I had an epiphany watching the following video.
See if I can help you see it, too.
The problem with evolution is that it’s like quantum mechanics. Despite being powerful, explanatory and extremely predictive, it is both “incomplete” and has “interpretations”.
The interpretations carry baggage designed to shape worldview beyond what the science itself can say. And they also influence what the science can say easily, and what it has to say with more difficulty.
When Veritasium Dude (Derek Muller) sighs and gives in to Dawkins’ “selfish gene” idea, he is really giving in to an interpretation. That interpretation, like any interpretation in quantum mechanics, highlights some aspects of the science more than others. I can formulate the exact same science – even the same math – as the “sharing/shared gene” interpretation. Or, to name it a bit more objectively, the network interpretation of evolution.
The fact is, Dawkins formulated evolution in a way – an interpretation – that would best sell his bias toward his own atheistic assumptions about the universe. He asserts that every gene number “n” in a larger population “m” is composed of a bunch of selfish “1”s. I can likewise assert that “n” is a metric of collaborative, shared success within “m”, orienting its unit members not only toward their own shared success, but also toward the goal of influencing larger system success, struggling toward the unity of perceiving and becoming one with the creative intelligence. And it’s the same math.
It’s an interpretation.
Dawkins knows that humans tend to see the gene as microscopic and less than the individual – but it’s just as valid to see the gene as a topological connection – a filament uniting individuals, not just through gene space, but through function space. I would allege that this alternative network interpretation shows more, deeper, and larger subtleties of evolution, including causation, anthropological history, and gradients in the development of intelligence.
The individualization of the gene is an excellent and useful approximation, but one that hides some of the gene’s most fascinating potentials, as a shared entity.
And as explained in the video, it all boils down to the mathematics…..created IN THE BEGINNING.

As I said earlier time for a Class Action suit AGAINST THE JUDGE who decided all on his lonesome to ALLOW unqualified illegals on our highways with lethal weapons.
I’ve been wondering about how that works. Do these judges that come forth with injunctions and such, do they all make these rulings all by themselves, as if they wake up one morning and look at the news and decide right then and there, I think the term is sua sponte, to issue some injunction. Or are there some NGOs or other entities that keep raising complaints on which the judge then rules?
If so, it would be useful to shed some light on these shadowy entities as well. Who they are and who pays them, and what makes them tick. There used to be a lot of talk about standing as a reason for judges refusing cases, but none of that has had much mention recently.

This is what should have been done months ago. If there’s nothing there, great. One less thing for people to talk about. That’s the way to do it. As far as “affordability,” that needs to be the laser focus, because the administration is NOT “winning big” on that issue currently, and for the vast swath of people in America who generally just don’t give a shit about all this political stuff we talk about all the time, that’s the thing they care about. And as I keep saying, get out of the bubble of people who care about politics and listen to what the normies are saying. I do that, and it doesn’t sound good right now. I don’t think I live in some especially discontented area of the country, either. People are hurting. They endured the Covid nightmare, (and that’s what they blame the current economy on, not Biden, whether we believe that’s the cause or not), but they are tired of it. Trump sold himself to them as the way out, but they are giving up on him. I am not blaming Trump, but THEY ARE. It just doesn’t matter if that’s unfair or wrong. We can rail about it all day, but in the end, the voters decide.
I hope and pray Bessent is correct, and that the first two quarters of next year show a quickly improving economy. It’s another off-year election, and people who are struggling to survive won’t show up to vote.

I’m traveling through Eastern Europe and the Balkans. I’m in Belgrade now, and the below video is the Orthodox Church of Saint Sava, and it is breathtakingly beautiful.
I am struck by the fact that these former communist countries, whose citizens were forced to embrace atheism and abandon their traditional Christian faiths for decades, came out on the other side with their faiths reaffirmed and vibrant.
Contrast this with Western Europe, where Christian faith is looked upon as mere tradition and superstition, with priceless cathedrals abandoned as sterile museums.

It will not be solved by increasing pressure on teachers and students to pass comprehensive state tests to move on to the next grade. If there is anything homeschooling has taught me is that each child learns in their own ways. Slamming it down their throats on an assembly line approach will never work. Young kids need personal attention to learn at their optimum. At that age Mommy and Daddy are still Mommy and Daddy. They are not students first, they are kids first. Rotating through classrooms and teachers based on subject matter in the second and third grade is dumb as dirt. And yes, that is what most of public education around this nation is doing.
OMG, this is what the education Marxists tried in my son’s school, many years ago. It destroyed the school, causing us to leave the district. Incredible. And they took that failure idea and set it loose on the whole nation? YIKES.
One of the problems here is that the “solutions” which pass the leftist-controlled school-boards and teachers unions include things like more foreign language teacher’s aides, and the like. Things that enable the Democrat sabotage using illegals. Things that deepen the Cloward-Piven attack – that drain more money from the middle class and send it to Dems.
We worked diligently in our son Josiah’s case to get the Woodcock-Johnson tests of academic skills built into his IEPs. I believe they were used 3X/year in his case. One near the beginning of the school year, one near the end of the school year, & one that might have been around the end of the first quarter of the school year (in the time frame for when “catch-up” learning of skills presumably lost over Summer Break should have finally occurred).
These academic tests broke out multiple aspects of learning & allowed “apples to apples” comparisons as long as the same WCJ format was in play. In J’s case some of this data was used to support “Summer Services” that he was routinely denied because our school district absolutely refused to acknowledge that he was on the Autism Spectrum so they didn’t have to provide him with the types of supports that went along with an AI (autisticly impaired) label.
One thing that years of WCJ testing revealed was that the longer my son stayed in the public schools the greater the gaps between his performance became. In a perfect world in 12 months the improvements academically would reflect at least 12 months of gains. We would see like 10 months of gains, 8, 6, & so on as the years went by. The IEP people would always point to the fact that he was still “making progress” & I would always point out that the “progress” was insufficient & nothing they were willing to do would address the increasing deficits.

I attended a sales pitch for a program in our region called Lindamood-Bell & they were providing significant supports to both the special education community & regular students that needed some extra support. They had claims that their intensive Summer Support Program had had students gain THREE Academic Years of Skills over just 3 months!
I DESPERATELY wanted this program in place for Josiah over a Summer, in particular for his math needs (he had extreme math learning disabilities, scoring under the First Percentile in that domain). Of course the school refused. We had no means of funding such a support ourselves so LMB never happened for my son…sadly. The LMB people said that many schools in Oakland County paid for services for their students because LMB was so effective. I wish we could have had it for Josiah for at least one Summer to see what might have stuck!

Lack of adequate health care pushing Canadians toward assisted suicide
The family of an elderly man is speaking out about the terrible hospital conditions that led their father to request euthanasia before he died of natural causes.
The family of Cleo Gratton, an 84-year-old retired diamond driller who died earlier this month in Chelmsford, Ontario, of natural causes after being approved for assisted suicide, is speaking publicly about their appalling experience in the Canadian healthcare system.
According to the CBC, the elderly man “told his family he would rather die than go back to Health Sciences North in Sudbury,” and that a recent stay there found Gratton, who was suffering from heart disease and kidney failure, spending one night in the emergency room and then being transferred to a bed sitting in the hallway on the seventh floor.
“There were no lights, all the bulbs in that hallway had been completely removed,” his daughter, Lynn, told the CBC. “The only light we had was almost like a desk lamp that had been bolted to the wall. Patients are passing by, nurses are going by, no privacy, no compassion, no dignity.” The visit took place in mid-October, after which Gratton decided to apply for “medical aid in dying,” or assisted suicide.

In fiscal year 2023, federal agencies reported $236 billion in improper payments. And that’s not a one-off. In fiscal year 2024, after massive postcoid reductions, 16 federal agencies alone still reported an estimated 162 billion dollar in improper payments. Since fiscal year 2003, cumulative and proper payment estimates across the federal government are nearly $3 trillion. That’s 8% of the entire federal deficit. Pretty soon, it’s going to start being real money. In fact, according to the Government Accountability Office, the $3 trillion in improper payments we can account for are just a subset of the total problem. The real number is almost certainly much higher. But even if it’s not much more, that still accounts for roughly 10% of the entire national deficit. That is the definition of gross incompetence. But here we are. And the madness does not stop there.
It is as if the government is designed to make fraud easy and race us towards bankruptcy. To put it plainly, we are getting robbed. And not by scammers overseas, by our own government. Elon and DOGE tried to warn us, but what they got in return was firebombed Tesla dealerships and Uniparty bipartisan support for continued spending, no matter how much waste or fraud there is inherent in the system.
What’s really going on and why? In 2022, the federal House and Senate election cycle cost approximately 9.5 billion. The median amount raised by a senator running for reelection in 2024 was approximately $11 million. That’s roughly $15,000 a day. Almost 93% of the members of the 117th Congress had a leadership pack that collectively raised $243 million just between January of 21 and December of 22. According to the Campaign Finance Institute, fewer than 50 families supply the majority of mega donor funding in US elections, a closed feedback loop of money, policy, and media reach. And in 2023 alone, federal lobbying topped $4 billion. This is the tragedy that has turned Washington DC into a swamp of entrenched political interests and has turned governing into a game of self-preservation rather than public service. And that’s why one third of senators have held office longer than the median American marriage lasts. Politics is a business and its product is power. And baby, business is booming. As James Burnham pointed out…every group, no matter how big or small, will create an elite ruling class. Burnham calls this the iron law of oligarchy. I created a whole video about it, which you can watch right here. But for now, suffice it to say that Burnham makes a very compelling case for the fact that every organization, no matter how idealistic it starts, eventually serves the people running it, not the people it was actually designed to help. Sound familiar?
The government that was once for the people by the people has become a giant parasite, stealing our money through inflation, making it impossible for the young to get on the property ladder and forcing us to pay our hard-earned money towards the insane amount of interest we have [now more per year than our military budget – W] on our insane amount of debt. Left alone, that’s just how things go. The longer any organization runs, the more energy goes into keeping power instead of wielding power to help those paying into the system. Hence, the massive immune response to DOGE, whose sole function was to reduce government waste, fraud, and abuse at a time when the country is literally careening towards bankruptcy and must, as a matter of survival, find a way to balance the budget.
To stay in office, you need two things: votes and the money to get those votes. Once you start looking at the government’s relentless deficit spending through that lens, it all starts to make sense. The deficit spending is not designed to help people, and it most certainly doesn’t, at least not in the long run. It is, however, designed to help politicians get reelected. Make no mistake, both the left and the right will shovel subsidies, grants, and contracts towards donors and districts that can bankroll them. They will throw the borders open, outlaw showing ID to vote, keep dead people on the social security roles, and inflate census counts with illegal immigrants just to stay in power. They will happily drive all of us off a fiscal cliff as long as they get to be in the driver’s seat as we go over the edge. And they will rebel against anything that threatens the flow of money.

In spite of Dominion AND “election officials” lies, we’ve always known, Dominion machines could be / were connected to the Internet.
Guessing, we still have no standing.
There was a vid out probably four or five years ago now (my, how time flies) with a young woman who hacked into one of those machines, “rooting” them, and only needed around FIVE SECONDS of physical access. Very easy to do if the rooter knows their way around the machine and has a tiny screwdriver in their pocket.
And all of those machines had updates done, remotely. No one seems to have mentioned that these updates are illegal in the two-month window around (one before, one after) the election. Yet another proof of internet access. Going to thousands of machines via “sneakernet” would be a logistical nightmare, and could easily result in version issues/mismatches, down machines (update failures, bricking), etc.
Further to that, the CCC (Chaos Computer Club) over here, up in Hamburg (when the streets aren’t on fire or filled with gang warfare) have a BlackHat conference every year. One of the favorite sports there is hacking voting machines. And they’ve hacked them ALL. Magazines like ComputerBild (lite versions) and c’t (deep technical version) show snippets from these exploits. Not sure if 2600 was along for the ride.
Having worked with HP PC-COE and its enormous capability-set for remote desktop administration, control, and analysis (indeed, it could have been an impetus for AMD and Intel to build ring-1 and ring-2 minix crud into their processors 🕵 ), the types of things that can be done remotely provided the device(s) is/are powered up is breathtaking… appalling, as well… So there are a lot of things that can be done even when the boxes appear to be offline. Either via WLAN interfaces, or hardwired, and possibly even if the machine isn’t “officially” online (cf AMD and Intel tools)…
Dominion et. al. are dirty, or potentially dirty, when one considers how much money and power are in play. In-person, election-day voting, with photo id, is just about the only hope, and that isn’t 100%, but at least close…

These were in the tabulator(s) honest clerks in Michigan turned over to the good guys.
So it is possible for someone to call into the tabulators using a phone or computer! This raises questions as Dominion voting machines, to the public appearance at least, use a USB stick style external modem. Similar to the one in the image below.
The on-the-motherboard-chip used to be on most motherboards in the 1980’s-1990’s, until broadband came along. A true telephone chip on a motherboard is commonly referred to as a chipset.
Second part of the story: crooked Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel then indicted an attorney and election clerk with the bogus charge of unauthorized access to a computer and its voter data, as part of a search for fraud related to the 2020 election. This is in Houghton County Michigan.
Guess what – the attorney and election clerk were right!
They did find fraud in the voting machines with a telephone chip – which Attorney Ticktin says in the 2min video in retweet below.
Note: most likely Ticktin meant a modem chip on the motherboard. As a modem chip is used for data transmission, where a chipset is used more for data flow internally between the components. @PeterTicktin

The ES&S DS200s had wireless Telit modems pre-installed too. They claimed they were non-functional unless the OS was configured to allow them to run. That is probably facially true, but how hard would it be to hack that? Or just override the non-function setting during a software update right before election day?

She’s certainly an angry person. I have had the impression that all of her speaking out now, with her podcasts, interviews, and the book, are part of her psychological journey. I don’t think the journey is going well. That sounds somewhat humorous, but I don’t see any growth or healing in her. And she is too unself-aware to understand that she is revealing her issues to the world.
Well, what is Moochelle Obama, really, at the end of it all? She rode the coattails of a man into the White House. She didn’t do much at all on her own, at least not the kinds of things leftist women value. I have my doubts she gave birth to her kids, but she did raise them, at least nominally. There should be pride in that, but most people on the left don’t think so.

There was a story about some blue-colored dogs a while ago. The latest on that was that the dogs had just been rolling in some blue-colored chemical that they had found. VAT taxes are always started “because of some emergency” and at a low rate — perhaps 1%. This gets the machinery in place. They typically reach 5% in about five years, and will eventually “top out” at about 20%.
I don’t know of any country that has ever gotten rid of VAT once it starts.
Some of the VATs in the EU are 25%… Germany’s upper VAT is 19% (used to be 12% some time ago) and the lower VAT is 7% (used to be 4% or so). The EC have been trying to get us to raise it to 25%, but so far Germany has stayed with 19% … The Skandinavian tax-happy countries seem to enjoy taxation without justification (and no value added, EVER, by the gubmint), but most of the rest of Europe doesn’t…..
We don’t have sales tax at all… which is just as damaging as VAT. With VAT, all the intermediate hands in the till pass the fees to their customers down the line… Getting a small-business or self-employment license can be worth the trouble/expense/paperwork/etc. in many situations if the cash flow justifies it.
Our income tax was never supposed to go over 10%.

Hi friends…just giving an update. My flights were all fine, no probs at all. The wedding ceremony was brought inside due to the rain but it was still amazing and a fun time. Good people and something to celebrate was great!

Truthfully, I think that if those people with the Tweets, and I, were both testifying, our testimonies would match perfectly. Whether FBI were the ones who did the bad stuff will depend on whether those people (window-breakers, etc.) were CIA or Capitol Hill Police or something else, very disconnected from any particular group.
The forces of Truth need to actually have every one of those FBI agents testify – to IG or DNI people if needed – what they were instructed to do on J6. I suspect that some of them will lie, and those are the people who lead back to where this really came from.

I know my boy friend in high school, US mother Canadian father born in Canada, was agonizing over which citizenship he would hold and which he would give up. We had many many discussions about it. He decided Canadian.

By the language above you can see that Cruz never has been a legal citizen of the US. His father didn’t naturalize until 2005 so Cruz was over 18 years of age at the time of that naturalization so the naturalization of his father had no bearing on Cruz himself and there is no paper work with the INS for any legal admission to the US for Cruz at any time. He isnt even eligible to be a US Senator.
Canada did not recognize dual citizenship between 1947 and 1977. His mother is listed on the Canadian voter rolls and actually voted in the Canadian National Election of 1972. So she had to have given up her US citizenship at that time other wise Canada would have never let her vote. That may why Cruz has had all his families records in Canada sealed. Much like Obama did.

Magistrate Judge Positions Case Against James Comey for Almost Certain Dismissal

Former FBI Director James Comey was leaking information to the media through his friend and FBI Special Government Employee Daniel Richman. When Comey was fired in May 2017, he knew what his risks were. Comey hired Daniel Richman as his personal lawyer and legal counsel. Comey knew this would make targeting him for leaking to media more difficult.
Last month U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff, the Biden appointee overseeing the criminal case against Comey, assigned magistrate judge William Fitzpatrick to review the issues surrounding potential violations of attorney-client privilege within the indictment.
Today Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick sides with the Comey defense and blasts the prosecution for violating attorney-client privilege. [SEE RULING HERE] In addition, Judge Fitzpatrick instructs the prosecution, Lindsey Halligan, to give the defense team all of the evidence used in the grand jury indictment.
Fitzpatrick is setting the stage to dismiss the charges. There’s zero doubt about it when you read the 24-page order.
It’s enough to make you blow a blood pressure cuff when you see a judge upholding the Fourth Amendment argument on James Comey’s behalf, considering the blatant Fourth Amendment violations that Comey conspired to violate within his fraudulent investigations of Carter Page and President Trump.
Seriously though, don’t waste any hopium on this case, and expect the judge to require the government to pay all of Comey’s legal fees.
We read enough of this stuff to see a Lawfare set up when it is visible. The Lawfare crew has this case easily won. Judge Fitzpatrick gives the defense eleven points of process with which to file a motion to dismiss.
[COURT ORDER] – First, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the Richman Warrants were executed in a manner consistent with the Fourth Amendment and the orders of the issuing court.
Second, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government exceeded the scope of the Richman Warrants in 2019 and 2020 by seizing and preserving information that was beyond the scope of the warrants, that is, information that did not constitute evidence of violations of either 18 U.S.C. § 641 or § 793.
Third, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government had the lawful authority to search the Richman materials anew in 2025.
Fourth, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government’s 2025 seizure of the Richman materials included information beyond the scope of the original warrants.
Fifth, the nature and circumstances surrounding the government’s potential violations of the Fourth Amendment and court orders establish a reasonable basis to question whether the government’s conduct was willful or in reckless disregard of the law.
Sixth, the facts provide a reasonable basis for the defense to show that they were prejudiced by the government’s use of the Richman materials in the grand jury, particularly if the government’s conduct was willful or reckless, given the centrality of these materials to the government’s presentation.
Seventh, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government took sufficient steps to avoid the collection and review of privileged materials, including the reasons why Mr. Comey was never afforded the opportunity to assert a privilege over his communications until after the indictment was obtained.
Eighth, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether privileged information was used, directly or indirectly, by the government to prepare and present its grand jury presentation. This is particularly troublesome because the government’s sole witness before the grand jury was exposed to a “limited overview” of privileged material shortly before he testified.
Ninth, the nature and circumstances surrounding the disclosure of potentially privileged information establish a reasonable basis to question whether the government’s conduct was willful or in reckless disregard of the law. This is particularly significant because Agent-3, after having been exposed to potentially privileged information, chose to testify before the grand jury rather than separate himself from the investigation to contain any further exposure to privileged information and limit any prejudice to Mr. Comey.
Tenth, as discussed in Section IV above the prosecutor made statements to the grand jurors that could reasonably form the basis for the defense to challenge whether the grand jury proceedings were infected with constitutional error.
Eleventh, the grand jury transcript and recording likely do not reflect the full proceedings because, although it is clear that a second indictment was prepared and presented to the grand jury (ECF 3), the transcript and audio recording of the proceedings do not reflect any further communications after the grand jury began deliberating on the first indictment.
Collectively, the facts set forth herein and the particularized findings of the Court establish that “ground[s] may exist to dismiss the indictment because of a matter that occurred before the grand jury[.]” Rule 6(e)(3)(E)(ii). [more]

🚨 This might offend some, but it must be said. I say this with many close Catholic friends—most of whom have expressed the same—and wishing this weren’t the truth.
So many are confused by the Vatican’s posture. Don’t be. Many have warned for years: the Vatican was conquered by globalist institutions and evil Islamic regimes long ago. It prioritizes diplomatic and financial interests—often at the expense of defending persecuted Christians.

It’s just my opinion, but I think baby Christians need mature Christians around them, to help the newbies establish strong discernment. And Carlson, with his disdain for organized religion due to his “Christian-light” upbringing, is a perfect target for the Devil to use by twisting his understanding of the Bible.

Even with more grazing land, it’s gonna take a while. It takes 18 months to raise a grain-finished steer. It takes 30 months to raise one only on grass.
The cows are pregnant here with their spring babies now. That’s the steers that you can eat in about two years.
We will have to import steers to run on the extra grazing. Many are imported from Mexico, but we can’t do that right now, because they are having a screw worm outbreak. Some come from Canada. Those are pretty much it for the live steer imports.

I know I keep talking about the housing prices, and what a nightmare I think they are, but my goodness, it seems to get worse every day here!
Today, I got this fancy card in the mail. A house just around the corner from me has hit the market. I went to Zillow to look at the photos, because I thought the price was a typo!
This is a two bedroom, one bath house on a small town lot. It has a detached garage. The house was built in 2007. It does have new appliances and carpet.
The price? $440,000!!! And you know what? It is already under contract,
How the hell is any young person supposed to afford that?
Exactly. And the property taxes on these inflated values makes it even more unaffordable. My house is supposedly worth almost 3 times what I paid for it 23 years ago and I just about fell over when I got my property tax bill this year. It’s crazy.
Yes. My house has gone up in value a huge amount. The property taxes are terrible. Something has to be done. Fast.
Our house has gone up about six times what we paid for it, and our property taxes are limited by Proposition 13.
OTOH, we’re not getting good value for the taxes we pay, and the government’s response is “so move — that way we’ll get six times the property taxes and we won’t have to put up with your whining.”
