I want to archive these videos from Mike Benz, Promethean Action & the Transition Integrity Project interviews, since it documents the switch from the Fabian model (gradual) to a Color Revolution after the Cabal lost complete control of the USA under D.J. Trump.

Published September 25, 2020 (17 minutes) Have a barf bag ready…

The White House is pushing back against its own FBI director who disputed President Trump’s claims about widespread voter fraud. This as Trump refuses to commit to a peaceful transition of power should he lose the election. Fmr. KY Secretary Of State Trey Grayson (R) is a member of the Transition Integrity Project, and he discusses what the Trump administration might pull come November.

The Daily Beast — The Left Secretly Preps for MAGA Violence After Election Day

The progressive coalition Fight Back Table has been meeting to game out what happens if Joe Biden doesn’t win by a landslide. It’s not pretty.

Last week, a coalition of leading progressive groups gathered on Zoom to begin organizing for what they envision as the post-Election Day political apocalypse scenario.

Put together by the Fight Back Table—an initiative launched after the 2016 election to get a constellation of lefty organizations to work more closely together—the meeting dealt with the operational demands expected if the November election ends without a clear outcome or with a Joe Biden win that Donald Trump refuses to recognize.

Sources familiar with the discussions described them as serious with a modestly panicked undertone. A smaller FBT session last fall had talked about post-election planning, but those discussions were tabled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was the first time they were bringing the matter to the 50-plus organizations that make up the coalition. To formalize the effort, they gave it a name: the “Democracy Defense Nerve Center.”

Over the course of two hours, participants broached the question of what the progressive political ecosystem can functionally do in a series of election scenarios. They began charting out what it would take to stand up a multi-state communications arm to fight disinformation, a training program for nonviolent civil disobedience, and the underpinnings of what one official described as “mass public unrest.” And they pored over a report from the Transition Integrity Project, a bipartisan group formed in 2019, that analyzed various election-season scenarios and made clear the type of ratfuckery, corruption, and chaos that potentially was ahead.

“The potential for violent conflict is high,” the report noted….

The co-founder of the Transition Integrity Project, Brooks has conducted war games [Washington Post Article] to play out the range of Election Day and post-Election Day scenarios. And virtually all the outcomes, save one—a Biden landslide—have ended up facilitating a nightmarish fallout…

In real life, former (now aggrieved) associates of the president have warned  [The Atlantic] that he will use extraordinary means to hold on to power. And Biden himself has openly worried that Trump might move to contest the election results if they don’t go his way. Beyond that, there has been very little said about what plans the Democratic nominee or his team have in store. Under law, Biden is restricted from coordinating with outside groups like those involved with the Democracy Defense Nerve Center….

The progressive leaders helping spearhead the Democracy Defense Nerve Center harbor no such illusions. Though conversations have just now begun dealing with the operational details of how to navigate life after Election Day, few if any anticipate a scenario in which Trump bends to elite opinion. Instead, the larger game plan is to apply pressure through mass mobilization….

While the sheer number of groups and volunteers involved in the effort has given organizers hope, there is some fear that they may not all be operating from the same playbook. Two sources involved with the FBT discussions said they worry Biden would concede a contested election too early, with an eye toward ensuring a peaceful transition of power. Inside the coalition, there is dispute over whether Biden should even concede if he wins the popular vote but loses the Electoral College, à la Clinton in 2016 and Gore in 2000.

Under that scenario, Eldridge said, his organization would not support mass mobilization. “I support the national popular vote,” he explained. “Our organization does advocacy for the popular vote… Unfortunately, the Electoral College is the system that we have.”

But the Transition Integrity Project noted that there would be immense pressure on Biden to fight it out if, for the third time in 20 years, the Democratic candidate won the popular vote but didn’t take office. In a simulation they ran, Team Biden “encouraged Western states, particularly California but also Oregon and Washington, and collectively known as ‘Cascadia,’ to secede from the Union” unless structural reforms were made. In exchange for Trump getting the presidency, for instance, Republicans would need to agree to abolish the Electoral College, give Puerto Rico and D.C. statehood, and divide California into five states for better Senate representation….

I included the Daily Beast article to show the type of Fear Mongering that was going on in the progressive sphere. Is there any doubt that some of those spooked by such reports might help set up peaceful MAGA on Jan 6th?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

As I have theorized for years, the Brits never gave up their attempts at taking over the USA. In 1913 they managed a ‘soft coup’ by installing the Federal Reserve Central Bank and passing the 16th Amendment to transfer American wealth to that central bank. Once the central bank was in place they moved to gain control of the media in 1915 (LINK), and shortly thereafter they started their very profitable endless wars.

One core feature of the Cabal is their contempt and hatred of the middle class. A class that challenges their absolute rule of the world.

KARL MARX & COMMUNISM

Notice that the target of Karl Marx is the bourgeoisie–the middle class, and NOT the aristocracy or Ruling Elite.

“The bourgeoisie, wherever it has got the upper hand, has put an end to all feudal, patriarchal, idyllic relations. It has pitilessly torn asunder the motley feudal ties that bound man to his ‘natural superiors,’ and has left remaining no other nexus between man and man than naked self-interest, callous ‘cash payment.’ It has drowned the most heavenly ecstasies of religious fervor, of chivalrous enthusiasm, of philistine sentimentalism, in the icy water of egotistical calculation. It has resolved personal worth into exchange value, and in place of the numberless indefeasible chartered freedoms, has set up that single, unconscionable freedom—Free Trade. In one word, for exploitation, veiled by religious and political illusions, it has substituted naked, shameless, direct, brutal exploitation.

The bourgeoisie has stripped of its halo every occupation hitherto honored and looked up to with reverent awe. It has converted the physician, the lawyer, the priest, the poet, the man of science, into its paid wage laborers.

The bourgeoisie has torn away from the family its sentimental veil, and has reduced the family relation to a mere money relation.” ― Karl Marx, The Communist Manifesto

A second point that a lot of people miss is that the goals of the Fabian Socialists and the Marxist Communists are the same. Just the methods are different. The Fabians favor a gradual take over, like we have experienced here in the USA, while the Communists favor bloody revolution. Both are inventions of the Brits.

“You must understand. The leading Bolsheviks who took over Russia were not Russians. They hated Russians. They hated Christians. Driven by ethnic hatred they tortured and slaughtered millions of Russians without a shred of human remorse. The October Revolution was not what you call in America the “Russian Revolution.” It was an invasion and conquest over the Russian people. More of my countrymen suffered horrific crimes at their bloodstained hands than any people or nation ever suffered in the entirety of human history. It cannot be understated. Bolshevism was the greatest human slaughter of all time. The fact that most of the world is ignorant of this reality is proof that the global media itself is in the hands of the perpetrators.” – Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Funny how we have the Nazis’ treatment of the Jews pounded into our heads as kids but you very seldom hear about the slaughter of Russians, the worst Democide of the 20th Century. After all sympathy for the Russian people would not fit the Cabal’s twin goals, Communism as the reason for the CIA to over throw governments and Communism taught to US students as the best form of government. (Logic? We don’t need no stinkin’ logic!)

The Cabal has had a plan in place for well over a century. A plan to re-establish a feudal society. That is what Agenda 21 is. A modern version of feudalism with the transnational corporations taking the place of the Aristocracy. LINK As an example of implementation: November 29, 2012 The Demise of Christchurch City New Zealand Since then we have seen similar activity here in the USA.

I wrote a lot about this back in 2014 at Tony Heller’s old website because Global Warming was the ‘Fear’ the Cabal was using to push their agenda.

38. Analysis from new Carbon Finance estimates that in the last six months, nearly US$4.7 billion of new capital had entered the market at the end of March 2007 (Source: New Carbon Finance, “UK in Pole Position as Carbon Funds Surge – but More Funds required”. Press release 4 April 2007, www.newcarbonfinance.com). Most of the newly raised money was of private origin and was targeted to the sell-side (project development and carbon asset creation). The remainder (about 15%) sits on the buy-side for direct purchases by public and private compliance buyers, compliance funds and investor funds targeted at the compliance segment. The same source estimated in addition that even more funds are required to bring to the market enough emission reductions to satisfy the appetite of compliance buyers.

Copenhagen climate summit in disarray after ‘Danish text’ leak: Developing countries react furiously to leaked draft agreement – Guardian UK

The draft hands effective control of climate change finance to the World Bank; would abandon the Kyoto protocol – the only legally binding treaty that the world has on emissions reductions; and would make any money to help poor countries adapt to climate change dependent on them taking a range of actions.

The document was described last night by one senior diplomat as “a very dangerous document for developing countries. It is a fundamental reworking of the UN balance of obligations. It is to be superimposed without discussion on the talks”….

If you bother to look you find Shell Oil’s finger prints all over CAGW.
Shell is also very much entangled with the Banksters. The Rothschilds and Rockefellers are major shareholders

Shell Oil wanted to push natural gas. Ged Davis, the Shell Oil VP who wrote the Sustainability Scenarios for the IPCC, shows this in the “Sustainable Development (B1)” part of the February, 1998 Climategate e-mail which asks for comments on the attachment: “Draft Paper for the IPCC Special Report on Emissions Scenarios by Ged Davis.

Another Shell Oil exec Doug McKay was at the IPCC scenario meetings. McKay was also Senior Financial Analyst with the World Bank. Robert Watson worked for the World Bank while Chair of the IPCC.

Then you have Shell Oil, BP and a Rockefeller Foundation funding the Climate Research Unit at East Anglia. Marlan Downey, “Former President of the international subsidiary of Shell Oil, founder of Roxanna Oil; former President of Arco International” on the Advisory Board of Richard The Liar* Muller’s consulting firm, Muller & Assoc. (Muller is known for the so-called BEST temperature Data set.)

Who owns Shell?
The Dutch royal family (The House of Orange) is still reportedly the biggest shareholder in Royal Dutch Shell, although the size of its stake has long been a source of debate. Another major stockholder is the Rothschilds. The Rothschild Investment Trust was formed in 1988 and united the Rockefellers and Rothschilds as did the merger of their two banks. The Queen of England was also a major stockholder.

SHELL and WWF:

Rather well connected to governments, NGOs and various banks, were they not? The present lot exhibit more ‘Woke’ credentials.

The Bankers/Cabal have already captured the corporations.

The Network of Global Corporate Control

…we find that only 737 top holders accumulate 80% of the control over the value of all TNCs [Trans National Corporations] …This means that network control is much more unequally distributed than wealth. In particular, the top ranked actors hold a control ten times bigger than what could be expected based on their wealth…

…In detail, nearly 4/10 of the control over the economic value of TNCs in the world is held, via a complicated web of ownership relations, by a group of 147 TNCs in the core, which has almost full control over itself. The top holders within the core can thus be thought of as an economic “super-entity” in the global network of corporations. A relevant additional fact at this point is that 3/4 of the core are financial intermediaries….

The Leveraged Buyouts/Hostile Takeovers during Reagan’s Admin. dismembered and killed wealthy, no-debt mid-level American corporations and transferred the accumulated wealth to the Banksters/Cabal. Worse, this meant ‘American’ corporations were no longer actually American. Thus this was a very important move by the Cabal.

Under Reagan

…A leveraged buyout (or LBO, or highly-leveraged transaction (HLT), or “bootstrap” transaction) occurs when an investor, typically [a] financial sponsor, acquires a controlling interest in a company’s equity and where a significant percentage of the purchase price is financed through leverage (borrowing).👉The assets of the acquired company are used as collateral for the borrowed capital,👈 [BEFORE it was acquired] sometimes with assets of the acquiring company. Typically, leveraged buyout uses a combination of various debt instruments from bank and debt capital markets…

The leveraged buyout boom of the 1980s was conceived by a number of corporate financiers, most notably Jerome Kohlberg, Jr. and later his protégé Henry Kravis. Working for Bear Stearns at the time, Kohlberg and Kravis, along with Kravis’ cousin George Roberts, began a series of what they described as “bootstrap” investments…

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leveraged_buyout

What they did was take corporations WHICH HAD NO DEBT, like the one I worked for, 👉 borrowed against the assets — THAT THEY DID NOT OWN!!👈 — and used that money to buy stock in the corporation so they could take control. (I do not know why this was not ILLEGAL!)

…Both economic and regulatory factors combined to spur the explosion in large takeovers and, in turn, large LBOs. The three regulatory factors were the Reagan administration’s relatively laissez-faire policies on antitrust and securities laws, which allowed mergers the government would have challenged in earlier years; the 1982 Supreme Court decision striking down state antitakeover laws (which were resurrected with great effectiveness in the late eighties); and deregulation of many industries, which prompted restructurings and mergers. The main economic factor was the development of the original-issue high-yield debt instrument.

The so-called “junk bond” innovation, pioneered by Michael Milken of Drexel Burnham, provided many hostile bidders and LBO firms with the enormous amounts of capital needed to finance multi-billion-dollar deals…. http://www.econlib.org/library/Enc1/TakeoversandLeveragedBuyouts.html

This led to a feeding frenzy that was started…

…In January 1982, [by] former US Secretary of the Treasury William Simon and a group of investors[who] acquired Gibson Greetings, a producer of greeting cards, for $80 million, of which only $1 million was rumored to have been contributed by the investors. By mid-1983, just sixteen months after the original deal, Gibson completed a $290 million IPO and Simon made approximately $66 million. The success of the Gibson Greetings investment attracted the attention of the wider media to the nascent boom in leveraged buyouts. Between 1979 and 1989, it was estimated that there were over 2,000 leveraged buyouts valued in excess of $250 billion…..WIKI

NOTE THIS WAS IN JANUARY 1982. What happen before then???

𝗢𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟬, 𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟭, 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗝𝗿. 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻. 😵

Did that shooting influence the Reagan administration’s failure to prosecute the buyouts under Anti-Trust? The possibility certainly sheds a different light on that shooting…

The 1980’s leveraged buyout feeding frenzy allowed the Transnational Financiers to GUT American industry. But even more important it got a transnational foot into the door of US Politics. I will address that below.

.Of mergers and acquisitions each costing $1 million or more, there were just 10 in 1970; in 1980, there were 94; in 1986, there were 346. A third of such deals in the 1980’s were hostile. The 1980’s also saw a wave of giant leveraged buyouts.

Mergers, acquisitions and L.B.O.’s, which had accounted for less than 5 percent of the profits of Wall Street brokerage houses in 1978, ballooned into an estimated 50 percent of profits by 1988...

THROUGH ALL THIS, THE HISTORIC RELATIONSHIP between product and paper has been turned upside down.

Investment bankers no longer think of themselves as working for the corporations with which they do business. These days, corporations seem to exist for the investment bankers…. In fact, investment banks are replacing the publicly held industrial corporations as the largest and most powerful economic institutions in America.

THERE ARE SIGNS THAT A VICIOUS spiral has begun, as each corporate player seeks to improve its standard of living at the expense of another’s. Corporate raiders transfer to themselves, and other shareholders, part of the income of employees by forcing the latter to agree to lower wages.

January 29, 1989 New York Times

The 1980’s leveraged buyout feeding frenzy was followed by the establishment of the World Trade Organization (WTO), on 1 January 1995.  The take-over of US corporations by the transnationals, helped set up the transfer of US manufacturing to third world sweat shops. These transnationals and financiers, (see The Network of Global Corporate Control above) would have zero loyalty to the USA since the actual control of corporations was transferred FROM stockholders/corporate boards TO the financiers/cabal. Thus we see that corporations can now be used as a WEAPON.

Even the IMF agrees:

Convergence, Interdependence, and Divergence Sept 2012

…New convergence and strengthened interdependence coincide with a third trend, relating to income distribution. In many countries the distribution of income has become more unequal, and the top earners’ share of income in particular has risen dramatically. In the United States the share of the top 1 percent has close to tripled over the past three decades, now accounting for about 20 percent of total U.S. income (Alvaredo and others, 2012). At the same time, while the new convergence mentioned above has reduced the distance between advanced and developing economies when they are taken as two aggregates…

Remember those terms Convergence, Interdependence and Divergence.

Convergence of the poor with the middle class ultimately leading to a new serf class.

Interdependence of nations ultimately leading to ‘Global Governance’ aka a world government.

Divergence of the elite from the middle class leading to a new Ruling Class.

Those are the goals, and that reality dovetails with the prophetic book, The Rockefeller File (1976) by Gary Allen

So why else was gaining control of corporations so very important?

Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission Jan 2010

Holding: Political spending is a form of protected speech under the First Amendment, and 👉the government may not keep corporations or unions from spending money to support or denounce individual candidates in elections.👈 While corporations or unions may not give money directly to campaigns, they may seek to persuade the voting public through other means, including ads, especially where these ads were not broadcast.

Judgment

Reversed, 5-4, in an opinion by Justice Anthony Kennedy on January 21, 2010. in a 5-4 decision with an opinion written by Justice Kennedy. Justice Stevens dissented, joined by Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, and Sotomayor.

MORE

Building on Buckley v. Valeo, which held that spending money can be critical to exercising the freedom of speech, the majority also ruled that corporations have First Amendment rights and can spend money to exercise them. The Court overruled precedents that restricted political spending by unions and corporations during elections, finding that they were constitutionally permitted to support or oppose candidates, as long as they did not contribute to their campaigns or parties directly. As a result, the section of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act that banned independent expenditures by corporations and unions was unconstitutional. It appeared that the majority used a heightened standard of review, similar to strict scrutiny. Kennedy noted that the government does not have the authority to level the playing field among speakers such that each speaker has equal access to the public. He used a vision of the First Amendment as protecting the marketplace of ideas from intrusion by the legislature, even if that intrusion was based on concerns of fairness. He was not persuaded that corporations would corrupt the marketplace of ideas by flooding it with speech that they supported because of their funding advantages. Kennedy felt that corruption was limited to quid pro quo exchanges and that all citizens should be able to make their own judgments on whether certain information is valuable, without having some information removed from the marketplace of ideas in advance. However, the majority held that provisions of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act that required disclosure of who funded the speech were valid here, although they might not be valid in all instances.

The “I GOTCHA” is PACS

What is a PAC?

A PAC is an entity formed by individuals, organizations, corporations, or unions to raise funds to help influence elections. They impact elections because they can donate to candidates and campaigns (within defined limits) and conduct independent expenditures (without limits) to help support the election or defeat of candidates.

PACs endorse and financially support specific candidates and causes. Individuals and corporations donate to the PAC, then the committee donates the pooled funds to political campaigns or uses them to create political ads, perform field work, or do other election-related activities.

PACs can also conduct independent expenditures (sometimes called IEs). The FEC defines an independent expenditure as “an expenditure for a communication, such as an advertisement through a website, digital device, application, advertising platform, newspaper, TV or direct mail” that expressly advocates for the election or defeat of a candidate and “is not made in consultation or cooperation with, or at the request or suggestion of” a candidate, their authorized agents, or a political party or its agents…

The purpose of PAC fundraising must be to impact elections. PACs raise funds to influence elections in a few ways. They can do so by:

  • Donating directly to political campaigns for any local, state, or federal office (*traditional PACs only, Super PACs cannot)
  • Paying for political advertisements on TV, social media, or other communication channels (*as long as these advertisements are not made in cooperation with the candidate or at their request — check with your relevant election authority to ensure compliance with relevant laws)
  • Financing get out the vote (GOTV) initiatives to help turn out voters for important candidates or causes

Essentially, PACs raise funds to attain more political power and use it to influence elections in ways that align with the group’s ideals and goals.

Super PACs • OpenSecrets

Super PACs are a relatively new type of committee that arose following the July 2010 federal court decision in a case known as SpeechNow.org v. Federal Election Commission.

Technically known as independent expenditure-only committees, super PACs may raise unlimited sums of money from corporations, unions, associations and individuals, then spend unlimited sums to overtly advocate for or against political candidates. Unlike traditional PACs, super PACs are prohibited from donating money directly to political candidates, and their spending must not be coordinated with that of the candidates they benefit. Super PACs are required to report their donors to the Federal Election Commission on a monthly or semiannual basis — the super PAC’s choice — in off-years, and monthly in the year of an election.

As of March 19, 2025, 2,502 groups organized as super PACs have reported total receipts of $5,096,825,517 and total independent expenditures of $2,688,997,939 in the 2023-2024 cycle...

Summary

On March 26, 2010, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals held that the provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act that limit the contributions that individuals may make to SpeechNow.org, and the contributions that SpeechNow.org may accept from them, violate the First Amendment. Background

SpeechNow is a nonprofit, unincorporated association organized as a section 527 entity under the Internal Revenue Code. The organization was formed by individuals who seek to pool their resources to make independent expenditures expressly advocating the election or defeat of federal candidates. SpeechNow plans to accept contributions only from individuals, not corporations or other sources prohibited under the Act. The individual plaintiffs wish to contribute to SpeechNow, both in federally permissible amounts and in amounts exceeding the federal limits… The plaintiffs contend that the Act unconstitutionally restricts their association guaranteed under the First Amendment. By requiring registration as a political committee and limiting the monetary amount that an individual may contribute to a political committee, SpeechNow and the other plaintiffs assert that the Act unconstitutionally restricts the individuals’ freedom of speech by limiting the amount that an individual can contribute to SpeechNow and thus the amount the organization may spend. SpeechNow also argues that the reporting required of political committees is unconstitutionally burdensome.

The plaintiffs asked the court to find the contribution limits, reporting requirements and political committee registration requirements unconstitutional as applied to their proposed activities. The plaintiffs also requested that the court preliminarily and permanently enjoin the FEC from enforcing these provisions against SpeechNow and the individual plaintiffs….

But it did not stop at individuals. It expanded.

fec.gov Political Action Committees (PACs) | FEC

Super PACs (independent expenditure only political committees) and Hybrid PACs (political committees with non-contribution accounts)

Super PACs (independent expenditure only political committees) are committees that may receive unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, labor unions and other PACs for the purpose of financing independent expenditures and other independent political activity.

Hybrid PACs (political committees with non-contribution accounts) solicit and accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, labor organizations and other political committees to a segregated bank account for the purpose of financing independent expenditures, other ads that refer to a federal candidate, and generic voter drives in federal elections, while maintaining a separate bank account, subject to all the statutory amount limitations and source prohibitions, that is permitted to make contributions to federal candidates…

So the result of all these different moves is that a transnational corporation (or union) can now contribute unlimited funds to influence US elections as long as they have an ‘office or affiliate’ in the USA and thus claim to not be a ‘foreign entity.’ And even with all this maneuvering POTUS Trump STILL WON!

So the cabal had to escalate to a Color Revolution.

HEY!!! We only speak ill of the dead around here.

cthulhu

We actually tend to speak well of our revered dead.

Wolf Moon

This is true!

pgroup2

I learn something new every day.

WSB

Revered!!! Who knew?

Wolf Moon

Honestly, I never realized how boringly sane I was, until I visited a bunch of people who were not. It was incredibly enlightening.

Along those same lines, I think all people need to visit the crazyhouse, in part to get a grip on the reality of insanity, as opposed to the way it is portrayed in Fake Entertainment. Surprisingly, One Flew Over was very close to the reality, IMO. In another sense, crazy and old people need contact with normal and young people.

Thus, I have come to believe in both institutionalization, and the need of people to visit the institutionalized, for all of our benefit.

cthulhu

I might be a bit lost — are you talking about this website?

Wolf Moon

LOL.

No, I’m being serious.

I’m pretty sure you’re lost. Unless you’re talking about this website as being a bastion of sane people, which is what I’m saying.

I’m talking about real crazy people. You’re a normie. Even with all the idiosyncratic stuff your worry about and/or proudly front as being potentially neurotic, it’s NOTHING.

You’re normal. You’re all normal.

“They” have made us all worry about our sanity. All those worries are bullshit designed to keep us on eggshells.

This is why we all need to visit real crazy people. To know what insanity really looks like. You don’t really get it, until you spend time with these people in person.

The “craziest” people here, or elsewhere on the internet, are all orders of magnitude more normal than real crazy people.

I think part of it is selling pharmaceuticals to control us further.

They’ve really done a number on us.

That depends on the time of year! Son returned from “our” forest last weekend & there was a foot of snow there already!

Wolf Moon

Exactly. Removal of the mass media frees you from the distortion and phony narratives.

I think part of it is selling pharmaceuticals to control us further.

I was just going to say the same thing.

Gaslighting everyone with thoughts that we’re not normal, when actually we’re all just having normal reasonable conversations within our minds.

How are we to grow intellectually if we don’t question ourselves?

Aubergine

Here in our small town, we have a handful of actual crazy people who just wander around, showing the rest of us what it looks like to be nuts and out in the world.

We have nicknames for them all. They are cared for by local business. If they wander in to the diner, they get a cup of coffee and some soup.

Yep, I live in Mayberry. It’s just one of the things I love about the place.

Although, sometimes it can be scary/interesting. One time I ran into one of our local schizophrenics in the grocery store late at night. He was having an “episode” so the cops had to come get him. Normally he was pretty mellow, but when he was fired up, it was scary!

pgroup2

Whatever you do, don’t tell anybody in your little Mayberry about DHHS benefit programs. .

Nothing DHHS offers could match the soup at our diner!

Wolf Moon

Love it!

Aubergine

“They’ve really done a number on us.”

You know what REALLY infuriates me about this?

They medicate us for NORMAL feelings.

A loved one dies, and you are sad and depressed. Perfectly normal. But the doctor wants to prescribe antidepressants.

The light fades in September, and your body’s natural response is hibernation. But there’s a pill for that!

Nobody is allowed to experience normal emotions if they are negative.

Ridiculous.

pgroup2

Hibernation – is that what I’m doing?

And I thought it was just too many naps.

  :wpds_lol:

Aubergine

Well, think about it. Before electricity, when it got dark at 5pm, and wasn’t light until 7am, what would you do?

And when there was no special clothing to wear to stay warm outside, what would you do?

During the long dark winters, our ancestors denned up and basically hibernated, just like animals still do in nature. It’s still in us, we just try to override it.

pgroup2

Hibernated, eh?

It was fairly active hibernation, judging by the size of the families. And couples certainly stayed warm during ‘hibernation’.

 🐇

Aubergine

Nothing else to do, lol.

WSB

I wore Wonderbread plastic bags inside my boots.

At least until about 11 years old.

PAVACA

Aubergine
Correct.
For example, a person loses a loved one.
OF COURSE the survivor will feel a whole range of overwhelming emotions, from anger to depression to sorrow to regret, etc.
OF COURSE the survivor will feel a whole range of physical symptoms, from nausea to insomnia to appetite loss to shaking, etc.
THESE ARE ALL NORMAL reactions to the loss of a loved one.

However, to the Establishment Medical world, these SAME NORMAL reactions are things that “COULD” lead to something worse — like alcohol or drug abuse, profound depression, heart issues, etc.

So, the physician, obeying the diktats of Establishment Medicine, writes a prescription for, say, Xanax (a benzodiazepine) to “control” the depression, and a prescription-strength version of, say, omeprazole (Prilosec) to “control” the nausea and loss of appetite.

The physician may ALSO advise the person to “seek grief counseling” and/or “take care of themself.”

Meanwhile, Xanax causes dizziness, loss of balance, and can cause suicide ideation.

Meanwhile, omeprazole causes stomach gas, cold-like symptoms, fever, and can cause kidney damage.

Aubergine

Also, in my opinion, grief denied is grief prolonged.

I wasn’t allowed to properly grieve when my grandmother, who for all intents and purposes raised me, died. My grief was quashed by family forces.

For ten years, I couldn’t speak her name without breaking into tears. Which I hid, for a long time.

When she died, I needed to be allowed to wail, keen, and throw things if necessary, to purge the sadness. Giving people medicine that breaks their “process” of grieving doesn’t lessen the grief, it just shunts it aside. But it is still there, and it will come out eventually.

PAVACA

Aubergine
I’m sorry that your normal grieving process was stunted / denied.
Shunting aside grieving — pushing it away — minimizing it — “it’s been a year, it’s time to move on” thinking — etc. — does nothing but drill the grieving process (and the emotional / physical aspects of grieving) down into the core of the survivor’s body and mind.
And the grief will eventually come out — and that may result in things like cancer; or, alcoholism; or, a permanently damaged immune system; or, profound depression; etc.

Valerie Curren

My beloved grandma died when I was 13. Sometime later I was at a church play when the grandma in the production died. Out of the blue it hit me & I started sobbing, not a typical reaction for me. Grief will find a way out one way or another. My hubby reminds me that I’m still in the grief process about my mom’s death too so he’s pretty forgiving when some of those “strange” reactions hit me…

WSB

So, moral of the story? Do not be near a ‘Physician’.

Just maybe.

Wolf Moon

BQQM!!!

Barb Meier

Having had the privilege of spending time with some people who were committed to to a state mental institution, I must say it was a much nicer time than hanging out with some of the X “influencers” I can imagine.

Wolf Moon

Yeah, I wasn’t even thinking it would be possible for me to say that part out loud, but you just did, so thank you! 😂

Barb Meier

You are welcome, Wolf! I am learning so much about myself having retired and moving home.

Knowing the friend, I imagine that he only invited us because he knew my ex-BF very well from grade school into adulthood. He probably knew I was mostly a kind lady. I observed how our married friends interacted with the wife always trying to change the husband. They eventually got divorced, but have done things much better as friends including raising their two girls.

I learned that I cannot change other people and need to decide if I can just accept them as they are. My nickname then was “easy B.” LOL The only problem with that is that in a relationship, one party’s demands can get increasingly unreasonable until you have to walk away to be safe.

In those years, I thought all of the people I met were friends of my ex and I was just there and of much less value than my genius ex. He truly was super smart. I was (kindly put) a lady of convenience. I did good at projects, maid tasks, mowing the yard, cooking, handling paying bills, and so on.

I relized that about myself yesterday and needed to think about it quite late. Sheepish grin.

Valerie Curren

Sounds like your ex Seriously undervalued you…his loss!

Barb Meier

Thank you, Valerie! When things fell apart due to demands I could not abide, I think in his own way he recognized I did have some value. He started suggesting I could have a baby whereas before that was totally not something he would do. I just thought babies are not barhaining chips and knew it was right to get out on my own and just be barb.

Sounds like you’ve had a widely ranging adventurous life without him. Maybe there’s an Autumn Love out there for you to keep you warm on those oh so chilly nights 💘

Barb Meier

I have been on my own for a very long time (35 yrs) and focused on my work. I am not even certain when I suspect someone is flirting with me. Nooo… surely you jest.,, I must misunderstand.

I am delighted to have a smart, kind new friend who is mechanically inclined and likes to stay busy keeping those around him safe. Our ages are not in sync and I have asked God to show me how I can express caring now that I am an oldie. My vet asked how I was settling in, I praised this guy (okay, maybe gushed a little), and she suggested to make him cupcakes. I made mufins instead since I could not find a local grocery store that made the kind I like so much (orange cranberry). The Krusteaz ones are super easy to make and everyone is liking them including my older brother.

Barb Meier

 😊

Barb Meier

I think it really helps that I can talk to local people (especially my older brother) and they can give me good ideas that fit well with people who have always lived here while I was off adventuring and learning other stuff. We enjoy laughing a lot and having oldie discussions. I was getting less informed about my own people and ways back home while I was busy writing books about enterprise storage (SANs) and so many other tech toys. Now, I come home and learn so many things I missed. I often saw the big round hay bales but only this summer did I learn exactly how those are made. Some things I can’t change so I just take it day by day, appreciate knowing that there is something wonderful about Missouri farm boys that I missed in my wanderings, and see that sharing a common upbringing is very important in building a happy life. City boys were different. Smart in other ways, but I never felt I could count on them like home boys. Back home, these boys are doers and there’s a zillion different machines (pickups, front loaders, 4 wheelers, and more). The guys in my neighborhood can probably take them all apart and put them back together. Then they can repaint the finish so it sparkles in the light. What is not to admire? 😂 😎

Valerie Curren

Sounds just about perfect! Kudos 💜

Barb Meier

Thank you, Valerie! I have always been lucky, but liking to dig in, learn new stuff, move here and there, and work hard has been rather helpful too.

Valerie Curren

You can never Exactly go home, but with the kind of unique person you are you’ve discovered/created home wherever the Good Lord has planted you. What an extraordinary life

Barb Meier

Thank you, Valerie. You are so kind. I agree that home is very different than when I was born and raised here. So I can’t go “home” to a simpler time but I can enjoy things that have stayed the same like the terrain and also learn a lot about the newer things.

Valerie Curren

Yes, I agree 👍 👍

If you find yourself rewatching Harold and Maude…..

Barb Meier

I don’t recommend it as a training film. 😂 I did have a chat with God about not paying attention to my advancing age and being clueless in social situations. You know, it is always good to ask God and then listen. The muffins were a good idea (thank you Dr. Anna) and I fixed some to send with him right out of the oven one day when he was fixing something in his workshop. I made sure he had enough to share with others. Later he said his mom and younger sister liked them too and wondered how I made them. I had gotten 4 boxes of the muffin mix, but my Rogue had a bad battery and died. So I could not take some to my cousin’s at Thanksgiving. I sent him home with a box he could give to his mom. I had more than enough for just me. They are so easy to make. You don’t even need a mixer or hours. A few minutes to combine and put a couple of overfull tablespoons into the muffin cups and about 30 minutes in the oven. They are very good warm.

Valerie Curren

When I used to work in the locked psych ward some of those patients were actually a joy to be around. The near catatonic population that we had at one time, not so much.

I was walking & talking with one young man who had various delusions. I was recounting some incident in my life where I’d made the wrong choice when this guys stops, crosses himself, & pronounces “You are absolved” in his most serious papal voice. The memory still makes me smile 😇

Barb Meier

Oh, that is perfectly kind of him.

Valerie Curren

He was entirely sincere 🙂

WSB

I completely picture that.

My father said this to my mother right before he passed away in 22.

He did not think she was visiting him in the hospital, but we were there every day. He happened to be asleep during the afternoons. Circadian rhythm.

So sorry he absolved her for him being asleep, but we knew what he meant.

Valerie Curren

How (bitter) sweet. Sorry for your loss. My mom’s death is still pretty fresh, mid May this year. It overlapped my special son’s hospitalization & near death experience with severe pancreatitis. I can’t look too closely at those events, which were overwhelming at the time. God gets us through, but not necessarily unscathed 😕

WSB

So true, Valerie. My Taller Half and I are going through something similar.

He developed Disc-itis of L1/L2 discs and now his team found infection of his Aortic Valve replacement, currently in the CiCU in NYC. (I wonder if the valve did not have the infection first).

His team just did a scope test this afternoon. I am still waiting to hear the official results and hopefully a plan to help him.

I sit by the phone and almost every day, I travel two hours each way to visit for 1.5 hours.

Today, we had sleet and snow, so I was unable to go in. Quite exhausting.

Valerie Curren

Oh WSB, so sorry to hear that you both are going through this. May the Lord be with you & your husband with comfort, healing, peace, strength, joy (in the midst of sorrows), & wisdom for decision making & for medical staff.

My dad had his Aortic Valve replaced shortly after my mom died (really they squished back the existing valve & installed a bovine one over top). He’s still undergoing the cardiac rehab prescribed.

My son Josiah has a malformed Aortic Valve, bi-cuspid instead of the normal tri-cuspid. We saw his Pediatric Cardiologist (regardless of the patient’s age for they handle birth defect cardiac issues) & learned that when/if he gets his valve replaced it will involve Open Heart Surgery (again, he had 2 before kindergarten) instead of the threading up through the groin like my dad experienced.

I hope your hubby will be quickly on the mend & can return home with you ASAP! Hang in there AND hang on to Jesus! 🙏

I’m sorry they won’t let you stay with him, if that’s an option for you. I stayed with my son for the week & a half he was in-patient, less a couple days at home to help plan Mom’s funeral. However, when my dad had his valve replacement they wouldn’t let me stay because he had a male roommate. I dozed in the nearby waiting room until kicked out in the middle of the night by security. I was even allowed to stay bedside when my son was in the ICU at the University of Michigan. Because of his special needs it’s pretty crucial for someone to be with him to help…

WSB

Oh, Valerie, you have been through so much. I am s sorry to hear of your various travails. I actually stayed in security one night. Too afraid to take a cab home at 2:30 in the morning.

I can tell you that when we first entered Mt. Sinai, I camped out for six nights with my Taller Half. All against hospital protocol. He came in being overdosed with Oxy-Codone.

Hospital did really not want him to wake up not recognizing anyone, so they just allowed me to camp in a chair there. And then I just stayed for successive nights.

TY for you encouragement and prayers.

This is such an unknown error. I went through TH’s discharge papers regarding any idea of this type of complication. Nothing. We could have addressed this at least a month earlier.

Alas. I pray that his cardiology team can devise a remedy. There is no abscess so that is good news.

TY again for your encouragement.

Valerie Curren

Well Dear One, my trials are (mostly) in the rear view mirror for now, we hope. You are facing forward & into the wind. It’s so frustrating when medicos don’t do stuff right initially. Keep being a strong advocate for your hubby & trust God to guide you both through the wilderness. He’ll never leave nor forsake you–that’s a promise we can Always count on!

PTL for no abscess. Dear Lord more good news soon 🙏

WSB

Thank you so much, Valerie. I try to keep so positive.

I did have a teary-eyed presence with the cardiology team on Monday, and that may have gotten TH moved to the CICU rather than being in a horrible USSR looking room at Mt Sinai that I was completely shocked about.

I said aloud, ” How will TH get any better in this room?”

Some day I will post the photos I took of the room w/o TH in the photos.

Totally shocked.

I told the team I did not believe I was in the United States of America in that room.

1/3 cubicle in one room of two patients. Old tape on walls, and I could not sit down in a chair because the hospital tray table was literally in front of it.

TH was hooked up to a heart monitor on a stack chair that had a wood back, looking like it had been chewed by a cat.

I was beside myself. The chief cardiologist immediately took charge.

Got TH out of there and has done tests on TH today.

I will try to visit tomorrow. Normally, the ICU’s are much better. I hope.

Valerie Curren

Yikes!

Dad’s Aortic Valve replacement was in Henry Ford Hospital Detroit & his 2 person room I think may have been formerly a single occupancy. I don’t think they could shut the room door because it hit the foot of his bed. They also couldn’t swing the bathroom door fully open for the same reason. If I’d been allowed to stay with him it would have been sitting on a chair with barely room to stretch my legs forward under his bed. It was appalling.

On the other hand both times Josiah was in the Adult ICU at U of M, first for his Liver Transplant, that room shocked me as it was a 3 sided box with the no-wall facing the nurse’s station. This Spring there was at least a glass wall & door toward the nurse’s station on a different floor.

Both rooms had a free-standing toilet in the back corner of the room, so when he needed the bathroom there was a curtain to pull around for “privacy”.

When he had his transplant after he was “stepped down” from ICU care, but still in the room (so not as frequent of nursing intervention) I had to make up my own chair-bed, which the nurse had done when he’d been on the ICU service before. The clean linens had been laid on top of the toilet cover adjacent to where there was dihariah (sp) splatter on the wall. I was horrified. I don’t know if I even slept but if I wasn’t crying I wanted to be!

This May “my” ICU chair bed was initially Right Next To that Toilet & I was like THERE’S NO WAY I’M SLEEPING, OR EVEN SITTING, RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOILET!!! The nurse was kind enough to shift his bed & my chair-bed around so that I was jammed up against the nurse station wall, almost as far from the toilet that one could get in That Room…sigh…

I ABSOLUTELY feel for you Both! :wpds_sad:

Did your Hubby get the aortic valve through the femoral artery or open heart, or some other way? I think Dad only had pain pills for a few days. I stayed the night in the hospital with him & several days with him at home but he didn’t seem in a lot of discomfort. You mentioned your hubby having an Oxy issue…

Please don’t feel you need to share Any details but if you care to I’ll try to empathize.

Thank you! God Bless! We will pray for both you and yours in this matter!!!! 🙏 🙏

Robert Baker

That is an interesting turn of phrase, ‘the reality of insanity’.

Wolf Moon

It was somewhat unexpected. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that so much of our worldview is positioned through mass media distortion – not only in setting reality / unreality, but by its creation and reinforcement of dysfunctional motivations based on the distorted reality.

Every laugh track is basically a kind of propaganda.

TRANS as presented by TRANSFLIX is the most egregious and recent example – one that was too far over the top, resulting in a crash of the “training”. But it goes very deep, and into everything, the milder stuff being much more successful.

This is, IMO, why 10% who refuse to go along can stop almost anything – provided they can help others to see what they are seeing. Thus, free social media becomes a huge threat to the self-appointed architects of human civilization.

Barb Meier

One thing that is often missing is respect for others who have a variety of skills, some useful some harmful (like propagandizing). Those who take the easy B route can lack assertiveness and not set limits better which could avoid a whole lot of needless egotistic control freakism.

Stepping down from psychology 101 soap box. hehe

pgroup2

Honestly, I never realized how boringly sane I was, until I visited a bunch of people who were not. It was incredibly enlightening.

ROTFLMAO.

  :wpds_lol:

Barb Meier

One Christmas, my ex-BF and I visited his friend who worked at a state mental institution. We were with the gentle ones, not the violent ones who were in a restricted ward.

His job was activities Director so he put on the Christmas party for them. Some people were very quiet and others were glad to share the party with them. One lady patted my arm. So sweet.

This friend also took a group of patients to the special olympics from San Antonio to Houston. Can you imagine taking a group of mental patients on a bus to Denneys and making sure all went well? The patients who went on that trip competed in the special olympics.

Sir ES

What a wonderful way to give those patients a great memory, with outside contact (quite rare!).

Without variety of experience and stimulation, the mind tends to turn inward.

Who benefitted more? I would call it “even”!

Of old, such persons were often described as being ‘touched by the sun,’ and were treated with (cautious) reverence: they hadn’t any social ‘fllter’ as most learn very early, and it stays throughout life.

Barb Meier

I believe my mom especially prepared me by making sure my older brother and I were not cliqueish and learned to be friends with all sorts of people regardless of their “social position” in our small town. I was so much better prepared to be friends with these special people without feeling nervous or judgmental.

Wolf Moon

Yes! They’re generally very wonderful and sympathetic people.

The violent and otherwise dangerous ones are not, obviously. And even the nice ones need behavioral restraints to keep them from wandering into mischief. But most of them are “good people” in ways that (IMO) most would not expect.

Barb Meier

Oh you are so right! There were some who were in another world and did not communicate with those around them. The ones who did were sweet and innocent seeming. It was a privilege to share a little bit of Christmas with them and I admired the friend who devoted his career to making their lives better.

Robert Baker

I will make a distinction between mentally deficient and mentally unstable. Some minds have been broken by the circumstances of life while others never developed minds sufficient for living in the social realities they face. I had a business partner whose sister was mentally deficient. He reminded me that people can be quite cruel to such people. I think it is one of those circumstances that turned him into a guard dog and made him a better person. The furnace of experience can develop character or break a mind.

Wolf Moon

Yes – there was a case of this in the news recently – quite horrifying – the young lady was murdered. And that’s not an uncommon story. True crime cases of “nice but deficient” people falling victim to others are quite common.

Barb Meier

My mom was always protective of those with physical or mental issues. She taught her younger sister how to read and write again after the sister had a stroke. Mom made her a book with clippings from magazines and the nouns captioned below the pictures. That sister passed away when only about 16 years old. My mom’s mom gave her a beautiful name: Vivian.

My son Brandon had a non-speaking part in a local production of OFOTCN & he was one of the psych patients. He developed this bizarre shuffling walk, reminded me of an elephant I’d seen chained once that would wander to the end of its tether & back again sorrowfully. B also did this weird chewing/teeth gnashing thing like one of the zombified scientists in World War Z. All were quite unsettling, though done very well in this (un)biased mom’s eyes.

A longer one, about an hour:

Why 2026 Is America’s Second Civil War | Susan Kokinda

“Susan Kokinda breaks down the City of London’s centuries-long grip on global finance and how it connects to modern drug trafficking, narco-terrorism, and the destabilization of Venezuela.

She explains why the war on drugs has never truly been fought—because it would target the financier class that profits from it. The conversation covers Trump’s economic nationalism, Scott Bessent’s role at Treasury, the push to reshore American manufacturing, and why the 2026 midterms may be the most important election of our lifetime.

Susan also discusses the geopolitical realignment happening between the US, Russia, China, and India.”

Sir ES

I recently read a piece about how most wars in the past 2-3 centuries were about drugs.

The opium trade first, then the opium-derived morphine trade, and now the explosion of other pharmaceutical concoctions other than heroin.

It was a fascinating read, with cogent arguments that the wild profits were the crux of most conflicts, including WWII, wherein Japan’s invasion of China stanched the reliable flow of morphine.

The greatest money-maker of all time! And the root of wealth behind most families of note – royals, politicians, and industrialists / financiers.

Keeping the populace – the “great unwashed” – in a docile stupor, allowing for tremendous theft over decades, even centuries.

Modern pharmaceuticals, along with compliance from the ‘medical’ complex, have super-charged the degradation of millions – if not BILLIONS – of minds.

I see the demoralization all over, people have become sheeple, and far too many just DGAF.

DRUGS may be one of THE greatest harms ever to have been visited on our species.

Sir ES

I said “one of” purposefully, and yes – Central Banks!

A third scourge is child abuse / human trafficking (physical/sexual abuse, slavery).

As a whole, we haven’t ‘progressed’ very far at all …

Aubergine

Still money.

Aubergine

Wars are about money. Always, in one way or another. Even just conquering territory is just another way to gain filthy lucre.

mollypitcher5

I agree about drugs being a terrible harm for us.
It’s crazy how many wonderful advances for us end up being used against us. Wonder drugs to heal and reduce pain morph over to reducing swaths of people abusing and/or being numb sheep who aren’t able to use our God given abilities to process life, grief, being overweight, etc.
We learned to fly! yay..now let’s use that to fly above and kill thousands. Split the atom..we’re so smart..now let’s create the ultimate bomb.
And so it goes

As Pat sometimes says..I’m in a mood today!

Sir ES

“And so it goes,” from Kurt Vonnegut’s ‘Slaughterhouse Five’ – a dreary book, with tragedy throughout, and yet, a worthwhile read.

Knowledge is vastly overrated in MY book, because it may be used for good … or for evil.

Wisdom supersedes knowledge, and one must have wisdom to step away from the lure of power, which knowledge provides.

Very few of the important characters in Tolkein’s LotR trilogy were able to command themselves, and forsake possession of the evil One Ring. Those that succumbed to its enticement / delusion-of-grandeur ended up *fallen.*

The Ring is an apt metaphor for what we’re living through now – biolabs, unimaginable experiments, blasphemy exalted, and denial of God. The love of money, too, is a factor.

I do love that she hasn’t openly kowtowed to the commies.

One thing I did forget to mention yesterday – Sweeney broke up with her fiancee during the filming of this movie that Poso was so concerned about. That may or may not figure into things. Why do I say that? Because, from experience, “they” will mess with people in a variety of ways, including intervening in their relationships. Not saying that it did happen, but if “they” didn’t like her fiancee, perhaps as a contrary influence vs. their plans, they would have no problem helping screw things up.

All one has to do is to look at how Hellywood creates and then destroys “pop tarts”, to realize that there is no talent that they won’t try to manipulate to their social messages.

EPIC! Trump’s soon-to-be head of NASA Jared @RookIsaacman, Sen. @TimSheehyMT, and Retired Army Ranger @JarikoDenman just set the WORLD RECORD for the largest flag flown in freefall, bringing the record back to AMERICA

This American flag is a whopping 3,200SF, and to make the record even MORE patriotic, the team jumped out of a Vietnam-era Huey from 10,000 feet.

Right in time for the start of America’s 250th birthday!

The previous record was set just WEEKS ago in Libya, prompting Jariko, who’s served in 15 combat deployments, called Jared up knowing they had to bring the record home.

And so they assembled a rockstar team, and made it happen just weeks later, on December 7th—Pearl Harbor Day

So freaking badass

This student was flying an American flag from the back of his truck and the school did not like it.

They called it ‘divisive imagery’ and suspended him.

He refused to leave and arrested him for trespassing.

The judge drops the TRUTH about our bill of rights!

“You can’t trespass a student for exercising protected speech in a parking lot.”

“I have to dismiss this and if you tow his truck, I will charge you with theft.”

I’m glad justice was done, but to call a display of our flag “divisive” is anti-American. That’s a huge problem.

Wolf Moon

I agree. They’re globalists. They’re more loyal to European bureaucrats, than they are to this country.

They ought to sue the school for violating his Constitutionally guaranteed rights.

School would win because he wouldn’t have any damages.

Aubergine

What about mental distress? That’s damage. That kid had to face down authority to protect the flag. That’s hard for adults, much less a kid.

kalbokalbs

Definitely mental stress. Standing up to authority and his RIGHTS. Not an easy thing to do for a young teen.

Minor compared to that kid and his Rights – Flag Speech.

15yo burger flipper. Prolly eight employees. Reporting for my shift, owner says, “I gave your hours to Sue. You’re (me) not working tonight. Sue had just had a baby. I guess she needed hours.

Me. Definitely pissed off. Nervous as hell, stood my ground (or what I believed in).

  • Brazenly told owner, If I am not working my shift, I quit.
  • Owner, then quit.
  • Got on my bicycle, went looking for friends and whatever 15yo derelicts did them days.

One of life’s lessons. Albeit minor in the big picture.

Aubergine

Not minor. A precursor of who you are today. Example:

“Screw you, I’m not taking that damned quackzine.”

kalbokalbs

Now that you mention it.

If I was him, I would SHUN the “victim damages” (mental stress, etc.) even if real, and go after hypothetical scholastic damages (their job) – every hour missed, every moment spent doing things other than them teaching and him studying – everything wasted by their focusing on the wrong things.

Then frame that $100 judgement! 😂

Sen. Rand Paul says they possess overwhelming and damning evidence of Anthony Fauci’s crimes.
He’s currently cooperating, but a subpoena is ready if needed. “We know from our research that he has emails with Francis Collins talking about deleting messages.
That’s against the law. He also lied over the idea of funding gain-of-function research in China, that’s also a crime.”
“We have sent request for the last six months to him to get information.
He is cooperating.
We are looking at phone records and emails. We are trying to negotiate a time to come in a testify. He hasn’t agreed to that.
We’ll see in a couple weeks if he agrees to testify or needs to be subpoenaed.

IMO, here are some of the aspects in the Sen. Dr. Rand Paul vs Dr. Anthony Fauci issue:

One: Sen. Dr. Paul recognizes that he could have his License to Practice Medicine restricted or revoked by the Kentucky state Medical Licensing Board. He also recognizes that he could be “disciplined” by that board.

Two: Sen. Dr. Rand Paul recognizes that could lose his Medical Specialty board credentials.

Three: Sen. Dr. Rand Paul is making a stand for the sanctity of the Hippocratic Oath that every physician swears (“First, do no harm.”)

Four: ON THE OTHER HAND, Sen. Dr. Paul is perhaps setting himself up as the “Senate version of Rep. Thomas Massie.”

Five: ON THE OTHER HAND, there is THIS, a story about Sen. Dr. Paul taking BRIBES from the Maduro regime:

Agreed, most if not all US politicians are bribed or blackmailed or both.
I believe at least some of the bribe money comes in the form of campaign contributions. The AMA’s lobbying arm, etc. So, the politician is “persuaded” to endorse / push the agenda of the entity behind the lobbying arm. I call this “soft bribing.”
The blackmail aspect — not sure where that money is coming from.
If a US politician is taking bribe money of any kind from a foreign entity — that’s a different thing altogether.

Wolf Moon

This is an excellent point about Paul and others being subject to “discipline” by WOKE MEDICINE and those wicked little boards who are owned by Pfizer.

scott467

He’s a United States Senator.

The elected representative of the People of Kentucky.

He could bring more unwanted white hot spotlight to this issue than practically anyone, besides DJT.

If the crappy little state medical boards, or even any national medical board, even HINTS at threatening a sitting U.S. Senator for carrying out his lawful duties, he can unleash a can of WHOOPASS so big they’ll never recover.

_______________

For doing his JOB as a United States Senator?

He should be chomping at the bit to take this on, double-daring any medical board to try to take the license of a sitting U.S. Senator for doing his JOB of representing the People.

He’s a U.S. Senator. They’re a pissy little state medical board. He should go NUCLEAR (or even Nucular) on them.

After posting this, heading back to get in the weeds of Gail’s post.

  1. Late 2020 and early 2021, listened a great deal to Patrick Byrne stuff.
  2. At some point, I internally figured Patrick Byrne was a fraud. Posted several times I thought Byrne was full of shit, fraud….something along those lines.
  3. Today I glance at SD. Pulled following nuggets.

Byrne aside, a few years back, I figured Flynn, was “off” and I no longer trusted him. Emerald, no opinion either way.

SD article in the spoiler. Have nor read closely. Posted for easy access.

Patrick Byrne FIB Tool AND CIA Asset

Patrick Byrne Now Claims He was/is a CIA Asset, Worked for John Brennan
I have been asked repeatedly to discuss or share opinion on the Emerald Robinson group consisting of General Michael Flynn, Patrick Byrne and others. I have intentionally ignored those requests because everything around the group itself has always been sketchy, especially Patrick Byrne. {SEE HERE and SEE HERE}

Previously Patrick Byrne claimed he worked for the FBI in part of the operation to dirty up President Trump in the 2016 election cycle. Accepting Byrne’s claims, not in detail – but rather the big picture, the sketchy part was always why would anyone trust what he says against the background of his admissions of willful association with such an endeavor.

That said, everything around Mr. Byrne was just, well, sketchy; as an outcome anything around the associations of Mr Byrne carried that same sketch. As grandpa always said, “hang around a one-legged friend long enough, and you’re gonna start limping.” Today, Mr Byrne said he has been working for the CIA all along.

I have no idea if Patrick Byrne is actually working for the CIA; however, if true that admission should only create an even larger FULL STOP warning toward anyone and everything associated. Just walk away from it all, because if there is a factual CIA involvement in the ongoing issues of the team, an interested person is walking into a hall of mirrors.

It appears the current storyline that has drawn the admission (again, if true – which is sketchy) then Flynn Inc is providing conspiracy fuel for the Q-adherents.  That would explain some of the tribal responses toward the Byrne/Flynn activity.

Within the claims of Byrne there is a seemingly open admission that his group has been trying to send information into the office of Tulsi Gabbard, with both some success and some pushback. Perhaps this is the “firehose of noise” that led to a prior request for assistance.

Bottom Line: Everything in/around Patrick Byrne seems increasingly sketchy and unstable. Proceed with caution, absorb it through the entertainment prism, or like CTH, compartmentalize it, but mostly ignore it.

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2025/12/09/patrick-byrne-now-claims-he-was-is-a-cia-asset-worked-for-john-brennan/#more-278648

Aubergine

I don’t trust Byrne, never have. Flynn lost me long ago. I can tell you the episode that did it, but not exactly when it happened. He and his family put out a video stating “where we go one, we go all,” but then later he denied the whole thing had any meaning at all, other than his family. Bullshit. In the Q-climate of the time, that was a crock of manipulative shit.

And Emerald? Everything she ever says in nonsense.

Valerie Curren

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Wednesday, December 10, 2025

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”

Psalms 37:23 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 37

David persuades to patience and confidence in God, by the state of the godly and of the wicked.

21-33 The Lord our God requires that we do justly, and render to all their due. It is a great sin for those that are able, to deny the payment of just debts; it is a great misery not to be able to pay them. He that is truly merciful, will be ever merciful. We must leave our sins; learn to do well, and cleave to it. This is true religion. The blessing of God is the spring, sweetness, and security of all earthly enjoyments. And if we are sure of this, we are sure not to want any thing good for us in this world. By his grace and Holy Spirit, he directs the thoughts, affections, and designs of good men. By his providence he overrules events, so as to make their way plain. He does not always show them his way for a distance, but leads them step by step, as children are led. God will keep them from being ruined by their falls, either into sin or into trouble, though such as fall into sin will be sorely hurt. Few, if any, have known the consistent believer, or his children, reduced to abject, friendless want. God forsakes not his saints in affliction; and in heaven only the righteous shall dwell for ever; that will be their everlasting habitation. A good man may fall into the hands of a messenger of Satan, and be sorely buffeted, but God will not leave him in his enemy’s hands.

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

PURE IN HEART
Hearken Ye – Blest are the Pure in Heart; For they shall see our God when they depart; The secret of the Lord is surely theirs; In Christ’s abode – their souls become heirs!
Their lives give glory to the Prince of PeaceTheir love for Him is strong – it will not cease;Like Him – they dwell in lowliness – with men;Like Him – their pattern for holiness – Amen!
To the lowly soul – His grace He imparts; With His Spirit pure – He fills their hearts; For His cradle – and His heavenly throne; He chooses the Pure in Heart – they alone!
Lord – Let us pray – Thy presence we seek;Lord – For we pray – Thy blessing unique;Give us – we pray – a pure and lowly heart; The Grace from Your Spirit that You impart!
The temple within – we will surely refine; For the pure resting place of the Divine;Purify us, Oh Lord – that we may be worthy; To receive Your Grace – wholly and humbly!
Give us this day Your blessing, Oh Lord;Keep us securely – surely in Your Word;Let Your Spirit abide within us today; For You are the Truth, the Life, and the Way!
Blest are the Pure in Heart – the Bible says; For they are the ones who know God’s ways;Create in us all – a heart that is pure;So we will be servants of all – for sure!
Let not worldly concerns sweep us away;Temptation and sinfulness – let us defray; For it is in giving – that we will receive; And the Pure in Heart – will ever believe!
The Glory of God – will be theirs to enjoy; If they seek His face – in all they employ;Grant us – Oh, Lord – a heart that is pure; For the Pure in Heart – will surely endure!

More ebt fraud in Ohio.

patfrederick

who would have thought that giving away free money to people would end up with such fraud? /s

pgroup2

Obviously nobody who hands out money that isn’t theirs.

mollypitcher5

Hi everybody.

These stories chap me. I’m so sick of hearing about the intended methods of exploiting the American giveaway programs to the many various foreign cultures.

Native born citizens who aren’t getting the freebies and don’t live like ants together in a hill are struggling to make it.
So these giant communities of, in this case, Somalis are all legal “refugees”? I suppose it does me no good to rant about it..it’s entrenched now and is most likely going to stay that way.

Aubergine

They were legal, but Trump has revoked their refugee status, I think. Whether that will stand and they will all go back to Somalia? Who knows?

I’m as chapped as you are. Sick of paying a fortune for groceries while a bunch of Somalians live like kings on our tax dollars.

patfrederick

I am too. WE ARE NOT THE WORLD’S PIGGY BANK!

mollypitcher5

For a huge chunk of the world and the majority of millions that walked right into the USA…we seem to be the piggy bank, the food supplier, the free medical plan and Lord only knows what else!

patfrederick

yup. only none of those moochers realize or appreciate the blood, sweat and tears average Americans put into this country to make it so.

mollypitcher5

Totally agree.
Staying with my daughter for several weeks made me realize how hard younger American families have it. Groceries are unbelievably expensive. Utility rates off the charts…medical expenses even with insurance, don’t get me started, gas, property and all other required insurances rates skyrocketing, renters scramble to find somewhere to live that they can’t afford much less actually afford.

In our family, 3 of my nieces/ nephews have been laid off and jobs aren’t easy to find that pay the bills. The economy sucks imo.

Last edited 1 month ago by mollypitcher5
Aubergine

It does suck. And hearing how great it is from the people with the big 401k’s and the investments in the stock market just pisses people off. I’ve seen it. The lower middle class, which is where so many young families, and a lot of us oldsters fall, is not doing well at all.

It’s just reality, and reflexively defending the administration isn’t going to help us win the midterms.

You know what else costs those young families a fortune? Childcare.

mollypitcher5

I’ll admit my hopes for righting the ship were way off into delusional territory. Costs that are so high don’t go down. Maybe a few dollars here and there but overall not enough to make a big difference.

Most all our young gens scraping by competing with AI and basically a global workforce who are snatching jobs from them. The real world is a lot harsher than a lot of my fellow boomer pals have it. 401k’s and investments are out of reach for many or longevity in a position to create that is dwindling.

patfrederick

why are these events NOT disqualifying???
FTA
Part of the blame goes to voters who elect candidates whose personal histories should be disqualifying:

  • Angela Walker, a recently elected council member in Bangor, Maine, spent eight years in prison after being convicted of beating a man, then suffocating him with sand.
  • Newly elected District Attorney Jay Jones sent texts fantasizing about shooting a political adversary and wishing to see the man’s wife hold her dying children. This is who Virginia chose as their so-called “top cop.”

Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) was under federal indictment for money laundering and accepting bribes in exchange for advocating on behalf of Azerbaijan and a Mexican bank, but was allowed to remain in office.
He is only one of many who have taken money from nations hostile to America or gotten cozy with spies — think Linda Sun or Eric Swalwell. Despite the allegations, there are rarely consequences. In fact, despite having been involved with a Chinese spy, Eric Swalwell is still in Congress, and plans to run for governor of California.
Is it any wonder Americans distrust the government?
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2025/12/justice_isn_t_blind_she_s_just_looking_the_other_way.html

mollypitcher5

The government IS comprised of those people and they know Americans have little power to change things and don’t care about the distrust.

DOJ Launches Civil Rights Investigation Into Colorado Prison System —
Including the Facility Where Political Prisoner Tina Peters Is Being Held | The Gateway Pundit:
“Colorado is running a political prison system, and one of its most high-profile victims is former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, now gravely ill inside a DOC facility that has repeatedly retaliated against her, denied her proper medical care, and subjected her to inhumane living conditions.
On December 8, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon sent an official notice to Colorado Governor Jared Polis announcing the opening of a sweeping Civil Rights Division investigation into the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Department of Youth Services (DYS).
The investigation covers conditions across 21 state-run facilities and 12 youth centers, including the facility where Tina Peters is currently incarcerated.
This action comes after mounting reports of constitutional violations, excessive force, unsafe conditions, medical neglect, and religious discrimination inside Colorado prisons.
And one case embodies those abuses more clearly than any other: Tina Peters, the whistleblower who dared to expose vulnerabilities in Colorado’s election systems.
“Under my direction, Civil Rights has opened an investigation into the entire Colorado prison system following multiple reports of unconstitutional and legally insufficient carceral conditions. Prisoners have civil rights,” Dhillon announced on X.” …….
#FakeGovernor Jared Polis is trying to kill Tina Peters in prison to hide the CIA’s Dominion CheatWare Election Fraud in Colorado, and worldwide. This is President Trump’s warning to Polis not to murder Tina Peters, who is, by the way, Colorado’s Actual Secretary of State.

“CHD Asks FDA to Revoke COVID Vaccine Licenses, Calls on Public to Submit ‘Hundreds of Thousands’ of Comments”
Children’s Health Defense
9 December 2025
Yours Truly: While the CHD petition is a good start, what MUST happen is the FDA remove ALL of the COVID-19 “vaccines” from the market and from use in the United States. Period.
The other thorny side of this situation is the FDA granting “full approval” of the COVID-19 “vaccines” — ANY of them.
There are too many data discrepancies, missing / deleted / falsified data, lack of following proper clinical trials protocols, etc., related to the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” by Pfizer-BioNTech and by Moderna. There are not enough, IMO, safety and efficacy clinical trials for the Novavax COVID-19 “vaccine.”
However — here’s a real sticking point for the FDA — removing the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” made by Moderna from the market and from use could likely violate the CO-OWNERSHIP patent between Moderna and the FDA for these injectables; and, also, violate the SHARED ROYALTY PAYMENTS signed agreements between the FDA and Moderna for the purchase and administration of that company’s modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.”

Sir ES

Whatever happened to the CONFLICT OF INTEREST principle?

How is it that the governmental agency, FDA, may COLLUDE with private-sector businesses for mutual financial gain?

Is this not LdR’s wish – to have a Public (regulator) – Private (regulated) – “Partnership”?

Isn’t this the very definition of FASCISM?

How did things get so far? Even in the 1980s HIV/ AIDS epidemic, Fauci and his underlings earned *royalties* for their GOVT work. And the payouts were hidden, too!

Just like now …

Something is VERY wrong here – We The People OWN the Government!

Homeland Security Dept. buying Boeing 737s for ICE deportations

  • The Department of Homeland Security confirmed it will buy six Boeing 737s for deportations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
  • DHS has a contract with Daedalus Aviation for the nearly $140 million purchase, The Washington Post reported.
  • “This new initiative will save $279 million in taxpayer dollars by allowing ICE to operate more effectively, including by using more efficient flight patterns, DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said.

Smells like QE continues. Has thought the US was quitting that sham.
Divided Fed approves third rate cut this year, sees slower pace ahead

  • A Federal Reserve split over where its priorities should lie cut its key interest rate Wednesday in a 10-3 vote, but signaled a tougher road ahead for further reductions.
  • The FOMC’s “dot plot” indicated just one more reduction in 2026 and another in 2027, amid considerable disagreement from members about where rates should head.
  • In addition to the rate decision, the Fed also announced it will resume buying Treasury securities. The central bank will start by buying $40 billion in Treasury bills, beginning Friday.

https://www.cnbc.com/2025/12/10/fed-interest-rate-decision-december-2025-.html

pgroup2

What if the Treasury refused to sell those securities?

Would that be a $40 billion dollar budget cut?

Sir ES

The unfederal Fed was subsumed into the US Treasury in PDJT’s first term. They WILL buy the debt, perforce.

I understand the confusion, but as I’ve said, the re-transformation of our country from the USA Corporation BACK TO the uSA Republic is of paramount concern.

IMO, this is why things are so wonky, and the process of regaining our Republic must be handled “just right.”

One needn’t commit to one scenario, or to another. Yet, it’s best to allow the possibility either way, *without* committing either way.

The Roth’s OWN the USA Corp’s debt ($38T), and are – or will be – FULLY responsible for it.

THAT’s how they EARN their fee – aka the interest rates, their INCOME.

There are so many variables involved, and PDJT is doing what needs to be done.

TradeBait2

Only pay attention to Scott Bessent and Kevin Hassett on the Fed.

More cuts coming next year. Current Fed is doing things old school in a new school environment with bad data.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.

Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.

As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.

Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Amen.

Evening Prayer For Future Guidance

Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.

Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.

Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.

And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Amen.

Prayer Of Thanksgiving In The Evening

Praise Your holy name Heavenly Father, for granting yet another day in my life and for being with me every step of the way. Thank You for the many blessings that You have provided and the love and fellowship that I have with the friends and family that in Your grace You have placed in my life.

My heart is so thankful for all the many blessings that I enjoy day by day, and today I am once again reminded that Your mercies are new every morning and Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation.

Thank You, that I have been brought into Your family and have been made a child of God and a citizen of heaven. Words cannot express my love and devotion to You Lord

I pray that You would watch over me as I rest tonight, and that You would give me a restful nights sleep so that I may wake up in the morning refreshed in body and spirit and ready to do Your will. Guard all those that I love and may we all grow in grace and in a knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ in the days that lie ahead. This I ask in His precious name,

Amen.

Shocker – not.

https://thelibertydaily.com/bud-light-moment-hits-cracker-barrel-stock-crushed/

Of course the article just skims the real problems.

The logo change was just the lipstick on the pig. They were getting away from country life and nostalgia in the restaurants as well. That was CB’s identity along with the country food. Come sit a spell in the rocking chair and visit.

They cheapened and short cut the food quality and cooking methods. Even the comments on the peg games at the tables changed because they supposedly “insulted” the intelligence of some people. So a lot of locations just did away with them. Ridiculous.

Drinkers are not going to like this, but it is true. Many CB customers are families and many did not like alcohol being added. The trends headed down faster when that happened.

This company needs to go back to go forward. Apologize to the public in major network ads. Then go back to good country cooking served with a smile at reasonable prices that families can afford. Get out of the higher end menu items and booze. Make sure you have breakfast staples on the menu all day long.

This company needs to go back to go forward. Apologize to the public in major network ads. Then go back to good country cooking served with a smile at reasonable prices that families can afford. Get out of the higher end menu items and booze. Make sure you have breakfast staples on the menu all day long.

YUP. Stop “faking” a turn-around. ACTUALLY turn it around. Let the “New Coke” past be likewise forgotten. “An unfortunate wrong turn, fully corrected.”

Sir ES

From what I’ve read, the “New Coke” fiasco, in the end, increased their market-share.

Obviously, it didn’t work with Bud Light or Cracker Barrel, among other brands.

Coke aside, one shouldn’t mess with success, however mid-level executives wish to ‘make their mark.’

Wolf Moon

Many think that “New Coke” included the full “Plan B” of what in fact happened – to double down on the OG, to the delight of the customers.

In contrast, Bud Light and Cracker Barrel seem to have not had any plans for failure – possibly even having to rely (to some extent) on Trump creating an exit path with his tweets – at least in the latter case.

I remember my pastor going to breakfast with me to a little place simply named Southern Kitchen. The entrance had a wooden framed screen door that had a slight rip in the screen from the bottom and a noticeable squeak when it closed. The main door was the same as would be found anywhere.

I asked my pastor why they didn’t fix the screen door.

One of my favorite memories is the look on his face when he laughed and said the door reminded the diners of being back home in the Deep South. If they fixed the door, they’d lose 3/4 of their customers.

You can’t go home any more but sometimes you can bring a little piece of home to where you are.

Awesome story!

Aubergine

What the people at Cracker Barrel need to be made to understand is, we know why they wanted to change everything. They look down on us, the kind of people who like the homey atmosphere, the funny peg games, the greasy green beans and the country ham.

They think we’re just a bunch of dumb hillbilly rubes, and we should just “be better.”

And we noticed. It hurts our feelings, because those are good things, those old tools and photos, and funny old dishes and pans. They remind us of better times. Better than those high-faluting CEO’s and marketers have ever had.

Damn those assholes and their elitist bullshit.

Wolf Moon

Amen!

Wolf Moon

This one shows the geographic disconnect!

My sister in TX is a big pickleball player and was stuck playing with a woman from the Minneapolis suburbs who is down visiting her daughter.

My sister says “Gosh it’s hard to see what’s happened to Minneapolis”

This woman asks “what do you mean?”

My sister laughs and says “What do you mean “what do I mean”??”

I do not miss these people.

From OT:

Australia’s Social Media Ban for Those Underage-16 Structured Like a Global Intelligence Op
December 10, 2025

SD: “If New Zealand and Australia, both 5-eye partners, were not used as the testing ground during the COVID-19 and vaccination exploits, this current move may not have gained the same level of scrutiny. However, with a documented history of Australia pushing the limits against freedom and liberty, this latest development is notable.

.

Effective today, all Australian social media users will need to prove their age on websites and apps including Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Kick, Reddit, Threads, TikTok, Twitch, X and YouTube. Users under the age of 16 are banned from accessing the sites/apps.

“But it’s only Australia,” say most. Think again. In the era of modern internet travel and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), how is the compliance aspect going to be determined?

That’s the problem the Australian control agents are now trying to address.
An intellectually discerning person would note the compliance angle should have been worked out long before the regulatory and compliance switches were flipped and the rushed-into-place law was activated. The Internet Police Czar charged with enforcing the ban is an American.

As Politico notes, “Australia’s eSafety commissioner Julie Inman Grant, an American tasked with policing the world’s first social media account ban for teenagers, acknowledges Australia’s legislation is the “most novel, complex piece of legislation” she has ever seen. … She told a conference in Sydney this month she expects others to follow Australia’s lead. “I’ve always referred to this as the first domino,” she says.

The Australian legislation passed through their parliament less than a year ago, with UniParty and public support. “It was really fast,” Rebecca Razavi, a former Australian diplomat said. But she added: “Some issues, such as how it works in practice, with age verification and data privacy are only being addressed now.”

.

Given the issue of global VPNs, the compliance issues around age verification will have to accompany issues around geographic identification for various social media platforms.
That issue expands the internet identity verification to areas beyond the geographical boundaries of Australia.

(VIA CNN) – […] To comply with Australia’s law, platforms are verifying users’ ages with official documents or by using AI systems that estimate a user’s age by scanning their face on camera. Last year, Australia conducted a government-funded study testing age verification methods, which convinced officials that it could be done without compromising privacy.
Such AI age estimation tools have raised accuracy concerns when deployed elsewhere. In the UK, teens reportedly used the faces of video game characters to bypass age gates when some platforms tried to verify their ages.

Critics have also said these systems raise privacy issues for all users who will have to provide biometric data or other sensitive information, even if they’re above 16.

For example, some users protested when YouTube said this year that it would start using AI to detect users’ ages in the United States in a bid to protect children. They didn’t like the idea of having to hand over an ID or face scan if they were wrongly identified as a teen.

In Australia, platforms will be required to delete users’ data after verifying their ages.
Could a teen social media ban happen in the US? While none go as far as Australia’s ban, a growing number of US states have passed restrictions on teens’ access to social media or other internet services. (read more)

From the comments section, about the American Internet Police czar in Australia:

“Slight correction; see bold font:

“The Internet Police Czar charged with enforcing the ban is an American Quisling to the core.

The woman is a power mad sociopath:

1) Here she accuses Trump of being “superspreader of mis and dis-information”, while at the same time censoring factual tweets about ‘trans’ men/women, and claiming men can breast feed, etc:
Julie Inman Grant ‘not the best person’ to be e-Safety Commissioner | Gold Coast Bulletin

2) This Australian citizen says this about Julie Inman Grant (the links to his previous posts about her are working as I type this):

My Previous Post on Julie Inman Grant – BAD MATHEMATICS
A (friendly)* lawyer advised me that I should delete my previous post on Censorship Commissar, Julie Inman Grant. I question the concerns, but he is a lawyer and I am not, so I have deleted the post. I believe it is safe to say I think Inman Grant is extraordinarily dangerous, and I am appalled by her heavy-handed and self-righteous censorship. My previous posts on Inman Grant are herehere and here

3) From the same Australian citizen:

Julie Inman Grant: Censor and Asshole – BAD MATHEMATICS
Six months ago, I wrote about Julie Inman GrantAustralia’s eSafety Commissioner, and her fight with Musk-Twitter-X. Now, she’s apparently at it again.

I’m not going to work to figure out the details of this latest round of the fight. There is no need. In June I worked enough to figure out what Inman Grant was on about, and I know her all too well. She is an appalling woman, an authoritarian and self-righteous censor in an appalling office, backed by appalling legislation and cheered on by appallingly ignorant stenographer-journalists who should damn well know better.

For those who care to read, Inman Grant’s latest sermonising can be found hereherehere and here. But I’ll bet the house that there is no point. Just read what I wrote in June; she won’t have changed. One doesn’t have to like or respect Musk to realise that Inman Grant and her fellow goons are a much greater threat than the threats from which she is supposedly protecting us.”

Something odd is going on with gas, in a good way, Texarkana, TX.

  :wpds_arrow: Today, Sam’s & Super Saver $1.96. Wally World $2.13. Shell $2.65.

Whatever is going on, I hope it is contagious across the country.

notasmidgeon

South Texas, it jumped approx 38 cents/gal between yesterday and today.

kalbokalbs

As in jumped up? I know that sounds goofy.

The only time I’ve seen jumps (up) like that are Maggot’s days.

Today the @FBI and our partners executed a seizure warrant for a crude oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela – used to transport sanctioned oil from Venezuela and Iran. The tanker has been used in recent years in an illicit shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations.

Proud of our great partners who executed the mission with us – @DHSgov @Sec_Noem
@HSI_HQ @USCG @SecWar @AGPamBondi and many more. This administration’s efforts to crush FTO’s and cut off their resources will continue day and night.

Candace Owens is an evil, lying, money-grubbing, attention-whoring, manipulative bitch. And I think she’s being, at minimum, influenced by demons. She should be shunned and never taken seriously by anyone again. I can’t even look at her smug ugly face.

Robert Baker

I know next to nothing about Ms Owens. I know she is married and is a mother. I remember that she has, in times past, championed conversative ideas. Beyond that, like Sgt Shultz, I know nothing. However, I have observed that the attractions of fame, celebrity, and influence are powerful drugs that are, if you value your soul, best avoided. If such temptations are whispered in your ear it is best to seek help from heaven.

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor.

Aubergine

You can take this from me; she has lost her damned mind, or the demons have got her. She is EVIL.

TheseTruths

I agree that she is evil. I would not be surprised to learn that she didn’t say that and that it’s a ploy to gain attention, outrage her followers at the injustice to her, and make herself the persecuted one. It might be, in indignant tones, “I would never do that to my friend.”

She knows how to manipulate people. It will be interesting to see what happens.

GOOD. Go GIT ‘EM, POTUS!!!

kalbokalbs

This is a big deal!

Today, Toyota and Panasonic are leading the global race in solid-state batteries, with prototypes arriving in 2027–2028, mass production after 2030, and Japan’s next submarine class will be the first to use them, either in pure battery form or as a hybrid with a small reactor for onboard recharging. This hybrid would be similar to what the Chineses are developing.

The leap is staggering. A 4,000 ton conventional submarine will patrol for 40 to 60 days without surfacing, sprint well above 20 knots for hours on end, and do it all more quietly than many nuclear subs, thanks to being significantly lighter and running solely on battery power.

Solid-state cells weigh roughly one-third as much, generate 40 % less heat, and eliminate half the cooling systems. The result is a faster, stealthier hull that can travel thousands of kilometers without ever breaking the surface.

Those hundreds of saved tons translate directly into more powerful electric motors, extra torpedoes and missiles, cutting-edge sensors, or greater crew comfort. The same hull now carries twice the energy or twice the weapons.

It means that by 2035–2040, Japan will field conventional submarines with the endurance and sprint performance of today’s 8,000-ton nuclear boats, at one-third the cost and without the political baggage of uranium.

Be still, my warmongering heart.

BOLO, Wolf Moon. Coming soon to a website near you? Or here?

Full text:

“I believe Right-wing influencers have been the targets of a psychological operation to fracture MAGA. Nefarious entities bombarded Right-wing influencers with waves of bots to persuade/entice/bully them into pushing anti-Trump narratives. Influencers were being positively reinforced with millions of likes/views when they say negative things about Trump/Israel. Many are stuck in a dopamine loop, chasing likes/views, and are rewarded by saying “Trump/Israel bad”. Most don’t know they are even being manipulated. They are unwitting stooges. They have no idea they are being artificially boosted by nefarious entities, with the intent of shifting public perception and sabotaging Trump’s support. I believe what we have been witnessing is a highly coordinated psychological operation, and Right-wing influencers were the target. Once these entities controlled the influencers via positive reinforcement and monetary incentive via ad revenue, they were able to push their anti-Trump narratives through the influencers, directly to Trump’s supporters. Now that the MSM has lost substantial influence over the public, Deep State entities are aiming to control the influencers, and in many cases, they are succeeding. We are the media now. Anyone who has influence, is a target. You are engaged in psychological/information warfare, whether you know it or not.”

Wolf Moon

YUP.

We were largely immune, because “likes” here only come from registered members. Normally, that’s a bug, but for defense from this attack, it was a feature!

This sounds about right to me:

@realcandaceo
is now working to burn it down, wouldn’t that naturally conclude that she is not serving the Kingdom of God but rather the Kingdom of Darkness?”
