I had a cordial discussion with Gabriel Malor (as real a name as cthulhu) at a moron meetup. Well, actually we were trying to shout debate points at each other in a very crowded noisy bar while ingesting whiskey and beer…..but as friends.
My thesis was that the gay takeover of traditional marriage was fundamentally mistaken. What was needed was a fundamental enumeration of the rights and privileges of heterosexual spouses and a rational analysis of how these things should be addressed in the modern era. His response was that nobody had the inclination to perform such an onerous task in a timely manner and and that the shortcut of opening legal marriage to all was preferable to a blanket denial of status to homosexuals.
To be frank, I could see his point — although he seemed a bit overeager (Gabe is gay, himself). I just thought it would eventually result in worse results. After all, “family law” and divorce horrors indicated that traditional marriage was under legal pressure even among heterosexual child-rearing households.
I just figured that new statute law that cut away from 2000 years of dowry, testimony, and child-rearing assumptions reaching back from the 1700s to prehistory might be a good cleanup.
Obviously, it was bourbon and scotch debating which one was best.

Jury Selection Completed in Karmelo Anthony Trial for Murder – Opening Statements Tomorrow
June 3, 2026
Karmelo Anthony, who is black, was arrested in 2025 after he stabbed and killed Austin Metcalf, who is white, at a track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Karmelo has been charged with first-degree murder: the unlawful killing of another, with malice aforethought and specific intent.
In the past several days 600 people were reviewed to generate a potential pool of 250 jurors. The 250 were further whittled down to 12 with six alternates. The jury selection is over and the opening statements in the trial will likely begin tomorrow. The jury will not be sequestered during trial.
The killing is not being disputed by the defense, there were dozens of witnesses to the murder. However, the defense is claiming ‘stand your ground’ and ‘self-defense’ as justification for the killing. The defense is also promoting a motive of racism for everything surrounding the event between Metcalf and Anthony and throughout the pre-trial motions and public positioning.
Race has become the focal point of the issue because the defense is promoting race as the cause. Interestingly, last week Jack Cashill noted the Karmelo Anthony trial was likely to become the summer 2026 racial motivation for the midterms -similar to George Floyd- assuming Karmelo is found guilty. {See Cashill Prediction Here}
Karmelo is transparently guilty and Cashill rightly notes there is a long history of Communists and Marxists using the transparently guilty as martyrs for their racism narratives. The Austin Metcalf murder and Karmelo Anthony trial is perfect fuel for the “Black Lives Matter” remnants to reassemble.
The potential jurors were questioned about their biases and perspectives. Several of the black jurors said they could not convict a young black man for killing a white young man. This is the part of the cultural narrative the defense teams are publicly counting on.
TEXAS – Potential jurors in the Karmelo Anthony trial said they couldn’t imagine giving him life in prison or “putting a brother in jail” — despite the heinous murder he is charged with.

I read that article. The defense is going to use “stand your ground” as their argument. But the particulars don’t match up sufficiently (in my legal opinion…lol). Anthony was in the opposing team’s tent (NOT HIS GROUND), it was Metcalf’s. so Anthony had no right to be there, and was a potential thief. In the scenario of an intruder breaking into your home and in defense of that home you kill him, that’s stand you ground. it does not protect the thief.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Wednesday that moves 8,000 federal workers in policy roles into a new class that makes it easier for the administration to fire them for misconduct and poor performance.
The order moves the employees from a protected status into an at-will position, including high-ranking officials at the top of the government’s civil service, known as GS-15 employees.
The White House characterized the order as “fixing a broken system” that streamlines replacing federal employees who are not aligned with the administration.
“Personnel rules make removing federal employees for any reason exceedingly difficult,” the White House said in a fact sheet. “Consequently, employees with significant policy-making responsibilities can stay in their jobs for years even if they perform poorly, engage in misconduct, or are unwilling to advance presidential policy across administrations.”
The order impacts agency positions such as directors, deputy directors, chiefs of staff, senior advisors and policy analysts, employees with significant involvement in drafting regulations and guidance, public affairs and legislative affairs leaders, and employees who help determine who receives federal grants.
The move comes after Trump offered buyout options for federal workers last year to encourage them to leave voluntarily.

Today I exposed how Marjorie Traitor Greene @mtgreenee appears to be involved in a promotion of the app Sway while she’s abroad in Costa Rica.
I found a video of Ali Partovi @apartovi, the Iranian progressive Democrat founder of the app calling for ICE to be abolished!
After I exposed her promotion of the app, MTG defended him on X and called me a “racist” for asking why she was promoting an app created by an Iranian radical leftist.
In the video, the founder said he allows anti-ICE and ICE tracking operatives to use his app to “fight back”.
He also admits to once being deported.
Why is MTG promoting an app founded by an Iranian who wants to Abolish ICE?

OK, I hear your criticisms, but I could spend hours explaining the problems with them, so I will (seemingly rudely and dismissively, but trust me, NOT SO) briefly explain where things come from here – from my point of view.
(1) publishing the unproven
Information has to get out BEFORE it can be replicated – in fact, it has to get out SO that it can be replicated (or not replicated, or disproven). Science became so much easier to do when preprint servers allowed the information to get into other people’s hands BEFORE the minions of orthodoxy had a chance to shut it down.
Almost all of our survival of COVID and the vaccines depended upon the scientific word getting out through publication and preprints. The worst that they could do was force retractions as propaganda. Note that the cabal didn’t WANT science that “failed to replicate” their politically protected “fake science” to get done.
The reality is that publishing to the public quickly is our friend. Hide the information too long, and they will make sure we never see what they don’t like.
(2) cures and treatments
Yes, big pharma thrives on treatments. But cures are hard – they are gold and silver in a world that is mostly aluminum and iron. Researching cures is great, but they take time – sometimes centuries.
Glasses are a treatment – not a cure. The science that cures bad vision took CENTURIES to create, long after the treatment benefited billions of human lives. And that treatment still works, and is (for many people) still less risky and preferable to the cure.
And – for centuries into the future – many things CANNOT be cured – they can only be treated. In part, this is because there is not now and will not be a cure for death itself. Indeed, I do not even WANT anything to do with human-designed immortality.
Cures are great, but they take time. Getting there takes time, money, and …… the lower standard of treatments.
Yes, we do need to pressure in favor of cures, because Big Pharma will rest on a profitable treatment. As it has, IMO, with “chemo”!

My doctor as a teen had rheumatoid arthritis. She went to Canada and was CURED!!! This was in the mid 1960s. The FDA WOULD NOT ALLOW TRIALS, like Ivermectin this CURE was BANNED. My Doctor even went on the Joe Pyne Show trying to get public backing to push the FDA into allowing trials. The camera kept zooming in on her claw like hands as she would rap them on the wooden lectern. Obviously she was not successful in defeating Big Pharma.

I find it deliciously humorous that Dr. Jay is basically accusing the Democrat-approved scientific orthodoxy of being behind the problems of science – not just the politicization of science. Even more delicious, he is likening them to the very people they love to criticize – the bureaucracy of the Catholic Church in Galileo’s time. It’s a bit of a cheap shot, but it’s deserved.
Bhattacharya’s solutions will shift the flow of science money in ways the top Demmunists will hate. Right now, money flows willy-nilly to MORE, NEW, unrepeatable, politically correct bullshit. In the future Jay envisions, the money will flow to critics of bullshit. Also, money will flow to universities and colleges OTHER than the big, expensive, cabal-controlled “Poison Ivy League + Californicate” – where all the money goes now. Expect more money to “real” state universities, as opposed to the elite universities. Finally, more money will flow to newer and younger researchers, rather than just the “cabal-approved” scientists at the top.
Demmunists on the street SAY they’re for those kind of changes, but in reality, they do what they’re told, and support the non-replication, the stagnation, and the concentration to elite universities, by supporting politicians like Sherrod Brown who vote for the “progressive” regressive policies and minions. It’s awesome to see how Trump, through Bhattacharya, is forcing popular science as the cure to elite science.

Hi guys, we just got back from visiting my dad at my little bro’s house. Daughter Clarissa drove & she was on the clock as Josiah’s staff as he also came along as did her daughter Lillian. She gets paid, we get transportation, & I can be in whatever shape I’m in as it arises without having to manage an hour+ road trip each way…win, win…
I went to Dad’s room first & he was being attended by a new caregiver, Diedre, on her first shift with him. Apparently they’ve hired caregivers for 28 hours of the week & someone was with Dad overnight so bro & SIL got some much needed sleep. Sometimes bro sleeps on the couch in Dad’s room overnight to assist him as needed.
Dad was very drowsy most of the time I was with him but did interact periodically, sometimes speaking loudly enough to be heard & coherently enough to make sense. I wasn’t sure if he knew who I was but C said that when she was with him he asked for his daughter & later said my name so it appears he either knew who I was or mistook my daughter, who vaguely looks like I did when younger, for me when she was there. Per SIL the only person he consistently recognizes is my bro Mike.
Josiah visited 3rd & had a real hard time seeing his grandpa in that state. He was emotional & cried periodically (as did I) & couldn’t bring himself to touch my dad. He’s also wresting with how this reminds him of his Grandma’s death just last year. I was holding Dad’s hand(s) most of the time I was with him & sometimes brushing back his hair or reading a devotional book to him that he’d asked me to bring the last time I saw him. J had brought a University of Michigan 2026 Basketball Championship banner that he’d gotten for Dad & draped it on the couch in his view. Dad was always buying championship T-Shirts for the whole family clan whenever U of M, the Pistons, or the Red Wings went the distance. None of us have seen the Lions ascend to the pinnacle yet 😉 Dad saw the Detroit Lions as champions in the Pre-Super Bowl era at least. I’d wished he would live to see the Lions become Super Bowl champions but now I guess I’d better hope that I live to see that happen LOL Dad was talking with Josiah a bit about his Albion College football escapades. I love to hear his stories, which often revolve around sports.
Lillian was a bit tentative w/ her great-grandpa so her visit with her mom was fairly brief. C told me that she’d talked to Dad like how she speaks to children as SIL said that she thought he was functioning at about a 2 year old level most of the time now.
When Mike got home from work he took a dip in the lake & surprisingly caught a baby snapper turtle in a small plastic pail. He made the rounds to show each of us the little turtle, including Dad, so that was a bit of a treat. Later C & L got to let it go back home…
One positive from my time with my dad is that I got him to intake basically what amounted to the 2 previous day’s total food & drink volume. He ate an entire container, like 4 oz, of applesauce, had 6-8oz of sugar free gatorade, & several ounces of water too! He had requested some ramen noodles but couldn’t bring himself to eat any once they were ready & I tried several times. Hopefully someone else will get him to take a few bites. Per bro they try to get him whatever food he requests but sometimes he’ll only eat one bite of it. We encourage but don’t force intake. The sugar free choice was to reduce UTIs…
They claim that he has a C. Difficile infection but I don’t know how they “know” as there was no testing done. He is taking antibiotics for the infection at least & sometimes a bite of applesauce is all he’ll eat all day to help him get the pill down. He was needing the bedside toilet about every hour even with such very limited intake.
They have a soothing worship channel on the large screen TV in the room so there is constant background Christian music & beautiful imagery cycling in his view. There also is a scent diffuser keeping a pleasant fragrance & humidity near him. His bed is positioned with a nice view of the attached deck to the family room he’s in & he can see the lake, trees, & sunsets which he’s traditionally loved. My SIL rubbed various oils into his skin in my presence & just seems to really know how to help & comfort Dad. PTL!
Overall it was a positive though also difficult for each of us visit. Apparently Hospice only comes for one hour each week so I had no interaction with them. SIL said that they told her last week that they thought that Dad had maybe a month left to live. Apparently he’s on morphine which she injects into his cheek as needed. SIL’s parents are still there, though we didn’t see them, & her mom, who is an RN, has taken many shifts at Dad’s side. The “young” man who is also living in their home has spent decent time with Dad & they’ve developed a loving friendship in the weeks their visits have overlapped at Mike’s.
God is good & helping us to get through this difficult transition in our family. Thank you so much for thinking of & praying for us again as we weather whichever way the wind blows.

Thank you Kalbo. I’m pacing myself. It takes me longer to bounce back from all of it than I’d like but I’m giving myself “permission” to be where I am since the process (for me at least) just is what it is. My SIL is 10 years younger than me & little bro is 6 years younger. They both have Way more stamina right now than I can even pretend to have at this point. Josiah & I both have weird associations with his hospitalization that overlapped with Mom’s death last year & this new death season has descended much more quickly than any of us could have wanted…It was just a few months ago that I was accompanying Dad to a doctor’s appointment, having a meal out together, & having a mini shopping spree on the way home. He had been planning to drive himself to church for Easter just days before the fall, confusion, & UTI that had little bro taking him home to their house & the ER/hospitalization right after Easter…Even our extended family gathering on Mother’s Day weekend had him WAY more functional than he is now. With his very limited intake I can’t imagine him living very much longer. That he’s not apparently feeling too much pain is a huge blessing…
One is never fully prepared for the passing of a loved one, but being able to see their condition over time reveals their final life experiences. It becomes clear that they are not the person they once were and that the coming changes are inevitable. It is hard to see that, and the changes themselves are something to be grieved, but IMO it is also a blessing to be there for them throughout, remembering how they were always there for others. Your dad is blessed to have a loving family. May God bless and comfort you all. 🙏
TY TT. Dad is surrounded by love & his final days appear to be unfolding in the best way possible given what is happening in his body & mind. A greeting card came for him from friends he’s known (the husband at least) since grade school. SIL had me read it to him & said this couple, from The New Years Eve Gang, sends cards almost every day. Dad has visitors most every day & his homegoing process is mostly peaceful & godly. That is a comfort even as the sharp decline is hard to see for each one of us. Thankfully we each have an eternal perspective to help us cope…

I know. She said he doesn’t feel it there. It might be inside his mouth to the cheek area, like a dentist could do. Maybe her RN mom suggested it? I don’t know…He didn’t appear to be uncomfortable over the 3 1/2 hours I was periodically with him, taking turns with others…so that, at least, is a relief…
