Good and bad kings. Major and minor prophets. The Old Testament of the Holy Bible is filled with them. Who were they and how were they assigned to one or the other?
Why should we even care in today’s world?
Let’s look at a couple of summaries that are generally accepted. First, a short summary of their kings.
Next, information about their major and minor prophets.

It seems the classifying is different for prophets. The classifications are simply based on book subject length and the range of the content it covers. Many of these prophets lived during periods of multiple kings. Israel is known for its good and bad kings as well as for their prophets. As we read we learn the nation flourished with the good kings who heeded the wisdom of the prophets of their day, who were the mouthpieces of God. Things went straight downhill when they did not. We also learn that even the good kings mucked it up at times. When that happened the prophets brought the Lord’s word to them in rebuke and straighten them out with varying levels of success.
How does that concept work with America? How has it gone historically with us? Since we exist within the providence of God, it would be a good confirmation to see a similar pattern.
It all led me to think about periods in American history where great progress was made as a culture and society. Great leaders seemed to incubate the good until We the People ran with it and excellence abounded. Then I focused on the bad times. We have had our share of those as well. We do not have to go back any further than two years ago to see a miserable, deadly period of great destruction along with national abandonment of faith, morality and good sense in our history. I can only imagine young Americans looking at our generations as miserable losers for a time in our nation’s history. Yet, so has it gone many times in our now over 400 years of existence as a developing nation in this land.
The common denominators in our history appear to be good and bad leaders along with whose counsel they keep. Fortunately, our founding fathers chose We the People to be the guardrails for our collective fates. Our period of We the People patriots have learned that we should never abandon our posts as watch guards over our representative republic.
American Leadership
Because there is so much historical information to review we all can come up with our own scorecards relating to the performance of Presidents. Yours may be substantially different from mine and that is OK. We all have different parameters and areas of importance. However, who were the prophets, secular or people of God; the important counselors of our leaders? Who were willing to tell the POTUS and top officials of the day the hard stuff; that they were wrong, misguided, or even right over target despite the chaos and turmoil? Who were the advisors in matters of intellect, wisdom and faith in regards to living and thriving as a nation under God’s providence?
Where do we find ourselves today?
These thoughts about our national leadership past, present and future naturally led to thoughts about reviewing a recent X post that was reposted on a Daily Thread in May.
The observations below are from a native South African with dual citizenship in Canada who came to America in 1992 via Canada as a young man with dreams. He enrolled at Penn and later at Stanford before entering the tech sector and focusing on business activities. In 2002 he became an American citizen.
I agree with Dustin below, it turns out he understands America better than the vast majority of Congressional members and bureaucrats who pledged oaths to serve America ever have.
Elon Musk just defended America better than every politician in Washington combined.
Musk: “After World War 2, the US could have basically taken over the world and any country. Like we got nukes, nobody else got nukes. We don’t even have to lose soldiers. Which country do you want?”
One nation on earth held a weapon nobody else had.
Total dominance.
Zero competition.
No risk of retaliation.
Every empire in history that held that kind of advantage used it.
Rome. The Mongols. The British. The Ottomans.
They conquered until they collapsed. America had a bigger advantage than all of them combined.
And it rebuilt the countries it just defeated.
Musk: “The United States actually helped rebuild countries. So it helped rebuild Europe, it helped rebuild Japan. This is very unusual behavior, almost unprecedented.”
Almost unprecedented?
It had never happened before. Not once in 5,000 years of recorded history.
The Marshall Plan wasn’t foreign aid.
It was the most radical act of restraint any superpower ever committed.
America turned its enemies into allies. Turned rubble into economies. Turned surrender into partnership.
Germany went from ashes to the economic engine of Europe in a generation.
Japan went from unconditional surrender to the third largest economy on earth.
Three years after the war, America was flying food into Berlin.
A city in the heart of the nation that just tried to destroy it.
That’s not policy.
That’s a civilization deciding what it is at the exact moment it has the power to be anything.
You’re being told a story right now.
That America is the villain of history.
You hear it everywhere. Media. Universities. Social platforms.
Musk: “There’s always like, well America’s done bad things. Well of course America’s done bad things, but one needs to look at the whole track record.”
Every nation on earth has dark chapters. Every single one.
The difference is what a country does when nobody can stop it.
And when nobody could stop America, it fed its enemies and rebuilt their cities.
Musk: “The history of China suggests that China is not acquisitive. Meaning they’re not going to go out and invade a whole bunch of countries.”
Probably right.
China has historically built walls, not fleets.
But the real question isn’t about borders anymore.
We’re approaching a moment that mirrors 1945 in ways nobody has fully processed yet.
AI is going to give a handful of people a power advantage that makes nuclear monopoly look quaint.
If someone is going to hold that kind of power, who do you want it to be?
The country that conquered when it could? Or the one that rebuilt when it didn’t have to?
Every alliance. Every trade route. Every economy.
Billions lifted out of poverty.
All of it traces back to one act of restraint that had never been done before.
And carries no guarantee of being repeated.
The most powerful thing America ever did wasn’t building the bomb.
It was what it didn’t do after.

The discussion above led to me considering the new global war that is well underway that #45-47 is focused on our nation winning and how it folds under the umbrella of God’s providence. This war is not being fought on a traditional battlefield with weapons of violence. However, it can prove to be even more lethal to mankind.
Providential Restoration & The New Frontier Of AI
For the most part we can probably agree on and list the major counselors who #45-47 trusts for input in various areas of expertise. Today, we will just focus on the one above. He is not a prophet, however, he does see a future of where mankind could go. As a result he exists as a counselor to PDT and captain of industry who appears to be playing for the white hats.
In various pursuits Elon Musk possesses much intelligence and wisdom about the world in which we live. We can only imagine how behind the 8 ball we would be without his purchase and clean out of Twitter. Next, just imagine if he had the same devotion to Jesus Christ as he does for his other endeavors; the influence on our younger generations would be off the charts. Well, maybe even that subject has been evolving in a positive direction.

I pray that his seeking truth in matters of creation, God, Jesus, faith, and all of the interconnections of same continues with Elon. Regardless, I remain thankful for the good he is doing for We the People and the world. I am happy he chose to be on our side of things and an important resource and counselor to #45-47.
Being under the Providence of God means adherence to doing things the Lord’s way and trusting Him to provide. Since The Word tells us that He desires none to be lost, it would seem likely that a nation who decided at its founding to specifically live under God’s Providence would do exactly as Elon Musk stated above. That same regard for His created beings that God commanded did go on and be reflected by our nation’s actions even during grave conflicts.
Like the path #45-47 has charted with the evil Islamist, fascist leadership in Iran currently when many of his advisors and We the People want him to finish the evil doers off with great malice and intent.
But how does all of that relate to AI and patriot Elon?
For some who have not yet grasped the importance, plan to limit their personal AI involvement, or want it all to just go away magically; do you now understand why America has to be the leader in AI? We cannot allow an evil world around us that is disinterested in following God’s commands to dictate the rules of engagement. They would set those rules and conditions for their total benefit and control at the expense of mankind’s good.. To permit it would be disobedient to God’s will and provision for us as a nation. It is our self determined role per our founding to be the ark for the righteous of God, yet, still provide a path of reconciliation and restoration for those who would oppose us. If the opposition refuses to walk the righteous path they will be doomed by their own choices just as the evil in Noah’s day I discussed in last week’s daily thread.
Chyna and Russia are deeply connected with the fascists ruling Iran as well as other like nations. Chyna needs Iranian oil to continue their own manufacturing based activities as well as AI development in their attempts to become a communist (Godless) led military superpower. That cannot be allowed to happen anymore than allowing Iran to have nukes and the ICBM’s to deploy them. It will not matter how high gas prices hit if Chyna and Iran get their ways. As the threats are contained, gas prices are already dropping overnight and with them food and product prices in a relatively short period of time – while wage rates steadily increase (think about it).
Elon has high security clearances and many years of working with national defense as well as industrial, space exploration, tech and scientific projects. We the People need a design gatekeeper for AI and its applications. Anybody want to guess who will be the most comprehensive and reliable developer of the technology and applications when and where it matters most?

Should the physical tunnel between Russia and Alaska transpire as assigned leadership in both countries has discussed, who do we know that owns a dominant “Boring Company” that could handle our side of it at a much lower cost than anticipated? Yup – that guy. Below is a locally discussed, recent proposal in my neck of the woods.
AI helps make those type projects and other endeavors feasible at a much lower cost. It is going to radically change how things are done in America as well as the world. AI simply shifts some people out of jobs that are becoming obsolete while forcing the job seekers to focus on jobs in industries and endeavors where people are still the best resource.
Mankind has seen this throughout history, like when blacksmiths were retrained into car mechanics. You don’t have to like it, but you do need to deal with its effects.
There will be far less paper shufflers and bean counters – the “analysts and “assistant” whatevers. You can somewhat track the scope and direction of the federal changes by following the U. S. DOGE Service website. The design and implementation of the federal government’s new operations platform is well underway and it will incorporate AI similar to nearly all of the larger businesses in the world. Expect states to complete similar initiatives that dovetail into federal reporting and operational requirements. Over time it will be important to all business employers.
In my opinion by the time #47 and the Elon established DOGE are done, the federal workforce at minimum will be cut by well over half from its former 2.7 million employees on the payroll beginning at the start of his term. This will be due to installing this modern operating system that utilizes AI instead of the current long since antiquated COBOL driven Model T version. Doing so eliminates make-work paper shuffling as well as fake analytical and clerical jobs that are given to political party operatives and their family members. That is well over a million people who will need to find work doing things that only humans can do. Perhaps they need to be taking a hard look at their futures and how they should prepare, which is the same way it works for the rest of us non-government employed type people. Those displaced by AI can have great opportunities and futures in roles where people cannot be replaced. Compensation and benefits will only increase for all folks once illegals, inefficiencies, criminality and so forth are squeezed out of our economy.
Which leads to DHS, ICE, VP Vance’s Fraud task force, DOJ and so on doing what needs to be done.
Conclusion
AI should be built the way the Lord would have it be built, to benefit His creation and people. For this point in history that includes using capitalistic principles that have developed in God’s America. Will we screw it up at times – probably. However, if we can keep our eyes on the prize of pleasing God by building guardrails, legitimate legal protections, and arrest/convict offenders it can be done right. We the People must insist and make sure it goes that way. If we disengage we can be assured the black hats will make mischief and win. We have seen up front and personal how that can go and destroy a nation that loses sight of its place under God’s providence.
Patriots should never again shirk from their duties and succumb to the psyops of those who would destroy our great nation. In fact, we should even incorporate trustworthy AI into making sure that never happens.

I have people offer to get stuff for me off the top shelf all the time. I really love living in a small town in the South.
i buy the single tissue cube boxes and they were always on the very top shelf of the metal cage shelving. and not towards the front edge either. Every 2 weeks when we went, I would have to look for an employee to help me. I found this young black man (college student age–it’s a college town) and asked him to please help me with getting them off the top shelf in the back. After he struggled the second time i was there, I found them on the BOTTOM shelf from then on out.
I found him in the store and thanked him–I got a big smile in return.

The irony is too rich to ignore. A piece lamenting that players made “a night meant for inclusion about something else entirely” …by simply writing Bible verses on their hats. Silently. On their own caps.
Let’s think about what “inclusion” apparently means here: everyone is welcome, celebrated, and affirmed…unless you’re a religious person expressing your faith quietly, in which case you’re a problem to be ridiculed by a major sports outlet.
The players weren’t protesting. They weren’t disrupting anything. They weren’t demanding anyone agree with them. They wrote scripture on their hats. That’s it. And yet the media framing treats this as an act of aggression against inclusion…while simultaneously being deeply exclusionary toward them.
This is the core contradiction the mainstream sports media can never seem to resolve: inclusion only seems to flow in one direction. Pride Night deserves full-throated coverage and moral endorsement. A Bible verse deserves a condescending op-ed.
If a reporter wrote a piece mocking players for putting an LGBTQ+ symbol on their cap, their career would be over by morning. The double standard isn’t subtle …it’s architectural.
True inclusion, by definition, has to include people of sincere religious faith. The moment a media outlet decides that one group’s expression is a celebration and another’s is an embarrassment, they’ve stopped covering a story and started enforcing a cultural orthodoxy.

Pat has told me how when they have a particular kind of interactive gathering that if she ever speaks up & wants to mention Jesus they basically shut her down & shut her up. I think some of the witches even start hissing at her. It’s funny how every possible “wrong” path to “God” is fine with these types, but if you mention the Actual Way, Truth, AND Life & Light they go ballistic. The thing/One they need the most is what/Who they hate the most…so sad…

That’s their ‘tell’.
Nobody is ‘offended’ by any of the other beliefs in the world, because everyone knows they are pretend, just adult imaginary play acting. They all know. Everyone knows.
It’s fun, it’s interesting, and it gives them the opportunity to create little exclusive social clubs, where no matter how weird you may be, so long as you indulge the group fantasy, you can be in the club.
This allows for the whole social dynamic of ‘insiders’ vs. ‘outsiders’. There is endless opportunity to create drama within that dynamic, and drama is very attractive and addictive, particularly to the demographic targeted by soap operas, for example.
The one belief or religion they all reject is Christianity.
Why is it always Christianity that provokes such resistance, hostility, and persecution?
Because whether they know it consciously, or subconsciously, or somewhere in between, they know Christianity is not like all their made-up pretend beliefs.
They know God is real.
They know God does not tolerate sin.
They know very well that Christians have God’s Word in their Bibles, and they can point to very specific verses which declare certain types of conduct as sin. Conduct which the pagans enjoy.
And naturally, they don’t like having their conduct disapproved of, or called sin.
None of the other (pretend) belief systems judge them.
Only God does.
They can’t do anything about God or His judgment.
But they can ostracize or persecute or shout down (or hiss at!) those who follow God.
And so they do.
Because God does not indulge their play acting, and so Christians can’t either.
The world hates truth as a general matter, because truth is an impediment to how many people want things to be.
In isolation, or within social groups, or even with enough power over the public, people can create a false reality, a make-believe world in which they can do as they please, without judgment from anyone.
Christians are reminders of God’s Word in human form. God’s Word pops their imaginary bubble, and the imagineers don’t like that, not one bit.
And that always exposes the lie about their embrace of ‘tolerance’.
Because the one thing they will never tolerate, is truth.
God’s Word is truth (cf. John 17:17).

Thanks guys for anyone who was praying for me & my family yesterday as we had Dad’s visitation at the funeral home, a 7+ hour door-to-door event chez moi. Today is likely to be even longer…
Things went well, overall, but we were/are all very weary. Thankfully the weather wasn’t too hot but I got overheated a number of times & at one point had to sit down (upstairs in the family refreshment room) for I felt like I could topple over from the heat–yikes.
Today is a big day with visitation at the church (the grandkids have to arrive an hour before that for practice time for their various roles) for 2 hours, the funeral should be about 1 hour, & then the luncheon afterward.
My little bro has also called for the 3 siblings & spouses to have a “short” business meeting in a pre-arranged conference room at the church following the luncheon. I only found out about the meeting as we were getting ready to leave yesterday (I hadn’t checked my cell for updates but Hubby had, but I hadn’t slept all night & he didn’t want the info to prevent my 3 hour nap before prepping to leave–I began reading the 65 page document about my parents’ trust on the ride to the funeral home so I wouldn’t be completely in the dark, not done with it yet).
Anyway it will likely be a long & exhausting day, but hopefully also a good one.
Since so many of our well-wishers are also Christians there is not the kind of heaviness that mourners who have no hope of Eternal Life (yet) might experience. Dad was honored in numerous ways yesterday & it should be the same today. Watching his 5 great-granddaughters run around, play, & snack was so life affirming. One of little brother’s GDs was concerned that it was so noisy in the room that someone should close Great-Grandpa’s “bed box” so he could rest quietly–out of the mouth of babes!
Dad’s hunting buddy’s widow was there for a bit, her daughter was managing our arrangements for Dad just like she did for Mom last year. Susan Really wanted to speak with “the poet” (my husband) since for some reason their family had been re-reading remarks on her late husband’s obit site where I had posted it a year & a half ago. She’s asked Michael to get her a physical copy as The Hunter’s Heart has really spoken to her.

I just recently met the great Bill Stoddard in his last month or so of life here on earth. It was not my doing or anybody else’s for that matter that led me to the lakehouse doorstep at that particular time within this existence. I was simply following direction from the father without asking any questions. As i remember it now I am pretty sure me and bill arrived at the lakehouse around the same time. Not the exact same time, but within the same breath would be the best way I can describe it. Everything happens for a reason and as everything was happening me and Michael both realized at the same time that god is so great, so merciful and always plans everything so perfectly that if you are paying attention you can definitely see he always has everyone’s best interest in his mind. I came to the lakehouse to finish digging a pond and dig a French drain system in the Stoddard’s backyard to relieve the pressure from the natural springs they have within their property. Just so happens he wanted me here at the lakehouse to relieve more than just the water buildup in the backyard. The moment I met bill he looked at me with almost a child like happiness and said to me “ god is in you and he is gonna have you do great things”. Instantly I felt as if I had known this man forever and if one was to witness mine and his interaction with each other you would think so as well. He watched me everyday working in the backyard running the digger with a child like excitement and a mouth full of questions about why and how I was doing the things I was doing. During the short time that I knew bill I can most assuredly tell you that he was as fond of me as he was at watching me on the digger. It’s funny that god used me to bring joy to this man – cause as I understand it he had been bringing joy to people just like me throughout his life with his ministry. Apparently I made such an impact on him during his time here at the lakehouse he requested or rather demanded that the straw wide brim hat I wore everyday while working at the lakehouse be placed on his tombstone after he departs from this life.
Truly God does work in marvelous AND mysterious ways.
Please consider praying for all of us today, including Dad’s only sibling Pat who can’t be at the funeral since she’s having surgery on her broken fingers today. God is good, but it is also a lot to get through, I mean the day, let alone the estate stuff that follows.
I so appreciate ALL OF YOU who have prayed, shared advised, read along & thought kind thoughts toward me & my family, saw my name & the length of a comment & basically just said “Holy Crap” somethings happening w/ VC again & I can’t read about it but I’ll still breathe a prayer just in case. This is a deeply profound point. God is literally at work in Every Level of His Creation. It’s like that video you guys showed us once. I don’t recall the name but it featured a shifting of perspectives from the sub-atomic level to the ever expanding universe…& where ever one would go there would be the Hand, the Magnificence, the Mystery, & the Majesty of God!
True North, we navigate even in Darkness for the Lord has provided a Light to guide us. When we are His & fashioned in His forge we must resonate & orient to that Absolute Truth reflected in True North.
I’m glad Dad brought that up because I was thinking the paragraph mentioning sword smithing was in error when referring to “iron sharpens iron”. That’s what we do to each other, knocking those rough edges off to get a sharper, cleaner cut when it’s time to speak those words of Truth in Love. That ready blade may swiftly & even deeply cut but it won’t leave a jagged wound & once the offence is removed (cancer, splinter, boil/cyst needing draining, etc.) the wound can more quickly & cleanly be closed & heal.
Let that healing begin!

my brother and sil went in last night, she didn’t recognize them. The aid gave her food which she was attempting to eat, but with no one around to help her, she was just pushing it around the plate, so sil fed her and she ate “some”.
they called the hospice nurse (she only visits mom once a week) and got the same answer about the meds–what do you want? your mom in pain or sleeping and not in pain? (hardly sounds like a choice) BUT she did say she would try lessening the meds to see the result.
This is very alarming from my perch of what happened with Dad. He died in 2 weeks from when weekly hospice guestimate 4 (& starving, dehydration, pain meds, & cancer were all part of it, imo). Please be careful AND diligent.
I think Hospice should be subtitled “compassionate” killing, but my view is pretty jaded at the moment 🙁 😮 😵

given the level of pain meds she’s currently being given (and I do not know the particulars) she doesn’t recognize her own children, so at this point moving her to a hospice facility away from “her friends” will not even register to her i think. perhaps there they can more carefully monitor her, but i don’t know.
I’m just shaking my head & I feel for you. I was an hour away & fairly powerless to change the trajectory for my dad since he was in my brother’s house, it’s much more challenging for you. It is painful to watch one you love slip away from you from multifaceted issues that are mostly outside of your control. These things may hasten your mom’s death (imo) so you may need to prepare yourself. God be with you & her. If she knows Him her ultimate outcome will be better than any we can arrange for planet-side. That has to provide a degree of comfort, but it’s still not easy, at least not for me.
Is her old aide back working with her again? At least she seemed to know how to deal with your mom (better) 🙂
she is. I told my SIL when she goes in, to check mom’s dentures. it was clear to me they hadn’t been cleaned in a week and Mom was a stickler for cleaning them nightly. SIL said they had been cleaned when she went in last evening and I knew Beverly (the aid) did that for her.

Has anybody checked to see how the hospice services are paid by Medicare? I bet there’s categories and it’s real hard to get more than a capped amount per patient. If hospice doesn’t get paid until they bill, and they don’t bill until the patient dies, well … that’s a fairly perverse incentive right there.

When this country began, turnout was deliberately low. [as a side point, only land owners could run for office]
Only landowners were permitted to vote. Women couldn’t vote although I think they could if they were widows that owned land.

OK, Solas is at the vet clinic. Spoke with the doctor there. They’re going to run all kinds of tests on the little guy, including x-rays. There’s a suspicion that the pancreatitis has returned (the pancreas levels had gone back down to normal range by last Friday during his stay at the emergency vet hospital.) If the blood tests come back with good results, the Solas a fighting chance — from there, things can be managed medically as he heals and recovers. The vet clinic will call me with an update this afternoon. If worst comes to worst, the clinic will arrange a “pet ambulance” transfer to the emergency vet hospital. I hope to God that this doesn’t have to be the case.
Meanwhile, my 2005 Mercury Mariner is at the shop. This shop is where I’ve taken the car to for state auto inspections, other car repairs, etc., for the past 8 years. It’s small and has well-trained mechanics and good people. The office staff offered to drive me to the rental car place so I could pick up the small SUV that I had a reservation for. But the rental place (Enterprise) has a shuttle, so I was able to use that.
The Mariner has about 135K miles on it. So I want to keep it if I can. It’s done great service.

VPNs are a tool. It’s in the name what it does, “Virtual Private Network.” Any major company with any security at all will use VPNs to connect field people with corporate data. Sure, kids can use them to contact social media in some other jurisdiction or under a different identity, but I don’t see how they ban VPNs without crushing business use.
IMO they want to restrict creation of VPN software in ways that prevent non-corporate usage by individuals.
Yeah, it will create a mess, and lots of unintended consequences that screw everything up, but hand the government more control, just like “climate change” and “COVID”.

The Freedom 250 UFC fights & President Trump’s birthday were a celebration for all Americans. They honored this country, our military & first responders w/ a patriotic display.
But many complained it was a vain display just for the President. No, that was Obama and I was there.
He flews to play a private game with him on his birthday. They let him waltz by them to make lay ups and guarded him like he was made of glass. It wasn’t televised or shared with the country it was just a fantasy, make-a-wish camp for Obama.

COMMENTARY FOR ROMANS 6:23
Believers must die to sin, and live to God. (1,2) This is urged by their Christian baptism and union with Christ. (3-10) They are made alive to God. (11-15) And are freed from the dominion of sin. (16-20) The end of sin is death, and of holiness everlasting life. (21-23)
21-23 The pleasure and profit of sin do not deserve to be called fruit. Sinners are but ploughing iniquity, sowing vanity, and reaping the same. Shame came into the world with sin, and is still the certain effect of it. The end of sin is death. Though the way may seem pleasant and inviting, yet it will be bitterness in the latter end. From this condemnation the believer is set at liberty, when made free from sin. Iran: The State of Play, 6/16/2026
I have largely been quiet on this matter lately, mostly because I don’t think anyone in the general public has the first clue as to what is actually going on in terms of negotiations (me included), but let me please offer some thoughts on things I am certain are true at the time I write this:
1. The Iranian mullahs are/were implacable enemies of Western Civilization, and have a goal of global jihad by any means necessary.
2. Neither the Iranian nor American media can be trusted to report accurately on the purported agreement.
3. “MOU” means “memorandum of understanding.” In corporate law, another term for this is a “term sheet.” Basically it is an outline of basic terms and serves as a basis for negotiations between the parties towards a more fulsome, definitive agreement. Nothing at the MOU stage is definitive.
4. The Trump Administration could do a better job of keeping the American public informed on this matter.
5. Iran’s military and nuclear capabilities have been decimated.
6. Iran’s ability to export terrorism has been greatly impaired.
7. Multiple layers of the mullahs’ leadership are now dead, and those currently in power
are acutely and uncomfortably aware of this fact.
8. The only viable means of ultimate regime change in Iran is the Persian people rising up and overthrowing the mullahs.
9. An Iran with nuclear arms would be the worst threat to human civilization since the medieval era Bubonic Plague epidemic. The JCPOA was enabling them to build such weapons.
10. President Trump had no choice but to take the military actions he has taken thus far, because of the nuclear and terror threats.
11. America and Israel assumed that the Persian people would take this opportunity to violently overthrow their theocratic dictators.
12. Because the Persian people are thus far collectively unwilling to walk through the door of regime change that has been made possible (admittedly with great cost to them), President Trump is now faced with a dilemma: either commit ground forces to Iran (with half of the USA wildly opposing such action) or negotiate with whomever is actually in power at the moment (with the other half of the USA wildly opposing such action).
13. President Trump has earned our trust—in all matters (not just Iran) he has consistently prioritized American interests properly more so than any other President since Ronald Reagan. There is no one I trust more to navigate such a complex, potentially “no win” situation than President Trump.
14. America and the world are currently in a far, far better and safer situation today than if no military action had been taken.
15. All military options remain open to the USA. Virtually no military options (other than internal repression) remain open to the Iranian leadership.

The entire Iran conflict has revealed, repeatedly and clearly, that while people may have a great deal of knowledge in their area of interest or expertise (e.g., finance in general, or individual companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Nvidia, Bitcoin, gold miners, etc.), it does not translate to a knowledge or understanding of politics or current events.
It’s often clear that they are not working with good information, they are mostly just parroting MSM narrative. Even though they usually claim to not get their news from MSM, so they understand that problem, but wherever they are getting their information, it’s often just a watered down version of the same thing.
It takes a lot of time to become reasonably well informed on any subject or area, and if politics is not also one of their primary interests, then they won’t have spent anywhere near the amount of time each day on politics or current events as they have devoted to finance or specific companies or industries, where their real interests are.
So when something like the Iran conflict happens, something big enough to impact the markets, the finance / industry experts have to address the major issues and how they anticipate current events will affect the markets.
And that’s when it becomes clear that they are not getting their news from anywhere remotely like the sources we reference here 😂
True. Not only is their knowledge limited to one area of expertise and to what they get from questionable sources, but they don’t know how all the factors relate to one another and therefore how best to address them. They don’t have the complete picture.
Yes, and I get frustrated listening to their analysis in the same way I was frustrated with friends and family during the covidiocy.
They weren’t getting their information from the same sources as we were here, and most of them didn’t really question what we were all being told by MSM.
And that kinda freaked me out… like, who are these people? 😂

IMO, as a “pragmatic approach”, countries that have Christian / Judaeo / Orthodox (Eastern and other rites) belief systems do wind up having to trade with, to negotiate with, to work alongside, countries that can be considered Godless (Communist China, Communist Vietnam, Islamic-controlled countries, etc.)
The important thing is that those countries which have the above belief systems do not wind up emulating, let alone becoming like, countries that can be considered to be Godless.

I took kiddo to see Masters of the Universe and was surprised at how much we liked it. I loved He-Man in the 80s so for a summer popcorn flick it was a go see. First off critics dont like it much. It slaps wokeness in the face multiple times. Its not marvel/disney. Theres no nudity or se xual scenes, a couple cuss words, and there is innuendo that wasnt necessary. It was a decent break from girl boss and woke.
If you have kids interested, probably should be at least 10 to tolerate the longer running time.
We had to suffer through an Odyssey trailer tho…

The trailer wasnt horrible overall but shades of matt damon not being quite masculine enough. They did not show any of the woke or inappropriate actors in this cut bc they know youd question that.
