Dear KMAG: 20230327 Joe Biden Didn’t Win ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

U.S. President Donald Trump prepares to board Marine One with first lady Melania Trump en route to his Mar-a-Lago estate in West Palm Beach, Florida following the release of the Mueller report at the White House in Washington, U.S., April 18, 2019. REUTERS/Carlos Barria – RC1F20A769B0

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And yes, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!!!

Please forgive us, Wheatie, we did not know
That you had left us with armor in tow
We had no idea with what you dealt
We did not know the pain you felt
And now we can only imagine
With you what really did happen
Cause rarely did you complain
And/or share your personal pain
Of one thing we are most certain
You are flying high behind the curtain
Watching over us above the crowds
Our Warrior Angel above the clouds
Thank You, Wheatie, for caring for us
While you were here among the fuss
We miss you dear you have no idea
Since time began in the pangaea
With you there was no time
In your wisdom you would chime
To clarify and magnify
The what where how and why
We did not question when you left
We were not slightly bereft
But over time we wondered why
You did not at least stop by
Now we know where you have gone
With the break of this new dawn
We could be angry but are not
Tho with an arrow we’ve been shot
Rest peacefully Warrior Angel dear
Send us a sign that you are near
A butterfly a flower a kiss of rain
From your love do not refrain
God sends Angels to watch over us
And now we have an Angel Plus
A Warrior Angel of Magnificence
From today and forward hence

The Rules

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

Boilerplate, more or less, but worth reading again and again, if only for the minor changes, and to stay out of moderation.

Never talk about committing violence in a reply to Wolf or in response to anything Wolf has said, or you may get put into moderation so that your comments can be screened. This is ONLY because DHS is now playing door-knock Gestapo with people who have spoken at school board meetings, made public comments, etc. DHS regime jackboots are knocking on doors of school board mama bears and stupidly insinuating potential violence from things people say or don’t say on social media. A guy in Ohio pointed his FINGER at the school board, and they went after him, armed with pictures of the pointing, and screen captures of online comments. Yeah.

SO – give the Nazis ZERO ammo. Keep any mention of violence, even joking, away from Wolf, so that he doesn’t have to “explain” humor to humorless jackboots who pretend not to know things.

As for discussion of “violent humor” among yourselves (e.g., “#TeamHeadsOnPikes”), just use whatever discretion you think is appropriate for yourselves. I will only put you in moderation if your comments create problems for ME or THIS SITE, but not if they only impact you.

YOU are responsible for your own comments, if they come knocking. YOUR choice. Just remember this…..

The bottom line is Free Speech. Theories and ideas you don’t agree with must be WELCOME here, and you must be part of that welcoming. But you do NOT need to be part of any agreement.

Bottom line – respect other people’s FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

Our only additional requirement is that you do so NICELY. Or at least try to make some effort in that direction.

We must endeavor to persevere to love our frenemies – even here.

Those who cannot deal with this easy requirement will be forced to jump the hoops of moderation, so that specific comments impugning other posters and violating the minimal rules can be sorted out and tossed in the trash.

In Wheatie’s words, “We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.”

That includes the life skill of just ignoring certain other posters.

We do have a site – The U Tree – where civility is not a requirement. Interestingly, people don’t really go there much. Nevertheless, if you find yourself in an “argument” that can’t really stay civil, please feel free to “take it to the U Tree”. The U Tree is also a good place to report any technical difficulties, if you’re unable to report them here. Please post your comment there on one of Wolf’s posts, or in reply to one of Wolf’s comments, to make sure he sees it (though it may take a few hours).

We also have a backup site, called The Q Tree as well, which is really The Q Tree 579486807. You might call it “Second Tree”. The URL for that site is If this site ( ever goes down, please reassemble at the Second Tree.

If the Second Tree goes down, please go to The U Tree, or to our Gab Group, which is located at

We also have some “old rules” and important guidelines, outlined here, in a very early post, on our first New Year’s Day, in 2019. The main point is not to make violent threats against people, which then have to be taken seriously by law enforcement, and which can be used as a PRETEXT by enemies of this site.

In the words of Wheatie, “Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.”

A Moment of Prayer

Our policy on extreme religious freedom on this site is discussed HERE. Please feel free to pray and praise God anytime and anywhere.

Thus, please pray for our real President, the one who actually won the election.

You may also pray for our nation, our world, and even our enemies.

Musical Interlude

In honor of dear Wheatie, we now present some music to soothe, inspire, invigorate, or relax.

Here are three “placeholder” videos, selected from old Wheatie posts.

Call To Battle

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

Daily outrage and epic phuckery abound.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

And we will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wolfie’s Wheatie’s Word of the Day Year Week:

  • Government by the least qualified or most unprincipled citizens.
  • Government by the worst men in the state: as opposed to aristocracy, government by the best men.
  • Government by the worst men.

Used in a Sentence:

“In the Biden kakistocracy it makes little difference whether the Bidenistas or the Bidenazis have the upper hand.”

He advises people to, when the media attempts to engage them, say “I do not talk to regime puppets.”

For added offensive power, say “regime fellators” or “regime fellatrices” as appropriate to the jurinalist’s apparent sex. If you guess wrong (by their self-labeling) then, even better.

I can’t think of one, though it used to be the military at least before it went woke!

Very sadly, agree.

That must really hurt given your personal history in the service. Sorry it’s come to that 🙁

I’m posting this for the stupidity. This is what they’re trying to accuse us of. This is how they’re sowing hatred.

They can’t read my motives when I post something, and they can’t dictate what is acceptable to post; i.e., acceptable speech. I’ll post what I darn well please.

Something the Left has been doing is making it common practice, and therefore acceptable, to judge others’ hearts, minds, and motives. This is not okay. Just because a thought occurs to them, it doesn’t make it true. Just because they have suspicions, that doesn’t make them true. It takes a level of emotional intelligence to sort out things like this, and unfortunately that is going by the wayside too.

There must be a tweet to this. The replies I’m sure are golden. 😮😏😆🤣😂😏😁

I only post gifs or memes of black people to express medium emotion, so I’m okay 👍

I don’t even do ‘digital blackface’ when I’m doing actual blackface, and like most white people, I only do that when I’m at the local SWOBC (secret whites-only blackface club), in honor of club founder and president, Justin Trudeau.

Hahahaha that’s the best answer . When the programs start searching our digital history for this grave offense…maybe, only a maybe though, when trying to avoid the penalty one could point this out ?

“When the programs start searching our digital history for this grave offense…maybe, only a maybe though, when trying to avoid the penalty one could point this out ?”

Nothing will ever satisfy the insatiable beast, so, IMO, best not to even try to avoid any penalty. Better to make it so whatever the ‘penalty’ is, it doesn’t affect you in the first place, and prove it by engaging in a brand new ‘offense’ to make the point.

When Nazi programs start searching digital history, I look forward to defending every single word, either has humor (which the humorless can’t grasp) or truth (which the liars can’t handle).

And by ‘defend’ I mean, of course, going on OFFENSE 😁

Because every potential Nazi attack on some past humor or truth only presents a new opportunity to skewer the dolts yet again. They can’t do it without exposing themselves to another round of pointing out their hypocrisies and lies.

Truth is an absolute defense, and humor exposes the rank hypocrisy of Nazis and Commies, and since these things will always be so, then… they will always be so!

Besides, the only ‘penalty’ they can lawfully administer is the withholding of some ‘benefit’ or ‘privilege’, and I don’t want any of them, because they all come with strings attached, i.e., they are all control mechanisms.

They can’t lawfully violate our RIGHTS, and RIGHTS are what actually matter.

So they can keep their bennies and their privileges.

I don’t care 😁

I’m so anti-blackface that I stopped tanning when I was 16 years old, because I found it ridiculous and hypocritical that some of the most racist white girls I knew spent days at a time slathering on oil and baking in the sun, attempting to darken their skin to approximate the hue of those they felt they were superior to.

Turned out to be a great idea, because most of those girls had a face like a worn saddlebag by the time they were thirty!

Gail Combs

BOY ain’t that the truth!!

At age 36 I got carded by a woman. She looked at my drivers licence and her jaw dropped. “You’re older than I am!” She looked a good ten years older than I and was probably in her 20s.

Even now people can not believe I am in my seventies.

Sun damage is terrible for the skin, truly.

However, I was able to stop using sunscreen altogether when I starting eating a cup of dark berries (blackberries, blueberries and raspberries) daily. I read a study that said they prevented sun damage, so I tried it. I literally went from turning red after 15 minutes in the sun, to not even darkening after working for hours in the sun without a hat. No kidding.

In S Africa I was told that vitamin C helps against sun burn and skin cancer. Women did not put sunscreen on their face.

Gail Combs

Vitamin E applied topically is good for healing the skin.

Valerie Curren

I had a small bottle of Vitamin E oil I used on the kids’ skin when they were younger, it worked!

Gail Combs

Helps prevent scaring from real burns too.

Valerie Curren

Good to know!

Gail Combs

Straight aloe, as in cut from the plant works well too.

I had a pony literally cut to the bone with a wire cut from ankle to knee on his hind leg.

The vet was not sure we could save him but we made a go for it.

We applied antibiotic every other day for a couple of months. Thank goodness the trank worked very well and he did not kick my head off.

Anyway we got to the point where the proud flesh was starting to take over. Instead of using the VERY EXPENSIVE ointment the vet recommended I went with Aloe recommended by my Indian friend. We cut a leaf so we had a rectangle of gel the size of the wound and wrapped it as we had the antibiotic. (It was slippery as all get out and by this time we were doing bandages changes without any trank)

The aloe worked a treat and all his hair grew back brown instead of white.

Often these type of wounds end up with a very ugly scar from the proud flesh.

This is what ‘runaway’ proud flesh looks like and what I was very worried we would end up with. (Same location)

Valerie Curren

You are a wellspring of wisdom, TY. What a blessing you saved your pony that way!!!

We had an aloe plant years ago & would rarely use it on burns. Need to get another one to have on hand as needed. I use aloe based sunburn care too 🙂

Yes 🙂

Valerie Curren

That’s some very useful info!!!

I never understood the Left’s hysterical reaction to blackface, except in the context of just another political-correctness weapon.

I suspect very (very) few people, regardless of race, are actually offended by anyone appearing in blackface, because no one seems equally offended by black people appearing in whiteface.

And that’s my truth test for everything like that, the hypocrisy test.

If something doesn’t pass the hypocrisy test — and these days, almost nothing does — that gives the green light to skewer the hypocrite.

Which always means a Leftist, because conservatives never even try to use hypocrisy as a weapon, for the simple reason that they would instantly be called out by the MSM for their hypocrisy.

The Left gets away with it because MSM never calls them out, and gives little to no air time to conservatives who do call them out.

para59r Brought this to the discussion late yesterday

Refreshing voice from Michigan and she’s not backing down.

Kristina is Black so the Marxists had a Jew attack her over this tweet.

…The next question was from Asher Lobatin, the executive director of JCRC, who accused Karamo of showing a “lack of sensitivity” and a “lack of decency” because she posted the image, as he suggested that she “talk to other members of the Jewish community” before she shares a historical image from the Holocaust. Lobatin suggested that if Karamo used a picture of a “slave ship” as an example of what happens when guns are taken away, that it would upset the black community. He accused her of “exploiting” the Holocaust by sharing a historical image. “I implore you and the Republican Party of Michigan,” he said, “Take it down! Talk to other people who have suffered, and please, don’t offend our community!”

Karamo addressed Mr. Lobatin, “Let me ask you this, “Do you speak for every Jewish person?” He replied, “Absolutely not.” Kristina responded, “Ok, so you speak for yourself.” Lobatin interrupted, “I work for the… Jewish federation of uh, Michigan…” Karamo calmly replied, “No one person speaks for an entire group of people. I don’t speak for all black people—I speak for Kristina Karamo—that’s who I speak for.” She continued, calling his accusation “disingenuous, somewhat dishonest and politically motivated.” Karamo explained that she was “simply pointing to history,” as she recalled that one of her favorite hobbies before she became the MI GOP chair, was to read about history, and that’s when the schooling began for Mr. Lobatin and every member of the leftist media mob. Karamo ended her back and forth with Lobatin by saying, “When citizens are armed, it suppresses government tyranny, and that is all—that is my point—and to try to make it about anything else is unfair.”….

I wish she had addressed the ‘Slave Ship” with:

After all it is not just blacks who the slavers went after! (Muslim Slavers sold to the Banksters who then resold the black slaves in the colonies but no one mentions that either…)

…Spurred by the demand for white-skinned slaves further to the east, North African pirates intensified their activities, capturing thousands of ships and rendering, within a few decades, long stretches of coast in Spain and Italy almost completely uninhabited. From the sixteenth to the nineteenth centuries, it is estimated that the Barbary pirates captured and enslaved anything between 800,000 and 1.25 million Europeans. Their predation extended throughout the Mediterranean and even, on one occasion at least, as far as South America. They also on occasion raided far into the North Atlantic, taking slaves from the coasts of France, the Netherlands, Britain, Ireland, and even Iceland LINK

And that does not include the ‘Red Necks’ Irish slaves of the Brits in the former southern colonies.

The Irish Slave Trade – The Forgotten “White” Slaves

…The Irish slave trade began when 30,000 Irish prisoners were sold as slaves to the New World. The King James I Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies. By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time, 70% of the total population of Montserrat were Irish slaves.

Ireland quickly became the biggest source of human livestock for English merchants. The majority of the early slaves to the New World were actually white.

From 1641 to 1652, over 500,000 Irish were killed by the English and another 300,000 were sold as slaves. Ireland’s population fell from about 1,500,000 to 600,000 in one single decade. Families were ripped apart as the British did not allow Irish dads to take their wives and children with them across the Atlantic. This led to a helpless population of homeless women and children. Britain’s solution was to auction them off as well.

During the 1650s, over 100,000 Irish children between the ages of 10 and 14 were taken from their parents and sold as slaves in the West Indies, Virginia and New England. In this decade, 52,000 Irish (mostly women and children) were sold to Barbados and Virginia. Another 30,000 Irish men and women were also transported and sold to the highest bidder. In 1656, Cromwell ordered that 2000 Irish children be taken to Jamaica and sold as slaves to English settlers.

Many people today will avoid calling the Irish slaves what they truly were: Slaves. They’ll come up with terms like “Indentured Servants” to describe what occurred to the Irish. However, in most cases from the 17th and 18th centuries, Irish slaves were nothing more than human cattle.

As an example, the African slave trade was just beginning during this same period. It is well recorded that African slaves, not tainted with the stain of the hated Catholic theology and more expensive to purchase, were often treated far better than their Irish counterparts….

AMAZING how history has been twisted by the Marxists isn’t it?

What the whole world needs to accept and face head on is the fact that slavery as an institution has been world-wide, color-neutral, and pervasive since human beings existed.

Slavery is not about color, it is about power over, and the ownership of, human beings. And it is STILL occurring TODAY.

So very well said.

But that doesn’t fit the Left’s narrative, and until the Left is exposed and utterly repudiated and defeated and driven from public discourse like the Communist infiltrators they are, it will never change.

People whose purpose is to destroy civil society / nation have no right to do so. No civil society (or nation) can survive such attacks from within.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.” — Cicero

“Someone might be hurt or offended.” That’s a great way to hide history and keep people in the dark, and that’s how history repeats itself.

I’m late seeing Wolf’s post requesting ground reports on ’23 viruses. I’m responding here, hoping others (Gail, Aubergine, etc.) might answer my question.

Neither my husband nor I have had any kind of virus or flu in at least a decade. Since the Covid scare began, we have used quercetin, coq10, zinc, 5,000IU Vit D and Vit C plus multivit on a daily basis. My question, since I’ve read that several of you start that regimen only once you notice symptoms, are we risking anything harmful to bodies (other than $$) using it every day if it seems to have kept us 100% symptom-free??

We are around our working adult children and teen grandkids often, and they catch every bug that exists … repeatedly!! Some are vaxed; some not. But Hub and I have so far remained impervious to their bugs even though we hug, kiss, and share finger foods.

One other thing we use each time we will be in public extended time or with family … we both use Nozin Nasal Sanitizer before leaving the house. You dab a drop or two on a Q-tip and rub it around the inner rim of each nostril a few times. Active ingredient is alcohol 62% but it also has a very nice smelling orange oil that masks the alcohol and slightly lubricates the narrow inner rim of nostril. It is available at Amazon.

I don’t know if it actually is a germ killer at entrance to nose or simply a placebo effect and mental reminder to us not to touch our noses. BUT WE HAVE NOT CAUGHT A SINGLE BUG so far. 🤓

Quercetin is a substance found in capers, red onions, and other foods. I doubt you can OD on it.

Vitamin C is water-soluble, so you really have to work hard to OD on it because excess amounts are flushed through the kidneys. It is an acid, so if you find that metals fizz when they come into contact with your urine, you might investigate further.

Excess zinc will leach copper from your body. I’m somewhat worried about that one myself. How much are you taking?

Standard multivitamins are unlikely to be harmful, because it is not in their business interests to risk it. They may very well be ineffective, but that’s not nearly as risky.

Vitamin D can be toxic, but generally not in normal circumstances. You probably only need about 2-3000 IU, but 5000 IU isn’t outrageous. It is the dose I take, BTW.

And, for the big question — how much CoQ10 are we talking about, here?

Last edited 1 year ago by cthulhu

“It is an acid, so if you find that metals fizz when they come into contact with your urine, you might investigate further.”

Probably ought to investigate how her urine came into contact with metal in the first place, while she’s at it.

I tried to come up with a scenario where that might happen, but I’m drawing a blank 😂

My 24k gold-plated toilet ??? 😝 Fizz it does 🤣😂

If it’s fizzing your 24K gold, you’re pissing aqua regia and have other problems. MAJOR other problems…..

peeing in a can to make soup with that guy that takes celebrities into the wild to survive…forget the name of that show 😉

If you have metal drains in your porcelain urinals….

Of course, I’m far less knowledgeable regarding plumbing in other facilities.

Prison toilets are made of steel. You’re welcome.

I tested low in Vit D and that amount gets me in the low end of normal range; I guess I don’t absorb it well from sunshine 🤷‍♀️

Zinc I need to look up, but I know I recently calculated dosage from various pills to make sure I was within recommended range.

if I take too much Vit C, my mouth breaks out so I control that amount to known tolerance.

And CoQ10 is a 200mg capsule once a day. If I remember correctly, I added that because it supports heart function … not that I have problems, just hoping to stave them off!

Thanks for your input, Coothie 💖

To optimally absorb vitamin D from sunshine, you need to be wearing as little as possible in full sun. If you forward pictures, it would help with further evaluation. 😉

As I mentioned, I’m a bit worried about my own zinc level and I’m currently doing a week off. During the height of The Great Plague, I’d been taking 50-60 mg per day and could galvanize sheet metal by touch. As a side note, if you actually start to catch something, you might throw some selenium into the mix. Quercetin will let zinc into the cells; zinc will mess up the virus wherever it encounters it; selenium will throw a monkey-wrench into viral replication.

I first discoved CoQ10 when I was prescribed statins as a way of controlling statin side effects. After some years of playing around with statins, I finally just said NO — they make your cholesterol numbers look better but All-Cause Mortality is not improved. Since I stopped the statins, I’ve continued with CoQ10 from sheer inertia, figuring that any assists to aerobic energy production and mitochondria seem like good ideas.

That reminds me of a funny story concerning having as little clothe on as possible sunning. A Christian mystic and author I know lives in an isolated place surrounded by trees on top of a hill. One day she decided to sunbathe without clothe when she hears a truck coming up her dive way it was the UPS truck. She scrambled wrapping up in a big towel. 😂

Thanks for tidbit on Selenium 🤓 As for photos … 😂😂

Gail Combs

Selenium helps your body to fight viruses

I have been practising and researching nutritional medicine for over 40 years and if anyone asked me “what is the most important nutrient to fight a viral infection?”- I would say without doubt – whether it is a chronic or acute viral infection – it is selenium. I call selenium “the viral birth control pill”

Selenium acts on the genetic material of viruses (its RNA or DNA) and has three highly valuable effects:

#1 Inhibits the ability of the virus to multiply (replicate)

#2 Reduces the ability of the virus to mutate into a more aggressive (virulent) form

#3 Increases the chances that the virus will stay inactive or less active and not harm you

A normally harmless (or low-pathogenic) virus can become much more destructive (virulent) in a person who is selenium deficient. Selenium-deficient mice infected with a mild strain of influenza virus developed much more severe and protracted inflammation of their lungs, compared to selenium-plentiful mice infected with the same virus…..

Brazil nuts contain a load of selenium. NEVER EAT MORE THAN ONE A DAY!

Selenium & Brazil Nuts | livestrong

Brazil nuts come from trees that thrive in the rich soil of the Amazon jungle. As a result, a 1-ounce serving contains 543.5 micrograms of selenium. The recommended dietary allowance, or RDA, is only 55 micrograms. Because they’re larger than most other nuts, a 1-ounce serving equals about six Brazil nuts.

How To Use Brazil Nuts As A Selenium Supplement | mindbodygreen

There are—selenium is naturally found in many plant and animal foods. Noteworthy options include fish like yellowfin tuna, halibut, sardines, and oysters; pork; cottage cheese; and sunflower seeds. But selenium is far the highest in Brazil nuts, which is why so many experts choose to use the nut as a daily supplement. …

Can you OD on selenium?

Absolutely. Symptoms include rashes, dizziness, a metallic taste in your mouth, and more. Stick to one or two Brazil nuts daily, and skip it if you’re eating a diet quite high in other selenium-rich foods. Remember that the body is always better able to utilize vitamins and minerals in the presence of whole foods, as opposed to supplements, so a diet containing a variety of selenium-rich, whole foods will best meet your body’s needs.

Be Careful with Brazil Nuts and Selenium Poisoning

Brazil nuts are rich in selenium, and there is about 544 mg of selenium in 1 ounce of serving. Selenium is a micronutrient that is required by the body only in trace amounts. It is essential to the body for the production of selenoproteins which are enzymes that play a major role in the regulation of the immune system and the thyroid gland…

..recommended daily allowance of selenium is 55 mg and the upper tolerable level is 400 mg for an adult. As Brazil nuts are high of selenium, you should be careful with Brazil nuts and selenium poisoning which can cause the following symptoms:

[List of symptoms]

Nice to see you on the board.
Yours Truly takes 30mg of Zinc per day; 200mg of CoQ-10 per day; 4,000mg vitamin C per day; 2,500IU of vitamin D per day; 250mg Quercetin per day. All of these are total amounts from various vitamin and supplement sources.
I think it’s important to keep track of the amounts of certain vitamins / supplements taken per day, as the amounts found in more than one source can add up. For example, taking a Quercetin supplement that also has vitamin D while also taking Viactiv (a calcium supplement that also has vitamin D and vitamin K); taking supplements like “Airborne”, which has vitamin C and Zinc in it; and things like these, can cause amounts to go over and beyond what is optimal.

Agreed on needing to calculate totals from all sources. Thanks, RDS !

I know lots of people who don’t absorb vitamin D well, and I am one of them.

I personally up my daily dosage to 10,000 i.u. daily during winter. I take 5000 i.u. daily in summer.

The fact that you blood test for it is awesome! That’s the only way to know for sure how you are doing. I like my levels to be at the high end, which explains my dosage in winter.

Thanks, Aubergine!! That’s what I did … 10,000 IUs of Vit D during winter months and now tapered back for spring/summer. I appreciate your input so much 💖

Gail Combs

FWIW I have been taking ‘Ultra CoQ10’ for a couple of decades for hot flashes. If I quit, they come back pretty fast and then it takes about a month to build up enough CoQ10 to keep the problem under check. A black truck without A/C in 100F NC is a really good motivator for keeping my CoQ10 levels up. 🤓

With Zinc, be aware of the amount you are getting from your food/ red meat. On the other hand older people do not absorb nutrients as well. Some where I read we should be eating a lot more red meat as we get older.

I know that my husband’s balance problems have gotten a lot better since we switched to a lot more hamburger. I had been cooking roasts but he does not like to deal with chewing it so was not eating more than a few bites unless I shaved and chopped it for him. Hamburger is a LOT easier and cheaper!

I am not too worried about low copper levels since my tea pot tells me we have plenty of copper in our water. (It is not toxic since my sheep live long lives and they are a very copper sensitive species.)

Zinc – Mayo Clinic

Safety and side effects Oral zinc can cause: Indigestion Diarrhea Headache Nausea Vomiting When oral zinc is taken long term and in high doses it can cause copper deficiency. People with low copper levels might experience neurological issues, such as numbness and weakness in the arms and legs.

7 Signs and Symptoms of Zinc Overdose – Healthline

I agree with the caution about zinc, but I also think some people don’t absorb it as well, especially as we age. And I further think, just my humble opinion, that our bodies process minerals from food differently (better) than supplements. I eat a lot of red meat, and I also take 25mg of zinc daily. Blood tests are important, so we can gauge how our individual bodies are doing with our diet and supplementation.

Sounds good … same here 25mg zinc and lots of red meat.

I think you’re a bit too old for hot flashes. Or as idiot Don Lemon says, you’re not in your prime. 😂

If they do not stop within a few years you are stuck with them for life! 🙄

Hot Flashes: Triggers, How Long They Last & Treatments – Cleveland Clinic

Hot flashes are a common symptom of menopause that often feels like a sudden flare of heat, paired with sweating and flushed skin. Hot flashes typically start with menopause and can end when you’re post-menopausal or last the rest of your life…

I feel for those who suffer from hot flashes. I never have but I could think it to be a problem.

Gail Combs

It is the waking up DRENCHED in the middle of the night that is really bad.

My one grandma had hot flashes they came on anytime.

My my – the things I learn at my advanced age!

Gail Combs

Thanks, Gail. Glad you found a way to counter hot flashes … UGH!

interesting that stomach issues & diarrhea are side effects so often with drugs & supplements. I lived with similar issues for years while not one doc questioned a couple of meds I was taking. Finally after a bit of my own research turned on my a-ha light bulb, I quit two meds and have been much better!

Gail Combs

The CoQ10 and hot flashes was thanks to a lady at a Flea Market!

I FINALLY found a pointer on the internet thanks to Yandex.

Eight Reason Women Should Consider CoQ10 Supplements

4. It can make menopause easier and more comfortable. Studies of meopausal women indicate that supplemental CoQ10 helped alleviate many of the most uncomfortable physical aspects of menopause, including headaches, low energy, hot flashes, and night sweats.

I at one time read B6 helps. When I went into menopause I took B6 maybe that is why had no problems? Also stopped drinking much coffee that helped also.

I think my mom had some type of sub-cue Vitamin B injections when pregnant to stop the excessive vomiting she was dealing with…

I think you guys are doing great!

I personally take everything you are taking everyday, too, with the exception of the COQ10, which I don’t have any objection to, I just don’t take it.

I don’t think you are in any danger of harm, and your track record of no illness backs that right up!

💖 💖 💖 Thank you for everything you contribute here!

I learn something here everyday. We have the best contributors on the internet, in my opinion. I’m glad if anything I say helps anybody.

Read about zinc. There are potential bad consequences for taking too much.

Gail Combs

Correct. Even drinking too much water can kill you by disrupting your electrolyte balance in the blood.

I know of at least two cases. A woman drinking too much distilled water in Florida to ‘flush out her body’ And a Japanese tourist family out west who were worried about dehydration.

So if we are going to take control we must be SMART about it and KNOW what we are doing.

For example I ingest WAY TOO MUCH potassium according to the charts BUT with excessively high aldosterone levels causing me to constantly flush potassium from my system AND retain sodium, I have to adjust my intake accordingly.

If I LOOK at a slice of pizza or bacon my blood pressure skyrockets. If I do not take a lot of potassium (as KCl salt called NoSalt) I end up with severe muscle cramps and a migraine.

My options are Diet + vitamin + Fenben and hope I can reduce the possible tumor. (Best case in my opinion)

Surgery: Removal of one of the adrenal glands if there is a tumor

Medication: Low dose prednisone or a a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist, such as spironolactone.

I had to take prednisone for 10 day for a severe allergic reaction. My blood pressure dropped like a rock to BELOW NORMAL levels. So that pretty much nailed it as an adrenal gland function given my problems with sodium and potassium.

Suppression of adrenal function by low-dose prednisone … – PubMed

The impact of the synthetic glucocorticoid prednisone on adrenal steroid hormone production was examined using 24-hour urinary steroid hormone profiling. Five women, who were chronically taking low-dose prednisone, were tested, and the relevant literature was reviewed. As expected, adrenal glucocorticoid production, measured by urinary terminal cortisol and cortisone metabolites, was markedly suppressed compared to reference range values (p=0.03)….

Did not want to mislead anyone about the potential dangers of zinc. I had not considered the similarities between the dangers of ingesting zinc and the dangers of ingesting water.

Gail Combs

Any of the oil based vitamins like A, D and E can possibly be hazardous too.

Too much vitamin A can be harmful. Even a single large dose — over 200,000 mcg — can cause:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Vertigo
  • Blurry vision

Taking more than 10,000 mcg a day of oral vitamin A supplements long term can cause:

  • Bone thinning
  • Liver damage
  • Headache
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Skin irritation
  • Pain in the joints and bone
  • Birth defects

…taking too much vitamin D in the form of supplements can be harmful. Children age 9 years and older, adults, and pregnant and breastfeeding women who take more than 4,000 IU a day of vitamin D might experience:

  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Poor appetite and weight loss
  • Constipation
  • Weakness
  • Confusion and disorientation
  • Heart rhythm problems
  • Kidney stones and kidney damage

..When taken at appropriate doses, oral use of vitamin E is generally considered safe. Rarely, oral use of vitamin E can cause:

  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Intestinal cramps
  • Fatigue
  • Weakness
  • Headache
  • Blurred vision
  • Rash
  • Gonadal dysfunction
  • Increased concentration of creatine in the urine (creatinuria)

Taking higher doses of vitamin E might increase the risk of side effects. Also, there is concern that people in poor health who take high doses of vitamin E are at increased risk of death.
Use of vitamin E can interact with many conditions. For example, research suggests that oral use of vitamin E might increase the risk of prostate cancer. Other research suggests that vitamin E use might increase the risk of death in people with a severe history of heart disease, such as heart attack or stroke….

Life is Lethal

I read somewhere that you need to take magnesium or eat enough magnesium rich foods to help the D3 absorb.

Gail Combs

Role of Magnesium in Vitamin D Activation and Function

Magnesium assists in the activation of vitamin D, which helps regulate calcium and phosphate homeostasis to influence the growth and maintenance of bones. All of the enzymes that metabolize vitamin D seem to require magnesium, which acts as a cofactor in the enzymatic reactions in the liver and kidneys.

Does magnesium hold the key to vitamin D benefits? – Medical News Today

…While the data from the NHANES study indicated a link between magnesium, vitamin D, and mortality, the team did not design the study to show whether giving an individual extra magnesium would change their vitamin D levels.

To look at the link between magnesium supplementation and vitamin D levels in more detail, Dr. Dai and colleagues worked with a subset of 180 individuals taking part in the Personalized Prevention of Colorectal Cancer Trial, which enrolled a total of 250 individuals.

Treatment with a magnesium supplement led to an increase in vitamin D levels in people who had low levels initially, but it reduced levels of the sunshine vitamin in those with high levels.

This is important because there is an association between too much vitamin D and excess calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia), which can cause serious health complications.

On the other hand, researchers have linked low levels of vitamin D with a variety of symptoms, and Dr. Dai is particularly interested in its role in bowel cancer….

If I am reading that correctly magnesium seems to regulate the D3 so it does not get too high or too low.

Also magnesium is vital for brain health

Gail Combs

It is also good for putting you to sleep.

I take it at night for that reason.

So … our president is deficient in magnesium? Makes sense to me.

Progressives Across Nation Locked Out Of Accounts After CAPTCHA Asks ‘Select All Squares That Contain A Woman’
Mar 26, 2023 ·

NEW HAVEN, CT — Progressives across the nation have found themselves locked out of their accounts after CAPTCHA began asking users to identify what squares show a woman.
“I’m not a biologist!” cried local man Lucas Fitzgerald. “What kind of sick joke is this?”
Hundreds of thousands of online accounts have quickly become locked, as liberals repeatedly failed the test designed to distinguish humans from robots. “Thousands of customers have called asking what the secret is to recognizing a woman,” said Bank of America executive Lacy Reynolds. “I honestly don’t know how to explain it in any simpler terms. The good news is, they can’t withdraw any money – so it’s been a real help during this banking crisis.”
In response to the outcry, the company behind the new CAPTCHA challenge defended the rigorous testing process for each picture. “We have tons of data showing that three-year-olds can reliably pick out the woman in the image,” said software engineer Gary Marsh. “So can the vast majority of household pets. The program is merely designed to check for the bare minimum level of intelligence to be human. We literally cannot make it any dumber.”
At publishing time, President Biden had smashed another computer in frustration after being unable to log in to his email.

Perfect! 😂

One of the recent AI videos I watched said that the real or main purpose of CAPTCHA is to train AI to recognize images within a a photo, based on the data input (selections) from hundreds of millions of people.

Authentic, AND being used as a Deep State trap.

They must’ve cried a river when they couldn’t get O’Keefe on that. So they had to go the board manipulation route.

Didn’t know they tried to trap O’Keefe in that sort of trap.

Yeah, the FIB went after him took his phone and computers.

BREAKING: FBI Raids Project Veritas… | The Gateway Pundit

The attorney refused to authenticate the diary, so they turned it into law enforcement. “This federal investigation smacks of politics,” said OKeefe the day before his home was raided by the FBI. The Biden Regime is using the FBI to target the free press….

Project Veritas never published pages of Ashley Biden’s diary, however, another conservative site did.

O’Keefe: The FBI took materials of current, and former, Veritas journalists despite the fact that our legal team previously contacted the Department of Justice and voluntarily conveyed unassailable facts that demonstrate Project Veritas’ lack of involvement in criminal activity and/or criminal intent.

Like any reporter, we regularly deal with the receipt of source information and take steps to verify its authenticity, legality, and newsworthiness. Our efforts were the stuff of responsible, ethical, journalism and we are in no doubt that Project Veritas acted properly at each and every step

O’Keefe “put himself at great risk” when he released a statement on the investigation of PV journalists. The FBI raided his home the very next day.

Ah, yes. Thanks for refreshing my shallow memory.

Can the federal government mandate how states run their elections?

Gail Combs

They have certainly tried.

Federal laws passed over the years help protect Americans’ right to vote and make it easier for citizens to exercise that right:

Learn more about the federal laws that protect your ability to vote with Know Your Voting Rights, from the Department of Justice.

this is the bad one or so I have heard. It is where Dominion and the rest get to vet the election systems THEY OWN.
Help America Vote Act | U.S. Election Assistance Commission

The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 was passed by the United States Congress to make sweeping reforms to the nation’s voting process. HAVA addresses improvements to voting systems and voter access that were identified following the 2000 election. Read the Help America Vote Act of 2002.

The law provides funding to help states meet these new standards, 👉 replace voting systems 👈 and improve election administration. HAVA also established the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to assist the states regarding HAVA compliance and to distribute HAVA funds to the states. 👉 EAC is also charged with creating voting system guidelines and operating the federal government’s first voting system certification program. EAC is also responsible for maintaining the National Voter Registration form, conducting research, and administering a national clearinghouse on elections that includes shared practices 👈 , information for voters and other resources to improve elections. HAVA requires that the states implement the following new programs and procedures:

  • Provisional Voting
  • Voting Information
  • :wpds_arrow: Updated and Upgraded Voting Equipment
  • Statewide Voter Registration Databases
  • Voter Identification Procedures
  • Administrative Complaint Procedures

Gail Combs

The BIG problem is almost ALL of US elections are carried out by MACHINE.

Gateway Pundit explains the problem:

EXCLUSIVE: You Thought Dominion Had Issues – The Latest Election Technology Is Absolutely Frightening
After the 2020 Election, investigators discovered electronic voting machine systems are being used in the US in almost all jurisdictions….

Yesterday, TGP reported on another system that is in use in multiple states that is connected to the Internet, uncertified and can be accessed by numerous government and outside entities.

As we reported yesterday:

According to the BPro website, TotalVote is a “centralized voter registration and election management system that securely captures and manages voter, candidate, and all election information. It is the only software system that encompasses the entire election process into one system.” (emphasis added).

TotalVote has no Election Assistance Commission (EAC) certifications whatsoever. Meaning it does not comply with the Help America Vote Act and it has never been tested by any accredited third party. However, as previously established, it is certainly touching parts of the election that require certification.

TotalVote includes:

Voter Registration – The TotalVote® Voter Registration System is currently used to help streamline the voter registration process for state and county election officials.

Election Management – The Election Management module within TotalVote® provides all election functions in a single, unified manner for ALL elections including statewide primary, special and general elections plus local elections.

Election Night Reporting – Voters, candidates and the news media all want fast, accurate results on Election Night. TotalVote can help you deliver Election Night Reporting results that are easy for the public to understand and available to anyone, anywhere, on most devices.

Online Voter Registration – TotalVote’s online voter registration system is a quick and straightforward process for the voter, who is guided through a smooth step-by-step interface.

Voter Information Portal – The TotalVote® Voter Information Portal (VIP) ensures voters are informed, educated and prepared for Election Day.

Campaign Finance – With TotalVote® Campaign Finance system, political parties, candidates, organizations, and the general public benefit from useful tools for filing and viewing campaign finance information.

Petition Management – The Petition Management Tool within TotalVote® provides a simple system to manage the complex petition process and has many built-in options that accommodate the various laws and processes each state and locality has for filing petitions.

Electronic Ballot Delivery – While the system was initially designed for voters living and serving overseas, our Electronic Ballot Delivery system can now be a valuable resource for voters with disabilities who can vote by mail, independently and privately, using our technology.

TotalAddress – TotalAddress is a standalone software product that can integrate with any existing voter registration system and can connect to any County or State system, such as tax and land records to provide GIS-based address management.

Knowink says that Leiendecker implemented the Help America Vote Act in St. Louis City. Yet TotalVote has no Election Assistance Commission (EAC) certifications whatsoever. This means it does not comply with the Help America Vote Act and it has never been tested by any accredited third party.

From Badlands info. It is alleged that the counties send voting data TO the Sec of State via the internet and THEN it is sent BACK to the counties. Meanwhile the data is available to outside entities

NBC News: “The largest counties must send vote data every 15 minutes, according to Matt McClellan, communications director for the Ohio secretary of state…”

NO WAY are they ‘hand delivering’ that data every 15 minutes!

FOX watching the hen house anyone?

It Looks As Though Dominion, Smartmatic Played a Part in DHS’ Election Defense

The Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) issued a statement last week defending the integrity of the 2020 election. The problem, however, is two of the main election software companies that have been called into question – Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic – sit on CISA. And that information was never disclosed, the Epoch Times reported….

The two election software companies are members of the GCC’s Sector Coordinating Council:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Arrikan, Inc./Chaves Consulting, Inc.
  • Associated Press (AP) Elections
  • BPro, Inc.
  • Clear Ballot Group
  • Crosscheck
  • DemTech Voting Solutions
  • Democracy Live
  • Democracy Works
  • DMF Associates
  • Dominion Voting Systems
  • Election Systems & Software (ES&S)
  • Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC)
  • Freeman, Craft, McGregor Group
  • Hart InterCivic
  • KNOWInk
  • Microsoft
  • Microvote General Corp.
  • NTS Data Services
  • PCC Technology Inc.
  • Pro V&V
  • Runbeck Election Services
  • SLI Compliance
  • Smartmatic
  • Tenex Software Solutions
  • The Canton Group
  • Unisyn Voting Solutions
  • Voatz
  • Votem
  • Voting Works
  • VR Systems

According to the Election Infrastructure Subsector Coordinating Council Charter, the goal of the group is to “advance the physical security, cyber security, and emergency preparedness of the nation’s election infrastructure, in accordance with existing U.S. law” and “serve as the primary liaison between the election subsector and federal, state, and local agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), concerning private election subsector security and emergency preparedness issues.”

And then it gets really fun:

Missouri Secretary of State John R. Ashcroft Issues Statement on Vulnerabilities of Dominion Voting Systems

CISA released its much-anticipated report on Dominion Voting Machines on Friday afternoon before the weekend.

One week ago, CNN admitted that Dominion Voting Machine Software has flaws that can be exploited.

Federal authorities finally admitted to this truth a week ago during the long holiday weekend.

The same officials who did not inspect the machines after the 2020 election told CNN that there is no evidence that the machines were tampered with… even though they never inspected the machines….

The CISA report shows that software could be leveraged by an attacker to gain elevated privileges and to install malicious code. In May the Missouri Senate passed HB1878 that bans drop boxes, ballot harvesting and Zuckerbucks. The law also requires a photo ID for voting. In response to this news, Missouri Secretary of State John R. Ashcroft released a statement Friday on the vulnerabilities of Dominion Voting Systems….

Residents in Philadelphia are flocking to local supermarket stores such as Target and Walmart to buy water after a major chemical spill occurred in the Delaware River.

On Friday night over 8,000 gallons of latex-based solution spilled into the Delaware River from a chemical plant in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

The massive spill caused Philadelphia city officials to send residents an emergency phone alert urging residents to buy bottled water and to not drink their tap water.

Gail Combs

Latex is naturally occurring rubber. It comes from a tree.

Latex SDS (Safety Data Sheet) | Flinn ScientificLatex Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

Will turn pink if exposed to light. Neutralization of the latex by an acid will cause it to solidify.

Shelf life: Fair, light sensitive. See Section 7 for further information.

Acute effects: N.A.

Chronic effects: N.A.

Target organs: N.A.

Water is naturally acidic. I use latex to make unicorn horns. I have to use dish SOAP first or I end up with a rubbery mess instead of a brush.

So aside from having to deal with a sticky mess, Latex is not a big deal like Vinyl Chloride is.

Latex is normally disolved in Ammonia as that SDS mentions.

Component Name

97% Latex (rubber dispersion, natural)

<1%> Thiram C6H12S4N2

<1%> Ammonia NH4OH

<1%> Zinc oxide [This is a common zinc supplement]

Thiram -MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET – RAYFULL [It is a fungicide]

These data suggest that reproductive effects occur at high doses not likely to be experienced by humans. Carcinogenicity: When administered to mice at the highest dose possible, thiram was not carcinogenic. Dietary levels as high as 125 mg/k g/day for 2 years did not cause tumors in rats. These data indicate that thiram is not carcinogenic.

More important danger for the man: None

Dangers for the environment: Thiram is highly toxic to fish. Thiram is not expected to bioconcentrate in aquatic organisms.

Physical-chemical dangers: none

So that leaves Ammonia

Ammonia – Safety Data Sheet – ChemicalBook [For the gas and not the water solution]

Acute toxicity

Oral: LD50 Rat oral 350 mg/kg

Inhalation: LC50 – rat (male/female) – 28 130 mg/L air.

Dermal: no data available

A water solution of ammonia is a common cleaning product. I have a couple gallons in the house.

So unless there are other chemicals involved, I see this as dealing with the situation conservatively but NOT a major disaster like that uncontroled burn of vinyl cloride.

I use latex to make unicorn horns.

That’s a statement I’ve never come across before! 😊

Gail Combs

Valerie you asked yesterday:

Why could your blood kill somebody? the high IgE?

Human IgE-independent systemic anaphylaxis – PubMed

Anaphylaxis is a rapidly developing, life-threatening, generalized or systemic allergic reaction that is classically elicited by antigen crosslinking of antigen-specific IgE bound to the high-affinity IgE receptor….

What are the symptoms of anaphylactic shock?

Anaphylaxis shock is a dangerous and potentially life-threatening condition caused by an allergic reaction. Many people use the terms anaphylaxis and anaphylactic shock to refer to the same thing. Anaphylactic shock, however, is a complication of anaphylaxis that occurs when the blood pressure drops very low, and the blood has trouble circulating….

What are the causes?

People have anaphylactic reactions because of allergies. The body produces proteins that can attack dangerous invaders, including viruses and bacteria.

A person with allergies produces immunoglobulin E (IgE) proteins in response to harmless substances. These substances trigger white blood cells called mast cells to release specific chemicals, often histamines that cause an allergic reaction….

Valerie Curren

Thank you for that enlightening info. It’s amazing that encountering your blood could kill someone. However, encountering Your Mind could kill their ignorance stone dead too! 😉

And here is someone much younger hearing it for her first time. There are a bunch of these on YouSchmoob, but this one is noteworthy for the paranoia in her eyes between Foreplay and Long Time — she’s like, “I can hear them playing real quiet, like…..what are they up to?”

“Also if you right click on the video when playing in twit world you can get the video address that usually allows it to play here on the Q-Tree without having to view in another tab or window, fyi…”

Thank you Valerie, I’ll try it, I hope it works! 👍

Valerie Curren

I hope it works too for I hate having to go off the Q-Tree to get something to play but then I guess I’m naturally lazy AND a procrastinator to boot 🙂

Two Words:

. . .

Also two words:

If that is the case then we in red states do not have to pay taxes 🤔

Valerie Curren

We wish!

True 🙂

If true, it means EVERY rep, red or blue, from deliberately underserved states, should refuse to vote for the highway bill.

The 55 (then 65) MPH speed limit was doomed the second one state just said “screw the federal highway money, we’re raising our limit.” That state would have become a guaranteed cluster of no votes for the highway bill (Thought bubble: “why vote for it if we won’t get anything?”).

Gail Combs

IIRC recall TN did say SCREW IT to the feds. You could do 70 MPH and the fine was something like a dollar paid to the cop and no ticket.

I am going to add this to

QTreeper Health UpdatesRead: Dr. Peter McCullough On “The Holy Grail Of COVID-19 Vaccine Detoxification”

….his warnings about vaccines have been borne out.
In a recent article, Dr. McCullough said this:

Far and away the most common question I get from those who took one of the COVID-19 vaccines is: “how do I get this out of my body.” The mRNA and adenoviral DNA products were rolled out with no idea on how or when the body would ever breakdown the genetic code. The synthetic mRNA carried on lipid nanoparticles appears to be resistant to breakdown by human ribonucleases by design so the product would be long-lasting and produce the protein product of interest for a considerable time period. This would be an advantage for a normal human protein being replaced in a rare genetic deficiency state (e.g. alpha galactosidase in Fabry’s disease). However, it is a big problem when the protein is the pathogenic SARS-CoV-2 Spike. The adenoviral DNA (Janssen) should broken down by deoxyribonuclease, however this has not be exhaustively studied.

This leaves dissolution of Spike protein as a therapeutic goal for the vaccine injured. With the respiratory infection, Spike is processed and activated by cellular proteases including transmembrane serine protein 2 (TMPRSS2), cathepsin, and furin. With vaccination, these systems may be avoided by systemic administration and production of Spike protein within cells. As a result, the pathogenesis of vaccine injury syndromes is believed to be driven by accumulation of Spike protein in cells, tissues, and organs.

Nattokinase is an enzyme is produced by fermenting soybeans with bacteria Bacillus subtilis var. natto and has been available as an oral supplement. It degrades fibrinogen, factor VII, cytokines, and factor VIII and has been studied for its cardiovascular benefits. Out of all the available therapies I have used in my practice and among all the proposed detoxification agents, I believe nattokinase and related peptides hold the greatest promise for patients at this time.

Good to see him endorse it. Obviously, Aubergine informed us a year ago. 😎

Wolf Moon did a post on – Nattokinase – which is a supplement and is most known for its effects on prevention and treatment of clots and to improve blood circulation. May not be advisable for patients already on strong blood thinners. –

Thank you.
The only caveat one would like to add is that anyone already taking a blood thinner (warfarin, etc.) and/or aspirin under their doctor’s supervision for clotting issues, or who is having DVT problems, should talk to the doctor before starting on Nattokinase.

Gail Combs

I hope that goes without saying.

Hubby is on ‘Rat Poison’ so he can only take tylenol as a pain killer and he can not even eat spinach!

We talk to his doctor but we also do research since I really do not TRUST Doctors esp when you are talking older folks who are targeted for Depopulation.
