The real questions are simple – Did Joe Biden specifically approve of a pardon for Fauci in that meeting, and do the resulting emails include Fauci’s name?

The Biden fiasco illustrates the major problem with an autopen. If the President does not physically sign an official document there is doubt. Therefore it should ONLY be used for piddling stuff.
ALSO, the President was the one elected. It is up to him to actually be the administrator not some unknown staffer. On top of that, if there is TOO MUCH for him to sign, it means HE IS NOT DOING HIS JOB, someone else is.
I expect him to READ the EOs and laws he signs not just rubber stamp them. If that were to happen maybe we would have a lot less asinine laws!
Legally, there can be NO inquiry that is initiated regarding the validity of various pardons.
So how does it get determined?
A prosecution that puts a person in criminal jeopardy is initiated. Most likely, the ‘pardon’ person will plead the pardon as an affirmative defense to being prosecuted.
At that point, the value of the pardon can be determined. If it is determined to be valid, the prosecution gets dismissed. If it is determined to be invalid, the prosecution proceeds.
The prosecution will be suspended while the entire process gets reviewed by SCOTUS regardless of the trial court’s ruling.
This process must be done individually in order to provide due process to each ‘pardon’ recipient.

If you go to youtube, you will notice that practically ALL of the videos show people with emotional reactions on their faces.
Eyes big, hands up to mouth, etc.
That is because youtube’s algorithms promote those types of videos, so if a content creator wants his videos to bubble up to the top out of all the millions of videos being posted to yootoob each day, there are multiple things they need to do.
I don’t know what all of them are, but I have heard content creators explain to their regular members (people who subscribe to their yootoob channel) that they don’t like making those thumbnail photos with the weird expressions on their faces, but they have to do it, to help boost their videos in the algorithms.
Everything is driven by various metrics, and the thumbnail photo (showing bewilderment, rage, shock, surprise, etc.) is one of the big ones.
The title also makes a difference, which is why titles are so click-baity. Length makes a difference too, that’s why so many yootoob videos are ~10 minutes long.

My maternal grandfather (Edmund, known to me as “Poppa”), who was born in 1892, was working in a coal mine in the Masontown, PA, area starting when he was 10 years old — he, and other young children, were literally “harnessed” to the little “railroad cars” that were in the mine to carry out slag and other debris from the mining, up to the surface of the mine. He worked 12-hour days, 6 days a week. His older brother, Johnnie, also worked in this mine as a “slag train human mule.” Both of them lived in the “children’s barracks” on the coal mine property.
Edmund and Johnnie had been hrown out of the family home in McClellandtown, PA, by THEIR father right after his wife (their mother) passed away. They were told to go and find a job and not to come back to the family home. The father kept his daughters at the family home until they each became 16 years old, then they had to leave and find work also. One of the daughters, “Great-Aunt Margaret”, became a “trained nurse” and worked for a wealthy “minor steel magnate” family in Pittsburgh (the Fitzpatrick family) as a private nurse for the magnate’s children.
My grandfather, Edmund, at age 15, and now working as a coal miner (not as a “human mule”) in the mine, decided that he wanted a better life. He started taking high school diploma courses through what at that time was called the International Correspondence School, based in Scranton, PA (now called ICS Learn and still in business.) I have his copy of the “Principles of Business” course book that he took as part of the curriculum. He graduated with a high school diploma and immediately quit the mine, went to Pittsburgh, and became a patternmaker apprentice at a steel mill. His brother, Johnnie, also quit the mine and left to find another job. I don’t know what became of Johnnie.

COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 25
Confidence in prayer. (1-7) Prayer for remission of sins. (8-14) For help in affliction. (15-22)
(1-7) “In worshipping God, we must lift up our souls to him. It is certain that none who, by a believing attendance, wait on God, and, by a believing hope, wait for him, shall be ashamed of it. The most advanced believer both needs and desires to be taught of God. If we sincerely desire to know our duty, with resolution to do it, we may be sure that God will direct us in it. The psalmist is earnest for the pardon of his sins. When God pardons sin, he is said to remember it no more, which denotes full remission. It is God’s goodness, and not ours, his mercy, and not our merit, that must be our plea for the pardon of sin, and all the good we need. This plea we must rely upon, feeling our own unworthiness, and satisfied of the riches of God’s mercy and grace. How boundless is that mercy which covers for ever the sins and follies of a youth spent without God and without hope! Blessed be the Lord, the blood of the great Sacrifice can wash away every stain.”

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

I Grok’d this and later saw Beth’s comment. Beth is right.
For most people I don’t think the MTG bill will be a big deal if it’s your primary residence and you lived in it over 2yrs. If your gross profit on the home is 250,000 dollars as single person or 500,000 dollars as a married folk then the capital gains will kick in for any profit above those amounts as far as Federal tax. Not sure how state tax effects that, except here in Texas income is not taxable.
Have used that tax exemption, on our home sale twice.
The cost of homes in some areas have gone up so much that capital gains is going to exceed the exemption. The other problem I believe, is that your medicare insurance is billed based on your earnings for the year. Capital gains on a home sale can create a surprise jump in those premiums in the year of the sale.
Slow Guy thought Medicare monthly is a fixed amount. I need to look into that one.
There are tiers depending on your income levels for past 2 years.

They are actively undermining him and can no longer be trusted, IMO.

Beck goes hot and cold. Unreliable. Unpredictable.

“Can no longer be trusted” or take them with a grain of salt? The later might be the smarter option and you don’t have to be listening in on their every word, just now and then is fine. Better than siphoning ourselves into one mode of thinking.
One should understand while we don’t know exactly what Trump is up too and we trust him, he is currently captured or acting as captured by AIPAC and the MIC, hopefully just to fill his basket for more goodies for us. He has an uncanny way of getting back to what the people want and I trust he’ll do that at a time of his choosing, hopefully before the Midterms.
I took them with a grain of salt the first time they were against Trump and then became supporters. (Funny how the “supporters” route was the most popular one that would yield them the most notoriety, clicks, and money. But I digress.)

I agree. I don’t see what that has to do with his supposed “friends” who talk out of both sides of their mouths and can’t seem to see what you have just written.
Interesting that Trump, during the Campaign asked Flynn if he was ready to serve again AND did not appoint him to anything that we know of.
SO that leaves 2 options.
#1. Trump found out Flynn was not trust worthy.
#2. Flynn is part of the trap.
If “the trap” involves turning the MAGA base against Trump in an effort to get Dems to somehow expose themselves (I’m not sure how), then they’re playing Russian roulette. I don’t believe this theory.

My take is, Trump offered Flynn one or more jobs.
I remember reading something about that. So, possibilities [donning and adjusting tinfoil hat]…

…Pres. Trump did that on purpose, knowing that Flynn would turn them down, because Trump didin’t want Flynn in his administration.
…Flynn was offered legitimate jobs that he could have taken, but he hasn’t because he is really subversive to MAGA.
…Flynn was offered jobs that he could have taken but he just doesn’t want to be tied to government work.
#3 Trump asked and Flynn declined for whatever reason.
If the gist of this is that all those people might be playing a role at Trump’s direction and that we don’t know what he’s up to, I don’t buy it. Turning the MAGA base against Trump is going too far, and it’s too risky. I don’t believe there is going to be some earth-shattering reveall that would instantly bring everyone back.
Bingo. Anyone trying to turn us against Trump is an enemy. Flynn effed up Trump plans first term and Beck dipped his ugly face in cheetohs and Kelly made a fool of herself in that debate. I don’t give a whoop what they say about anything

I disagree with the speculation that Epstein isn’t really dead. That is a sure-fire way to keep conspiracy theories going.
How do we know they have any version of the files at all? They are just going to scream for files to be released. If they had doctored or made up a version, who would be their authority for releasing that? And if there is such a person or entity, the public would want to know why they have been sitting on the information for all this time. We know that the content would not be trustworthy, but the mere existence of it would not be trustworthy on its face.
I agree with this, but I don’t think Trump is doing it in exactly the way presented here. We’ll see.
There is something of a two-edged sword if the cabal doctored or created the files. They may be able to throw shade on Trump, but it will also dox some of the Dem big donors. That creates a cost/benefit scenario for them. Given that they believe Trump is out in 2029 they may decide to bury the sword.
What if there are more copies of the original file? There are people who know the truth Epstein’s girlfriend hope she lives .

I don’t think there is an “original file,” if you mean a list. Epstein would have been foolhardy to write down his dealings with people, especially if they included blackmail.
If you mean the set of information that is called “the Epstein files,” my impression is that it should only be in the hands of law enforcement. If someone else has a copy, they would have a lot of explaining to do.

He seems to be saying that the complete “files” could implicate Pres. Trump because he was falsely inserted into them by the Left, and that he is covering them up because of that. It’s an interesting theory.

But I think there could be several reasons why Dems would call for the release of the files:

They are seizing an opportunity to turn Trump’s base against him and are hoping that feeding into this frenzy will harm the Republicans and their chances in the midterms. (And our side is playing along like kids who take candy from a predator. If the Dems take the House, they will impeach Trump. If they also take the Senate, they will convict him.)
• They think there is bad information about Trump in them, or against major Republican players. This could backfire, though, because there also has to be bad information against major Dem players as well. This is a good idea. I’ve noticed that ice creams with massive amounts of colored dyes tend to leave me feeling a bit less well the next day, compared to less highly colored ice creams. Obviously not scientifically linked to any cause, but an observation that was very repeatable for specific ice creams.
Have you heard of the feingold diet? My former boss had to take his son off of artificial dyes, that was back in the 90s.

Chicken wing and legs have a lot of collagen (feet too, but they’re never in the store here anymore). I roast mine and catch all the good gelatin in the drippings and then scrape all of that in with the bones and scraps to make the broth.

Because I gotta tell ya, as a white guy, I would have had a high bail, and looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees (and fines), along with being charged for a LOT more crimes (the whole kitchen sink, every possible infraction they can come up with, as is prosecutors’ SOP for white people, to use as leverage to compel a plea bargain), and looking at a minimum of 5 years in State Penitentiary, IF I took a guilty plea deal.
If I demanded a trial, then that’s at least a half million in legal fees and if I lose, I’m looking at 20 years, maybe out in 15 for good behavior.
But what I *&^% sure wouldn’t have experienced, is being SET FREE so I could go commit more crimes in Albuquerque.
You certainly won’t be able to spend enough time at work to remain employed through all that.

It’s more than just Round-Up. Residential pesticide services are now using powerful agricultural pesticides in their household services. I was shocked. It’s going to start directly harming people. If you’re worried about traces of this stuff on your fruits and vegetables, imagine having is sprayed on the outside of your house, and in your garden. And this stuff is VERY persistent. It actually goes INTO your garden plants and kills insects that feed on your plants. It will go into you for sure.
I was rather surprised to learn what these companies are using. Be very careful with this stuff – it’s way more powerful than the household pesticides you are used to. Those are usually just pyrethroids, although those tend to be powerful, too.
They are using these things called “neonics” (short for neo-nicotinoids) that are illegal in Europe and most of the rest of the world. These compounds USED to be only used in agriculture. Now, they’re spraying houses, lawns, and gardens with them.
These are the things that are alleged to be killing off bees.
Even worse, the high-pressure salesmen for these companies will tell you that these compounds are “natural”, “organic” or “plant-based”. BULLSHIT. It’s a huge stretch to call them any of these. They’re synthetic “organic chemicals” (meaning organic chemistry, i.e., carbon-based) that are only somewhat related to natural compounds, some of which (like nicotine) are rather toxic to humans.
This bill needs to be stopped. These pesticides are VERY LIKELY contributing to the chronic illness problems of Americans.

Consistent with the Executive Order, the Department of Justice will lead a coordinated effort across federal agencies to minimize non-essential multilingual services, redirect resources toward English-language education and assimilation, and ensure legal compliance with the Executive Order through targeted measures where necessary.
“As President Trump has made clear, English is the official language of the United States,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “The Department of Justice will lead the effort to codify the President’s Executive Order and eliminate wasteful virtue-signaling policies across government agencies to promote assimilation over division.”
“President Trump’s Executive Order marks a pivotal step toward unifying our nation through a common language and enhancing efficiency in federal operations,” said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon. “The Department of Justice ensures that while we respect linguistic diversity, our federal resources will prioritize English proficiency to empower new Americans and strengthen civic unity.”
While leaving room for linguistic diversity that exists in private and community spheres, this Guidance will help streamline federal processes, reduce administrative burdens, and increase operational efficiency across agencies by removing extensive translation services and de-prioritizing multilingualism over English proficiency. Implementing the Executive Order will enhance social and economic integration, offer new Americans a vital pathway for civic engagement, and further bind Americans together with a shared language.
President Trump’s Executive Order rescinds Executive Order No. 13,166, signed by President Clinton on August 16, 2000. Executive Order No. 13,166 directed agencies to enhance access to federal programs for persons with limited English proficiency and required tailored guidance for recipients of federal funding—straining federal resources and impeding the assimilation of new Americans.
This is the latest Guidance issued by the Department of Justice to implement and administer President Trump’s agenda.
