The Constitution attempted to balance the needs of larger populated states with the smaller by having the two legislative bodies with one granting equal authority to the smaller via two senators per state and none to territories. Creation of political parties circumvented it all. The elected officials began serving their alliances, special interests and parties instead of representing the will of the people that elected them in each state.
So the elected officials themselves and the existence of political parties are the targets.
That’s where the war has to be won by whatever methods that gets it done permanently. Achieving honest election results is one of the requirements. Term reduction of Senators with limits is another one. Eliminating or at least severely limiting taking bribes (political contributions), which is what they are, from lobbyists and foreign influencers is another. Need an easier ability to recall elected officials. All elected officials should have secured websites where voters can input their thoughts on upcoming legislative actions – which the elected official votes in accordance. If they vote contrary to their voters’ stated wishes they should be recalled. Every public school needs a return to teaching unwoke Civics classes among other practical subjects relating to economics, careers, etc.
Add in tar and feathers access for We the People and we will have a much improved system.

According to the letter, Microsoft suffered at least five major cyber intrusions between 2019 and 2023 involving Russian intelligence services, Chinese state-sponsored hackers, and Russian cybercriminals. Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties.
Judge Boasberg’s comments reveal he and his colleagues hold an anti-Trump bias, for the Trump Administration had complied with every court order to date (and since for that matter). The D.C. District Court judges’ “concern” also went counter to the normal presumption courts hold — one that presumes public officials properly discharged their official duties. Apparently, that presumption does not apply to the current president, at least if you are litigating in D.C
Judge Boasberg should be nowhere near the federal bench, let alone assigned a case involving the Trump Administration.

The interview referenced below may be viewed at the link above. It’s about 50 minutes long. I watched the first few minutes and thought the interviewer was asking fair questions and that Tucker looked uncomfortable.
The truth:
The interviewer asked Tucker whom he was representing, and Tucker seemed foolish, IMO, when he said he doesn’t work for anyone and was doing this for himself and for his children.
He was asked why he thought the U.S. was involved in the conflict. The answer is clear and has been clear from the beginning. It is highlighted in bold above: that Iran can’t have nuclear weapons. But Tucker didn’t mention nuclear weapons in the part that I warched. He danced around the question but never mentioned Pres. Trump’s stated reason for being involved or the threat that a nuclear Iran poses to the world. That is disingenuous and speaks to an agenda. As a journalist he would have been required to present the full story.
Probably best to let him enter the country, denigrate it, and make a fool of himself. I find it hard to accept that he fully believes what he’s saying while ignoring Pres. Trump’s own statements altogether. Something is WAY off.

2 years ago today (Aug. 4th 2021). The #FBI showed up to my house for a 2nd time. They knew I had legal representation, they made no attempt to contact my attorney or contact me prior to showing at my home, while I was fighting an active case against them. When I answered the door, they stated they were there to return my electronic devices. FBI Special Agent Armenta and JTTF Rialto Police Detective Candias stayed in my front walkway with my electronics still in there vehicle. I made this statement to them “You know the American People don’t trust the FBI.”
SA Armenta responded, “Why do you say that?” I replied, “You had FBI Director Chris Wray on national television under oath lie and state he had not seen any evidence of Antifa or BLM At January 6th. Anyone with a phone or tablet at a minimum, saw videos of #JohnSullivan (BLM/ANTIFA) at the capitol.”
SA Armenta replied, “Well of course he (Wray) did (Lie), he couldn’t say anything that helps Trump.”
I went on to explain that I think @POTUS Biden is an idiot, but if he did something I would have to tell the truth if I was under oath. SA Armenta immediately recognize his mistake and they changed the subject to get my electronics from their vehicle.
In case you’re lost, an FBI Agent told me it is okay for the FBI to lie under oath as long it’s against their opponent.
As soon they left my home I contacted my attorney to request the audio recording of that contact with the FBI. For 4 months, we requested that audio and in December 2021, the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office (California) told us the FBI contacted them and said there was no audio recording of that contact at my home.
The FBI would have you believe they went to the home of a J6 Arrestee and did not record the contact in what they say is the DOJ largest investigation in American History.
The truth; they destroyed it because it would impeach the statements of FBI SA Armenta. Why did they have to protect Armenta, because he is also the FBI Agent in charge of the assault case against U.S Capital Police Officer Michael Fanone. If his case falls apart, a major part of the J6 narrative falls apart.
This is one small part of my J6 case against government persecution. I wasn’t even in D.C on January 6th, they used my Twitter account to say J6 was a triggering event and I wanted to disrupt the Inauguration of Biden.
A few more lies – they wrote at least 3 times in the partial warrant we’ve received that my case was started due to a confidential informant, when we requested an in camera hearing to reveal the identity of the informant, they told the same DA, it was an accident.
There was NO informant, they meant to write Anonymous Party. This was a deception against the judge who reviewed the warrant.

NASCAR driver Kyle Busch has died at the age of 41 shortly after being hospitalized with a severe illness.
