THE “FELLS ACRE” RITUAL ABUSE CASE

Overview:

In 1984, the Amirault Family (consisting of Gerald “Tooky” Amirault, 32, his mother Violet Amirault, 62, and his sister Cheryl Amirault LeFave) were charged with multiple counts of child abuse. 1,2 Nine children who attended Violet Amirault’s Fells Acre Day Care Center in Malden MA testified that Gerald had dressed up as a clown, took them to a what they called a hidden, magic, secret or special room upstairs (or downstairs) in the day care building and abused them there. Other sadistic abuse had allegedly occurred in front of the building. Gerald was tried and convicted in 1986 on 15 counts; he received a 40 year jail sentence. A year later, at a separate trial, 3 children testified against the mother and daughter; they received jail sentences of 8 to 20 years. Violet and Cheryl were released on appeal in 1995. Violet died of cancer in 1997. Gerald continues to rot in jail…

On SEP-12, over 100 parents were invited to a meeting at the police station where social workers gave them a list of symptoms which might indicate sexual abuse: (appetite problems, bedwetting, crying when being taken to school, nightmares, etc.). The police suggested that parents question their children repeatedly and persistently about abuse at the school, and about a clown, and magic room. If the children denied abuse, they should not be believed. One police officer said “Keep at them [the children]. Don’t do anything that favors the day school. Don’t say anything that favors Mrs. Amirault or the young Amiraults.” Michael Spenser, a parent at the meeting, recalled being told: “God forbid, any of you should show support for the accused. Your children may never forgive you.” It was many years after this event that child psychology researchers determined that repeated, direct questioning of very young children will often trigger disclosures of events that never happened.

Author’s opinion:

No ritual abuse occurred. All three defendants are innocent of any crime. The Fells Acre case is similar to other multi-victim, multi-offender ritual abuse hoaxes which have been shown to be groundless. The medical evidence given at trial is meaningless. The children’s testimony was extracted under conditions that are almost guaranteed to produce false accusations. The Supreme Court of Massachusetts has basically admitted that at least some of the crimes that the Amiraults were convicted of never happened; they have admitted that the Amiraults were denied their constitutional rights during the trial. But they felt that the community’s desire to have closure on this case is more important that the likelihood that the convicted are actually innocent. While other courts in other states have reviewing similar cases and released the innocent parties, the Massachusetts courts carry on their own private Witch hunt in the tradition of Salem, MA. Meanwhile, past improper interview techniques have left the children (now teenagers) with memories of horrible abuse. Their false memories will disable them all, to some degree, for the rest of their lives. Violet Amirault is now beyond legal persecution. Cheryl LeFave remains free. Tooky’s sentence runs out a quarter of the way through the next century.

Remember a Gov can PARDON people who were unjustly convicted. Do-Caca did not because he is part of the Demon-Rat Marxist Cabal.
