Dear KMAG: 20250623 Trump Won Three Times ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden never won. This is our Real President – 45, 46, 47.

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And yes, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!

We will always remember Wheatie,

Pray for Trump,

Yet have fun,

and HOLD ON when things get crazy!

We will follow the RULES of civility that Wheatie left for us:

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

And while we engage in vigorous free speech, we will remember Wheatie’s advice on civility, non-violence, and site unity:

“We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.”

“Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.”

If this site gets shut down, please remember various ways to get back in touch with the rest of the gang:

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

Daily outrage and epic phuckery abound.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

And we will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wolfie’s Wheatie’s Word of the Week:

procerity

noun

  • tallness
  • loftiness
  • height of stature
  • an archaic word meaning height or tallness, derived from Latin procerus, meaning high or tall

Used in a sentence

Procerity Inc. is a company that provides strategic and financial consulting services to senior levels of client organizations. Some of their clients include Royal Bank of Canada, Marsulex Inc., Ontario Provincial Police and private clients.

THE STUFF

Patience is a thing, if you want to work in the mines of Neutrinoville. Welcome to the job. Take a seat and relax. You’re gonna be here a while.

This video may be three years old, but in Neutrinoville, that’s like yesterday. Speaking of which, what’s up, down at the mine?

Just sayin’!

And remember…….

Until victory, have faith!

And trust the big plan, too!

And as always….

He gets it.

cthulhu

“There are various factions within the America First coalition, including some ravenous hawks who have yearned for 46 years to see this righteous retribution delivered to those drooling barbarian fanatics – on this issue, I’m a hawk – as well as those who, at various levels of rationality, run from skeptical to actively opposed to busting the mullahs’ bunkers.”

I’m down as an “I remember 1979” guy, myself.

Do I want to send two million troops in to overthrow the government then have them tied down as occupiers? No. Do I want that government gone? Absolutely.

This is not a contradiction despite the weak-minded who think having the latter attitude makes one a neocon.

cthulhu

There are a number of lost arts in warfare — The Siege and Laying Waste come to mind. We might not have flying cars, but we should certainly be able to do both of these without landing a single boot on the ground.

para59r

That’s not it. The snake is buried deeper than that. Some in Iran would remind you about the Shaw why he was allowed to be over thrown by the hard liners. Then there’s more coiling below that, that will tell another story and so on and so on as deep as you can go.

What concerns us are the coils on top and the fact the President is now captured by the Neo Con’s and now does Israel’s bidding. I joined in 78 and also have some recollections. None of them good about the hard liners and worse so for Arafat’s gang but we respected our enemy and delt with them fairly. It’s easier to kill them that way and have no qualms about it.

I disfavor however the idea that we talk peace out of one side of our mouths while knowing our intentions were never that. There is no honor in that. That this was planned 2yrs ago and adopted before even the 60 day deadline began and all run at Israel’s insistence who then sabotaged the whole process with their Pear Harbor style attack, says less about us than it does Iran. Schlichter’s piece doesn’t address any of that so No, he does not get it or at least does not address it. Though he drives the nail home he has sore thumbs and a rickety structure in place of what we were making.

Pardon me if I dislike the Neo Cons dictating our future now and are told mission success with no way to prove it but by the ticking of the clock. While the threat has always been there it was never imminent. The process has been rushed, and to do that we had to cast aside our shield of truth and the trust it earns and dawn a cloak of deceit and are told to wear it proudly. Excuse me or not for not being so easily enthralled.

Oh… update. The lone missile attack today came from Yemen. Iran fired nothing though Israel is all up on them bombing and strafing while they seek council with Russia.

Gudthots

I am not enthralled. I didn’t read the article as his style doesn’t suit me. I agree with you that having neocons dictate our future is not going to bring the right results for us or for the rest of the world.

While there are layers of narrative getting thrown around, what I do know is that president Trump has not been someone to do anyone’s bidding.

It’s going to take a while to sift the wheat from the chaff as to how this really came about.

TheseTruths

president Trump has not been someone to do anyone’s bidding

^^^^This.

Kind of reminds one of this…

Gail Combs

I certainly agree about the deeper coils. However I do not necessarily think this is correct.

“…I disfavor however the idea that we talk peace out of one side of our mouths while knowing our intentions were never that….”

If POTUS Trump could have gotten an agreement with Iran to forego nuclear bombs, I do not think he would have struck.

Were the plans made ahead of time? Of course. Here is another plan that was not carried out.

War Plan Red: America’s Secret Strategy Against the British Empire

Some saw the British, not the Germans or Japanese, as the real threat

The United States military system does extensive hypothetical planning in order to prepare for nearly any actuality. War Plan Red was one such plan that detailed the American response to war with the British….

War Plan Red sounds like a Cold War era strategy aimed at countering Communism. In actuality, it was a strategic plan aimed at fighting the British Empire during the Interwar Period (1919–1939). The idea that the United States would fight the British Empire in the days before World War II sounds preposterous, but it wasn’t entirely out of the question….

Exactly, Gail.

The planning for all potential threats and actions of both supposed allies and proven enemies is done decades in advance. The plans are amended and modified as the conditions change.

The above statement is a fact, not speculation. There are super computers (plural) that are dedicated to that purpose alone. The danger comes from corrupted data being entered through the efforts of traitorous national leadership. A problem that is being rectified now.

We know it because of America First. Patriots are in control. Being located around one of the more important federal installations and nation’s research facilities where the activities occur helps.

Gail Combs

Please note that I am ALL for the regime change in Iran. However I am also for booting out the ‘Criminal Syndicate’

Neo Cons are a problem. I am America first but understand we have assets in the middle East our precious fighters are there to safeguard our interests. It is very complex sometimes . All I know America first does not live on an island we live in a complex structure where the envy of America is evil is always ready to harm us. Iran is full of hate I believe because we are a Christian Nation. Iran with their crazy mullahs hate Christianity and the Jews.
I cannot express myself the way I would like but connect the dots of the why and the urgency why the nukes needed to be destroy..
One can be a peacemaker and still hit hard to protect once people and friends. The bombing was not only for Israel but for all the middle east and our interests. China is our biggest danger all is connected.
Now we need to get the rioters criminals under control. We need to be steadfast the alternative is much worse. How quick we forget what happened the past 4 years.

TheseTruths

I think you express yourself very well. 😊

TheseTruths

What concerns us are the coils on top and the fact the President is now captured by the Neo Con’s and now does Israel’s bidding.

I don’t think that.

para59r

The likelihood is that the war widens. Lot of talk that Iran will go after US assets in the ME with in hours. No talk of surrender. Infact they don’t want to talk to us at all it seems. We’ll see.
This is everything the Israelis and Neo Cons here at home have wished for, and what we’ve been warned against, for us to be drawn in and fight their war.

When and if they do start to go after US assets in the region the American Response will be overwhelming but will it turn into quick capitulation as many seem to think or a long drawn out conflict? You can look to Ukraine to see how long one of these conflicts might last and there’s still no surety that Russia or China will stay out or at what level they’ll support Iran.

If they don’t get regime change quickly this could last a while and likely escalate further. Right now as mentioned before, Iran is rallying around the flag.

Short circuit a process and you should expect sparks to fly.

Iran’s Tasnim news agency says a missile operation targeting US bases in Qatar and Iraq has begun.

The operation, it said, is called “Annunciation of Victory”.

We’ll bring you more shortly.

singingsoul1

No war expansion the Iranian outburst came and went.
All is well 🙂

TheseTruths

I still don’t see that as Trump being captured by Neocons. He did what was needed to stop Iran from having nukes. Of course there will be some consequences. This is an entirely different mindset that the one of war for war’s sake, cloaked in fake patriotism.

mollypitcher5

ok, I’m probably going to get smacked hard for this but I’m not 100% sure about the integrity of Israel’s info and motives.
Recalling the Oct 7th massacre, for a country that has eyes and ears everywhere how could they be caught so unaware? And… then it was ON. Now it spreads out.

Israel has our almost unconditional support so I understand the situation and the gravity. Iran is run by psychotic zealots so if they’re on the cusp of using nukes then our response is warranted but I’m not at all sure that hard talk and threats regarding retalliation is going to settle the issue.

I trust Trump and in any case would support his decisions but the cabal is evil and tricky. I pray he has sound intel..

kalbokalbs

Trust Trump. Israel, not so much.

Sympathetic and support Israel, sure do. Sell them what they need. Not give. Not Aid. Sell.

Trying to terminate Iran’s nuke program, was, is in America’s interest. Also happens to be in Israel’s interest.

TradeBait2

Israel acts independently, but is also our proxy. Why do people think we have so many elected officials with dual citizenship with Israel? They are permitted to do their thing in their interests to certain points as well as an extension of or interests as directed.

We both had a big bone to pick with Iran and it was time for the Persians to get theirs.

Israel was limited by Dems and RINOs. No more.

Saudis know this. That is why they have stayed on the sidelines. Bin Salman and the GCC are in the loop. They would handle Hormuz if Iran did something really stupid.

Nobody is required to like it, just know that is how it works. All is well with the Master doing his thing. History created by numbnut POTUS’s have no bearing on what is happening today.

It sure looked like Israel’s government let it’s guard down and allowed Oct 7th. I am sad for the people of Israel, but have no trust of their government.

Just as it always has been, when a nation forgets God, the only thing that seems to open hearts is loss, difficulty and even destruction.

singingsoul1

Yes Iran went after our assets today all performa.. They need to save faith in their country. The mullahs are afraid of Trump .
The left did him a favor labeling him as crazy unpredictable inept 🙂 I voted for the true Trump and he has not disappointed me because I know his ethical compass of no war. He hates nukes because he knows it can end the world as we know it.
I am keeping my wiz about me at the moment knitting a mile a minute. Between prayer and knitting keep my emotions centered. God is good 🙂

What I think Kurt really gets right is, he understands that this situation is one of the fights we are engaged in for Western Civilization. That overarching fight is why we chose DJT to be our leader.

Other battles for Western Civ include fighting off the LGBTMNOPY-alphabet people, repelling the foreign invasion of illegal immigrants, and restoring American manufacturing superiority.

It is all of a piece, and it is the battle of our times, which are a Fourth Turning, for certain.

Quite possibly, the next best option to being home.

Not a situation to experiment with.

patfrederick

the cost is way out of bounds for the room she SHARES with another woman. over $17,000 a month! they are selling her home to help with the expenses but even if she gets $400,000 for her home, that will pay for maybe 2 years and then what happens if and when the state takes over? she might be moved to a cheaper place then. it’s all up in the air right now and mom is making the best of things as she can.

Minority views ARE GOOD they foster critical thinking instead of regurgitating the cabal’s talking points.

Robert Baker

Here is what I have come to believe over many years. Government information has only two basic aims: 1) one is to stir up the citizen, or 2) to calm down the citizen. Telling the truth is not one of their aims. One clue is, if they talk a lot about transparency they are usually working on aim #2. Only the passage of time exposes, usually only partly, the truth. That is reality, as I see it.

More on the Chairman of the Join Chief of Staff – Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine.

Joshua Reid | Redpills.tv
@realjoshuareid
5h
🔥🪖Who is the Chairman of the Join Chief of Staff – Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine?

And why he one of Trump’s most trusted advisors?

This isn’t a promotion.
It’s a purge.
A restructuring.
A signal to top brass.
A complete overhaul of the DOD.

Let’s break it down 👇

✅Dan Caine wasn’t next in line.
He was retired.

✅Never held a four-star rank.

✅But Trump fired Gen. C.Q. Brown and made Caine Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

✅The Senate confirmed him.

Why?

Because General Caine isn’t a Pentagon bureaucrat. He’s a battlefield minded stoic with deep clearance.

🚨 On 9/11, Caine was 1 of only 2 F-16 pilots flying air defense over D.C.

He was prepared to intercept hijacked aircraft.

One of only two fighter pilots ordered into the sky over Washington, D.C. on September 11, 2001. His response to shoot-down orders and his classified testimony remain the subject of serious intrigue.

‼️General Caine’s real power?

He ran Special Access Programs (SAPs) at the Pentagon.

As Deputy Director for Special Programs (OUSD A&S), he oversaw:

• Black-budget weapons
• Advanced aerospace systems
• Classified R&D
• Possibly even legacy UFO tech

He didn’t just know.
He managed it.
He approved it.
Funded it.
Had access to all of it.

He also served as:

• CIA’s Associate Director for Military Affairs
• Deputy Commander, SOJTF-Afghanistan
• Deputy Director for Special Operations (Joint Staff)
• Fighter pilot with 2,800+ hours
• Combat veteran with Bronze Stars

He’s operated in the shadows for decades.

General Caine played a key role in dismantling ISIS. What others said would take years, General Caine helped finish in under six months.

When Trump returned in 2025, he brought General Caine with him—to restructure everything.

General Caine now advises Trump directly on:

• Iran, China, Russia
• Strategic deterrence
• Classified tech policy
• Military-industrial integration
• Strategy,Tactics and War

He’s part of a trusted circle with Flynn, Spalding, and Kwast and other Generals shaping the future of warfare, intel, space, and disclosure.

This isn’t just a promotion.

It’s a military restructuring from the inside out:

• DEI generals out
• Constitutional Brass in
• Expansion of the war fighter domain
• Bureaucracy cutout
• Re-org technological future

Trump chose a warfighter.

General Dan “Razin” Caine is more than a General.

💥He’s a bridge—between black programs, commercial development and public disclosure.

💥Between shadow warfare and visible strategy.

💥Between the world we know… and the one they’ve kept hidden.

And now, he’s in command.

TradeBait2

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

It’s funny because I was talking to a native born citizen, who was afraid that, because she was (and looks) Hispanic she’d be swept up and sent to El Salvador. Never mind that she has proper ID and has it on her.

TheseTruths

My first thought was “Then you are not knowledgeable enough to be in this country.” That kind of fear that is not based in reality can lead to all sorts of trouble.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Apparently the left found and highlighted one such case of mistaken identity and used it to scaremonger.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

But more to the point, a LOT of NBCs don’t understand this country and what it is supposed to mean.

I understand the intent of the NBC clause in the Constitution, and because it is in the Constitution it should be upheld until amended.

But I believe the premise was bad. There’s basically zero correlation between NBC status and patriotism. I’d rather have Melania (definitely not an NBC) as president than someone like Michelle Obama (as far as I know an NBC), in the absence of such a clause.

TradeBait2

At least 4 impacts in Israel after Iranian missile barrage

Reporting from Amman, Jordan

Al Jazeera is reporting from Jordan because it has been banned from Israel and the occupied West Bank.

We know from Israeli reporting there’s at least four impact sites including the one in Ashdod that we’ve been reporting on. There is also one south of West Jerusalem.

We don’t know the nature of these sites. There are heavy restrictions on sharing information or videos from those impact areas with punishment of imprisonment for those who defy the military censorship orders.

So it’s difficult to ascertain what has been hit and the extent of the damage.

But what we’re hearing from people in Israel and the occupied West Bank is there have been non-stop sirens for 35 minutes and loud explosions.

Since Israel’s attack on Iran began on June 13, Iran has reportedly sent about 450 ballistic missile into the country.

Of course there were many more attacks in Iran today doing significant damage, but Israel remains a small country.

Missile and drone strikes launched against Israel: IRGCIranian media are reporting on a statement from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) describing its latest attack on Israel.
“This wave was carried out with combined missile and drone operations using solid and liquid fuel missiles and utilizing special tactics to penetrate the layers of the Israeli air defence shield,” Tasnim news agency quoted the Revolutionary Guard as saying.
“So far, rocket strikes have been recorded at five locations in the cities of Safed, Tel Aviv, Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Beisan,” it added.
There was no immediate response from Israeli authorities.

It’s interesting that they are calling it “Israeli” instead of “Zionist entity”.

Thus providing an increase in IRGC recognition of the legitimacy of Israel.

Speaking to Al Jazeera from western Tehran, professor Foad Izadi said there was an Israeli missile strike outside of a hospital with smoke rising from the scene.

There was no immediate report of casualties. The attacks come after Iranian missile and drones were earlier launched at Israel with at least four areas impacted.

I guess the President and Supreme Leader approved Parliament’s bill?

Parlieament had approved strikes in the Straight of Hormuz earlier yesterday.

Iran fired 8 missiles in 4 volleys in first round of attack: ReportIsrael’s Ynet News outlet, citing the Israeli military, says Iran fired eight missiles in four volleys in the first round of attacks in the past hour.
It said the military intercepted most of the missiles, but that one of them landed near a strategic facility of the Israel Electric Company (IEC) in southern parts of the country.

The hit caused electricity disruption in the area, it added.

scott467

I just can’t imagine being at war with another country, and not immediately eliminating their leadership, if it was possible to do so.

That’s who you are at war with.

You’re not at war with the land.

You’re not even at war with the People.

You are at war with the leadership who control the power structure and resources of the country.

That leadership will never stop until they either run out of other people to die for them, or until they die.

So why wait until maniacal leaders put every last male in their population into the meatgrinder, if you can just lop off the head of the leadership?

It worked for thousands of years.

Why fix it, if it ain’t broke?

GA/FL

Looks like regime change destruction is Israel’s job. Israel is going after regime/government targets now.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz in a statement moments ago, “The IDF is now attacking with unprecedented force regime targets and government repression bodies in the heart of Tehran – for every shot at the Israeli home front, the Iranian dictator will be punished and the attacks will continue with full force.”

para59r

They first announced they were actively searching and targeting the leadership several days ago in the course of their on going air campaign, so the term “now” should not be construed as in “beginning now”. Besides a look at Gaza and Lebanon will show you this is how they operate. Israel has cast off any pretext of talking with their enemy since the Oct 7th attack. And a reminder, there are still legitimate open questions on how that unfolded and how much they and our CIA knew about it or even facilitated it as discussed here multiple times.

Gudthots

Agreed.

Oct 7 has to be shown that it was not an inside job.
Somebody let down the defenses.

Aubergine

I agree entirely.

scott467

A large oil tanker is burning in the Strait of Hormuz.

___________

That’s probably not very good for the environment.

Hopefully there’s no wildlife in those waters.

para59r

That still needs confirmation. It came up in the middle of attacks and I was on my way to bed when I posted it. As far as I can tell by looking at the Arab website it’s still an option being discussed with the Iranian hierarchy.

GA/FL

WHOSE oil tanker?

cthulhu

If Israel would take out strategic bridges, railways, airports, and highways, Iran would be parceled into autonomous regions. If a region were to forego the usual “Death To America; Death To Israel” chants and broadcast “we do not support the mullahs and their terrorists” messages, we could forgo further damage in those areas.

If Israel were to bomb every electricity plant in the rest of Iran, it would be very straightforward to detect any remaining electric use by its electromagnetic radiation. There would be no need to take out telephone and television broadcast, as neither would work without electricity.

Gudthots

That last thing Bibi wants is for Iran to be completely neutralized. He would be next on the menu with home politics.

Gail Combs

EXACTLY!

Bibi NEEDS an enemy.

The Jerusalem Post: Netanyahu: Money to Hamas part of strategy to keep Palestinians divided

MARCH 12, 2019

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended Israel’s regular allowing of Qatari funds to be transferred into Gaza, saying it is part of a broader strategy to keep Hamas and the Palestinian Authority separate, a source in Monday’s Likud faction meeting said.

Netanyahu explained that, in the past, the PA transferred the millions of dollars to Hamas in Gaza…

The prime minister also said that, “whoever is against a Palestinian state should be for” transferring the funds to Gaza, because maintaining a separation between the PA in the West Bank and Hamas in Gaza helps prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state.

…Yisrael Beytenu leader Avigdor Liberman, who resigned as head of the Defense Ministry over Gaza policies, said on Saturday that the payments are a “miserable decision,” marking “the first time Israel is funding terrorism against itself.”

pgroup2

What you describe crosses the line from a limited military excursion into a general war against the population of Iran. IMO. It’s difficult to see the benefits of such a strategy versus the detriments. Plus, all of that damaged infrastructure has to be repaired. We can’t afford it and I’ve seen articles saying that the Iranian economy is already running 20% inflation yearly.

While it’s a great military strategy if we were in an existential war for survival, it seems far too excessive to me in the current reality. Again, JMO.

Gail Combs

It also means the Iranian people will hate you for generations to come.

Gudthots

Dems support this.

Wall Street Apes
@WallStreetApes

This is what Democrats are supporting: “How does it feel to be a woman in Iran”

“This video is for the people who are backing up Iran right now, mostly Democrats that they are supporting Iran right now.

So I want to go over few rules and laws in Iran about women. Basically, it’s everything against what democrats believe. So if you’re a woman in Iran, you basically, they see you as a half a brain, so you don’t have the full brain.

So let’s say if you witnessed a murder and you’re a woman and you want to go to the court and say that you witnessed, you witnessed a murder, there should be three women. So your witness, like your words will be approved in the court versus if it’s a man and it witnessed a murder, only one man is enough. Why? Because they say women have half a brain. If you’re a woman in Iran, you have kids and you want to divorce, you only can have that child until seven years.

After 7 years, your child is for your husband and he can come and take the child away from you and you might never, ever see your child again. Or if he doesn’t want to, he can leave this child with you and there is nothing that you can do about it.

If you’re a woman in Iran and you want to divorce your husband, oh, you have to go through hell. But if your husband wants to divorce you, it’s super easy for them.

If you’re a woman in Iran and you’re being beaten up by your husband and me as your neighbor, call the police and say, you know, my neighbor is, you know, hitting his wife to death. Police will do nothing. They will say, well, it’s a family matter and it is his wife. So basically a wife for a man is like an object, just like they bought a car or something. So they will not interfere and they will see that, say that it’s their personal problem, it’s not our problem.

If you’re a woman in Europe and you want to travel out of country, you have to have the approval from your father if you’re single or your brother if you don’t have a father, if you’re married, you have to have the approval from your husband. So basically your husband has to sign a paper that gives you the permission to leave the country. And let’s say your husband said, you can’t keep the kid until that kid is 18 years old, you have no right over that kid.

— If you’re a woman and you walk into your home and you see your husband with another woman and you get mad and you kill them, you will be hanged.

But if you’re a man, you walked in a room and get your husband with another man, you can kill both of them and nothing’s gonna happen to you. In Iran, you will be hanged. If you kill someone, that’s a punishment. But if you’re a woman and you kill someone and your punishment is hanging, but you are virgin, they will first rape you before they hang you.

I know that you can’t even put this in your imagination, but that is true. Because in Islam, you cannot hang a virgin woman. In Iran, if a woman does not want to sleep with the husband and have sex, and the husband basically force you and kind of rape you, actually it does not count as a rape. So your husband can basically force you to have a sex, and there is nothing that you can do about it. In Iran, a woman cannot sing. No man can hear your voice singing.

In Iran, if you’re a woman and you get raped, do you know what’s the first thing that they ask you? What did you do that they raped you as a woman? In Iran, we get sexually assaulted every day. Me, myself, I’ve been in Iran for 27 years, I’ve been sexually assaulted every day. Not by raping, but you’re walking in the street, they will touch your butt, they will touch you, they will say nasty things in your ear.

You’re not safe anywhere.

— This was just a very, very small amount of the things that’s going on in Iran against women. So next time that any person that lives in Europe and in America and they want to support Iran’s government, just think about all this, and shame on you if you do.”

patfrederick

gees

patfrederick

i see no protests worldwide supporting their female Iranian counterparts though. wonder why that is?

Aubergine

As a woman, and an actual feminist, this right here is enough for me to support regime change in Iran.

Can you imagine being 65-75 years old and female in Iran? Remembering freedom, and living in the shit described above? I can’t. I would be insane.

Gudthots

Yes, beyond belief. Christianity is the foundation for honoring all people as having worth.

And yet when you see the pattern of how “regime change” in the Middle East always seems to end with devastating persecution of the Christians, it is enough to make me back up far, far away from any thoughts that we can be of help by pushing for this.

PAVACA

Gudthots
Thank you.
In addition to the above, there are also the private property ownership rules and the inheritance laws under Islam, all of which heavily discriminate against females.

Under Islam, females (of whatever age and including if they are non-Muslim) are considered to be the “property” of a Muslim male. This includes wives, daughters, and mothers of Muslim males. This includes “those under the right hand”, which refers to concubines / slaves / non-Muslim females.

Then, there is the tradition of child marriage in Islam. Recall that Aisha, the last wife of Mohammed, was 6 years old when they were wed. It appears that he waited until she was 9 years old until starting to have intercourse with her.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

The frightening thing is that this was actually an improvement over what women faced pre-Mohammed. Which is why many Muslims will insist that Mohammed did good things for women.

Gudthots

I believe it. And historically there are Muslim cultures that in a similar way are an improvement over other choices. At one point lands with people in the Eastern Orthodox church choose to come under the rule of the Muslims as opposed to being violently forced to convert to Roman Catholicism.

Syria was supposedly an oppressive regime, but the non Muslims, while oppressed in general, were not oppressed through specific religious persecution by the government. Syrian Christians were desired for positions of trust in both government and commerce because they were considered both skilled and ethical.

Compared to neighboring countries such as Turkey, Christians had considerable freedom to live their lives and faith the way they wanted.

In Turkey it has been basically genocide and plunder of the Christians for a long time.

Then the US decided they needed “regime change in Syria. Assad is out and ISIS is running things.

It’s worse to be a Christian in today’s Syria than Turkey.

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Monday, June 23, 2025

“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!”

Romans 11:33 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR ROMANS 11

“The rejection of the Jews is not universal. (1-10) God overruled their unbelief for making the Gentiles partakers of gospel privileges. (11-21) The Gentiles cautioned against pride and unbelief, The Jews shall be called as a nation, and brought into God’s visible covenant again. (22-32) A solemn adoring of the wisdom, goodness, and justice of God.” (33-36)

(33-36) “The apostle Paul knew the mysteries of the kingdom of God as well as ever any man; yet he confesses himself at a loss; and despairing to find the bottom, he humbly sits down at the brink, and adores the depth. Those who know most in this imperfect state, feel their own weakness most. There is not only depth in the Divine counsels, but riches; abundance of that which is precious and valuable. The Divine counsels are complete; they have not only depth and height, but breadth and length, #Eph 3:18|, and that passing knowledge. There is that vast distance and disproportion between God and man, between the Creator and the creature, which for ever shuts us from knowledge of his ways. What man shall teach God how to govern the world? The apostle adores the sovereignty of the Divine counsels. All things in heaven and earth, especially those which relate to our salvation, that belong to our peace, are all of him by way of creation, through him by way of providence, that they may be to him in their end. Of God, as the Spring and Fountain of all; through Christ, to God, as the end. These include all God’s relations to his creatures; if all are of Him, and through Him, all should be to Him, and for Him. Whatever begins, let God’s glory be the end: especially let us adore him when we talk of the Divine counsels and actings. The saints in heaven never dispute, but always praise.”

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

FEAST ON WISDOM

Happy are those who Feast on Wisdom;
Who savor her knowledge of His Kingdom;
She will refresh and nourish them wisely;
Her assistance is welcome – quite precisely!

Heavenly bread – her drink – understanding;
So succor her knowledge notwithstanding;
Her nourishment is constant and truthful;
Not for the blind of faith – or for the youthful!

Refreshment is – the fruit of the Spirit;
Through the lens of faith – we can intuit;
What can one do with only knowledge alone?
With no understanding – knowledge is prone!

The sweetness of Wisdom is God’s Great Gift;
Knowledge plus understanding – a lofty lift;
From the abyss of deception we will arise;
The richness of Wisdom is for only the wise!

His Word alone – not the fruit of the earth;
Sustains His faithful ones – from their rebirth;
The bread of Wisdom is insight – not mirth;
Her drink is understanding – knowledge worth!

Refreshed by His Word – and nourished divine;
His faithful ones repent – sin – they decline;
His Spirit indwells – in the temple of man;
Where wisdom is instilled – according to plan!

Your steadfastness, Lord, assures that within;
Both knowledge and understanding defeat sin;
When the two are united – wisdom be told;
A magnificent miracle – inside to behold!

For what is a man who is wise beyond years;
If he hears not – listens not – to what he hears;
If he has knowledge without understanding;
His foundation is shaky – so is his landing!

The Gift of the Spirit is Wisdom – and Grace;
The mind becomes avid – with Faith in place
The body is sound – the spirit is free;
So Feast on Wisdom – sweet delicacy!

Proportioned and balanced as God created;
With knowledge and understanding related;
Combined with His Word in perfect harmony;
Let’s Feast on Wisdom – His Word brilliantly!

Full tweet:

Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes—who just went to bat for accused human trafficker Kilmar Abrego—is yet another reminder of how far the system has drifted. Like Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who authorized the brazenly political FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, she isn’t a proper judge in the constitutional sense. She’s more like a substitute teacher handed the full authority of the principal.

The Constitution lays out a clear process for appointing federal judges: they’re nominated by the president, confirmed by the Senate, and granted life tenure under Article III. That system has produced its share of terrible appointments, but at least it follows the constitutional structure. Magistrate judges, by contrast, exist entirely outside that framework. They’re appointed by district judges, not elected officials, and were originally intended as limited judicial aides. Over time, however, they’ve been handed sweeping powers the Constitution never envisioned.

At least here in NC, a magistrate does not even have to be trained as a lawyer.

North Carolina mandates that candidates must be residents of the state and exhibit strong moral character. This criterion ensures that those serving as magistrates uphold the integrity and trust of the judicial system.

Experience in legal or law enforcement fields can give you a competitive edge. Such experience demonstrates your familiarity with legal processes and your ability to handle judicial responsibilities….

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have to be a lawyer to be a magistrate in NC?

No, you do not have to be a lawyer to become a magistrate in North Carolina. Magistrates are appointed by the Chief District Court Judge and must meet certain qualifications, but being a lawyer is not a requirement.

This particular appointment process does not apply to fed courts AFAIK.

Iran is yet another matter that screams out for Critical Thinking. Regretfully, like with many things, much of what you read and hear will be devoid of that, as it’s a lot easier to spew political talking points, disguised as journalism.
This short commentary will try to put some parts of this concerning matter into perspective. As readers know, accurate perspective is a necessary ingredient of Critical Thinking.

A comment on :

…China and other players —

China is an ally of Iran, and what they will do is undetermined. One recent reported development is that they sent five 747’s to Iran. These may be to: a) replenish Iran’s missile stockpile, b) remove and safeguard some of what Iran has developed regarding a nuclear bomb, or c) something else.

I think the most likely is what Ghost has suggested. China was getting their scientists and other personnel out of harms way.

Ghost also floated another interesting idea. Iran is crucial to China because AI is an energy hog and the first country to get to singularity (What ever that is) will be THE dominant force in coming years.

From YANDEX AI

AI singularity is a hypothetical concept where artificial intelligence exceeds human intelligence. In simpler terms, if computers surpass humans’ cognitive abilities, a new level of intelligence will emerge that is unachievable by people.

AI singularity involves the creation of an artificial intelligence that’s so advanced, it can continuously improve upon itself at a rate that’s faster than humans performing the same task.

How Far Are We from AI Singularity? What It Means & Implications

mollypitcher5

I didn’t know that AI is an energy hog.Isn’t bitcoin and the like another huge energy user?

patfrederick

as far as i remember, yes.
when will ai determine that IT has a bigger need for energy than we do and eliminate useless energy users. remember the term useless eaters?

mollypitcher5

Exactly and at some point “it” may decide that since it’s omnipotent that users have no need to search for info sources other than itself.

pgroup2

Oh my – you’re paying attention and remembering pertinent facts. 😍

Seriously though, add one plus one. Bingo, the race to achieve singularity coincidentally greatly assists the mining of bitcoin.

What’s not to like? A lot, if the morals are being ignored.

It’s like riding Space Mountain at Disneyland. Going faster and faster in complete darkness. That’s what we might be doing without knowing.

mollypitcher5

IMO, some people know and count on the rest of us to embrace this fabulous all knowing, all capable tool to think for us.

Likely I’ll never get there.

Quite intentionally. Can’t see the alleged goodness.

Conservative media should never lament the downfall of the corrupt, criminal, commie Dem organization. Allow them to self destruct and become the dung heap of politics.

Many will debate and support the need for a viable second party to counter potential future excesses and corruption of the GOP. I will be happy to debate them about a need for any political parties. Alliances such as the America First MAGA movement, yes. Political parties, no. Thomas Massie is a perfect GOP example of why. In an alliance he can be totally isolated and ignored. Replacing rogue goober like him is easier to get done. In a political party he can influence other votes as well as become a spy on the affairs of the party and nation. You know, things that traitors and seditionists do.

The GOP is not who MAGA supports. They have agreed to be the vehicle to get it all done. If they back out and cease to be that org that does so, they will become as relevant to We the People as the Dems, which is not at all.

Gail Combs

It was easier and quicker to do a take-over that is all. The GOP of course has been fighting that take over tooth and nail.

patfrederick

SCOTUS is inviting and spreading this bullshit by not properly intervening and smacking down these rogue judges. history shall not be kind to any of them.
article
Judge Michael Farbiarz has gone full-fledged Britney Spears—he did it again.
Another judicial overreach, another breach of the separation of powers—this time sparkling in legalisms, choreographed for political theater, and staged by the progressive legal cartel.
After previously denying Mahmoud Khalil’s release and seemingly acknowledging the Department of Justice landed on solid statutory ground, the judge has now reversed course—again.
This time, in a dizzying turn that flouts immigration procedures, judicial restraint, and common sense, Khalil has not only walked free but also walked out with a golden ticket to lobby Congress.
The reason? Judge Farbiarz now appears to believe the government’s justification may be retaliatory—an attempt to punish Khalil for his political views. “There is at least something to the underlying claim that there is an effort to use the immigration charge here to punish the petitioner,” he said from the bench, calling such a move unconstitutional.
Then, on the heels of a hastily convened telephone hearing, a magistrate judge issued release conditions that included a tailored carve-out: Khalil may travel to Washington, D.C., for “lobbying and legislative activity.”
Let that sink in.
The judiciary, which until now has had no recognized authority under federal law to supervise foreign policy or prescribe non-criminal bond terms for deportable aliens, has now decided it can choreograph congressional visits for someone accused of lying on immigration forms and aligning with a designated terrorist organization.
The Court’s order authorizes Khalil—a non-citizen under a final removal order from an immigration judge—to engage in “lobbying and legislative activity” in Washington, D.C., without requiring any disclosure or oversight.
comment image
He is not required, under the terms of the order, to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), a statute that mandates individuals acting on behalf of foreign interests disclose their affiliations and activities to the federal government.
There is no clarity about who he will meet, what legislative business is at stake, or what foreign or domestic interest he may be representing.
“Highly, highly unusual,” Judge Michael Farbiarz said—referring to the government’s justification for detaining Mahmoud Khalil.
But the true aberration is not the administration’s case. It’s the contortions of law and logic now emerging under the guise of a habeas action.
Federal immigration law once rested on an iron rule: Article III judges do not substitute their preferences for the findings of immigration courts—let alone override executive branch decisions on the removal of foreign nationals.
There was good reason for this. Congress, which holds the constitutional authority to define judicial jurisdiction, made that boundary explicit in statute. Judge Farbiarz shattered it.
And yet, for all the courtroom speculation about unconstitutional motives, Judge Farbiarz’s written order says none of it. The word unconstitutional is absent. There is no evidentiary finding, no legal standard, not even a passing citation.
Instead, the order states that Khalil’s release is granted “for the reasons stated in court today”—a phrase that does all the heavy lifting of a legal opinion without bearing any of its weight. No reasoning, no record, no responsibility—just a release order conjured in the haze of a hearing and rubber-stamped into effect.
Perhaps, as before, Judge Farbiarz will issue a supplemental order. He did so earlier this month—denying injunctive relief to Khalil in language the administration reasonably interpreted as affirming its statutory authority to proceed with removal. The Department of Justice pivoted accordingly.
That’s the irony: the same evolving court record that opened the door to an alternative legal basis is now being used to challenge that shift as constitutionally suspect.
But when a federal court signals one thing, and the Executive relies on it in good faith—only to be told that its subsequent action may constitute unconstitutional retaliation—that’s not a stable or sustainable approach to the law. It undermines the predictability the rule of law requires and injects uncertainty where constitutional roles should be clear.
Khalil was a legal permanent resident held under 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(1)(A) for material misrepresentation on his immigration paperwork. Those charges—related to undeclared affiliations with foreign entities—are statutorily sufficient for removal.
Indeed, the immigration judge in Louisiana reviewed the facts and denied bond and asylum outright on June 20, issuing a formal removal order on the same day.
Rather than defer to the immigration court’s ruling, Judge Farbiarz reasserted his authority.
What’s more, by granting a release condition that permits Mr. Khalil to engage in lobbying activity, the Court has inserted itself into the political sphere—a breach not merely of prudence but of institutional propriety.
In a nutshell, Judge Farbiarz returned to the habeas petition he’d been tinkering with the past several weeks, bypassed the tribunal Congress empowered to adjudicate deportation, and set in motion a release process that culminated in conditions—including a lobbying privilege—conjured from thin air by the magistrate judge.
This is tommyrot on a farcical scale. A federal court is now in the business of approving bespoke legislative visits by a non-citizen under active deportation proceedings.
So much for Mr. Khalil’s stated wish to spend more time with his family.
Instead, he seems intent on advancing a political agenda—one that, judging by the very facts that landed him in legal jeopardy, stands in direct conflict with U.S. foreign policy.
And true to his word, Khalil pledged to resume his pro-Palestinian activism—and was met at the airport by none other than the progressive princess herself, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Let the legislative theater and lobbying shenanigans begin.
Getting down to brass tacks: the Court didn’t just question the constitutionality of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)—it lent its robe and gavel to undermine it.
By authorizing a foreign national to lobby Congress—almost certainly in ways that conflict with U.S. foreign policy—it inserted itself directly into conduct that the INA identifies as grounds for removal under 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(4)(C). Unreal.
But that door swings both ways. There is still an opening for the Department of Justice—and for the Secretary of State. If Mr. Khalil takes the Court’s indulgence as a license to campaign against U.S. foreign policy actively, each such action could constitute fresh statutory grounds for removal.
Under 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(4)(C), the government retains the authority to deport a non-citizen who engages in activity that undermines U.S. foreign policy interests.
What the Court has temporarily framed as protected speech—an issue not yet settled by the appellate courts—may yet be grounds for removal if it crosses that statutory line.
If this ruling stands, it invites chaos. Immigration courts are being reduced to sideshows as federal judges become the go-to venues for progressives to extract celebrity detainees—not for justice, but for politics and, inevitably, it seems, fundraising.
The effect is plain: to sideline the political branches—the constitutional voice of the people—in favor of judicial improvisation.
“Highly, highly unusual”?
Justice Robert Jackson said it better. In Harisiades v. Shaughnessy, 342 U.S. 580 (1952), the Supreme Court upheld the government’s authority to deport non-citizens for affiliations hostile to American interests, warning that,

[A]ny policy toward aliens is vitally and intricately interwoven with contemporaneous policies in regard to the conduct of foreign relations, the war power, and the maintenance of a republican form of government. Such matters are so exclusively entrusted to the political branches of government as to be largely immune from judicial inquiry or interference.

Here’s hoping five justices agree.

Perhaps this judge should be made an EXAMPLE OF!

8 U.S. Code § 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(A)Any person who—

(ii)knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

(iii)knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

(iv)encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or

(v)

(I)engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or

(II)aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B)….

18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

I am not sure a legal eagle could use the Deprivation of OUR rights to live in a country where we do not pay to support these illegals and deal with the crimes they commit. However if this dude commits another crime against a person, you might have a solid case.

Allow me to point out that this magistrate judge is not the final word unless both sides agree. Otherwise it has to go to the Article 3 judge of that venue for approval.

We might be curious why our DoJ is forfeiting this leverage when the outcome is likely to be adverse.

Here’s what Google’s AI says on a search. Please note the closing sentences.

///////////////////////////////////////
AI Overview

In the federal court system, a magistrate judge is a judicial officer who assists district court judges by handling a variety of judicial proceedings. They are appointed by the district judges of the court and serve for a fixed term. Their duties include conducting preliminary proceedings in felony cases, managing pretrial matters in civil cases, and presiding over misdemeanor and petty offense trials. They can also issue arrest and search warrants and handle administrative appeals.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Criminal Matters:
  • Magistrate judges handle preliminary proceedings in felony cases, such as probable cause hearings, bail determinations, and detention hearings. They also preside over misdemeanor and petty offense cases.
  • Civil Matters:
  • They manage pretrial matters in complex civil cases, conduct mediations and settlement conferences, and can even preside over civil trials if all parties consent.
  • Warrants:
  • They are authorized to issue arrest and search warrants.
  • Other Duties:
  • They may review prisoner suits challenging convictions or prison conditions, and handle administrative appeals related to social security benefits.

Appointment and Term:

  • Magistrate judges are appointed by the district judges of the court.
  • They serve a fixed term, typically eight years for full-time magistrate judges.

Distinction from District Judges:

  • While magistrate judges handle a wide range of duties, they cannot preside over felony trials or sentencing.
  • They exercise the jurisdiction of the district court, delegated to them by the district judges.
  • Decisions of a magistrate judge are subject to review by a district judge, except in civil cases where the parties consent to the magistrate judge’s full jurisdiction.

I just wrote something in part of a response to someone else on another daily here, and it occurs to me that it might be informative if I post it again right here. It explains in large part my whole attitude about current-day Israel, and our support of it, so at least people will know where I’m coming from.

I was lying in bed last night, having just finished up my prayers, and some thoughts coalesced in my mind. Something I’d not really thought about fully before, but sort of instinctively believed.

In the Old Testament, non-Israelites were allowed to convert to the Abrahamic religion now called Judaism. There are several examples in the OT; Ruth, Rahab, and many of the nation of Nineveh show this. Once you convert, you ARE a JEW. That holds to this day. I know, because I looked into it as a young adult. That’s me; I’ve was always a religious seeker. It took me a long time to realize I was a Christian!

If people are allowed by God to convert to Judaism, they are then de facto Israelites. This means ALL of the Jewish population of Israel are folded in to God’s chosen people, who were given that land as a birthright millennia ago. And that birthright supersedes any and all occupation or dispensation by Britain or any other group. It makes no difference if they are “Khazarian” or whatever the hell they call it. They have become Israelites and all that entails, both good and very, very bad (Revelation’s fulfillment is going to suck for them).

This concept is what I think Ted Cruz didn’t explain to Tucker Carlson at all well the other day.

I personally think if you are willing to take on the calumny and danger that come in this world by remaining or converting to being Jewish, then you deserve respect for your courage. I also believe that the only Democracy in the Middle East deserves our help if we can safely give it. And I think DJT , just did exactly that.

Gail Combs

However there are also some, like Ariel Sharon, the Butcher of Beirut. He was prime Minister from 2001 – 2006 when he was struck down by a stroke.

Sharon grew up in a family of Russian immigrants in then British-ruled Palestine. His early years were marked by experiences 👉in the secular, socialist Labour Zionist movement and in the Haganah, the underground Zionist militia, which he joined at age 14…

Let me be very clear that I am condemning WAR and the EVIL inciting it and not the Jewish people ESPECIALLY the Orthodox Jews like Dr. Vladimir Zelenko (may he enjoy his well earn rest in heaven) who I consider the REAL Jews and not wolves in a Jewish sheepskin.

If you blindly support Israel no matter what, you are doing EXACTLY what the ‘International Syndicate’ wants. I do not think they are actually ‘Jewish’ that is religious Jews, but instead are Lovers of Money and POWER who use the Jewish religion as cover especially in the USA. (Just try criticizing George Soros.) And to foment their very profitable wars. Wars that also function as ‘Hey Look a squirrel!’

Revelation 3:9: Behold, I give of the synagogue of Satan, of them that say they are Jews, and they are not, but do lie….

Revelation 2:9: “I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

Rabbis Against War with Iran: An Open Letter

We, the undersigned American Jewish clergy, are deeply concerned about reports that Prime Minister Netanyahu will demand of President Obama, at their meeting at the White House today, that either the United States attack Iran, or else, Israel will...

Most of the people of the State of Israel oppose Prime Minister Netanyahu’s military threats against Iran. They fear the consequences of an attack on Iran. As Jewish leaders, we too believe that the path of wisdom towards achieving peace and stability in the region is through dialog and engagement and not through acts of war. We call on the United States government to safeguard the interests of the people of Israel and Iran…

‘Stop Vetoing Peace,’ Rabbis Tell Biden at UN Security Council Protest

….the latest high-profile demonstration demanding the United States end its opposition to a cease-fire in Gaza.

The rabbis—whose action was organized by Rabbis for Cease-fire, Jews for Racial and Economic Justice, Jewish Voice for Peace, and IfNotNow—displayed banners with messages for U.S. President Joe Biden: “Biden: The World Says Cease-Fire,” and “Biden: Stop Vetoing Peace.”

The protest came weeks after the U.S. alone vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution calling for Israel to end its bombardment of Gaza, which has killed at least 23,210 people, injured more than 59,100, and left thousands more missing and feared dead under rubble, as the population of the enclave faces starvation and disease stemming from Israel’s blockade

pgroup2

Sympathy for Gazans is severely misplaced and vastly inflated.

Gail Combs

Remember that some of them are Coptic Christians and also children. Not all of them are evil just like not all Americans are devils.

Aubergine

AGREED.

pgroup2

The Israelites were Hebrews. Jews were a twelfth of that. Today’s Jews love pretending that the Ten Lost Tribes are destroyed or otherwise no more, and that it’s always been ‘the Jews’ and nothing but.

This is not true and it screws up proper thinking about God’s design. It allows Jews to ignore the divinity of Christ and forces observant Jews to live under The Law [Old Covenant] instead of His Grace [New Covenant]. Try to adjust your thinking.

After a life spent in false propaganda, it certainly isn’t your fault.

Aubergine

I fully understand the “Lost Tribes.” I also understand that the Jews of today are still Israelites, and that some of them are almost certainly descendants of the Ten Lost Tribes, whether they know it or not. And a twelfth of a thing is still the thing. A sliver of an apple pie is still apple pie, not cherry. I also know that some of US may be descendants of the Lost Tribes as well, for all we know.

This reminds me of the tale in my family of the huge “inheritance” that could only be claimed if every possible heir could be located. Since there are only “some Israelites,” they can’t have the land they were promised by God?

Whether the Jews pretend they are the only Israelites or not has nothing to do with my support. Jews ignore the divinity of Christ because they follow Judaism, and their reading of the Old Testament leads them to believe that the Messiah would be something different than he was/is. But God knew they would do that, and Revelation addresses how that will be resolved.

I don’t need to “adjust my thinking” just because I think differently than you do.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

My understanding is that the ten lost tribes mostly likely got relocated to some tributary of the Tigris or Euphrates…and may very well have assimilated. If so the culture is gone but the genes live on.

In the end it’s one of those mysteries, and we’ll likely never know for sure. But I’m pretty confident that they did not end up in the Americas becoming the ancestor of the American Indians.

Aubergine

But if a descendant immigrated to America at any point, married and had kids, then those children would descend from the Ten Tribes.

My point is, the melting pot of the last several thousand years could put that DNA into any one of us, easily.

Jeff’s view of the OFF RAMP.

Cynical Publius looks at it from the view of total defeat. The problem with that is it leaves simmering resentment which is the WHOLE REASON we have the middle east mess in the first place. (Remember the Brits RENEGED on their promises to the Arabs.)

Jeff is looking at it from the point of view of both sides are ‘wining’ at least something.

…Here’s the thing: the enriched uranium apparently wasn’t at the three bombed sites. “The stockpile was believed to have been mainly at Isfahan,” the Journal reported. “But it could have been moved.” Iran moved it beforehand —confirming advance notice— but leaving something to negotiate over.

Which brings us to this curious line from VP Vance on ABC’s This Week: “We are going to work in the coming weeks to ensure that we do something with that fuel, and that’s one of the things we’re going to have conversations with the Iranians about.”

Vance pointed out that, following the strikes, Iran no longer has the ability to rapidly weaponize the fuel. “And that was really the goal here,” he said. Critics cried he was moving the goalposts! But … was he? What if he’s telling the truth? What if this is all going according to a backroom agreement?

Some at Badlands think weapons were left in Afghanistan as part of an agreement with Trump. I do agree with Cynical Publius, that Trump always looks at a situation from America first and not from ‘regime change for democracy’ Getting rid of those poppy fields is certainly a point the Taliban & Trump would agree on.

BBC Hysterical that Taliban Destroyed Their Poppy (Opium)

BBC Hysterical that Taliban Destroyed Their Poppy Crops in Afghanistan

June 18, 2023 (EIRNS)—The BBC has indirectly exposed the fact that the U.S.-British occupation of Afghanistan was used to vastly expand the country’s output of opium, while hysterically denouncing the Taliban’s near-abolition of that opium production over the past year. What should be received as wonderful news for mankind—the elimination of 80% of the world’s opium supply—is instead denounced as an attack on the poor Afghan farmers, who now must grow “unprofitable” wheat rather than poppy. The fact that the farmers never received any significant portion of the billions of dollars from the heroin trade, which went to sustain the banks in the City of London and Wall Street, is not mentioned in the BBC coverage, nor that the people are starving and need food, not drugs….

Former British diplomat and MI6 ‘ranking figure’ Alastair Crooke

So I did a bit more looking and found this:

Alistair Crooke, (born 1950) is a British diplomat, the founder and director of the Conflicts Forum, an organisation that advocates for engagement between political Islam and the West. Previously he was a ranking figure in both British intelligence (MI6) and European Union diplomacy…

A view of the B-2 cockpit.

B-2 stealth bomber pilots flew 35 straight hours in Operation Midnight Hammer — all the way to Iran and back to Missouri.

Gail Combs

I was wondering about that. (Curiosity bump strikes again.)

From BRAVE AI:

B-2 Copilot

The B-2 stealth bomber copilot plays a critical role in managing the aircraft’s complex systems and mission execution during long-duration flights. On missions such as Operation Midnight Hammer, which involved a 37-hour round trip from Missouri to strike Iranian nuclear sites, the copilot shared responsibilities with the pilot, including navigation, weapons deployment, and monitoring systems.1 These missions often require careful coordination of rest periods to ensure both crew members are alert during critical phases of the flight, such as aerial refueling and bomb drops.4

The B-2 cockpit is designed to accommodate both the pilot and copilot comfortably, featuring amenities like a microwave, mini-fridge, and a small space to rest, which are essential for missions lasting over 30 hours.3 The copilot also plays a key role in planning and executing the mission, particularly during extended flights where managing fatigue is crucial. For example, during a 33-hour mission, pilots and copilots coordinate naps around key events like refueling and weapons deployment to maintain operational readiness.4

In combat scenarios, the copilot may also assist in deploying specialized munitions, such as the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP), which was used for the first time in combat during the strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities.1 This requires precise coordination and timing to ensure successful target engagement.

AI-generated answer.

TheseTruths

Very interesting!

Gail Combs

It seemed to me that they would have to have a set-up similar to our long haul truck drivers and for the same reason.

Short search. Not spending a lot of time on this… maybe you can find out more.

para59r

Pretty simple. Iran will quit all inspection programs and continue enrichment underground in undisclosed locations. Current estimates are one year before they go to 60% enrichment to 90% enrichment. Unless you can beat them into submission or get regime change trouble could be on the horizon.

Gail Combs

Also possibly TUNNELS to other locations nearby.

para59r

One of the early stories said they only moved it 1.6 miles away. Didn’t say if that was a gathering point to move it further or if it went back under the ground there. Haven’t seen that repeated… but hasn’t looked for it.

patfrederick

without the THREAT of enrichment, Iran is vulnerable AND the war pigs lose their best threat. there ALWAYS has to be a boogie man for the war pigs to fight. if not, peace breaks out…and they can’t have that.
so they embrace the uncertainty–they might…they could…will they? won’t they? they’re the Ross/Rachel of the nuclear race.

TheseTruths

Byron York’s full text:

Am having trouble understanding the what-happened-to-Iran’s-enriched-uranium stories. The idea is that, because of Donald Trump’s big talk, Iran had time to pull trucks up to Fordo and load up its enriched uranium to hide it somewhere before U.S. planes attacked. The problem is Israel. It has incredibly good intelligence and seems to have penetrated all aspects of Iran’s nuclear program. It did not bomb Fordo itself because it did not have the bunker-busting capability. But when Iran removes the uranium from Fordo, above ground, using trucks in plain sight, the Israelis either don’t know about it or do know about it but watch from the sidelines saying, gosh, it’s too bad nobody can stop this? Something is missing here.

Aubergine

Good grief. I can’t believe how disappointed some people here seem to be that it’s all over, and Iran’s nuclear enrichment capability was destroyed. It’s pitiful.

Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesperson of the headquarters, stated that the criminal United States, through its continued full-scale support for the Zionist regime’s aggression, has directly entered into war with Iran by blatantly violating the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic and launching an attack on Iran’s sacred soil.

Reading an official statement from the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters, he added that this hostile act was aimed at reviving the dying Zionist regime—but it was not only futile, it will also lead to the expansion of the range and variety of legitimate targets for Iran’s armed forces and create the conditions for the spread of war in the region.

RAC

Can’t find anything concrete on their official gov. twitter. But there’s this on an account which describes itself thus, “Updates on the Islamic Republic of Iran Armed Forces | Commentary”, not sure how official that is, here are some snips off it…

“Watch the moment Iran launches advanced ballistic missiles at American terrorist forces at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar — a direct retaliation for their attack on Iranian soil”

“In response to the blatant military aggression by the criminal regime of the United States of America against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran — a clear violation of international law — and under the guidance of the Supreme National Security Council and the leadership of the Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) Central Headquarters , the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has launched a powerful and devastating missile strike on Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar, under the sacred code name “Ya Aba Abdillah Al-Hussain (AS)”. This base is home to the U.S. Air Force’s Central Command and is considered the most strategic American military asset in West Asia. The message conveyed by the decisive action of the armed forces — the sons of this proud nation — to the White House and its allies is clear and unequivocal:”

“The era of hit-and-run is over. The resolve of Iran’s powerful and people-backed armed forces is firm: any repeat of such hostile provocations will only accelerate the collapse of America’s military presence in the region, bring about its humiliating retreat from West Asia, and fulfill the shared aspiration of the Islamic Ummah and all freedom-seeking nations — the eradication of the Zionist cancerous tumor.”
*****************************
That’s the bare bones of it with the religious claptrap left out.
But there is also this which I had not seen previous…

“Second Israeli F-35 Downed in Tabriz Colonel Mohsen Bakht Shokouhi, Head of Public Relations of Ashura Corps: The second F-35 fighter jet of the Zionist regime, was shot down by the air defense forces of the Iranian Armed Forces in Tabriz. The pilot of the downed fighter jet has also been captured. The first advanced F-35 fighter jet was downed by Tabriz air defense on June 16th.”

Moving their uranium story is bs.
U.S. intel found Iran did not move nuclear material from Fordo ahead of attack, Sen. Mullin says

  • U.S. intelligence found that Iran did not move nuclear material from its Fordo facility before American B-2 bombers struck it on Saturday, said Sen. Markwayne Mullin.
  • “In fact, we actually believe they stored more of it in Fordo because they believe Fordo was impenetrable,” said Mullin, an Oklahoma Republican.

Yeah, another possibility…and it would make sense to use dump trucks for that.

U-235 isn’t bulky, and by itself is not ridiculously radioactive (you could safely handle it with gloves, just ensure you don’t ingest it) but care must be taken to keep it in small discrete lumps–not doing so could lead to explosive consequences (which is, after all the whole point).

Because this was a work injury, he had three months of physical therapy before the hip replacement, because of course worker’s comp didn’t want to pay for surgery unless they absolutely had to. On Iran, trust Trump’s instincts

…At this early juncture, I would say that there are encouraging signs. Most of Europe and the mid-East seem to be quietly behind Trump and Israel. They have long suffered from the Shia terrorist state and would be happy to see it declawed. Even Russia, traditionally an Iranian ally, has been notably reticent about declaring support for Iran or criticizing Israel or the United States.

Most critics of Trump’s actions invoke such disasters as America’s failed regime-changing adventures in Iraq and Afghanistan in their gloomy prognosis about what to expect in the aftermath of Trump’s attack. But just as generals are often criticized for fighting the last war, so I suspect that many critics of Trump’s action are dazzled by past conflicts. They are caught fighting old battles, not the new ones that confront us now. But Donald Trump is not Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama or George Bush (either of them). Nor is Iran Iraq or Afghanistan.

As with all contingent events, the results of Saturday’s attacks are unknown. But if they exceed our knowledge, they are not beyond the contemplation of our practical wisdom, which conjures with probabilities and likelihoods, not certainties.

Perhaps Donald Trump let the genie of war out of its bottle with his effort to end Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons. Or perhaps the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, was right in describing Midnight Hammer as “a pivot of history that can help lead the Middle East and beyond to a future of prosperity and peace.”

In any event, I think that those who compare Trump’s actions to the “forever wars” of the neoconservatives have seriously misjudged him. Trump is above all the peace president. The commentator Eric Metaxas is correct, I believe, in observing that

“Trump has been the MOST vocal enemy of the Neocon policy of “forever wars.” He’s the one who first dared to say this on the debate stage in 2016, shocking everyone. Remember? But we cannot let the specter of “forever wars” stop us from EVER taking military action, if necessary. And sometimes in history such things are necessary. A brilliantly executed strike on the nuclear facilities of blood-thirsty Islamic lunatics is not the same thing as the utopian idiocy of trying to turn Afghanistan and Iraq into Ohio and Iowa.”

I think that is exactly right.

Gail Combs

This sounds about right.

The, IMO, idiotic “Two State Solution” policies were also created for the furtherance of “Forever War”….I know, different “forever enemy”…but same goal.

I don’t understand how one person has the power to change the number of votes required.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

There are circumstances where senate rules require 60 votes.

The parliamentarian basically has the power to decide what rules apply in which circumstances; this is a parliamentarian’s job: to resolve disputes over procedure.

So by deciding that paragraph so-and-so really is in a category that requires 60 votes, she gets to rule that indeed that part of BBB requires 60 votes.

I don’t know if there’s any way for senators to overturn her decisions. (And if there is, something tells me that…requires 60 votes.)

Thune could fire her or the President of the Senate, JD Vance, could over rule her, if the Wiki article is correct.

I tried reading the footnote but it is 77 pages and [ctrl][f] is not working very well.

This is the footnote reference:
https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/R44395

WSB

Why is she there?

Gail Combs

WIKI:

Elizabeth MacDonough (born February 16, 1966) is an American lawyer and the Parliamentarian of the United States Senate since 2012. She is the first woman to hold the position.[1][2] MacDonough guided the Senate through the first and second impeachment trials of Donald Trump, and she and her staff brought the Electoral College certificates to safety during the January 6 Capitol attack.[3]

Also from WIKI

The Parliamentarian of the United States Senate is the official advisor to the United States Senate on the interpretation of Standing Rules of the United States Senate and parliamentary procedure. Incumbent parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough has held the office since 2012, appointed by then-Senate majority leader Harry Reid.[2]

As the presiding officer of the Senate may not be, and usually is not, aware of the parliamentary situation currently facing the Senate, a parliamentary staff sits second from the left on the Senate dais to advise the presiding officer on how to respond to inquiries and motions from senators (including “the Sergeant at Arms will restore order in the gallery”). The role of the parliamentary staff is advisory, and the presiding officer or Senate may overrule the advice of the parliamentarian. In practice, this is rare; the most recent example of a vice president (as president of the Senate) overruling the parliamentarian was Nelson Rockefeller in 1975.[3] That ruling was extremely controversial,[4] to such an extent that the leaders of both parties immediately met and agreed that they did not want this precedent to stand, so the next week the Senate altered the rule under consideration via standard procedure.[5] The Senate majority leader may also fire the parliamentarian, as occurred in 2001 during a dispute between parliamentarian Robert Dove and Majority Leader Trent Lott.[6]

Foot note #4

OK! So, 1 she should not be there (RINO’s could not replace her?) and 2, ignore her!

I’d like to thank the Highly Respected Emir of Qatar for all that he has done in seeking Peace for the Region. Regarding the attack today at the American Base in Qatar, I am pleased to report that, in addition to no Americans being killed or wounded, very importantly, there have also been no Qataris killed or wounded. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump
Iran has officially responded to our Obliteration of their Nuclear Facilities with a very weak response, which we expected, and have very effectively countered. There have been 14 missiles fired — 13 were knocked down, and 1 was “set free,” because it was headed in a nonthreatening direction. I am pleased to report that NO Americans were harmed, and hardly any damage was done. Most importantly, they’ve gotten it all out of their “system,” and there will, hopefully, be no further HATE. I want to thank Iran for giving us early notice, which made it possible for no lives to be lost, and nobody to be injured. Perhaps Iran can now proceed to Peace and Harmony in the Region, and I will enthusiastically encourage Israel to do the same. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

So what happened? I should explain.

14 Missiles were fired at US Bases. US was easily able to take them down… strange that and no casualties. Same amount of missiles fired at their Nuke sites. It was a peace offering. Both walk away strong.

Meanwhile we can look at oil prices. Down 8% in the day.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

As I pointed out if this were a BFD gold and oil should have shot up.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

One caveat which doesn’t apply in this case:

If the market expects something big to happen, it will often move well in advance of the event, so that when it does happen, almost nothing happens. It’s surprises that will make the market move.

E.g., if the Fed is expected to raise interest rates, by the time they do so the market has already “discounted” it. Prices are where they would be if it were to happen. But if the Fed is expected to do so then doesn’t, you’ll see a big move when they announce what they (aren’t) going to do.

I don’t think this is a big disaster (but discounted for) or gas/oil prices would already have been much higher than they are, having climbed over the past couple of weeks. I think they didn’t expect this so soon, and they realized it was a nothingburger. Iran will throw a tantrum but is now gelded.

mollypitcher5

Face saving considering this sentence won’t be widespread news>>  I want to thank Iran for giving us early notice, which made it possible for no lives to be lost, and nobody to be injured

para59r

I think the emphasis now is Israel needs to give it up. Iran has indicated early on that they are willing to stop firing at them but Israel has yet to leave their airspace and cease with their attacks. I should go and check and see if they’ve cleared out.

para59r

Oh.. seems Bibi is still mad if this is true.

I’m sure Iran will continue to abide them.

para59r

The above is confirmed. Israel is still bombing and strafing and Iran says they’ll respond to each attack at a time of their choosing. Though we actually have a 3AM time for the next response. Unusual for Iran to give a time. Also stupid for Israel to continue but hey… it’s Israel and Bibi be still mad and their are reports of airstrikes in Iran right now.

para59r

Iran reporting they have received no peace proposals from Israel as they continue, this minute to attack Teheran. Iran says they will continue to fight and intensify their strikes.

para59r

It’s possible during Iran’s guy visiting Putin that Putin taught him to code.

I should explain but it’s involved and starts before the Crusades when the Eastern Roman Empire but I’ll keep it short.

Essentially the Russians largely derive from the Remnants of Eastern Roman Empire that made their capital at Constantinople leaving Rome to be fought over by the Western half of Rome that fractured apart. Anyway during their almost 1000 year rule, they were the first to experience the Moslem hordes and had centuries of experience battling them before the Crusades began. They often won when they were not having internal conflicts. Often also they would ally with Moslem armies, with them helping various Moslem armies or various Moslem armies helping them to contain certain usurpers to the thrown. So essentially Byzantium (never a real name in their time) often had a working relationship with the Moslem armies as long as they were not hard liners that could be worked with. During the actual Crusades the Westerners did not understand this relationship and mucked things up much. If anyone Russian is the epitome of Emperor Alexios, it would be Putin himself.

A lot of this is covered most excellently in Anna Komnene’s book about her father called “The Alexaid” Anna is credited to be the first woman historian of any repute. She gives a first hand account of the time leading up the the First Crusade and the next two. All the crusading armies passed through Constaninople to get King Alexis’s permission to go on the Crusade and she personally met many of their leaders. That and her family members led the Byzantium forces into battle and she had first hand accounts of their stories. When Anna was a young girl she thought that her father was going to make her emperor and thus she studied and practiced for the position much of her young life but alas that honor was given to her younger brother. She was imprisoned in a castle late in life as she and her husband were charged with conspiring to take the thrown and it was then that she wrote “The Alexiad”. If I remember correctly her husband was eventually absolved of the charges but she remained under confinement until she died.

384 pages. Not a simple read.

A short book review of
The history of Constantinople and Eastern Roman Empire stretches from approximately 330AD to it’s final fall in 1261 AD. With a long list of emperors, some strong, some weak and some more corrupt that we can imagine even in this day and with many ups and downs throughout it’s nearly 1000 year history, that brought the enemy to the very walls of the city on more than one occasion, this book centers around the Emperor Alexis as told by his daughter, who at one time while growing up as a little girl born into the purple, actually thought she might come to rule the empire herself, and did everything she could in childhood and beyond to prepare herself to that eventually, (that’s not actually in the book, I got that I believe from Susan Wise Bauer’s “The History of the Medieval World) Unfortunately that day never came, but her ambitions never ceased and she discusses the fall out at the rather sad ending of her book.

As told by Anna Komnene, her father’s reign is one of justice and virtue as a true hero and warrior fighting continuously against countless enemies with both stratagem and brawn and other contemporary sources back her up to a large degree. The book is simply a fabulous read of the life and times of late 10th and early 11th Century Byzantine and encompasses much of the history and daily life, before the start of Crusades and moves you along through the first few giving first hand accounts of many of characters of the time both the good ones and bad along with their various exploits, all given through Anna’s point of view.

Highly recommended.

Gail Combs

BREAKING: Supreme Court Smacks Down Biden Judge, Allows Trump to Resume Deporting Illegal Aliens to ‘Third-Party Countries’ – Including Places Like South Sudan

In a 6-3 decision, the US Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump Administration to resume deporting illegal aliens to ‘third-party’ countries.

This means the Trump Administration’s effort to deport criminal aliens to South Sudan is back on.

The Supreme Court granted the Trump Administration’s emergency application and paused Judge Brian Murphy’s order blocking the third-country removals.

Liberal Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson dissented.

Last month US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump Administration violated his court order to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries…

Judge Murphy said the US must maintain custody of the dangerous aliens during the process.

Judge Murphy also ordered the US government to provide interpreters and counsel to the aliens during the interview.

President Trump fumed and said that because of the judge’s order, 8 of the most violent criminals on earth are currently being held in Djibouti, a tiny country on the Horn of Africa next to Ethiopia.

The US government doesn’t even have a detention facility in Djibouti, so 11 ICE agents are detaining the aliens in a conference room in a converted Conex shipping container on the US Naval base in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.

A recent court filing revealed the hellish conditions for the ICE agents forced to live in thanks to the Biden judge.

ICE agents who are living in 100-degree heat are at risk of Malaria and rocket attacks. There are also limited sleeping quarters, limited lighting, and significant security risks.

Why don’t they just lock the shipping container, in the middle of the desert, under the hot desert sun, and guard it from the outside, in air conditioned tents with electric generators and ice cold drinks?

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED! Officially, Iran will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 12th Hour, Israel will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 24th Hour, an Official END to THE 12 DAY WAR will be saluted by the World. During each CEASEFIRE, the other side will remain PEACEFUL and RESPECTFUL. On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, “THE 12 DAY WAR.” This is a War that could have gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn’t, and never will! This is for all members of the Q Tree.

Given the outcome, detailed pretty well in the link below by Sundance, I think it would be a great idea if people trusted Trump, hid and watched for a while, and waited for a bit before spewing a bunch of crap about “forever war,” “quagmires,” “Zionist” manipulation and other nonsense.

Either you trust that the Very Stable Genius we elected to lead our country and our military is America first, or you think he is a feckless “Zionist” puppet. Sorry, but I’m like Catturd and Wolfmoon on this one; I trust Trump. He knows what he is doing, and the armchair quarterbacking is just obnoxious. And WRONG, clearly!

Trump is no feckless “Zionist” puppet. He is dealing with a very nasty Gordian knot.

I will leave it at that given some other info I am listening to that makes a lot of sense.

singingsoul1

Trump cannot be made do anything that he does not think it’s beneficial to the US first.
He has helped to create peace deal between Iran and Israel.
For many years Trump did speak about Iran cannot have nukes.

If Josh Reid is not blowing smoke, there is a lot more to the story than we know.

He seems to have a connection to good intel but all I know about him is he was in the Navy for 9 years. His story takes it back to Uranium One, Hitlery & Obummer with a major play in Ukraine.

Josh Reid said this last week on the Alpha warrior show:

[Last week Israel] bombed the tops of the nuclear facilities that are buried under ground. What Iran was doing was replenishing their anti-air missiles because Israel took them out. What you were seeing was they were paving the road.

Dunno if this takes a simple majority or 60 votes. Guessing majority.

Recission Package IS Common Sense.

The Senate Should Pass The Recissions Package Quickly
The House acted with remarkable alacrity in passing President Trump’s $9.4 billion recissions package.

Don’t oppose the recissions package because it doesn’t do enough about the debt. Don’t oppose the BBB because it doesn’t do enough. Pass them both swiftly and then be ready to resume the fight. Rome, in this case a responsible federal budget, won’t be built in a day or with one bill.

Entire article in the spoiler.

Recission Bill Article
The House acted with remarkable alacrity in passing President Trump’s $9.4 billion recissions package. If he keeps this up, they may have to change Mike Johnson’s title from “Speaker” to “House Magician.” The Senate should capitalize on this big win by moving quickly to pass the bill and send it to the president’s desk. It would make a bigger difference than the initial score suggests.
The urgency emerges in part from the soaring national debt, though even if the budget were perfectly balanced this package still deserves support. Among other steps, the package cuts funding for the left-wing National Public Radio and for PBS. Even if these organizations were politically neutral, the federal government has no business funding or managing media outlets.
The recission package also slashes wasteful foreign aid Secretary of State Rubio and DOGE identified. It would be tough to find more politically popular spending cuts, or more crucial cuts to future spending reduction. How does a politician respond when asked, “How can you cut spending on my deal when the government is spending billions for foreigners?”
Yet the real driver for the recissions package is the debt issue. The CBO projects the federal government will run a deficit of $1.7 trillion plus this year. Against such a massive figure a recissions package of under $10 billion may seem a rounding error, but our deep fiscal hole was dug over many years. No single bill is going to fill it. It will take time and a relentless pursuit of savings involving big reforms and small. This package is only a start, but every step counts.
Recissions result because one Congress chose to spend on some programs and then it or the next Congress decided it didn’t need to spend so much. In simple parlance, recission legislation says, “never mind.”
Recission packages are not uncommon. They manifest sound governance and should really pass at least once a year considering how much is spent and how complex and diverse are federal activities.
The urgency to pass the recissions package results because the Senate is considering President Trump’s Big, Beautiful Bill (BBB). Thankfully, some senators like Rand Paul (R-KY) and Rick Scott (R-FL) are worried because the BBB doesn’t do enough to slow the rise in federal debt.
Paul, Scott, and their allies in the House like Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) are right that more needs to be done. Moreover, Congress has few real opportunities each year to affect the trajectory of federal spending. The BBB is one, but the recissions package is another. Passing the recissions package would be a big step in re-affirming an on-going determination to rein in federal spending.
Further, the recissions package will have a bigger effect on federal debt than its initial score suggests. According to the CBO, “recissions of budget authority appropriated from the general fund of the Treasury are permanent unless legislation states otherwise.”
That simple sentence packs a big punch. It means rescinded spending authority is typically cut out of future CBO spending baselines, which is a fancy way of saying that spending cut today is more spending cut tomorrow.
Expressed as hard numbers, the $9.4 billion in current-year recissions would generate north of $130 billion in budgetary savings over the next 10 years. Even by Washington standards, that’s not chump change.

Thank you.

Should be an easy win for R-Cons, sliding forward on trump’s coattail.

TradeBait2

It always has been easy and the analysis has been on-going in the House and Senate. That follows the BBB and has always been planned that way by leadership. All of the elected officials are negotiating over whose oxes get gored from DOGE’s work, which is also on-going while the other stuff is going on. They do not want to cause election losses, yet, still cut significant fat.

I agree. Also, Trump has a way of knowing people’s weak spots and of realizing what the outcomes of his actions will most likely be. I think a lot of adjectives apply: perspicacious, discerning, intelligent…those all aid him in negotiations.

And he’s a multi-dimensional thinker, which seems pretty rare in the world of politics. It’s not “Iran bad; Israel our friend.” It’s not “Bomb Iran and they will retaliate and get us into war.” There are so many more facets to the issue, and he knows how to navigate them.

[DS] Panic, DHS Issues Warning, Trump Now Has The Leverage, No War, Peace – Ep. 3671
 June 23, 2025  x22report

https://x22report.com/ds-panic-dhs-issues-warning-trump-now-has-the-leverage-no-war-peace-ep-3671/

The Federal Reserve has been in a holding pattern, they have been waiting for an event to justify why they are not lowering the rate. War is not coming and they were hoping to raise rates on higher fuel prices which would cause inflation to go up. Trump countered the [CB] and now they are running out of time. Trump has now obliterated the [DS] in Iran, the entire narrative of a nuclear bomb is now gone. Trump has shown the world what strength looks like and now he has the leverage. Iran will be calling him. The people of Iran will begin to rise up, the mullahs are panicking. No war, peace. DHS issues a warning that terrorists might attempt a cyber attack or a physical attack, the [DS] is trying to fight back. This will fail, more people are trusting Trump.

The cease fire went into effect at appox 0400 in Iran.Iran did not take their turn at firing at Israel though they clearly could have, but Israel never stopped attacking right up to the last minute and never had any of the kind of stoppages described in the Truth Social Cease fire plan.
Iran was getting a bit worried the new peace plan set up on Truth Social (very unorthdox and confusing to them as it was not accompanied with any kinds of signings) was some sort of buggy app they didn’t know how to get working.
As of 4AM it seems to be working.

para59r

Currently Iran issued a statement that they think they are abiding by the Cease Fire now however no kind of statement has been issued by the uncouth Israel. Very strange ceasefire.

para59r

Apparently there are no other kinds of terms that concludes the 12 Day War except the ceasefire. Technically the aggression against Iran was never formalized before or after hostilities. Another oddity, at least the after part.

The horror! 😱 that someone supposedly breached the decorum of Congress, when the Dems do it all the time with their attacks and rudeness. Bondi didn’t hide her disdain. Neither did Pete Hegseth the other day, and others. It infuriates Dems. 😂

RFK Jr. Announces “Health Insurance Breakthrough” That Affects Nearly 260 Million Americans
In a press conference on Monday, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz announced a landmark agreement with the nation’s largest health insurers to tackle the number one healthcare problem plaguing hundreds of millions of Americans: prior authorization.

Prior authorization is the requirement for doctors and patients to get advance approval from insurance companies BEFORE certain treatments, tests, or procedures are covered. It was meant to control costs, but for 85% of Americans, it’s become a serious barrier to care.

~Week or so ago.

IIRC, a week or so ago, Trump had a call with Xi. Thinking Trump directly, indirectly suggested Xi evacuate his scientists, technical help in Iran. ~Four 747s were dispatched to Iran a day or two, three before B-2s dropped GBU-57s.

Coincidence? Nah.

Same as Putin in the days before the B-2s dropped GBU-57s, distanced Russia from Iran.

Neither China nor Russia wanted Iran to have nukes. China and Russia discreetly played along.

Or so i figure.

Okay, no idea what’s happening here, but Missel launch alerts have been issued for the Negev in Southern Israel.

Likely Yemen saying hey! You forgot about us?

That alert was just canceled but now there is a new pre alert.

Now IDF says incoming missiles incoming from Iran. Now sirens.

Attack commencing. Might be wide spread nope…area wide spread, missiles singular. No reports of ground hits but it’s early. Now turns out it was just a couple of individual missile launches perhaps to remind Israel to acknowledge the cease fire.

Iran received no formal agreements to the ceasefire and Israel never acknowledged it verbally and put a gag on his military heads from speaking about it. Technically according to Trumps Truth Social Cease Fire the Cease fire does not begin until 7AM the previous 4AM ceasefire was Iran’s time for the cease fire for which they announced they were abiding by.

Trump just posted 6 mins ago.. about the same time as this most recent event began.

I haven’t listened yet, but am laughing. We might like hearing Levin say that Trump is giving a lifeline to Hitler? Why would anyone like to hear that?

Now I’ve watched it. Levin says Iran should be forced to sign a surrender agreement. Otherwise, the “supreme Nazi,” as he says, or the regime, survives. So basically it’s “Trump didn’t decimate the country of Iran and demand unconditional surrender (as if it were WWII), so Trump is wrong — because I, Mark Levin, wanted regime change with boots on the ground, didn’t get it, and am now whining and blaming Trump.”

I’m so sick of these know-it-alls.
