Judge Faruqui should be REMOVED from the case because he is showing BIAS towards the alleged assassin.
Security inside of jails is generally up to the warden. It is not subject to the trial judge. If there is a concern about the constitutionality of certain security measures inside a jail, the vehicle to address it is a habeas corpus petition [a separate case].
This judge is both acting outside of his jurisdiction AND showing prejudicial bias.
FYI, judges will often recommend that a convict be held in a certain type of facility. If they actually had jurisdiction, they would order it.

11-18 It is wrong for believers to join with the wicked and profane. The word unbeliever applies to all destitute of true faith. True pastors will caution their beloved children in the gospel, not to be unequally yoked. The fatal effects of neglecting Scripture precepts as to marriages clearly appear. Instead of a help meet, the union brings a snare. Those whose cross it is to be unequally united, without their wilful fault, may expect consolation under it; but when believers enter into such unions, against the express warnings of God’s word, they must expect must distress. The caution also extends to common conversation. We should not join in friendship and acquaintance with wicked men and unbelievers. Though we cannot wholly avoid seeing and hearing, and being with such, yet we should never choose them for friends. We must not defile ourselves by converse with those who defile themselves with sin. Come out from the workers of iniquity, and separate from their vain and sinful pleasures and pursuits; from all conformity to the corruptions of this present evil world. I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. I’m sorry, but this is peak foolishness. Secret Service agents would not be lined up against a wall, observing. They would be on duty. They also wore plainclothes suits, not uniforms. Those three people probably worked for the hotel in some capacity, had nothing to do with security that evening, and were justifiably frightened.
The proliferation of inane theories by people who, in my estimation, have no business trying to analyze situations or to lead anyone is disheartening.

An insignia on a uniform could mean they work for the hotel. It doesn’t necessarily mean they are law enforcement.
There’s no way the SS would have people lined up against a wall like that, crowded against each other, like laypeople. There’s no way the police force would either. Notice that all the law enforcement people were scattered around the area. None of the law enforcement people paid any attention to the ones against the wall because they had nothing to do with them.
IMO we need to be cognizant of what appears to be an overwhelming need to “find” things that are scandalous or mysterious or that “prove” something that no one else saw, not even the highly skilled and intelligent people of real law enforcement. It’s not how the real world works.

I see what appears to be possible lanyards worn by two of them. Do the police or SS wear lanyards around their necks? No.
Even if they were hotel security, I doubt they were trained to deal with someone trying to assassinate the president and his cabinet. A lot of security personnel have minimal training. IMO they wisely stayed out of the way of real law enforcement. It’s possible that they were told to do so.

I seems obvious – at least to me – that these three were the team – or part of the team – that “manned” the metal detector screening system. It’s likely that the system was provided by a contractor (would the hotel have its own?) and these three worked for that contractor. They were just standing back against the wall waiting while the equipment was being dismantled.

Volkswagen Likely to Allow Chinese Automaker to Build in Shuttered Volkswagen Auto Plants

BACKGROUND – You might remember last year due to climate/carbon emission regulations inside Europe EU automakers had to pay fines to the EU Commission if they did not meet electric vehicle targets. In order to avoid the penalties many EU automakers began purchasing ‘carbon credit’ offsets from Chinese EV automakers.
European car makers were paying China for carbon credits, and Chinese car companies began using the payments to lower prices. Europe was, essentially, paying China to undercut their own auto market. The result was European car makers, specifically those in Germany, losing market share to lower price EVs from China. German industry began shrinking.
If that wasn’t crazy enough, what comes next is beyond laughable. As a result of lost sales and diminished volumes, Volkswagen had shut down auto plants. Now, Volkswagen is announcing that Chinese automakers, their China “partners,” will take over the underutilized facilities and start building Chinese cars in Germany.
GERMANY – Volkswagen Group is facing increased pressure from its board to further cut costs despite already announcing radical measures, such as axing around 50,000 jobs in Germany by 2030 and reducing production capacity by up to 3 million units per year to 9 million, which would make it very difficult to avoid plant closures or sales. Overall, Europe’s largest automaker aims to reduce costs by 20% by the end of 2028.
In an attempt to mitigate the effect of these measures, the automaker appears ready to do what not too long ago would have seemed unthinkable, namely selling China-developed cars in Europe and even sharing its underutilized plants in the region with its Chinese partners.
That’s what CEO Oliver Blume told investors and analysts on April 30 after presenting the company’s first-quarter 2026 results, which saw the automaker’s profit drop 14% to $2.92 billion amid higher U.S. tariffs and intense competition from Chinese carmakers.
In order to deal with excess capacity in Europe and rising competition from Chinese brands in Europe in the coming years, Blume said VW Group is considering selling China-built cars in Europe. It’s the first time that Volkswagen has acknowledged it is contemplating such a move. (read more)

China learned from Volkswagen and started their own EV auto companies to compete. Volkswagen EV sales in China started dropping dramatically, and the Chinese EV brands took over.
Due to internal climate regulations in Europe, Volkswagen in the EU then begins giving money to China that subsidizes their competition. China exports their EVs to Europe. Volkswagen EV auto plants start closing. China now takes control of the Volkswagen EV auto plants to build Chinese EVs in Germany.
With operations now inside the house, the Chinese government extract European wealth and pump subsidies into their EV operations in Germany, flooding the European market with cheap EVs that will undercut the German auto manufacturing sector.
You cannot make steel with windmills and solar panel energy. Germany has destroyed much of their coal and nuclear power plants. German energy prices have skyrocketed. German steel is expensive. German cars are expensive as a result. Where do you think the inexpensive steel for the ultra-cheap Chinese EVs will come from?

The price is up about $1.20 a gallon over a few months ago. It’s just too visible, and directly effects almost everybody.

Jackson basically ATTACKED the majority, and argued Louisiana should be required to use an *unconstitutional* racially gerrymandered map in the 2026 midterms — directly against the majority ruling.

So, Yours Truly purchased (Amazon) and read the books on what actually can happen after a root canal procedure: Toxic Teeth (Y.L. Wright, MA, and J.M. Swartz, MD); and, The Toxic Tooth (Robert Kulacz, DDS, and Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD.)
And I called the dentist’s office today. Told them that the root canal that was scheduled for me for this Thursday won’t happen — instead, I said I wanted a second opinion diagnostic exam with another dentist there. Got that scheduled for the same time slot.
At this time, Yours Truly is strongly leaning in the direction of tooth extraction + a fixed bridge solution.

LOL I just looked at my paperwork. It is a crown. I thought root canal meant a crown! Duh. 🙃 I’ve been lucky on dental issues so it’s a new one to me.
Apparently, if the nerve and pulp of the tooth is dead / badly decayed, the blood flow to the tooth is either cut off or badly compromised. So the tooth dies on the inside.
A tooth has about 3 miles’ worth of tiny things called tubules inside the tooth. These tubules bring blood and nutrients to the tooth pulp. They also help to regulate how the tooth reacts to heat/cold and how it deals with bacteria, etc.
A tooth that is dead on the inside apparently can become a breeding ground for anaerobic bacteria. These bacteria can get into the bloodstream via the bottom of the dead tooth’s root. That’s when trouble can start. The bacteria can wind up in other areas of the body and cause inflammation.
The question then is, if a tooth is dead on the inside, why would the dentist clean out the dead nerve and pulp, fill the tooth with an inert compound, put a crown on it, and leave a dead tooth in the mouth where it can breed anaerobic bacteria?

After I had all my teeth removed [and dentures fitted, of course], for about three or four years I would get a little sore spot on the side of my lower gum any time I got a low grade infection. It was so reliable that doc would ask if my gum hurt whenever I called to make an appointment. If I said yes, he’d just send a script for Z-pack to the pharmacy before I showed up for the appointment!

MEMPHIS, TN — Because apparently Craigslist was down, a 54-year-old Memphis man wandered into Bass Pro Shops on Tuesday morning and attempted to negotiate what he confidently described as a “fair market trade”: his wife of 23 years… for a slightly questionable 14-foot aluminum fishing boat and $400 cash.
Authorities say Ronnie Buckley-Jenkins approached the boat counter at exactly 11:14 a.m. (because of course he did), pointed at a boat priced at $4,200, and asked, “What would it take to walk outta here with that one?” When the associate gave him the price, Ronnie countered with a package deal that included:

I was wondering why UAE got hit so much, then found this “explainer”
The basic theme seems to be that Iran wanted to create / expand a rift between Saudi and UAE. So hit the UAE more than anyone else, including Israel. Once UAE were down to 25% of their Patriot batteries left, they asked Israel for help and Israel sent an Iron Dome system, a laser based anti-drone system, and a very good sensitive radar for long distance detection.
This now has UAE trusting Israel. And leaving OPEC.
TousiTV is reporting that Iran has once again decided to go after UAE today, and the USA is providing some defense as well.
