Thanking God . . .
“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (First Thessalonians 5:16-18) Give thanks in ALL circumstances . . . yes, even in what we might consider as bad circumstances. Thankfulness should be a way of life for us, naturally flowing from our hearts and mouths.
Psalm 136:1 says, “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.” We are thankful: God’s constant goodness and His steadfast love. When we recognize the nature of our depravity and understand that, apart from God, there is only death (John 10:10; Romans 7:5), our natural response is to be grateful for the life He gives.
Psalm 30 gives praise to God for His deliverance. David writes, “I will exalt you, O Lord, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me. O Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me. O Lord, you brought me up from the grave; you spared me from going down into the pit. . . . You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever” (Psalm 30:1-12). David gives thanks to God following an obviously difficult circumstance. This psalm of thanksgiving, we not only praise God in the moment but remember God’s past faithfulness. It is a statement of God’s character, which is so wonderful that praise is the only appropriate response.
We are also thankful to God in the midst of difficult circumstances. Psalm 28 depicts David’s distress. It is a cry to God for mercy, protection, and justice. After David cries out to God, he writes, “Praise be to the Lord, for he has heard my cry for mercy. The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy, and I will give thanks to him in song” (Psalm 28:6-7). In the midst of hardship, David remembers who God is and, as a result of knowing and trusting God, gives thanks. Job had a similar attitude of praise, even in the face of death: “The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised” (Job 1:21).
Paul, heavily persecuted, wrote, “Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him” (2 Corinthians 2:14). The writer of Hebrews says, “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe” (Hebrews 12:28). Peter gives a reason to be thankful for “grief and all kinds of trials,” saying that, through the hardships, our faith “may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed” (1 Peter 1:6-7).
We, the people of God, are thankful people, for we realize how much we have been given. One of the characteristics of the last days is a lack of thanksgiving, according to 2 Timothy 3:2. Wicked people will be “ungrateful.”
We are thankful because God is worthy of our thanksgiving. It is only right to credit Him for “every good and perfect gift” He gives (James 1:17). When we are thankful, our focus moves off selfish desires and off the pain of current circumstances. Expressing thankfulness helps us remember that God is in control. Thankfulness, then, is not only appropriate; it’s actually healthy and beneficial to us. It reminds us of the bigger picture – that we belong to God, and that we have been blessed with every spiritual blessing (Ephesians 1:3). Truly, we have an abundant life (John 10:10), and gratefulness is fitting.
By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness. (2 Peter 1:3)
Thank God for His Blessings
We look at our country these days and see
All the bad things that happen to be:
Lies, corruption, thievery and fraud,
But we’ve seen the Light and so we thank God.
Thank God that we have enough to eat,
That we don’t have to live on the street,
That we have water, are secure and warm,
In wind and rain, we’re safe from the storm.
Thank God for our friends and family
That we choose work, there’s no slavery
That after work we can rest or play,
And feel some contentment for our day.
We tend to lose sight that we’re truly blessed,
Living in comfort, not poor and oppressed,
While life’s twists happen and we feel deprived,
Others on this earth must fight to survive.
Our churches and homes may be burned down,
And we could be burned, tortured or drowned.
Worshipping God will threaten our death –
“All praises to Him” at our last breath.
No food, dirty water, oppressive heat,
Sickness, disease, and filthy, dusty streets,
Babies and kids, bloated stomachs and flies,
Grotesque skeletons, no hope in their eyes.
Or living inside wearing old gloves and coats,
Bone-chilling cold, all alone and remote.
Old and sickly, no medicine anywhere,
Dying alone with nobody to care.
There are ways to help the poor, to be sure,
Though it’s unlikely that there’ll be a cure.
We should help in many different ways,
‘Cause the poor will be with us all our days.
From these situations, we can all learn
To look at our problems with less concern,
And realize as our lives pass by,
But for the grace of God go I.
We truly thank God for all our wealth,
Our work, our families, and good health.
On top of these blessings, there’s a big plus –
Our riches in heaven wait for us.
For God’s our Provider, blessings from Him
Have met all our needs and freed us from sin.
He’s given us all, including His Son.
Praise God forever! May His will be done!
Methinks the date is wrong. Happy Sunday anyway.
I think I got it fixed! Happy Sunday! Thank you for being here! 😃
How are you feeling & doing? Hope you’re on the mend & being encouraged in the Lord!
The Kenosha Kid
“#COVID19” should be “#CovidVaccines”
Read it like this……..
WuFlu’s shots were ineffective, Kyle’s shots weren’t.

It could also stand for “Antelope Rectum”
Now THAT Concerns me!
This smug libtard dickhead — who was corrected FROM THE BENCH about his unsubstantiated BS regarding ammunition during the trial — is, IMHO, the poster boy for “disbarment”.
And imprisonment for malfeasance (or some-such sounding thing).
If you’re being chased by an Antelope rectum, you better hope you have an AR rifle… 👍😂
Even a lion may have nightmares about being chased by antelope rectums….
No one needs an AR-15.
There’s always the 805 Bren as an alternative.
Or you can move above that weight with an FAL, HK-91, M1A1…
Sad but these bring back my husband’s video game playing days more than any “real world” knowledge in my associative memory 😉
“No one needs an AR-15.
There’s always the 805 Bren as an alternative.
Or you can move above that weight with an FAL, HK-91, M1A1…”
Yeah, but none of those other rifle acronyms stand for Antelope Rectum.
If you’re being chased by an Antelope Rectum, you probably want an Antelope Rectum rifle.
The kind of rifle specifically designed to kill Antelope Rectums.
That guy is the “antelopes rectum” … I feel bad for the antelope … 🥺😔
This is magnificent.
Gotta keep up our end of the bargain on Earth, though.
Hear Me Roar —
And now look at what Pfizer / Moderna / Johnson & Johnson / Fauci / Walensky / Baric have foisted on you.
I deem my recovery complete. Only thing missing is the lost weight and I ain’t chasing that!!!
Tomorrow is Bacon Day!!!
(The crud I had made the idea of meat or anything fatty repulsive. Anything, of course that can make me uninterested in bacon is pretty strong stuff.)
Good! That lost weight is scary, though. This was not a trivial disease!!!
My last major gig, I had staffers working for me who each weighed less than the weight I could well afford to lose.
[Miss them all — bright as a whip, fast, disarming….and trained by me to slice like a f’in’ hammer for the truth.
When I had the flu last year, I dropped a dress size.
I’m pretty sure I lost an inch off my waist, but the interval between pant sizes is two inches.
I also lost 20 lbs during my bout with the “Rona”……
Someone I know who dang near died of the chicom crud lost 25 pounds on what she called the “covid death diet.”
Luckily, she could well afford to lose it. Of course the fact that she COULD afford to lose it probably made the CCC that much worse.
I went from about 250-260 down to 230
so ya… although I am 6’4″… I could afford to lose the weight. 🙂
Holy crap. THAT is nasty.
Actually…. I didn’t think it was that bad….
Just really tired for a week or so.
Things smelled and tasted really awful. Hence the weight loss.
I also started the IVM the day “they” said I had the “Rona”.
That would have been a bonus blessing if it’d happened to me 🙂
That is exactly the way I saw it 🙂
I’ve heard people they’re just one stomach flu away from their goal weight.
Not true in my case, but I think I’ll just do the rest of it the slow way, Thankyouverymuch.
OMG, I think I finally understand you!!! 🤓 🤪
Sunday is your peronal Bacon Day, Which is technically tomorrow since you’re
in Colorado and it’s still Saturday. Our Qtree Bacon Day is Thursday, per DP. 🤕 😵 🥴
(pls ck my work 😁 )
Here, for your tomorrow and my today. 🤸♀️ 🤸♀️ 🥓 🥓 😋 😋
Bacon touching veggies, uh oh. Hopefully not too contaminated for Steve 😉
Depends on how many carbs and of course personal preference. Don’t even try to give this girl nasty mushy green peas!! 🤢🤮
Veggies in principle aren’t objectionable (though b-coli and cauliflower are the world’s damned curses).
I do, on second glance, note some starches…nope, as of 8PM Saturday night, back on Atkins.
Why not try Romanesco and get the worst of both worlds 🙂
If I wanted the worst of both worlds, I’d have voted for Joe Biden.
Oh wait, maybe I did, without knowing it.
You are in Colorado, so there is a nonzero chance your vote was recorded for Biden. As was mine.
Probably 10 or 20 times 🙂
Is Atkins low or no carbs? What put you on that nutritional course, if you don’t mind me asking?
Atkins is based on the theory that your body basically has two possible sources of energy, carbohydrates (inside the body they all break down to glucose, a very simple sugar molecule) and fat. Fat is used for long term storage; glucose gets used right now and any excess gets stored.
If your body gets both, it preferentially burns the glucose and stores the fat. If there’s little glucose, your body “shifts gears” and burns fat. Of course if you’ve got a LOT of stored fat then you’re in good shape, because your body is already set to burn it (rather than hanging onto it for a rainy day as it burns glucose).
So Atkins puts you on 20 grams per day of carbs for two weeks to force you into fat-burning mode. After that, you’re allowed to slowly raise the amount of carbs until your weight loss is about 1-2 lbs a week.
I don’t fiddle with the actual numbers, I just avoid sugars and starches. Nuts seem to sabotage the process for me so that’s usually a sparing process.
Add to this the fact that a lot of our starchy food (bread and breakfast cereal) has any good micronutrients stripped out by the processing and those items turn out to be downright bad–note how much diabetes and [brain drawing a blank, but it’s sensitivity to something in grains–you and I would both know the word if we heard it] is going on in our society, particularly in children who should be WAY to young for that shit.
Our “food pyramid” is just another form of genocide.
Excellent info–thanks! I’ll need to look into Atkins, which was mentioned by the doc who told me I was pre-diabetic years ago. There was too much kiddie chaos back then to throw even one more thing into the mix.
There is something else rather popular today known as “Keto” which (I gather) is similar. (It’s named after the metabolic fat-burning process.)
The critical thing about Atkins, especially during those first two weeks, is to STICK TO IT. *don’t* accept that cake from someone who is telling you one little piece won’t hurt. It will, and if he persists, kick him in the nuts.
You can expect your cholesterol numbers to go DOWN even though you’re eating fatty food.
Oh, another event that convinced me this was right…I was trying the “whole grain low fat” thing, and had zero energy. One day in frustration I ate a triple cheeseburger. I was practically bouncing off the walls the next day and lost a couple of pounds right about then.
Done with that crap!!!
So bacon is a staple in Atkins?
OK, he’d probably not recommend eating a pound every day…but it’s certainly on the menu! As is beef.
To be fair, I probably don’t eat as many veggies as he recommends (and there are “bad” veggies to be eaten sparingly because they have lots of carbs [carrots, for instance] and veggies that shouldn’t even be considered veggies, like potatoes and corn, which are really just balls of starch).
We seem to really like the bad veggies around here, except we All really like broccoli 🙂
Atkins loves broccoli and cauliflower, it’s just me that hates them.
In fact, they actually package frozen entrees. Breakfast bowls of egg, cheese, sausage and green pepper; other bowls with eggs, cheese and bacon, omellettes (with no potatoes) and dinner entrees too. Many of those, unfortunately for me, feature broccoli and/or cauliflower (including faux rice that’s actually cauliflower). Very convenient for bachelor me.
Thx for the tips Steve. Well any future Mrs. Steve better Love Darwin!!!
You can use other things like root vegetables , spinach, zucchini, peppers, celery , cabbage, sauerkraut.
I fermented a lot of different foods I eat as side dish.
My husband tells me that ” you eat everything”. True very little that I do not like . How one preparers food makes a difference. I noticed in US people are very finicky when it comes to vegetables.
Having no food will change people concerning vegetables.
Lol! Years ago I went on the Atkins diet. About eight months in, I was a the mall and they were having a free health fair. I could have a cholesterol test on the spot. I told my nurse about my breakfast as she drew my blood; three eggs covered with cheddar cheese, five or six pieces of bacon, and four sausage links. She was HORRIFIED! I told her it was the Atkins diet. She told me she was afraid to see my cholesterol number.
It came back at 145!
I thought that nurse might faint. I laughed.
They are every bit as wrong and blind about Atkins and cholesterol/fat, as they are about the vaxxes.
For some reason it took me until this moment to actually make that connection. DUH!!!
Write your progress everyday into a book. After a month or two make a graph of your weight loss you will be surprised.
My husband makes me a graph when I am frustrated if I do not loose I think.
I can gain quickly because of thyroid if I am not on top of it.
You might want to look into Dr Eric Westerman MD he is on YouTube. He has a book well worth it ” End Your Carb Confusion.”
I had (before getting sick) lost 31 pounds (35 if you count those two days my weight was at the bottom of dips I couldn’t sustain).
Presently at 40, having hit 42 the day my sickness “broke.” I expected a bounce up. My job right now is to NOT gain all that weight back by being judicious about eating.
Then I can resume losing weight. I have a long way to go.
In the Eric Westman book he takes a person from 1 table what one can eat to Nr 2 increase some food and if one not gain weight to Nr3 there is another increase of carbs.
I like that in that way one does not jump up but body can adjust.
You seem to be doing well do not discouraged I know it is easy. I too have my moments occasionally and I eat something that is not good for me. Knowing once metabolism is important.
Though I don’t graph my weight I do check it every day. Yes, it moves up and down a couple of pounds. They don’t like you checking your weight every day because people freak out when it moves up. But I know to compare lows to lows and accept the “wiggly” numbers and ignore them.
(On the other hand, I’ve twice bounced up from a HIGH number and THAT is frustrating.)
This is why I go by dress size, and measurements.
I haven’t really lost much of late, but I haven’t gained any, either, so there is that. It would help if I was doing all the cooking, but, nooooooo.
I’ve noted that even when I am “plateauing” (staying in the same weight range for a couple of weeks), my body seems to be rearranging the fat and clothes nevertheless become a bit looser. It’s as if my body is saying “hold on, let me tidy things up a bit before we move on.”
Yes it is. I just adjust myself if I see myself gain 2 lb. Today Sunday I eat breakfast. I ate one pancake 3 slices bacon. I did not eat lunch and had a cup of bone broth. I try to balance things and the rest of the week I do not eat for 20 hours. I take only 1 cup of coffee. Lunch is 2pm and I try not to eat so much. I ferment food so I have some of that and an egg. Sometimes some herring or sardines or cheese or 1/2 avocado. Seldom I do eat 1/2 of yogurt plain whole milk. Now I started to introduce kefir. I drink twice a day 1/2 cup. I cannot always get whole milk that is not ultra pasteurized. I am trying to make it with coconut water. Lets see if the grains adjust 🙂
It is easier for me I am home I know it is hard dieting when working. You are doing really well keep up the good work 🙂
Working is not much of an issue. I “brown bag.”
Good 🙂 Just be patient with yourself and you will progress. You might want to write down what you eat so to see where you can make changes. Artichoke hearts are good veggies also can by in glasses . Trader Jo has good prices on it. Bone broth is good in between good for the gut.
Gluten sensitivity. [I hate it when my brain does that.]
I went on Atkins about 20 years ago, lost about eighty pounds on it.
I was unable to stay with it (you do NOT just go back to eating Corn Chips and Wonder Bread when you’re done; you still avoid the real crap) when I was forced onto low-salt (for reasons having nothing to do with blood pressure), and over the intervening time gained almost all of it back. I spent nearly ten years at a certain weight level (15 lbs above my current level), then in just the last two years bloated up some more.
ENOUGH. I got serious about it again. The other health issue is now moot, so I can go back on it now.
Well, I hope that it works out well for you w/ slow, steady, & maintainable weight loss to your desired level. AND I hope you can enjoy the journey to your planned destination!
Hey, *bacon* is health food!!!
I’ve heard something about the GMO aspects or excessive processing of wheat in more recent years is part of why gluten issues are so prevalent nowadays. I think Gail Combs has addressed this a bit here…
She absolutely has.
Ironically the atheist doesn’t like the cruciferous veggies 😉
I can at least choke down Brussels sprouts.
LOL. Those are the ones I like least between broccoli, cauliflower, & BS. We had decent BS at Thanksgiving a few years back. They were prepared by a chef relative of my daughter-in-law AND involved bacon!!!
I can’t be in a house where BS are cooking. I’ll start gagging.
I haven’t smelled them cooking in so many years so don’t recall what it’s like, but ewww!
I’m sick of being in a World where BS is cooking Non-Stop!!!
I love Brussels spouts. 🙂
It’d be even MORE ironic if I DID like the cruciferous vegetables. Irony no matter what! Win-Win!
I’m glad someone else got that 😉
The cleanup is discouraging.
I basically “binge” one day of the weekend. Sometimes Saturday, sometimes Sunday. Haven’t been able to do it the last couple of weeks for one reason or another.
Recovery complete is the best kind of recovery.
Good to hear Steve … 🧐👍 … glad you’re feeling better 🙂
This is good news!
Please take care of yourself. Restoring a good weight is important IMO.
I need to lose a lot more weight than I lost here. As of this morning I’d bounced back up about two pounds (as I expected), but I don’t want ANY more of it back.
I didn’t want to win this hill this particular way, but having won it, I’m keeping it.
Good to hear you are well and back in the fight.
The weight loss has a benefit..
You can now tactically approach Thanksgiving giving and Christmas season dinner tables with moar room for” Thanks’
It’s all about the timing.. 😁
I power forward. I’m killing this damn gut and I want it dead.
I was frustrated enough because I’d spent a month (before this stomach flu) not getting anywhere. I could drop four pounds but then immediately reverse it, and if anything my base level was slowly climbing.
I’m now well below the level I couldn’t stay at before.
FUCK holiday eating. It always fucks me.
I plan on holiday eating. Have turkey , roasted rood vegetables, fennel salad with apple and desert flan with pears in spicy red wine and top whipping cream. I canned the pears two month ago. One can eat holiday but make no gravy, no stuffing, no mash potatoes and is all good. Bought lox have that for breakfast with red onion tomato and capers with a a little cream cheese and lettuce leaves.
One has to plan yes I am a planner 🙂
Ahhhh singing soul, you write the most appealing comments about food 😋
It is about simplicity. The simplest foods are the best and tasty. Martha Stuart has a good flan recipe. I just do not use all the sugar she puts in. The red wine I reduce that creates a thicker wine sauce. Remember the more complicated the less taste of good vegetable and the more overcooked and smothered in sauces the less healthy it is.
I love roasted root vegetables all kind mixed. Just salt olive oil garlic and roast. After a little balsamic vinegar over it. The thicker kind. I canned small pears chutney for the turkey because my husband is not supposed to have cranberries.
Happy Thanksgiving to you 🙂
Wonderful menu! I’m going to use these ideas, and I will reach out to you and let you know how it goes. I’m serving ham though, instead of turkey, and I already have planned to use little bits in split pea soup to can on Friday per your previous comments to me on that! I will use the instructions in my Ball Blue Book of Canning, I have all the supplies and four pounds of split peas. And I haven’t forgotten your recommendation to serve it with homemade rye bread, I’ve promised myself that I will make the attempt 😅
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well 😊
If you can make sourdough rye is wonderful.
I had so much sourdough that i made crumpets today. Never made them before. .Just take 2 cups of sourdough a tsp of baking soda and 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Mix it well butter a frying pan butter two egg rings when they are hot add dough about 3 Tsbp for the ring. I turn them with the ring if I cannot get the crumpet out then with a knife loosen them. I ate them in Scotland with butter and jam for tea in afternoon 🙂
Good luck 🙂
Oh Give Thanks to the Lord, for He is good and His mercy endureths forever.
Carl, We Thank the Lord for you!! So so glad you’re with us❣❣ 💖 💖 💖 🤗 🤗 🥰 🥰 😍 😍 😍
So, the Fiancee decided to help with the hall bathroom sink.
She cleaned the deck, I pulled the pop-up widget out of the drain and dropped the push-pull for it. I, then gooped the “gasket thingie” under the faucet and smooshed the fixture into place, she held it in place when I did the water supply “wingnuts”, I “wet-fingered” excess goo from the deck, and she toothpicked around the fixture.
We then moved to removing the old drain. It should be noted that every plumbing project comes with an installation guide for the new widget, but not even a hint or a cheat sheet for removing the old, filthy, corroded, frozen, jerry-rigged POS currently in place.
In this particular situation, the reason I was keen to replace this faucet in the first place is that our local water supply is very high in minerals (it has been known as “liquid concrete”), and will form stalactites and stalagmites in short order at leaks. These calciferous aggregations (including on gaskets and in aerators) created a scenario where turning on the water would run about 70% out the expected lift, and 30% from all over the faucet. This made the faucet really ugly, but the same water would also run down the drain…..and any moving parts in the drain would soon be encased in stone.
Trying to disassemble this, without knowing for sure which parts were supposed to move when nothing was actually moving, was quite frustrating. After unsuccessfully trying it “the easy way” (unscrewing the top flange of the drain assembly), we quickly moved on to alternatives — the first of which was sawing it in half. I set up the oscillating tool and let the Fiancee do it. I find this helps relieve some frustrations and set the tone for future interventions — this is going to happen, even if it is a half-inch at a time.
I then loosened the trap and moved the bottom half out of the way — but the bottom of the drain assembly didn’t want to pull out. I dropped the entire trap (with bottom half of old drain stem still stuck). I made up a quick expedient with a sandwich bag and a doubled rubber band and had the Fiancee put it over the pipe sticking out of the wall (being that there was no trap to keep noxious gasses out of the house).
After dropping the trap, I noticed that all the stuff that was supposed to be soft and pliable was hard and cracked. You can’t just buy the screwing parts of a trap, but buying the entire trap is about $5, so that went on the list. I then tried using a little x-acto saw to notch the pipe I wanted to kill, then stuck a chisel into the groove and twisted. I repeated this a few times — at some points being able to see the saw down the drain pipe as I cut into the center, but it never had the results I wanted.
So I tried to collapse the pipe with a pair of channel-locks and break it off along the saw groove. Broke off one nice chunk, but it didn’t have the right shape to be doing what I was hoping it would. I then went out, bought more silicone goo (of a different brand, because they’d disco’d the brand I was using) and a new trap, got food from the local supermarket, got home, washed up and had dinner.
After dinner, I’m finagling around with the thing and it turns out that the piece that I had managed to break off was the piece that kept the “thumbscrew” part of my problem from unscrewing. Once I unscrewed that and dropped it into the debris basin under the sink, I could hook out the rubber widget under the sink and cut it with side-cutters and drop that under the sink, then I could lift the remaining drain stem out and drop it under the sink….
So the Fiancee gets to clean everything and tomorrow we build with new stuff from clean.
I doubt it will be anywhere near as exciting as today.
Fascinating & “fun”. You’re in the clear as long as it works “great” long enough for you to finalize the sale AND hit the road 🙂
Nothing is perfect in a dwelling. Even something new and never occupied has pieces that have never been proven to work right, and things that have been used may be half-clogged/corroded/dead when handed-off. It’s part of the nature of things, and it is usual to put up with quite a bit.
But if you’re already “in there”, there are things that need to be dealt with. We’re replacing the drain stem for this sink. While not technically part of the drain stem we’re replacing, this is the best opportunity to check and clean the overflow drain built into the sink unit, so we’re going to do that. If you’re among a bunch of plumbers talking shop, that would be an example of “he’s a crap plumber — he won’t even clear an overflow drain while rebuilding a sink’s drain stem.”
I’m not doing any major remodels, but what I sell will be done right if I can — and if I know I can’t, I’ll hire it out to someone who can. It may be ugly, cheap, and adapted to something 40 years out-of-date, but my work will be solid.
Incidentally, feel free to call me “cooth” or “cthulhu”. Whenever I see “CT” or “CTH”, I have to figure out if it’s hearkening back to an old site.
OK, I’ll try to remember that moniker correction. I wasn’t meaning Connecticut either 🙂 Nor was I disparaging your fix-it efforts nor results. We’ve done plenty of do-it-yourself stuff around here on a near 80 year old house that’s still holding up pretty well.
It’s not the biggest deal in the world, it just does an extra skip in my parser — which is already a mess of glitchiness. In my final year of High School, I was doing “concurrent enrollment” [taking college courses] at a local junior college, so I ended up taking 3rd year HS Spanish, 1st year college German, and a speech class at the same time….and blew up my language parser very badly.
It left me using multiple attempts to figure out some sense while being able to quickly spout nonsense. I wasn’t even cthulhu at the time, but chaos became my stock-in-trade.
To quote a movie we love around here “chaos is great!” (Dream Team, Michael Keaton as Billy Caulfield, the escaped mental patient with a history of violence) You & Wolf spin more plates than anyone else I can imagine (well not considering homeschool moms of large broods).
What made you become cthulhu, if you care to share?
New article from Political Moonshine (second article, not a re-post from earlier this evening):
COVID-19: Public Crisis or Opportunistic Marketing Campaign Part III, Additional Confirmations and Relevant Data Points from Dr. David E. Martin
20 Nov 21
Intro: “This is the third article in a sub-series detailing the forensic examination of over 4,000 U.S. patent filings respective to SARS-CoV-2 that has been conducted by Dr. David E. Martin/MCAM. Martin’s work is critical to the broader Moonshine body of work because it provides empirical data sets via U.S. patent filings that are incontrovertible while they also substantiate, validate and confirm important timeline positions that evidence COVID-19 being a construct of enterprise fraud.
The first and second articles provide the foundation for the following paraphrased transcriptions from recent interviews and appearances by Martin. The video segments are linked at the bottom in the order in which they appear transcribed as paraphrased like with the first two articles.
The video sources for the paraphrased transcriptions that follow are linked at the end below the presentation of the corpus of patent filing documents provided by Martin and MCAM.
VideosVideo 1: We are on the precipice of the mass murder of 5-11 year olds with the administration of experimental mRNA pseudo-vaccines and “the issue,” which aligns entirely with foundation of Moonshine work is that it’s all predicated on enterprise fraud at the emergency determination and renewal processes, which provide emergency use authorization for mitigations.
Since the EUA permits the circumvention of the standard vaccine development protocols, which generally takes around a decade, the current standards under the EUA are entirely insufficient in determining whether the “vaccines” are safe and effective and with robust risk mitigations.
Martin characterizes the vaccines initiative as a genocidal one with depopulation objectives while accurately destructing the “public health emergency” as fraudulent.
Drawing back to 1984, which coincides with Anthony Fauci’s entry into the federal apparatus, the objective was to create a singular model of what health was defining it as the genetic manipulation of an organism to build a perpetual dependency on the pharmaceutical industry. Martin’s word choice is critical as it’s the exact same qualifier that the Moonshine body of work assigns to the the cycle of enterprise fraud – perpetual.
Fauci is positioned as the genesis of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which was a bill to, “amend the Public Health Service Act to establish a National Vaccine Program for the development of new vaccines and the improvement of existing vaccines and a program to compensate the victims of vaccine-related injuries and deaths, and for other purposes.”
Martin asserts that Fauci was specifically chosen for his role due to his personal attributes: conquest orientation; trained to believe in crusades and the holiness of divine causes; inclined to impose his will on humanity; short in stature and replete with Napoleonic tendencies.”

If the pronouns that I bolded above, which don’t have clear antecedents, are referring to PDJT, then I expect Political Moonshine to present the evidence against him at the same time as the allegations against him. Why he fails to do this is unclear.
Another lone pronoun. Whose choice of Masonic symbolism? Martin’s? Maybe I haven’t paid enough attention, but I searched for the word “Mason” to find out what that refers to, with no results.
Keep after this stuff with your particular insights & perspective. It will be quite interesting & enlightening what you might find!
I will try, thanks.
Looking forward to Whatever you might share!
My suspicion is that when the Moonshine-included stuff hits the mainstream consciousness, there will be “some ‘splainin’ required” by Trump. This is not to say that it can’t be done, but there will likely be “reactions” of all kinds. IMO, Moonshine is trying to “preposition” himself without scooping himself on the big reveal. This all makes sense to me in that possible context.
One of Trump’s biggest (and true) “claims” is that he reacted swiftly to the “crisis” in a way that people wanted – i.e., “FIX THIS SHIT NOW!” The sad fact is that most Americans don’t really care about getting locked into an addictive OAS-based vaccine cycle – the Fauci goal, and clearly part of the agenda of the phony crisis. Sadly, most Americans just want a short-term fix, because they’ve been trained to want the quick fix. They will even sacrifice their own kids on that altar for a variety of reasons.
The fake/real crisis was bad enough to provide a phony justification for desired actions – the cyclic grift – but no worse.
I think I see what these people are doing now.
This is ALL making sense, thanks to that rather long video, of which I’ve only watched some, but enough to understand.
I don’t know what Moonshine has. I’m glad you are gaining insight from it. He sorely needs an editor. I confess that reading it makes me feel like Herbert Lom in the Pink Panther movies. 🤪
I think PDJT tried to solve the problem quickly, knowing that the alternative was their takeover of the world through lockdowns, etc. I don’t think he intended or expected a cycle of never-ending booster shots. We do need to hear from him at some point. I give him the benefit of the doubt because he is under constant persecution and I don’t know what the consequences of his speaking out now would be. I have several theories about his role in this.
If Moonshine has something earth-shattering, I wish he would get to the point.
I’m not sure what video you’re referring to. I keep talking about the one about Freemasonry because it shows who the enemy really is. It’s not Dems or commies or globalists, alone. They all are subsets of the religion of Freemasonry, which is occult, hates Christianity, and is behind the Illuminati, the NWO, etc. (And I’m not disparaging Uncle Fred who goes down to the local lodge. I’m talking about those who know what’s going on.) Practically all of Hollywood and the music industry are adherents. World leaders are too. It explains everything and who the enemy really is. Yet very few talk about it, and those who do are considered kooks. IMO, until we recognize the enemy, the battle will not be as effective.
“I confess that reading it makes me feel like Herbert Lom in the Pink Panther movies.
I have to say that made me laugh. Hard. You even found the right emoji for it.
I tried to post a pic of Herbert Lom on a comment yesterday, but it didn’t work. 😂
Hopefully these work!
Perfect, thanks! 😂
YW & thanks for the Pink Panther reminders!!!
LOL to the first part of your comment!!!
Yes, I’m talking about that video. I don’t really want to comment on it too much yet, as I haven’t finished it, and I’m still coming to grips with a lot of the implications. BUT I can tell you that it is making a lot of sense of things. Thanks for getting me to watch it!
I’m glad you are watching. It tied everything together for me.
Thanks for not disparaging my uncle Fred or my dad Robert. 🙂
I have relatives who are Masons, all good people. It is a brilliant ploy to have the organization do good works and even talk about a higher power, to cover what it is really about. It has fooled so many.
My husband & I both had Masons in our backgrounds, most recently his dad & my grandpa (born within a decade of each other). My husband was his father’s only child so he inherited his dad’s Masonic regalia. When we lived in Northern Michigan & I was out of town he felt compelled (by the Lord presumably) to destroy these items by fire outside. It was a pretty intense & strange spiritual experience.
An interesting aspect of my husband’s life is that his mom dedicated him to the Lord as a baby, and she wasn’t a believer at that time, nor for almost 15 years. His dad wasn’t supposed to be able to father Any children, having been shot in the groin (accidentally?) by his own father. Per DNA info it appears that Michael is his dad’s bio son, not just his mom’s child w/ a random dad, as we used to speculate.
Neither of our relatives were very deep into Masonic stuff, like your “uncle Fred”, but mom’s brother Uncle Maynard was also a Mason. She witnessed their graveside ritual that was deeply disturbing to her, a strong Christian. What fellowship does Light have with Darkness?
In doing genealogical research on many family lines it’s quite surprising how many ancestors were connected to Masonic stuff. It’s like the founding generation of America were already heavily steeped in this mythology. It almost comes across as planned by “someone”. Dark machinations seem to abound wherever the Light is breaking forth…hmmm…
Very interesting. When you see it, you can’t unsee it.
The fact that talking about Freemasonry makes people uncomfortable is part of the plan. It keeps people from knowing the truth. There’s a cognitive dissonance between what we know of our loved ones who are Masons, and what we are told Freemasonry is. A very insidious plot.
Yes, it’s undeniable that our Founders were involved. Since today’s Freemasonry seeks to tear down America and her principles, I don’t know what Masonry was like back then, or if American principles won the day in spite of the masonic influence.
It seems that freemasonry came on the scene in the same time period as our founding, iirc, so it’s strange that it was already so quickly pervasive. I’m guessing it was a then “new face” for an old darkness. I wonder what pre-existing “system” it might be/have been “refreshing”…
Or maybe it was OK back then and got co-opted.
Remember, BY LAW, Trump HAD TO defer to Fauci, et al, and their decisions. This has surfaced before here. I know somebody has the specifics.
That’s the bomb that NEVER gets play. Trump was, in many ways, a bystander in what they were up to. Yes, when the complaints came that we didn’t have this or that, he got on the horn and produced what was needed, but, really, what was going on was in the hands of the medical people.
EXACTLY. This was set up WELL. SES was one of the biggest con jobs this nation ever suffered.
Yet another thing that needs to be exposed.
I missed this discussion and wasn’t aware of this. If you can elaborate, please do.
I believe this is a topic that Moonshine has explored pretty deeply. Something about EO’s during the aka BHO Usurpation, iirc, where during a health “emergency” the top medical people are ultimately in charge. They found some way to usurp the chief executive’s power. It’s pretty devious, slick, AND preplanned evil!
I’m not exactly sure what code it is under, but I remember this being the case. Trump’s hands were tied before he ever took office.
Was it not under Obama that the medical emergency law got changed?
Selected right off the shelf by Pence.
The conspiracy was decades in the making.
The ONLY mistake Trump made in all this was misplaced trust in Pence, Fauci, Birx, the CDC, NIH, and big pharma. He should have trusted his gut when he started to stop all this after “fifteen days” He didn’t. He trusted Pence and the Covid task force, thinking that it was a REAL crisis, and not yet another political agenda.
Trump was looking out for Americans, he was LIED TO repeatedly, including the “vaccine”
I can GUARATEE that there would be NO mandates under Trump, and there would be ROBUST studies into the “vaccine” side effects, with HELL to pay once the truth was known.
Trump is operating under the OLD definitions of vaccine, pandemic, and public health. NO WAY he would have allowed this new shit. The “pandemic would have been OVER under Trump, thanks to the initial round of vaccines FOR THE ELDERLY and those at high risk. That would have been IT. Herd immunity would have rightly kicked in, and MUCH sooner, that it ALREADY IS.
Trump HAS to support the vaccines to a point. HE will be blamed if he doesn’t. In fact in the end when the scam of death is revealed, it will be the leftist plan to BLAME TRUMP because he fast tracked it. WATCH.
Trump WILL attack the vaccine, Fauci, Biden, and big pharma when the time is right. If he goes too soon, HE will be the scape goat.
IMO, the ONLY reason most Americans played along with the first fifteen days, was WE TRUSTED TRUMP.
IF hildabeast was president, we’d have
resistedREFUSED to play along.
BINGO. As good as Trump is, ANYONE can be deceived and LIED to. Remember, they did NOT release any “vaccines” to the public until Dec 2020, AFTER the election. Trump was NOT in office to see any of the disasters that the “vaccines” wrought. Not only that, but Trump PIUSHED and would have allowed both HCQ and Ivermectin.
Does anyone SANE believe Trump would be pushing these “vaccines” if he were still in office? Mandates? NOT A CHANCE in hell.
Thanks for sharing this important work, which I also Gab’d out starting here:
Thank you Carl for another encouraging & timely word.
I was reminded of Corrie ten Boom telling of her sister Betsie’s encouragement toward thankfulness while they were in a Nazi concentration camp. Corrie was complaining but Betsie was thankful, even to the point of thanking God for the lice that tormented them in their particular bunker.
Well, God in His mercy, goodness, & wisdom later revealed to Corrie just what a blessing lice had Really been to these unjustly imprisoned women. Apparently their lice infestation was unique in the camp & the soldiers steered clear of this bunkhouse. This lessoning of tyrant eyes allowed the housemates to partake of a snatch of smuggled in scripture. They had Bible study AND were able to lead some of the other women to the Lord. If no lice there would have been not nearly the level of “freedom” they experienced.
God has promised to work in & through things & to work out things that the enemy has meant for evil. God will bring great good to those of us who love Him even out of what the enemy intended for harm. Also by allowing some of us to suffer in difficult ways in this life we have the ability to build bridges to those lost people who suffer in hopelessness. We can shine the Light AND Love of the Lord Jesus into very dark places because He saw fit to lead us through the Valley of the Shadow of Death & out into His glorious Light & Life.
Beauty for ashes, not just for chicks!
The Rittenhouse “jump kick man” has possibly been identified. One of the counts against Rittenhouse was for endangering an unknown person, and that was this guy.
Maurice Freeland’s Wife Believes He’s ‘Jump Kick Man,’ Makes ‘White Boy’ Comment Claim
I highly suspect that the fact that “jump-kick man” is black, and that he made at least one racist comment against a “white boy” before the incident, played a role in his not being identified before the trial. It didn’t fit the narrative they needed to railroad Kyle.
Depending on how much this was controlled, it is very probable that he was the intended corpse in order to foment race riots. That Rosenbaum and Huber ended up on slabs instead of him should sober him up, but probably won’t.
IMO this is true. Just speculation, I know, but IMO KR was a set up, and jump kick man was the black dupe (dupe, not dude) who was slated to star in the George Floyd role.
He is black. TGP had an article about him, said Prosecution willfully ignored him.
I agree with your suspicions. They “pretended not to know”.
Biden says he’s running in 2024. Who knows if he’s serious or is even cognizant enough to understand all the implications of that. But imagine being the Dems right now.
And various other stories are claiming that, that this is the knife delivered into the back of Kamala as she was promised and expected to have the nomination after his first term assuming she didn’t have an easier time of it, meaning he’d leave early. I don’t think there is much assumption here either. Biden ran for one term not two, fully expecting to hand her the reigns. So for him to be saying he’s running in 2024 is clearly a statement in his, and the powers to be, lack of confidence in her.
Since the democratic party is the party of devolution, I’d venture to guess one of these two will likely meet with some misfortune soon enough, just as in the days of old when such fare was a matter of course.
Both, according to script.
Such a human story in a couple of cartoons and a pre-printed form…..
Read the whole thing….
With back pay and damages I’d hope.

… awesome .. 😎👍❤️
LOVE these dogs‼️❤️ .. all of them‼️😍😜
That first dog listed all that and neglected to mention bacon.
LOVE the dog‼️❤️
Unless they mean to topple Joe they are clearly declaring themselves to be Brown shirts.
Brings to mind the song/saying
If you want it come and get it ….
I always knew they were communists and now they are brazen to say it. The communists are running our country and those people in Chicago know it. I hope they let everyone know so more people will realize they have been fooled by Biden and his regime.
Is funny they believe if one is against communism one has to be a fascist.
That is what both the communists AND fascists want you to believe.
If you are against the communists, you must be a Nazi. So the commies will tar you as a Nazi.
And of course the Actual Nazis (NSDAP) would claim they were opposite of the commies, but of course any communist of the time who wanted to switch was accepted at once by Hitler’s orders.
They are two peas in the SAME pod, and putting one on the “Right” and one on the “Left” is the big lie of political science. A friend of mine was actually taught, properly at his college that Nazism is on the left, and I told him I couldn’t believe it. He then started to argue why they were the same and I had to interrupt him. “No, I agree!!! I just can’t believe a college political science department actually SAID that.”
This is one of the reasons that Franco’s version of “fascism” was far more akin to Putin’s authoritarian oligarchical capitalism than to Hitler’s Nazism, and in retrospect why Spain took “exit stage neutral” rather than going Axis. Franco KNEW he was dealing with somebody (in Hitler) who was not actually on Spain’s side.
A huge part of Franco’s backing was not just the Church, but the people themselves, who were horrified by the communist treatment of clergy. Protecting the Church then became a unifier and pretty much a guaranteed win for Franco. As long as he stayed true to that key part of his base, he could fend off communism by any means he wanted, and maintain power as long as he liked.
Spain’s communists sealed their own fate by their horrific treatment of the clergy.
Hitler “dealt with” Christianity, but the Nazis were basically opposed to it, and the only reason they didn’t move faster against Christianity, was simply that they couldn’t. Jews were easier to pick off FIRST, but Christians were being divided and cornered.
I try to explain to people that Hitler was JUST LIKE STALIN in believing that the state had the right to relocate people ANYWHERE at will. And THAT is coming here unless we stop this shit HERE and NOW.
Yes both are oppressive and dangerous.
I am wondering if his name Rittenhouse triggers something? His age and white and male is another problem with them. They want to destroy the American white male.
Yep, good girl 😉
She didn’t want to look at him, and he kept pushing it by coming closer and putting his finger in her face and trying to touch her. Yes, she’s a kid, but show some respect for her feelings at the moment. She didn’t want to interact.
Follow the thread on this one. We covered it here twice. Once when it happened and again when DA Gravely, Binger’s boss, went after Kyle. The thread ends in a petition for Crystul Kizer of Kenosha, the girl who shot and killed her child trafficker in order to escape his clutches.
Thank you bakocarl for giving us Truth once again, it is not a trivial thing to show the way to true happiness.
Blessings to everyone here on this glorious day!
The Parable of the Good Samaritan
…26“What is written in the Law?” Jesus replied. “How do you read it?” 27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and
with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” 28“You have answered correctly,” Jesus said. “Do this and you will live.”…
With all the links you shared here it looks like the best kind of rabbit hole to fall into, after I get some sleep. Thank you AND God Bless. Hope you are feeling Much Better!!!
btw, Michael’s heading on his road trip to visit his brothers this week. He had a worship concert Friday & then is playing worship at church this morning before directly heading out to New England. Would appreciate your prayers for his adventures. His one brother has yet to accept Christ so salvation & healing (he has significant health issues) are needed.
Thank you Tim, beautiful!
He just touched base from a motel in upstate New York. Hopefully he’ll complete his journey tomorrow. It’s been an adventure so far 🙂 Thanks for your prayers. He might have even traversed your neck of the woods, going through the Cleveland area. Unfortunately he’s going a longer route than what we might have chosen years ago, through Canada to cut the diagonal. With all the insanity going on there now none of my relatives wants to breach that border!
Good news, yeah our neighbors up north are in quite a fix. Big government and Big cities, we need to avoid
Yep. Our son’s girlfriend is supposed to be coming over the 1st week of Dec so they can Finally meet face-to-face. Interesting times 🙂
My formal education was short and sadly lacking but I think it’s called a verb.
We got a new verb.
comments are pretty fun there too 😉
Lots of people have been RogerStoned too.
Dude is almost certainly Asian, in an Asian neighborhood, accosted by young black thugs around 20 years old. Concealed carry permit. Clear cause.
If he was white, there would be more political preening needed by the DA before letting him off, but it is what it is. JUSTIFIED.
Cronkite was as Leftist as the rest.
He just didn’t go over the top. He was much more subtle, basically “filtering” out news he didn’t want you to see as “un newsworthy.” And back then there was little way to counteract it.
All of them were like that.
Dan Rather took it a step farther and got caught falsifying evidence on something he did “report”, and got fired for it. He claimed the story was still accurate even if the documents were fake; he was thinking of the narrative of course.
Today, of course they can and will fake anything, to serve the narrative which is the important thing.
Yup. Cronkite helped cover up the Kennedy assassination, and to take down Nixon.
One of the original mockingbirds…
More Krankheit than Cronkite…
Verse of the Day for Sunday, November 21, 2021
“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”
Matthew 5:9 (KJV)
BE MY VOICE
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.
