I think I had the effective meds. My husband switched from Kroger to other pharmacy because insurance and I got different Thyroid meds. They looked cheep had no coding reminded me of pills after WWII. All winter I felt without energy sluggish. I told my husband it’s the pills I could just feel it. A month ago switched back to Kroger got different pills and feel so much better. Kroger knew and described the pills to my husband because hubby told them “my wife does not want these pills”.
As a Quality Engineer, I ALWAYS talked to the guys on the line when there was a problem. They might not know chemistry or mechanical engineering but they DO KNOW when something is not right.
I would take their observations and translated it into something I could then take to the Chem Engineer and thus get the problem solved. Upper management thought I was a great problem solver when all I really did was talk to both sides.
BTW that method is one of the reasons I hate phones. If I am standing there staring at the Chem Engineer he can not fluff me off. If I am standing next to the line and the guy does not have the correct words he can point to stuff and describe what happens.

Interesting questions. First point (point zero) is that Treepers and QTreepers are different bunches. Treepers include all current and former CTH denizens. This place would be QTreepers. More people here are amenable to stuff that Sundance would pooh-pooh (like “Q”), but not all people here are even believers in “Q”.
DePat was a believer in “doubles” and the more extreme “patriots are in control” narrative, which I personally regarded as Cabal-deposited “cruft” on the Q drops, meant to lead the Q herd astray, away from “logical thinking”. I regard Q drops as canon, the rest as apocryphal.
As far as doubles, I approached the problem scientifically, with the assumption that I could personally use similar techniques to what AI/OCR/NN (neural nets) use for character recognition, by training myself, and sure enough, it works to my satisfaction – albeit AI facial recognition is much faster than “Wolf’s NI”, which I have to deploy as something similar to fingerprint evaluation, and is thus not something I can just do instantly. Most “different person” doubles are the same people, by my analysis. Thus, the whole doubles game appears to be a CIA parlor trick on our side, IMO.
That said, I value free speech above all debates allowed under it, and that is the policy of this site, but people need to be civil toward each other, and that includes leaving others alone (i.e., direct replies, tags, etc.) when they don’t want to hear a response. I’m not sure what to make of this. In the video he’s burning the Talmud and the Koran, but he’s also burning a book titled Standing with Israel. I’m not in the camp that says Israel can do no wrong, they are God’s chosen people, and we must support them no matter what. I’m also not in the camp that goes to the other extreme and villifies them, no matter what. IMO both points of view are fraught with danger to our political cause and our republic. It can be easy to fall in with a proponent of extreme views because they seem to be on one’s own side. I have no doubt that changes need to be made regarding the lobby for Israel in Congress, etc., but I’m really tired of all the infighting. I think it is being used for nefarious purposes and that people don’t realize they are being used.
So what does one do with Jake Lang? He appears to be supporting Christian nationalism, which might sound good on the surface but which IMO is a losing proposition in every way. Of course Christians need to act like and BE Christians. And I am in favor of not allowing any other religion precedence, like having loud, disturbing calls to prayer at any time. No Sharia law goes without saying; it is counter to our laws. Anyone who undermines America, commits sedition, and the like needs to be deported. It was by a man who had met with VP Vance and some others, and it described the anger of Zoomers (Gen. Z), the things they believe, and the issues they face. I don’t know whether Jake Lang fits into that age group (born 1997-2012), but the “burn it all down” anger that has disastrous results, and policies that won’t work, seems to be cropping up everywhere. Left unchecked, it will undermine MAGA.
I know there is a lot of genuine anger and hopelessness among young people. They have been lied to and have had to deal with so much (COVID, gender issues, the devaluation of young men, inability to trust the medical profession, dishonest political platforms, their ability to make their way in the world, etc.), but I also think this is being fomented and used to try to defeat us. It is a tool to discourage us, which takes away the will to fight.

COMMENTARY FOR PHILIPPIANS 4
“The apostle exhorts the Philippians to stand fast in the Lord. (1) Gives directions to some, and to all in general. (2-9) Expresses contentment in every condition of life. (10-19) He concludes with prayer to God the Father, and his usual blessing. (20-23)
1 The believing hope and prospect of eternal life, should make us steady and constant in our Christian course. There is difference of gifts and graces, yet, being renewed by the same Spirit, we are brethren. To stand fast in the Lord, is to stand fast in his strength, and by his grace.”
(2-9) “Let believers be of one mind, and ready to help each other. As the apostle had found the benefit of their assistance, he knew how comfortable it would be to his fellow-labourers to have the help of others. Let us seek to give assurance that our names are written in the book of life. Joy in God is of great consequence in the Christian life; and Christians need to be again and again called to it. It more than outweighs all causes for sorrow. Let their enemies perceive how moderate they were as to outward things, and how composedly they suffered loss and hardships. The day of judgment will soon arrive, with full redemption to believers, and destruction to ungodly men. There is a care of diligence which is our duty, and agrees with a wise forecast and due concern; but there is a care of fear and distrust, which is sin and folly, and only perplexes and distracts the mind. As a remedy against perplexing care, constant prayer is recommended. Not only stated times for prayer, but in every thing by prayer. We must join thanksgivings with prayers and supplications; not only seek supplies of good, but own the mercies we have received. God needs not to be told our wants or desires; he knows them better than we do; but he will have us show that we value the mercy, and feel our dependence on him. The peace of God, the comfortable sense of being reconciled to God, and having a part in his favour, and the hope of the heavenly blessedness, are a greater good than can be fully expressed. This peace will keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus; it will keep us from sinning under troubles, and from sinking under them; keep us calm and with inward satisfaction…”

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett blasted a new Senate proposal Wednesday that would allow lawmakers to sue the federal government for warrantless searches conducted without their knowledge.
The Daily Caller News Foundation reported that GOP lawmakers added a shutdown-deal provision targeting the Biden FBI’s “Arctic Frost” surveillance effort and giving senators whose phone records were secretly seized a path to sue the government for at least $500,000 per violation. Appearing on “The Evening Edit,” Jarrett said the proposal was unconstitutional, warning it violated basic due-process protections.
“It’s probably not legal. Article 1, Sections 9 and 10 forbid ex post facto laws. You can’t change the law and apply it retroactively without violating due process,” Jarrett told Elizabeth MacDonald.
Jarrett said the measure amounted to a carve-out that benefits only the lawmakers who wrote it.
“This is why people despise and distrust politicians. Why should eight senators get a legal advantage that nobody else gets? It’s self-dealing. It’s self-enrichment, giving themselves an automatic half a million bucks if they successfully sue the government for being targeted by Smith. Well, what about everybody else?” Jarrett asked. “The other 400 Republicans on Smith’s enemies list who were targeted and had their privacy invaded, their phone records seized. So, I think this was a sleazeball move by senators who inserted it into the measure secretly.”
Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said in October that his carrier, AT&T, refused to release his call information but was legally blocked from alerting him because Judge James Boasberg issued an order preventing any notification. Boasberg, who previously led the D.C. District Court, signed off on confidentiality directives that left several Republican senators unaware that Special Counsel Jack Smith had quietly gathered their phone data as part of the “Arctic Frost” inquiry.
Smith’s inquiry surveilled several Republican senators, including Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming and Dan Sullivan of Alaska.

I almost forgot – the judge ordered no disclosure. That is a complete affirmative defense to any liability if anybody got sued, including the USA. There can be no criminal or civil liability for obeying a court order, no matter how wrong it might be.

But a court order must be obeyed until it’s overturned. IOW it must be presumed to be proper and therefore it must be obeyed.

According to the College Fix, a student in the district discovered the disclaimer and showed her mother, who then posted about it on Facebook.
How did the disclaimer read, you ask?
According to a recent post in Must Read Alaska, it read like this:
The Anchorage School District does not endorse these materials or the viewpoint expressed in them.Does not endorse?! Wow! Usually disclaimers read something like, “… do not necessarily endorse,” or “The opinions expressed are the author’s own and …” And these disclaimers are typically for opinion pieces reading, “Did smoking cigarettes kill the dinosaurs,” or “Some scientists now claim the Jews really are sons and brothers of monkeys and pigs.”

Why natural salt is essential for health
I use Redmond Sea Salt. It is mined in Utah from an ancient deposit that was covered long ago by volcanic activity. So it’s been buried long before any pollution, chemicals, or plastics could have gotten to it.
I am suspicious of cheap sea salt now, mostly because if it comes out of the modern ocean, who knows what all is in it?
A couple of years ago, a friend of mine, whose husband had been sick for a while, called me and asked what I thought, given his symptoms. They were all over the place. I quizzed her for a bit about his habits, diet, etc. Then I said, he needs to eat more salt.
She dismissed me. It couldn’t possibly by that, the doctor put him on the low-salt regimen, it was necessary, blah, blah, blah. About a week later I get a phone call. He had ended up in the hospital where, surprise, the doctor had diagnosed him with salt deficiency! He literally could have died.
