Attorney General Ken Paxton Sues Biden-Harris DOJ to Prevent Destruction of Jack Smith’s Records Detailing Lawfare Against President Trump
AUSTIN – Attorney General Ken Paxton sued U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) to prevent potential destruction of any records from Jack Smith’s corrupt investigation into President Donald Trump.
On November 8, Attorney General Paxton made a Freedom of Information Act request to the DOJ requesting records related to Smith’s unconstitutional investigation into President Trump. Previous special counsels such as Robert Mueller destroyed records and escaped accountability for it.
Today, Attorney General Paxton sued and requested a preservation order preventing Smith and the DOJ from destroying any records related to the investigation into President Trump.
“I will not allow the corrupt weaponization of the United States government to be swept under the rug as Jack Smith and others who unjustly targeted President Trump attempt to avoid accountability,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The American people deserve transparency, and those responsible for these unlawful witch hunts must not destroy the evidence of their own misdeeds.”
The filing explains: “Attorney General Paxton, however, fears that many releasable records—including those that he sought—will never see daylight. That is not because DOJ has any legal reason to withhold them. Rather, Attorney General Paxton has a well-founded belief as set forth herein that Defendants will simply destroy the records. That is how they and/or their predecessors have operated in the recent past. And Jack Smith’s team has conducted itself in multiple ways that suggest it cannot be blindly trusted to preserve, and eventually produce, all of its records.”
On Monday morning Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) told FOX News that this was not an isolated incident and it was likely happening all over the state of Florida.
Rep. Steube also suggested that these criminal acts by FEMA were also likely taking place in North Carolina.

During the time we were obtaining ‘offers’ from suppliers world wide, one of the Cartel’s ‘proxies’ sent us an offer we could not refuse, by being well below the average lower prices we had been receiving. Well, we bid, based on this lowest priced ‘cartel arranged’ ‘offer’ and we put up our bid bond worth a couple of hundred thousand dollars. We won the tender and then posted our performance bond worth nearly one half million dollars only to find out that our ‘cartel supplier’ had simply evaporated into thin air. To save our performance bond we had to source our supply from others, most of who declined to do so but we could know why, at least then.
Finally, we had to beg a dozen small ‘independent suppliers’ in as many countries to fulfill our contractual supply commitments to the purchasing country. We lost our shirt, if not more. You have all the rights to ask why I believe it was the Cargill led cartel which was behind the ‘lesson’ given to us. I shall tell you why.
Soon after our debacle I attended an international conference of commodity suppliers in Istanbul where I met an American delegate who sided up to me with his drink in hand, between sessions, and introduced himself with a Cargill visiting card. He began by offering his ‘condolence’ niceties to me on our recent debacle, which he knew in minute details, of course.
Then he ADVISED me and my Company to look for OTHER business outside of commodity trading. Only then was I able to put 2 & 2 together on the WHY & HOW of our debacle! Such cartels exist in Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) fertilizers, High and Extra High Tension power/electricity cables etc. These cartels are the ones I personally know about but list is long. They are very powerful and very pugnacious. The cartels make whopping profits. It’s the end users who always suffer. If President Trump pulls Marco Rubio out of the Senate, he opens up the position of Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI). Rubio would love the opportunity to load his presidential aspiration resume with Secretary of State, for later use. However, this also opens the opportunity for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to appoint an interim senator who would be more MAGA-minded, trustworthy and loyal (dare I say Gaetz).

We were invited into the home of an Amish family. One of the children was about 1 year old. She started screaming. Her father picked her up, tapped her cheek and told her NO! She started to cry and he cuddled her.

Last time I was in the ER with my mom there was a 1 year old-ish child who was crying so hard he appeared to be choking. Nurses came by several times to check on him, even though he was not the patient.
The mother – a member of a protected class – said he was just doing that for attention and not to bother with him.
There were four older children who wanted to help, but were instructed not to touch him. They all just stood like scared statues while the mother sat on a gurney with the screaming child next to her unacknowledged.
Finally the nurses had enough and told her they would call her with her tests results and she could leave. It was heartbreaking to watch.

I had a neighbor who had a four year old that ruled the house. I finally intervened when the four year old was beating the two year old to the point of hurting her — BADLY. I put her in ‘time out’ in her room and she screamed and beat on the door as I held it closed. Her mom was cringing with her hands over her ears. It was very sad to see.
On another occasion shortly after that, I was at the State Fair taking the child to the ladies. She pulled out the crocodile tears because she wanted something she saw. I ignored her for a bit and then told her “That isn’t going to work on me you know.” She gave up.
Luckily her Mom took my advice and got professional help and the two girls turned out fine.
Yes, every situation is different but this was a baby who was not even walking yet. It was a lesson (for me at least) in why people end up having no value for human life.
I think he was just terrified of being in the ER and by all the noise and activity. The nurses were doing things to his mom. A reassuring cuddle was all he needed, yet no one was allowed to even touch him.
The following is said respectfully to those who disagree. It is JMO based on my experience.
For most of my life I was a firm believer in the benefits of tough love. Experience has taught me otherwise.
I have seen little evidence that tough love changes the intended beneficiary, often quite the opposite.
The school of hard knocks, IMO, is what changes people. A person gets knocked around by reality enough, he changes.
I still believe in tough love as a form of self preservation, without any illusion that I am helping anyone other than myself. Tough love is a form of psychological and emotional protection against the stupidity or malice of those we care about.
What tough love means for those other than ourselves is honesty and truthfulness. But honesty and truthfulness, in my experience, have an extremely limited effect on others. Again, often quite the opposite.
There is a lot of mental illness in this country, and it has been knowingly exacerbated by TPTB for their sadistic pleasure. Some small percentage of people have sufficient personal integrity to resist the intense, ongoing manipulation, but most people do not. That is just a fact of life.
To cite an example: the raving lunatics we see online. Yes, it is funny, in no small part because it is so out of touch with reality.
But it is also simultaneously sad because these people are have been manipulated into their unhappiness, and they are facilitating their own continued suffering through their exclusive focus on feelings. Our society has been infantilized and feminized to the point where people cannot think about anything other than their feelings.
From what I have seen, ‘tough love’ has to be applied consistently by everyone who is in contact with the child. That is the key.

And lets face it, kids are going to LIKE having their feelings cater to. Therefore a ‘Stern’ parent is not going to be seen as loving but as a MEANIE, who does not let them do as they wish.
It is a heck of a lot easier to spoil a child (or dog or horse) then it is to raise them up to be polite.
BTW when I am talking tough love I am talking being consistent for the most part. If you do this, then this will happen. AND DO NOT BACK DOWN. Also do not BRIBE your child into good behavior. Good behavior should be the default not the exception. Treats should be treats not bribes….
Explanations should be used consistent with the child’s understanding as much as possible. It really is amazing how much a child, even at a young age understands. (We have to do safety talks for the kids who ride my ponies.)

Oh it is very possible. It was a settlement of a lawsuit. Settlements are contracts, among other things.
Contracts are invalid if there isn’t a meeting of the minds. Also invalid if the signatories are not authorized to agree to the terms of the settlement. Also invalid if the lawsuit itself lacks validity [usually a jurisdictional defect but can also be if the suit itself is a false claim].
Allow me to state this quite simply: when a person works for the government, he/she gets paid to do govt work. Conduct outside of the scope of the employment is not what the paycheck covers.
IOW, Strzok ripped off the US Treasury by cashing paychecks which included him stealing time/resources in order to conduct a sexual affair.
His lawsuit accused the govt of violating his privacy rights by publicly disclosing his text messages to his paramour. Since he did that on ‘company’ time and using a ‘company’ cell phone, he embezzled a portion of his paycheck and asserted a privacy right which he either did not have or that he had waived by using govt resources for personal behavior.
This means the suit itself lacked a valid basis. Therefore no govt agent had the authority to enter into the settlement [contract] in the first place because there was no valid dispute to settle.
I think this is part of Elon’s scope, as is the entire $40 million that the Russian collusion hoax embezzled from the Treasury.

I have done Zero based. I had to justified everything I planned to buy for the year to the head accountant including what it was going to be used for. Zero Based means you do not get to add 10% to last years budget and call it done. You have to JUSTIFY everything you plan to spend the money on.

We were invited into the home of an Amish family. One of the children was about 1 year old. She started screaming. Her father picked her up, tapped her cheek and told her NO! She started to cry and he cuddled her.
I can not think of a better example of ‘Tough Love’ He made it clear her ACTIONS were unacceptable but she was loved.
This type of civilizing of the next generation is absolutely necessary for our civilization to continue and not descend into the chaos the Satanists want.
Last time I was in the ER with my mom there was a 1 year old-ish child who was crying so hard he appeared to be choking. Nurses came by several times to check on him, even though he was not the patient.
The mother – a member of a protected class – said he was just doing that for attention and not to bother with him.
There were four older children who wanted to help, but were instructed not to touch him. They all just stood like scared statues while the mother sat on a gurney with the screaming child next to her unacknowledged.
Finally the nurses had enough and told her they would call her with her tests results and she could leave. It was heartbreaking to watch.

I had a neighbor who had a four year old that ruled the house. I finally intervened when the four year old was beating the two year old to the point of hurting her — BADLY. I put her in ‘time out’ in her room and she screamed and beat on the door as I held it closed. Her mom was cringing with her hands over her ears. It was very sad to see.
On another occasion shortly after that, I was at the State Fair taking the child to the ladies. She pulled out the crocodile tears because she wanted something she saw. I ignored her for a bit and then told her “That isn’t going to work on me you know.” She gave up.
Luckily her Mom took my advice and got professional help and the two girls turned out fine.
Yes, every situation is different but this was a baby who was not even walking yet. It was a lesson (for me at least) in why people end up having no value for human life.

I am not a mom, but I have learned to check for discomfort before disciplining ‘bad behavior’ in my animals.
Horses are a lot more difficult then a dog or cat because the clues are much more subtle. Horses do not have the facial expressions that a dog does.
I think he was just terrified of being in the ER and by all the noise and activity. The nurses were doing things to his mom. A reassuring cuddle was all he needed, yet no one was allowed to even touch him.
The following is said respectfully to those who disagree. It is JMO based on my experience.
For most of my life I was a firm believer in the benefits of tough love. Experience has taught me otherwise.
I have seen little evidence that tough love changes the intended beneficiary, often quite the opposite.
The school of hard knocks, IMO, is what changes people. A person gets knocked around by reality enough, he changes.
I still believe in tough love as a form of self preservation, without any illusion that I am helping anyone other than myself. Tough love is a form of psychological and emotional protection against the stupidity or malice of those we care about.
What tough love means for those other than ourselves is honesty and truthfulness. But honesty and truthfulness, in my experience, have an extremely limited effect on others. Again, often quite the opposite.
There is a lot of mental illness in this country, and it has been knowingly exacerbated by TPTB for their sadistic pleasure. Some small percentage of people have sufficient personal integrity to resist the intense, ongoing manipulation, but most people do not. That is just a fact of life.
To cite an example: the raving lunatics we see online. Yes, it is funny, in no small part because it is so out of touch with reality.
But it is also simultaneously sad because these people are have been manipulated into their unhappiness, and they are facilitating their own continued suffering through their exclusive focus on feelings. Our society has been infantilized and feminized to the point where people cannot think about anything other than their feelings.

From what I have seen, ‘tough love’ has to be applied consistently by everyone who is in contact with the child. That is the key.
The guy I mentioned explained this to me in detail. His son was not allowed to see his family until after they had been educated in how to handle him. And then it was in a supervised situation at first.
I see this in handling and training my horses and ponies. It only takes ONE idiot to mess up the training, sometimes for good.
Since these days parents put their kids into a GOVERNMENT regulated day care, sometimes from a few months old and then in a GOVERNMENT school, the Progressives get a heck of a lot more input into the raising of your child than you are aware of. And lets face it, kids are going to LIKE having their feelings cater to. Therefore a ‘Stern’ parent is not going to be seen as loving but as a MEANIE, who does not let them do as they wish.
It is a heck of a lot easier to spoil a child (or dog or horse) then it is to raise them up to be polite.
BTW when I am talking tough love I am talking being consistent for the most part. If you do this, then this will happen. AND DO NOT BACK DOWN. Also do not BRIBE your child into good behavior. Good behavior should be the default not the exception. Treats should be treats not bribes….
Explanations should be used consistent with the child’s understanding as much as possible. It really is amazing how much a child, even at a young age understands. (We have to do safety talks for the kids who ride my ponies.)
Reality is a harsh and unforgiving teacher. Natural consequences, sometimes referred to “karma” . . .
Something about that rock people keep trying to push up the hill rolling back at them makes them reconsider their life choices.

His father was skilled labor brought over by an industry that needed people of his skill level. All of them intended to return home, and then the Spanish civil war started, and they all became citizens.

On Wednesday, November 13th at 11 am Virginia House Privileges and Elections Committee has a hearing in Richmond, House Room C, Room 206, in the General Assembly Building, 201 N. 9th Street.
This committee is proposing to amend Virginia’s Constitution outside of legislative procedure to enshrine an unlimited right to abortion at every stage of pregnancy.
They are also proposing to amend Virginia’s Constitution outside of legislative procedure to change “qualifications of voters.”
It’s not apparent (purposefully) what voter qualifications they want to amend, but I think we can guess what they are with the recent Supreme Court decision that VA won.
Not one of our representatives are putting this out. All they do is attend events and post on social media for holidays. It’s infuriating.
Try to be there if you can.
They are trying to implement this without public knowledge or comment, and they will if we let them.
Spread the word folks, because our “Republican” representatives won’t.

I can deduce from that that maybe we have not progressed as far as we think. Sure, we have made technological advances but human nature seems little changed.
