Operation Magic Fire Hydrant

You will notice that you can’t reply to this post. There’s a reason for that.

Some of you may have noted three comments made several days ago.

Here is the theory behind this policy of the MAGIC FIRE HYDRANT, which OH BY THE WAY is now being enforced.

I can use a fire hydrant for its intended purposes, spraying water, AFTER THE FACT, after every incidence of ARSON, and all I end up doing is chasing fires.

On the other hand, I can make my magic fire hydrant appear suddenly out of the street, in front of the arsonist’s speeding getaway car, utterly wrecking it, creating massive injuries to ONLY the criminal. I may disturb a few bystanders, but the theory is that it will only take a few mangled bodies to end this shit.

The magic fire hydrant doesn’t put out THAT fire, but it puts out ALL FUTURE FIRES descended from it.

In human terms, this happens when either the protagonist or the antagonist swats the other one completely “out of the blue” – meaning in no context of the current discussion. Yeah, it may be related to something earlier, but I’m no longer interested in the history of these incidents.

I have a strategy and tactics, and the MAGIC FIRE HYDRANT is my new tactic.

If nobody is around to fight after the first blow is thrown, there are no more fights.

Now, what I’m looking for, are cases where “pokey-pokey” and “drive-by” sully our wonderful discussions. “Crybully out of the blue” counts as “pokey-pokey”, too, so don’t think I don’t see past this shit. (Please make special note of that, everybody, as it will explain certain future moderations which may otherwise baffle those who’ve “picked a side”.)

When these cases appear henceforth, and are brought to my attention by “P_M_T_W” or by simply replying to one of my posts (I don’t care which), the Magic Fire Hydrant will appear suddenly and shockingly, creating a spectacle of justice, and everybody will walk away wiser, with the initiating party of “pokey-pokey” or “drive-by” IN THE EXACT SUBTHREAD being sent to a relaxing vacation for a week. Or MORE, should things continue, or worse yet, escalate.

I don’t care what happened on the other page – the other day – the other thread.

The INITIATOR within the current context will always go to jail.

With the assistance of those who desire peace here, making sure I see ALL of these incidents, so that justice is applied in a FAIR and EVEN manner, I believe that the problem will disappear very quickly.

ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

And yes – the reason for no comments here is to begin de-escalating the “sides” that are “rooting” for this stuff, by eliminating the sides.

Andrew Torba did some quality grandstanding for free speech at a recent conference – his speech was DYNAMITE, if you have not read it or seen the video.

Unlike the Demon Democrat Communists, who define “infrastructure” as needles for junkies, Gab defines infrastructure as UTILITY HARDWARE for the benefit of civilization. Plowing money back into INFRASTRUCTURE is clearly part of Andrew Torba’s STRATEGY.

Gab is quite zippy these last couple of days, and MORE IRON is clearly why. Gab just added 200K bucks in new servers.

Gab TV is also part of that infrastructure strategy. I suspect that Torba is preparing for the moment that Rumble and GETTR get knee-capped by Woke Tech. You know it’s coming, but it has to be closer to the election.

If anything, Gab TV works “too well”, with its annoying auto-play function making its “very well-working” embeds in WordPress quite toxic. Rumble beats Gab on that count, and is why Rumble videos are preferred on this site, but MAYBE Gab will fix it. In any case, Gab TV works nicely on the Gab platform, so we can just provide links to Gab TV.

Beyond Gab TV, methinks Gab has its sights set on the FALL OF DUCKDUCKGO, and the need for a true FREE SPEECH SEARCH ENGINE.

Gab knows how to achieve REAL RESULTS. Start small and manageable, and GROW. Thus, Gab Search is starting its search tool on its own data. It will index itself, before it moves out.

I’m really thankful for this. Gab’s existing search engine was weak sauce for a long time, then turned off completely after the DEMON TRANNIES “faux-hacked” the site.

…..is actually filling up with “stuff” that normal people buy and sell, and it’s looking a lot more like Ebay every day. If you get a PRO membership, you automatically get to post stuff on Gbay – and THAT leads me to my next point……

Gab Pro

There are a bunch of reasons you MIGHT want to upgrade to Gab PRO – and if you do, there is ONE reason you may want to do it NOW…..

Notice the option on the RIGHT, which is NOT the default.

Basically, the price for 5 years is being discounted from $500 to $315, and the price of a LIFETIME membership is being discounted to the normal price for 5 years.

I’ve already been on Gab for over 5 years. The chance that I’ll be on there for another 5 years is quite good. There is some chance I’ll be on for the rest of my life. When that’s over, I can’t take my money with me. Bigger still, my money is losing its value in the bank – but NOT when invested in FREE SPEECH.

Something to think about.

But still – why pay for Gab PRO? To put it very briefly, you get new stuff first, and you keep getting it “for free”. Thus, if something like “Gab Blogs” happens, PRO will see it first.

As the group admin, this makes sense for me. If we are forced to “go to backup”, we can hit the ground running.

The Business At Hand

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And indeed, it’s Monday…again.

But we are COOL WITH IT.

The Rules

Boilerplate, more or less, but worth reading again and again, if only for the minor changes, and to stay out of moderation.

The bottom line is Free Speech. Theories and ideas you don’t agree with must be WELCOME here, and you must be part of that welcoming. But you do NOT need to be part of any agreement.

We must endeavor to persevere to love our frenemies – even here.

Those who cannot deal with this easy requirement will be forced to jump the hoops of moderation, so that specific comments impugning other posters and violating the minimal rules can be sorted out and tossed in the trash.

That includes the life skill of just ignoring certain other posters.

We do have a site – The U Tree – where civility is not a requirement. Interestingly, people don’t really go there much. Nevertheless, if you find yourself in an “argument” that can’t really stay civil, please feel free to “take it to the U Tree”. The U Tree is also a good place to report any technical difficulties, if you’re unable to report them here. Please post your comment there on one of Wolf’s posts, or in reply to one of Wolf’s comments, to make sure he sees it (though it may take a few hours).

If you want to download the Pfizer documents – the ones that they wanted to hide for 75 years or whatever – it’s easy. But first, a couple of videos to set things up a bit.

Now it’s really a one-page site – they get right down to business on the landing page…..

You can search through the site to select documents first, OR you can just download to your heart’s content. Here is the bottom of the page, with nothing selected, so the download button is grayed out.

Now, if you want to download ALL of the documents just go to that drop-down button in the lower left corner…..

…..and change the setting from “Show [ 25 ] per page” to “All”. Then, you will get a single page, and you can put a checkmark on ALL 150 documents (which is tedious as hell, but it works).

When you download all of these documents, they will come in a ZIP file. You can then extract all of the documents out of the zip file, and then view each of them with the proper application.

The Future of This Site

It’s time for some frank discussion of the future of this site.

My primary mission remains unchanged – to get important thoughts and ideas out where they can be seen – whether those ideas are mine or somebody else’s (AND generally a mixture of the two, anyway).

Secondary missions (haven for the Qrious, MAGA rally site, free speech site, etc.) are also unchanged.

The attrition of commenting on the site is only moderately concerning to me, outside of impeding the primary mission, which is to GET THE WORD OUT. But the truth is, the primary mission IS being impeded. THAT cannot be allowed.

Lately, I’ve had SEVERAL very important articles missing either writing, editing, or publication – both ON TIME and AT ALL. I can’t do that any more. Some of what was missed may be life-or-death for the Republic.

Thus, I’m taking some actions to shore things up.

POINT 1

In order to focus my limited time on important political, scientific, and spiritual/religious articles, which I have been SKIPPING in order to do the Monday and Friday dailies, I am going to change the nature of those dailies to more suit getting substantial messages out quickly as single articles. Thus, I’m planning to drop the honorific elaborations of “Wheatietoo” style” and “Grandmaintexas format” – that is, unless somebody else steps up to take those dailies. It would then be their choice to either DROP or continue those styles. Those authors could even do placeholder posts just like me – I’m not picky.

Yes, I loved those Wheatie and Grandma styles. However, I’m a poor substitute for the real thing, and it takes me a LOT of time to emulate them. Something has to give, and THAT is it.

If somebody wants to keep up those dailies in something resembling their current format, or would like to try something different, great. Please volunteer as an author.

Otherwise, I will be shortening all of my daily threads, now and in the future, to placeholders like on CTH.

Authorship isn’t difficult, if you want to make the dailies “more interesting placeholders” with fresh header images, a brief message, or something of the sort. Authors are free to do whatever they want. We do have a suggested guideline HERE:

In the same vein, I no longer have time to EDIT any articles by authors. If you want to publish it, you have to carry the ball the whole 100 yards, and PUBLISH or SCHEDULE. I will release articles that get stuck by the failure of the scheduler, but that’s it.

Point 3

Otherwise, the future of the site is very solid. We are now on good hosting, free of censorship concerns for the moment. I am investing appropriately and substantially, as planned, and the “church budget” is good. This site is NOT going away.

Point 4

If you have any concerns, ideas, suggestions, or contributions, this is an appropriate place to make them known. However, I will not be changing my plans regarding Points 1 and 2 unless YOU YOURSELF ARE VOLUNTEERING to do the heavy lifting of your own suggestion(s).

Suggestions for OTHER PEOPLE to carry out YOUR IDEAS will have to pass muster with my assistant.
