Attorney General Ken Paxton Sues Biden-Harris DOJ to Prevent Destruction of Jack Smith’s Records Detailing Lawfare Against President Trump
AUSTIN – Attorney General Ken Paxton sued U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) to prevent potential destruction of any records from Jack Smith’s corrupt investigation into President Donald Trump.
On November 8, Attorney General Paxton made a Freedom of Information Act request to the DOJ requesting records related to Smith’s unconstitutional investigation into President Trump. Previous special counsels such as Robert Mueller destroyed records and escaped accountability for it.
Today, Attorney General Paxton sued and requested a preservation order preventing Smith and the DOJ from destroying any records related to the investigation into President Trump.
“I will not allow the corrupt weaponization of the United States government to be swept under the rug as Jack Smith and others who unjustly targeted President Trump attempt to avoid accountability,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The American people deserve transparency, and those responsible for these unlawful witch hunts must not destroy the evidence of their own misdeeds.”
The filing explains: “Attorney General Paxton, however, fears that many releasable records—including those that he sought—will never see daylight. That is not because DOJ has any legal reason to withhold them. Rather, Attorney General Paxton has a well-founded belief as set forth herein that Defendants will simply destroy the records. That is how they and/or their predecessors have operated in the recent past. And Jack Smith’s team has conducted itself in multiple ways that suggest it cannot be blindly trusted to preserve, and eventually produce, all of its records.”
On Monday morning Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) told FOX News that this was not an isolated incident and it was likely happening all over the state of Florida.
Rep. Steube also suggested that these criminal acts by FEMA were also likely taking place in North Carolina.

This has led chassis manufacturers to halt sales of traditional internal combustion engine chassis for motorhomes in California, stemming from the lack of ZEV chassis suitable for motorhomes.

These states are set to implement regulations that will effectively ban the sale of new motorhomes with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 8,500 pounds starting January 1, 2025. This is due to the state’s Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) regulation, which requires manufacturers to sell an increasing percentage of zero-emission vehicles.
Their Clean Truck regs are going to mean little to NO TRANSPORT of goods through those states. HMMMmmm California, Oregon, & Washington…. A dedicated Patriot known as “Pamala” had a hunch she should go take a look for herself that the office was indeed closed, and she was startled (but not surprised) at what she discovered.
Upon arriving, she observed that there were approximately 42 cars parked in the working zone, most of them with out of state plates, from about everywhere, East Coast included. Now they could have been rental cars, as the rental cars available in Las Vegas are mostly registered in states other than Nevada, however, one needs to ask why would rental cars would be needed if driven by local people were employed at the office? After all, how many companies/organizations furnish their employees with rental cars for work? Something just doesn’t add up, so we need to ask some fundamental questions about what might be going on in that building on a Sunday, when no observers are allowed, because the office was supposedly closed.
Pamala got busy taking pictures and noting license plates for research, and a collage of her photos shows that the participants she just happened to capture were mostly young and seemed nervous when she asked them what was going on. One woman went as far as to keep her face covered so her photo couldn’t be captured, and her photo is in the upper left corner….

Soak up the controversy, still rumbling a century after the 1920s, when general relativity and quantum mechanics were just arriving.
This is, and was, what science was supposed to be like. Great minds feuding and governments staying the F out of the arguments.
HINT – “collapse of the wavefunction” means that “the tumbling dice of many possibilities settle down to something specific.” Penrose is saying that the idea our minds do this is bullshit. He believes that something in physics makes the dice settle on a value, but he doesn’t guess as to what it might be.

I obtained the word “montero” randomly, but when I searched on it for music, it came up with a song and album that was foisted on us by the satanists and communists in Hollywood and Nashville, via that horrifyingly creepy “Lil Nas X”. You may remember him.
I am not going to reproduce the blatantly homophilic, pedophilic, and anti-Christian content which is revealed in the Wiki article, but one quickly realizes that this “talent” was created to be pro-pedo (“Lil”), Madonna-style mocking and appropriating (“Nas” and “X”), and generally satanic, in a Travis Scott way.
The fact that “they” would send this guy into country music and even the Super Bowl shows the utter DISDAIN that Hollyweird and their satanic outpost in Nashville actually have for the “country” crowd.
