At first glance, this “new development” by Moderna may appear to be a “positive” achievement. However, there are other issues that arise:
First, there is the fact that the S1 protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus contains both the RCB (Receptor-Binding Domain) AND the N-terminal domain of the virus. It is the RCB that allows the virus to “attach” itself , or to “dock” itself, to cells in the body — for example, to the ACE2 cell receptors; and, to TLR4 cells. The N-terminal domain is the “end part” of the S1 protein; it is a “free” group at the end of the protein, while, at the same time, it “initiates” a polypeptide chain.
Second, there is the fact that the S1 protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus interacts with TLR4 cells. There was NO Placebo Control Group in this study. This means that mNEXSPIKE will be rapidly spread into every cell in the “vaccinated” person’s body. It is also clear that mNEXSPIKE has NOT been tested for mutation potential, cancer-inducement potential, or reproductive impairment potential.
Yours Truly then performed a search to ascertain whether or not mNEXSPIKE contains N1-methylpseudouridine. She has written extensively on this board about this lab-created “fake Uridine plus a form of methane”, which completely replaces the natural RNA in the Uridine in the body. Recall that natural Uridine is crucial to multiple body functions and mechanisms: regulation of mood, of learning and memory, and of “gut-brain connection” functions. Lo and behold, the US Patent for mRNA-1283 (aka mNEXSPIKE) does have language describing “various types” of pseudouridine, including N1-methylpseudouridine, are used in all of Moderna’s modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” — which would also include mNEXSPIKE. That’s remarkable, as I skimmed through at 2x speed, I began to notice that there were no black people, or other minorities, as far as I could tell. Not a single black person in the whole video covering 10 states.

“House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed former President Joe Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, regarding an investigation into the alleged cover-up of the former president’s cognitive decline.
In a letter addressed to O’Connor, Comer pointed out that in May, the Committee “requested” that O’Connor “appear for a transcribed interview on June 25, 2025, broadly regarding ‘the circumstances surrounding” O’Connor’s February 2024 assessment in which he described Biden as being a “healthy, active, robust 81 year-old male.”
The letter also noted that the Committee has questioned whether O’Connor’s “financial relationship with the Biden family affected” his assessment of Biden’s physical and mental health in order to successfully “fulfill his duties as President.”
“On May 22, 2025, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform request that you—because of your role as former Physician to the President for President Joe Biden—appear for a transcribed interview on June 25, 2025, broadly regarding ‘the circumstances surrounding your assessment in February 2024 that former President Biden was a ‘healthy, active, robust 81 -year-old male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency,’” the letter said.
“Among other subjects, the Committee expressed its interest in whether your financial relationship with the Biden family affected your assessment of former President Biden’s physical and mental fitness to fulfill his duties as President.”
The letter continues to note that O’Connor “refused the Committee’s request,” and that on June 4, 2025, O’Connor’s “counsel responded to the Committee’s request for testimony” writing that O’Connor was unable to appear for the requested interview due to his “legal obligations” under the provisions of D.C. Code § 14-307, and due to the physician-patient privilege, among other reasons:
Comer added in the letter that O’Connor’s counsel had “selectively quoted D.C. Code § 14-307,” and noted that the June 4 letter “failed to include the limited venues to which this provision applies.”
“The plain language of this Section is clear: it only limits a physician’s ability to disclose confidential patient information in ‘Federal courts in the District of Columbia and District of Columbia courts,’” the letter explained.
“The D.C. Court of Appeals has affirmed this interpretation, stating that the law creates ‘an evidentiary privilege only, and extends no further than the courtroom door.’ Congress is not a court; this Section therefore in no way precludes you from appearing and testifying your role as Physician to former President Biden.”
Breitbart News reported in April that Republicans were reported to be planning to question O’Connor regarding the alleged cover-up of Biden’s decline, while Democrats such as Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) have claimed he and other Democrats did not mislead Americans regarding Biden’s cognitive decline.
In February 2023, O’Connor declared Biden to be healthy and “fit for duty” after conducting a physical examination of the president, though the examination “did not include a cognitive test.”:
In July 2024, after Biden’s lackluster performance in the presidential debate against Trump, Comer revealed that the Committee was “concerned” that O’Connor’s medical assessments of the former president may “have been influenced” by his “private business” involvement with the Biden family.”

“The man who leaked President Donald Trump’s tax records is reportedly pleading the fifth and declining to testify in front of a House Judiciary Committee panel led by Republicans.
The man identified as former Internal Revenue Service (IRS) contractor Charles Littlejohn is currently serving a five-year prison sentence after leaking Trump’s records and those belonging to thousands of others, Fox News reported on Wednesday. However, he is now apparently asserting his Fifth Amendment right as leaders probe the plea bargain he made with former President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ).
The outlet said a public defender wrote to the committee on behalf of Littlejohn, saying he was appealing his sentence and therefore was not required to give his testimony.
“The testimony that you seek from Mr. Littlejohn directly implicates his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination. Mr. Littlejohn validly exercises that Constitutional right in declining to testify,” the letter read.
According to the Constitution of the United States, the Fifth Amendment’s text reads:

Despite leaking over 400,000 tax returns, Littlejohn pleaded guilty to only one count of unauthorized disclosure. He then received a 60-month sentence, which was the maximum penalty for the single count.
However, U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, whom former President Joe Biden appointed during his time in office, said she was “troubled” by the plea deal after so many people were victimized, and several Republicans were also unhappy with Biden’s DOJ regarding the “leniency” of the plea agreement.
In March, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said it was time for Littlejohn to testify before Congress:

He had not been subpoenaed and therefore has not defied a subpoena yet.

Hope Mom is doing well. Swelling down and home, or will be soon.
sadly no. her swelling is down and her infection is gone. they discharged her from therapy last Friday because she was walking longer and riding the bike longer than they required. She was excited and happy and thought she was coming home. Then they told her she flunked a cognitive test and had to have 24 hour care. She was devastated. in her area, the cost of home care is astronomical. the only option is to sign over her house to the state and have her taken care of where she’s at.
it’s a very nice facility, she loves the food and the staff, but giving up her house is making her so sad.
we’ve tried to make her understand that that’s what the house is for–to take care of her now…and it’s just things in the house–a lot of things my brother has removed that mean so much to her.
we live 4 hours from her so moving her up here would alienate her from the rest of the family. My brother and sister in law still work so they can’t move her in with them. it’s just a difficult decision.

we’re going to make the drive tomorrow to spend the day with her there. the assisted living part of the place is on the upper floor and currently there is no room available yet. So she’s in her room doing nothing all day. She doesn’t need therapy so they don’t walk with her or take her tot he gym because the state won’t pay for it any more.
I don’t understand why someone can’t take her upstairs to participate in the activities available up there. they watch movies, play cards, bingo, etc so she would have company and people to chat with. And they are now getting paid for that level of care.

Now she’ll be in a safe place with help right there if needed and it will help all of you to have peace with less worry.
All the oldsters in my family that have lived in assisted care liked it…lots of things to do and people to talk to
i think once they move her to regular room, she might feel better about things. her roommate currently does not speak any English so there’s really no one to talk to. I call her twice a day and she always tells me about the good food she just ate, and my brother and his wife go in every evening.
I’m just not happy that she sits in her room all day without any activities.
You might try calling some of the local churches to see if they have people who would visit her. Or Girl Scouts, a local homeschool program, or the local high school, all of which might have young people looking for somewhere to volunteer their time. I used to volunteer at a nursing home when I was a teen.

While you are there, make friends with some of the staff. Hopefully, they will take the time to do things for your mother that aren’t required.
My son used to cook in a nursing home. He would go over on his days off to play cards with some of the old guys, just because he liked them.

she does have memory lapses–she’s 86. but they asked her what she would do in an emergency. she said call the cops. they asked her the number and she didn’t say 911. she said she didn’t know their number.
but mom has had an emergency alert necklace for years and if she touches it, or says emergency, they respond immediately and talk to mom while they wait for someone to come.
(she slid off the end of the bed onto the floor and just couldn’t pull herself back up because she kept pulling on the quilt which only made the quilt come to her, not get her up.) the police responded within minutes and found mom attempting to get up. they picked her up and they all laughed at the situation and they were on their way.
they are worried she might not remember taking her meds and might take them again or something like that.
That sounds a tad bit prison-esque…so sad they try to strip her of her independence! Pill boxes can help someone who might not remember if they took meds or not, fwiw.
Sometimes when they’re living alone and haven’t lost it completely..they know they’re tottery, they forget if they forgot something important, they eat questionable old food because they don’t notice, they open the door to strangers, they put off bathing because they might have a secret fear of falling and they know that they’re alone…
In other words they may feel so relieved to not worry so much
Sure that’s possible, but it might depend on the personality of the person as to whether it’s desirable or not. My dad’s now having to learn how to live alone even though my mom’s contribution to the management of their lives was very minimal the last few months. It will be an adjustment. His own dad maintained his independence until the very end, living vibrantly as a widower for 10 years after my grandma died. He’s in God’s hands, as is Pat’s mom, as are we all! 🙂
my mom grew up in a house with 17 people in it. she never ever threw out food.
when we visited and she napped, we checked her pantry and freezer and fridge for questionable out of date items and removed them.
yep that’s how my parents were too. Unless the loved one has people that have the time to check in and monitor…things can get gross. My father was mobile but unsteady. The kitchen was orderly but always needed a scrub, he didn’t always notice if dishes in dishwasher were clean or not…his bathroom…lawd nuff said on that !
my mom kept herself busy–constantly cleaning her house. she dusted, even ran the vacuum (with her walker no less), did dishes, cleaned her bathroom. her house was always clean. well the floor she lived on. she didn’t do the steps to the upstairs, so i did that when we visited for a weekend.
it was just she was taught you never waste food.
Oh yeah I hear that. My dad can’t remember much, but he’ll remember the KFC he’s had the fridge for 4 weeks and want to know why you threw it out

Hubby is 82. I found BEEF (meat loaf) + Coconut oil + Lions Mane Mushroom has really helped him.
I get the refined Coconut oil from Big Lots. The organic smells like coconuts. OK for oatmeal but not much else.

to get her home care–is $35 an hour and she would require 24 hours a day. Her insurance would not cover that and that would be close to $44,000 a year we’d have to pay.
but here’s the real racket and it’s unavoidable. her care in the assisted living facility costs $16,000 a month. they will take the $$ from her savings/checking accounts and then sell the house. once all that money is gone, the state will take over her care.
if we were to sell her house and move mom in with one of us, what we would do when that money is gone? we’d still have to have the 24 hour coverage. I don’t know if the state would take over then? my brother and sister in law are handling this end of tings, but it seems this way, mom has a nice place to be. and hopefully once she has her regular room she won’t be shuffled around.
When my mom’s parents became elderly & incapacitated enough to need more attention she actually found an adult foster care situation. A woman took multiple elderly into her home & she had some state level of certification to do so. I think this was much less expensive & also more personal than an assisted living facility. My grandparents had a shared bedroom, ironic since they had separate rooms at their retirement cottage home. My grandma never liked the lady’s (Martha iirc) cooking but then Grandma was an excellent cook. After Grandma died Mom moved Grandpa, who’d had a stroke years earlier & had communication challenges ever after, into nursing care.
$16,000 a month for Assisted living is $192,000 a year. If she lived at her house it’s $44,000 a year and she gets medicaid after all her money has been spent. Not an easy discernment. You have my prayers 🙏🙏🙏

That’s correct, and though it may vary by state, in NC you must spend down all their assets until there’s only $2000 left before Medicaid kicks in. And there are conditions on how it’s spent down.
If you can get a doctor or hospital to prescribe therapy or required skilled nursing care and then she can go directly from the hospital then Medicare will start paying (but that’s for skilled nursing NOT assisted living)
Not even kidding, it’s taken my brother and myself the best part of a year to figure this out for my dad!!! No one can give a straight answer to a straight question

she has some short term memory loss which we attributed to age…briefly forgetting someone’s name for example (but not immediate family). but her memory from years ago is strong. when we visited a month ago, she and I played 500 rummy and she beat me one game. so she has her good and bad days too.
I think the bottom line is whether she can be safe — properly taking her meds, eating good food that is not spoiled, not falling, not trusting strangers, etc. I have now read other things you said, and it does sound like she needs help. Prayers and best wishes for her and all of you!

My most recent ex-wife (!) gets paid to be a live-in caregiver for a paraplegic who can’t walk or feel anything below his diaphragm [interestingly, he can drive and has a driver license].
The two of them are also in a romantic relationship but they can’t get married because that would kill the payments to her.
Not sure if that has any application to your situation but just thought I’d bring it to your attention.

I attempted to do a directed donation for Josiah at his point of need. Staff looked into it at U of Michigan Hospitals & said it had to go through the Red Cross & would take about a week. Directed donations can be used, like for a planned surgery, via planning ahead. I don’t know if this info was more U of M specific or more a general rule of thumb.
I “jokingly” mentioned about seeing a direct transfusion on MASH so thought it should at least conceivably be available now a days.
When I asked about how they screen the blood there was no screening of shot vs no shot being done, at least not at U of M.
It’s been many years since I actually donated blood. Back when I did they asked certain confidential questions that would let them screen out blood donated by those at high risk for being AIDS carriers, like “men who have sex with men”. I don’t know if that meant that such blood, if collected, was automatically discarded or perhaps subject to further screening. I was turned down multiple times as a donor for having low iron, twice for having a relatively recent tick bite, & I think once for it being too soon since I’d returned from a trip to Africa.
IMO, they Could add questions about Covid &/or the shots & create segregated blood but it would be my guess that they’ll likely never do that (except for the “Elites”) as they don’t want to even imply that the shots are dangerous.

Unfortunately that means customers see us as WAY over priced not realizing we do not charge add-ons like milage.

Once those challenges are majority cleared, hopefully that’s when we will see a confrontation of the surveillance state surface.
If confrontation with the surveillance state is also a priority for you, be patient.
Musk has self-detonated much earlier than I expected. That is awesome, and I carry a big smile today thanking our loving God for His favor, His timing, His unfolding.
Eventually President Trump will see the Palantir constructs that have been laid around the administration by Machiavellian elements. Trump’s hindsight will then be a weapon as he starts asking the big questions to those who have sat silently as the constructs have unfolded.

Circuit temporarily blocks an order by U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, who ruled on April 8 that the Trump administration must allow AP journalists access to the Oval Office, Air Force One and White House events while the news agency’s lawsuit moves forward.
The 2-1 ruling was written by U.S. Circuit Judge Neomi Rao, joined by fellow Trump appointee U.S. Circuit Judge Gregory Katsas.

Yes, that’s all true. However, our good Nebraska Filly is getting the oxygen supplies through the Veterans Administration. So the VA will pay. I won’t get into it, but I think that Nebraska Filly is, so to speak, “on a somewhat tight budget.”
At times, the people and services of the VA have been disparaged as slow, inefficient, and not top line quality. My experience with the VA has been nothing short of outstanding across the board. They set me firmly on the course to correct the fact that I was a walking heart attack waiting to happen, set me up with a nationally reputed thoracic surgeon, and have paid for everything, no deductable, from diagnosis, thru operation, 3 phases of rehab after the op and now, continuing outpatient support.

Get Vets treatment. If there is a shortage of docs, specialists…give them a referral to a private practice.

She’s right about the system being broken, and it’s broken in ways one wouldn’t expect but only find out when in the middle of it. In my experience there is a lot of incompetence as she described, with people not thinking about what the patient needs, whether they have a med in stock, etc.
