DEAR MAGA: TGIF Open Thread 20240202

Punxsutawney Buck

  • 2 oz Pennsylvania rye.  We happened to use Wigle Whiskey Phil’s Shadow, which is finished in maple syrup barrels for 16 months.  Another Pennsylvania rye you should consider trying is Dad’s Hat.  Either will make a fantastic buck.
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice. If you want to be less scientific, then simply use 1/2 of a lime.
  • 6 oz ginger beer.  We used Fever Tree, but Gosling’s is also a good option.

Step 1: Fill a copper mug with ice.  (If you don’t have copper mugs, then any mug or decent sized glass will do.)

Step 2: Squeeze 1/2 lime into the mug.

Step 3: Add 2 oz rye.

Step 4: Top with 6 oz of ginger beer.

Step 5: Stir gently.

Step 6: Serve and enjoy!

Are we ready?

1“Behold, I send my messenger to prepare the way before me, and the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant in whom you delight, behold, he is coming, says the LORD of hosts. 2But who can endure the day of his coming, and who can stand when he appears? “For he is like a refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap; 3he will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, till they present right offerings to the LORD. 4Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to the LORD as in the days of old and as in former years.

PSALMS 24:7-10

7Lift up your heads, O gates! and be lifted up, O ancient doors! that the King of glory may come in. 8Who is the King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD, mighty in battle! 9Lift up your heads, O gates! and be lifted up, O ancient doors! that the King of glory may come in. 10Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory! [Selah]

HEBREWS 2:14-18

14Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same nature, that through death he might destroy him who has the power of death, that is, the devil, 15and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong bondage. 16For surely it is not with angels that he is concerned but with the descendants of Abraham. 17Therefore he had to be made like his brethren in every respect, so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make expiation for the sins of the people. 18For because he himself has suffered and been tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.

LUKE 2:22-40

22And when the time came for their purification according to the law of Moses, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord 23(as it is written in the law of the Lord, “Every male that opens the womb shall be called holy to the Lord”) 24and to offer a sacrifice according to what is said in the law of the Lord, “a pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.” 25Now there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon, and this man was righteous and devout, looking for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 26And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. 27And inspired by the Spirit he came into the temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him according to the custom of the law, 28he took him up in his arms and blessed God and said, 29“Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word; 30for mine eyes have seen thy salvation 31which thou hast prepared in the presence of all peoples, 32a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to thy people Israel.” 33And his father and his mother marveled at what was said about him; 34and Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother, “Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign that is spoken against 35(and a sword will pierce through your own soul also), that thoughts out of many hearts may be revealed.” 36And there was a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phan’u-el, of the tribe of Asher; she was of a great age, having lived with her husband seven years from her virginity, 37and as a widow till she was eighty-four. She did not depart from the temple, worshiping with fasting and prayer night and day. 38And coming up at that very hour she gave thanks to God, and spoke of him to all who were looking for the redemption of Jerusalem. 39And when they had performed everything according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city, Nazareth. 40And the child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him.

Thank you, De Pat, for another glorious week of Posts!

Oh, and…..

(and, just in case you wanted more roses….)

Incidentally, the “Buchart” narrator butchered the Butchart story. Robert Butchart essentially had a monopoly on the production of Portland cement for all of Canada. He moved to Vancouver Island because of an ample supply of high quality limestone. His house was built next to the quarry, mills, and furnaces for cement production, making it an industrial area.

He made a ton of money from this, which enabled his wife to realize her dreams of beauty for this space. Today, a million people visit Butchart Gardens each year…..and nobody can keep the story straight about the fortune behind it.

[ ]

Whenever there was a garden show in the SF Bay Area, Butchart would have a booth and a little spiel encouraging people to visit. The Fiancee and I did a trip up to Canada one year and visited….it is phenomenally beautiful.

Yes, it is. I’ve been up there a couple of times.

New York Resident Says Illegal Immigrants In New York City Are Now Forming Gangs Based On Where They Are From. Illegals Are Committing Violent Crimes

Her Friend Who’s NYPD Said His Bosses Orders Were “Don’t make us look bad. Don’t arrest any of them.”

“Guys, the violence here in the last two weeks in New York City has gotten so bad. Basically, all the migrants have all created like these little sub gangs according to where they have derived from. The Colombians are sticking together. The Venezuelans are sticking together.

And the assault and the murder rate has just gone through the ******* roof.

I saw my friend this weekend who’s NYPD and he was telling me how crazy it is. And that they have direct orders that they can’t even really arrest them. Unless it’s a serious serious crime. Isn’t that ***** sick? Your NYPD and your

boss is telling you, listen.

Don’t make us look bad. Don’t arrest any of them. I mean, isn’t that ***** sick? Meanwhile, you got citizens who live here and they jaywalk and the cops are like, take that piece of *** in. Let’s go.

$3,000 fine. I mean, it’s wild. So basically in the tents right now, there’s one specific story that stands out a little bit. Last week, this man from Venezuela was waiting on the food line to get their food and he tried to like, you know, hook up with some girl who belonged to a Peruvian guy. The Peruvian guy got mad that, you know, he was trying to mock it to his girl.

And then he stabbed them in the ***** neck. That was it. He’s dead. Goodbye. That’s just like you know, the tip of the iceberg.

What do you think, it’s not gonna continue? It’s gonna get worse. Jeez. I mean the stories he told me, you guys would die.”

and we think La Cosa Nostra was bad.

at least the Sicilians wore suits and ties.

And so long as you paid the protection money, you were ‘protected’, more or less.

Can’t say that about the cops.

The public pays the police, the police take the money, and then the chief tells the police who work for him “Don’t make us look bad. Don’t arrest any of them.”

Mafia vs Cartel

my comparison isn’t between the police and The Mafia…

who is the menacing power behind this particular crisis…

who has scared the neutered police and the neutered Mayor and the complicit Congress et al into aiding & abetting the criminality going on here ?

the cartels.

“Her Friend Who’s NYPD Said His Bosses Orders Were “Don’t make us look bad. Don’t arrest any of them.””

Just keep taking it.

And that’s exactly what they’re going to do, until they decide to stop it.

The police obviously aren’t going to help, which effectively means the police have sided with the criminals against the Public.

So either the citizens unite and stand up, against the criminals in the street and against the criminals in government, or they will just keep taking it.

There is no magic ‘third way’.

And the ones controlling the Bosses? Are the politicians.

The governor of NY coming out with her statement is laughable. They created this mess with their no cash bail reform.

Third way. But as the last line says, “but it won’t happen.”

Mayor Adams Wants Criminal Aliens Deported

By M Dowling –

February 1, 2024

New York City Mayor Eric Adams appeared on Wednesday’s broadcast of New York PIX11’s “PIX11 News at 5” and reacted to the beating of two police officers by eight men, mostly illegal aliens. Five were caught, arrested, and released quickly. Adams spoke with Kori Chambers, and the issue came up. Breitbart reported the story first.

Adams has been all over the place on illegal immigration, first, he boasted of becoming a welcoming sanctuary city and then he tried to cancel the sanctuary city status. In the summer, he was shipping illegals back to Florida and Texas. Now, he wants criminal aliens deported. It’s a start, but it won’t happen.

I don’t understand though. If they came here illegally then just send them back home illegally and we’ll all brush our hands and say the magic words 3x’s “EVEN STEPHEN”

Of course there is a faster way and mayor Adams can wash his hands of the entire affair.

Just send them to the Hamptons and adjoining areas in NY and Connecticut with a load building materials from Home Depot so they can build shanty towns on the estates of the mega rich.

Best idea !

Update: Trump Verdict in Bogus New York Civil Fraud Case Delayed… Is a Last Minute Letter from Former Clinton Judge Reason For Delay?

The verdict in the civil fraud trial against President Trump has been delayed until early to mid-February, according to a New York court spokesperson.

The non-jury Soviet-style show trial played out in court for 11 weeks. Far-left Judge Arthur Engoron previously said he would deliver a verdict by January 31.

The early to mid-February date is a “rough estimate” and the decision will be a “written filing,” The Guardian reported.

It is unclear why there is a delay, however, legal watchers have speculated that it may be because of a last-minute letter from a former federal judge.

Former federal judge Barbara Jones, a Clinton appointee, sent a January 26 letter claiming she identified “certain deficiencies” about a $48 million loan Trump received in 2012 related to his building in Chicago.

The Guardian reported:

Though the court did not specify why Engoron is taking extra time on his verdict, reports have suggested a letter from the former federal judge Barbara Jones, sent on 26 January, is likely a factor in the delay.

Jones has been serving as the court-appointed monitor overseeing the Trump Organization’s financial reports since November 2022.

In her letter, Jones told Engoron that she identified “certain deficiencies in the financial information that I have reviewed, including disclosures that are either incomplete, present results inconsistently, and/or contain errors”.

Included in Jones’s letter were her concerns about a $48m loan Trump received in 2012 by an entity affiliated with his building in Chicago. Trump reported the loan, which has no formal loan agreement, on his financial statement as a liability for multiple years. But in conversations with the Trump Organization, the company determined that “this loan never existed”.

Jones had warned that while she is “not in a position to conclude whether fraudulent activity occurred”, she noted that “absent steps to address [the deficiencies], my observations suggest misstatements and errors may continue to occur”.

Judge Engoron had already ruled that Trump engaged in fraud and ordered the dissolution of Trump’s New York businesses. The New York appellate court stayed Engoron’s order.

Recall that radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James sought $370 million in ‘damages’ when there is no victim in this fraud case and she is also seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York. She accused Trump of inflating his assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies.

James originally sought $250 million in damages from Trump.

In addition to increasing the amount of ‘damages’ she wanted Trump to pay, Letitia James sought a lifetime ban for him from the real estate industry…

Piling on, and piling on the piling on…

“Piling on, and piling on the piling on…”

It better be the greatest rope-a-dope in recorded history…

Remember Arizona GOP Chairman Jeff DeWit told Karri Lake the cartel operates in ALL FIFTY STATES.

A while back we had Mrs. Jacqueline Breger, representing Mr. John Thaler, testifying in front of the AZ legislature. The Congress critter that brought her was then tossed out of office. During a new election for a replacement she he was voted back in by her district so they tossed that out too.

About That “Explosive” Arizona Senate Testimony Alleging Sinaloa Cartel Influence Over Public Officials — February 26, 2023

I believe her. I live in SC and a lot of the same sort of fraud, racketeering, real estate and estate fraud are going on and worse. I’ve blown the whistle on some of it myself. Rogue agencies and cops won’t investigate themselves. Local, state and federal gov regulatory agencies, politicians, cops, lawyers, banks, biz, real estate agents and churches all involved. They meet at the Luciferian secret society lodges to collude and orchestrate their crimes. It’s indeed massive and nationwide. I’ve spent the past 7 years trying to find someone to investigate. I got robbed and my husband was killed in the process. When people start stonewalling and gaslighting me I know they’re complicit.

 February 27, 2023 4:28 pm

Ben Bergquam on Real America’s Voice reporting on the Arizona corruption – it is real. He said Ducey knew about this before he left office and did or said nothing. Said this involved more than the three at the top, but also judges, city council members and more… and not just here in Arizona.

Bergquam is not a flame thrower. He himself has spent a LOT of his time on both sides of the border and down at the Darien Gap in Panama.

Sundance’s primary debunking uses this. (Remember the Judge may also be compromised.)

in the divorce case of Thaler -vs- Thaler, the accusations made by Jacqueline Breger were made in court filings before presiding judge Douglas L. Rayes United States District Judge [SEE Opinion of Case HERE].

“….What’s more, Mr. Thaler alleges that high-ranking government and judicial officials in Maricopa County and the City of Mesa are in on the racketeering enterprise. Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards.”

This piece of evidence gets shot down by a lawyer:

 February 28, 2023 3:50 pm

Here are my 2 cents as an experienced family law lawyer, as it pertains to the allegations raised in the divorce/custody matter and that judge’s response to them. In 95% of the family law cases I have handled, one or both parties have insisted that the other party is “crazy”, bi-polar, abusive, narcissistic, and/or delusional. Many times people misunderstand either the evidentiary impact of ancillary matters or the court’s disinterest in hearing about every alleged skeleton in the closet during a 25 year marriage.

That said, I have had a few cases where provable allegations of misdeeds of the opposing party are either so shocking that the airing of them may jeopardize safety of the client or others, or where evidence demonstrates that the oft-cited yet rarely proven “old boy network” is actually affecting matters behind the scenes. This is incredibly rare, but it does sometimes occur. There’s a reason why many states recognize the spousal testimony privilege — it is often the spouse that is the most likely to have evidence of the illegal acts.

:wpds_arrow: As a practical matter I would be astonished if a family law judge allowed for a through investigation and airing of allegations such as those raised in AZ in the context of a family law case. I am not the least bit surprised that the judge dismissed the claims as fanciful. Why would a judge endorse such risky allegations in a divorce case where such evidence is unnecessary for the court to rule on the issues? In other words, no divorce court judge will ever lend credence to such politically explosive claims because to do so would be risky and potentially harmful.

I don’t know whether the allegations made last week are true or false. Hopefully the truth will prevail. But I do know that the family law judge’s ruling should be considered in context. 👉The court’s determination that the allegations are unsubstantiated does not mean that they are forever debunked.

You have to look at the angle that Brittany Rae-Chavez and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez were Cartel assets planted in Mr. Thaler’s life, as it appears he was already aware of some of this information, these patterns, prior to meeting her and marrying her. Being married to Thaler, an attorney who was seeing the corruption patterns, would be the PERFECT cover for a honey-pot type asset to be “cloaked” so she could take on the role in Mesa and operate boldly with less chance of scrutiny. “What? Thaler’s wife?” Cognitive dissonance.

$ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $

In my area, a cop who lives down the street told me he would not work for this county because it is OWNED by the drug cartel. Another neighbor, a forester, reported finding a mary jane plantation to the local cops. The response was he was continually harassed by the local cops. (Traffic tickets.) A lady who raised ponies in a nearby county, worked at an animal shelter. She was there after hours and over heard a meeting between local officials and high up members of a drug cartel. They found her, threatened her and then shot up her house while her little boy was in it to make sure she got the message. I saw the bullet holes.

:wpds_arrow: “We have been investigating multi-state racketeering and corruption… Mr Thaler(sp) is in charge of the investigation, he is a senior partner (32 yrs practicing) The firm specializes in investigating racketeering.for the public and private sector… largest investigation in USA and abroad.

:wpds_arrow: 𝗜𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟲, US Attorney’s office in IL, ID and IN investigated the LAUNDERING OF DRUG CARTEL MONEY thru a complex series of single family purchases in those states. By 2009, numerous Real Estate agents, escrow companies and title insurers had been indicted charged and convicted of racketeering. And in 2014 our office was asked to review the case file.

The reason was to determine if moneys had filtered thru homes purchased in AZ specifically Maricopa and Pima county. We concluded that several real estate agents convicted in Iowa had set up laundering systems in AZ. On there after sent the proceeds of sales to the Panamanian corporations.

In 2018 Mr Thaler(sp) discovered ,completely incidental to an independent matter, a series of Trustees evidencing that cash laundered thru single family residences in AZ was pervasive and on going. With that a new investigation began with the focus on money laundered and racketeering activities in Maricopa county as well as in several other AZ counties. We are currently represent several parties directly damaged by this racketeering activities….

Uh … I’m not seeing the problem here.

Doesn’t everybody make up crap for their campaigns?

Doesn’t everybody make up crap for their campaigns?

I haven’t seen fake letters of support before, made up by the campaign and presented several at once. That doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened, of course.

Can you think of something the Trump campaign has made up and presented to the public as true?

But if you’re going to write your own letters of praise and pass them off as coming from actual people, it would be best not to screenshot the proof that you wrote it yourself. That’s what that meme shows.

I was being [or trying to be] sarcastic. I suspect that Nikki might have a saboteur on her team.

“I suspect that Nikki might have a saboteur on her team.”

We should be so lucky 👍😂

Needs more exclamation points.

Both of them.

Listen to this brave Dutch farmer as he warns the political establishment:

“We are done talking. We’re done with these fake problems created by you politicans. You are trying to destroy farmers all over Europe, but just like the farmers in Brussels today, we will fight back!”

“We are done talking.”

Could have stopped right there 😁

He just kept talking, and talking, and talking.

There was no anger, and no determination. It looked and sounded like pleading.

They’re not ready yet.

Why don’t you go over and tell them then.

“Why don’t you go over and tell them then.”

Do they have ears to hear, any better than yours?

“Aren’t car-b-ques and firebombed houses enough???”

Why ask such a question?

Is it not very easy to determine what is “enough”?

Nothing is ‘enough’ unless it actually works.

If something accomplishes the desired outcome, then that is enough. Just make sure the desired outcome accounts for backsliding, or you’ll just have to go through it all again in short order.

Random car-b-ques for the sake of car-b-ques doesn’t accomplish anything, that’s what the scrubs do in the big blue hellholes.

But as was so ably demonstrated with that psychopath mayor above — the one who was determined to use taxpayer money to set up welcome centers for foreign invaders who would rape and murder their wives and children — he finally got the message.

A message which all the talking in the whole WORLD would never have accomplished. Not if they talked for a million lifetimes.

“Pretty easy to pontificate…”

If you don’t, if you just want things to keep getting worse and worse, then just keep doing whatever you’re doing.

But if you want to WIN, then stop shooting the messenger, and start firing on the enemy.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

For Scott!

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

I’m specifically talking about Frederick Douglass!

Frederick Douglass: “Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will.”

I would say that no ‘demand’ can actually be made, unless the person making the ‘demand’ has the power to force or compel compliance.

Otherwise, it is not a ‘demand’ at all, it is a ‘request’, which, effectively, is begging. Which can (and nearly always will) be ignored.

So instead, I would say ‘Power concedes nothing except to greater power.’

Like this:

“When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: [22] But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.” (Luke 11:21-22, KJV)

In a system governed by Rule of Law, it is the lawful authority which would compel compliance with a lawful ‘demand’.

Unfortunately, we do not have a system governed by Rule of Law. Ours is a less noble system, known as by Hook or by Crook.

Black’s Law Dictionary, 4th Edition:

DEMAND, n. A peremptory claim to thing of
right, differing from claim, in that it presupposes
that there is no defense or doubt upon question of
right, Golden V. Golden, 155 Okl. 10, 8 P.2d 42, 45;
Anderson V. Commercial Credit Co., 110 Mont.
333, 101 P.2d 367, 369; National Life & Accident
Ins. Co. v. Dove, 141 Tex. 464, 174 S.W.2d 245, 247.

The assertion of a legal right; a legal obligation
asserted in the courts; a word of art of an
extent greater in its signification than any other
word except “claim.” Nunn V. Titche-Goettinger
Co., Tex.Civ.App., 196 S.W. 890, 892.

Hook & Crook Law Office. :wpds_cool:

Valerie Curren

Dewey, Cheatum, & Howe 😉 😉

Frederick Douglass: “The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”

It sounds like he’s saying tyrants are only limited by the amount of suffering the oppressed can endure.

Not exactly comforting or inspiring words… 😂

that word “prescribed” …

the limits of tyrants are ordered/ruled by the endurance of those whom they oppress.

huh ?

doesn’t really make sense.

Take it apart. “Pre” = before; “scribed” = written.

The limits of tyrants are written in advance by the endurance of those whom they oppress.

depends on how you define that word prescribed.

legally, medically etc

not sure what Douglass was trying to convey there re tyranny limits and endurance.

So then it sounds like he is saying whatever you are willing to endure, whatever you are willing to put up with, that is exactly what you’re going to get.

So if you allow tyrants to get away with murder, then murder you will get.

If you decide to endure less, then you will receive less.

And if you decide to kick their doors in and cut them down like new mown grass, you won’t need to endure anything at all.

Pretty much.

then he should have said…

the limits of tyranny are proportionate to the endurance of the oppressed.

Here’s a dictionary definition:

verb (used without object),pre·scribed, pre·scrib·ing. lay down rules; directdictate

4.Medicine/Medical. to designate remedies, treatment, etc., to be used.

He must have meant that the limits of tyrants are dictated by the endurance of those whom they oppress. Maybe the word “prescribe” was used in that sense more frequently in his day, although it is still one of the main definitions in the dictionary.

How did that turn out?

By the looks of things in 2024, not so well…

Lord, help me. Heavy sigh…

“The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”

What was the life of those men at the lunch counter like? Could they eat where they wanted, attend any school they wanted, drink from any water fountain they wanted?

Could they sit at the front of the bus if their stop was next? Could they be President of the United States? No?

What happened when they endured, for decades, against the tyrants who oppressed them?

Well, I’ll tell you.

Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Condoleeza Rice, Colin Powell, Carol Swain, Candace Owens, and countless others.

Some want open warfare against our American tyrants. The last time that happened, we got 620,000 dead Americans, The Reconstruction South, the Ku Klux Klan and decades of hostility.

Who did it better, the Confederacy, or Dr. Martin Luther King?

“Some want open warfare against our American tyrants.”

I don’t think anyone wants open warfare with anyone.

But what should anyone do — that has ANY historical precedent of actually working — if your adversary, your unjust, criminal civil servant gone maniacally rogue, gone full Nazi, will respond to NOTHING LESS than force?

What do you do?

Open up the history books, and show us what works against a tyrannical government, one that is so far off the rails that they will eagerly commit genocide against the population of the WHOLE WORLD in order to save their own wealth, privilege and asses.

“What was the life of those men at the lunch counter like? Could they eat where they wanted, attend any school they wanted, drink from any water fountain they wanted?
Could they sit at the front of the bus if their stop was next? Could they be President of the United States?”

And now that the tables are turned, and flipped upside down, doused with gasoline and set on fire?

What is the life like for all of those who are murdered and raped by black men, and for the families / survivors?

What are the FIB statistics?

They’re not easy to find, because TCTB try to hide them.

13% of the U.S. population is black.

Roughly half are male, so 6.5%.

Of that 6.5%, maybe half are old enough to murder or rape someone (say 14 years old) but not too old to be out of the thug life (say 45 years old or older).

So roughly 3.25% of the United States population is committing the majority of violent crimes in America. 52% of the homicides between 1980 and 2008, and it’s certainly worse now than it was in 2008.

How does that even POSSIBLY happen?

How *&^%ing BAD do things have to be, that 3.25% of the population can BITCH SLAP, bend over, rape and murder as they please, and the other 96.75% of the population is paralyzed into submission?!?

How does that even HAPPEN?!?

It doesn’t happen under any kind of organic or natural circumstances, that I can tell you.

It only happens when tyrannical government puts its BOOT on society and on the scales of justice and decides to make it happen.

What is meant by that?

None of those people ‘happened’ because anyone endured tyranny. They are not the result or ‘product’ of tyranny, as if tyranny produced something good, or as if we ought to be tyrannical, so people like them can be the result.

Candace Owens was born in 1989, her adult life is barely 13 years long and she’s already a multi-millionaire.

This country has been a hell of a lot better to her, and to every other person mentioned above, than it has been to most Americans.

Interesting rant.

Sounds like she’s traveling the right direction, but she’s not there yet.

She’s just tired.

But tired is no threat to TCTB.

When she gets angry… really angry… then she’ll be ready.

Amen Scott. They WANT tired.

“You shouldn’t have to live your entire life in survival mode.”

I haven’t heard it stated that way before, but she is correct. What she describes is not just trying to survive in the traditional sense of earning enough money or getting enough food or staying safe; she’s describing “working through the 🐂💩,” which is exhausting and draining. Seeing the corruption, not being able to trust those in authority, and trying to figure things out IS exhausting. That’s why she is so tired. It’s why we’re all tired and need this site to help one another.

I get what she’s saying. Every day the news, lies, and corruption seem worse.

The “3 frozen guys” mystery has been solved – just waiting for the final details.

Tweet 1 text –

NEW: The mystery surrounding the three frozen Kansas City Chiefs fans seems to have been solved after host Jordan Willis checks himself into rehab.

Willis, who was referred to as “the chemist” by friends, claims he was asleep for nearly 2 days as family members tried contacting him as his friends froze to death in his backyard.

Willis was known for whipping up drug cocktails according to a cousin of one of the victims.

“He immediately checked himself into rehab after vacating his home and putting his things into storage,” a source said to Fox News.

Now it has been revealed that toxic drugs were discovered in the toxicology reports of Willis’ three friends.

Experts claim that the men may have passed out in the backyard due to the drugs and then froze to death while knocked out.

Police arrived at Willis’ home after one of the bodies was discovered by a fiancée of one of the Chiefs fans.

Willis came out of the house in underwear and a wine glass.

He was cuffed but then released after he told officers he had been sleeping most of the time and didn’t get the frantic calls.

This man should be in prison, not rehab.

This tragedy ought to scare casual weekend party people straight. Just because you score some coke or other from a trusted source doesn’t mean it’s pure . Can’t go back and be mad like the old days when it might have been cut with baby 2024 you can be dead…sincerely dead. No do overs

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Exactly. Between COVID deaths and fentanyl deaths, sudden death is being normalized BIGLY.

It sure is being normalized. It amazes me that there isn’t much more outrage.

With the fentanyl I’m a little confused why it’s being added. Death is not a selling point. I did watch a vid some years back of a clandestine jungle pill operation and they added it to the press and it wasn’t precise so in a single batch some might have enough to heighten the effect or might be enough to kill somebody.

“Crash tests indicate nation’s guardrail system can’t handle heavy electric vehicles”

Then handling the weight of a semi-truck cab (not including the trailer), at between 10,000 and 25,000 pounds, must be really tough on those guard rails.

And there are more than 4-1/2 million semi-truck cabs on the road 👍

“A semi-truck cab without an attached trailer can weigh between 10,000 and 25,000 pounds, depending on the size.”

“Road safety officials and organizations say the electric vehicles themselves appear to offer superior protection to their occupants, even if they might prove dangerous to occupants of lighter vehicles. The Rivian truck tested in Nebraska showed almost no damage to the cab’s interior after slamming into the concrete barrier, Stolle said.”

“Guardrails are intended to keep cars from careening off the road at critical areas, such as over bridges and waterways, near the edges of cliffs and ravines and over rocky terrain, where injury and death in an off-the-road crash are much more likely.”

Lucky for Tesla owners, Tesla has been crash tested to 250 feet 🙂

Global Covid Summit Declaration January 2024:

After three years of scientific research, millions of patients treated, hundreds of clinical trials performed and scientific data shared, we have demonstrated and documented our success in understanding and combating the COVID-19 orchestrated crisis. In considering the risks versus benefits of major policy decisions, our coalition of 17,000 physicians and medical scientists from all over the world have reached the following, updated consensus:

We declare, and the data confirm that COVID-19 experimental genetic therapy injections must end. All COVID-19 and other modified mRNA “vaccines” must be immediately discontinued. We demand that Covid-19 “vaccines’ be removed from children vaccine schedule.

We declare these products meet definition of gene therapies, and the FDA has refused to regulate them as such.

We declare physicians should never be blocked from providing any necessary medical treatment.

We declare the emergency use authorization, that is allowing yet another untested version of the “vaccine” to be administered without formal regulatory approval, should be immediately terminated.

We declare the governing bodies of the world should have their emergency powers limited in both time and scope.

We declare medical privacy should never again be violated, and all travel, religious and social restrictions must never be repeated.

We declare masks are not, nor have ever been, effective protection against an airborne respiratory virus and should never again be mandated.

We declare injury from COVID-19 “vaccines” must be recognized. Compensation must be provided for those injured by these injections. Funding must be allocated to the study of these syndromes and the development of diagnostics and treatments should be pursued.

We declare no individual’s economic, educational, military or employment opportunity should be denied over accepting or declining a medical intervention. Medical freedom and informed consent are essential human rights.

We declare free speech violations and medical censorship by governments, technology/media companies, governing medical bodies, academia, hospital systems, and the medical industrial complex should cease, and fundamental individual human rights be forever upheld.

We declare Pfizer, Moderna, BioNTech, Janssen, Astra Zeneca studies were severely flawed, and they withheld safety and efficacy information from patients and physicians. They should face legal consequences for their dereliction of scientific duty which resulted in countless unnecessary disability and deaths.

We declare governments, media, global regulatory bodies, and medical agencies, such as CDC, FDA, NIH, NIAID, MHRA, NHS, TGA, SAPRA etc, and unelected international bodies including but not limited to WHO, WEF, UN, GAVI, and EcoHealth Alliance must be held accountable for mandating policies and procedures, and directing funding for reckless gain of function research that resulted in massive harms.

Nitter is falling apart.

The answer is a new email address and return to Twitter from a computer, not a phone, so that you don’t have to give them a phone number.

What happened is this. Musk ordered Twitter to let people back in at the same time that he made the employees stop censoring. The internal feds have pushed back by going along with SOME of the reduction in censorship, but they have really, really resisted reinstating people. Only some people got reinstated.

The only way back, now that they have stalled this long on reinstatement, is to get a new email, then come back and enjoy the reduced censorship.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Part of the reason they don’t reinstate people is the sheer number of bots in the suspended accounts. The number of new bots being created is also staggering. The number of old bots dwarfs the number of old accounts of real people who got suspended. Except for some famous accounts, Twitter is simply waiting for people to get new email addresses and come back as new accounts.

A long article but very good:

Vegetarians have smaller brains
Barry Groves, PhD

….Scientists at the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, University of Oxford, recently discovered that changing to a vegetarian diet could be bad for our brains – with those on a meat-free diet six times more likely to suffer brain shrinkage.-18

Using tests and brain scans on community-dwelling volunteers aged 61 to 87 years without cognitive impairment at enrolment, they measured the size of the participants’ brains. When the volunteers were retested five years later the scientists found those with the lowest levels of vitamin B12 intake were the most likely to have brain shrinkage. Not surprisingly, vegans who eschew all foods of animal origin, suffered the most brain shrinkage. This confirms earlier research showing a link between brain atrophy and low levels of B12 ….

Role of red meat in the diet for children and adolescents

• Optimal nutrition during the first years of life is crucial for optimal growth and development and, possibly, the prevention of chronic disease of adulthood.

• Iron-deficiency anaemia in childhood and adolescence is associated with serious adverse outcomes that may not be reversible, making detection and early treatment an imperative.

• Zinc plays a major role in cellular growth.

• Vitamin A is essential for the functioning of the eyes and the immune system.

• Vitamin A is necessary for membrane stability, and zinc is essential for mobilisation of the beta-carotene. Vitamin A deficiency contributes to anaemia by immobilising iron in the reticuloendothelial system, reducing haemopoiesis and increasing susceptibility to infections.

• Like iron, iodine appears to be involved in myelin production and, hence, nerve conduction.

Meat is a core food in the diet for children and adolescents because it provides significant amounts of these micronutrients.

American consumption of beef is less than 3 oz a day. Many people consume more alcohol a day than that.

Second There have not been studies comparing consumption of grass fed vs Factory farm raised cattle fed GMO corn, wheat, barley, soy and pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and other chemicals.

The most important research finding in this area has recently come from Jena University in Germany. Researchers there have shown that a gene used in GM canola transferred to bacteria in the guts of bees. I believe this is the first publicly documented case of horizontal gene transfer from GM crops to bacteria within any animal. This discovery may have major implications for the future of GM crops. “

“Gene fragments from the food are circulated and sometimes integrated into the chromosomes of the predator. “

Also Cooking Meat can produce toxins:
Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): These form when food is cooked at high temperatures, and they’re linked to cancer. In terms of HCA, the worst part of the meat is the blackened section, which is why you should always avoid charring your meat, and never eat blackened sections.

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): When fat drips onto the heat source, causing excess smoke, and the smoke surrounds your food, it can transfer cancer-causing PAHs to the meat.

Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs): When food is cooked at high temperatures (including when it is pasteurized or sterilized), it increases the formation of AGEs in your food. When you eat the food, it transfers the AGEs into your body. AGEs build up in your body over time leading to oxidative stress, inflammation and an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and kidney disease.

Cookware also can have toxins
Teflon Possible PFOA induced potential health hazards

Aluminum Is a reactive metal and suspected casual factor in Alzheimer’s disease

Stainless steel Potential likelihood of metal leaching into your food and allergen issues. Stainless steel is really a mixture of several different metals, including nickel, chromium and molybdenum, all of which can trickle into foods

Copper Due to the possibility of copper caused discomfort, recommended to never have direct contact with your food since copper can leak into food in large amounts when heated.

I will take my chances with home grown grass fed and by pass all those GMO mobile Bt genes.

Cuppa Covfefe

With regard to leaching, acidic foods, e.g. tomatoes, vinegar-based or lemon-based sauces are more problematic than other (e.g. cheese-based) sauces… (which reward you by burning more easily) 😀

Gail Combs

Do not forget that water absorbs CO2, especially when cold that makes water a weak acid. My tea pot drops chemicals left and right as I bring it to a boil.

Carbon dioxide is influential in regulating pH in water. Measuring the amount of CO2 in a solution is one way to determine the pH. For example, the more CO2 in water (H2O), the lower the pH will be. When CO2 is dissolved in water, a part of it reacts with water to become carbonic acid (H2CO3). It is the hydrogen ions present in carbonic acid that make water acidic, lowering the pH. LINK

On top of that the amount of CO2 in a house can be much higher than outside.

According to ANSES, the level of carbon dioxide in the indoor air of buildings is usually between 350 and 2500 ppm.

New, well insulated, homes are going to be higher.

Henry’s Law

Henry’s Law states that the amount of gas dissolved in water will be proportional to the amount of the same gas in the surrounding air outside the water to reach equilibrium. Once equilibrium is achieved, the off-gassing process stops. Following Henry’s Law, we know that pH can only reach certain levels naturally because the atmospheric pressure will push CO2 back into the water.

The point of equilibrium signifies a limit or ceiling. For example, as CO2 leaves water in a swimming pool, the pH rises, which is known as the “pH ceiling”. The pH in water can rise above the ceiling, but not naturally, which means something must be added to the water such as a calcium-rich substance, to force the pH to increase above the natural pH ceiling.

BTW, limestone caves are formed by acidic water.

Hi Gail.

You have mentioned something before about cooking and then refrigerating rice to change its glycemic properties, I think. I have a friend recently diagnosed with diabetes. Can you give me a link for that info?

Thank you!

Gail Combs

I have low blood sugar. Sugar will, within an hour, put me to sleep due to the drop in blood sugar caused by too much insulin. Even a small glass of orange juice will cause that problem. I find that Basmati rice cooked then refrigerated gives me no problem. I usually combine it with herbs, butter & Coconut oil, sauteed onions, mushrooms and cut up meat.
For a treat I will go with a 50/50 blend of brown basmati rice and Lundberg Wild Blend of whole grain black, brown, red, and wild rice (EXPENSIVE) since they are both cooked for 45 min.

The Glycemic Index of Rice

The glycemic index, or GI, is a numerical scale that classifies foods based on their glycemic impact, or effects on blood sugar. The glycemic index measures how fast, and how much, carbohydrates in food raise blood sugar levels. The GI scale runs from 0 to 100. Foods with a GI score between 0 and 55 are low glycemic, foods with a GI score between 56 and 69/70 are moderate glycemic, while foods with a GI score between 70 and 100 are high glycemic. On the glycemic index food chart, pure glucose is at the very top of the chart with a GI score of 100, while oil, lard and other fats, eggs and pure meat are zero-glycemic foods….

The glycemic index of white rice

Average GI value is between 64 and 89, but can go higher than 90.

The glycemic index of boiled white rice

Average GI score is between 70 and 80.

The glycemic index of brown rice

Average GI is 56-68, but can go as low as 48 or as high as 78.

The glycemic index of boiled brown rice

Average GI score is between 60 and 68.

The glycemic index of red rice

Average GI is 56-68, but can go as low as 48.

The glycemic index of black (purple) rice

Average GI is 56-68, but can go as low as 48.

The glycemic index of wild rice

GI score ranges between 56 and 69.

The glycemic index of fragrant jasmine rice

Average GI score is 68 to 80, lower in brown jasmine rice and higher in white jasmine rice varieties.

👉The glycemic index of Basmati rice

Average GI value is 57 to 67-69.

The glycemic index of parboiled rice

Average GI values range from 57 to 72.

Boiled rice vs raw rice glycemic index

Boiled rice ends being lower glycemic than raw, uncooked rice simply because it is usually eaten with other foods, fats and often eggs, cheese and meat, but also sources of fiber such as vegetables, which lower the effects on blood sugar of the rice.

👉The glycemic index value of white rice can drop by 20% to 40% when combined with vinegar, dairy products, and bean products (study).

Scientific Studies:
Effect of cooling of cooked white rice on resistant starch content and glycemic response

Abstract in English, Chinese

Cooling of cooked starch is known to cause starch retrogradation which increases resistant starch content. This study aimed to determine the effect of cooling of cooked white rice on resistant starch content and glycemic response in healthy subjects. Resistant starch contents were analyzed on freshly cooked white rice (control rice), cooked white rice cooled for 10 hours at room temperature (test rice I), and cooked white rice cooled for 24 hours at 4°C then reheated (test rice II). The results showed that resistant starch contents in control rice, test rice I, and test rice II were 0.64 g/100 g, 1.30 g/100 g, and 1.65 g/100 g, respectively. Test rice II had higher resistant starch content than test rice I, hence used in the clinical study along with control rice to characterize glycemic response in 15 healthy adults. The clinical study was a randomized, single-blind crossover study. In the clinical study, test rice II significantly lowered glycemic response compared with control rice (125±50.1 vs 152±48.3 mmol.min/L, respectively; p=0.047). In conclusion, cooling of cooked white rice increased resistant starch content. Cooked white rice cooled for 24 hours at 4°C then reheated lowered glycemic response compared with freshly cooked white rice.

Effect of variety and cooking method on resistant starch content of white rice and subsequent postprandial glucose response and appetite in humans

Abstract in English, Chinese

Rice is a staple carbohydrate throughout much of the world. Previous work indicated that resistant starch (RS) content of rice consumed in India varied with rice variety and cooking method. This study quantified RS in 4 white rice varieties (jasmine, long grain, medium grain, and short grain) cooked in three manners (oven baked, conventional rice cooker, and pressure cooker), and analyzed for RS content immediately after preparation or after 3 days of refrigeration at 4°C. The rice varieties with the highest and lowest RS content were selected for a pilot- scale trial to characterize postprandial glycemic response and appetite ratings in healthy adults (n=21). Refrigerated long-grain rice cooked in a conventional rice cooker had the highest RS content (HRS, 2.55 g RS/100 g) and refrigerated short-grain rice cooked in a pressure cooker had the lowest RS content (LRS, 0.20 g RS/100 g). These rice samples were served reheated in the clinical trial. Glucose area under the curve (AUC) were significantly lower with HRS and LRS compared to glucose beverage; however, there was no difference between HRS and LRS. Glycemic indices did not differ significantly between HRS and LRS. Subjects reported an overall increased feeling of fullness and decreased desire to eat based on incremental area under the curve (iAUC) for both HRS and LRS compared to control. This study found that RS naturally occurring in rice had minimal impact on the postprandial glycemic response and appetite.

Resistant Starch Content in Foods Commonly Consumed in the United States: A Narrative Review

Resistant starch (RS; types 1 to 5) cannot be digested in the small intestine and thus enters the colon intact, with some types capable of being fermented by gut microbes. As a fiber, types 1, 2, 3, and 5 are found naturally in foods, while types 2, 3, and 4 can be added to foods as a functional ingredient…. Breads, breakfast cereals, snack foods, bananas and plantains, grains, pasta, rice, legumes, and potatoes contain RS. Foods that have been cooked then chilled have higher RS than cooked foods. Foods with higher amylose concentrations have higher RS than native varieties. The data from this database will serve as a resource for health practitioners to educate and support patients and clients interested in increasing their intake of RS-rich foods and for researchers to formulate dietary interventions with RS foods and examine associated health outcomes.

Cereal grains, legumes and diabetes

This review examines the evidence for the role of whole grain foods and legumes in the aetiology and management of diabetes. MedLine and SilverPlatter (‘Nutrition’ and ‘Food Science FSTA’) databases were searched to identify epidemiological and experimental studies relating to the effects of whole grain foods and legumes on indicators of carbohydrate metabolism. Epidemiological studies strongly support the suggestion that high intakes of whole grain foods protect against the development of type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM). People who consume approximately 3 servings per day of whole grain foods are less likely to develop T2DM than low consumers (<3 servings per week) with a risk reduction in the order of 20-30%. The role of legumes in the prevention of diabetes is less clear, possibly because of the relatively low intake of leguminous foods in the populations studied. However, legumes share several qualities with whole grains of potential benefit to glycaemic control including slow release carbohydrate and a high fibre content. A substantial increase in dietary intake of legumes as replacement food for more rapidly digested carbohydrate might therefore be expected to improve glycaemic control and thus reduce incident diabetes. This is consistent with the results of dietary intervention studies that have found improvements in glycaemic control after increasing the dietary intake of whole grain foods, legumes, vegetables and fruit. The benefit has been attributed to an increase in soluble fibre intake. However, prospective studies have found that soluble fibre intake is not associated with a lower incidence of T2DM. On the contrary, it is cereal fibre that is largely insoluble that is associated with a reduced risk of developing T2DM. Despite this, the addition of wheat bran to the diets of diabetic people has not improved indicators of glycaemic control. These apparently contradictory findings might be explained by metabolic studies that have indicated improvement in glucose handling is associated with the intact structure of food. For both grains and legumes, fine grinding disrupts cell structures and renders starch more readily accessible for digestion. The extent to which the intact structure of grains and legumes or the composition of foods in terms of dietary fibre and other constituents contribute to the beneficial effect remains to be quantified. Other mechanisms to help explain improvements in glycaemic control when consuming whole grains and legumes relate to cooking, type of starch, satiety and nutrient retention. Thus, there is strong evidence to suggest that eating a variety of whole grain foods and legumes is beneficial in the prevention and management of diabetes. This is compatible with advice from around the world that recommends consumption of a wide range of carbohydrate foods from cereals, vegetables, legumes and fruits both for the general population and for people with diabetes.

Cereal grains and legumes in the prevention of coronary heart disease and stroke: a review of the literature

A number of reviewers have examined studies investigating the relationship between coronary heart disease and stroke prior to 2000. Since then, several key studies have been published. Five studies have examined the relationship between wholegrain consumption, coronary heart disease (CHD) and cardiovascular (CVD) disease and found protection for either or both diseases. The researchers concluded that a relationship between wholegrain intake and CHD is seen with at least a 20% and perhaps a 40% reduction in risk for those who eat wholegrain food habitually vs those who eat them rarely. Notwithstanding the fact that fibre is an important component of wholegrains, many studies have not shown an independent effect of fibre alone on CHD events. Thus in terms of CHD prevention, fibre is best obtained from wholegrain sources. Wholegrain products have strong antioxidant activity and contain phytoestrogens, but there is insufficient evidence to determine whether this is beneficial in CHD prevention. Soluble fibre clearly lowers cholesterol to a small but significant degree and one would expect that this would reduce CHD events. There have been a small number of epidemiological studies showing soy consumption is associated with lower rates of heart disease. Countering the positive evidence for wholegrain and legume intake has been the Nurses Health Study in 2000 that showed women who were overweight or obese consuming a high glycaemic load (GL) diet doubled their relative risk of CHD compared with those consuming a low GL diet. Although the literature relating GL with CHD events is somewhat mixed, the relationship with risk factors such as HDL cholesterol, triglyceride and C reactive protein is relatively clear. Thus, carbohydrate-rich foods should be wholegrain and, if they are not, then the lowest glycaemic index (GI) product should be used. Promotion of carbohydrate foods should be focused on wholegrain cereals because these have proven to be associated with health benefits. There is insufficient evidence about whether the addition of other components of wholegrains such as polyphenolics or minerals (such as magnesium or zinc) would improve the health benefits of refined grain foods and this needs investigation. Whether adding bran to refined carbohydrate foods can improve the situation is also not clear, and it was found that added bran lowered heart disease risk in men by 30%. This persisted after full adjustment (including GL) suggesting, at least in men, that fibre may be more important than GI. Thus there are two messages: The intake of wholegrain foods clearly protects against heart disease and stroke but the exact mechanism is not clear. Fibre, magnesium, folate and vitamins B6 and vitamin E may be important. The intake of high GI carbohydrates (from both grain and non-grain sources) in large amounts is associated with an increased risk of heart disease in overweight and obese women even when fibre intake is high but this requires further confirmation in normal-weight women.

Recommendation: Carbohydrate-rich foods should be wholegrain and if they are not, then the lowest GI product available should be consumed. Glycemic index is largely irrelevant for foods that contain small amounts of carbohydrate per serve (such as most vegetables).

WOW! Thank you so much, Gail. I am passing all of this along to my friend.

You are a treasure. Bless you.

Gail Combs

You are very welcome. I appreciate all the info you contribute. It has helped me a lot.

OH, and I made a connection. (Role of Red Meat) I think the vitamin B 12 in beef is what was missing in Hubby’s diet and why adding hamburger helped so much.

Pills often do not actually get the vitamin INTO the body.

I agree about the pills.

One strategy I use for taking vitamins is to take them with some of a food source for them. For example, when I take vitamin C, I take it with strawberries. My theory is that the vitamin will absorb better if it is with a natural food source for it. I have no scientific evidence for this theory 🙂

Gail Combs

I have taken your advice on that.

I immediately emailed the info to my friend. She was so excited. She asked me to pass along her thanks to you.

Some of you’ve got me fucking livid! I don’t cuss much but I’m cussing now!

So many people are shitting on this event, saying it doesn’t mean anything – that it’s just a dog and pony show.

We have a televised “throat punch” by the United States Congress as they PUBLICLY call out Mark Zuckerberg for operating a pedophile ring. And they exposed his multi billion dollar enterprise that he’s letting pedophiles use to sexually exploit OUR children!

It’s a statement TO THE WORLD that OUR claims are TRUE!

Take the fucking win! This is a step in the right direction and a bunch of you are trying to fucking go backwards!

Did you think Rome would fall in a day? No! But the Bastille is burning!

ADD fuel to the flames, don’t fucking piss on them!

Earlier Tweets:

Mark Zuckerberg is forced to publicly acknowledge that his META social media sites, including Facebook, have been used to exploit children and Zuckerberg did absolutely nothing to stop it. Zuckerberg was told to turn around, in front of Congress, and apologize to his victims who were present in the chamber…while on live T.V.

The veil is torn!

NEW: Josh Hawley goes off on Mark Zuckerberg and forces him to stand up, turn around and apologize to families who were impacted by child exploitation on META platforms.

“You didn’t take any action. You didn’t fire anybody.”

“There’s families of victims here today. Have you apologized to the victims? Would you like to do so now? Well, they’re here, you’re on national television.”

“Would you like now to apologize to the victims who have been harmed by your product? Would you like to apologize for what you’ve done to these good people?”

Brian Cates – Political Columnist & Pundit
They’re also trying to keep this on the down low, but the SCOTUS accepted former AG Ed Meese’s brief on how Smith was unconstitutionally appointed by Garland.
Meese made an excellent case that only someone whos already holding a federal office [appointed by Chief Executive & passed a confirmation vote in the Senate] could be handed the kind of extremely powerful federal LEO/investigatory powers of a Special Counsel.
Both Smith and the other Special Counsel appointed by Garland, Robert Hur, were both private citizens and not federal officers.
So on top of not being able to take Trump to trial this year in DC, Smith’s also having to wait and see if the SCOTUS agrees with Meese that is appointment [and his entire investigation] has an illegal foundation.

Even if appellate court files a decision tomorrow upholding Chutkan’s denial of immunity, Trump can ask for en banc decision by DC circuit. Obama heavy court will deny, prompting cert to SCOTUS. If SCOTUS accepts, earliest it could be resolved is end of June (end of term) This backdates J6 trial 6 months from time Chutkan put pretrial proceedings on hold. She has said all suspended time will be accounted for in preparation for trial. So DC trial looks unlikely before election. If SCOTUS fast tracks—also unlikely—it still appears impossible this trial happens before November. And SCOTUS decision on 1512c2, half of Smith’s indictment, could prove fatal to case anyway.

If you live in Colorado beware of Prop. 117. It’s Ranked Choice Voting and they are trying to gather signatures to put it on Nov. 2024 ballot. They want to make it part of state constitution and need 2% of registered voters in each county to sign it. Another demo-fascist ploy for total control.

17-year-old alleged ‘serial swatter’ charged after police say he made threats throughout the country

A 17-year-old “serial swatter” from California is believed to be responsible for hundreds of swatting incidents and bomb threats throughout the United States and is now facing charges in Florida, according to a pretrial detention motion.

Alan Filion was extradited to Florida on January 30 to face charges for a swatting incident at a mosque, according to the Seminole County State Attorney’s Office.

Swatting is making a false report to the police with the intention of luring them to a location by saying a violent crime has taken place or is in progress.

The dangerous hoax has been on the FBI’s radar for nearly two decades and became more widely known as celebrities were targeted. The troubling trend recently took a political turn as federal judges and lawmakers have been subject to the false emergency calls, along with state capitol buildings and even the White House.

I will take the win. My concern is that Dems voted for it in large numbers. That tells me they are going straight steals through the electronic voting system tabulation as well as through fake IDs. Those watermarked ballots are still going to be fed through scanners.

pat frederick

numbers would help

Exactly. They could still print a million extra water-marked ballots and fill them out pre-election to have them ready to deliver at 3AM when they see they are losing

The Biden Burble.

Apparently some 10 minutes or so have been lopped off the end of the above video,
The missing bit is worth watching.
The FULL video can be seen here…

Gail Combs

We all remember this from earlier this week:

Justin Mohn ‘decapitates his father’, 68… | Daily Mail Online
PUBLISHED: 22:31 EST, 30 January 2024 | UPDATED: 09:34 EST, 31 January 2024

and a SECOND story,

Unhinged Justin Mohn who ‘decapitated his father and paraded his head’ in disturbing YouTube video was debt-ridden QAnon conspiracy theorist who wrote books including ‘The Second Messiah’ that he claimed is ‘loosely based on him’Daily Mail Online PUBLISHED: 04:45 EST, 31 January 2024 | UPDATED: 13:53 EST, 31 January 2024

The ONLY connection to ‘QAnon is:

“𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝗔𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗿-𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟳.”

That article also mentions him living in Colorado. Maybe Drugs?

Records show that Mohn moved back home to live in his parents $390,000 home with his brother Zachary, 35, and his sister Stephanie, 38 – 👉having been fired from a job in Colorado for kicking open an office door.

He graduated from Penn State in business management in 2014, but struggled to hold down any job in the decade since.

From the first story:

Justin Mohn, 32, was arrested and charged with murder in Pennsylvania hours after posting a video online showing his father’s severed head….

In one unhinged post, he wrote: ‘Even my own family upholds this Cult belief and is willing to go to jail to prove it. Donald Trump, if this does not get fixed ASAP then you will also be in jail for the rest of your life after I sue you for everything you own – that’s not a threat that’s a promise b****.’

The alleged killer’s Facebook accounts appear to have been taken down as of Wednesday morning, and his name is not searchable on X.

Well the Anons were Johnny on the spot. Zak Paine and brad Zerbo grabbed a lot of info about the guy before it got wiped. Starts at 24 minutes.

Brad has the full tweet that was quoted in the Daily Fail, about Trump. You can see a readable copy at 30 &1/2 minutes. WIERD that it was posted 10 minutes before… Is that 10 minutes AFTER the story of his arrest came out? That is the only mention of trump. Brad has another tweet and at the end he is saying contact people like Fetterman.

Altered State S02E16 Justin Mohn = Failed Psyop?

Gail Combs

OH, and Zak points out there is already a bill about DISBANDING PRIVATE MILITIAS.🤔

What are the odds of a WACK JOB talking of militias does something headline catching NOW?? MK-ULTRA????

Gail Combs

At 40 minutes they look at the WACKJOB’s Utube talking about a militia and showing his dad’s head. As former Utubers they give the reasons THAT is completely UNBELIEVABLE without intervention.

He has 46 subscribers but got 3144 people watching LIVE AND the vid was left up for 6 hours.

1. How did anyone find that video? Did Utube push that to the homepage or something?
2. One of the 46 had to see it & push it everywhere within 5 hours.
3. To give an example of how unbelievable those #s are, Altered state at that time had over 3000 watching live [similar #] Brad chimes in just hit 4,000 with 156,000 subscribers.
4. We do not know who found the video.
5. Zak: If we go to the 4 chan boards, someone, probably a Fed, posted it just to bring people in. But no media has claimed responsibility for finding the vid.

6. Brad, you can speak from experience too. Utube has a sophisticated algorithm to recognize violence. Specifically acts of violence. For instance if we showed a street fight or even 2 people yelling at each other, gun going off, bomb…, Utube would recognize it immediately, restrict the vid and the vid would not be easily findible. You would have to know about the video. BRAD: Esp now, it is on steroids! If you post something, it flags it and pops a notice within an hour.

7. ZAK: In my mind, leaving it on for 6 hrs means there was some level of intention that the vid was found and got around.

Our side is way too smart. 😉
