50/50 blend of brown basmati rice and Lundberg Wild Blend of whole grain black, brown, red, and wild rice (EXPENSIVE) since they are both cooked for 45 min.

OH, and I made a connection. (Role of Red Meat) I think the vitamin B 12 in beef is what was missing in Hubby’s diet and why adding hamburger helped so much.
Pills often do not actually get the vitamin INTO the body.
I agree about the pills.
One strategy I use for taking vitamins is to take them with some of a food source for them. For example, when I take vitamin C, I take it with strawberries. My theory is that the vitamin will absorb better if it is with a natural food source for it. I have no scientific evidence for this theory 🙂

1. How did anyone find that video? Did Utube push that to the homepage or something?
2. One of the 46 had to see it & push it everywhere within 5 hours.
3. To give an example of how unbelievable those #s are, Altered state at that time had over 3000 watching live [similar #] Brad chimes in just hit 4,000 with 156,000 subscribers.
4. We do not know who found the video.
5. Zak: If we go to the 4 chan boards, someone, probably a Fed, posted it just to bring people in. But no media has claimed responsibility for finding the vid.
6. Brad, you can speak from experience too. Utube has a sophisticated algorithm to recognize violence. Specifically acts of violence. For instance if we showed a street fight or even 2 people yelling at each other, gun going off, bomb…, Utube would recognize it immediately, restrict the vid and the vid would not be easily findible. You would have to know about the video. BRAD: Esp now, it is on steroids! If you post something, it flags it and pops a notice within an hour.
7. ZAK: In my mind, leaving it on for 6 hrs means there was some level of intention that the vid was found and got around.
