I met with my integrative doctor today and he’s given me some new things to try. Got sick late middle of March. Have no idea what it was, but it could have been the “plague” virus. I don’t know. The post-viral inflammation has not been easy to manage. Mainly it seems to be mast cell activation syndrome kinds of symptoms.

My doctor also said that covid kills off Bifido bacteria in the gut which is why so many people are having digestive issues.
This may seem like something really out of left field, but I’d suggest a day spa with steam or sauna, then deep-tissue massage (The Fiancee and I call our experience “Tub, Rub, and Grub”).
Not a “playing-around” one where comely maidens (or youths) gently stroke your limbs, but a massage that is more like a generalized chiropractic session where the practitioner has a clear understanding of bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles — and how to avoid injury.
I generally wait too long between such and shuffle in like Quasimodo. If I’m lucky, I leave feeling more like a cat and go have a nice dinner. The next day, all the toxins released have had a chance to migrate and you feel somewhat hungover, but the toxins are no longer attached and built-in, and every pint of water going through you carries more away.

The first thing I would do is figure out how to eliminate all of the traitors.
Nothing else matters until that is taken care of.
This is certainly not the first scenario of this kind in the world, so certainly there are tried and true methods of accomplishing the task, no need to reinvent the wheel. People in government are certainly in a position to know what methods can successfully be used on a large scale in the shortest amount of time.
But I don’t have access to that kind of information, so if I had to reinvent the wheel, have DOGE use A.I. to search every employee’s government email account (no expectation of privacy, no need for a warrant) for keywords like ‘Trump’, ‘hate’, etc.
Do the same for every employee’s Tweeter accounts, Facebook and other publicly searchable social media accounts.
Flagged accounts get further review, which A.I. can also handle.
Every employee who has written hostile comments about the new administration is fired.
Everyone who has written hostile comments about Trump from 2016 to the present is fired. Evidence is shown to the fired employee and saved in the employee’s government file. If they want to dispute the firing, they can do so as a private citizen.
That could be accomplished in the first 5 days, probably less, and may eliminate 50% of the workforce.
Next I would network with people I know personally, currently in government, from my own previous government employment. Bongino must know many current government agents and their reputations. Bring the good ones in. Explain the situation.
Nobody wants to come forward to say anything negative about a fellow employee, even if you know they’re bad guys. So you don’t ask them to rat anyone out, you ask for recommendations of people to retain, based on their own personal experience.
Whether each person can come up with only 5 people, or 50 people, or a hundred, you’re looking for a list of good guys, not a list of bad guys. Recommending people you like or respect is easy, not hard, and you’re not betraying any code of silence or similar.
So no one is put in a position to say anything negative about any fellow employee, only positive. Have the lists submitted in 48 hours.
Whoever is on their lists, whether its 100 people combined, or a thousand, or five thousand, have all of those people meet in an auditorium or similar place that can seat them all.
Repeat the process. Have them all submit a list of people they think are the best agents for the job, people they respect and would like to work with going forward. Nothing negative, no bad guy lists, only good guys.
Give them all 48 hours to turn in their lists.
Run all the lists through a computer.
Any government employee who is not on anyone’s ‘good guy’ list is fired.
Figure out a cut-off number, e.g., anyone who only shows up on 20% of the ‘good guy’ lists is too questionable to keep, so they’re fired.
Whatever you do, it has to be large scale and it has to be fast. It won’t be perfect.
The idea is to tip the balance from 90% bad guys vs. 10% good guys, to something closer to 50 / 50 or hopefully better.
Bad guys operate with impunity in a 90% to 10% environment.
But in a 50 / 50 environment, the bad guys can never know who is watching or who will turn them in, because now there are ‘good guys’ all around them.
You change the entire culture of the organization practically overnight by empowering the good guys and making the bad guys fearful — which is what they should be.
It is somewhat of a truism to say that successful organizations don’t rely on having exclusively good people on staff, but rather have mechanisms to encourage bad people to good behavior.
This is fundamental to our Constitution — powers are balanced such that good behavior is encouraged.
Today’s rogue judiciary is jamming this system by mandating good people into bad behavior.

Linux can use a plethora of filesystems. Most distros default to ‘ext4’, which has been around since 2006 and is officially old. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ext4

The reason that this video exists is that ext4 is really very very very very very very good. It blows the doors off of filesystems that existed before, and filesystems that were created since are only marginally better……if you tilt your head a certain way…..and squint…..and dim the lights a bit……and don’t worry about long-term reliability….
Just think about the contrast between the linked video and one that would say, “zogfs is better and more reliable than ext4 everywhere and I can prove it.” That, however, is not the video we have. Nor is it the video we are likely to get, because ext4 is just that good.
To put this into a bit of context, Linux isn’t the same sort of operating system like Macs or Windows. Linux is more like an Erector set (if you’re old enough to remember them) or a Lego set. There is a picture on the box and all the pieces inside, and if you assemble them according to the instructions, the result should look like the picture on the box…..but there are often alternative instructions, where you can make the pieces for a bulldozer into a crane…..and, if you feel like, you can assemble the pieces however you please and make the bulldozer into a race car.
Going further, there may be 3,000 pieces in your Linux distro’s box — but you have access to 25,000 more pieces online for free.
And even though it’s a fundamental piece of what makes your system tick, Linux can deal with just about any file system — whether it is Windows’ NTFS or Apple’s APFS (read-only). When you plug a thumbdrive into a Linux system, you can read or write files without any special effort (although there peculiarities worth knowing).
One of those peculiarities is that Linux will mount a thumbdrive with the permissions of the user mounting the drive. NTFS does not maintain or use the standard permissions used by Linux, so Linux will “fake” the permissions moving forward, but not moving back. So if user A plugs in an NTFS thumbdrive and copies it into another thumbdrive formatted to ext4, user B will not be able to use it, despite them both looking the same to user A.
Another bit of fun is that you can archive a Linux file system into an archive file under NTFS (or exFAT, or FAT32…..). So when you download a Raspberry Pi system under Windows and unarchive it onto an SD card to boot your Pi, it will create an ext4 file system for your Pi.
Further, certain NAS systems natively store data as ext4, but present themselves as NTFS shares on the network. (To retain ext4 permissions, they would need to be accessed as NFS.)

Of all the judges in the U.S. all five foreign-born judges of the D.C. court managed to get their fingerprints on controversial Trump cases.
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump’s authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States.
While country of origin doesn’t come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the U.S. military or immigration.
The concept of foreign-born judges is a newer phenomenon in this district. In addition to the 15 main judges, the D.C. District has 10 older, senior judges who still occasionally hear cases in the district. This group, nominated as far back as Ronald Reagan the 1980s, were all born in the U.S.

But starting in 2014, former President Barack Obama appointed Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan, born in Kingston, Jamaica. She was in the U.S. by 1979, attending George Washington University. Obama also appointed Judge Amit P. Mehta to the D.C. court. Mehta also had no previous experience as a judge. Mehta was born in Patan, Gujarat, India. He and his parents came to the U.S. when he was a baby, age one. He was raised in Maryland. Mehta will oversee four January 6 civil cases that aim to blame Trump for injuries and squeeze money, court time, and political embarrassment out of him.
The other three foreign born judges were nominated by former President Joe Biden.
Judge Ana Cecilia Reyes was nominated in 2021, also with no prior experience as a judge. She was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and moved to Spain, and while still a child, moved to Louisville, Kentucky, where she grew up. She is the first openly LGBT Latina to be appointed to this court. Reyes presided over an objection to Trump’s executive order declaring “gender dysphoria” as “inconsistent” with the “high standards for troop readiness,” as The Federalist’s Shawn Fleetwood reported. Reyes blocked Trump’s order with a preliminary injunction.
The first Muslim and Arab American in the D.C. district court, Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali was born and raised in Canada to Egyptian parents. According to his Questionnaire for Judicial Nominees, Ali was not required to register for the U.S. Selective Service. That is because he was not a citizen until 2019. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada with a software engineering degree in 2008 and then attended Harvard Law School in the U.S., graduating with a law degree in 2011. He worked as a volunteer on Biden’s 2020 transition team and for a phone bank in support of Biden’s presidential campaign. He worked for some nonprofits but never served as a judge until Biden appointed him in 2024. Amir has written extensively and negatively about Trump’s so-called “Travel ban,” a 2017 Executive Order which restricted travel to the U.S. from seven predominantly Muslim countries for 90 days.
In his writing, he said, “prejudice and intolerance” were “the very hallmark of [Trump’s] campaign against Muslims.”
Before he was a judge, Ali spoke at the National Press Foundation and gave tips to reporters about how to cover the courts.
When confirmed, Amir was a member of the Capital Area Muslim Bar Association; Muslim American Judicial Advisory Council; National Arab American Bar Association; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; National Police Accountability Project; and the Native American Bar Association of D.C., among others.
Ali single handedly restored $2 billion in USAID spending to foreign nonprofit contractors that the Trump Administration had paused for 90 days, in a stunning overreach of authority last month.
The newest judge on the D.C. District Court is also foreign born.
Before slinking out of office, Biden and his handlers got Judge Sparkle Sooknanan confirmed. She was sworn in Jan. 2, 2025. Born in the dual-island nation Trinidad and Tobago in 1983, she left her home country at age 16 to pursue college and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2010.
She was a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and during the Biden Administration she was the principal deputy assistant attorney general in the Civil Rights Division for the Department of Justice before Biden tapped her for her first ever judge gig in the D.C. Court, according to her Questionnaire for Judicial Nominees.
Last week, Sooknanan dutifully did her part to slow Trump’s agenda, ordering the reinstatement of Democrat Susan Grundmann to the Federal Labor Relations Authority, a move that keeps the board in a Democrat majority.

The Articles of Confederation had no federal judiciary. branch at all. Each state handled their own issues. No overriding judiciary or set of separate laws to use to control the population.
Right or wrong, the Articles did not contain a source of corruption and abuse of power that our nation saw at various times and that we now see prominently displayed today.
What puzzles me is that so many people who believe in the Constitution that replaced the Articles are now offended and deny the former has many weaknesses that create the corruption and criminal acts the feds, including the judiciary, commit that we see today.
The Articles needed fixed and they threw the baby those same founding fathers birthed out with the bathwater for the Constitution that was going to fix the problems. Now it is has been abused and watered down to the point it is abused just like the Articles were.
My hope is PDT and patriots are successful in doing what they can to close the loop on some of this.
The Articles did not allow 3% of the 33% to defend the 100%. At least, that’s how I understand that part of it.

The above report mentions that they can test to see if a wound care patient has “non-protective antibody titers.” This indicates that anyone that is concerned can ask for an antibody titer test to see if they are considered protected. Had to take an empty tub and drop it over the attacking cat to slow down the action. Sheesh! I was already on Bactrim DS so I just went in the house rinsed it a bit, slathered in coconut oil and went back to what I was doing. Deep puncture wounds through my blue jeans.
More recently I almost sliced the tip of one of my fingers off while pruning a tree last year. When the urgent care asked about shots, I said I was all current. I bled a lot before I got stitched up. No issues.

I haven’t looked for any published research on that. I just live my life the way I want. Sometimes it doesn’t work out, but mostly rejecting fear and choosing to listen to my gut about things does work out.
I think like you do but I do not think the blame belongs on the doctors’ shoulders. The amount of student loans they have to repay is staggering. They really need their jobs. If their jobs require following corporate dictates, that’s what they have to do.
I chose an ARNP as my primary specifically to avoid what you describe as much as possible. I also detest phone menus and schedulers who don’t know me and my unique points. What a joy it is to call the office and be greeted by a friend.
Some docs deserve to be abused. But a lot of them do not.
My doctor’s office consists of her and one staffer. The staffer draws blood, takes height, weight, etc., and answers the phone for everything.
I still blame my doctor for knowing less about a “pandemic” virus and its attendant “vaccine” than I know. She’s a doctor; she works Monday-Wednesday. She could take one of her four-day weekends to study what her patients are experiencing, so she knows more than a layman.

They pretty much think inside the box. They derogate / dismiss other physicians who DO think outside the box, like Peter A. McCullough, MD, as “outsiders.” They move in lockstep with whatever the AMA and their state Medical Licensing Board dictate.
This, IMO, is a tragedy all around.

The bigger scandal here is Congress funded sanctuary cities with the CR in March. I was the only Republican in the House who refused to vote for that CR. I said repeatedly that it was counter to the President’s agenda and that judges would refer to it in their rulings.

Yesterday, I had a 3-week checkup with the Nurse Practitioner from the surgery team. She said that a couple of things from my situation were quite unusual.
The heart has two arteries that supply blood to it: the left and right coronary arteries. These two main arteries fork several times to form the network of smaller arteries that supply blood/oxygen to the heart muscle. In most cases, one or several of the smaller arteries get clogged up and have to be fixed by making an artery bypass that goes around the clog. In my case, the lesser arteries were clear, but both the left and right coronary arteries were clogged up more than the team had ever encountered. One was 100% clogged and the other was 90-95% clogged. The other item of interest was how I could apparently function, without a heart attack, with both those arteries so clogged up.
For my part, I knew that even walking on a level sidewalk at a normal pace would cause the chest pain to be felt, so I did everything slowly, even walking with the cart in WalMart, so the pain did not appear. I didn’t know how close I was to a heart attack. That’s why I was moved to a special heart surgery unit on the day of my coronary angiogram and operated on the next day. Didn’t have to wait around for 3-4 weeks to get scheduled.

Autumn Cordellionè, who was born Jonathan C. Richardson, claimed that he was raped by other male prisoners at the Westville Correctional Facility in Indiana and that his claims were ignored by guards.

Cordellionè was convicted in 2011 of strangling to death the 11-month-old daughter of his girlfriend at the time. He was sentenced to 55 years in prison.
He said that he was assaulted after being moved from the New Castle Correctional Facility, where he was in special custody, to the male prison in Indiana.
“Trump’s president now, and we won’t even get in trouble for f**king you trannies up,” one assailant allegedly told Cordellionè.
“We’re patriots and even if you tell on us, Trump will pardon us and probably give us a medal,” another assailant allegedly said.
Cordellionè is seeking $3.5 million in damages from the president. The lawsuit says that Trump’s rhetoric contributed to the violation of the prisoner’s Eighth Amendment rights against cruel and unusual punishment.
He claims that Trump’s rhetoric also fueled discrimination among the prison guards and officials.
“I’ve seen your case on the news, and I personally don’t think us taxpayers should have to pay for your surgery,” one allegedly said. “God doesn’t approve of transgenders and gays, so what do you expect to happen when you dress like a woman and have t*** in a male facility?”
The Daily Mail reported that a White House spokesperson released a brief statement about the lawsuit.
“President Trump has vowed to defend biological women from gender ideology extremism and restore biological truth to the federal government,” read the statement.
Cordellionè had also sued after a prison chaplain allegedly restricted him from wearing a hijab. He argued in that lawsuit that he was a member of the Theosophical Society of America.
A spokesperson for ACLU praised the ruling in 2023 as a victory for civil rights.
“Today marks a significant victory for transgender individuals in Indiana’s prisons,” said Ken Falk at the time. “Denying evidence-based medical care to incarcerated people simply because they are transgender is unconstitutional. We are pleased that the court agreed.”

We re-entered the vaccination matrix when he was pre-transplant, having him & his siblings receive whatever vaccines the transplant team recommended on the schedule they suggested. However they were all teenagers then so this seemed (at least to me) to be a presumed diminished autism risk from vaccines.When Josiah was an infant, & I don’t remember him having autism “symptoms” before age 2 or so, he was facing A Lot of health issues. He was premature, IUGR (Intra-Uterine Growth Retarded=very small for gestational age–he was 2# 6oz while his twin was 5# 4oz), had congenital heart defects (for which he underwent surgery at 2 months), & contracted RSV & was re-hospitalized about a week after his first discharge post-heart surgery with that infection & again for the same thing about 10 months later. He also had an unplanned surgery on his inguinal hernias when he was in the recovery period from his first surgery. These were major stressors on a young, premature, & relatively sickly baby. Having included the additional stress of vaccines on his system may have been that proverbial straw that broke that camel’s back.I agree that much more research should be done on this topic. Autism is such a devastating & lifelong condition that most anything that can be done to reduce the likelihood of becoming autistic should be examined. There are massive burdens on the individual, family, & government support services when autism is involved. Some of those diseases mentioned would be better to risk than autism…On a final note, there is a local radio personality in Detroit, Bob Dutko, on WMUZ, that has addressed this topic numerous times. He references some research that was done comparing similarly aged populations (some were Amish who didn’t vaccinate at all) to see if autism incidence was higher in vaccinated populations vs non-vaccinated populations. There was basically no statistical difference in the incidence of childhood illnesses between Vaccine & Non-V kids. There was a distinct statistical difference in Autism with the Vaccinated kids having a Much Higher Incidence. I don’t recall if of those people studied (there were thousands of kids’ data analyzed) if any had autism that were not also vaccinated.Thanks for posting the topic, Stella. Taking any advice from a “star” is a scary proposition. My other kids’ doctor/pediatrician was definitely of the opinion that there was no link whatsoever between vaccines & autism & he tried to pressure me on several occasions to vaccinate my kids after I’d begun refusing vaccines. Community Health Organizations/Governments can make sweeping policies as Guidelines for the general population, but it’s up to parents/families to decide on an individual basis what, when, & even how to take (or refuse) such advice/policies. At least that’s how it seems it ought to be in a “free” society!

As individuals, we always have to make choices & decisions with incomplete information. In the vaccine/autism debate those parents who are informed (not by “stars” alarmism) about the topic should be in the best position to make an Informed Decision. They need to have reasonably complete info to weigh the risks of (potential contribution to) autism vs the risks of the underlying diseases, including the minuscule disease incident rates that occur via vaccination itself.
It would be highly beneficial for more research to be done on this topic…& for the data to be made more readily available to providers & parents of children of vaccination-recommended ages. I doubt the public health entities really want parents to be aware of the risks because they would likely prefer to have a very compliant population so that the vaccination rate approaches 100%…My universe with Josiah has often had to do with the 1 in 10,000, 1 in 100,000, & even 1 in 1,000,000 rates in so many domains.
Because many aspects of his existence have been Extremely Outside the Bell Curve what we are often dealing with is extreme atypicalities. For example, his neurological impairments in his hands: his left hand (non-dominant) 4-5 standard deviations below normal while his right hand (dominant) was 7-8 or 8-9 (I forget the exact number) standard deviations below normal.
His birth weight was under 1200 grams which (along with our financial situation) automatically qualified him for SSI as “Very Low Birth Weight” at the outset of his life–not even necessarily taking in to consideration his other disabling conditions. His numbers on the growth chart during pediatric days were almost always well below the bottom line (5th percentile, I believe).
His Learning Disability in Math tested so low as to be something like the 0.0001 Percentile! However his reading skills were above average–go figure…
His Congenital Absence of the Portal Vein (Abernethy Malformation) that contributed to the need for the Liver Transplant, was such a rare condition that it had only been written up in medical literature maybe 2 dozen times, one of which was by Abernethy in the 1700’s, I believe.
I used to look through medical literature at the hospital library (I had access because my mom worked there then) trying to find data on his conditions that had at least 3 of his known diagnoses intersect…It was a near impossible task. Every presumed genetic syndrome he was tested for came back negative…He continues/d to stump the experts & few really tried to get a grasp of where he was at with an overall global view as many were much more comfortable just dealing in the arena of their specific specialty. What I wouldn’t have given to get 5 or 6 of his doctors in one room to more thoroughly analyze & diagnosis him!
In the aforementioned doctor’s practice she told me on several occasions that he was the most complicated child in her practice (& her entire practice is dedicated to very complex special needs kids)…
Anyway, my experience with Josiah & the magnitude & complexity of his needs is Way Outside “normal” parameters. We pretty much, as Indiana Jones said, are “making this up as we go!”
