I haven’t done a movie review in a while, so it’s a pleasure to begin with, but it’s an even greater pleasure, as you will see.
I’m going to do this review in multiple stages, each one getting more revealing. When things reach a spoiler level you find regrettable, just stop – go see the movie – and be done with it.
1. TL;DR with No Details
Go see the movie.
2. TL;DR with Spoilerless Details
Go see the movie.
The fact that both my wife and I enjoyed it, despite a vast difference in our knowledge of that period of American history, tells me that you are likely to enjoy it, too.
In my opinion, it was well-directed, well-acted, well-scripted, and all that jazz, but at an even deeper level, it was insightful into the forces that made Washington the man who he was – perhaps the most honorable founder of this nation.
While being absolutely free of wokeness, the movie still has elements of revelation that will honestly tug at the heartstrings of all Americans, liberal and conservative. Even the British will love this, IMO. It is an honest depiction of that era, not only showing me the history I had read about fairly recently, but confirming, to my satisfaction, some of my theories about the build-up to the American Revolution. Thus, I think all those interested in history, will find this movie fascinating and enjoyable.
I must caution, however, that the realism extends to battle scenes. Indeed, the complete absence of phony and gratuitous violence makes the remaining realistic, momentary violence even more haunting and powerful. However, I think you will agree, once you see the movie, that it was necessary to show us the things that truly created an actual hero and military genius.
At the end of the film, our audience was too stunned to rise – and then – when I thought that the credits were going to roll, there was something more. That is necessary, too. People literally need a moment to come back to this century. It’s that powerful.
I repeat – go see the movie.
3. Review with Some Minor Spoilers
I am still uncertain whether I enjoyed this movie as much as I did, because I already knew the surprising history of Young Washington, or in spite of knowing that history. For me, it helps to know more, because I love details. It is a tribute to the movie that those who made it were able to weave an amazing amount of historical teaching into the screenplay. However, even if you are not familiar with the French and Indian War, and the history of the Ohio Territory, then you should not feel compelled to prepare for the movie. Just go see it and have fun. See it again if you miss a few things.
Let me just list some of the wonderful things you can expect to see.
Washington’s loyalty to friends, and respect for enemies
His resolve to let failure ALWAYS teach and NEVER demoralize
His family’s morality and wisdom, and how these reached their pinnacle in that family’s least likely member
The weaving together of the dying of empires and the birth of nations
How Washington was a TITAN, just like Trump, Musk, the Signers, and the great explorers
How Washington was utterly enthralled by the American frontier
How Washington loved both the elite and the common man, and was at ease with both
How every failure in life was the lesson he needed to reach the next level
How technology is something we must deal with, but how it is NOT what defines us, or makes men great
How surprisingly SMART the medicine of Washington’s time was, despite technological limitations
How similar these people were to us, and how foolish we are to criticize them from the safety THEY gave us
Love scenes that are easily as good as cinema classics – effective in their restraint
One last point, which shocks me even more, after the movie.
I have had the privilege of knowing several centenarians. Let’s call one of them “Peggy”. Well, 250 years is only two and a half “peggies” ago. Think how little time that is – and yet – yes – that is when America was founded. Take an old person you know – take one more before her – and her mother – and there is George Washington.
Jesus walked 20 peggies ago. It’s NOTHING.
You need to see Young Washington, to understand the predicament we are in. Forget that you might enjoy it. You NEED to see it.
WE are still dealing with Britain. Britain is still dealing with US. This is the slap in the face that says “Did you read what Gail just posted?”
Go see it. Please. For everybody’s sake.
4. Review with Blunt Spoilers
Part of the reason I wanted to see Young Washington, is that I had seen a trailer for it at a previous movie, and it struck me as surprisingly good. But I was very lucky – I had forgotten everything in the trailer, by the time I saw the movie!
Thus, I don’t know whether it’s a good idea to show you this very “spoilery” trailer. You may just want to stop now, and resume here AFTER you see the movie. You may want to experience the full surprise.
If so, then “see you later!”
W
OK – so you’re going to see the trailer now.
It really does convey the excitement of the movie – but without the build-up scenes that make it even more exciting. And perhaps that’s a good thing – because you’ll bring some extra doses of any needed blood pressure or cardiac medicines with you!
I found myself on the edge of my seat for most of the movie, from the very beginning. I found that my adrenaline really kicked in. Maybe it’s because I don’t get out and watch much “fake entertainment” anymore, but for whatever reason, I got a real workout watching this – even just the trailer, and even now!
I found the acting really good – particularly William Franklyn-Miller (young adult George Washington) and Mia Rodgers (love interest Sally Cary). The British society scenes are actually rather enjoyable, and more than just a diversion from the action – they really help to explain why revolution was inevitable.
Truthfully, the rest of the cast were really good, too. The older, famous actors all do a great job of portraying famous and important people, as one might expect, and the younger actors all do an excellent job of portraying Washington’s peers.
The battle scenes are gritty, and remind me of many of the better war movies that I’ve seen, which is rather surprising for a smaller movie of this budget. Even the Wikipedia accounts of the battles are violent enough to make one cringe, and the movie neither backs off from the history, nor embellishes. Much of this frontier violence was alluded to in Mel Gibson’s “The Patriot” – well, here you get to see it. This teaser shows it well, though significantly tamer than the movie itself.
I think that there is a visible improvement in the editing from the teaser to the trailer, and whatever it cost, it was worth the money.
Pay special attention to the names of everybody when they’re introduced – it makes things easier. Also, when the lighting is bad in the taverns and whatnot, you need to listen closely. Getting old is a pain in the ass – even just watching movies.
The movie is not perfect – there are a few cliche scenes that fail to impress, and I can see spots here and there which could stand some polishing. None of these would stop me from seeing the film. They are certainly not enough to make me regret buying tickets.
I suspect that few careers will be launched by the success of this movie, and that’s a good thing. There will also be many more movies from this studio, too.
Good.
In summary, I heartily recommend seeing “Young Washington”. There is supposedly a sequel coming, and I will definitely be interested in that. If the cast and crew work as hard as they did here, and with God’s providence, it should be a success, too.
There will be changes on this site as well, because – well – 250 years tells us it’s time for some changes. You will hear about changes soon. Because we listen to God, these will be good changes, in the bigger scheme of things.
Meanwhile, some things will remain familiar. Like remembering Wheatie.

It is a test of whether the moral self-abasements and routine betrayals that occurred in the Soviet Bloc with its secret police and political prisons and armies of informants could be replicated in liberal, democratic, and pluralistic societies that lacked this formal apparatus of repression: whether minor rewards and punishments could force people to punish people for stating the most self-evident of all truths and inspire them to cheer on the chemical castration and dismemberment of their own children. It is a test of whether civil liberties organization could be twisted into instruments of state repression and human rights groups instruments of defamation and violence against women.
It is a test that most of the Western world is failing.

I think we would be surprised at how many people would quietly start to come out in support, if they were given “permission” by the public figures they rely on to open Overton Windows for them. That is pathetic, cowardly, lazy, & self-interested, because they are often consumed with how they appear to the people around them, rather than forming their own opinions & standing by their own beliefs, but it is the reality of many of our fellow citizens. If they feel they have “permission” to support initiatives that protect the rights & dignity of females, I think the minority of vocal, unreasonable & zealous lunatics who’ve pushed this madness on us would start be increasingly marginalized, finding themselves with less power to shape the public discourse & public consciousness over the trans issue. I have myself experienced a few people who quietly, discreetly told me they agree with me that women & girls should have their own sports & spaces, but they would never tell other people. It was only after I experienced social punishment for expressing my opinions that they briefly mumbled they “kind of agreed.” People are cowards. They are afraid to form & stand by their own beliefs because they value social standing more than personal autonomy & the integrity that comes with being principled; more comfortable instead with social consensus & being included in the group. But, if the conversation shifts publicly, lead by people who are safer to express public opinions, the tide will change.

A Democrat running for governor of Ohio has declared “I do not support boys playing in girls sports. This is already settled law in Ohio, and as governor I will enforce and uphold the law.”
The way for Democrats to neutralize the trans issue is to co-opt GOP positions on sports, private spaces, child transition, and compelled speech, supporting the removal of gender ideology instruction from schools, bans on child transition, and the removal of recognition of gender identity in law at every level of state, local, and federal government.
Everybody wants to think there is some other way. But there is no other way.

The progressives took down the following statement later. Hmmmmmm.
The Ohio Democrats Progressive Caucus is unhappy with Amy Acton over a statement she recently saying she does not support "boys playing in girls sports," and calling the issue settled law in Ohio.

Truth and common sense must be valued by us, as individuals, in order to lastingly disempower the authoritarian fake news media. This includes the perniciously smarmy science media, which never answers for its errors and lies. Thoughts On The 2026 Ohio Primary Election Results
TL;DR – they were great!
Just stopping in briefly to talk about this important result. I wish I could spend more time on this, but I have to get back to work.
This primary was important for both Trump and Vivek – and for me. We MUST defeat Lockdown Amy and Proggy Pepper. Ohio is SCREWED if these socialists win. They probably cannot win, but we cannot let down our guard.
Yes, Ramaswamy is “polished” to the level of being “Ratha-smarmy”. But he also has “the stuff” – and I mean the stuff that a certain President has even more of.
His Wikipedia page is very interesting, and has some surprises.
Here is Vivek’s victory speech queued up to the brief introductions.
Now, in more detail, the result.
Kalbo brought this tweet on Wednesday….
🚨 WOW! Vivek Ramaswamy wins 100% PERCENT of Ohio counties in the governor GOP primary — and with nearly all of the vote counted, he has 82.5% of the vote
🚨 MASSIVE TRUMP VICTORY IN INDIANA! RINO Sen. Greg Walker — who voted AGAINST redistricting — has been CRUSHED by Trump-endorsed Michelle Davis! President Trump is 6 FOR 7 tonight 🔥 MAGA is taking back the GOP 🇺🇸💪#TrumpEndorsed#IndianaPrimary#MAGApic.twitter.com/oxXiYMtbrY

Yeah, Indiana is demonstrably Trump Country. And so is Ohio.
Back to Ohio.
What the media and the Dems were hoping for, was any sign of weakness on Vivek’s part. The Dems are desperate to get Sherrod Brown back into the US Senate, and their next goal after that, is to get Lockdown Amy and the man who would be the REAL governor, Democrat Party Chairman David Pepper, into the statehouse.
Vivek’s “Republican” opponent, Casey Putsch, shouldn’t have even been on the ballot, much less getting 15% of the vote, and in a sane world, he would have gotten NADA, ZILCH, NOTHING. However, the Democrat media has done every bit of heavy lifting possible, to take an anti-Trump, anti-Israel, anti-everything non-pol who had zero experience with the Republican party, who could never even win a school board seat in a safe district, and give him the media coverage needed to make him “credible” – while at the same time, social media bots have used the Epstein, Fuentes, Bondi, and Palestine Genocide strategies to boost him with as many MTG-type MAGA as they could.
AND YET – Vivek beat Putsch far worse than any other machine pick beat an anti-machine upstart in recent Ohio history. Bottom line, IMO – Vivek is a stronger candidate than ANY Ohio Republican governor candidate in decades, including Kasich and DeWine. There is a reason that the Machine picked him.
Note that Vivek is using the same machine staffing strategy that the Dems are using. Acton picked David Pepper as her Lieutenant, because he’s actually capable of putting together a strong [socialist, Demmunist] administration FAST. Well, Vivek picked the Ohio Senate President, Rob McColley, as HIS Lieutenant. This wise move tells me that Vivek is not only serious about transforming Ohio – he is actually capable of transforming Ohio.
Trump knew exactly what he was doing when he backed Vivek.
I think the following pair of tweets explains why Vivek is going to beat Lockdown Amy. I won’t explain it too well, because I don’t want to help the Demmunists, but this says it all.
The screech owls here have to be ignored because they’re working for the enemy. Vivek was another reason I voted for Trump. Especially after the town hall in Springfield Ohio. He is engaging and brilliant.
He will be president someday and is a star for the Republicans.
If you only looked at X, you’d think the Republican Party rejected Vivek Ramaswamy. Groypers screaming. Doomposts everywhere. But reality just dropped: Vivek wins with 86% of the vote. Online is not real life. The real Republican Party isn’t racist. We don’t care about skin color. We want visionary leaders who fight for America First — bold, smart, unapologetic. Vivek delivered. And the same thing is coming for Byron Donalds. The Groypers don’t own this party. We do. Real voters. Real results. Real future. #AmericaFirst#Vivek2026#ByronDonalds”
And the response…..
The screech owls here have to be ignored because they’re working for the enemy. Vivek was another reason I voted for Trump. Especially after the town hall in Springfield Ohio. He is engaging and brilliant. He will be president someday and is a star for the Republicans.
And with that, I will get back to work! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Casey Putsch has been defeated in a humiliating landslide.
It’s not even close. Vivek Ramasmarmy buried Putsch by 70 points.
We need to talk about the Retard Right and why they fail. It pains me to say this as I like Casey and believe he had genuinely good ideas that would have economically revitalized Ohio, such as his infrastructure plans. But he failed for a reason, and unless people understand the reason, this will just happen over and over.
1) Don’t attack Trump.
The image of Casey Putsch burning his MAGA hat doomed him right out of the gate. I don’t care how disappointed you are with Trump, how many blackpills that Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes have fed you. Donald Trump IS the Republican Party. He runs the show. You need his blessing or at least his neutrality to get anywhere.
The majority of Republicans—the people Casey needed to win over—support Trump. There is no constituency for being Based and Anti-Trump, it’s a less popular position than Liz Cheneyism. Casey Putsch could have cleared this up with an immediate apology: “I was wrong to turn on Trump. I have my problems with him, but I believe in what he’s doing. I’m running to support his MAGA agenda and help him finish the job.” Pride, foolishness, or Internet poisoning kept him from humbling himself. Even Thomas Massie has had to pivot his campaign to lying about how he’s best buddies with Trump, because his actual connections with the Squad etc. are electoral poison in Kentucky. Just trust Trump! It’s not that hard!
2) Get off social media.
Vivek Ramasmarmy is an incredibly weak candidate, off-putting in person, has a deep contempt for white Americans, and wants to flood Ohio with Indians. He should be as easy to knock over as a feather in the wind. Vivek practically wrote Putsch’s campaign messaging for him.
So what did Casey do? Did he hit the streets, post ads telling Ohioans that Vivek hates them and wants to replace them? That should have been the front and center of everything he did. No. Instead, he kept posting about how AI told him that Israel is Satanic. He kept wading into the Epstein files swamp. He went to Anti-Semitic Fyre Fest and shared the stage with a fat anchor baby and a Muslim hijabi, both of whom openly hate white Americans, destroying any credibility he had in attacking Vivek for his anti-white views.
Social media is not real life. The heady days of 2016 or even 2024 are over. As @Freedomalternat pointed out in his post-mortem on the Hungarian election, Twitter and other social media sites are so overrun with bots and AI slop that they do not represent public opinion anymore. Stunting on the hoes online cannot help, it can only hurt. Ed Gallrein is already using Anti-Semitic Fyre Fest clips to attack Thomas Massie. Vivek himself realized how damaging his X posts were to his political ambitions, so he got off social media to focus on retail campaigning. This is why he won.
3) Stop talking about the Jews.
Israel, pro- or anti-, is not an important issue for the kinds of voters you need to win a Republican primary. They want to hear about jobs, inflation, crime; meat and potato issues. Not only that, a governor’s ability to influence Israel, Iran etc. is fuck all.
Mouthing off about how much you hate Israel cannot help in a Republican primary. Again, it can only hurt, because you look like a deranged moron to the people who actually vote and you take away valuable space that could be used for important issues, issues where you shine. Casey Putsch SHOULD be known for his anti-immigration stance and his ambitious plans to revamp Ohio’s infrastructure. Instead, he’s known for palling around with hijabis and treating ChatGPT like an anti-Semitic magic eight-ball.
Before anyone responds with “Casey Putsch is an idiot influencer, of COURSE he was gonna lose,” I have two words: Brandon Herrera. Herrera, like Putsch, is a YouTuber. Unlike Putsch, Herrera won his primary and is almost certainly going to be elected to the House. What’s the difference? Herrera didn’t “campaign” by camping out on Twitter to stunt on them Jewish hoes. He hit the campaign trail, made friends and allies in local GOP organizations, focused his messaging on how he wanted to help his constituents and what he planned to do in office. Herrera also didn’t turn on Trump and now he has Trump’s endorsement. Learn from Brandon Herrera.
I feel confident in predicting that this is the beginning of the end for the Retard Right. Thomas Massie, James Fishback, Dan Bilzerian will all lose their primaries and the retarded anti-Zionist element will be purged from the right forever. It has no constituency, as Casey Putsch’s landslide defeat shows. Candace Owens is already talking about joining forces with the left to form some kind of Anti-Zionist Popular Front. Nick Fuentes has said that he is a “moderate Democrat.” The Retard Right are functional leftists in the process of becoming actual leftists. And the best part is that they ruined themselves by not knowing when to shut up.

Word of The Week:
Brix
unit of measurement
Degrees Brix (symbol °Bx) is a measure of the dissolved solids in a liquid, and is commonly used to measure dissolved sugar content of an aqueous solution. One degree Brix is 1 gram of sucrose in 100 grams of solution and represents the strength of the solution as percentage by mass. If the solution contains dissolved solids other than pure sucrose, then the °Bx only approximates the dissolved solid content. For example, when one adds equal amounts of salt and sugar to equal amounts of water, the degrees of refraction (BRIX) of the salt solution rises faster than the sugar solution. The °Bx is traditionally used in the wine, sugar, carbonated beverage, fruit juice, fresh produce, maple syrup and honey industries. The °Bx is also used for measuring the concentration of a cutting fluid mixed in water for metalworking processes.

And now for some useful scoop from the front lines.
TL;DR – Ohio has a sneaky “children’s sexual rights amendment” on the ballot.
In the course of our political work, I’ve come into contact with an interesting assortment of people representing a wide variety of political interests. There is often some “adjacency” and “intersectionality” as the other side loves to say, and in particular we run into specific candidates, issues or causes which matter to our group.
You may or may not have been following the August “Issue 1” vote in Ohio, which was designed to make it harder to amend the Ohio constitution – meaning a 60% vote for passage of amendments instead of just 50%. The proposal had other features that weakened it, but the main factor leading to its defeat was the fact that the Ohio Dems had an abortion amendment coming in November, and that amendment was unlikely to get 60%+ support. The Demmunists got out the vote to defeat fundamental improvement of the Ohio constitution, using abortion. It worked like crazy.
The new abortion amendment is likely to pass in November, ironically as “Issue 1”, but worried Dem operatives have confided that the proposal has two weaknesses which give them a bad feeling. Some have even called these two problems “poison pills” in the amendment.
One is that the amendment leaves open the option for abortion due to “mental health of the mother” until birth, despite otherwise making abortion restrictable once the baby is viable (which is not well-defined). Pro-life forces can usually get voters out to the polls on this.
The other weakness is that the amendment implicitly removes parental rights regarding one’s own children, because the “reproductive rights” are granted to “individuals”, not adults. The term “individuals” is designed to include teens, and even logically includes younger children. So the right-to-life people are focused on the problem of abortion without the consent of the parents. This is also something that can bring pro-life voters to the polls.
But THESE are not the worst aspects of the bill.
The part of the amendment which grants this right to all individuals, which necessarily includes children of unspecified age, covers not just abortion, but anything of a reproductive nature. The amendment uses specific language to say that it is not limited to the examples listed, which include abortion and fertility, but which curiously do not include sex change or “gender affirming care” – and yet these things and more would clearly be covered as reproductive.
In other words, this amendment is a sneaky way to take away all parental rights regarding sex change of children – or indeed, anything else touching on reproduction.
I repeat – this amendment allows children to submit themselves to “gender change”, and takes away all parental rights to oppose it.
The amendment MAY even take away parental rights regarding sex education, or anything where the “individual” has “reproductive rights”.
Do you see what they’re doing here?
The amendment uses tricky lawfare wording to distract and deceive voters, implying that it is mainly about abortion, when it is dangerously relevant to transgender issues.
An overt sexual rights amendment for children could never pass, but an abortion amendment might.
It’s very interesting to note that Ballotpediavery deceptively HIDES the sneaky “not limited to” wording of the amendment in their description of it, except when they are forced to quote the amendment verbatim.
Et tu, Ballotpedia?
The Dems are getting ahead of the storm on the REAL sneakiness by making sure the controversy is all about Republicans changing the term “fetus” to “unborn child” on the text of the ballot issue, which generally clarifies the abortion part without changing the meaning in any significant way, in my opinion. Thankfully, the Republicans did NOT try to conceal the “not limited to” part, so we can still make that case without contradiction.
Very typical Dem behavior – distract to a smaller, winnable controversy. And, of course, the leftist media is helping. And very typical RINO idiot behavior, following the left’s laser pointer focus on minor stupidity instead of WINNING on the fact that this is exactly what the Democrats call it: Ohio Issue 1, Right to Make Reproductive Decisions Including Abortion Initiative. The trick is, this amendment should really be called Ohio Issue 1, Children’s Right to Make Reproductive Decisions Including But Not Limited To Abortion, Sex Education, Gender Reassignment, and Sex with Adults Initiative.
Are you seeing how bad this is, and how stupid the Republicans are?
They should be printing up yard signs in big bold letters:
SAY NO TO CHILDREN’S SEXUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT
This bill for an amendment, if it passes, will destroy public education in Ohio. [Admittedly, some conservatives are actually rubbing their hands in glee at this possibility!] Teacher’s unions will be utterly free to “trans your kids” and even more, under the color of an “individual’s reproductive rights”. Whether the bill destroys education completely depends on whether private schooling can lock out transgender ideologues from their teaching staff. Nobody can trust left-wing teachers once this passes.
So watch out for this CHILDREN’S SEXUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT – which is definitely a DEMS CAN TRANS YOUR KIDS AMENDMENT – and see if the national conservative media catches on to its insidious nature RE spreading the trans agenda to red states using abortion. If they don’t, Ohio will join Michigan and California as a “fleeing resident” state starting next year.
Note how the “pro-choice” side and the old feminists (including TERFs) were THROWN UNDER THE BUS by the Pritzker transgender males to get their much bigger agenda into law. “You want to protect abortion, ladies? Here, try this amendment!” The Pritzkeroids don’t care if people catch on and abortion is defeated, because their number one fundraising issue is still preserved if they lose. A simple 12-week bill (Robert Kennedy Jr. gets this) would PASS and WIN in Ohio, satisfying everybody on their bottom lines, but NO, we can’t have THAT!
Does the amendment do anything to protect pedophiles and sexual consent by minors? With the lunatic leftists on the Ohio Supreme Court, I am certain that it does. These goofballs actually decided that bail increases based on danger of the accused individual to the public were illegal, until an amendment to allow higher bails for dangerous criminals was passed over Demmunist objections.
Remember – THIS BILL ENSHRINES REPRODUCTIVE/SEXUAL RIGHTS FOR MINORS.
The left always goes too far. The trick is catching them early.
And here I thought this was an exciting election already!
You will notice that I didn’t just entitle this post “Wolf Moon’s Perspective on the Ohio Primary Election”. You see, due to Democrat lawfare in Ohio, Ohioans are actually going to have TWO Ohio primaries this year. There is a SECOND one in August, thanks to Democrats.
It’s a complicated story, but the Cliff Notes version is this. The Democrats plus their narrow majority in the state Supreme Court have enabled the communist DNC to completely disrupt the electoral process. So why would they do that? Well, in my opinion, it’s because disrupting the electoral process, and particularly the redistricting process, is the only form of “control” that Democrats still have in Ohio. In order to LEAD and in order to REMAIN RELEVANT, while not actually serving voters, Democrats will resort to literally anything to “set the agenda” and thus to appear to be in control.
Because there was no time for the Republican Secretary of State to resolve issues involving state districts in time for the May 3rd primary, all those candidates are kicked down the road to an August primary.
And do you want to know who’s behind this madness?
Eric Holder. And, next up the chain of commie command, Obama, the actual “Soros president”.
Seriously, Eric Holder is behind the Democrat electoral lawfare in Ohio. The strategy is called “Sue until they’re blue.” I have this knowledge directly from the mouth of Ohio’s current and next Secretary of State, Frank LaRose, who THANKFULLY won his primary.
See how this works? Once the Democrats – and George Soros – control the Secretary of State, elections will turn the state communist. You cannot vote your way out of communism, and you almost can’t keep from being falsely voted INTO IT.
Complicated business.
Anyway, this leads directly into one of the things I want to talk about, so let me GO BACK to the beginning, and explain what this post is all about.
Elections have consequences, and this election was a BIG ONE for Ohio – possibly bigger than the general election. Is MAGA going to dominate Ohio, or is “Kasich Republicanism” – a toadie of the globalists and Democrats – going to creep back into control? I spotted the big races very early, and have mentioned them in several posts during 2021 and 2022.
Here is a quick bibliography of some of the posts most directly concerned with Ohio races.
(December 20, 2020) This is where I saw how DeWine was not only going to sit on his rear end, in Kemp and Ducey style, over the stolen election – he was going to let people in his administration help the other side. Tsk-tsk! His people openly helped BLM drive patriots away from the Ohio Statehouse. Shame! This was the beginning of the massive anti-DeWine vote that we saw last night in the Ohio gubernatorial election. DeWine’s failure to stick up for Trump – and more importantly for RULE OF LAW – alienated a large part of his base.
On the bright side, Ohio probably got constitutional carry (coming in June) because DeWine was desperate to get past the primary. More on that below.
(February 19, 2021) This is where I immediately spotted the race to replace Senator Rob Portman as a key juncture in the future of Ohio politics. My early favorites were Josh Mandel – a DIEHARD MAGA Trump supporter – and Jane Timken – the state party chair who won the state for Trump in 2016, and who kept the state pro-Trump for 4 long years.
That Trump chose NEITHER ONE to endorse – well – THAT is a big story I will get to later in this post.
(July 21, 2021) This is where Trump’s endorsement of Mike Carey came into play, and shook up Ohio MAGA. Trump was not only grabbing the steering wheel from the GOPe – he asserted dominance over where the MAGA movement was going to go. Most “non-establishment” Republicans were favoring other MAGA candidates. Trump chose Carey and stuck by his guns. The Trump endorsement RULED.
This post, and several referenced therein, are also worth reading if you want some nitty-gritty on strange happenings in Ohio politics, thanks to Dirty Devious Democrats always trying to jimmy the machine of Ohio Republican Machine Politics.
(September 3, 2021) Mandel came out STRONGLY against the stolen election, and began hosting media appearances / voter engagements in churches. The media did everything possible to downplay these events. Things were definitely heating up. Josh was winning my vote.
(October 28, 2021) This stance won me over completely to Renacci. Ohio simply cannot afford to keep making the mistakes of lockdowns, mandates, and other DEMOCRAT POISON PILLS. DeWine keeps getting sucked into deadly virtue signals. Renacci is naturally skeptical of such nonsense.
(April 3, 2022) This is where Renacci almost made it. “Ohio could have had a DeSantis.”
The May Primary Results
So now let’s get back to the results of the primary.
There were THREE races on the ballot that mattered most to me.
Secretary of State – Guardian at the Gate
This was an important vote. I’m not sure why the LaRose defense of Ohio from George Soros (LaRose can’t say Soros – he has to say “Holder”) isn’t more of a story on the right, but Ohio is literally one office away from turning communist like Colorado. One Jenna Griswold and we’re done. Pennsylvania-level fake elections would be the rule.
Trump’s complete endorsement of Frank LaRose showed that Trump knew DAMN WELL that Ohio needed this fighter back on the job in 2022. Yeah, LaRose had to play a fine line with saying that Ohio elections were secure, and admitting that America has a FAKE ELECTION problem, but it’s quite obvious now, with the evidence presented in 2000 Mules, that elections are a WAR in America.

There are a bunch of write-in and small-fry candidates for Ohio Secretary of State, including “Tore Says” blogger Tore Maras, but the actual SoS will be either Frank LaRose or unqualified Democrat activist Chelsea Clark, who appears to have been hand-picked by Holder.
COLUMBUS – Forest Park City Councilwoman Chelsea Clark announced a Democratic bid for Ohio secretary of state Wednesday.
“I’m running for secretary of state because politicians in Columbus like (Ohio Secretary of State) Frank LaRose have embraced MAGA lies, pushing voter suppression and massive purges from our rolls to stop Ohioans from voting who don’t always agree with them,” Clark says in an announcement video.
Clark is one of many Democrats who oppose GOP election reform proposals, which would limit drop boxes and eliminate voting on the Monday before Election Day.
Clark wants to extend early voting to 35 days, set up automatic voter registration and eliminate voter purges. “It’s a constitutional right. Not use it or lose it,” she said.
This woman is, IMO, a Soros / Holder cheat-enabler of the worst kind. If she becomes Secretary of State, “real” elections are history.
I watched my vote get scammed at the drop box by cheating Dems. NEVER AGAIN. Get ’em out.
LaRose has been a god-send, and Ohio needs him back on the job, standing up to Eric Holder.
My only quibble with LaRose is that he doesn’t realize that the cheating is even WORSE than what is publicly known – that it’s even worse than he thinks. LaRose is very savvy to the lawfare angle, and THANK GOD for that. However, his trust in voting machine technology, including tabulation technology, is probably too high, IMO. Even for a special forces type who likely GETS how amazing spy tech can actually be.
When confronted with questions about machines being “on the internet” or not, LaRose shows (IMO) susceptibility to the smooth narratives that voting machine companies can be believed, trusted, or even trusted after “routine” inspection of machines.
No. Just NO.
The reality of dirty, rotten, left-controlled tech (which I understand, because I’ve been on the inside) is that people in management and their dirty tech lackeys LIE in the most amazing and almost impossible-to-prove ways. Even simple definitions are used to derail legitimate inquiries.
When people like us say machines could be “on the internet”, what we mean is that ANY kind of cellular or electromagnetic connection to the machine (via radio waves, microwaves, WiFi, cellular, RFIDs, whatever) counts as putting the machine at risk. This kind of tech can be easily added to circuit boards with little or no visibility. The first layer of risk is an actual modem of any kind – announced or unannounced. The next layer of risk is circuitry that can effectively function as a modem, receiver, transmitter, or other communications device.
Just consider RFID technology, and how something like a CREDIT CARD – still in a wallet – could be used to interact with a voting machine of any kind, as long as it has circuitry that can interact with RFIDS. If there is the slightest corruption in the company or its contractors – many of which are not even in the United States – then the compromising technology will not even be published in the specs of the machine. Only a VERY skeptical electrical engineer – likely with some cyberwar experience – examining the hardware before and after the election – is likely to even ask the right questions.
Are you starting to understand how easy it is to CHEAT in the DESIGN of voting or tabulation machines, as long as you sneak a few CIA-level “Q” types into the voting machine company design teams? OR their contractors?
This is a no-brainer. Voting machine design can be subverted to enable cheating. Do not trust the machines – EVER. And now that we’ve got a paper trail, it’s time to DOUBLE the watch on the tabulation machines.
In any case, LaRose won, and now it’s time to make sure he can take on Chelsea Clark.
US Senator – Will Ohio Send MAGA to DC?
The answer is almost certainly YES now.
This was a resounding victory for Trump, in light of Trump’s JD Vance endorsement. What’s even sweeter to me is that unendorsed MAGA candidate Josh Mandel – strongly supported by “Club For Growth” PAC (meaning Koch brothers and Chamber of Commerce) as a way to take down Vance, still managed to beat the Ohio GOP Machine candidate Matt Dolan. Dolan isn’t actually a terrible candidate, but (IMO) he’s still likely to be part of the “Decepticon” problem that Sundance always rages about. Dolan would be one of the first in line to bless any properly presented war. Dolan would support Mitch McConnell – because he’s a machine guy. Dolan would support whatever the UNIPARTY all agreed on – to the detriment of actual Americans.
In my opinion, Trump endorsed Vance because he trusts Vance to not be suckered by the GOPe or the UniParty. Mandell is similarly MAGA, IMO, but is likely to have a chain that can be pulled by the MIC, whereas Vance – though having a military background as well – is likely to be more skeptical of such neocon manipulations.
Beyond that, Vance is almost a pure political outsider. I believe that Trump saw a real opportunity here, to go AGAINST career politicians. In that sense, I think he saw Vance as being much like himself – and I would agree with that.
It was not hard at all for me to go along with Trump’s endorsement. I trusted Trump’s STRATEGY in going with J.D. Vance.
I believe that Vance is going to be able to win in November.
As for the others, Trump has a bunch of great people to raid for his administration. These are all excellent MAGA people – FIGHTERS – and we need them SOMEWHERE, IMO.
Josh Mandell Jane Timken Bernie Moreno
That third name is not in the list of runners-up.
Bernie Moreno is an interesting guy. I’ve listened to him – he’s an excellent candidate. He was actually one of the leaders in the race for a while. And yet, he dropped out of the race after talking to Trump.
“I asked for a private meeting with President Trump this afternoon to discuss the state of the Ohio Senate race,” Moreno said in a statement Thursday. “I am a businessman, not a politician. Business leaders recognize patterns before they happen. After talking to President Trump we both agreed this race has too many Trump candidates and could cost the MAGA movement a conservative seat.”
Moreno is the first to drop out of the GOP primary, and his departure came one day after he filed candidate paperwork with the secretary of state’s office. Also running for the nomination are former state treasurer Josh Mandel, former Ohio GOP chair Jane Timken, “Hillbilly Elegy” author J.D. Vance, state Sen. Matt Dolan and investment banker Mike Gibbons.
Moreno, like several others in the race, used his personal wealth to boost his bid. He loaned his campaign $3.75 million last year and kicked off a $4 million TV ad spree in December, but his contributions began to decrease after starting strong over the summer.
Internal polls released by multiple campaigns in recent months show Mandel at the top of the heap, but they also indicate many voters are still undecided about their preferred candidate. Trump’s endorsement would help set the candidates apart, although it’s unclear if or when he’ll wade into the race.
Trump commended Moreno’s decision to exit the race in a statement: “He has done much for Ohio and loves his State and our great MAGA Movement. His decision will help ensure the MAGA Ticket wins BIG, as it is all over the Country.”
Looks like Trump was right. He cut back the splitters just enough to send a winning MAGA candidate past the machine boy.
Smart.
Governor – DeWine Saved by Splitter Strategy
This was a disappointment, because Ohio could have had a DeSantis, if Renacci had won. However, looking at the half-full glass, DeWine is a guaranteed win in November. Beyond that, it is very likely that DeWine understands he needs to move right on key issues where he can find support.
DeWine was presented with a constitutional carry bill shortly before the primary, and he did what he had to do, which was to approve it. But even with that nod to the base, you will note that the anti-DeWine vote (52% total) exceeds his own share (48%).
We may never know if Blystone was pushed by the media to protect DeWine from Renacci, or if Renacci was the machine’s answer to Blystone, or a little of both. No matter what, Ohio is now “stuck” with 4 more years of Mike DeWine.
Will I support DeWine? HELL YES. The man can and will keep this state out of Eric Holder’s grubby communist hands. Trump didn’t endorse Renacci, and – sadly – it was a smart decision, for whatever reasons Trump had. Trump may have realized that he would likely need to endorse DeWine in the fall. So be it.
I’m not going to question Trump’s strategy. Sometimes you just have to count the bird in hand and be thankful for what you have.
Will DeWine get fooled by more Democrat communist tricks? More than likely, yes. But Mike DeWine is a survivor. Schooled by experience, he is less likely to be suckered again. I can live with that.
Between now and November, we do need to beware of false flags on “gun violence”, which have been used reliably to manipulate DeWine. The “gun violence” angle appears to be Nan Whaley’s strategy against DeWine, presumably pinning him against his vote on Constitutional carry. The Ohio media will carry all the water they can for Democrats. Thankfully, Ohio gun owners are responsible, and we here at The Q Tree will be able to react quickly to counter false flag propaganda from DODGE, FIB, and now DHS.
Also, it looks like the Dems are pushing / forcing the “abortion rights” issue for November. It’s not a coincidence, IMO, that they waited for the Ohio primary to publicly disclose their Roe v. Wade SCOTUS leak. The “threat” to abortion will also be used to try to elevate Whaley. The “woman + abortion” card will be played hard.
Good luck, you horrible, cheating Democrats. MAGA will back DeWine to keep you communists where you belong. OUT OF POWER.
After DeWine, Ohio has lots of possibilities. Renacci is now very viable. LaRose would make a fine Governor, IMO. Jane Timken has a future. And Josh Mandel? Bernie Moreno? Lots of possibilities in a Trump administration.
The future is wide open. Our cornucopia is overflowing with MAGA talent.
Be thankful for what you have. It’s one of the first lessons of Judaism and Christianity.
There could really be another FLORIDA in the GOP column.
Note that I did NOT say “another DeSantis”. Jim Renacci has suggested that his administration would be a lot LIKE the DeSantis administration in Florida but he’s actually rather loath to compare himself directly to Ron DeSantis, or to any other Republican governor.
But when he does compare, he makes no bones about it.
No lockdowns, no gun control, and no CRT – Ohio needs a governor like Ron DeSantis. pic.twitter.com/CVA4WdYoTS
Renacci claims to have STUDIED DeSantis, just like he used to study his business competitors, in order to learn how they succeeded. Renacci says that DeSantis has a SYSTEM (which I will not repeat for enemy ears) that pipelines popular legislation to his desk very rapidly. Renacci is fully prepared to begin doing the same thing for Ohio in 2023, because he believes that conditions to create a similar system will be ideal after the 2022 election.
Renacci actually has a PLAN for Ohio – what he can accomplish in 4-8 years, and what he cannot. For example, Renacci figures that he cannot remove the state income tax during his tenure, but that he can prepare the state for a complete change in the tax system to happen AFTER his administration.
And all the stuff that we DO want right away, to push back against BRANDON and his insane, treacherous, WEF-and-China puppet administration? Renacci would begin signing bills as soon as he could get them across his desk.
Fox News, of course, as controlled FAKE NEWS opposition, is trying to downplay the possibility of Renacci winning.
Note that Fox is pegging Joe Blystone (the underdog, outsider, “Farmer Joe” candidate) with the same very respectable 20% segment as the Harris poll, but is dropping the much more realistic Renacci candidacy BELOW that level – which makes no sense. IMO there was a 20% transfer from Renacci to DeWine here, but I’m not sure how that artifact was pulled off.
So exactly how “DeSantis” would a Renacci administration actually be?
IMO, it would be as Republican as the House of the Ohio Legislature, which just gave DeWine a constitutional carry bill that he could not afford to “not sign”. That bill becomes law this summer.
That means Renacci would have legislative backing for moves like this.
It means getting RID of the critical race theory that DeWine’s appointees supported and defended to the very last liberal (yes, I was SHOCKED by that).
Whether it's called "Critical Race Theory" or "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion," I will kick leftist propaganda out of our public schools.
Renacci has studied Mike DeWine, too. Renacci says that DeWine runs like a Republican for the primary, moves left for the general, and then TRIES to govern like a Democrat.
And Renacci’s not wrong about that.
Mike DeWine could have protected women's sports in Ohio last summer – he chose NOT to. https://t.co/0SeNTAiHZa
Mike DeWine’s a nice guy, but in my opinion he’s not committed to freedom. He signed the constitutional carry bill because he HAD to do it to win the primary – not because it was the right thing to do. DeWine called constitutional carry a “tough decision”. Not tough at all, says Renacci.
In my opinion, the only thing really standing in the way of Renacci is the media and lovable Joe Blystone, who the media plays up while ignoring Renacci. The media does this in order to keep Joe in the limelight and in viable “underdog” status, sapping votes from the more realistic and left-threatening competitor – Jim Renacci. You can tell – 20% of the vote is rather surprising for a third-party candidate. THAT is the power of the media, churning for Joe Blystone with “bad press”.
Will the media plan succeed? Will they “keep us divided” so that a RINO can slip through, yet again, to force all of Ohio to suffer a minority ideology that nobody wants?
Or will Renacci bring that Sweet Florida magic to Sweet Ohio?
You can bet a bushel of buckeyes, I will do my best to help freedom happen!
But this is not happening in isolation of “other items” that are pushing the political animals in Columbus to jump on the stool at the crack of the whip.
So this will be led by Kristen Clarke, who accused the Chicago police department of unfairly targeting Jussie Smollett after they sought access to his cell phone. https://t.co/JKvisPfRPi
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — On the same day the mayor of Columbus reinstituted a mask mandate, Ohio’s governor reiterated his hands are tied when it comes to health orders. But Mike DeWine said he will continue to speak out on the issue of COVID and how to get Ohio’s numbers down.
DeWine said he spoke with Ohio public school superintendents and Catholic diocese schools yesterday, warning them that mandatory masking is the best way to control the spread of COVID in schools. A number of Central Ohio districts are battling high quarantine numbers due to the coronavirus.
“I’ll continue to say to all school superintendents in the state of Ohio if you want your school to stay open, if you want kids not to be quarantined, the best way to do that is to put a mask mandate on, at least for the immediate future,” DeWine said.Volume 90% DeWine can’t mandate masks, health orders; will keep speaking out about COVID precautions
DeWine however cannot make a mandate statewide, at least not without having it overturned by state lawmakers. That’s after they passed a law earlier this year limiting his abilities to issue health orders.
Would the governor have revived a mask mandate had lawmakers not taken that action?
“I deal with the world as I find it and the way the world is, and I don’t spend a lot of time speculating what would have happened if something else happened,” he said.
Yeah.
Trust me – this maskie purple Xi-tie would have Ohio in a state-wide mask mandate at the first opportunity he could.
AND THIS, MOST OF ALL.
If Joe Biden attempts to bring Australia-type lockdowns and mandates to America, Mike DeWine WILL NOT STAND UP TO THEM. In fact, he will SUPPORT THEM.
Anybody thinking Jim Renacci might be a good idea?
NOW…..

Amid a COVID-19 surge in Ohio’s most populous county, health officials wanted to once again require the use of face masks indoors to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Unlike July 2020, however, this time they hit a wall. State legislation that took effect earlier this summer forbids health departments from issuing blanket health mandates among people not diagnosed with any disease.
So despite a 56% increase in the average daily case rate in the county, which officials attribute to the hyper-transmissible delta variant flooding the state with new cases, the health department says they can do little more than issue a “mask advisory” that’s not backed by any force of law.
“This is an advisory. It’s not an order and it’s not a mandate,” said Columbus Public Health Commissioner Dr. Mysheika Roberts at a news conference. “The reason why it’s not an order or a mandate is because of state Senate Bill 22, which prohibits us from doing any order that would be a blanket order to the whole population.”
This marks one of the first tangible effects of the legislation, which critics called a naked attack on public health, to play out during an ongoing and now again worsening pandemic.
However, this isn’t the only instance of emerging schisms between public health guidance and policy.
Columbus Public Health issued guidance last week recommending schools, some of whom host children 11 and younger who are ineligible for vaccination, to require all students to wear face masks. However, school districts and universities have split on the issue, and health officials said they hope those districts that went mask-optional will reconsider.
So are the Bidenazis trying to work around that using a Mayoral EO? SEE BELOW.
If you read the rest of the article, you will learn this critical information. DeWine did a SNEAKY temporary protection from vaccine mandates – NOT the real thing.
Local health officials have had their hands tied when it comes to issuing mask mandates after the statewide mandate ended in June and a new law took effect prohibiting them from issuing such sweeping health orders.
The mandate is not subject to the law, Ginther’s office said, because the law only restricted public health agencies from issuing such orders, not city governments. The Ohio Constitution’s “home rule” powers granted to cities and villages include the authority to make regulations for public health and safety.
SO – here we are.
The DEMON DEMS will not back down.
But we are making progress.
Time for the Legislature to pound these bastards down AGAIN.
How the Race to Replace Steve Stivers in Ohio’s 15th Congressional District is Turning into a Showdown of Soft Party MAGA vs. Original MAGA vs. Upstart Hard MAGA
There is a DATE you need to keep in mind.
AUGUST 3, 2021
It is a date of multiple special PRIMARY elections in Ohio.
No matter who wins, we will be CELEBRATING and GETTING BEHIND THE WINNERS.
There is an AMAZING ad from businessman upstart Tom Hwang (he pronounces it “Wong”) that really shows the problem Ohio has right now – TOO MUCH MAGA.
I wish I could show you Hwang’s OAN ad, which is quite brilliant for a small-time or homemade operation – it’s very clear why this guy is a business success. Here is an alternative.
There are FAR too many good candidates. Not only is there competition to replace Senator Rob Portman…..
File the problem of “too much MAGA” under “GOOD TROUBLE”. Yes, I was PLEASED when former Ohio Congressman Jim Renacci came out of some seemingly short retirement, and started talking about getting out from under the economic errors of the current “masked out” administration – talking about “making Ohio great again” – talking about “Ohio …
There is now a special election to replace the remainder of 15th District Congressman Steve Stivers’ term in office.
in which Wolf Moon introduces several new and not-so-new characters who he may or may not actually know, as political gossiptainment We begin with a reminder of my dear sister Fox Moon, who managed to get herself into a previous weird post which dealt with the an absolutely beautiful and eminently believable TROLL of the …
There was some very strange stuff that went on there – like spooked animals before an earthquake. Wolf Moon and his furry family were some of those critters.
And yes, there has been WEIRD STUFF in District 15 as well…..
Ah, yes. It’s the TIMELINES that always get them. AS YOU WILL SEE. In my opinion, somebody like known provocateur ROBERT CREAMER has to be behind the Columbus “nuclear reactor escalation” hoax, and hopefully, when we have a new head of the Department of Energy fully operational – and some new leadership at the top …
One has to admit – Ohio politics is INTERESTING if nothing else.
The BIG DEAL with the 15th District is visible in the ENDORSEMENTS – some of which you can see here:
The really big takeaway is that the “main” candidates have very different KEY endorsements:
Mike Carey – Trump, Stefanik, Lewandowski
Stephanie Kunze – Franklin County GOP, Maggie’s List
Jeff LaRe – Steve Stivers, numerous state politicians
Bob Peterson – Ohio Right to Life, numerous state pols and 2 former representatives
So who are these people?
Mike Carey is a businessman and former lobbyist endorsed by Trump. Carey has a great record, but the “lobbyist” tag has been thrown by fellow businessman Tom Hwang, and it seems to be sticking. The Trump endorsement is strong, but IMO Carey needs more OOMPH in his messaging. Stick around for the video at the end, where he is interviewed, as is Hwang.
Stephanie Kunze is a skilled Columbus politician with an “aw shucks” suburban mom image, but she has been through the hell of Ohio politics and managed to come out smelling like a rose. She survived years of dirty blows by Democrats, scandal among her fellow Republicans, and – yes – a quantum nuclear reactor hoax in her back yard.
Not everybody gets one of those!
She comes off like a bit of a RINO, because the Dems are constantly trying to change her mind with PAC mailers to her constituents, which makes her look soft. Her messaging is “bipartisan”, too. Is she RINO? Not in my opinion, but by the same token, she seems fairly neutral in many ways. She’s actually a good fit for the Stivers seat, in some ways. On the other hand, do we want that? It’s up to the voters of that district, and possibly Chinese election hackers, if we’re not careful.
Jeff LaRe is the “chosen one”, with that Stivers endorsement. He’s worked as a deputy sheriff, and more significantly as a state representative, where he actually saved thousands of Ohio businesses from lockdown insanity. He may be the machine candidate, but he’s a good one. And obviously, he’s MAGA.

Bob Peterson is a long-time Ohio pol but also a life-long farmer (8 generations!). You can read his bio here – he’s a diehard conservative. All those endorsements, including Ohio Right to Life, are ZERO surprise.
These last two are, in my opinion, for lack of a better description, “more Steve Stivers”. That’s why they have all those endorsements from other politicians. No MTGs or Lauren Boeberts here.
However, that may be a very good thing if you want to win District 15.
District 15 is a bit of a suburban “golf” district. It’s like something out of Caddyshack. District 12 is a bit more redneck, IMHO.
Now let’s look at the polling:
In June, Mike Carey was leading strongly at 20%, but Kunze, LaRe and Peterson together exceed his take – and then there is Ron Hood with 7%.
Wait – who is Ron Hood, closing in on Jeff LaRe, and bettering Stephanie Kunze?
He’s a Constitutional conservative, backing Constitutional carry, bitterly opposed to both red flag laws and critical race theory, and very likely the STRONGEST candidate on Second Amendment issues.
AND – get this – Hood is endorsed by the FAUCI-BUSTER himself, RAND PAUL.
Again, like Hwang, I would categorize this guy as upstart MAGA, but he has experience at the state party level.
I would bet money that the REAL numbers now are nothing like this. Tom Hwang has been advertising like crazy, in all the right places, and his message is STRONG. His real numbers have to be BIG now.
Hwang is the child of people who fled communism. I totally get that. Hwang potentially has an exceptionally strong message on the things he has not said yet. Or he could stumble due to inexperience. And YES – he will likely draw CCP voting hacks. No doubt about it.
And if Ron Hood wins, look for Constitutional carry to cross the finish line in Ohio. A massive 2A win sends a real message to both Washington AND Columbus.
This is a good fight, and I want to see more from all these candidates. But I sure would like to see some of the candidates step up and show their MAGA like Hwang has.
One thing is very clear to me. If ANY of these candidates win, I think we are in good hands. But the EXACT MESSAGE to Nancy Pelosi will depend on the candidate.
No matter what, it’s imperative that Ohio voters in the 15th district GET OUT AND VOTE on August 3.
On August 3, keep your eye on what happens in this race. It will be significant for the primaries in November, including the race for Portman’s seat, and whether Renacci can take on incumbent governor Mike DeWine.
There’s still a lot of time on those races, in which all Ohioans will be able to vote.
