There are SEC filings and “Confidential Agreements” between Moderna, the FDA. and the NIAID, regarding the funding and development of mRNA “vaccines.” There are patent co-ownership and revenue-sharing agreements between Moderna and the NIAID. There is a Moderna – NIH Confidential Agreement that goes back to 2015.

The language here has numerous Proprietary Information redactions; however, it appears to be broad enough to cover the later co-ownership by Moderna and the NIH of the SPIKEVAX patents and their Expiry Dates (more on these below.)

“On Thursday, Chairman of the Board of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Bill Pulte, said Fed Chair Jerome Powell may be criminally referred to the Justice Department for alleged perjury about the $2.5 billion building renovation plan.
“I am told by very reliable Congressional sources that there may be a criminal referral coming from one or more Congress members to the DOJ for Jay Powell’s alleged perjury about the $2.5BN building,” Pulte said on X.”
“An hour later, GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna criminally referred Jerome Powell over the renovation insanity.”
“Powell is under fire for the cost of renovating the Fed’s DC headquarters. The cost ballooned from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion.
“Powell has asked the central bank’s inspector general to conduct an additional review of the ongoing renovation, CNN previously reported. Last month, some Senate lawmakers grilled Powell over what they depicted as lavish upgrades to its DC headquarters at Powell’s semiannual monetary policy hearing,’ CNN reported.
“The Fed’s renovation project was approved by its board in 2017 and originally cost $1.9 billion in 2019. Construction began in 2021, but the cost swelled to $2.5 billion because of “unforeseen conditions” requiring more spending to rectify, such as “more asbestos than anticipated, toxic contamination in soil, and a higher-than-expected water table,” according to the Fed’s website,” CNN reported.
President Trump earlier this week said Jerome Powell’s renovation scandal may be enough to fire him as the Fed Chair.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

Most of this episode is a segment from a recent Tucker Carlson interview with someone who is talking about Epstein, his amazing plea deal in Florida, and how Epstein was apparently in Israel when the deal was made.
Why Israel?
Apparently Israel is a sanctuary state for pedophiles of Jewish descent, so that’s where Epstein initially ran. Currently there are at least 60 pedophiles who are wanted in America, but who have escaped to Israel, and now live there freely, except for those who have re-offended while in Israel, and were prosecuted by the Israeli justice system.
But they can escape justice for their crimes in America all day long, in Israel.
Why?
Nobody knows. You’d think the POTUS would have considerable influence over a country that couldn’t even exist without U.S. protection, but it seems to work the other way around. Someone should figure out why that is.

I suspect that Israeli law allows all Jews convicted of crimes anywhere (which may often be “trumped up”, so to speak) to receive sanctuary without extradition in Israel. Therefore, Jewish criminals take advantage of that law / policy.
Israel is, if nothing else, Israel First. While this has weakened a bit in recent years, it’s still largely true. Israel may argue internally about what’s best for Jews, but in the end, people do what they think is best for Israel – NOT what’s best for other countries.

At the Bayman Bay Club in Honduras, there was this little bat that liked to sleep during the day on the club dartboard — it was one of the old fiber ones, and I think it liked the texture to grab onto.
We were always afraid that some of the guests would actually try to play darts.
Bayman Bay Club was a very fun place to stay. Our room was above the freight dock.
Now, the way docks are typically constructed, there are vertical poles sunk into the bottom that are arranged in two lines. Between these lines, the actual dock surface is floated. There are side widgets with rollers attached to the dock to roll up and down the poles with the tide, and then there is a ramp from terra firma to the dock that changes angle when the dock floats up-and-down. For this freight dock, there was an incline up to the main area from the top of the ramp with a winch at the top. They managed things so that we were never bothered by noises during our stay.
The only real peculiarity was the fact that vultures would perch on top of the dock’s eight poles overnight to sleep, so whenever we got an early start to go diving they’d be right below our window, looking like harbingers of doom.

After moving our section to a new building, the FBI got subcontractors from Honduras doing the cleaning. When they started, they spoke no English and always had to be escorted around the building by cleared personnel. I’m not sure it was cost-effective to have high-paid engineers stop their work to help recent imports pull the trash. They were nice enough and learned some English over time. I also observed they drove nice new SUVs though I do not think they were top of the line (not Suburbans or Volvos).

The thing about In-and-Out is that they are very much a private company. The limit of their expansion has traditionally been the bakery that makes their buns — they fly them to all of their locations, and they have to be able to arrive and be fresh to be served. Up to a few years ago (and maybe since) there is only one bakery on the planet that they trust to make their buns.
If they have found a suitable replacement on the East Coast — or, better yet, if they have one on each coast — their expansion plans can shift into overdrive.
