Scott brought this, and I want to make sure that everybody sees it.
If you don’t watch this whole video, at least watch the first part about Bernie Sanders and his very, very bad idea.
Personally, I think it is critical to watch this video in its entirety, if you want to understand exactly why “being Cambodia on data centers” is a very, very, bad idea for the US. (Being China on data centers is a different sort of bad, too – don’t get me wrong!)
Now – DO NOT suspend your critical thinking on this guy and what he is saying. He is personally invested on the profit side of the AI wave. I myself think he is too rosy and hand-waving on the simplicity of the right solutions, but that he is nevertheless overall correct about those solutions. People need to be smart about how they allow data centers.
I just discovered a brand new data center a few miles from where we live. It was put up in the perfect place – a decaying industrial “wasteland” near the railroad tracks – and it’s beautiful, clean, and modernizing everything around it. Not sure how the Bernie Sanders boneheads on the city council in that place allowed it to happen, but they apparently fucked up and allowed a fantastic modern business to appear in the middle of their normal rusted, trash-strewn, blue-haired, nose ring, soy latte, anti-business decay and poverty. IMO it’s the best thing to happen to that area in a long time. They have driven OUT so many businesses. The blind AWFULs found a nut!
The entire south side of Chicago – which is a post-industrial wasteland – needs to become a data center capital, IMHO. THAT is how you fix Chicago.

I think Trump gets it. Data centers can be part of the golden age – but we need to make sure that we avoid the rush to put up fool’s gold solutions – and that means citizens paying attention to what their elected (and unelected) leaders are doing.
Pay attention to what China is doing. Notice that, suddenly, they are even using their own crappy solar panels to generate energy. They realize that “seizing the day” on AI and data centers is happening RIGHT NOW. Somebody over in China got a bright idea on “abundance thinking” to use their own panels, stacked up waiting for export, and told the commies who wanted to reserve those panels for draining money from America, to “go to vulture hell”.

I suspect DJT has already used DOGE to do an audit of the entire federal government, and found at least $1.5 trillion in waste, fraud and abuse. Probably a lot more, at least twice that much.

Since the outcome of the 2024 election, the only timeline that mattered was that of the 2026 midterm elections. To reiterate, if the Trump Administration were to fail in securing the 2026 midterm elections, the Intelligence Community will certainly relive the past and tip the elections it needs to its favor or in other words, steal it again.
That would put us on the fast track to more fake impeachments, more attempted assassinations, more fake “pandemics”, more fake “insurrections” and of course, fake “elections” forever or at least until they decide it’s no longer worth the effort putting on the kabuki theater show and just come right out to say, “We’re your rulers, you’re our subjects, it’s always been this way and it will stay this way”.
One must assume that the IC learned its lesson with 2-Big-2-Rig in 2024 and is prepared to move forward with a redesigned swag bag of new and improved tools of the trade [Dominion/Smartmatic algorithmic fraud, massive illegal immigrant voting, paper ballot fraud, ballot harvesting, etc.].
Despite unprecedented and continued levels of judicial lawfare, momentum is building for the Trump Administration to intercede and secure the midterm elections. Thus far, Executive Orders and attempted legislation represent that momentum leaving the lion’s share of the work to be done.
Thanks to controlled Senate Majority Leader John Thune, who is unquestionably an IC asset doing its bidding, the options are limited. Logically deduced, Trump will be required to operate under the directive of national security which enjoys immunity from federal lawsuits. This will mitigate lawfare and judicial activism out of the Judiciary, but not the capacity of the Legislative branch to entangle itself [the IC] where a 2/3 majority overrule requirement lessens Congress’ influence.
The fallout from such a drastic but absolutely requisite step is entirely imaginable – think summer of 2020 on a far broader and worse scale.
America is primed and perfectly ripe for it, too. All of the Orange Man bad propaganda succeeded in that.
On 12 Sep 18, President Trump issued Executive Order 13848 – Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election to protect against hostile foreign nations influencing or determining US election outcomes. This assigned operational jurisdiction directives to ODNI, Homeland Security, the USAG, Departments of State, Defense, Treasury, et al relative to election security.
Presumably on orders from the IC and specifically for the purposes of cheating and limiting the exposure of known foreign interference in the 2020 election, President Biden extended the national emergency on 09 Sep 24. Once he reentered office for term two, Trump did likewise on 29 Aug 25.
Recent developments in July bear down to confirm what we already knew – there has been foreign interference in US elections. See this and this.
Was a trap being set? Perhaps because the timeline is revealing. Note that in EO 13848 from 2018, Trump’s language is “Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcomes or vote tabulation in any United States election.”
That language remained in August 2025 when Trump continued the National Emergency to extend the Executive Order.
Then, on the only timeline that matters right now – that of the midterms – the evidence for the foreign interference is laid out in July 2026 following Trumps efforts to secure mail-ballots in March 2026.

Hats off to Dutch GT racer Leuc Hartog for reasons detailed in this special episode of The China Show, which aired yesterday –
On the 5th, there was a GT race in Shanghai. China’s been spending a lot of money trying to attract international sporting events to China, and this includes professional racing. The race in Shanghai was a part of this. During the race, driver David Chen caused an accident that saw two other cars caught up in it. One of the cars struck was driven by British driver Ollie Millroy, which burst into flames before spinning off the track.
As driver Leuc Hartog approached the site of the accident, he noticed that track officials were not waving any flags. He also noticed that no emergency personnel seemed to be moving toward Millroy’s car, which was still burning. He pulled onto the side of the track, jumped out of his car, and ran up to Millroy’s car. He spotted Millroy inside, and realized that Millroy was unconscious. He tore open the passenger side door, but was unable to reach Millroy. Unfortunately, the fire kept him from opening the driver side door. He noted that the emergency services people still hadn’t started moving toward the burning vehicle, and yelled at them to hurry over with a fire extinguisher. At this point a man finally came over with an extinguisher, handed it to Hartog, and then ran back the way he’d come. Hartog used the extinguisher to reduce the fire to the point where he could get to the driver side door, tore it open, and was able to drag Millroy’s unconscious body out of the burning wreck.
As Hartog was dragging Millroy clear, a second member of emergency services came over with another extinguisher, but he was unable to figure out how to get it to work. Eventually another man came with a third extinguisher, which he used on the fire.
Meanwhile, Hartog dragged Millroy to the side of the track. They waited there for at least 15 minutes until the ambulance finally arrived. The ambulance driver had locked himself in the front of the ambulance to take a nap, and no one had been able to wake him up.
Millroy had numerous broken ribs, and was taken to a hospital. He credits Hartog with saving his life.
The Chinese news reports on the matter mention safety reviews after the incident, but otherwise report nothing that suggests that there was anything wrong with the response to the crash.
The respective teams of both Millroy and Hartog have announced that they will no longer compete in any GT championship races that are held in China.
The video shows an advertisement posted a few days before the race that suggests that the emergency services personnel were random people recruited through the ad, and paid a minimal amount of money.
