And now it’s time for Wolf Moon’s Snow Moon Review of the new film MELANIA.
In order to get this out quickly, but fairly completely, I’m basically doing it as lists of bullet points. Yeah, that’s not very artistic, but I don’t want these points to drown in a bunch of evasive prose. I want people to know what I observed, what I think, and what to watch for.
I will start off with a list of non-spoilers. You can decide after THAT, if you want to read the spoilers. If you don’t want to read them, then you can just skip over the rest. I don’t have a spoiler tool for the text of this article, sadly.
Non-Spoilers
The Performance
- At least in our area, the film is doing well.
- This is the most packed movie I have been to, in a long time.
- We had to settle for front row seats, because pretty much everything else was taken, several hours before the showing. Thankfully, we were not in a front corner. Reclining seats help.
- Checking online for tickets may be a good idea.
- There were no protests, hecklers, or interruptions.
- There were classy laughs in appropriate places.
- There were tears in appropriate places. Grab extra napkins if you don’t have tissues.
- There were silent claps, raised hands, and thumbs up throughout the film.
- There was significant applause which waited respectfully until the end.
My Opinions
- I am glad I saw this movie in a theater.
- I may get the DVD so that I can freeze-frame it to study details.
- I know why Trump already saw it twice, and will likely watch it more times.
- I believe this movie is historically important.
- The movie will be cited by historians for many reasons, including things that it reveals.
- The importance is not solely documentary – it is more than a documentary.
- The movie is quite entertaining, but its significance exceeds its entertainment value.
- Melania’s historical importance as a FLOTUS is evident and proven by the end of the movie, yet no effort is expended to make that point – it makes itself.
- Anybody who is culturally or vocationally interested in fashion, beauty, entertainment, history, government, etc., needs to see this movie, even if they DESPISE Trump.
- The movie is a tribute to every person who has ever worked in arts, beauty, entertainment, politics, culture, government service, the military, and many other featured vocations.
- Cthulhu’s theory that Melania or Barron might be Q is not, IMO, proven by the film, but OTOH, this film absolutely destroys any assertions that Melania is not profoundly capable, very influential on Trump, and herself a focus of influence.
- Trump’s great respect for Melania, and vice versa, is extremely evident.
- Trump’s sense of humor, his love of “regular folks”, and his poise and savvy are on display.
- Many things that happened during that period of time are explained by this movie.
- I will be citing details from this movie, in a month or two, but I’d like to wait for people who want to see it, to have that opportunity first.
- I recommend watching Melania – if not now, then once it appears on the small screen.
- If you watch it in a theater, you will understand how Melania herself set the tone for the audience response.

Spoilers
- Yes, Melania not only WEARS “that dress” – it’s the star of the show! I have to admit that I like it, but maybe that’s just me. It really shows off her figure in a flattering way.
- The stylized “R” on the front is actually pretty cool, IMO. RRRub it in, why don’t we?
- Melania’s designer is a great guy, and it’s a lot of fun to watch her interact with him.
- Trump is hilarious and interjects “wisely” but “wise guy” in some serious situations. He knows how to ease the tension, which is interesting.
- Trump NEVER steals the show. His respect for his wife is incredible. It’s very clear that he’s proud of her, and of this movie.
- IMO Melania was part of the reason they moved the Inauguration indoors. She was very concerned about security during the parade. This woman is extremely smart. Was God listening to her prayers when He sent the Inauguration plans into the deep freeze?
- Speaking of prayers, the church scene in NYC is awesome.
- Melania has a network of First Ladies around the world who she Face-Times with or meets in person. I want to study that part more closely.
- The stats on foster kids going to college are abysmal. Yeah. WOW. She has a point.
- Brigitte Macron sure looks like a woman – at least as much as Candace Owens does. Glass houses?
- Trump values Melania’s input to the point of making one of the most important changes in his Inauguration speech, because she suggests it right there as he practices.
- One of Trump’s executive orders is due to input from Melania. Very impressive, very appropriate. She’s a subject matter expert. Again, it’s tied to her network.
- Melania seems unbothered by the fact that Trump doesn’t always listen to her advice.
- Melania’s maturity is very evident, and just off the charts.
- Melania’s favorite musicians include Michael Jackson – she knows the words to his songs!
- The inside of Trump Force One is extremely cool and luxurious.
- The sound track of the movie includes some big hits, which are used in a smart and cunning fashion.
- Melania’s most admired First Ladies (given near the end) are an interesting selection – especially considering who is NOT there.
- Melania’s parents are fascinating – especially her mother who is the “Rebecca” of the movie.
- Melania’s mom taught her tailoring, and the tailors love her for her knowledge of their craft, plus for being a professional model.
- Melania does some modeling on camera.
- Melania’s staffers are scary smart women. She hires two more of them, whose interviews are part of the filming process.
- Vivek shows up all over the place, without speaking. It’s clear that Trump, Melania, or both, like him.
- Elon, Bezos, Tim Cook, many others. It’s fun.
- A lot of interesting people show up at the Inauguration functions.
- I had forgotten that Kamala showed up in a designer MAO JACKET. Yeah. Worth seeing again, just to realize who she is.
- Melania does a dance or two. Watch for them!
- Trump ALWAYS says thanks to people after a photo shoot. What a MENSCH. Talk about good atomic habits!
- I’m sure the Secret Service approved every frame. Watch for artistic blurring and motion of the camera at certain points where they wanted things a bit fuzzy.
- Melania’s pride in Barron is repeatedly evident.
- Limiting the amount of footage from the “indoor parade” (a rally, basically) that my wife and I attended was artistically smart, even though I would have loved to have seen more. I am happy that enough was included to honor all of us who waited in the cold and dark to be there!
- Joe Biden looks happy in the footage. He also looks like he should be in a nursing home, but he looks happy. Trump interacts with him quite well. Watch for it.
Final thoughts – the poise, sophistication, and intelligence of a proud immigrant who loves America and her husband – fully on display. Like I said, this is a great and significant film. I’m glad I saw it.

I’ve had water simmering on the stove because the humidity has been so low in the house (because the very cold temps keep our heat on even though the thermostat is at 67 & our humidifier can’t keep up) that we are all getting skin issues 🙁 It was single digits this morning but into the low 20s now in a virtual heat wave compared to temps of late…
we have a large teapot filled with water constantly on the wood stove to create some moisture and the room humidifier next to me here in the great room.
Supposed to help improve the comfort factor…a tad. I had the water at a rolling boil the other night so there was condensation on some of the windows. Well I went to let the dog out the back door, a few steps down from the kitchen, & the door was lightly frozen shut LOL Yikes!
Even though that is fairly common here, I feel you. I hate the cold.
I lived in up state NY and in NH. So I know what -30F feels like… That is why I moved to NC.
I have a bone spur on my hand that SCREAMS when ever that hand gets cold so that was the final trigger for moving.
The bone spur is thanks to an industrial accident. I was told removing it would make it worse. 🙄 Luckily, it is OK as long as I do not hit it.

Every woman has figure challenges that look better or worse in various kinds of clothing, even Melania, who has a classic, runway model type of figure. She’s short-waisted and long-legged, which looks really good in lots of clothing, but not all.
Here’s an example I would consider unflattering for her body type. The belt cuts her in the wrong place, accenting her short waist:

I would not find the belt comfortable. It is an empire waist and because I am tall with normal proportions, I can end up with belts that are way too high for me such as a robe that my nephew & his wife got me. I adore it but the belt is too high and is sewn on in the back. I no longer have a sewing machine but I could rework it to lower the belt.
We all have to work with our body type. The short-waist thing means that, for me, any pants that would be considered “low rise” for a normal person fit me just at my navel, which is perfect. The “high rise” Mom jeans thing that just went around again does NOT work for me, lol. I’d look like Grandpa, with my pants under my armpits.

COMMMENTARY FOR LUKE 12
Christ reproves the interpreters of the law. (1-12) A caution against covetousness The parable of the rich man. (13-21) Worldly care reproved. (22-40) Watchfulness enforced. (41-53) A warning to be reconciled to God. (54-59)
22-40 Christ largely insisted upon this caution not to give way to disquieting, perplexing cares, #Mt 6:25-34|. The arguments here used are for our encouragement to cast our care upon God, which is the right way to get ease. As in our stature, so in our state, it is our wisdom to take it as it is. An eager, anxious pursuit of the things of this world, even necessary things, ill becomes the disciples of Christ. Fears must not prevail; when we frighten ourselves with thoughts of evil to come, and put ourselves upon needless cares how to avoid it. If we value the beauty of holiness, we shall not crave the luxuries of life. Let us then examine whether we belong to this little flock. Christ is our Master, and we are his servants; not only working servants, but waiting servants. We must be as men that wait for their lord, that sit up while he stays out late, to be ready to receive him. In this Christ alluded to his own ascension to heaven, his coming to call his people to him by death, and his return to judge the world. We are uncertain as to the time of his coming to us, we should therefore be always ready. If men thus take care of their houses, let us be thus wise for our souls. Be ye therefore ready also; as ready as the good man of the house would be, if he knew at what hour the thief would come.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Notes In Absentia
I want again to thank everyone for the wonderful expressions of concern and reassurance that I have received from listeners and readers.
In response to inquiries, and some quite detailed questions and advice, here is a brief update concerning my current temporary absence.
As I wrote, the removal of a cancerous lung mucinous adenoma carcinoma along with the lower right lung lobe roughly a month ago was successful.
But a post-op aneurism /bleed soon developed. That required a quick second reentry operation into the lung to stop the hemorrhaging—adding considerable time under anesthesia and requiring about 5 blood transfusions.
As a result, over the last 30 days, I developed low red blood counts, fatigue, and bouts of arterial fibrillation. All that has sort of slowed my recovery.
This type of nonsmoker’s lung cancer has a rare genetic/mutation profile. And it seems to recur about 40 percent of the time in the general lung area—even when as in my case the removed and biopsied lymph nodes, along with adjacent vascular/pleural samples, were all negative. And the pre-op PET scan show no signs of malignancy outside the lower right lung lobe.
Chemotherapy and immunotherapy are said to be not particularly effective against this rare sort of tumor mutation. But they can offer a 5-10% edge in stopping recurrence. So I’ll do a cost-benefit analysis, depending on how quickly I regain energy, to determine whether to start the preventative drug regimens.
The bottom line is that I’m hoping to come back as soon as possible. But I don’t know exactly when I’ll be back to near normal. In the meantime, I hope to post things now and then on days when I feel better.

OK gang. I finished Daughter/SonIL’s taxes on TurboTax yesterday. Two W-2s, an HSA for the high deductible healthy insurance of the employer, small amount of interest, three kids. Ballpark of $80 K in earned income.
They withheld a normal fed tax withholding for a married status filing. In essence it zeroed out the taxes due before the child tax credit of $2200 per child, which is what they receive in “refund”. So they are getting all of their withholding plus approximately $1100 back.
My take is that the government is now paying young families to have kids.
This explains why Lutnick is working on a proposal to eliminate personal income taxes for all who make less than $150 K per year. Timing is everything.
Tariffs are changing the world, just as PDT said. It also highlights how entrenched past POTUS’s were in the NWO/uniparty way of stealing from We the People.

In case you’re curious…here’s everything I remember unfiltered.
I think maybe he was wearing a blue shirt. I don’t remember anyone else being with him.
He was doing work at MIT, neuroscience-adjacent stuff, and he knew getting brain data access was a core limitation (which is the exact problem I was working on at Kernel). There was an obvious incentive for him to pursue a connection with me and at the end of the call he wanted to stay in touch. Instead, the moment the call ended, it was an immediate no. A hard, instinctive ‘fuck no’. I was genuinely relieved when the call ended.
Typically I wouldn’t say something like this publicly because I usually only stick to measurable science…but he is legitimately the most intuitively ‘evil’ person I had (or have) ever met. It was the strongest negative feeling I’ve ever had about another person. It was visceral.
We were on the phone for maybe ten minutes, and he spoke for 8 maybe 9 of them. He just talked at me. Rammed his thoughts, his plans, his accomplishments, who he knew, what he wanted. Everything felt off. I remember the call dragging on. Most of what he talked about was flexing connections, scientists, money donated…MIT, Harvard.
That’s the thing, it wasn’t part of my algo to check if someone being intro’d to me was a registered sex offender…
He also wasn’t presented as some obvious outcast. He was wrapped in credibility, positioned by others as relevant and important. Epstein wasn’t some fringe guy who showed up randomly. He was embedded in institutional credibility. It turns out even after he was a convicted sex offender, MIT and Harvard were still engaging with him. He was always surrounded by people who made him seem legitimate.
That interaction was the first and last time I interacted with him. I feel you all. It’s terrifying.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson…sworn guardian of the Constitution, life-tenured arbiter of the nation’s highest laws…chose last night to plant herself in the front-row glitter of the Grammys, a celebrity circus where politics is performed louder than music.
She was there, nominally, because her audiobook memoir earned a nomination.
But nominations are trivial. What mattered was the moment the arena turned into a political rally.
When the performer shouted “ICE out!”…a direct, unambiguous demand to abolish the federal agency charged with enforcing immigration law and protecting the border…the room detonated into a standing ovation.
Hollywood’s richest, most insulated activists leapt to their feet in ritualistic fury, applauding the open contempt for statutory law, for sovereignty, for the orderly process of immigration that millions of legal applicants respect.
And Justice Jackson rose with them.
She did not remain seated in dignified silence. She did not withhold her hands.
She stood and clapped in solidarity with a mob celebrating the dismantling of laws she is constitutionally obligated to uphold without favor or fear.
This was not passive attendance.
This was active, visible endorsement.
A Supreme Court Justice publicly signaled her approval of lawlessness on an issue that has repeatedly…and will continue to…come before her Court in the form of emergency docket applications, statutory interpretation cases, and constitutional challenges to executive enforcement authority.
28 U.S.C. § 455 demands recusal whenever a justice’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned.
The Supreme Court’s own 2023 Code of Conduct explicitly requires justices to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety, including political activity that undermines public confidence in judicial independence.
By standing and applauding a call to abolish a federal law-enforcement agency, Jackson has shredded both the statute and the Code.
Any reasonable observer would now question her ability to rule dispassionately on any immigration-related case.
Recusal is no longer optional; it is mandatory. Yet everyone who has watched her jurisprudence knows she will not recuse.
She will sit, she will vote, and she will cloak ideological preference in the language of “equity” and “empathy.”
The psychology here is almost painfully obvious. High-status environments trigger a primal need for belonging.
Surrounded by cultural royalty showering approval on radical posturing, the temptation to signal membership in the elect is overwhelming.
Standing ovations are dopamine theater; they reward conformity and punish restraint.
For a justice already accused of letting policy preferences bleed into opinions, this was less a lapse than a revelation: the same impulse that drives performative virtue on a Sunday night stage drives result-oriented reasoning on the bench.
Justices are not private citizens. They surrender certain freedoms the moment they don the robe.

The integrity of the Court hangs by thinner threads with every passing term. When a justice publicly celebrates contempt for the rule of law, the damage is not repaired by a perfunctory statement from the Public Information Office.

Remove her. Restore the Court. Reclaim the Constitution from ideological capture.

Florida congresswoman pleads not guilty to charges of stealing $5M
Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-Fla.) pleaded not guilty Monday to federal charges of conspiring to steal $5 million in federal disaster funds amid the COVID-19 pandemic and funneling some of it into her congressional campaign.
Cherfilus-McCormick faces 15 counts that accuse her of keeping Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds overpaid to her family’s health care company, Trinity Healthcare Services, for which she served as CEO.
Prosecutors claim she and her brother, Edwin, received the funds in July 2021 while their company was working on a FEMA-funded staffing contract tied to COVID-19 vaccinations. But instead of returning the money, the siblings allegedly routed it through multiple accounts to “disguise” the source and keep it.
The indictment against Cherfilus-McCormick alleged that within two months of receiving the funds, more than $100,000 was spent to purchase a 3-carat yellow diamond ring for the Florida Democrat.

I know many of you are unhappy that all your dreams did not instantly come true the day after Inauguration Day, but the actual fact is that when Trump took office his team IMMEDIATELY blasted off like gangbusters. In one year we have seen more productive conservative change in the federal government than with every other GOP president since Reagan combined. Trump has significantly degraded the Deep State in a way most of us could only dream of ten years ago. Moreover, Trump’s economic policies are bearing fruit right now and we will likely see a very strong economy by the midterms.
But…
Ah yes, the midterms.
I know so many of you will only be happy when Bill Clinton, Hillary, Obama and Joe Biden are in jail, but you need to join the world of reality.
Right now Trump and his team are gauging everything they do through the lens of “How will this effect the midterms?” They have sophisticated polling that you and I will never see, and at the moment every Trump action is tempered by “Let’s be aggressive but not in such a way it turns public opinion against us before the midterms.”
Trump knows that if he loses the midterms, all is lost. The Dems will constantly impeach him and most of his cabinet, and even if the Senate never convicts, the acts of impeachment will grind the Trump machine to a halt.
The midterms are everything.
So I’m warning you, from now until November you are going to see a less aggressive Trump. If you are a Doomster for whom nothing is ever enough, you need to understand why that is.
But here is the good news. I believe that one day after the midterms Trump will once again go shock and awe for a year, and then back off again in 2028 to get JD or Rubio elected. (For example, I can easily see Trump taking zero drastic action in the near term to further inflame the Minnesota situation, but invoking the Insurrection Act the day after the midterms and sending in the 82nd.)
Since the Super Bowl is coming up, consider it this way: In the first quarter, Trump ran up the score. In the second quarter, he went prevent defense to hold onto the lead. After halftime, once again in the third quarter he will run up the score, and then hold the lead in the fourth quarter to win the game.
This is not Qtard “trust the plan” nonsense. This is simply good political strategy.
Everyone needs to realize two things: (1) the Constitution includes checks and balances that inherently weaken the absolute power of each branch and (2) even though they are in the minority, Democrats still have a HUGE say. Our system is DESIGNED THIS WAY. We have to account for the opposition—you cannot ignore them.
With that in mind, I have every confidence that Trump and his team will navigate through a treacherous course and come out on the winning side.
