RINOs an Endangered Species? If Only!
According to Wikipoo, et. al., the Northern White Rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum cottoni) is a critically endangered species. Apparently two females live on a wildlife preserve in Sudan, and no males are known to be alive. So basically, this species is dead as soon as the females die of old age. Presently they are watched over by armed guards 24/7.
Biologists have been trying to cross them with the other subspecies, Southern White Rhinoceroses (Rhinoceri?) without success; and some genetic analyses suggest that perhaps they aren’t two subspecies at all, but two distinct species, which would make the whole project a lot more difficult.
I should hope if the American RINO (Parasitus rectum pseudoconservativum) is ever this endangered, there will be heroic efforts not to save the species, but rather to push the remainder off a cliff. Onto punji sticks. With feces smeared on them. Failing that a good bath in red fuming nitric acid will do.
But I’m not done ranting about RINOs.
The RINOs (if they are capable of any introspection whatsoever) probably wonder why they constantly have to deal with “populist” eruptions like the Trump-led MAGA movement. That would be because the so-called populists stand for absolutely nothing except for going along to get along. That allows the Left to drive the culture and politics.
Given the results of our most recent elections, the Left will now push harder, and the RINOs will now turn even squishier than they were before.
I well remember 1989-1990 in my state when the RINO establishment started preaching the message that a conservative simply couldn’t win in Colorado. Never mind the fact that Reagan had won the state TWICE (in 1984 bringing in a veto-proof state house and senate with him) and GHWB had won after (falsely!) assuring everyone that a vote for him was a vote for Reagan’s third term.
This is how the RINOs function. They push, push, push the line that only a “moderate” can get elected. Stomp them when they pull that shit. Tell everyone in ear shot that that’s exactly what the Left wants you to think, and oh-by-the-way-Mister-RINO if you’re in this party selling the same message as the Left…well, whythefuckexactly are you in this party, you lying piece of rancid weasel shit?
In Defense of Ranked Choice Voting
One of the biggest obstacles to direly-needed change is RINOs, and one of the weapons in their arsenal is the “Wasted Vote” argument.
Periodically a third party has arisen, trying to hold RINOs to account by putting pressure on them from outside of the party, since doing so from the inside has historically done very little good. But, even if you find a third party candidate who perfectly reflects your views, you’re likely to vote for the RINO anyway. Why? Because if you don’t, the Democrat might win, and that would be even worse. So if you vote for that third party (that few will vote for), you’re throwing your vote away and increasing the likelihood of the Democrat winning. (It’s half as much a gain for the Democrat, as actually voting for the Democrat would be. Not as much, but half as much. Because although you denied the R your vote, you did not flip your vote to the Democrat.)
The Republican Party Establishment knows you don’t love them. But they know you hate the Democrats worse, and they use that to continue to herd you into supporting them. With gritted teeth you cast your vote, but your vote counts the same whether you cast it enthusiastically. And the other alternative, pissing on the voting apparatus to express your actual feelings, is probably a felony.
But what if you could vote for that third party without increasing the chances of the Dem walking away with the prize?
This is what ranked choice voting, or instant runoff voting, can do provided it is properly implemented. (And this includes the votes, and only genuine votes, being counted honestly, of course. However, I’m going to compare it to what we have today, and pretend that is honestly done too. RCV can’t work if it’s not honestly administered, just like our current system isn’t working because it isn’t honestly administered.)
The idea behind RCV is to vote by expressing your order of preference. You could vote for the Patriot Party, then for the RINO Party as your second choice (and ignore the Democrat, the Green, the Overt Socialist Schmuckmonkey Party, etc).
What does this do? It nullifies the wasted vote argument. Your vote will be counted for the Patriot party, first, then instead of it being “wasted” when the Patriot Party loses, it ends up going to the RINO. Actually, it’s just barely possible that the Patriot Party would actually beat the RINO, if people weren’t all individually afraid to vote for it.
It’s just like the famous “Prisoner’s Dilemma” where your fear of other peoples’ actions prevents you from doing the optimal thing–and vice-versa. As long as Job Lowe is afraid to vote Patriot because he’s afraid you’ll vote RINO, you’ll have to vote RINO because you fear that Job Lowe will, because he fears you will.
So on the whole I like RCV. It gives you a no-risk way to vote against the RINO scum, and in favor of someone who deserves your vote.
The problem is, as done here in the US, it comes packaged with a “jungle primary.” A bunch of candidates get to put their name out there, and the top four (or so) candidates get onto the “main” ballot. This gives party establishments their way around the threat of a good third party bumping them off. Because they know that few people bother with primaries, and third parties don’t have the resources to run in a primary…so they throw two or three establishment hacks into the primary and they will probably beat the third party. The result is the RINOs end up with two of the four slots in the general election, and the Dems get the other two. Now there’s suddenly no third party candidate on the ballot at all.
If we were to combine RCV with the present system where each party could nominate exactly one candidate to appear on the November ballot, or at the very least, ensure minor parties could get onto the ballot with at least one candidate regardless of the primary, we would be getting somewhere, but the establishment is smarter than we like to give them credit for. They will support the jungle primary + RCV “solution” rather than the more appropriate one-candidate-per-party + RCV solution.
It’s not RCV that is the problem, it’s the primary structure grafted onto it.
Justice

But what is it?

The prior election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system. (This doesn’t necessarily include deposing Joe and Hoe and putting Trump where he belongs, but it would certainly be a lot easier to fix our broken electoral system with the right people in charge.)
Nothing else matters at this point. Talking about trying again in 2022 or 2024 is pointless otherwise. Which is not to say one must never talk about this, but rather that one must account for this in ones planning; if fixing the fraud in the system is not part of the plan, you have no plan.
This will necessarily be piecemeal, state by state, which is why I am encouraged by those states working to change their laws to alleviate the fraud both via computer and via bogus voters. If enough states do that we might end up with a working majority in Congress and that would be something Trump never really had.

There is no doubt they want us in the digital economy. There is no doubt half the population will never do it without a dictator forcing it. So they are setting up China to be their dictator by killing manufacturing and selling off as many of our strengths as possible. These things we know.
SVB was a creation of the cabal in the 1980s. Its primary purpose of late was to fuel the green economy, venture capital into Silicon Valley tech/research/etc., big Pharm, and other globalist type endeavors. They were the go-to for those industries and it was totally incestuous.
As for today –
First, their investment portfolio is upside down. They have $21 B of treasuries yielding 1.79% when the most recent treasury 10 year issues were at 3.9%. Enter Coothie and others with their “mark to market” accounting discussions. Add in they need to sell some of those assets due to the run. In summary, they take a big hit there.
They had too much liquidity. The Fed has been raising rates, reducing business activity. Less borrowings to earn interest, more payout of interest for higher interest rate deposits that are locked in for at least a year.
Overall economic downturn depressed access to capital for their major customers, which by nature are hard to finance conventional methods. Many would qualify for junk bond status. So those companies, who are depositors in SVB, begin drawing down deposit balances to fund their operations. This adds to SVB’s cash drain.
SVB tries to go to the markets and issue over $2 B in stock to mitigate the damage. That sparks alarm, adds to the run. Buh bye SVB.
Long term –
The major banks, many larger than SVB, are derivative monsters. That exposes them to huge risk in world currency markets as well as interest rate movements if an alternative develops that changes America from being a historical safe harbor for investment and cash. In essence, we have been using our perceived military and economic power to bend over other countries around the world to fuel our spending problem. What happens when there is a more stable alternative? i and others contend that alternative is BRICS with their gold and precious metals standard and mutually accepted currency valuation methods.
If this proceeds as it appears, our larger banks will be in major trouble. The Fed will print more money that we have ever seen. Inflation will explode. Real estate values will tank with a huge rise in defaults. Etc. That will provide the entry the globalists want to force digital currency on a scared population. It will be sold as the patriotic thing to do.

US president Joe Biden signed an executive order on Wednesday requiring the government to assess the risks and benefits of creating a central bank digital dollar, as well as other cryptocurrency issues, the White House said….

The overnight collapse of SVB, (Silicon Valley Bank), has certainly got everyone’s attention, but is this really any surprise at all?
Absolutely not.
The collapse of SVB is just a symptom of the current worldwide economic freefall being deliberately fostered by central banks.
If you are at all familiar with any of my work or have paid attention to the many articles I have written for the Trends Journal, then you are already keenly aware that right now today
the entire financial system is breaking down… and this is NOT any accident. (We are in the early stages of a deliberate systemic failure).
Today the world economy is in an accelerating freefall, teetering on a knifes edge, being deliberately pushed off the financial cliff by central banks who are collectively attempting to crush the existing system only to issue in a new one.
Roughly 8 months ago, I began to warn those who follow my work on YouTube, (check out my older videos), that the banks are in trouble. It just became too obvious, and the current situation with the banks comes down to just THREE things:
no deposits, no loans, and no deals.
In truth, it’s NOT the banks who are in trouble, but as always-We the People. Just some of the fallout from the SVB collapse is this; depositors with more than the government $250K FDIC insurance will never be made whole, and nor will the shareholders, who were just up until a few days ago being told that everything with the bank was sound. Not to mention the throngs of people who just became unemployed. The greatest threat? The collapse of smaller/regional banks will allow the MEGA banks to consolidate power….
Just a thought… not sure if it’s right. Inflation comes about when too much money is chasing too few goods. Fed is currently fighting inflation by raising rates. Everyone is screaming about it. Would this be a back door way of eliminating excess money in the market? The ones currently getting whacked are mostly those with lots of excess cash.
The FED was scheduled to raise rates higher on the 22nd of this month and they have been saying they should of raised rates higher than they did (only .5%) when they last met so this one is expected to at minimum be .75% or maybe a full 1%.
Will be interesting to see where they go next. If they do another .5% would that may be another indicator that this bank failure has been manufactured?

Some Bank of America customers said money is missing from their accounts, including funds from Zelle deposits and transactions.
Rey Garcia has trusted Bank of America with his money for 20 years.

There’s a Bank of America issue where zelle transfers after 1/9 arent being reflected in the balances of ur bank account. I almost lost my mind when I saw $2,000 was missing from my account. Not accepting calls because of “extenuating circumstances” is insane. CALL ME!!!

By allowing @SVB_Financial to fail without protecting all depositors, the world has woken up to what an uninsured deposit is — an unsecured illiquid claim on a failed bank.
acquiring SVB before the open on Monday, a prospect I believe to be unlikely,
or the gov’t guaranteeing all of SVB’s deposits, the giant sucking sound you will hear will be the withdrawal of substantially all uninsured deposits from all but the ‘systemically important banks’ (SIBs). These funds will be transferred to the SIBs, US Treasury (UST) money market funds and short-term UST. There is already pressure to transfer cash to short-term UST and UST money market accounts due to the substantially higher yields available on risk-free UST vs. bank deposits.
These withdrawals will drain liquidity from community, regional and other banks and begin the destruction of these important institutions. The increased demand for short-term UST will drive short rates lower complicating the
@federalreserve ’s efforts to raise rates to slow the economy.
Already thousands of the fastest growing, most innovative venture-backed companies in the U.S. will begin to fail to make payroll next week. Had the gov’t stepped in on Friday to guarantee SVB’s deposits (in exchange for penny warrants which would have wiped out the substantial majority of its equity value) this could have been avoided and SVB’s 40-year franchise value could have been preserved and transferred to a new owner in exchange for an equity injection. We would have been open to participating.
This approach would have minimized the risk of any gov’t losses, and created the potential for substantial profits from the rescue. Instead, I think it is now unlikely any buyer will emerge to acquire the failed bank. The gov’t’s approach has guaranteed that more risk will be concentrated in the SIBs at the expense of other banks, which itself creates more systemic risk.
For those who make the case that depositors be damned as it would create moral hazard to save them, consider the feasibility of a world where each depositor must do their own credit assessment of the bank they choose to bank with. I am a pretty sophisticated financial analyst and I find most banks to be a black box despite the 1,000s of pages of
SVB’s senior management made a basic mistake. They invested short-term deposits in longer-term, fixed-rate assets. Thereafter short-term rates went up and a bank run ensued. Senior management screwed up and they should lose their jobs.
The
@FDICgov and OCC also screwed up. It is their job to monitor our banking system for risk and SVB should have been high on their watch list with more than $200B of assets and $170B of deposits from business borrowers in effectively the same industry.
The FDIC’s and OCC’s failure to do their jobs should not be allowed to cause the destruction of 1,000s of our nation’s highest potential and highest growth businesses (and the resulting losses of 10s of 1,000s of jobs for some of our most talented younger generation) while also permanently impairing our community and regional banks’ access to low-cost deposits. This administration is particularly opposed to concentrations of power. Ironically, its approach to SVB’s failure guarantees duopolistic banking risk concentration in a handful of SIBs. My back-of-the envelope review of SVB’s balance sheet suggests that even in a liquidation, depositors should eventually get back about 98% of their deposits, but eventually is too long when you have payroll to meet next week. So even without assigning any franchise value to SVB, the cost of a gov’t guarantee of SVB deposits would be minimal. On the other hand, the unintended consequences of the gov’t’s failure to guarantee SVB deposits are vast and profound and need to be considered and addressed before Monday. Otherwise, watch out below.

It’s a publicly traded crime scene.… The media wants to make it a crypto story, but it’s not. This is a worldwide money laundering story through these two networks with a crypto wrapper.
So why would an illegitimate Federal government, its criminal agencies and the private central banksters at the Fed provide the optics of yet another (quasi) bailout of a bank that failed due in no small part to the very conditions that these central planners caused with their unhinged policies in the first place?

Bailing out SVB will be a drop in the bucket fiat-wise compared to the orgy of money printing that went down during the scamdemic.
Between banks and centralized crypto corporations simultaneously failing, the narrative options for collapse are more than sufficient.
There are many other banks like SVB that are in long-duration securities and have irresponsible and dangerous exposure to treasuries and other bonds. Short sellers started circling these institutions weeks ago, and more will pile in betting against these insolvent banks.

The bailout is a headfake
When other banks start failing over the coming weeks the government apparatchiks like Yellen will claim that they did their best by backstopping SVB while the systemic contagion worsens all around
By bailing out SVB they are providing the requisite narrative to cover their asses when their masters pull plug on the entire global financial system
SBV may be used as the “Black Swan” excuse for their PSYOP-MARKET-CRASH, and they can once again claim that they did their utmost (e.g. “The banking system is contained” a la Ben Bernanke’s “Subprime is contained”), but in the end oops sorry the cascading bankruptcies and bank runs were too much for the government to handle
Pain and fear from frozen bank accounts, food insecurity, inflation, etc. is the perfect means of herding people into the social credit score system of CBDC’s, UBI, never-ending DEATHVAX™ boosters, climate lockdowns, 15 minute cities, etc. & etc.

The financing will be made available through the creation of a new Bank Term Funding Program (BTFP), offering loans of up to one year in length to banks, savings associations, credit unions, and other eligible depository institutions pledging U.S. Treasuries, agency debt and mortgage-backed securities, and other qualifying assets as collateral. These assets will be valued at par.
The BTFP will be an additional source of liquidity against high-quality securities, eliminating an institution’s need to quickly sell those securities in times of stress.
The Fed explains that the Department of the Treasury will make available “up to $25 billion from the Exchange Stabilization Fund as a backstop for the BTFP.” And while the Federal Reserve – which was completely clueless about this banking crisis until Thursday – does not anticipate that it will be necessary to draw on these backstop funds, we anticipate that the final number of needed backstop liquidity be somewhere north of $2 trillion.
What is more notable is that the BTFP – or Buy The Fucking Pivot – facility, will pledge collateral at par, not at market value, thus giving banks credit for all those hundreds of billions in unrealized net losses, and allowing banks to “unlock liquidity” based on losses which the Fed and TSY now backstop!
Shareholders and certain unsecured debtholders will not be protected. Senior management has also been removed. Any losses to the Deposit Insurance Fund to support uninsured depositors will be recovered by a special assessment on banks, as required by law.

Christian Behavior
When we talk about “Christian” behavior, we’re talking about the behavior of those who have accepted, by faith, Jesus Christ as their Savior and are indwelt with His Holy Spirit (Romans 8:9), making it possible for them to serve God. Examples of Christian behavior are woven throughout Scripture. Our Savior Himself spoke at length about the way we’re to behave toward others, friends and enemies. More than that, the life He lived, accentuated by His love and compassion for the lost, provides the consummate example of what Christian behavior should look like.
Christians are “God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works” (Ephesians 2:10). And these last four words “to do good works” epitomize the behavior that glorifies God and makes Christ real to others. Granted, there are obstacles in our daily lives that can encumber our minds and hinder our spiritual progress, but only if we let them.
Nonetheless, Christians are called to live lives that are “holy and pleasing to God” (Romans 12:1), and exemplary Christian behavior that allows us to fully commit ourselves to serving the Lord is made possible as we are empowered by the Holy Spirit who enables us to do the Father’s will (Romans 8:9). Indeed, “the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him” (2 Chronicles 16:9).
Christians are a chosen people, belonging to God so that we may declare His praises (1 Peter 2:9). To “declare His praises,” then, it is essential that we spend time in His Word not just so we can learn how to behave in Christian fashion, but also so we can battle against the schemes of Satan. As the apostle Paul pointed out, without this biblical knowledge we’re not only subject to buying in to every new teaching that comes along, but we can also fall prey to “the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming” (Ephesians 4:14).
However, knowledge alone is not enough; we’re called to do more than to know and believe. Christians are to be “doers of the Word” (James 1:22). As the apostle James informs us, we’re deceiving ourselves if we think we’re spiritual by only hearing the Word. Hearing is not the same as doing. “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead” (James 2:17, 26). Faith must be demonstrated by actions.
The “actions” that glorify our Father in heaven are those that bear much fruit (John 15:8). This is, in fact, how we show we’re His disciples. Indeed, the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—should be the hallmark of Christian behavior, especially love. Yet our tendency is to sometimes look down on unbelievers or those whose lifestyles are not in sync with our Christian faith, and this is where the Christian life can be challenging.
It’s easy to show love to those who walk as we do. It’s not always so easy to be kind to those who ridicule our beliefs, show contempt for our Savior, or make a mockery of the institutions that Christians hold sacred. Yet Christ taught us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. Recall how He dealt with the woman caught in adultery. Her captors wanted her dead; our Savior showed compassion even though He was the One who would have to die for her (and our) sinful behavior (John 8:11). Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15), not to condemn them (John 3:17), and if Christ did not come to condemn sinners, neither should Christians.
Christian behavior includes heeding Jesus’ call for us to be His witnesses to “the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8). We’re to share the gospel, which Paul defined as the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). The validity of our witness is in how we live our lives. In the second half of Ephesians (chapters 4-6), Paul discusses Christian behavior which can best be summed up in these few words: “Be imitators of God…and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us” (Ephesians 5:1-2).
Paul urged the Romans to “offer your bodies as living sacrifices” (Romans 12:2). This, ultimately, is the essence of true Christian behavior – surrendering our hearts and yielding our bodies to Christ so He might continue God’s work through us. We’re to be beacons of light in a dark world, using our spiritual gifts to advance His kingdom. It’s living here on earth the way Jesus lived when He was here. It also means living to please one Person – God.
We do this when we abide in His Word and then live it out as we are enabled by His Spirit, just as our Savior did until He took His last breath. As He was dying on the cross, Christ looked out at His executioners and asked His Father to forgive them (Luke 23:34). Jesus was doing more than fulfilling prophecy and making “intercession for the transgressors” (Isaiah 53:12), He was practicing what He preached (Luke 6:27-28).
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control . . . a very, very good place to start.
Michaelh thought I should turn a recent comment into an article. LINK So I am going to buff up and expand that comment. As I said in my De-Population series, the years around 1970 were an inflection point, a pivotal time period in American history.
Please at least skim the other articles for the historic background surrounding this article. I have tried to show the point of view of the Cabal, and not the propaganda we are fed.
SETTING THE STAGE
The late 1960s and early 1970s saw a major period of cooling. In 1969, grain stores had decreased drastically and by 1972 had plummeted to crisis levels, that, according to the CIA, country leaders went to great pains to hide. In 1970, Broecker, using new radioactive decay dating methods (oxygen isotopes) identified and dated five full ice age cycles. He stated his work was in agreement with the 1911 Milankovitch cycles. (Hays and Shackleton expanded on this, publishing in 1972.) Kukla and Matthews alerted President Richard Nixon that the Holocene could be ending (12/03/72.) Kukla STILL asserts all Ice Ages start with a period of global warming. They’re the harbingers of new Ice Ages. (That warming has now ended.)
*In 1974 a CIA report warned ”…there is considerable evidence that these empires may not have been undone by barbarian invaders but by climatic change…. has tied several of these declines to specific global cool periods, major and minor…” To the Cabal that was a serious OH! SCHIFF! However this crisis could be used to scare world leaders into falling in line with the Cabal’s plans for population control and a world government, and that is exactly what happened.

THE 1970S SHORT HISTORY:
If we go back in time to the 1970 inflection point, we can see that the plans were already being put in place to ‘De-industrialize’ the USA. By 1970, thanks to the stimulus from WWII, US manufacturing was really humming, while Europe was still recovering from WWII and Russia and China were suffering mis-management under Communism. In 1970 the percent of the workforce employed in manufacturing was 26.4% In 2013, it was about8.8 %at which point the government quit keeping track. In 2013 the USA had close to ~23% unemployment rate and that goes for the entire eight years prior to that date. In spite of the government numbers, GDP in 2013 had actually been below zero according to ShadowStat. By the time of Obama, the USA had become a ‘Service Economy’ selling cheap Chinese crud to each other. The only reason we did not have soup lines is because of the invention of EBT cards, the FED printing money and the 2 trillion dollar underground economy.
If you have read the earlier articles you will see Nixon was a critical figure when it came to implementing the Cabal’s depopulation plans here in the US. He also played a major roll in ‘de-industrializing’ the USA. Nixon is the president who gave us the EPA (December 4, 1970.), OSHA, (December 29, 1970) opened the US market up to strengthen Mao’s Communist China (1971-72), and closed the gold window (August 1971) since foreign banks had stripped all the ‘good deliverable gold’ from Fort Knox. This lead to massive devaluation of the dollar, followed by the OPEC cartel hiking the price of oil. Remember ARAMCO was a Saudi-Rockefeller enterprise “..There was a phony “nationalization” of Aramco in the 1970s… the Saudi government took over Aramco, formally, but then immediately turned around and granted the Aramco-Rockefeller consortium the exclusive contract to “manage” the operation…”LINK Any bets the Rockefellers were behind OPEC?
However it was Reagan’s Administration, the Era of the Hostile Takeovers aka Leverage buyouts, that really gutted the core of the USA. — Our Manufacturing.
Before I get into the moves President Reagan made, I am going to look at what happened before Reagan made his moves and then the comment that prompted this article.

The originality of the Federalist Society’s approach was to reinterpret the principles of Anglo-Saxon law. Drawing on the writings of the philosopher Leo Strauss, it substituted “natural law” for “positive law. For example, during the 1980s, President Ronald Reagan wanted to deregulate the economy, but he was constrained by law and could not. A Federalist Society theorist, Professor Richard Epstein, argued that property was not a matter of positive law, i.e., conventions drawn up by legislators, but of natural law, i.e., that it was instituted by God. Now, any regulation of an economic activity consists in limiting the way in which certain owners behave. Therefore, any regulation is an expropriation that requires compensation.
Thus, if a law, in the interest of the community, requires industrialists to produce only products of a certain quality, it limits their property rights, and they must therefore be compensated. This interpretation of the law allowed President Ronald Reagan to deconstruct all pre-existing economic regulations…

Note the differences in the explanation of the origin of the Federalist Society. Melding the two you have Industrialists like the Rockefellers (remember their link to Chicago University via John Dewey) LOOKING for groups they can use. John D. was KNOWN for hiding his moves behind surrogates.
THE ORIGIN OF NGOs:
Rockefeller’s man, Maurice Strong, was Chair of the First Earth Summit in 1972. He started the CAGW movement. Strong is the guy who said “…current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class…are not sustainable. A shift is necessary toward lifestyles less geared to environmentally damaging consumption patterns….” in his opening remarks at Earth Summit II in 1992. Strong’s web site in google states: “Maurice Strong globalized the environmental movement.”
In brief Maurice Strong worked in Saudi Arabia for a Rockefeller company, Caltex, in 1953. He left Caltex in 1954 to worked at high levels in banking and oil. By 1971, he served as a trustee for the Rockefeller Foundation, and in 1972 was Secretary-General of the U.N. Conference on the Human Environment. He was Co-founder of the WWF and Senior Advisor to the World Bank, the UN AND the World Economic Forum.
Strong’s early work with YMCA international “…may have been the genesis of Strong’s realization that NGOs (non-government organizations) provide an excellent way to use NGOs to couple the money from philanthropists and business with the objectives of government.” LINK

NGOs USED to REPLACE VOTERS in USA
By Presidential Executive Order the USA was divided into ten regions. These regions are governed by an unholy mix of unelected government bureaucrats and NGOs. The regions were set up by President Nixon but the implementation of the “regional governance concept began in earnest with the Clinton-Gore administration. “On the heels of the President’s Council on Sustainable Development , came the President’s Community Empowerment Board, chaired by Vice President Al Gore,” – LINKThese quasi-governmental regional authorities are slowly transforming the US from representative government to government by United Nations and foundation sponsored and directed NGOs and appointed bureaucrats.
PRESIDENT REAGAN:
Well that certainly explains why Reagan did not use the anti-monopoly laws on the books to prevent the Transnational Corporations from a massive take over of American owned mid-sized corporations. It also explains why our ‘Conservative’ Judges did nothing to stop him.
In the 1980s, the Reagan Administration drastically altered American antitrust policy, virtually eliminating Section 2 cases involving monopolies. This chapter provides a context for that decision by tracing the efforts that the federal government made since 1890 to reconcile an opposition to highly concentrated economic power with the even stronger enthusiasm Americans have always had for the economic success they associated with the nation’s largest enterprises. In this setting, judges and government lawyers struggled over the years to come up with a clear concept of monopoly. In the global economy of the late 20th century, the Reagan policy innovation solved that problem and proved to be timely and significant. The new policy allowed American firms to get up to global scale, either through strategic alliances or through mergers that would not have been allowed under previous administrations.
..In January 1982, former US Secretary of the Treasury William Simon and a group of investors acquired Gibson Greetings, a producer of greeting cards, for $80 million, of which only $1 million was rumored to have been contributed by the investors. By mid-1983, just sixteen months after the original deal, Gibson completed a $290 million IPO and Simon made approximately $66 million.[9]
The success of the Gibson Greetings investment attracted the attention of the wider media to the nascent boom in leveraged buyouts.[10] Between 1979 and 1989, it was estimated that there were over 2,000 leveraged buyouts valued in excess of $250 billion…..
US Secretary of the Treasury started the sellout of our economy. Reagan through his laissez faire attitude did nothing to stop it. Now I finally understand WHY.

The three regulatory factors were the Reagan administration’s relatively laissez-faire policies on antitrust and securities laws, which allowed mergers the government would have challenged in earlier years;
the 1982 Supreme Court decision striking down state antitakeover laws (which were resurrected with great effectiveness in the late eighties); and deregulation of many industries, which prompted restructurings and mergers. The main economic factor was the development of the original-issue high-yield debt instrument. The so-called “junk bond” innovation, pioneered by Michael Milken of Drexel Burnham, provided many hostile bidders and LBO firms with the enormous amounts of capital needed to finance multi-billion-dollar deals….
Without intervention by the government or courts, greed took over.
Corporate takeovers became a prominent feature of the American business landscape during the seventies and eighties. A hostile takeover usually involves a public tender offer—a public offer of a specific price, usually at a substantial premium over the prevailing market price, good for a limited period, for a substantial percentage of the target firm’s stock. Unlike a merger, which requires the approval of the target firm’s board of directors as well as voting approval of the stockholders, a tender offer can provide voting control to the bidding firm without the approval of the target’s management and directors…..
Because it allows bidders to seek control directly from shareholders—by going “over the heads” of target management—the tender offer is the most powerful weapon available to the hostile bidder. … Although hostile bidders still need a formal merger to gain total control of the target’s assets, this is easily accomplished once the bidder has purchased a majority of voting stock.

There may be 147 companies in the world that own everything, as colleague Bruce Upbin points out and they are dominated by investment companies as Eric Savitz rightly points out. But it’s not you and I who really control those companies, even though much of our money is in them. Given the nature of how money is invested, there are four companies in the shadows that 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 control those companies that own everything.
Before I reveal them, some light math:
According to the 2011 annual factbook from the Investment Company Institute, there is $24.7 trillion in all the mutual funds in the world (a little less than half from the US). Based on data from the ICI, $1.24 trillion of this is directly invested in index funds, plus another $992 billion in assets beyond that $24.7 trillion in Exchange Traded Funds, which aren’t mutual funds but are index funds. That means the bulk of that money is in “active” managed funds or fund of funds….
...the chief of hedge funds at a very large asset manager told me last week (alas, I cannot identify either) that an internal study his firm recently performed found that the vast majority of mutual funds defined as actively managed see 95% of the assets they hold determined by an index. That means just 5% of actively managed funds really are driven by the active manager’s judgment.…
So of the $25.69 trillion in worldwide assets we’ve identified, $2.23 trillion are directly in indexes (ETFs and index mutual funds) with another $22.3 trillion indirectly beholden to indexes (that 95% of actively managed fund holdings said to be determined by an index).
You can see where I’m headed here. That means the real power to control the world lies with four companies: McGraw-Hill, which owns Standard & Poor’s, Northwestern Mutual, which owns Russell Investments, the index arm of which runs the benchmark Russell 1,000 and Russell 3,000, CME Group which owns 90% of Dow Jones Indexes, and Barclay’s, which took over Lehman Brothers and its Lehman Aggregate Bond Index, the dominant world bond fund index. Together, these four firms dominate the world of indexing. And in turn, that means they hold real sway over the world’s money….
Just to be clear, if you invest in a mutual fund you are buying shares in the mutual fund (that you cannot vote) and theMutual Fundthen uses YOUR money to buy stock shares which it owns and controls. This allows much more consolidation of control. For example Edward C Johnson 3rd, chairman of the Fidelity Group voted the stock in Monsanto owned by several pension and mutual funds like FMR LLC, FIDELITY MAGELLAN FUND INC, FIDELITY GROWTH COMPANY FUND, and Pyramid Global Advisors. The Vanguard Group, aka John C. Bogle, owned another healthy chunk of Monsanto. In this way even more power is concentrated in the hands of a few. This explains the point made in the paper, Network of Global Corporate Control, that the amount of power is greater than the amount of wealth can account for.
So facts like “85% of Monsanto is held by mutual funds and Institutional (financial) Holders” while true in that the money originated from pensioners and other little people does not tell the whole story. Yet it is trumpeted by those who want to confuse those trying to follow the money and power trails and misdirect us into thinking the stock is held and voted by pensioners — a complete and utter falsehood.

Gold went up 2 percent today, after threatening to drop below $1800. (Silver and platinum went up too, roughly as much percentage wise) I noticed as I was editing (and changing the prices from five weeks ago) that gold had not moved much from five weeks ago, and overall just a bit up from last week but everything else (even silver) is down. So basically, all metals were going down, but then today gold (and only gold) made up five weeks of losses. Silver had been hit more than gold in the last five weeks, apparently, since it’s still a buck and a half below the 5 week old price.
When comparing to last week, gold is the only thing that is up…and when gold goes up and nothing else follows, it’s being sought as a safe haven.
The two purely industrial metals (palladium and rhodium) were down today, especially rhodium which fell six percent.
I think this all means people are very nervous about the economy…maybe those rumors of bank failures are telling; certainly manufacturing seems to be in trouble too.

Jesus said the greatest commandment is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind” (Luke10:27; Mark 12:30; Matthew 22:37). Repeatedly throughout the Bible, God commands His people to love Him with all their hearts and serve Him alone (Deuteronomy 6:5; 11:1; Joshua 23:11). But can love be commanded? How can we make ourselves love someone?
Since love is commanded, then it must be within our power, in Christ, to love. Love, therefore, is a decision we make. Yes, love will often be accompanied by feelings, but emotion is not the basis of love. In any given situation, we can choose to love, regardless of how we feel.
The Greek word for “love” used in reference to God is agápē, which means “benevolence, delight, preference, or good will.” This is the kind of love God has for us (Zephaniah 3:17; John 3:16). First John 4:19 says, “We love because He first loved us.” Since God is love and we are created in His image, we can love as He does (1 John 4:16). He has placed His capacity to love within our hearts. He then teaches us how to love by demonstrating what real love looks like (John 15:13).
Loving God begins with a decision. It is a purposeful setting of our affections (Colossians 3:2). We cannot truly love God until we know Him. Even the faith to believe in God is a gift from Him (Ephesians 2:8–9). When we accept His gift of eternal life through Christ, God gives us His Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13; 1 Corinthians 6:19). The Spirit of God dwelling within a believing heart begins to produce the traits of God, the first of which is love (Galatians 5:22). God Himself enables us to love Him as He deserves to be loved (1 John 4:7).
As we grow in knowledge and understanding of who God is, we begin to love the characteristics that define Him, such as wisdom, truth, righteousness, and purity (Psalm 11:7; 90:12; Hebrews 1:9; 1 Timothy 6:11). And we begin to find the opposite of those traits repulsive (Proverbs 8:13; Psalm 97:10). Spending time with God causes our hearts to hunger for holiness, and we find satisfaction only in more of Him, because He is the perfect embodiment of everything we long for. Learning to worship Him “in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24) allows us to experience the pleasurable emotions of love. Emotion does not create love, but, when we choose to love, the emotion comes. A. W. Tozer said, “Flowers and bird songs do not make spring; but when spring comes, they come with it.”
One obstacle to loving God is love of this world’s sinful ways. We cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24), and neither can we love God and the world at the same time. “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them” (1 John 2:15). Many believers today need to heed the word given to the Ephesian church: “You have forsaken the love you had at first” (Revelation 2:4). The call is for a conscious returning of the affections to God alone.
Another obstacle to loving God is the mind. Our minds continually set themselves up against the knowledge of God and challenge the faith that has made its home within our spirits (2 Corinthians 10:5). Doubt, anger, misunderstanding, and false doctrine can all rob us of life’s highest pleasure, intimacy with God (Philippians 3:8). These obstacles can be overcome through repentance and a determination to seek God above all else (Matthew 6:33; Jeremiah 29:13). In order to truly love God, we must stop insisting that God explain Himself to our satisfaction. We have to crucify our pride and our right to approve of His ways and allow Him to be God in our lives. When we humbly recognize that He alone is worthy of our love and worship, we can abandon ourselves to loving Him for who He is.
The essence of what it means to love God is to be satisfied in Him. In Him — in God Himself, as the glorious Person that He is — admiring and enjoying all He is, and giving Him our worship and praise. And it is this enjoyment of God that makes all of our other responses truly glorifying to Him, including thanking Him for all His gifts, blessings, mercy and grace, believing His Word, and obeying His commands.
We need to have an authentic love for God that starts with God-oriented affections, desires, and thoughts, that permeates our speaking and behavior, and then influences the way we spend our money and how we dress, and drive, and our forms of entertainment. Whether we’re eating or singing, jogging or blogging, texting or drawing, love for Yahweh — the one true triune God — is to be in action and seen.

However that last is to be expected; I cannot expect anyone who IS the problem to help FIX the problem.

Small Government?
Many times conservatives (real and fake) speak of “small government” being the goal.
This sounds good, and mostly is good, but it misses the essential point. The important thing here isn’t the size, but rather the purpose, of government. We could have a cheap, small tyranny. After all our government spends most of its revenue on payments to individuals and foreign aid, neither of which is part of the tyrannical apparatus trying to keep us locked down and censored. What parts of the government would be necessary for a tyranny? It’d be a lot smaller than what we have now. We could shrink the government and nevertheless find it more tyrannical than it is today.
No, what we want is a limited government, limited not in size, but rather in scope. Limited, that is, in what it’s allowed to do. Under current circumstances, such a government would also be much smaller, but that’s a side effect. If we were in a World War II sort of war, an existential fight against nasty dictatorships on the brink of world conquest, that would be very expensive and would require a gargantuan government, but that would be what the government should be doing. That would be a large, but still limited government, since it’d be working to protect our rights.
World War II would have been the wrong time to squawk about “small government,” but it wasn’t (and never is) a bad time to demand limited government. Today would be a better time to ask for a small government–at least the job it should be doing is small today–but it misses the essential point; we want government to not do certain things. Many of those things we don’t want it doing are expensive but many of them are quite eminently doable by a smaller government than the one we have today. Small, but still exceeding proper limits.
So be careful what you ask for. You might get it and find you asked for the wrong thing.

I am pretty sure Joe Biden had nothing whatsoever to do with the 30 Years War that ran from 1618-1648 and probably killed about a third of the people then living in what is now Germany.
Nor did he cause the collapse of either Roman empire (Western, 476 CE, Eastern 1453 CE). Nor the ignominious failure of most of the Crusades. Nor the collapse of Bronze Age civilization around 1200 BCE (including the collapse of the Minoans and the blowup of Santorini).
However, my utter lack of ability to imagine how he could possibly be responsible for these things is not a valid argument against them, so I await correction if appropriate.
His Truth?
Again we saw an instance of “It might be true for Billy, but it’s not true for Bob” logic this week.
I hear this often, and it’s usually harmless. As when it’s describing differing circumstances, not different facts. “Housing is unaffordable” can be true for one person, but not for another who makes ten times as much.
But sometimes the speaker means it literally. Something like 2+2=4 is asserted to be true for Billy but not for Bob. (And when it’s literal, it’s usually Bob saying it.) And in that sense, it’s nonsense, dangerous nonsense. There is ONE reality, and it exists independent of our desires and our perceptions. It would go on existing if we weren’t here. We exist in it. It does not exist in our heads. It’s not a personal construct, and it isn’t a social construct. If there were no society, reality would continue to be what it is, it wouldn’t vanish…which it would have to do, if it were a social construct.
Now what can change from person to person is the perception of reality. We see that all the time. And people will, of course, act on those perceptions. They will vote for Trump (or try to) if their perception is close to mine, and vote against Trump (and certainly succeed at doing so) if their perception is distant from mine (and therefore, if I do say so, wrong). I have heard people say “perception is reality” and usually, that’s what they’re trying to say–your perception of reality is, as far as you know, an accurate representation of reality, or you’d change it.
But I really wish they’d say it differently. And sometimes, to get back to Billy and Bob, the person who says they have different truths is really saying they have different perceptions of reality–different worldviews. I can’t argue with the latter. But I sure wish they’d say it better. That way I’d know that someone who blabbers about two different truths is delusional and not worth my time, at least not until he passes kindergarten-level metaphysics on his umpteenth attempt.

And now, they’re going up. One could make a lot of money in this market, simply by buying low and selling high, but the trick that’s hard to learn (I never did!) is timing.
Three Bodies
So far with the occasional exception everything I’ve discussed has been “straight” Newtonian two body astrodynamics. Aside from perturbations due to irregular shapes, under these circumstances an orbit is unchanging. If something is in an elliptical orbit with such-and-such a semi-major axis (size) and eccentricity (shape) at some inclination, some longitude of the ascending node, and some argument of perigee (all discussed in the first few parts of this series), then it will stay that way, forever.
What I didn’t mention is the sixth element, which defines where on the ellipse the object is. That can be stated as some time it was at periapsis, or how long since a reference time (the epoch) it has been since it was at periapsis (“time since periapsis passage”)
Once you know that number plus the others, you can literally calculate where the satellite is at any given time…an hour from now, a billion years from now, a billion years ago (if it has been in that orbit for that long). If the epoch is midnight, 1 January 2000, and the satellite is in an orbit whose period is three hours, and at the epoch the satellite was at apoapsis, then, well that’s half an orbit, so time since periapsis passage is 1.5 hours, even for some date a billion years in the future it’s easy…in this case, because the satellite orbits exactly eight times in a day, its position at midnight any day is the same. It’s at apoapsis. (If it’s not this tidy, you can divide number of days since epoch by the orbital period…and keep the remainder.) Now there is a complicated way to turn any arbitrary time since the satellite was last at apoapsis into a position in the elliptical orbit. but the point is, it’s “closed form” and you can readily compute it for any time without being concerned with all the intervening times between epoch and that time.
Fairly routine.
Put in a third body, and all this tidiness goes right out the window. Given three bodies, in certain locations traveling at certain speeds in certain directions at some time, there is no formula to tell you where the three bodies will be…not even thirty seconds later!
There are some extremely special cases…imagine five bodies spaced equally far apart, marking the vertices of a giant pentagon in the sky. If they’re all moving in exactly the right way, you’ll simply see them all going in circles and the five points of the pentagon will simply rotate around the center of the pentagon. You can calculate positions by computing how many revolutions have occurred since your reference time. (But that has to be set up deliberately.) And there are others too.
But generally speaking…no formula.
Now given that this is the real-life case, how on (or off) Earth do we handle this?
There’s no formula to describe, say, the solar system with the sun, eight planets, and innumerable asteroids, Kuiper Belt objects, comets and so forth, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be computed (in practice they only bother with the more prominent objects).
Consider: Start with your three objects in certain positions traveling in certain directions at certain speeds.
You can compute, at that instant, the forces acting on each object, because of the other two (or more, if there are more) objects. That’s a simple matter of computing the force between the first object and each one of the other objects with Newton’s law of gravitation, then adding them up. You can turn that into accelerations, and then you can apply those accelerations to the initial positions and velocities…for a very small period of time.
It’s straightforward to compute where the objects will be after that very short period of time, and how fast they will be traveling. But now positions and speeds have shifted slightly. You have new positions and velocities. So do it again: compute new forces, and apply them to the newer situation. Compute the new situation, and repeat. Again, and again and again, until you get to the time you’re interested in trying to predict. In a way, it’s a bit like a stop-motion claymation animation.
This is called numerical integration because you’re doing computations and successively accumulating the results.
There is of course a problem: Your steps won’t be entirely accurate, because you’re assuming things don’t change during your interval. But in fact the positions, velocities and forces change continuously, not step by step. So your first computation will be a little bit off; the second one starts with a situation that’s slightly wrong, so the result of it will be a little bit more wrong because it too introduces new errors, and so on.
You can try to alleviate this by making your intervals shorter and shorter, but every time you halve the interval, you double the amount of steps you need to compute. But you can make the interval as small as you need to, to get the accuracy you want.
There are also some other tricks to make it more accurate, one called the trapezoid rule and one called the Simpson rule (and there are others); unfortunately those terms only make sense if you’re using numerical integration to approximate the area under a curve; but they apply to this much more complicated six-dimensional problem as well. Which should bring up a question in your mind. I just got through telling you we can’t compute the exact answer, so, given that numerical integration gives you an approximation, how can you tell how close the approximation is?
There are two methods. One is you experiment with decreasing step sizes. When it gets to the point where the answer doesn’t change much even if you divide the step size by (say) ten, your step size is probably so small the accumulated errors are insignificant.
Or you can apply numerical integration to a two body problem, one you know the answer to, run it for the same length of time, and cut the step size until the error is acceptable. Then you’ll have a good notion what step size will work..
I actually had to write a numerical integrator for orbital mechanics once, and I “calibrated” it by setting it to work computing a circular orbit for one period. So I just kept decreasing the step size until the spacecraft “returned” to a position less than a millimeter off from its starting point. That was good enough to attack the short-duration three body problem I was really interested in.
But as you probably noticed…you need a computer to do this.
NASA had to do this sort of thing in the 1960s when computer time was very, very expensive (and the computers were slow), so they really didn’t want to mess with it until they knew it was worthwhile. So checking out a planned probe to (say) the moon, which involved three bodies, earth, moon, and probe (and maybe–OK, definitely–include the sun too), you would want to be fairly sure what your approximate answer would be before you got started; you’d be doing this computation to get the exact answer, once you know from the approximation that the mission is possible given the rockets you have available.
So that means there had to be methods to do an approximate plan, at least one to let you know whether the mission was feasible; methods that might take a day or two with a slide rule (still cheaper than a computer back then) but not use a computer. And those methods do exist.
And that’s for a future post. But in the meantime I can leave you with some eye candy. The numerical integration method is not limited to three, or a dozen, or even a million bodies, provided you have the computing power to do it.
Our galaxy, the Milky Way, is actually traveling toward M 31, the Andromeda galaxy (or it toward us, depending on how you look at it), and in about 5 billion years they will collide. (to give you an idea of scale, the two galaxies are each roughly 100,000 light years across and they are about 2 million light years apart, so right now you can set two quarters about 20 inches apart and get a reasonably to-scale diagram of the situation,) It’s not really a big deal. The stars within a galaxy are so far apart compared to their sizes, that there might not be any collisions between the individual stars. But what will happen is that under the influence of the other galaxy’s gravity, stars will be sent flying out of their galaxy and then what is left over will coalesce into “milkdromeda.” Hundreds of billions of stars are involved. To analyze this astronomers can put a hundred thousand or a million representative stars in each galaxy (perhaps a bit more into Andromeda because it’s larger than the Milky Way) and…run the sim, for several billion years of simulation time. This is a lot of computer time, even today, but there are supercomputers that can “crunch” the numbers.
In this video, the Milky Way is on the left, and Andromeda is on the right. I’ve seen ones with longer run times, and what happens is the two “cores” eventually coalesce into one core…and about 50 percent of the stars remain to be part of the new galaxy.
Of course we will never be able to verify the accuracy of that (by the time it happens, this column will have been forgotten for 4,999,999,999.99 years), but we can find other pairs of galaxies in the process of colliding right now, and you’ll see similar looking things, like below:

Faith . . . a Gift from God
God uses faith to bring salvation to His people. God gives faith because of His grace and mercy, because He loves us (Ephesians 4—5). Faith comes from God in the form of a gift (Ephesians 2:8).
A gift is not earned by some good deed or kind word, and it is not given because the giver expects a gift in return—under any of those conditions, a gift would not be a gift. The Bible emphasizes that faith is a gift because God deserves all of the glory for our salvation. If the receiver of faith could do anything whatsoever to deserve or earn the gift, that person would have every right to boast (Ephesians 2:9). But all such boasting is excluded (Romans 3:27). God wants Christians to understand they have done nothing to earn faith, it’s only because of what Christ did on the cross that God gives anyone faith (Ephesians 2:5, 16). Receiving faith is a non-work (see Romans 4—Abraham’s salvation was dependent on faith in God, as opposed to any work he performed).
Suppose someone anonymously sent you a check for $1,000,000. The money is yours if you want it, but you still must endorse the check. In no way can signing your name be considered earning the million dollars—the endorsement is a non-work. You can never boast about becoming a millionaire through sheer effort or your own business savvy. No, the million dollars was simply a gift, and signing your name was the only way to receive it. Similarly, exercising faith is the only way to receive the generous gift of God, and faith cannot be considered a work worthy of the gift.
By knowing our saving faith comes from God alone, it should encourage Christians to “not think of yourself more highly than you ought,” but remember God decides the measure of faith each one receives (Romans 12:3). The apostle Paul gives an example of the godly humility believers should have when they contemplate their own faith: “Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 1:13–14). Paul understood faith in Christ was given to him because of God’s grace in spite of his own sinful life (1 Corinthians 4:7).
The Bible specifies the way, or the means, that God gives faith to people. “Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ” (Romans 10:17). It is the Word of God that produces faith. Someone could receive faith while hearing a sermon teaching the gospel, someone else by reading about Jesus in the Bible—any time the true gospel of Jesus is communicated, there is potential for faith. This is why it’s of paramount importance for believers everywhere to act with Christ as our Great Example.
“You are light for the world. Let your light shine in front of people. Then they will see the good that you do and praise your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:14-16), and “In your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15). Faith is not the product of a preacher’s compelling presentation, his eloquence, or even his theological soundness—faith is given through the message about Jesus. This is the means God has chosen.
Anyone who wants more faith should ask God for it. God freely gives what is good to all who ask (Luke 11:9–12), and it’s good to ask for an increase of faith (Luke 17:5; Mark 9:24). Jesus prayed for Peter’s faith to be strengthened (Luke 22:32). As with any gift from God, it is our responsibility to exercise the gift and not become complacent, lazy, or apathetic (Romans 12:1–2, 6–8).
Christians can find comfort and peace of mind knowing their faith is from God, because He has said He will finish the good work He started (Philippians 1:6). God is the Author and the Perfecter of faith (Hebrews 12:2a; Romans 8:29–30).

I bring those articles up because drugs are a very good way to limit population growth and to weed out the weak, a major goal of the Eugenicists. I had noticed as a teen, that after the passage of the 1964 Civil rights act, little inner city drug pushers were introduced to our school. As a result a friend’s 6 year old sister was caught stealing money from her Mom’s purse to buy cocaine.

“We have been investigating multi-state racketeering and corruption… Mr Thaler(sp) is in charge of the investigation, he is a senior partner (32 yrs practicing) The firm specializes in investigating racketeering.for the public and private sector… largest investigation in USA and abroad.
In 2006, Us Attorney’s office in IL, ID and IN investigated the LAUNDERING OF DRUG CARTEL MONEY thru a complex series of single family purchases in those states. By 2009, numerous Real Estate agents, escrow companies and title insurers had been indicted charged and convicted of racketeering. And in 2014 our office was asked to review the case file.
The reason was to determine if moneys had filtered thru homes purchased in AZ specifically Maricopa and Pima county. We concluded that several real estate agents convicted in Iowa had set up laundering systems in AZ. On there after sent the proceeds of sales to the Panamanian corporations.
In 2018 Mr Thaler(sp) discovered ,completely incidental to an independent matter, a series of Trustees evidencing that cash laundered thru single family residences in AZ was pervasive and on going. With that a new investigation began with the focus on money laundered and racketeering activities in Maricopa county as well as in several other AZ counties. We are currently represent several parties directly damaged by this racketeering activities.
The original investigation focused on fake notarization, fake deeds of trust, fraudulent buyers and or sellers of the real property transactions as well as other companies used in real estate transactions. Such as real estate brokers, Mortgage companies, title and escrow cos. real estate inspection cos. And so on.
Over 120,000 documents have been reviewed to date.
These docs have definitely evidenced MULTIPLE RACKETEERING ENTERPRISES WHICH INCLUDE NARCOTIC SALES, MONEY LAUNDERING, TAX EVASION, PAY ROLL THEFT, BANKRUPTCY FRAUD, LIFE INSURANCE FRAUD, AUTO INSURANCE FRAUD, BRIBERY OF ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS CREATING AND MODIFYING PUBLIC RECORD, FALSIFYING PROFESSIONAL LICENSES, AND RELATED CREDENTIALS, SWATTING INDIVIDUALS THAT POSE A THREAT TO THESE ENTERPRISES And LAST BUT NOT LEAST ELECTION FRAUD.

Emerge Arizona seems to be a honey trap set-up by the SinaloaCartel to attract women they can bribe and place in politics. Hobbs worked there.
@ 7:09:00 … Since at least 2004 ballot counts have been tampered with. Our county’s data base built between 2014 & 15, has been and continues to be infiltrated and hacked. It’s architects specifically designed the system with multiple back door entries. These allow the up loading of falsified documents and the removal of genuine documents from the county system. We have SEEN Brittany [whistleblower] access the data base and have an eye witness to testify to that. Over the last 15 years Brittany has uploaded falsified judgments etc
Beginning in 2017 the access points have been used to change vote totals and therein election results.
Illegal transfers have been made and PROVIDED TO RUNBECK AND JEFF ELLISON.
The phony deeds in the scheme to move money to candidates are created by Brittany.
For profit and non-profit PACs are also created by Brittany and used to move money for candidates.
During the 2022 election ballot scanners and printers at 70 precincts suffered changes to their printer settings despite being tested the night before the election. The changes in those settings were made through computer infiltration. Not manually or by some never seen before error.
The uncontrolled ballots were placed in Box 3 and allegedly driven to Runbeck. Witness information provided by October 2020 confirms that over 100,000 filled in ballots and more than 13 million dollars were Identified by some of our investigators in 2 unmarked rental cars. These ballots were loaded into the vans with the cash at a private residence in Mesa and driven to Runbeck’s office.
The Runbeck company as you know is operated by Robert Runbeck. We have found deeds for Runbeck.and Ellison.
So, I was going to drive home the point but instead I will move on.
We have heard OK, the statistical improbabilities. With respect to the 2020 election. let’s look at Adrian Fontes (D) and Steven Richer run for Maricopa county recorder. Riker’s win was statistically impossible. Riker won by approximately 6,000 votes. This means 50,000 individuals that voted for the Democrat ticket across the board, had to choose a republican against an incumbent who never suffered a scandal. Never happened, this was a planned loss. Hobbs would receive the Democrat nomination for governor and Fontes would run for Sec of State to replace Hobbs. The strategy appeared to have been planned.
I have shown you that both Fontes and Hobbs have ‘Brittany deeds’ indicating a strong likelihood that they are bribe recipients.
Now it may seem obvious but I do feel it is necessary to explain none the less. Given that AZ is a border state and drug smuggling and Human trafficking is a billion dollar business. It would appear that having our elected and appointed officials ensure the cartel enterprise would remain open for business would be paramount. The Cartel invests substantially to make sure the right people are in key positions so as to ensure their objectives.
The fix for 2020 and 2022 started in 2017 with the appointment of people to elected positions being bribed thru the mortgage scheme and by money being laundered by the appointment of phantom individuals. The problem with these documents are many.
If you look at the recorded appointments from Fontes that were notarized by a ‘Jessica York’, First the hand writing of the written and printed name has been Ided as belonging to Brittany by a document expert. Secondly, the York signatures are the same handwriting but not the same style and that change of style exists even when the documents were allegedly signed on the same day. The clerk handwriting matches Donna. The signature of the clerk at the bottom is actually a tracing of a signature stamp. The time between the signing and the notarization alleged execution of the clerk and thereafter the recorded date are evidence of forgery. Normally it is a 2 to 3 [day?] turn around time. These took multiple months. And all were AFTER the election certification. I have example after example where things do not add up. … Three out of five Maricopa supervisors have recorded documents evidencing acceptance of bribes.
Further we have investigated PACs relating to state office holders and Dark Money transactions relating to said PACs. From late 2018 to 20222, a significant number of questinable real estate transactions were facilitted by several law firms including partners at PERKINS COIE.
Mr Thaler would be here himself presenting this information but there have been been multiple attempts on his life. A tire was slashed with a straight edged knife about 46 inches in such a manner as to cause a catastrophe failure. I am mentioning this because a similar attempt was made on Kari Lake’s daughter during her campaign. To date 6 attempts have been made on Thaler’s life.
In Arizona public officials accepting bribes include members of the legislature, members of the state government more than 2 dosen judges on the Maricopa county Superior court at least two judges on the city of Mesa court, at least one judge in the town of Gilbert court, the mayor of Mesa, at least five members of Mesa city council, several police officers…
INTERRUPTIONS – POINT OF ORDER Not appropriate place… rule can not impute other members of the chamber …. So what I am going to do is this, I need you to wrap up…

Further the data we have collected and the connections we have found, and the vast details of this entire investigations will lead enforcement agencies to those participating in the frauds, and will help you restore election integrity within our beautiful state.

Under the auspices of “Operacion Damasco,” local security forces disrupted his syndicate, which stretched to the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Although little evidence has emerged confirming that Zaiter was anything other than a prolific drug dealer, Ecuadorian sources are emphatic that Zaiter had ties to Hezbollah and was in fact laundering money for the group [2]. Hezbollah also would have a natural interest in Mexico’s drug cartels, which account for 90% of the cocaine flowing to more than 240 U.S. cities. The cartels are all-purpose, amoral criminal organizations quick to engage in all things nefarious—from drug dealings to assassinations, kidnapping, and migrant smuggling—provided they’re profitable.

She is an interesting addition to the story so let’s go back in time to see what she was up to as head of DHS under Obama and governor of Arizona.
Out of one side of her mouth Janet Napolitano was stating: ” The terrorist threat to the U.S. homeland has continued to “evolve” and may now “be at its most heightened state” since the September 11, 2001” Out of the other side of her mouth she is busy assuring Americans that the southern border is “more secure than ever.” So secure in fact that Homeland security is going to DECREASE the southern border patrol by “several hundred agents.”

Even worse, going forward, my colleagues and I were prohibited from entering pertinent information into the database.
A few weeks later, in my office at the Port of Atlanta, the television hummed with the inevitable Congressional hearings that follow any terrorist attack. While members of Congress grilled Obama administration officials, demanding why their subordinates were still failing to understand the intelligence they had gathered, I was being forced to delete and scrub the records. And I was well aware that, as a result, it was going to be vastly more difficult to “connect the dots” in the future—especially before an attack occurs….

The RINO’s Dilemma
The RINOs who who have burrowed in and taken over most GOP organizations, from the state down to local organizations, have quite a dilemma on their hands, and most of them have their heads too far up their asses to realize it.
OK, I’m not talking about the liberal in a Republican area, who knows they’re in the wrong party, but is there because it’s the only game in their town; they hope to capture a nomination someday, at which point they’re guaranteed to be elected…otherwise, they never will be. These people are a hazard in any heavily conservative area.
No, I’m talking about the guys who are a little bit conservative and want to do some good by going into politics, and they’re in a closely matched area, closely enough that they can join the party they are most aligned with and still have a chance. They think the Democrats…particularly the ones who end up running for office…are nuts.
They don’t think much better of the Deplorable types, either. A bunch of bumpkins whose hearts are in the right place, mostly…OK a bit extreme. But they think Deplorables can’t understand that first you have to get elected, then work within the system to change things…a slow process. They genuinely want many of the things Deplorables want…just not as much. The government is spending too much. Or they need to spend money on highways instead of welfare for illegal immigrants. But they want to work within the system to get these things done.
Or maybe they think things are pretty close to ideal right now, and they want to nail it in place.
The problem is, that means they don’t stand for anything in particular. And it shows. They’re about as unappetizing to the electorate as a puddle of dog vomit. The folks in the middle, who they think they are appealing to because they themselves are not extreme, would honestly prefer a clear-spoken radical to someone who qualifies everything they say to the point where they sound like they don’t believe anything at all.
The problem these “Mild RINOs” have, is they just can’t see that. And the reason they just can’t see that, is their entire sense of self-worth is tied up in not seeing that. In their minds, they’ve worked tirelessly for their party, to keep those crazy Democrats out…only to have to constantly fight with a small number of crazy Republicans–who are only liabilities if they end up as candidates. They’ve fought the good fight, and if they can just find the right candidate, someone with some charisma, they might stop the crazies…without being too beholden to the OTHER crazies. In the meantime it’s not working. What’s a responsible guy in politics to do?
They simply cannot understand that the Republicans can’t succeed as the party of nothing in particular. Not really in the past, and certainly not today when people are starting to realize that no matter what they do in the voting booth, the country is still about to fly off a precipice. If they did see it, they’d suddenly have two choices: Go away and let the GOP succeed, or stay and fight. But “go away” isn’t really an option, because what’s the point of having a party now owned by the crazies, win?
Well, they have a dilemma…and WE, therefore have a problem. And we would have that problem even IF they realized that they had a problem…that they were the problem.
No one ever thinks they are the bad guy. Even Epstein probably thought he was the good guy. Right up to the moment where he didn’t kill himself.
So if you ever wonder why these unappetizing dufuses cling on even when their fingernails are being left behind…that’s why. They don’t understand no one wants them, and can’t imagine that no one should want them. And oftentimes their greatest pride is in all the hard work they’ve done for the party. They’re not going to give that up; it’d be psychological suicide.
If you’ve worked with these people, there’s a good chance you like them and consider some of them your friends. But even if so…we’re going to have to give them a good, hard shove. Because America is more important than those milquetoasts’ egos.
Justice Must Be Done
The prior election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system.
Nothing else matters at this point. Talking about trying again in 2022 or 2024 is hopeless otherwise. Which is not to say one must never talk about this, but rather that one must account for this in ones planning; if fixing the fraud is not part of the plan, you have no plan.

Another Conjunction
You might recall the Great Conjunction of December 21, 2020, where Jupiter and Saturn got so close to each other in the sky (as seen from Earth) that you could literally look at both of them at the same time in a telescope. (What a boon for lazy astronomers!)
This coming Wednesday we have a similar situation with Jupiter and Venus, again in the evening sky after sunset. Similar, but by no means close enough for both of them to be in the same view in a telescope. You can still see a nice little alignment shortly after sunset looking west; Jupiter will be furthest above the horizon, and bright. Venus will be closer to the horizon, and even brighter. (There was hype about this on this last Wednesday, too, because the moon was nearby that night.) They will get within a half a degree of each other, which is less than the width of the full moon.
Venus and Jupiter are the two brightest objects in the night sky, other than the Moon.

Thus far in talking about astrodynamics, I’ve been careful to consider only two bodies (a satellite and its primary), and I’ve been assuming they’re both point masses.
Neither of these assumptions is ever actually true. Because we live in a universe with more than two things in it, and nothing other than a black hole is a point mass–with the entire mass of the object all at one single point in space (and if we are dealing with black holes, Newton’s laws go out the window anyway, at least close in to the black hole).
However in many cases the effects from third, fourth, and other bodies are very very minor and there are actually conceivable cases where you can assume a point mass even when it isn’t.
The first one seems obvious. If other bodies are far away, they won’t have much gravitational influence. (People arguing that the positions of the planets at the moment of birth actually matters have to contend with [or more commonly, ignore] the fact that the obstetrician or midwife has more gravitational influence on the newborn than any other planet ever will.)
The second simplification, that you can sometimes pretend a large body is actually a point mass, is much less obvious.
Here is Newton’s law of universal gravitation, in mathematical form:
And if I were to translate that into plain English, it would read, “The force due to gravitation between two point masses is proportional to the product of their masses, divided by the square of the distance between them, and multiplied by the gravitational constant.”
What this form of the equation doesn’t address is the direction of the force; it’s directed from one object to the other along the straight line between them.
But there’s that awkward “point mass” thing again. What if it’s not a point mass?
What you do then, is (mentally) divide the object (let’s stick with the primary, since it’s much bigger than the satellite) up into much, much smaller pieces, then do this computation for each piece, including accounting for the direction, then add them all up. You’ll get a more precise answer the smaller you make your pieces, but you’ll also do more work because there are more pieces to do the computation for. And if you’re wondering how to add forces in different directions, that’s where vectors come into play (it’s pretty easy actually).
So let’s say you’re aboard a satellite near Earth, and you’re looking out the window at the earth. What’s the sum total of all of the gravitational attractions, of each sandgrain in the Australian outback, of every beer stein in England, of the iron at the earth’s core, and everything in between?
Hmmm, tricky. Or maybe not. Maybe we can sneak up on it.
Let’s replace the earth with a hollow sphere of, say, iron. The sphere is a perfect sphere, the iron is of uniform density, and the shell is of uniform thickness. (Imagine a very, very large ping pong ball made of iron instead of plastic.)
It turns out that under these circumstances you can do various mathematical tricks and shortcuts (these would be tricks and shortcuts that bear the name “integral calculus”) to discover that the aggregate attraction of that entire sphere is the same as another hypothetical object, a point mass at the center of that sphere, weighing the same as the entire iron shell. It makes no difference how thick that shell is, it makes no difference what it’s made out of–balsa wood, platinum, glass, whatever…as long as it’s of uniform density. It can be swapped with a point mass at the center of the shell.
[As a side note, it can also be shown that if you are inside the sphere, anywhere inside it, the net gravitational force is zero. If you’re at the very center, obviously, the mass on one side cancels the mass on the other (they’re the same, and at the same distance, but in opposite directions). But even if you’re near the shell somewhere, you have a small amount of matter close to you in one direction, and lots more matter in the other direction, but farther away…and they cancel each other out again. So the entire inside of the sphere is one big Zero Gravity zone.]
This is what you get when you divide that hollow sphere up into little pieces and add up their gravitational influences. And Newton did this…he invented calculus, in part, to be able to do this. (And yes, Leibniz was also inventing calculus about the same time, but Newton didn’t know about that, so he had to do it himself.)
Now back to talking about the earth. The earth is made up of layers, the crust, the mantle, the outer and inner cores. They’re each of fairly uniform composition, but no two layers…or even depths below ground within the same layer are quite the same. If nothing else lower spots within the same layer are denser because they’re under more compression. (The iron at the earth’s core is notably compressed and is denser than iron on the surface.)
So you can divide the earth into layers, like an onion, treat each of them like a hollow sphere, use Newton’s result above…and what you find yourself doing is adding point masses, all at the center of the earth, to get a total…which is to say, you’re going to end up with the equivalent of a point mass, as massive as the earth, at the center of the earth. Note: you don’t need to know what’s inside the earth for this to work, but you do have to assume that the density profile is the same in every direction out from the center of the earth (which is equivalent to saying that the onion layers will each be uniform).
So this is why you can treat a typical big round astronomical body as if it were a point mass.
Well, almost. In fact you can do it with objects far away. If you’re so far away from an object that it looks like a point to you, you can treat it as one.
But if you’re close to Earth, really really close, then the fact that it’s not a perfect sphere starts to tell.
Most importantly the earth rotates. Because it spins on its axis, centrifugal force makes Earth bulge a bit at the equator. (The same effect is used to make round disks of dough for pizza crusts; the pizza maker tosses a lump of dough in the air with a spin on it to get it to flatten out.)
That bulge will pull on satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and it does so quite a lot, causing orbits’ longitude of the ascending node to shift. The effect can cause the satellite to be 500 miles away from where it “should” be, in just one day. If you pick precisely the right size of orbit, you might even get the ascending node to shift through 360 degrees over the course of a year. This means that the orbit will basically always maintain the same orientation with respect to the sun; these are called “sun synchronous” orbits.
Even without the bulge, the Earth has continents and oceans, and there’s just enough difference in density between those items that even they can perturb a satellite. I talked about geostationary orbits, but in fact most locations above the equator will suffer from perturbations from the small irregularities in the shape of the earth, and a satellite in GEO will actually drift a little bit if it doesn’t use its thrusters for stationkeeping.
The moon is even more irregular; it has “mass concentrations” as if it were a gigantic lump of pudding with bowling balls rather than raisins. I remember being told when I was studying this stuff in college, that the effect of all those “mascons” was that a satellite in low lunar orbit simply wasn’t stable and would eventually crash into the moon.
So much for what happens in a close orbit when the primary is at least somewhat irregular.
What happens if the satellite is irregular?
Imagine a telephone pole in Low Earth Orbit.
Unless it is in precisely the right orientation, one end of the telephone pole will be slightly closer to the earth than the other. Because it IS slightly closer, it will feel earth’s gravity a bit more strongly than the other end. They’re physically attached to each other, and the telephone pole as a whole is moving with the center of gravity (which is what is “in orbit” around Earth). The center of gravity feels no force, because it’s responding freely to gravity. It’s in free fall. Every other spot on and within that telephone pole feels a slight force, the extra gravitational pull from being closer to earth, or the deficit from being further.
Anyhow, since the near end of the pole feels more force towards Earth, and the farther end of the pole feels less force..the whole telephone pole will eventually rotate about its center of gravity, so that it points towards/away from Earth. It’s not much, but there’s no other force to counter it, not even friction. And even after it has done that rotation, the near end and far end feel a very slight “tugging” force, as if some giant were to grab each end of the telephone pole and try to stretch it.
The name for this phenomenon might be surprising: it’s known as a tidal effect. Yes, as in ocean tides. Because they are caused by the same thing. The side of the earth closest to the moon feels more gravity; the side away from the moon feels less gravity. Water can flow freely in response to this so it tends to pile up at both ends; one end feels a net attraction to the moon, the other end feels a net repulsion.
How much is this apparent “stretching” force? Let’s say the length of the telephone pole is 2L; so the near end is L units closer to earth than the center of the pole, and the far end is L units farther away. So if, at some moment, the telephone pole is at distance a from the center of the earth, what happens? The force due to gravity of the center of mass of the telephone pole is proportional to 1/a2. But the near end of the pole will feel a force that is 1/(a-L)2, and the far end will feel a force that is 1/(a+L)2. The apparent stretching force is the difference between these two, so it’s going to be proportional to 1/(a-L)2 – 1/(a+L)2. Now, doing a bunch of algebra, this will simplify to: 4aL / (a4-2a2L2+L4). Now, a is much, much larger than L, and a4 is much, much, much larger than L4, so you can approximate that gigantic mess on the bottom with just a4. Cancelling, the stretching force is proportional to L/a3.
So tidal effects have an inverse cube effect going on. Move your telephone pole to twice the distance (from the center of the earth), and the tidal effect is 1/8th what it was before (not one half, or even one quarter). But it’s also proportional to L; double the length of the pole, you will double the tidal effect.
OK, so imagine something like the moon. It feels a tidal effect. In fact the moon’s shape is such that tidally it should always point the same face towards earth, and it does. In the billions of years since it formed, whatever rotation it started out with has gone away under the relentless, never ending pull from the tidal effect caused by Earth.
Of course we know the moon has a tidal effect on Earth. Is it trying to pull the Earth into a situation where the Earth always presents the same face towards the moon? Yes it is, and that is one reason the Earth is, very gradually, slowing its rotation down, resulting in having to add leap seconds here and there over the years to keep our clocks synchronized with Earth’s rotation. The earth is 81 times as massive as the moon, though, so the moon has 81 times as much work to do slowing Earth down to tidally lock it. Nevertheless the loss of Earth’s rotational angular momentum is causing a rise in the Moon’s angular momentum (angular momentum is conserved, so if Earth loses it, something else must gain it), so the Moon is slowly receding from Earth. (This has been measured by bouncing lasers off reflectors the Apollo astronauts left on the moon.)
The four “big moons” (or “Galilean moons” of Jupiter are all tidally locked to Jupiter in the same way the moon is to Earth. Pluto and its satellite Charon are almost the same mass, each is tidally locked to the other. Seen from the surface of Pluto, Charon never rises nor sets; seen from the surface of Charon, Pluto never rises or sets, either; each of the two objects appears stationary from the other, just like, on the surface of the Moon, Earth does not appear to move; if it’s above the horizon to the west where you’re standing…it will stay there.
Imagine, though, if the Moon were much closer to Earth. Really close. Like, so close that when standing on that spot on the moon closest to earth, the tidal force equals the Moon’s surface gravity.
Nothing would hold you to the moon then; you could just drift off. And that would be true of the lunar soil and rocks nearby too; they would just driff off since there’s no net force holding them to the moon. (And the same would be true on the far side of the moon too, since it feels the same tidal force away from the center of the moon.)
The moon could, if it were even closer to earth, actually be disassembled, since now objects on the surface would be actively pulled away from it!
We think this is how Saturn’s rings formed. Some object got too close to Saturn and was pulled apart by the tidal forces. Or perhaps the “stuff” in orbit around Saturn when Saturn formed simply couldn’t form a moon in the first place! (But the rings themselves are slightly unstable and won’t last more than a couple of hundred million years, which argues for them being formed well after Saturn was.)
Tidal forces can get really strong. Near a black hole for instance. Since a black hole is a point mass, greater, perhaps even much, much greater than the sun’s mass, you can get very, very close to something with very strong gravity. And remember it’s an inverse qube law…getting very, very close means having a LOT of tidal force.
Even enough to rip you apart, if you get close enough. Or anything else for that matter. Astronomers call this “spaghettification” (no, I’m not joking), this alludes to the fact that anything will be stretched until it looks like a strand of spaghetti…and then it will be stretched even more.
Right now astronomers are watching a gas cloud being pulled into the black hole at the center of our galaxy and it, sure enough, is being stretched as it gets closer and closer. I can’t seem to link to the video (and it’s on msn.com so that’s just as well), but it actually labels the gas cloud as being “spaghettified.”
