As we discussed on other thread, I agree that Mattis could definitely be one.
The 25th amendment actually says “principal officers of the executive departments” (it does not use the word “cabinet”). So people like the UN Ambassador, National Security Advisor and chief of staff might be in the cabinet, but they wouldn’t qualify.
The amendment provides for Congress to pass a law setting up a different list. I don’t know if they ever did.
Well that wording doesn’t nail it down very well, does it.
What does it mean by “principal officers” and which ones are considered the “executive departments”?

I’ve been researching the cabinet since I posted this. Apparently the cabinet consists of the Vice President and the heads of the departments, and anyone else like the Chief of Staff or director of OMB is more of an honorary thing (Mulvaney currently wears both of those hats).

i have two copies of the book strangely enough and have had them for years and never read them fully and still have not. one was in a box i got from my grandparents attic the other from a yard sale my other grandfather bought it when i was a kid and i also got that copy after he died.
in any case i am not saying there are answers in the book, but just the fact that early on when q posted that first breadcrumbs post on 4ch and the thread contained the words Q Clearance i immediately thought of those books. and it was also the fact i knew from the three or four chapters i read what q clearance was, and it matched up to what the readers of q were saying early on – dept of energy nuclear clearance. they also speculated as to whether miller was q for quite a while since he seemed to be spot on with what was happening AND he had the keys to the president’s speeches…

If I’m reading this right, it looks like the voter ID fight might be about to escalate. That, certainly, is going to need a supreme court majority to be settled the way patriots want. Goes along with the citizenship thing on the census.

what i never understood is how do they get the license? they just ask for it? as a legal citizen you must pass a written and driving test in order to get it. what i have seen of “refugee drivers” here in my state (incidentally they drive toyota and hyundai almost exclusively) i cannot believe they passed any test…

Another major hole in the driver’s license system is the international driver’s license. You get one of these before going overseas. Literally, you get to drive in the destination country WITHOUT taking a test of any kind; you show the cop your international license and your US state issued license. You’re not relieved from knowing the laws there, but you get the license without proving knowledge of them. (The US military in Europe used to require that you at least study European traffic laws before letting you drive over there–good for them.)
Presumably visitors to the US have the same situation.

My suspicions for a very long time.
I’ve speculated, but made no assumptions. However, the article was apparently endorsed by Q, and people have been assuming (especially since he linked to Fox covering the story) that there were indeed two backstabbing people on the cabinet.
But that brings up a question, now that you mention it. Is Q citing the article as an example of fake news bordering on treasonous, OR is he citing it as true, demonstrating treason on the parts of certain individuals?

In point of fact, I wasn’t focused on the Rosenstein angle of it at all–when you first made your complaint that we were convicting Rosenstein, I said, basically, “Huh? Where did I do that?” then looked again.
My comment was related to Scott Adam’s persuasion doctrine. Many comments were dealing with “who are the 2 cab sec’s that RR has ID’d?” That is classic “selling past the sale”
Everyone is talking about who the cab sec’s are and are not questioning whether RR ever made this claim. The sources of this claim are our enemies, they are attacking RR.
By not questioning the claim of the 2 cab sec’s, this claim is being tacitly accepted – hence the “past the sale” thing – this is a sneaky persuasion move that we should not fall for.
I agree, and I fell for it–sort of. I was unaware RR was even a part of the claim.
I was making no judgements of anyone, and it took a while for me to pick up on my argument.
I am kind of fond of RR these days – I wear my support of him like a badge of honour. It was arguing for the sting, and thus defending RR, that got me banned, so I’m stuck defending him now till the truth is revealed … 🙂

If you read around on Qresearch, there has been a constant attack of shills and insulting accusations about Q being “fake”…despite all the previous ‘proofs’.
There are also the people like Sd, Gorka and several other ‘Trump supporters’ who declare that “Q is garbage”.
Then there are all the attacks from the Enemedia, proclaiming that Q is just a “conspiracy theory”.
So…I dunno, maybe that has something to do with it.
As I said elsewhere, I’m more impressed by things Trump does and says, than what Q does or says. As I pointed out over there the best argument I’ve actually heard is that Trump hasn’t disavowed Q.
This latest onslaught of “see, I’m real” is pushing close to having the opposite effect on me because it seems so desperate.
We’re not the primary audience, IMO. We’re early adopters and “early non-adopters”. Again, another sign of professionalism.

I am, like you, not impressed at all. But I look on Twitter and I see lots of happy faces and literally thousands of impressed people.

Are people taking this literally? Barr was just sworn in on Thursday. I see it as more of a device to illustrate what the probable questions and answers would be if Barr is going to get to the bottom of things. I hope Q has inside knowledge about what Barr will be doing.
The second question about the “mandate” is about the scope memo (outlining the scope of the investigation). I think Devin Nunes has talked about how broad the original one was, and yet there was a second one that they will not let members of Congress see.
