Health Friday 7.31.2026 Open Thread: Dr. Fauci and the Hearing

The free image of a Senate hearing is courtesy of https://www.senate.gov/ and Google Images.

Health Friday is a series devoted to information about Big Pharma, vaccines, general health, and associated topics. There are Important Notifications from our host, Wolf Moon; the Rules of our late, good Wheatie; and, certain caveats from Yours Truly, of which readers should be aware. They are linked here. Note: AI-generated content in today’s offering will be cited as such. If readers wish to post AI-generated items to today’s discussion thread, they must cite their source. Thank you.

Special Note for today’s offering: In no way is the content of this post to be construed as diagnosis (medical, legal, or otherwise) of Dr. Anthony Fauci. Yours Truly presents her ideas and opinions only. Thank you.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases division (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), both of the United States Health and Human Services Department (HHS) of the federal government, went to Capitol Hill on Wednesday 29 July 2026, to testify to a Senate committee hearing chaired by Sen. Dr. Rand Paul (R-KY.) The video of the hearing is here: https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/hearings/testimony-of-anthony-fauci/. Yours Truly commented on this hearing, both while it was in session, and afterwards, here: https://www.theqtree.com/2026/07/29/kmag-daily-thread-20260729-data-centers/. After Dr. Fauci read his “opening statement” to the committee, he spent the rest of the hearing refusing to answer any any questions posed to him by committee hearing members, citing the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Dr. Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment a total of one hundred and eleven times during the hearing in response to questions from committee hearing members. After closing statements were made by various committee hearing members, Sen. Dr. Paul stated that he would seek a vote regarding Contempt of Congress by Dr. Fauci next week, and then adjourned the hearing.

There was extensive media coverage of the committee hearing, and of Dr. Fauci’s repeated refusals to answer questions posed to him by committee hearing members by his invoking of the Fifth Amendment. This coverage either praises Dr. Fauci, or excoriates him. Yours Truly will, instead, focus on three concepts: Fraudulent activity / Lying; Manipulation / Control; and, Mindset (Narcissism, among other aspects.) Some of these aspects appear to present in combination (examples: Lying and Control; Fraudulent Activity and Narcissism.)

Sen. Dr. Rand Paul (R-KY) released multiple entries made by Dr. Anthony Fauci in his “personal diary”, a diary that Dr. Fauci wrote on computers owned by the Federal government. Multiple entries on this “personal diary” conflict with, or contradict, statements made by Dr. Fauci in public, including in sworn testimony before Congress. The “personal diary” entries by Dr. Fauci are here: https://www.paul.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/2026.07.26_Tonys-Diary-Package.pdf.

Fraudulent Activity / Lying:

Dr. Fauci “fraudulently claimed” that Ivermectin did not work to prevent or cure COVID-19:

Dr. Fauci lying regarding his “not knowing the authors of the “Proximal Origin” paper”:

Lying and Control:

Please see: https://www.2ndsmartestguyintheworld.com/p/psyop-19-coverup-dr-faucis-testimony, “PSYOP-19 COVERUP: Dr. Fauci’s Testimony Preview: Conning President Trump, Lying About Lockdowns, Malignant Narcissism, Epstein, Bill Gates, Fatality Rate Fraud, Hydroxychloroquine Suppression & More”, 27 July 2026.

Control:

Dr. Fauci suffered a pulmonary infarction in July 2021, several months after he took the Moderna modRNA COVID-19 bioweapon “vaccine” (mRNA-1273.) He was treated for this incident. He kept this situation out of public knowledge — when he needed to, in Yours Truly’s opinion, gone public with the situation as an illustration of the dangers of this “vaccine.” Please see: https://kirschsubstack.com/p/tony-fauci-was-vaccine-injured, 30 July 2026. Please see the screenshot of the Summary of Mr. Kirsch’s article, below:

Fraudulent activity, Control, Narcissism:

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) detailing, in the Senate hearing on 29 July, how Dr. Fauci used government time, government resources, and government employees to assist in his being awarded honors; some of which awards included money:

Mindset:

Yours Truly presents these: One: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/sociopath-vs-narcissist, “Sociopath vs. narcissist: What is the difference?”, Amy Murnan, medically reviewed by Lori Lawrenz, PsyD, 30 October 2024. Please see the screenshot from this article, below:

And, Two: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/psychopathy/, reviewed by Kaja Perina, 24 October 2025. Please see the screenshot from this article, below:

Yours Truly will provide two examples of Dr. Fauci’s mindset, which, in this writer’s opinion, may present as “socionarcissism verging on possible psychopathy”: First, his experiments on AIDS-infected babies and young children (some of whom were orphans) in New York state. Please see this article, by our good Aubergine, from 2022: https://www.theqtree.com/2022/01/03/who-or-what-killed-all-of-these-children-the-world-deserves-to-know/. There is this link in her article, proving that these experiments did occur, and that babies and children died: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/12/rfk-jr-reporter-found-monument-dead-orphans-tortured-killed-monster-fauci-video/, 20 December 2021.

Second, the experiments on beagle puppies, in which their vocal cords were cut before the dogs were placed in cages to be exposed to sandflies (which would eat them alive): experiments which were allegedly funded through Dr. Fauci: https://insiderpaper.com/fauci-dog-beagles-funding-cage-sandflies/, “Fauci under fire for ‘dog experiments’ in which beagles were kept in cages to be eaten by hungry sandflies {UPDATE: Agency responds]”, Brendan Taylor, 26 October 2021. Please see the screenshot from this article, below, which was the “response” from NIAID on this situation:

In Yours Truly’s opinion, Dr. Anthony Fauci is not a person “who has lost his way”, according to Dr. Peter A. McCullough (https://www.thefocalpoints.com/p/breaking-guilt-ridden-anthony-fauci, “BREAKING — Guilt-Ridden Anthony Fauci Pleads the Fifth Amendment 111 Times”, 29 July 2026. Dr. Anthony Fauci chose his path. In Yours Truly’s opinion, Dr. Fauci is not “guilt-ridden”: in fact, something quite different: he presents as a person who shows, by his words and deeds, that he has no concept of guilt, no concept of personal responsibility, and no concept of either empathy or compassion.

Thank you, PAVACA! I think we have to consider the risks of democrats getting back into the presidency or any other position of authority. They might put him back in charge of any organization where he could harm more people or animals. That is not a risk I would choose to take..

Barb Meier

(hugs) Your post made me remember when we shut down so many mental health facilities, in the Reagan administration IIRC. We are seeing a lot of behavior that would have been qualifying for those illogical actors to be safely placed into institutions. How do we bring those into this century so the general population is safer again?

a) stop calling them democrats.
b) stop calling them liberal women.

It was John F Kennedy who went after the mental health facilities. After they were shut down the incarceration rate sky rocketed.

Deinstitutionalization Came From Kennedy and Governor Reagan, Not President Reagan

Deinstitutionalization is the term for the major shift in treatment for mental illness away from large state psychiatric facilities and more towards outpatient treatment through local hospitals and other services.

It’s sometimes associated with the growth in homelessness, drug addiction, and mental health problems in urban centers beginning in the 1980s and continuing to this day…

The Last Bill JFK Signed — And The Mental Health Work Still Undone | WBUR News

October 23, 2013 – Fifty years ago, when President John F. Kennedy signed the Community Mental Health Act into law,

It reminds me of the last ‘Amnesty’ we were promised a BORDER WALL in trade. Well the amnesty happened but the border wall never did. Trump had to fight tooth and nail for a border wall that was ALREADY AUTHORIZED just not funded.

And that is exactly what happened here. The patients were released but the $$$ for the community outpatient care dried up.

…While it’s true that the federal government changed funding for community health centers in the 1980s, abandoning a plan put in place by President Carter, deinstitutionalization was a long time in the making and actually started back in the 1960s under President Kennedy.

In general, the federal government has no authority over state-run institutions, but federal funding of Medicaid and Medicare encouraged alternatives to state-run facilities.

While Reagan avoided subsidizing community-based health treatment, the states still footed the bill by increasing their share by 1,528 percent from 1981 to 2015 according to a report from the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD).

Combined with a focus on outpatient and in-home treatments and civil rights for the mentally ill, inpatient treatment for mental illness shrank considerably. By the time the 1980s rolled around deinstitutionalization was almost already complete, although it would continue slowly into the current day…

https://www.investigativeeconomics.org/p/deinstitutionalization-came-from

Notice how the incarceration rate sky rocketed after 1980.

This is in NO way a defense of Fauci.

I can’t help but remark upon how hard it must have been to sit through the accusations and statements without being able to respond. It would have been extremely difficult for me to keep quiet, and one of Fauci’s attorneys was removed for not staying quiet.

He, and his attorneys, must have been extremely wary of perjury charges resulting from the hearing. That tells its own tale.

Also not a defense of him: The contrast between the depths to which he has fallen in some of the public’s eyes, on public display in an accusatory hearing, in contrast to his narcissistic love of fame, is stark and must feel like a form of persecution and possibly even torture to him (well deserved).

I ask myself, What if this is the extent of his punishment? After all he has done and the millions of people whose lives were affected or who died, this would be as nothing. But it’s gratifying to see that at least he has been knocked off his pedestal and that his obfuscation and lies and narcissism are being revealed. A good first step.

I don’t know what the path would be to nailing him for his crimes against humanity. I hope it happens. (He could die before it happened.) Some of the states are looking into charging him.

https://www.politico.com/news/2026/07/29/florida-attorney-general-fauci-probe-covid-claims-01015441

…When asked by another X user about options, [Ron] DeSantis said only a state attorney general or prosecutor can bring a case due to his pardon.

“It would require either a state AG or local state attorney to bring a case, which would need to establish violations of state law as well as personal jurisdiction over the defendant,” DeSantis wrote.

Paul told Fauci he will face consequences for pleading the Fifth and has scheduled an Aug. 5 committee meeting to discuss whether to declare him in contempt of Congress.

Does Contempt of Congress have any teeth? All of this appears to be dancing around Fauci’s crimes against humanity. Maybe that’s all that is possible because of the pardon?

I also would like to see others charged and prosecuted (Baric, Birx, etc.).

Birx throws Fauci under the bus here. She says Fauci was privately talking with governors and mayors and telling them to shut things down, while, according to her, “We were trying to figure out how to contain the virus without doing all of that.”

The first comment, by Jefferey Jaxen, says:

SHE IS LYING…..According to @ScottAtlas_IT‘s book:

“Dr. Fauci held court in the public eye on a daily basis, so frequently that many misconstrue his role as being in charge. However, it was really Dr. Birx who articulated Task Force policy. All the advice from the Task Force to the states came from Dr. Birx. All written recommendations about their on-the-ground policies were from Dr. Birx. Dr. Birx conducted almost all the visits to states on behalf of the Task Force.” (p. 309-10)

TheseTruths

In his eyes, Dr. Fauci hasn’t “fallen” at all.

I agree. The public condemnation hasn’t changed his opinion of himself. But at least he knows that a portion of the public is hostile to him and wants him punished. His little bubble of universal fame has been burst.

Dr. Birx, IMO, is “throwing Fauci under the bus” to try and save her own skin.

Yes. I hope it wouldn’t take forever to gather the necessary evidence to hold her accountable.

TradeBait2

Nobody I know believes Fauxi will see one day behind bars. The government system protects the participants. If they start taking down a few of them, all of the others are exposed and they will do whatever to prevent that from happening. That is the purpose of all of the rules, procedures, practices and traditions.

Scarf Lady is no lady. She was a willing participant in the genocide to make a buck and gain fame.

Gail Combs

“….I don’t know what the path would be to nailing him for his crimes against humanity. I hope it happens. (He could die before it happened.) Some of the states are looking into charging him….”

I think the easiest way is to hand him over to Russia to be tried for mass murder.
  :wpds_cool:

Aubergine

1) “I ask myself, What if this is the extent of his punishment?”

Oh, it’s certainly not. We may not get to see it, but Fauci will spend eternity being punished, I sincerely believe.

2) I think if a governor of a state was lied to by Fauci about anything at all leading to shutting down businesses, schools, etc., then that coercion is the crime. It led to a massive loss of revenue for the state in taxes, and a massive expenditure on extra precautions in schools and such. Those are the damages. So a state AG should be able to prosecute him on those grounds.

Pgroup, care to comment? Am I wrong?

Aubergine

Hi, kalbo.

I hope you are doing ok. You are in my prayers.

pgroup

Only if it was a crime to do so. I’ve not heard of a state law proscribing giving bad advice simply because it’s virtually impossible to prove state-of-mind beyond a reasonable doubt.

But there’s always a civil lawsuit. The evidentiary standard-of-proof is much lower in that arena.

Aubergine

Thank you. I think a civil lawsuit is the way.

pgroup

Pass the popcorn.

Gail Combs

More than 1 million are listed as dead from Covid. so lots of possible lawsuits.

Why are more than 300 people in the US still dying from COVID every week? – ABC News

May 25, 2025 – Last month, an average of about 350 people died each week from COVID, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control

pgroup

Dyin’ fer da benjamins.

TheseTruths

Is “standing” required for a civil suit? If so, I can see corrupt judges throwing it out on those grounds.

pgroup

Yes. The tossing of cases by judges are usually due to groups seeking preliminary injunctions. The groups must be able to articulate an injury to their interests. They cannot use damage to their individual members as a substitute, but attorneys try it in order to avoid the class action snake pit.

Happy go lucky

Does Contempt of Congress have any teeth?

Welp. I’m in contempt of congress, and I haven’t noticed anything other than lot of eye rolling and snorts and muttered “it’s a parliament of whores”

pgroup. On Serrapeptase. Ignore the video and read the comments.

Example:

@leelawrence8158

I had lung cancer,(never smoked) causing my lower left lobe to be removed, and emphysema. Has been pure hell this past year since my surgery.

Been taking 240K SPU in the morning and 240K SPU before bed. Empty stomach is a necessity as the Serrapeptase will be used up in the protein in your food rather than working in your body. Enteric coated is a must to get through the stomach. I’ve been semi-fasting this past week since I began it.

The results are astounding. No sinus drain, no wheezing in lungs. My respiratory system is finally working fine and I no longer have shortness of breath. My energy is back, after 1 week. Nothing short of a miracle.

I am taking Nattokinase and Bromelain with it. No drugs at all.

PS… As an anti-inflammatory it has done wonders. Also, my severe joint pain is gone… [it continues]

AND

@randall1959

3 years ago (edited)

I was a 35 year heavy smoker, and have been told by 3 doctors that I have lots of scar tissue in my lungs. Nothing I did worked. I tried deep breathing and other things and I can say that in my experience after being on Serrapeptase for 4 weeks I’m definitely seeing a marked improvement in my breathing. I can breathe more deeply and fully and I haven’t heard a “lung crackle” in over a week which used to be a daily occurrence. I can’t say it works for everyone but it has definitely made a difference in my life….

YUP!

I have been hesitant to do anything for Hubby because he is taking Rat-poison blood thinner. However in the last week his feet are starting to swell and turn purple so it is time to intervene. I DO NOT TRUST his doctors.

I want to put him on the Ivermectin & spike eating enzyme protocol. Luckily I found he can have blood work done as he wishes. (I only wish he had told me that years ago!)

So time to do a lot of investigation.

Gudthots

hibiscus tea thins blood, worth a dig on that

Gail Combs

THANKS! I would love to get him off the rat poison.

I think I figured out his problem. He takes a lot of Vit D3.

” …vitamin D increases the calcium in the blood. Well, vitamin K2 takes that calcium and then keeps it out of the blood [and puts it] in the tissues….”Dr. Eric Berg, a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis

His doctor told him to stay away from spinach and other foods rich in K2 🙄

Typical rant

…Unless you are taking medication to prevent blood clots, like Warfarin or Coumadin, there is no known risk of vitamin K toxicity, and no reason not to eat a lot of it. If you are on Warfarin (Coumadin), please check the article on low vitamin K foods for a Warfarin diet.

Foods high in vitamin K include leafy green vegetables (cooked and raw), broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, pickled cucumber, asparagus, kiwifruit, okra, green beans, and salad greens like lettuce….

Pak-Choi (Bok Choy) provides 48% DV of vitamin K per cup cooked…

https://www.myfooddata.com/articles/food-sources-of-vitamin-k.php

Up until recently I was doing a lot of stir fry and Bok Choy is my base for stir fry,

The amount of vitamin K you can eat while taking warfarin depends on your dose. Studies suggest that effects on coagulation only occur after eating 150mcg (micrograms) of vitamin K. (1) What is important is that your intake of vitamin K stays consistent. (1,2) Having a cheat day where you eat a large amount of vitamin K, like a spinach salad, could be harmful.

High amounts of vitamin K are mainly found in green vegetables like kale, spinach, cucumbers, and cabbage.

This is a guide to which foods you can eat and in what amounts. The exact amounts will depend on your dosage of Warfarin. Listed below are foods very high in vitamin K (240mcg+ per serving), and high in vitamin K (60mcg+ per serving).

https://www.myfooddata.com/articles/low-vitamin-k-foods-for-a-coumadin-warfarin-diet.php

Gudthots

This should help fill in the details on K2.
K2 may help thin blood.
Doc’s solution to avoid K2 leads to all kinds of disease.

Last edited 8 days ago by Gudthots
Gudthots

BTW, the doc in the video recommends a typical daily dose of 200mcg of MK7. Not sure why the docs are all pushing MK7. That’s a typical source (think natto) eaten by asian populations, but northern euro populations tend to get their K2 from MK4 in raw hard cheeses, raw dairy, etc. That is the K2 found in Dr Weston Price’s “factor X” that was miracle working. (Restores dentin on teeth and a lot more.)

“This is to reduce noise, which is not only stressful to the animals but can also reach decibel levels that exceed OSHA allowable limits for people and can lead to hearing loss.”

______________

So you torture animals, for fun and profit, and when they howl in pain, to comfort yourselves, you slit their throats so the sound of their torture doesn’t bother your ears?

And expecting you to wear ear protection is too much of an inconvenience, when you can just rip their vocal cords out instead — so the dogs can scream in silent agony.

This is the kind of thing that can only happen where no one believes in God or Hell.

I do not understand, after the release of this knowledge, why PETA hasn’t protested and roasted this man alive.

TradeBait2

Because they receive their funding from the same Satanists.

Gail Combs

BINGO!

PETA was never about kindness to animals, it was about COMMUNISM. As one PETA protester screamed at me, “I rather see horses EXTINCT than OWNED by humans!”

So it is really all about property rights and making people into Chattel (Cattle)

patfrederick

seriously??? what a whack job!

Gail Combs

MORE THAN ONCE!!!

Since we did pony rides we were a prime target.

Note that the average life expectancy of a horse in the wild is 7 yrs. For males it is a lot less. The geldings I just lost were 40 to 50 years old.

Firefly

Sorry for your loss Gail! 🐴🐴🐴

Gail Combs

Thank you. Losing 3 this summer was very hard.

patfrederick

I’m so sorry Gail. It’s hard losing animals friends!

Gail Combs

It is, but I did have them for a lot longer than people have their dogs.

Gail Combs

It is. Unlike dogs, they are not in the house (although one of my filly’s did try to come in the door) but they all have personalities and interact with us every day.

With some the bond is very powerful just like with a dog.

pgroup

I saw a video of a miniature horse that spent nights in the house. It was about the size of a Labrador.

Very adorable.

Gail Combs

A group was training them as ‘seeing eye’ animals.

Being ponies they are smarter than horses. they can be house trained and the best part is they live so long. A seeing eye dog has maybe a 10 year working life span. A pony could easily have 35 to 40. One or two animals during your life vs a 1/2 dozen or more.

As I found with my horses they are very, very good at reading you. My first horse would change gaits if I even started to consider it!

Also a pony is fine in a 1/2 ac to 1/4 ac yard.

Here are 2 different cuties. (3 minutes each)

pgroup

I’m so glad you understand animals.

Firefly

Great videos! Thamks for sharing Gail!

pgroup

Because they can’t prove it actually happened.

You can’t make the accusation unless you’re sure; that would be committing defamation, which would get you sued.

pgroup

This is the kind of thing that can only happen where no one believes in God or Hell.

Not believing in Hell doesn’t mean that Hell doesn’t exist.

The shock of finding out that your belief is totally wrong by the sound of the door clanging shut behind you has to be a punishment beyond comparison.

John Michael Greer:

[Alberta-based tractor manufacturer] Ursa Ag recently set shockwaves in motion by marketing a line of tractors with no onboard computers at all.

Tractors these days are fragile, overpriced monstrosities in which everything is done by computer. They break down constantly because of excessive complexity, and only authorized repair firms are allowed to fix them, at wildly inflated prices and with long delays.

Ursa Ag’s tractors are on the other end of the spectrum. They’re simple, sturdy, easy to repair, and cost a modest fraction of what the big boys are charging. Unsurprisingly, the demand is so high that they’re scrambling to expand production lines, because what they offer is what farmers actually want. It’s also the kind of tractor that was standard on North American farms in 1970 or so.

Once again, somebody pushed the rewind button on progress, and the people most directly affected by it couldn’t be happier.

this is one of my SIL’s (the farmer) biggest complaints.

It is why we will not own computer managed equipment.

patfrederick

he hates most of it, most of the time, but there are times it’s a Godsend. like when he’s got 4 fields that need to be cut or sprayed or whatever, bad weather’s coming and he’s got 2 machines, but only him to operate. he can program the machines and all my granddaughter needs to do is sit in the cab and the machine will get it done. even at night.

Gail Combs

My Ex was running a tractor at age five.

pgroup

What is the purpose of having her in the tractor while it’s working?

patfrederick

she was running it–always keep a driver in the seat just in case. but the path is programmed so it doesn’t spray the same area twice for example. And SIL sat with her the first dozen times in preparation for IF he might need her at times. She loves it.

[An example I frequently use….you’re driving down the road, and you see it’s lined with vegetation.

If you know a little more, you note that there are groups of Eucalyptus trees, common in California along highways (an Australian botanist was attending a conference in Southern California when his pals invited him to survey the local vegetation……he replied that he’d give it a pass because 80% was Australian anyway).

If you know a little more, you’ll see the trees are a little “off”, they don’t look too healthy and seem dry.

If you know a little more, you know that fire season runs until November and you shouldn’t assume this road should be entirely safe before then.

Mind you, the same photons hit your retina for each of the above scenarios, but you didn’t really see what was there. You only saw what your brain let you see.]

Gail Combs

I remember this from past research. Al Gore I think was trying to adapt these miserable trees to the north.

Brave AI

Eucalyptus trees are highly flammable and significantly exacerbate wildfire intensity and spread due to their volatile essential oils and abundant leaf litter.

While they are fire-adapted and can regenerate after burns, their presence in non-native regions like California and Portugal is linked to more destructive fire regimes.

First part of 10 pages of notes.

The tree of choice for carbon credits is an aggressive invasive plant you Aussies are well acquainted with the Eucalyptus.

Genetically Modified Eucalyptus Trees Ignite Controversy

Eucalyptus trees are good for making paper. They are terrible for just about everything else – soil, insects, plants, and water.

A paper company teamed up with ArborGen, a biotechnology organization, to genetically modify the trees to withstand freezing temperatures. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has just approved ArborGen’s request to plant various test forests across seven southern states.

Nicknamed “America’s Largest Weed,” it comes as no surprise that communities are worried about introducing the eucalyptus into new environments, which include 300 acres of test sites in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Texas.

…… Worse, they create toxic conditions in the soil and their canopies block out sunlight for underlying plants. They hog water and yet easily catch fire, relying on fire to spread their seeds …..

And not even a goat will eat it!

DesertYote mentioned a science fair project he helped with. In the USA the only species that did well (as in thrived) under the gum trees was Toxicodendron diversilobum, western poison oak. It is even worse than poison ivy.

….Eucalyptus trees are capable of bearing viable seed at maturity and have been invasive in several locations. Therefore, it may be advisable to cut back Eucalyptus to the ground every 3 to 4 years. If a Eucalyptus windbreak is established with 3 to 4 rows, then a rotational pattern can used to manage the plants by cutting one row each year back to the ground and allowing it to regrow or coppice. These plants are capable of 20 feet of regrowth in one year following cutting… http://www.crec.ifas.ufl.edu/extension/windbreaks/florida/irrec.shtml

This is NOT a nice tree to dump on African and South American third world farmers.

patfrederick

wow if goats won’t eat it, that’s something!

Gudthots

There are so many varieties.
Many are smooth bark. There is one that is a very dark bark with a lot of texture. That kind don’t just burn. They explode!

UN CAUGHT SHIELDING HAMAS-LINKED STAFF (full report by Adam Kredo in comments)
The United Nations is actively obstructing a U.S. investigation into Hamas infiltration of its Gaza aid agencies, according to the Washington Free Beacon. Six U.N. agencies have refused to provide complete personnel records or details about their interactions with Hamas.
The U.S. probe has reportedly identified:
• At least 100 Hamas members whose salaries were paid by UNRWA
• Around 1,500 UNRWA-linked individuals suspected of terrorist ties
• Multiple U.N. agencies withholding or providing only partial information
American officials are now warning that unless the U.N. permanently cuts ties with the “cancerous UNRWA,” it could be excluded from rebuilding Gaza.
The message from Washington is clear: U.S. taxpayers will no longer fund terrorists hiding behind U.N. badges

Here is an interesting take on AI:

Book-lovers are furious at Anthropic for scanning and shredding countless old volumes. Their ravenous Beast Machine was hungry for aged memes, so the AI company harvested old-school language from a billion yellowing pages, uploaded them to use as training data, and then destroyed the brittle remains. Anthropic outsourced their literary holocaust—dubbed “Project Panama”—to a book-mulching company called IBSNdb, which specializes in transforming physical tomes into digital text.

This outrage serves as a small, concave mirror that reflects a much larger process. AI consumes culture on an industrial scale. It’s a form of memetic vampirism. Human artwork is sucked out of our collective neck, along with the uploaded details of our lives, our communications, our affinities and aversions, and quite often, our innermost thoughts. Vampiric bots rake over all this data, remix it, reinterpret it, hallucinate a few novel details, then feed it back to us as memetic slop….

Do I think they are scanning old books? YES!

We have a lot of old books we picked up for less than a dollar from the libraries over the years. When they buy new books they have to make room so old books get sold off. Often they are old text books.

Then you have this:

AI labs buy up, rip pages from books to train models

(NewsNation) — AI labs and companies, including major name Anthropic, have reportedly ingested millions of books by buying up physical copies, ripping out the pages and scanning them to train their models.

Companies, including Anthropic and Meta, have faced several copyright lawsuits involving the ethics of using published literature to train their models on professional writing. Most recently, a $1.5 billion copyright settlement approved last week will see Anthropic will pay thousands of authors about $3,000 per book after using pirated copies of their works to train its Claude chatbot.

…A judge in San Francisco ruled this process as “fair use” under U.S. copyright law because it was “quintessentially transformative,” as the company was turning the original physical texts into digital ones rather than selling them as new copies, according to reporting from Futurism.

…..
GC —So the books used were still under copyright at least in this case.
…..

For booksellers, it presents an ethical dilemma, as AI companies are willing to buy hundreds of books at once. Secondhand booksellers across Europe have raised concerns over 👉a suspicion👈 that AI companies were buying large numbers of rare books to use for model training. Meanwhile, 404 reports that book database ISBNdb has discreetly helped AI companies make its purchases.

One small bookseller told 404 they have mixed feelings about AI buying their books.

“It benefits me financially as well as 👉by clearing out old inventory that is otherwise unlikely to sell,👈 they said. “On the other hand, I don’t like the end-use, and I don’t like that uncommon books are being pulped.”…

So the books are for sale. They are not the books in museums or rare book libraries. ALSO the rare book sellers have the option of NOT selling them for this use.

patfrederick

hopefully that will continue. but if a rare book collector passes and his collection is auctioned off–who has more money to purchase those books to pulp them?

Gail Combs

Give the knowledge of this happening, you have them left to another collector, museum AND have a do not sell to AI to be destroyed clause.

Believe me the rare book collectors probably knew about this before we did.

What is idiotic is non-destructive scanning can be done.

Gudthots

The way they handle these old books reveals their lack of awe for human creation and their lack of value of those creations. Extractive mentality with no conscience.

Happy go lucky

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Friday, July 31, 2026

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”

1 John 5:7 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR 1 JOHN 5:7

Brotherly love is the effect of the new birth, which makes obedience to all God’s commandments pleasant. (1-5) Reference to witnesses agreeing to prove that Jesus, the Son of God, is the true Messiah. (6-8) The satisfaction the believer has about Christ, and eternal life through him. (9-12) The assurance of God’s hearing and answering prayer. (13-17) The happy condition of true believers, and a charge to renounce all idolatry. (18-21)

6-8 We are inwardly and outwardly defiled; inwardly, by the power and pollution of sin in our nature. For our cleansing there is in and by Christ Jesus, the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Ghost. Some think that the two sacraments are here meant: baptism with water, as the outward sign of regeneration, and purifying from the pollution of sin by the Holy Spirit; and the Lord’s supper, as the outward sign of the shedding Christ’s blood, and the receiving him by faith for pardon and justification. Both these ways of cleansing were represented in the old ceremonial sacrifices and cleansings. This water and blood include all that is necessary to our salvation. By the water, our souls are washed and purified for heaven and the habitation of saints in light. By the blood, we are justified, reconciled, and presented righteous to God. By the blood, the curse of the law being satisfied, the purifying Spirit is obtained for the internal cleansing of our natures. The water, as well as the blood, came out of the side of the sacrificed Redeemer. He loved the church, and gave himself for it, that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word; that he might present it to himself a glorious church, #Eph 5:25-27|. This was done in and by the Spirit of God, according to the Saviour’s declaration. He is the Spirit of God, and cannot lie. Three had borne witness to these doctrines concerning the person and the salvation of Christ. The Father, repeatedly, by a voice from heaven declared that Jesus was his beloved Son. The Word declared that He and the Father were One, and that whoever had seen him had seen the Father. And the Holy Ghost, who descended from heaven and rested on Christ at his baptism; who had borne witness to Him by all the prophets; and gave testimony to his resurrection and mediatorial office, by the gift of miraculous powers to the apostles. But whether this passage be cited or not, the doctrine of the Trinity in Unity stands equally firm and certain. To the doctrine taught by the apostles, respecting the person and salvation of Christ, there were three testimonies. 1. The Holy Spirit. We come into the world with a corrupt, carnal disposition, which is enmity to God. This being done away by the regeneration and new-creating of souls by the Holy Spirit, is a testimony to the Saviour. 2. The water: this sets forth the Saviour’s purity and purifying power. The actual and active purity and holiness of his disciples are represented by baptism. 3. The blood which he shed: and this was our ransom, this testifies for Jesus Christ; it sealed up and finished the sacrifices of the Old Testament. The benefits procured by his blood, prove that he is the Saviour of the world. No wonder if he that rejects this evidence is judged a blasphemer of the Spirit of God. These three witnesses are for one and the same purpose; they agree in one and the same thing.

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

AND that was with a CHRISTIAN Europe to the north…

Aubergine

I read this article today about quantum computing. Within the article is the following:

“Because quantum states behave like waves, the probability amplitudes for different patterns can reinforce or cancel one another. As the computation proceeds, interference amplifies the amplitudes of certain patterns and weakens those of others. Finally, the quantum state of the grid is measured, collapsing it into a single pattern. Because the algorithm has amplified the probability of the desired pattern and suppressed others, that pattern is overwhelmingly likely to be the solution.

To present it another way: instead of running through a deck of cards to find the right one that fits certain rules, quantum computing hangs the cards on a grid of strings by suit, number, and so on, and plucks or dampens specific strings. The vibrations reinforce or cancel each other, leaving one card vibrating more strongly than the rest. This is the one most likely to fall, and the likeliest solution to the problem.

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2026/07/quantum-computing-is-the-next-technological-horizon/

The bolding represents an issue for me.

The “likeliest” solution to the problem? Well hell, I can GUESS the likeliest solution to a problem. But that doesn’t mean I SOLVED it.

And for THIS we are building data centers that suck up massive resources? Seriously?

“Likeliest solutions.” Great job, quantum. I’m so impressed.

Gudthots

Quantum and AI are not the same, right?
AI can use quantum, but the current data centers aren’t, right?
I honestly don’t know the answers to those questions.

Aubergine

Me neither. Sorry. I don’t know much about this subject.

Brief visit. QTree good therapy for me. looking forward to returning…

THANK YOU, for all of the prayers, well wishes and kind words last Sunday and Monday. IIRC. Damn dust slowed my reading posts, slower than it typically is. DW could not make it through all the posts. Again, most appreciated!!!

Doing OK. Moving along here…one step at a time.

TMI in the spoiler.

TMI

Yesterday Timothy arrived at the funeral home. Well pick him up next Wednesday. Tim will remain with us here at his home in Dayton. Sometime in September / October a road trip back to Texarakana.  place of honor in our living room with his Flag box and pics…

Washoe County Coroner refused to do an autopsy. Not in his authority. Even though VA hospital would fund it. Hospital Chief of Staff directed an inhouse autopsy. Also a peer review with outside support. She promised a personal call, after each is completed. Along with a copy of the autopsy.  prolly the best I could expect given the circumstances.

I did request autopsy check for Spike protein. (<<<ht Wolf) Hospital Chief of Staff was surprised. Inquired why. I stated my Tin Foil hat firmly in place since 2019/2020 Covid arrived and tin foil hat further energized shortly after Jabs rolled out. She asked where to check and suggested the blood. I agreed and added each organ if possible. Well see what they did, when the report comes out in a week or so.

More TMI.

Monday roll on down to Henderson, NV. 77yo bro with Dementia, open heart surgery Tuesday. Wednesday roll back to Reno.  pick up Tim (urn) and bring to his home.

Hoping to avoid probate. Meet with attorney next Thursday. Tim loved his computers. All business stuff on his laptop. Have only been able to access two accounts. All others need userid / password, which I do not have. On the positive side, Executor crap keeing me busy.

Off to Executor crap.

See ya…

There are hackers that can break that userID/password block. Not all hackers are bad guys; most are good, working for ‘puter security firms.

Find one and get an estimate. You might be pleasantly surprised.

It depends on whether it is internal or external. If, for instance, it’s a bank account, it’s probably better to just flip ’em a death certificate and put it in his wife’s name.

I know of a man who kept all on his iPhone. Didn’t take care of his estate planning. Died suddenly of heart attack … while waiting in an exam room to see a cardiologist. His only living relative, a sibling, had to drive 2 states to arrive to handle everything. Could not get figure out half his affairs as all was on phone.

I hate to sound like I’m promoting full employment for accountants, but…..hire an accountant. Not to do the full job, necessarily, but to help you find where all the records are buried. Give him the last couple of years’ tax returns and all the statements you can find.

When I was a junior accountant, just starting out, the firm had a client who was a big-name movie director (one that I’d heard of before dealing with his detritus). I’d dealt with a bunch of clients who brought in Folders of information…..I’d dealt with several who would present us with a Shoebox full of receipts and checkstubs….but this was my first encounter with an honest-to-goodness Bag of s…tuff. Really. I went with him down to the parking garage, where he popped his trunk and revealed a full Hefty bag.

Both the laws and the rules were different then, and we could start by assuming that most of the expenditures were expenses in trying to get a movie made, even as he partied his way across two continents.

Financial things leave financial footprints, even if there’s a bunch of stuff on computers.

You don’t need a senior person for this — a savvy second year tax preparer should do. Someone who has seen 150-250 tax returns.

Gudthots

I wasn’t involved enough to offer much advice. Since it’s been some years, I doubt that the advice will help now. But I will keep it in mind if a similar situation comes along!

Wolf Moon

Thank you for the update! You are handling things wonderfully. We will keep praying. Very happy you could visit, and find it therapeutic, which I can wholeheartedly believe.

Hi, PAVACA.

In my opinion, the greatest “tell” that Fauci killed all those children is that the epicenter is New York.

I searched Findagrave listings in big cities all over the country, and did not find a) mass children’s gravesites, b) large numbers of “Baby” first name deaths of children, or c) any indication that children were buried on dates not coinciding with their actual death date (on the graves in New York, it is stated that “date of burial” is substituted for “date of death”)

This makes me wonder if all of the children in those graves died in New York. Or if they did, were they from there, or brought there for experimentation?

I would have to travel to find further evidence, and I don’t know if I would be successful even if I tried.

Aubergine

Sure did.

I think it’s even more heinous if he transported them to experiment on and kill them.

Good morning, C&C, it’s Friday! As a kind of palate cleanser, to wash out the bad taste in our mouths after writing and reading about Fauci for three days straight, I did something a little different today. And I hope you enjoy this brief change-up. We’re checking in on the great socialist experiment in America, unfolding in real time in the Big Apple, and all the more relevant because of the simultaneous Rise of the Democratic Socialists of America. Except this report is in Mamdani’s own words, since I intercepted a secret letter the Mayor wrote and am now leaking it just like Fauci’s diaries.

Color of law??

Color of law refers to actions taken under the appearance of legal authority. The term is often used in civil rights law to describe conduct carried out by government officials, or by individuals acting in cooperation with them, who abuse power granted by their official position.

The phrase appears in the Civil Rights Act of 1871, now codified in part at 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Under that statute, a person may bring a civil action against anyone who, acting “under color of” state law, deprives the person of rights secured by the Constitution or federal law. Conduct occurs under color of law when it is fairly attributable to the state, even if the official’s actions exceed or misuse the authority granted by law. An example is the history of redlining, which can be seen in this map from Syracuse, New York. See also: Lugar v. Edmondson Oil Co, 457 U.S. 922 (1982)

The concept is related to the state action requirement in constitutional law. 👉While private individuals generally are not subject to constitutional constraints, they may be considered to be acting under color of law when their conduct is sufficiently connected to governmental authority

Aubergine

I think this is terribly wrong, UNLESS…

1) If providing/gifting a weapon to someone who uses it in a crime causes charges for anyone, not only parents.

2) It applies to anyone whose negligence causes someone else’s death, i.e. a judge who releases ANY criminal who goes on to commit murder.

3) Any therapist or doctor who treats a person with a mental condition like, oh say, being a trannie, is on the hook when the mental case commits murder.

I could think of others, but these two are important. If a person is to be held accountable for another’s behavior, we have a whole new society on our hands.

That so-called brutal nature of the hearing is what I was referring to earlier. I don’t remember ever seeing someone being berated so severely without offering a word in their own defense. Of course he was angry, and he deserved every bit of it and a lot more.

It was a remarkable event. He had been criticized by Ron Paul and others in previous hearings, but this one was an escalation. I think it was a turning point. Some leftists will continue to bow at his feet, but his days of universal adulation are over. This is a transition into public revelations and calls for his head.

Robert Baker

TT, I suppose you are too young to remember the McCarthy downfall in the 1950s, but you may have read some historical accounts of the time. I would like to get your opinion, if you have a context to comment on it, if you think that the public beratement of Fauci is similar both in its political and its public opinion context? Do you think Sen Paul and the Republicans delivered a McCarthy Moment?

TheseTruths

Good question. It would take some time for me to review the McCarthy hearings in order to give an informed opinion. My impression is that the McCarthy hearings were in the nature of a witch hunt of someone whom we now know to have been correct in sounding the alarm, whereas the Fauci hearings excoriated someone who is clearly guilty of crimes against humanity.

If you have thoughts about the two, I would be interested to see them.

pgroup

The YSM should not have the protection of the 1st amendment.

Gail Combs

Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012….

Robert Baker

My comment was more directed to whether you thought there were similarities between McCarthy and Fauci in terms of public perception. During McCarthy’s investigation there was hypersensitivity to the “Red Threat”. Fauci’s social situation was basically “You are all going to die if you don’t do what I say”. When McCarthy was publicly shamed (by the news media primarily) his political career was over. In Fauci’s case, the media was his defender and the gatekeeper that prevented the exposure of his criminal actions. My curiosity concerns whether the Paul Committee had sufficient weight to cause an about face of Fauci’s public persona.

TheseTruths

Well said, and I have doubts about whether the Paul hearings will convince the diehards, the people who seem to never change their views. They are either in denial, or else they realize the truth and deny it on purpose to further their own goals. Like this:

SO MUCH CRINGE: Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNOW Offers Over-The-Top Defense of Fauci (VIDEO)
As for the general public, I think some are waking up already because of experience with the jabs either in their own lives or those of others, and that the information coming out could further educate them and influence their opinions.

pgroup

The biggest problem with the lack of media truth is that McCarthy was right but even today very few people know that.

Gail Combs

Yes he was correct.

Aubergine

McCarthy was spot on, as my research has proven. The “red threat” partly came in the 1930’s via discontented blacks recruited by Russia. I researched and wrote about it here (sorry, it’s long). But the time the fifties rolled around, the Communism was embedded like a tick in many aspects of American society:

“Hindsight-wise, it didn’t make him stubborn or selfish. It made him BRAVE.”

“I watched Dr. Fauci on Capitol Hill yesterday, and the person I thought about most was Kyrie Irving.”

“Kyrie Irving stood out in my mind because of the heat that he was taking… He refused the vaccine. New York City’s mandate made him ineligible for home games, and he linked his stance to people losing jobs over vaccine mandates.”

“In my opinion, particularly hindsight-wise, it didn’t make him stubborn or selfish. It made him brave. His willingness to stand up and say, ‘Nah, I’m not doing that.’

“It’s just a time for reflection — to look at things differently.”

Kyrie gave up $11,400,000 in game checks during the 21-22 NBA season and a $100,000,000 extension with the Nets to be unvaccinated.

That cements his holdout as the largest financial sacrifice any athlete has ever made over an issue in history.

Lots of comments on Ivermectin saving lives some of the people were dying in the hospital

This was a VERY interesting comment:

@therealist3228

I absolutely believe Ivermectin is effective on autoimmune diseases. I was taking Ivermectin for my prostate cancer and my Psoriasis that I’ve had for 20 years, went away. My knees would normally be a bloody mess and now they are clear. As to the Prostate Cancer, cannot attest to any change for two reasons.

1). While I was taking Ivermectin I was also taking NAC to help with my COPD.

Turns out, NAC blocks and or reverses the effects of Ivermectin on cancer.

By the time I read the right study that alerted me, I was scheduled to start Chemo. I continued Ivermectin through my Chemo treatments (without the Doctor’s knowledge) and after my second Chemo, my PSA number was undetectable. Can’t say which is responsible, but I do know Ivermectin acts synergistically with Chemo and I was stage 4.

From Brave AI

Yes, N-acetyl-l-cysteine (NAC) blocks key cytotoxic effects of Ivermectin in cancer cell models by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS). In colorectal cancer cell lines (SW480 and SW1116), pretreatment with 5 mM NAC for 1 hour eliminated ivermectin-induced ROS accumulation and reversed ivermectin-driven cell death and growth inhibition when cells were subsequently exposed to 20 μM ivermectin.

Similar reversal of ivermectin’s anti-proliferative and apoptotic effects by NAC (and other antioxidants) has been reported in renal cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, and chronic myeloid leukemia cells, indicating mitochondria-derived oxidative stress is a primary mechanism of ivermectin’s anticancer activity in these studies.

Mechanistically, ivermectin increases total and mitochondrial ROS in a dose-dependent manner, triggering mitochondrial apoptosis pathways (e.g., upregulating Bax, cleaved PARP; downregulating Bcl-2).

NAC, as an antioxidant, neutralizes this ROS surge, thereby preventing downstream apoptosis and restoring cell viability in the tested in vitro systems.

Limitation: These findings are from preclinical cell-line studies; the search context does not provide evidence that NAC blocks ivermectin’s effects in humans or for non-cancer indications (e.g., antiviral or antiparasitic uses).

Newsom released jis taxes. Absolutely fos. 2 multimillion mortgages and tution in the $60k+ range for high school and middle school for 2 kids plus college on a 3rd. I call bs on his income in total.

Not me but the rightresponse at NYP:

So Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, have done quite well financially while Gavin has been in public office.

You know, the very kind of thing they accuse President Trump of doing, except Trump was already extraordinarily wealthy long before he ever held elected office and donated his presidential salary while serving in the White House.

Meanwhile, what exactly qualified Jennifer Siebel Newsom for the extraordinarily lucrative world she entered through filmmaking and nonprofit work? Her college degrees aren’t in filmmaking, directing, screenwriting, theater, or acting. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies and an MBA. She later received acting training, but she did not earn a degree in acting or filmmaking.

Yet organizations she founded have brought in millions of dollars, she has received substantial compensation from her nonprofit work, and her nonprofit has paid millions to her privately owned production company. Her films and educational materials have also been purchased or licensed by taxpayer-funded public schools in California.

So perhaps it’s worth asking the same questions the Newsoms and their political allies are so eager to ask about everyone else: Who was paying? Where was the money going? Who benefited financially? And were any of the people or corporations providing that money simultaneously seeking favorable treatment, contracts, or decisions from California government?

Before accusing Trump of using elected office to enrich himself, perhaps Gavin Newsom should be prepared to explain exactly how his own family’s financial interests have benefited while he has held political power.

Because when millions of dollars are flowing through nonprofits, private companies, donors, and organizations connected to the governor’s own wife, asking questions isn’t a conspiracy theory. It’s called accountability.

Olympic canoeist allegedly did over $1,000 damage to reflecting pool with ‘bare hands’

WASHINGTON — DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro is moving to dismiss charges against former Olympic canoeist David Hearn for allegedly vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, revealing in a Friday court filing that the Interior Department never shared information about its “flawed installation by the contractor” beforehand.

Pirro’s office submitted the motion to dismiss after Hearn had pleaded not guilty earlier this month to one felony count of destruction of property for the alleged June 19 incident.

“DOI’s failure to fully and accurately provide information to USAODC undermined the government’s ability to abide by these responsibilities,” the filing stated.

Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro speaks during a press conference.

Hearn did tug at the sealant at the bottom of the Reflecting Pool and was told to stop by authorities, the July 31 filing shows, but the lining had “[a]lmost immediately” begun peeling after the work was completed after the Virginia-based company got a no-bid contract for the renovations.

______________

So WTH was he doing with his hand in the pool, tugging at the liner? Was he repairing it, or was he vandalizing it? Just because something is screwed up doesn’t mean you can’t (or that he didn’t) make it worse.

Last edited 7 days ago by scott467

That was due to “overspraying and a failure of the coatings to bond” as part of a rushed job to finish before Independence Day festivities.

And the Department of Interior (DOI) “provided less than fulsome information at the outset of this case,” Pirro’s motion also noted, claiming before the indictment was handed up that “nearly all of the damage to the Reflecting Pool was due to vandalism” — but adding details about the “botched” contracting work after charges were filed.

“[I]t was not until after the return of the indictment, that the DOI provided additional documents to the USAO-DC indicating that damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in June 2026 was the result of flawed installation by the contractor, Atlantic Industrial Coatings (‘AIC’), and the rush to complete the project prior to events associated with the America 250 celebration in the weeks surrounding Independence Day 2026,” the court filing stated.

David Hearn competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics.
Getty Images

“It was not until after these documents were produced that USAO-DC first became aware of information showing that the damage was the result of a botched installation and not vandalism as initially represented by DOI.”

President Trump had claimed that others also received citations and six were arrested in connection with damage to the pool in June, which included a “350 foot gash, made by a very sharp knife or razors.”

Trump sternly rebukes Jeanine Pirro’s decision to withdraw charges against alleged Reflecting Pool vandal David Hearn: ‘I disagree 100%’

Hearn’s attorneys Norm Eisen, Mary Dohrmann and Steve Levin in a statement: “The government’s approach was ready, fire, aim. The administration owes Mr. Hearn an apology.”

________________

Norm Eisen, huh?

One of the lawfare masterminds behind everything anti-Trump, just happens to represent someone charged with vandalizing the reflection pool.

“The Trump administration’s case against Davey Hearn should never have been brought,” they also said. “Its dismissal today does not erase the abuse of government power in arresting and charging a patriotic American who did nothing wrong.”

_____________

What were your client’s hands doing, tugging on the liner at the bottom of the reflecting pool, Normy?

gil00

Sigh. I just wonder if judge Jeannine just throws up her hands and says whatever every few cases.

scott467

“The DC prosecutors had to rely on “barebones police reports” about the incident from US Park Police, which was slow to respond but eventually produced the files along with “body-worn camera footage for roughly 10 individuals,” according to Friday’s court filing.

National Park Service employees had observed Hearn “violently” tug at an upturned end of the lining before being asked to stop on June 19, causing the ex-Olympian to remark they were “awfully sensitive about the pool.”

Video footage posted on X shortly after the incident showed Hearn being cuffed by Park Police next to his bicycle after noting the peeled-back lining was “really funny.”

DOI assessed that the yanking caused $1,000 worth of damage and that “nearly all of the damage to the Reflecting Pool was due to vandalism” in representations to Pirro, who visited the site on July 1.

The following day, her office convened a grand jury that handed up the indictment against Hearn, only to receive in mid-July “695 megabytes of additional documents” about the lengthy and error-ridden installation process.

“It was not until USAO-DC repeatedly reached out to DOI dozens and dozens of times that DOI slowly started trickling information to USAO-DC,” the motion noted at one point.

AIC contracted with DOI for more than $14 million to paint the Reflecting Pool’s 68,000-square-foot bottom, according to federal spending records, with the work beginning in early May.

Work crews sprayed Rhino 406 and Pipeliner 5000 coatings on its surface for most of that month, with rain delays — and complications with the pool’s expansion joints needing different sealant — putting them behind schedule to be finished on the Fourth of July, per Friday’s filing.

But two days after work completed on June 9, a National Park Service engineer “was alerted to peeling of the Reflecting Pool lining,” Pirro’s office noted.

“I stated my concern that this ‘overspray’ along the perimeter of the pool could lead to a 1′-2′ strip that is vulnerable to peeling,” the engineer stated in the June 11 email. “The contractor would not confirm in field if this was or wasn’t a risk.”

That was still eight days before Hearn was arrested for allegedly tampering with the lining.

“Given all of this newly discovered information, it is difficult to attribute the widespread damage to the Reflecting Pool to vandalism, let alone to establish that fact beyond a reasonable doubt,” the motion concluded.

Reps for DOI did not immediately respond to a request for comment.”

______________

Jeanine, what do you ‘attribute’ he was doing with his hands, tugging on the damaged liner at the bottom of the reflecting pool?

Was he making it better?

Was he trying to repair it?

Is this just another case of a Good Samaritan, Saint David Hearn (Olympic pool liner tugger), trying to fix the reflecting pool, represented by Saint Norm Eisen?

More things come to light and line up. Will see.

Mission Accomplished
Part 1 🧵

Trump got everything he wanted.

He placed Bill Pulte as “acting” DNI to fire deep state players in the intelligence community.
Pulte went through five rounds of firings.
He also released declassified documents daily to the American people, proving treason by members of the intelligence community.

The democrats and RINO’s immediately called for Trump’s official nominee Jay Clayton, to be confirmed as DNI, in order to get rid of Pulte.

But then Trump pulled back Clayton’s nomination until his nomination for the SDNY was also confirmed.

That just happened.👇🏼

Trump now has the two people he wants at the DNI and the SDNY.

Why is that important at this time?

The PROSECUTION PHASE is about to begin and there’s a big conspiracy case involving the “intelligence community” and treason that is under the jurisdiction of the SDNY.

Here’s some info a lot of people don’t know.

Jay Clayton is at DNI for a specific reason.

Do you know his history?

Trump put him in charge of the SEC during his first term and I believe he played a key role in helping the DOJ prosecute “individuals” on Wall Street along with huge fines.

Remember this case?

(Brave search engine)

“The SEC assisted the DOJ in the investigation into JPMorgan Chase’s precious metals traders.”

“The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission explicitly appreciated the assistance of the DOJ in its settlement order with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, indicating a collaborative enforcement effort.”

“The investigation was a joint action by the DOJ, CFTC, and SEC into manipulative trading and spoofing in precious metals and U.S. Treasuries markets.”

“This multi-agency cooperation led to a total settlement of approximately $920 million and resulted in the 2022 conviction of former precious metals desk head Michael Nowak and top gold trader Gregg Smith for wire fraud and spoofing.”

As I have said for years, I believe that is when Trump leveraged JPM and Jamie Dimon has been helping Trump ever since.

But there’s another reason why JPM was leveraged by Trump.

Anybody remember their famous “secret” client named Jeffrey Epstein?

JPM had been laundering and hiding money for Epstein for years.

But here’s something most people don’t know about Jay Clayton.
He left the SEC at the end of Trump’s term and went back to the private sector.
Clayton went to a company that created a “position” especially for him.

Which company?

Have you heard of Apollo Global Management?

What was his “new” position?

“In February 2021, The Wall Street Journal reported that Apollo Global Management had appointed Clayton as its board’s lead independent director, a newly-formed position.”

Why had they hired Clayton as a lead “independent” director over its board?

“The decision occurred as the firm was implementing an overhaul of its governance following allegations that its chief executive, Leon Black, had an extensive relationship with the financier and child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.”

The CEO of Apollo Global Management was exposed as a close associate of Epstein.

Am I connecting the dots?

Did you know that Epstein worked for Bear Stearns for five years before resigning because of legal troubles in 1981?
He still had close ties with some of their executives.

Reminder:
Bear Stearns was the first Wall Street Bank to collapse and triggered the 2008 financial crisis.

Did you know that Epstein played a role in Bear Stearns collapse?

Guess who helped oversee the acquisition of Bear Stearns by JPMorgan?

Jay Clayton.

Coincidence?

Clayton was a partner at the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell and they specialize in acquisitions and mergers.

How much does Clayton know about Epstein’s involvement in the collapse of Bear Stearns?

Clayton had access to Bear Stearns books.

As I have written before, Bear Stearns collapsed because of the spike in silver prices.
They were massively shorting silver.

But Epstein also contributed.

How?

Have you heard of Liquid Funding LTD?

I was especially curious about the Epstein tie to Bear Stearns and the known silver shorting. Despite Joe’ assertions it was not just the silver position that took down BS. They were totally upside down on pools of subprime mortgages and car loans as well as way over their heads on swaps. They could not find institutional buyers for syndications and the securitization tranches would not sell out. When they did the rates paid were too high for them to be profitable. The latter issues on swaps is like with many of the major banks are today. The liquidity disappeared in the markets and it all came tumbling down.

That said most of the BS top leaders I knew were WS slimeballs that would fit right in with Epstein and crew. I am so glad to be two decades removed from that crap.

This is all play-acting by the treasonous governments. This pretending, as if the government is helpless to do anything, is why government leaders need to do the upside down Mussolini swing dance like there’s no tomorrow.

All it takes is one soldier with a .50 caliber machine gun, and all 60,000+ invaders (the ones are aren’t cut in half by the first burst of fire) would run back the way they came.

A perfectly lawful and viable defense of nation against invasion.

Ceuta, Spain: 60,000 Migrant Invasion in 24-Hrs Captures Europe’s Attention
July 31, 2026

SD: “The most recent reports indicate the number of Moroccan and sub-Saharan migrants that have collapsed the town of Ceuta, Spain (North Africa enclave) has now risen to 60,000 with some leaving due to hunger while replacements are arriving.

Obviously in a city of 80,000 Spanish residents, the arrival of 60,000 migrants in 24-hours would create immediate chaos; worsening as the military aged males become increasingly hungry and desperate. Images and videos showing street riots, stabbings and rampant looting are all over social media platforms.

Several European countries have expressed horror and concern as the images are quickly putting politicians and EU leadership into a state of panic. Now the EU group, led by Ursula von der Leyen, must pretend to be against mass, unlawful migration.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the “images coming from Ceuta are unacceptable.”

“We cannot allow anyone to come to our Union without abiding by our rules,” she said in an online statement on Friday. “Dangerous crossings must stop immediately. Smuggling networks must be dismantled. And returns must be swift, as our rules allow.” {source}

Ahmed Karim, a 33-year-old Moroccan speaking to the media said, the invasion force intention is to use the EU as an exit point to reach the United States. “Many people want to go to Europe, America, but they don’t have the opportunity,” Karim said.”

CEUTA, Spain (AP) — About 60,000 migrants have entered Spain’s Ceuta from Morocco in the past 24 hours, Ceuta’s president said on Friday. That is equivalent to 70% of the city’s regular population.

At least 41 migrants have died attempting the crossing.
“The situation that Ceuta is going through is absolutely unsustainable,” Juan Jesús Vivas told journalists.

Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez visited Ceuta on Friday and condemned the border breach which he described as “a violation of Spain’s territorial integrity.”

Sánchez blamed human smugglers for the crisis, saying they “deceive so many young people, and ultimately lead many of them to their deaths — whether in the ocean or, as in this case, at Spain’s border in the autonomous city of Ceuta.”

Spain’s interior ministry, which had initially refused to share estimates from the border, released its own figures shortly after Vivas’ spoke, estimating that some 50,000 people had crossed from Morocco since Thursday. (more)

Two theories.

(1) The globos are engaged in a face-saving operation.

(2) Morocco, which claims Ceuta as Moroccan territory, is acting out

Or AND logic – the EU globos and Spanish socialists are using this as cover to give Ceuta to Morocco.

HIDDEN HAND: Trump’s Secret Weapon Won the Middle East Without Firing a Shot

From Camp David, President Trump framed a reported Hamas disarmament agreement as a breakthrough enabled by pressure on Iran, arguing the regional strategic terrain has shifted.

The episode highlights two developments presented as unprecedented: Hamas agreeing to disarm and Israel and Lebanon resuming talks after three decades, both attributed to cutting off Iranian funding for proxies like Hamas and Hezbollah.

It claims the decisive “weapon” was Treasury action under Secretary Scott Bessent—sanctions, OFAC tools, anti–money laundering measures—described as “economic fury,” including designating over 1,000 Iranian-linked individuals, ships, and companies and disrupting routes through shipping, insurance, and offshore finance.

The script also points to the February 19, 2026 launch of the multinational “Board of Peace,” tasked with rebuilding Gaza, as a preplanned institutional blueprint that helped secure the Hamas agreement.
