Dear KAG: 20210608 Open Thread

Cover image: ceiling in the reading room at the Missouri Historical Society, a repurposed building that was once United Hebrew Synagogue. (Of course, St. Louis, Missouri)

To be honest, I wasn’t going to go looking for a hometown piece of art for today’s opener, but after wrangling with my mother over what she considers legit news sources, and thinking about how the various strata of people in the US are really prisoners in echo chambers when it comes to information, inspiration struck.

See, the reading room at the Missouri Historical Society IS an echo chamber along the same lines as the Statuary Hall (Old House of Representatives Chamber) is in the U.S. Capitol. Yours truly did some research one afternoon, and other than being catered to by the staff in a traditional library, had a miserable time of it. Snippets of conversations from across the room fairly floated on the air conditioning currents.

So, I had some notion of doing a whole bit on that.

And then I realized that I keep seeing all these memes about age.

Really. I completely agree.

And then this came up:

Just a couple of guys making some random comments about age, but then I recalled something my dad told me about defense contractors and doing fighter contract proposals for the government. It’s a years long process. And sometime in the 1990s, the guys who had been around for 3-4 of the proposals, and knew what was in store had to coach the younger generations who didn’t want to hear what they had to say.

We’ve lamented here of late the lack of loyalty building anymore in American corporate culture, not to mention the demise of mentoring. Apprenticeship is a little different, but still, the older generations are used more as a library sort of resource than a student learning from a master.

It’s one of the aspects of traditionalism that suffered mightily when the extended family was sacrificed in the name of [DS] “progress.”

(BTW, I checked with the grammar nazi (Mom is life time certified to teach English) who was taught by nuns, and that is the correct punctuation. Periods and commas go INSIDE the quotation marks unless the quotes are around a proper name. I was beginning to doubt my own education from nuns.)

With that in mind….

I had planned to bring this today, and eilert posted it yesterday. Still worth watching.

Now, what else is out there….

TEXT: Natural COVID immunity is forever. Memory B and T cells quietly wait in lymph nodes and bone marrow ready to make antibodies if the virus returns. Our bodies are amazing. Those who have had COVID can identify as vaccinated.

I bet somebody out there knows why that steel plant in Iran went ka-BOOM.

Where’s Marylin when you need her?

Uh, yeah.

Crisis actors by another name.

As if we didn’t know there was something hinky about the whole blame fat for people being overweight thing.

And one I’m not saving until tomorrow.

Something to remember, always.

Per the boss’s instruction:

I’d throw in a few Rockefellers and Rothschilds also.

Of course, this does not mean committing felonies, but standing up to the forces that want to tear this nation – and humanity apart. The very people XVII told us will be destroyed by the time this movie comes to an end are currently roaming the halls of power…supposedly. It’s a sickening sight.

And now for some mood music:

Your weekly reminder to take the pledge:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

And now for the nitty gritty of the Q Tree 5 minute, stand up, Tuesday morning meeting version of the Daily Thread.

Guidelines for posting and discussion on this site were outlined by our host, WolfM00n. Please, review them from time to time.

The discourse on this site is to be CIVIL – no name calling, baiting, or threatening others here is allowed. Those who are so inclined may visit Wolf’s other sanctuary, the U-Tree, to slog it out with anyone who happens to still be hanging out there. There is also a “rescue” thread there for members of the Tree to rendezvous if the main site goes kablooey.

This site is a celebration of the natural rights endowed to humans by our Creator as well as those enshrined in the Bill of Rights adopted in the founding documents of the United States of America. Within the limits of law, how we exercise these rights is part of the freedom of our discussion.

Fellow tree dweller Wheatie gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

And Auntie DePat’s requests as we are all, ahem, adults, although some of us are beginning to wonder what the threshold for true adulthood is:

If you see something has not been posted, do us all a favor, and post it. Please, do not complain that it has not been done yet.

The scroll wheel on your mouse can be your friend. As mature adults, please use it here in the same manner you would in avoiding online porn.

Thank you so much for any and all attention to such details. It is GREATLY appreciated by more than one party here.

MATTHEW 5:13-16

13“You are the salt of the earth; but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trodden under foot by men. 14“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. 15Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, Prince of the Heavenly Hosts, by the power of God, cast down to Hell Satan and all his evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Amen brother.

As always, prayers for the fight against that which seeks to enslave us are welcome. Via con Dios.

Faucism needs to be cleaned out. All the way up to the Rockefellers.

Not sure what’s beyond that, but maybe that, too.

Wish it had been done during q time like we all thought.

How could anyone be comfortable being in a room with anybody whose eyes were like that?

How does someone who looks like that even have any acquaintances?

He looks like he could pick up a butcher knife or a meat cleaver and hack you to death at any moment… 🤣 😂 🤣

2nd new Political Moonshine article today:

Revisiting Obama’s Application of U.S. Counterinsurgency Doctrine: A Closer Look at the Guide
June 8, 2021

Intro: “In this article, we’re taking a closer look at the U.S. Counterinsurgency Guide 2009-2017 and with the understanding that it’s imperative to read the first article for appropriate contextual backdrop. That article recapitulates an older established position featured in an April 2020 article I wrote and then reinforces those positions with evidence from a more recent item sourced from Zero Hedge and cited to We Meant Well.

That brief article itself is worthy of full consumption; especially given the granular supporting details I omitted from it to save space and time. The article examines how a newly inaugurated and first-term President Barack Obama entered office in January 2009 and immediately began to apply and map-over the U.S. (and its people) its own counterinsurgency doctrine that was perfected overseas in decades worth of CIA operations conducted to dictate “election” outcomes in other nations.”

I had to clear my cache and cookies earlier today, and ever since, I have been logging in with each post here.

Eventually I used the log-in at the bottom of DP’s article, which takes me to the WP login page.

The first option was to log in via WordPress, which is what I did, and it remembered by user name and password (even though I cleared cache/cookies, somehow).

That worked, except when I ‘liked’ someone else’s post, and checked it, my ‘likes’ show as ‘guest’. Then I realized my ‘coyote’ or ‘wolverine’ thing to the right of my screen name was missing.

So I figured I logged in the wrong way, logged out, and tried logging in again, this time not using the WP log-in, but the second option right below it, logging in with screen name and password.

It knew both my screen name and password (password showed up as “•••••••••••••••”), and I clicked the ‘log in’ button, and it didn’t work. Said I had used 1 of 4 attempts or something like that.

So I tried it again with the same auto-fill info, and same result.

Then I looked up my password, deleted the auto-fill and entered my password, and clicked log-in. Same result, now I had 2 attempts left.

So I tried again, and used an old/previous password. Same result, now I had one attempt left, so I logged back in via WP (the first of the two options) to get back on here, to find out what I’m doing wrong.

How do I log-in, so that when I like someone’s post, my screen name shows up (and presumably it shows ‘coyote’ or ‘wolverine’ by my screen name)?

And now, for reasons unknown, it’s working like it should… 🙄👍😁

Use the WP login if you want your screen name and animal tag.

The screen name and PW option – is not any PW you would know. Site generates a 500 character super secret PW that only Wolfie can see and has to give you privately in Gab chat. 😜

The warning for failed attempts is as meaningless as a WuFlu Variant. 😆 It’ll put you in time-out until you get Wolfie’s secret PW that you really don’t want anyways.

Thank you bfly! 😁

I’ve been in that limbo for a couple of months. I sense shenanigans.

Just an aside while reading this great article by PM. Not that it matters, but IIRC there was general agreement on this site very early on that the impeachment hoax was fabricated as a precursor to the Wuhan coup.

US Govt Denies FISA Liability – The Reactionary (

US Govt Denies FISA LiabilityDOJ/FBI: You can’t sue us for FISA abuse.
As we predicted, the DOJ has asked the Court to dismiss, in its entirety, Carter Page’s lawsuit relating to the DOJ/FBI FISA abuses that occurred in 2016-2017. You can read the Motion here.

In doing so, the US Government has adopted two infuriating positions.

First, it argues that it can abuse the FISA process, spy on American citizens with an invalid warrant, and cannot be held liable.

Second, the US claims Carter Page’s lawsuit was filed too late.
In essence, the US Government ran out the clock by hiding the witnesses and documents and evidence. Now it tells the victim of its crimes “tough luck, you’re too late.”

I have a theory that intelligence is a constant. The smarter your phone is the dumber you are.

[n.b. that’s not me… despite the alliterative similarity]

Changing passwords on an almost regular basis (to keep them guessing) and using a “throwaway” email account (or accounts) for various tasks (e.g. signing petitions, newsletters, LinkedIn, etc.) will keep your important accounts/passwords safer. Along with NEVER sharing passwords between accounts/devices/etc.

Good luck with that.

Where’s K-Bo? MOAR good news! Also GA, Colorado, and Alaska toured the AZ audit today. More states coming this week.
LET’S AUDIT ALL 50!!! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

I was proudly one of the five Patriots that served Governor Sisolak a notarized affidavit notice of maladministration yesterday in Nevada. It’s not up to us to prove to the courts there was fraud to get an audit….it’s up to the State to prove to us that it was valid by performing an audit when the People demand it, per our own state constitution. It’s a failsafe our forefathers set up just in case we had to fight a tyrannical out of control government again.

Thanks again to all the Patriots in Maricopa County for showing us how. All the directions on how you can participate by very mailing your own affidavits to the State are in this article of my interview below. Now let’s go save this country! Nevada’s not called the Battleborn state for nothing!

Now THAT is interesting.

Sisolak is a total P.O.S. Nice to see that he’s being forced, but this guy is capable of actually breaking the law to evade. He is prison-worthy.
