Only remembers this because I used to occasionally have to take a bus to the commissary (only large one was in Seoul we came down from the camps in the North) going past the riots . I have my doubts. The South Korean entertainment industry is its own animal. I mean, it’s tightly controlled and Chinese themes are not readily accepted. Yes, because the charges against him are false. Many years ago, while I was on a photography trip, the heavenly Father taught me a valuable lesson about leading and following. My party had been hiking on a trail for three or four hours when I felt a slight sensation of dread. I had a sneaking suspicion that we were traveling the wrong way. When I asked our guide about it, he calmly reassured me that we were, in fact, heading in the right direction.
Well, that quieted me for a few minutes, but this persistent sense of being off track simply would not go away. So I pulled out my compass and discovered that, sure enough, we were heading the wrong way. When I pointed this out to our guide a second time, he finally stopped to think about it. After examining the compass, map, and trail markers, he realized that we really were off course. We lost about three hours—and some beautiful photo opportunities—because our guide wasn’t leading us correctly.
That experience taught me how vitally important it is to trust in the person who is guiding us. Beyond the hiking trail, this holds true in business, church, families, or any other relationship. If our guide isn’t trustworthy—if we cannot put our complete faith in him or her—we’ll end up lost.
So let me ask you: Who is your guide? Are you following celebrities or news reporters? Are you trusting in politicians or business leaders? If you’ve placed your absolute faith in anyone or anything other than your heavenly Father, you’re already off course. He is our one trustworthy Guide. Seek Him and get back on track today.

My daughter’s best friend from high school married a uber wealthy guy. They lived like celebs, had a beachfront Malibu house and another one inland…very rich.
She hobnobbed with the vapid rich gals..when she had kids she did what they all do. Hired full time au pairs with back up nannies so each child was always with someone, not mom but someone. By the 3rd baby they began to notice that the kids were a bit not like themselves as they grew up (no duh) and the last one was beginning to appear very stunted.
Blah blah…anyway they finally put in nanny cams and realized that the caregivers (almost exclusively foreign) didn’t interact much at all with the baby. It was left laying in her crib hours at a time with no stimulation.
Was almost too late for the youngest one but they sold out and moved to Iowa . They’re still rich and live large but they learned a hard lesson.

The police union has been saying that the decision to fire would be absurd and is politically motivated, either support your officer or “we’ll play your silly game” by being as absurd as the city. Since the city wishes to continue with the absurdity by going ahead and firing Panteleo over the common sense wishes of the union, the union is now issuing these instructions to its officers to act with exact same level of absurdity that the city shows in the firing of Panteleo, thus what you are reading. This is hard ball and yes the system breaks down until someone blinks.

I think I have discovered twitters new tactic to suppress Trump supporters tweet distribution. When I view the replies to President Trump’s tweets, I see mostly replies from people I follow—as opposed to the hundreds of trolls that I used to see in the past.
I suspect that if each of us were to simultaneously screenshot the same Trump tweet with replies at the same time—we would have all have a different set of replies based on who we follow. Why is this a problem???
If true—THEY ARE ENCAPSULATING US!!! Cutting us off from twitter’s preferred group to promote their pro-Left agenda!
Why do I suspect this? My political tweets get a maximum of 2 or 3 likes/retweets despite having over 700 followers. Not to be bragging—I know that I am not the best twitterer out there—but I also know that I should get my share of responses when looking at other tweets out there. THAT is NOT happening.
However, when I put a NON-POLITICAL tweet out there—like my Carolina Reaper Pepper pics, all of a sudden I am getting likes, follows, and retweets from all kinds of strangers that I have never seen before.
I am convinced that twitter has revamped their algorithms letting us believe that trolls are less of an issue—letting us see each other—but not EXPANDING OUR OUTREACH.

Earlier this year, the Trump administration ended “all internal National Institutes of Health (NIH) experimentation using aborted human fetal tissue”, and when that happened many came to the conclusion that the problem had been solved…
Unfortunately, the experiments that were canceled represented only a very small fraction of the federally-funded human fetal tissue experimentation that is going on around the nation. The White Coat Waste Project and Pro-Life San Francisco teamed up to investigate, and they just shared what they discovered in a joint op-ed in the Washington Examiner…
“Our organizations — White Coat Waste Project and Pro-Life San Francisco — recently analyzed NIH spending data and related scientific publications. Unfortunately, we’ve discovered that the canceled projects are just the tip of the iceberg. While the administration’s June decision ended NIH’s internal human fetal tissue experiments and the UCSF contract it funded, it did not halt another 200 projects outside of NIH using human fetal tissue that received a combined $115 million in taxpayer funds from NIH in 2018.”
115 million dollars is an enormous amount of money, and a tremendous amount of good could be done with a sum that large.
But instead, that money is being used to conduct extremely sick experiments in secret laboratories all over the United States…
Here’s how it works: First, babies are terminated at abortion clinics in university-affiliated hospitals. The remains of these unwanted children are harvested for research. College professors, eternally hungry for lucrative federal grants, solicit NIH funds earmarked for nightmarish human fetal tissue research on animals. Its big business, which is why it’s no surprise that UCSF has openly stated their hostility to any restrictions on fetal tissue research.
For instance, at UCSF, the abortion training capital of the US, experimenters recently used a $2 million government slush fund to transplant intestines removed from 18-24 week-old aborted fetuses onto the backs of 6 to 8-week-old mice. In other bizarre Frankenstein study funded by taxpayers, UCSF implanted intact reproductive tracts from 9.5 to 22-week-old human fetuses, including from a pair of aborted twins, into mice dosed with synthetic estrogen.
Before we proceed, let me ask you a question.
What do you think a nation that does such things deserves?
And nobody in the federal government can claim ignorance, because these practices have been debated on Capitol Hill repeatedly. In fact, during a congressional hearing last December the director of the NIH openly defended these practices…
But addressing Congress in December, NIH director Francis Collins defended the practice.
He said: “There is strong evidence that scientific benefits come from fetal tissue research, [which] can be done with an ethical framework.”
They all know what is going on, and yet this funding keeps getting approved on the federal level year after year no matter which political party is in power.
Overseas, the experiments are even more bizarre.
For example, over in China a team of scientists recently made headlines all over the world after they created “a hybrid human-monkey embryo”…
Scientists have successfully formed a hybrid human-monkey embryo – with the experiment taking place in China to avoid “legal issues”.
Researchers led by scientist Juan Carlos Izpisúa spliced together the genes to grow a monkey with human cells.
