Principalities and Powers

H/T grandmaintexas “He who has ears to hear”.

The phrase principalities and powers occurs six times in the Bible, always in the King James Version and its derivatives (NKJV, MKJV). Other versions translate it variously as “rulers and authorities,” “forces and authorities,” and “rulers and powers.” In most places where the phrase appears, the contexts make it clear that it refers to the vast array of evil and malicious spirits who make war against the people of God. The principalities and powers of Satan are usually in view here, beings that wield power in the unseen realms to oppose everything and everyone that is of God.

The first mention of principalities and powers is in Romans 8:37–39: “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” These verses are about the victory Christ has won over all the forces ranged against us. We are “more than conquerors” because no force—not life, not death, not angels, not demons, indeed nothing—can separate us from the love of God. The “powers” referred to here are those with miraculous powers, whether false teachers and prophets or the very demonic entities that empower them. What is clear is that, whoever they are, they cannot separate us from the love of God. Victory is assured. It would be unfortunate to dwell on identifying the powers and miss the main thrust of the verse, which is assurance about what God has done to save us.

Another mention of principalities and powers is in Colossians 1:16, “For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him.” Here is the clear statement that God is the Creator and Ruler over all authorities, whether they submit to Him or rebel against Him. Whatever power the evil forces possess, they are not out of the ultimate control of our sovereign God, who uses even the wicked for bringing about His perfect plan and purpose (Daniel 4:35; Isaiah 46:10–11).

In the next chapter of Colossians, we read about Jesus’ ultimate power over all other powers: “And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross” (Colossians 2:15). In keeping with all things, the powers are created by Christ and therefore under His control. They are not to be feared, for they have been disarmed by the cross. The Savior, by His death, took dominion from them, and took back what they had captured. Satan and his legions had invaded the earth and drawn mankind into captivity, subjecting them to their evil reign. But Christ, by His death, subdued the invaders and recaptured those who had been vanquished. Colossians 2:14 speaks of Jesus being nailed to the cross along with the written charges against us. The record of our wrongdoing, with which Satan accuses us before God, is nailed with Christ to the cross. It is thereby destroyed, and the powers can no longer accuse us; we are innocent in the eyes of God. Hence, they are disarmed.

Ephesians 3:10–11 presents different principalities and powers—those of the heavenly realms: “His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to His eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Here we see the angelic hosts being shown the wisdom and purpose of God in the plan of salvation through Christ. Angels, both holy and unholy, witness the glory of God and the preeminence of Christ above all creatures in the church, those who are saved and preserved by His power (Ephesians 1:20–21).

Ephesians 6:12 declares the warfare in which we are engaged as we battle throughout our lives “against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” So, having been saved, we must continue to struggle to do good things in light of the sure victory promised in Romans 8. It is as though we are facing an army of dark powers who have been disarmed from real power and against whom we have been promised victory. It is our job to demonstrate and depend upon the wisdom and power of God in defeating them in our lives. We can do this by trusting in God’s victory.

The final reference to principalities and powers is Titus 3:1. Here they refer to those governmental authorities whom God has placed over us for our protection and welfare. They are God’s representatives on earth, and submission to Him involves submission to His duly constituted authorities. Those who rebel against earthly authorities are “rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves” (Romans 13:2).

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4

For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:4-5

God’s Everlasting Love

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written:

“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39

Remember. Always remember . . .
It is done! It is finished! We are already more than conquerors!

God has ALREADY won ! ! !

Lin Wood also came out as a flat-earther before I stopped looking at his Telegram channel many months ago. I don’t know his current views.

At the simplest level, this causes division and wastes a lot of time. But I agree that it is probably a tactic by the enemy to discredit us. For example, if a prominent “natural health” doctor who presents sound information about vaccines is also a flat-earther, who is going to believe him/her?

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Yup. Flat Earth is tar and feathers. Be careful playing with it!

pgroup2

Uh … the illustration you’re looking for is … tar baby. IMO.

EXACTLY! 🙃

You know, back when Amelia Earhart attempted to fly around the world, all by herself, with Fred Noonan as a stowaway, it was a long and dangerous endeavor.

But today it could probably be done for around $10k or less in plane tickets if you shopped carefully. You could ride in comfort and safety, and conclude the whole trip in just a few days.

So why doesn’t someone just do that, and videotape the whole thing, and film the whole thing, and broadcast it live from beginning to end, and take along several of the best known critics of a ’round earth’ as eyewitnesses?

Then no one would have a leg to stand on in the flat-earth camp… or we would all find out that the world really is flat.

The point being, in 2023, this could be conclusively proven to everyone’s satisfaction, in a matter of days, for little cost and practically no danger.

A book by Jules Verne [old dead white guy] dealt with this.

Name of the book?

Around the World in Eighty Days.

The protagonist [For the public schooled among us, this word means the star of the show] was Phineas Fogg.

He took many methods of transport to ride around the world, with various adventures along the way.

Point being – it was a novel that put forth a proposition that the earth was round and going in one direction far enough would bring one back to the starting point.

Of course, mariners had been doing this already. But Phineas “proved” that it could be done in 80 days.

The book only sold well because it was based on a reality – the earth is a globe. Otherwise, it would have had a niche audience.

Alas I already know what the response would be.

They would claim you just drew a circle on the disk with your plane flights. Remember, they think the world looks something like the UN flag.

Unless you ran the flights from Johannesburg to Melbourne to Auckland to Ushaia (near the tip of South America) and timed it carefully, in which case you could show the “circle” was far too small to be along the outer edge of their disk earth, and of similar length to one running at 40-50 N latitude.

Remember that one of their talking points is that flights that far south don’t happen because the “real” distance is out of range of airliners. As Wolf pointed out elsewhere such flights are rare, but not nonexistent.

That’s why this part was included: “and take along several of the best known critics of a ’round earth’ as eyewitnesses”

If the leading members of their own tribe partake in the planning and go along for the trip…

…and if they are converted, then their followers will reject them and find new leaders who will faithfully abide their tradition.

But their numbers will also diminish.

Then take their new leaders, and do the same trip again.

And when the new leaders are converted, the news leaders will likewise be repudiated by the group, and the true believers will again find new leaders to carry the torch.

But the size of the group will be ever more diminished, as the evidence becomes more irrefutable, and every member of their group who accepts the challenge ends up converted.

Or the leaders will catch the round-earthers in some cheat during the trip, expose it, and humanity removes a veil of lies that has stunted our species for centuries.

That’s the enticement and the opportunity.

That’s how you know whether everyone involved has an honest heart and an open mind, if they are willing to put their beliefs to the test and accept the results.

In my experience, many people won’t, for a whole variety of reasons.

I suspect enough of the leaders would agree to participate in the planning and in the trip itself, because to not do so would be tantamount to admitting the belief was more valuable to them than the truth.

Not participating when the opportunity is presented would be discrediting in and of itself.

Robert Baker

OPINION: Why bother with all this. These flat earth leaders are doctrinaire disciples They are not interested in evaluating evidence. Flat Earth philosophy is a faith-based philosophy. I know that is a judgmental assessment but their arguments are not reasonable. Whatever their reasons may be they are not about saving us from a round earth deception. I guess in this particular case it is fair to call me a flat earth denier. Usually I don’t get involved in these kinds of debates but in this case I made an exception. For years I considered this a satirical debate about what I could not figure. I guess it is serious to some people. It is one of those topics I categorize as “Who you gonna believe? Me or your lying eyes.” People are free to believe what they want about anything they find interesting but the foundation for Flat Earth is built on sand.

pgroup2

And the sand rests on …

Wait for it …

A huge platform.

 😂

cthulhu

In fact, it’s turtles all the way down….

scott467

“OPINION: Why bother with all this.”

____________

My favorite kind of question!

It cuts right to the heart of a matter, and even better if the answer is something I haven’t fully thought about or already come up with an answer for.

So I would begin by saying because truth matters.

And if the significant majority of people don’t agree on things having to do with reality, society cannot be cohesive.

Or to say it a different way, what good is it to know the truth about some thing, if you are the only one, or one of the few, who knows and/or believes it?

It’s maddening. We have all experienced it nearly every day for the past 2+ years, whether dealing with people about masks, or the jab itself.

The truth is knowable, but for a variety of reasons, ultimately due to the personal interests of a very few in concealing the truth, the majority of people do not know the truth on these two relatively basic issues.

And look at the chaos just these two things have caused.

We live in a world filled with lies of every sort, with new ones (and derivatives of old ones) constantly emerging. We get used to it, like the din of background noise at a crowded restaurant, and desensitized to it.

But it’s always there.

Occasionally, someone in the restaurant has had too much to drink, and gets in a loud dispute with a waiter, and the attention of everyone is drawn to the disruption.

Anything in society that has to do with the nature of truth or falsehood which rises to that fairly low yet significant threshold, gaining the crowd’s attention, is worth resolving.

Because that’s the moment to strike, when they’re paying attention.

Like flat earth vs. round earth.

It’s a source of never ending controversy. Everyone ignores it 99% of the time, but like every ingrained controversy, it always comes around again, dividing people on either side of the issue.

Think of it like a garden, and the flat earth / round earth is a weed. Most everybody ignores it, but if weeds are not uprooted and removed, pretty soon they spread, and take over the whole garden.

This particular weed has grown big enough that it’s worth eradicating. Or, conversely, maybe in the process we find out that what we thought was a weed is actually the flower, and the rest of the garden was the weeds.

Either way, a resolution to the controversy would be a good thing. Sometimes the garden needs to be weeded.

Due to the number of weeds (lies, controversies), you have to pick your battles. It’s best to pick battles which can be narrowly defined, and then won.

This (flat earth vs. round earth) is, I think, just such a battle.

It could be resolved, to the point that at best it retains fairy tale status (if flat earth is conclusively disproved), or in the unlikely event that it turns out the round earthers were wrong, that’s a discovery worth knowing!

So imagine a group of people dedicated to this sort of thing. Similar to the TV show MythBusters, except they set out to identify and conclusively prove, one way or the other, controversies which create chaos in society.

There’s no shortage of targets since 2020, that’s for sure 😁

Essentially, it would seem to be good to resolve controversies, if they are resolvable.

This one, flat earth vs. round earth, seems eminently resolvable, and provable, to the satisfaction of nearly everyone involved or interested.

That being the case… why not do it?

Robert Baker

That is a detailed answer. It is obvious to me that you consider it a debate worth resolving. That is fine. My position is that it is extremely challenging to argue against a strongly held belief. I guess there is nothing wrong with giving it a try. I predict it will be frustrating. May good fortune attend you.

scott467

“It is obvious to me that you consider it a debate worth resolving.”

___________

It’s just the one we happen to be talking about, so it’s the one I used as an example.

.

“My position is that it is extremely challenging to argue against a strongly held belief.”

___________

Agreed 1,000%.

I think it pretty clearly has to do with that last word, ‘belief‘. Because if we believe something, we start out with a nearly insurmountable bias.

It appears to be human nature that we look for things which support what we already believe, and look away from things which contradict what we believe.

Why is that?

I suspect it’s often because we are heavily invested in things which we strongly believe, and to upend that belief — or to allow even the possibility that it might be upended — would be disruptive to one’s income, or family, or social circle, or all of the above (and more).

Which is why it is so important to always have our foundations in truth in the first place. Because if a foundation with cracks slips past inspection, and gets built upon, it becomes like a Jenga Tower.

If we look directly at the crack in the foundation, after we have built four or five stories on top of it, then we’re going to have to do something about it.

And it’s not going to be cheap or easy. We’re going to have to move everybody out of the building, tear everything down, fix the crack in the foundation, and then rebuild.

Most people are content to live with the crack in the foundation, and just not look at it.

Other people can’t stop thinking about it, it keeps them up at night, so they have to fix it, almost no matter the cost.

Why are we not taught, from childhood, to recognize the trap and consciously avoid it, by being always willing to question what we believe, instead of reflexively defending what we believe to the death (figuratively speaking), which appears to be human nature?

.

“I guess there is nothing wrong with giving it a try. I predict it will be frustrating.”

____________

Agreed again. On an individual basis it is nearly always frustrating, because we are rarely in a position to expend the resources (time or money) required to actually satisfy the opposition.

And the opposition can usually defeat the entire endeavor by simply refusing to be satisfied.

It would require a (figurative) headlock, to focus the direction of attention.

And a Clockwork Orange style eyelid opener device, to prevent the head, once properly immobilized in a (figurative) headlock, from closing its eyes.

And maybe a bit from the glorious 9th, by Ludwig van.

For nostalgia 😁

.

But since basic decency (not to mention a number of good laws) prevent the use of headlocks and eyelid proppers, something creative would be needed.

And that almost has to be the fun part, resources allowing, to create scenarios where people would volunteer, to be incentivized, to disarm themselves, to open their minds, to allow the truth to enter, and experience the results.

The results could be great, or the results could be disastrous. Therein lies the drama and intrigue. This may have the makings of an excellent TV show… 😁

Ethically, it raises the always interesting question, is it better to know the truth if the truth is unpleasant, or is it better to continue in believing that which is false?

Red pill, or blue pill?

comment image

.

“May good fortune attend you.”

___________

Thank you, but just between you and me… that’s not very likely, is it… 😂

Without the resources to make it happen, it’s just a mental exercise, an entertaining distraction…

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

We’ve already seen a situation where a flat earth leader ran a test with a gyroscope that (of course) gave him EXACTLY the round-earth expected results. The amount of tapdancing the jackass did to avoid coming to the right conclusion was remarkable.

Ultimately they’re taking Flat Earth on faith and *rationalizing* their choice, not actually being rational. Once someone takes something like that on faith they’ll spend great energy refusing to accept contradictory evidence.

Breaking: More Classified Documents Found at Biden’s Delaware Home in DOJ Search (Update: FBI ‘Consent Search’)

Six more classified documents were found at the Wilmington, Delaware home of Joe Biden on Friday during a nearly thirteen hour search of the home by the Department of Justice according to a statement released Saturday evening by Biden’s private attorney Bob Bauer. This is the fifth batch of classified documents found in Biden’s possession and the fourth to be found at the Wilmington home in searches stretching from December 20 to Friday. The first batch was found at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. on November 2nd. (Update at end.)

Bauer also said, “The DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” and that some of the items taken by investigators were from Biden’s time as a senator as well as vice president.

Bauer said the search lasted from 9:45 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. JB’s lawyers were allowed to be present, unlike Trump’s. Enquiring minds want to know: Did they search through Jill’s closet and drawers?

Silk: As soon as Diamond hung up the phone, she said to me, “I can’t breathe.” It was sudden, out of nowhere and no warning. I got her to the kitchen table, opened up the back door so that she can get some air. And, each breath was less and less and less, until her eyes became a stare…

My husband and I followed the 911 instructions from the lady. We laid her. Like they told us to lay her flat. They said do CPR. And it was one-two-three-four, one-two-three-four, one-two-three-four… My husband and I alternated and kept going and going and going, until the emergency truck came into the yard and the EMS came into the house. They did everything that they could.

So what I want to say to everybody is don’t you dare call me a conspiracy theorist. Because I saw it happen. I saw how it happened. I was there when it happened and it happened suddenly. I want America to wake up and pay attention. Something ain’t right. It’s time to investigate what’s really going on here! And get some answers to why our people are falling dead suddenly.”

Silk then went on to say, “Instead of asking if Americans are vaxxed or unvaxxed the real question is are they being poisoned.”

Yes, but he’s not attributing the “victory” of the unvaxed to their doing due diligence (which apparently he didn’t do before getting vaxed). He’s attributing it completely to distrust of the government. It’s a way of saying we were “ignorantly” correct.

But he pretty much says that distrusting big government and big corporations is smart, or words very close to that.

Lol! Not a bad course of action.

numbersgirl

I am no genius by a long stretch, but a curious cat by nature. I believe that I am responsible for me. I gotta say, my bullshit meter pinged non-stop when this Covid business started. I didn’t believe a word of it watching the Chinese people “dying in the streets” and MSM news screeching with their hair on fire.
It was a strong instinct level feeling that this was bullshit. What I didn’t get at the time was how sinister it was.

Robert Baker

You refer to one aspect of my philosophy of life. I call it adultism (my word descriptor). Adultism simply believes that when anyone reaches adulthood that person is responsible (with a few exceptions) for every voluntary action or voluntary decision made. Some were coerced into taking the vaccine while a great many weren’t. The moral responsibility for the resulting flotsam is on those adults who voluntarily decided to require the vaccine.

Gail Combs

Your ‘Adultism’ is why I do not blame Trump AT ALL.

He point blank has stated he thought mandatory was WRONG,

That shots for the young who were not at risk was WRONG

That the shots could have benefit for the old with co-morbidities.

Remember we had Democrat governors shoving covid infected people into nursing homes. 45% of the deaths occurred IN NURSING HOME PEOPLE. So yeah, if the clot shot would stop that? I could see him supporting a RISK – BENEFIT evaluation for the clot shot FOR THE ELDERLY.

From Steve Kirsch

This is from a risk/benefit computation I did on 1 November 2021 using the VAERS data to compute the ratio of the # of people killed from the vaccine (V) to the # of people who might be saved from Covid (C) if they took the vaccine and it had 90% effectiveness over 6 months (since we knew it waned over time and variants would change). Of course, that was a conservative estimate of the benefit, but that’s because I wanted to make sure I was on solid ground if attacked….

https://expose-news.com/2022/05/07/ukgov-data-shows-nobody-should-be-injected/

comment image?w=654&ssl=1

So the Clot Shot is really bad for the majority of people but is ‘Less bad’ for the elderly.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

It is a bit less than two years to the next election so I can see Trump making his ‘move’ to shift from supporting a VOLUNTARY shot for the at Risk, to completely TRASHING the Deep state.

As Clif High said a couple years ago, Trump is tossing out feelers and waiting for the normies to WAKE THE FUCK UP!

Another point to consider. POTUS has OTHER PEOPLE saying what HE as a politician COULD NOT starting with. Dr Zelenko

Remember Steve Bannon started his War Room to cover the Plannedemic. He has had on

Dr Malone
Naomie Wolf
Robert Kennedy Jr
and tons of other great ‘Anti-vaxer’ Doctors.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

As General Flynn keeps saying we are dealing with 5th generation warfare. Pull back and look at the whole ‘game board”

Did Trump’s White Hats WARN US and give us alternatives?

YES!

Robert Baker

While I have no reason to contradict your assessment I believe Trump’s responsibility is that of the CEO of an administration that aided the rogue governors and advisors who sold this vaccine approach as the “government response” to a health emergency. Truman said that the buck stops in the Oval Office. Trump was no, doubt, misled but it was “his people” that led this fiasco. His responsibility is guilt by association. Lest anyone forget, I still maintain, despite my opinion on this topic, that Trump is the only presidential contender who gives a hoot about the American citizen. DeSantis may be a close second but his views have not yet been revealed by the heat of the contest. Time will tell.

Gail Combs

“…. I believe Trump’s responsibility is that of the CEO of an administration that aided the rogue governors and advisors who sold this vaccine approach as the “government response” to a health emergency…..”

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Normally I would agree but POTUS was boxed in. He did not HAVE a real administration he was in control of, instead he had a Deep State shark tank!

POTUS TRIED to get HCQ out to the public, Peter Navarro tells the tale of how that was blocked every step of the way.

POTUS signed into law Right To Try, but the hospitals and CDC DENIED PATIENTS THE RIGHT TO TRY Ivermectin.

The Stafford act shifted authority FROM POTUS to ‘Medical Professionals’ — FEMA

I FINALLY found it! FORBES:

In a widely expected move on Friday, President Trump declared the coronavirus pandemic a national emergency, invoking powers under the Stafford Act to allow substantially more federal aid to states and local governments.

  • Trump has faced mounting pressure from lawmakers, especially Democrats, to declare the coronavirus a national emergency, which would free up as much as $50 billion in federal aid to help combat the pandemic.
  • In his press conference, Trump announced that his administration would be partnering with private industry to speed up the rate of coronavirus testing; Vice President Mike Pence called it a “historic public-private partnership.”
  • The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988 empowers the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to direct how the U.S. government responds to disasters and to assist state and local governments during “natural catastrophes.”
  • .
  • .

𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰: “𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀… 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁,” 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 (𝗗-𝗡𝗬.) 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. “𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘀.”

Robert Baker

What can I say. Employing a bit of slang vernacular, sometimes it sucks to be President.

Gail Combs

We need to keep an eye on the real prize. The complete destruction of the Cabal/Deep State/ReichsWEF.

If POTUS makes ONE misstep they WILL DESTROY HIM!

Remember that the Tzar of Russia foiled the Cabal’s plans for the dismemberment of the USA after the US Civil War….

RESULT?

THE CABAL WIPED OUT HIS ENTIRE FAMILY!

Robert Baker

Standing for truth is a perilous undertaking. The founding fathers of this republic weighed the cost and decided to proceed. It cost many of them their fortunes and a few their lives and families. I assume Trump has made that same assessment. I certainly hope so.

Valerie Curren

Amen all around!

Gail Combs

Yes, I am sure he has. But WE NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT TOO.

Robert Baker

Specifically what are we suppose to acknowledge? What is our acknowledgement expected to achieve?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

If this is so…then he can TELL us that that is what happened. What are they going to do, impeach him again?

pgroup2

It turned out that sinister-level didn’t take very long to achieve.

I used to have respect for him but if he cannot apologize what worth is he? How many took the jab because Adams and Seculow shamed them?
He needs to take responsibility to his viewers. This is not about winning or loosing we all loosed with jab or without it because friends and family bought into the scam.

Gail Combs

If you are incorrect, OWN IT and eat your plate of crow with dignity. People will think all the better of you for being flexible enough toevaluate new data.

Valerie Curren

scott467

“I used to have respect for him but if he cannot apologize what worth is he?”

______________

I would guess that everyone is afraid to apologize, or counseled not to apologize, because lawsuits could be coming out of the woodwork soon, targeting anyone with deep pockets.

For example, there must be thousands of people who can claim “Mr. Seculow told me to take the vaxx, and I did, and now I’m injured for life.”

Apologizing would essentially be admitting guilt before the lawsuits are even filed. Probably would encourage lawsuits.

So I would be surprised if anyone apologizes, ever, because everything is about the money.

They talk about having an open mind near the end. But all the noise prior to that — their mind is so open that their brain fell out, as it were.

They don’t follow through on proofs. THAT is very nasty. When it’s EASY to follow through, it’s important to do it.

EVERY flat earth argument that I follow through on, falls apart.

It’s a game.

The government LIES, but they only lie about stuff that they’re sure they can get away with – and sometimes even THAT falls apart.

Frankly, I DO think the Government is behind this flat earth stuff, and they’re trying to make us look “overly and badly skeptical”.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Indeed. Well, in summer my house has never got below 58 for overnight cooling/airing out. And he does have a heat lamp at night.

Valerie Curren

That sounds Wonderful!

I remember our honeymoon in Estes Park in early June w/ hubby opening the bathroom window (as a courtesy) & it being quite chilly, like perhaps in the 40’s at times 🙂

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

It’s a common psychological tactic: Present a bunch of bullshit in a way much of the audience won’t be able to see through immediately, then suggest that if you’re unwilling to accept their assertions, you’re closed minded.

No one wants to be accused of being closed-minded, so you end up saying, OK, maybe.

Or say you CAN see through it. You can rest assured the ones who couldn’t will accuse you of being closed minded. So peer pressure gets most people under those circumstances to either shut up or they lose patience and simply call it out as bullshit and let it go at that. But simply saying “that is bullshit” by itself is not a valid rebuttal.

In our free society people can choose the wrong path their own thoughts and speak freely..
I have a right to believe with certainty jabs are bad and the earth is round.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

We might be talking about two slightly different things here. What I was describing was a trick ANY charlatan will try to use to get people to believe his balogna, That’s method, an age-old one.

As to why there’s such a hard “grass roots” push for flat earth, and whether it’s actually being done by the enemy to confuse/discredit/distract us, or whether the charlatans are doing it for some different reason even as basic as some clown found a way to make money off people with less critical faculty, is a different matter…That’s motive.

singingsoul1

You are on to something Thanks 🙂

Gail Combs

The TIMING says MOTIVE….

They want to tar Trump supporters as far out loonies. That is why Patrick Gunnels has all of a sudden come out of the closet.

First it was Viruses do not cause disease.

Then Pathogens do not cause disease

And now he has gone FULL FLAT EARTH!

I smell a SNAKE who has wriggled into the truth community.

The Timing has been just too telling.

Patel Pariot comes out with Badlands Media starting  Oct 10, 2022. He entices a lot of Trump supporting independent media types to join and have shows on his platform.

THEN Patrick Tosses the FLAT EARTH TURD in the bowl with an entire show on Badlands about Flat Earth. It got pulled BTW.

So on his own Rumble channel he says he is a flat earther thinks dinosaurs are a hoax…

Also Gunnels NEVER lets an opportunity to bash Steve Kirsch and Dr McCulloch pass.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Flat earth was being pushed aggressively by charlatans long before this.

Gail Combs

Of course it was. However it is now showing up again in ‘places that allow the Cabal to show Deplorables are to be ignored as UNSCIENTIFIC LOONIES.

Why would the earth be flat if all the planets are round ?

Gail Combs

I am looking at the SOURCE — Charlie Ward…. Who in my opinion is a Deep State Asset.

This is the same old playbook.

First it was boiling grapefruit skins to make HCQ — WRONG it extracts Quercetin

Then it was the ‘Magnetic Shots’ (That took out Dr Tenpenny)

followed by PINE NEEDLE TEA…. (Aimed at Dr. Judy Mikovits)

Wolfie explains it best HERE:

The Magnetism Challenge: Part III – Suramin: :wpds_arrow: A Lesson in Discreditation of Dissident Scientists and Science

…Thus, when this information got out, the CRITICS were in the catbird seat, and the INDUSTRY which oddly tolerated these results, was in trouble.

How does one flip that around?  👉 DISCREDIT THE CRITICS. 👈

Now I did not realize at the time that THAT was what was going on with “pine needle tea”. I thought this was just the usual stuff that pops up routinely in the “natural health” world. However, a closer look at the article surprised me.

There appeared to be a chemical error, and it appeared to be Dr. Judy Mikovits making that error. But it’s not her making the error.

Here are two paragraphs of interest:

I spent the approximately 38 minutes looking at this. There is this guy David Weiss, who argues that the world is flat and the main counter-argument is that NASA is faking everything.

tl;dr: waste of time. There is a display of complete ignorance of geometry, astronomy, and engineering going on here.

Any nuggets of criticism of the nebulous «they» vanish in the general noise and ignorance.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

OK – I’m taking one for the team.

1.

I went into it for 5 minutes – past the ads – and the first argument is the “plane routes”. The argument is that there are no plane routes from Australia to Chile. On the flat Earth, they’re far apart, and supposedly this explains that most routes between AUS and CHILE are “up and around the Pacific” in a clockwise direction.

I investigated that, and it’s simply not true. There are not MANY direct flights, but there are some, and you just have to be persistent to find them. It’s not a popular route, so they can’t fill planes.

2.

Next, the thing about NASA faking pictures. NASA will very frequently CREATE images – and they will SAY SO in the caption – to show things that don’t show up in the visible spectrum or in photos – and I strongly suspect that’s what’s going on here.

So yeah – I will admit that it sure looks like they used the SAME picture of Jupiter – but WHY? Did they just create a teaser image showing a aurora? Did they actually ENHANCE an old image to show a hidden aurora? Or is that aurora picture something else?

So off I run to do a search, and find this….

https://www.nasa.gov/feature/jpl/jupiter-s-aurora-presents-a-powerful-mystery

You will notice that it IS reconstructed data!!!

comment image

Here is a DIFFERENT reconstruction of the data.

comment image

So what happened here is that somebody copied it onto an OLD IMAGE of Jupiter.

But my guess wasn’t good enough – I wanted to PROVE IT.

So I followed a link to the Juno project twitter, and found a ton of images, including this one…..

…..that led me back to this article….

https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2016/hubble-captures-vivid-auroras-in-jupiter-s-atmosphere

…..and this image in particular…..

comment image

…..with this caption…..

Astronomers are using NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope to study auroras — stunning light shows in a planet’s atmosphere — on the poles of the largest planet in the solar system, Jupiter. This is an image composite of two different Hubble observations. The auroras were photographed during a series of Hubble Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph far-ultraviolet-light observations taking place as NASA’s Juno spacecraft approaches and enters into orbit around Jupiter. The full-color disk of Jupiter in this image was separately photographed at a different time by Hubble’s Outer Planet Atmospheres Legacy (OPAL) program, a long-term Hubble project that annually captures global maps of the outer planets.

Credits: NASA, ESA, and J. Nichols (University of Leicester)

SO – what this Weiss guy is doing, is PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW.

It’s OK to be suspicious, but we have to INVESTIGATE, and when the evidence warrants, we have to EXONERATE.

The government lies, but not about the round earth, and I know that in part by not only my own observations of time and space on international flights, but in terms of simplifying everything I know about science and the world.

The government lies, but Eratosthenes did NOT.

PS – the trick with this video is not to watch the whole thing fully, but to INVESTIGATE a small portion of it enough to understand why people are becoming mired in bad skepticism.

Thank you for spending the time. As I said before, this is what happens every time flat earth theories are presented to people who have knowledge of various subjects and who can research. It falls apart every time. And when false information is presented as part of the argument, as in your first example, I’m done. If people can’t be honest in their presentation, then I have no interest in what they have to say. And if they are presenting it out of ignorance, there is no reason to grant them credibility, IMO.

cthulhu

Y’know, “prejudice” — or prejudging — gets a bad rap. The fact is, we prejudge things all the time. Things like “the last three times I tried to back out of my garage that way, I hit a planter — I don’t think it’s a good idea to back out of my garage that way.”

Maybe this fourth time might be the lucky one — but you have now denigrated your cars ability to negotiate that path by prejudging its likely failure.

One day, the Fiancee and I were schlepping down a dirt road on Taveuni, Fiji, where we chanced to encounter a male of about 18 years, with impressive melanin, carrying a machete that would impress Paul Hogan. Our reaction was to try out our “Bula!” and inquire where to find the natural water slide that was supposedly nearby. He said, “I’ll take you” — and took us down the road, up behind a paddock, and up a path. We all ended up playing in the water slide for almost an hour — he had been cutting copra all day and appreciated the cool-down as much as we did. We prejudged him according to our learned knowledge of the Fijian people and customs.

If we’d been walking down the street in San Jose and encountered the same guy, we’d be on high alert performing evasive actions. Because of our prejudice.

It seems like any exercise of situational awareness, thinking, or common sense is the bad sort of “prejudice”, that must be shunned, despised, and ritually abjured…..

How often must one experience flat-earthism takedowns before one should prejudge it a waste of time?

cthulhu

What sort of world dictates that we should figure everything out from scratch instead of letting prior experience guide us? The sort of world where “what is a woman?” is even a question. The Marxist “Year Zero” writ large, as it was in the Killing Fields of Cambodia or the French Revolutionary calendar. It’s fashionable to be stupid — can we risk being nie kulturny?

Amen! And thank you.

Oh, but if you don’t watch THIS video you’re some kind of closed-minded shit.

Well, I was being sarcastic…but that IS their attitude.

What an apt observation! I enjoyed the water slide story, too.

But what if Mister Machete was from San Jose and was just there on vacay?

Thanks for the deeper digging and the tip at the end, about looking at smaller parts. The rate at which the information (or bullshit) comes is overwhelming. Which might be part of the producer’s intention. I just sat and went all — whoa, this is so unreasonable and so obviously wrong, and these guys sit there with their smug laugher.

Flat Earth is a great influencer that is used by the IC to discredit people. I think it’s worth it for every person to confront it, personally, because it teaches skepticism, but in the end, if you don’t get the debunk, you’re not fully getting how modern science has to move beyond our born senses to include our ability to abstract – but that is part of religious belief as well, so I think it should come naturally to people who believe in the Abrahamic God.

Beautifully said–TY!

Here’s what frustrates me; what ELSE might you have done with this research time?

I watch very few videos posted here or elsewhere. They are too damned long, and I have too much to do. I could read the material presented in an hour-long vid in ten minutes.

Gail Combs

That is why I will watch a video while resting, take notes and post the video WITH NOTES and time pointers if there is anything of interest.

No reason for all of us to waste our time watching the same thing

I appreciate you so very much, Gail. You are a wonderful resource for us here. I love what you bring to us every day.
