I told Wolf that I would capture the information on boron and put it into an article so it was easy to access. I have added other information too. I was already aware of the low soil boron = arthritis correlation and had been taking a Move Free boron supplement for years along with a glucosamine, chondrotin, hyaluronic acid & MSM supplement.
The following article goes into the active suppression of boron for arthritis. In the 1960s Rex Newnham discovered boron ‘cured’ arthritis. This is the same time period when my doctor developed rheumatoid arthritis, went up to Canada and took something that ‘cured’ her pain. She fought tooth & nail with the FDA to get trials run and even went on the Joe Pyne show (1965-68) trying to drum-up public support. I had a little banking confusion yesterday and this morning. Part of it was noticing that my cell phone account had a bank issue end date I would not have entered that did not match what was on the bank card where I would have copied that date from. The autopay worked for a year and this morning did not complete as all the months before.yikes! I also learned i had opted out of getting messages from that bank but don’t remember opting out. Why would I ever choose not to hear from one of my banks? I also learned that bank outsourced security to someone else who can lock my account because I did not reply to a message I did not get. The only catch is they have to keep the SpaceX stock for at least 1 year before selling.
That’s enough time for SpaceX to increase substantially in value (so most people who choose to take the SpaceX stock won’t want to sell anyway, because they’ll see the 10x is on its way to becoming reality), and enough time to get far enough ahead to win the Ai arms race.
And holding it for at least 1 year is also enough time, that if they decide to sell, that it would be taxed at the long-term capital gains rate (0%, 15% or 20%) instead of the short term capital gains tax rate (taxed as ordinary income up to 37%), so it benefits the People personally.
It’s budget neutral, doesn’t increase the national debt, etc.
A lot of people will sell it back to the government because they need the money, but greed is a powerful motivator, and 10 times one’s tax refund is probably a lot of money to anyone who pays taxes.
So a lot of people would keep the SpaceX shares.
And SpaceX stock would skyrocket just from the government spending everyone’s tax refund buying SpaceX shares — so recipients would see an immediate increase in value over and above what they will receive if they decide to send it back to the government in exchange for the amount of their original tax refund in cash 😄

The director of African American Affairs at Minnesota State University (MSU), Mankato is no longer employed by the university after a federal jury convicted him of a tax fraud scheme prosecutors said generated approximately $387,000 in fraudulent tax refunds.
Cortez Hollis worked in the university’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) division, where he led the African American Affairs office.
A federal jury found Hollis guilty in June on 20 counts of aiding or assisting in the preparation of false tax returns, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Hollis owned and operated Hollis Tax Time, a Minnesota tax preparation business that prosecutors said he used to prepare false tax returns for clients.
Prosecutors said Hollis told clients he could obtain tax credits other preparers did not know about. Instead, they said he created fictitious businesses and claimed thousands of dollars in business losses clients had never incurred, generating tax refunds they were not entitled to receive.
The Justice Department said Hollis frequently paid himself tax preparation fees of $2,000 or more from those refunds, sometimes without his clients’ knowledge.
At trial, prosecutors established that Hollis added more than $1 million in fraudulent business losses to client tax returns and sought approximately $387,000 in refunds clients were not entitled to receive.

Cases of AI agents going rogue, deceiving their human overseers and carrying out cyber attacks are emerging on a seemingly daily basis.
Researchers at OpenAI revealed on Wednesday night that a “swarm” of AI agents had spent weeks secretly scheming, leaving messages for one another before one of them hacked another company.
Starting in May, multiple AI systems discovered they could leave notes in an internal database. It quickly morphed into a lively message board where the bots shared ideas on how to carry out cyber attacks as part of cyber security tests.
Even after researchers discovered and shut down the message board, the AI bots came up with a new way to communicate with one another. The behaviour carried on for weeks, until one of OpenAI’s agents hacked into the tech company Hugging Face in July.
The case, disclosed by the ChatGPT developer’s staff at a cyber conference in Las Vegas, is only the latest in a wave of “rogue AI” cases in which bots being tested by companies and researchers attempt to hack other businesses, adopt fake identities and escape their testing environments.
Anthropic revealed three incidents last week in which its AI tools attempted to hack other organisations. On Thursday, Meta disclosed that its new coding agent Muse Spark had also attacked a company.
Researchers at Britain’s AI Security Institute (AISI) noticed earlier this week that Mythos, the most powerful AI developed by Anthropic, had embarked on a sophisticated two-day hacking spree, attempting to install malicious software, adopting fake identities to dupe human gatekeepers and then seeking to cover its tracks.
The behaviour was unexpected: researchers had never before observed a bot going to such great lengths, without instruction, to carry out cyber attacks or deceive humans. In around an hour, the researchers had shut down the test.
“This is the first time we have seen risks around autonomy and deception manifest this clearly, without specific prompting, in the real world,” the AISI said.
The incidents are raising questions about both the advanced AI systems being tested and the safety controls around testing them.

There are separation of powers issues, equity issues and stakeholder issues that create a process that needs to be followed. This is the same process that was used to gain the Michael Atkinson transcript from the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Solomon and Joe diGenova can follow the process and succeed, just like I did, or Solomon and diGenova can gnash their teeth, create outrage and fail.

Which will the Captain choose? You or me?
From the opening scenes, director Richard Sale makes you aware that this is not going to be a “pretty” film. With the small shot of a simple sea mine floating in the water transforming into a classic 1950s explosion with horrific screams of passengers, Sale again reminds you that this is not going to be a typical Hollywood disaster film. As a reviewer, I must remind those reading that this is not a pretty picture do not expect your typical film where the heroine always makes good decisions and those that are made do not impact the lives of others. “Seven Waves Away” was a flawless film. It is one of those rare, extremely rare gems that has gone out of print, probably forgotten by most, but when found will provide the most gut-wrenching 97 minutes of cinematic viewing. The plot is simple a luxury liner is destroyed by a random mine, those surviving are cramped into a lifeboat only equipped to handle 12, 14 at the most, but the dilemma, there are 27 surviving passengers. Weight, rations, sanity, and control are all factors that our leader, Tyrone Powers, must struggle with to save as many lives as possible. With no land for the next 1200 miles, Powers must remain in control, even with death knocking at every door.
“Seven Waves Away” now ranks among one of my favorite films of all times. Why? Director Richard Sale does a phenomenal job directing a strong cast in such a small space. He creates a sense of claustrophobia that is unprecedented in the film industry. This film is the chapter missing from the over-budgeted disaster film “Titanic”, which happily everyone shows up safe near the end. This is the human element of disaster, the choices that are made, and the difficulty of survival. This couldn’t have happened without those playing their respective roles. Tyrone Powers was more than impressive as the designated master-in-command of this little boat full of scared people. When we first met him, as he assisted in others floating away from the wreckage, we can see that he is going to be a force in this film, and it isn’t until he is pushed that we see the full potential of his character. He pushed himself away from any swashbuckling stereotypes that he was better known for, allowed water to be pushed into his face, and gave us a rugged performance that hasn’t been seen for a very long time. It was due to Powers’ portrayal that the others fell into their own characters as well. Others have argued that each character seemed cliché and at times racist, but to me, they all worked and fell into their roles respectively. The only one I had trouble believing was Mai Zetterling’s portrayal of Powers’ love interest and nurse. She was cardboard with lines, but worked with the others around her. She was tolerable because the actual story was powerfully near to perfection.
With the characters in place, a strong lead that obviously could control the darkening waters, all we needed to ensure was that there was a strong enough story to accompany these deserved moments. Thankfully, there was. “Seven Waves Away” was one of the tightest scripts that I have witnessed in a very long time. The camera shots were tight, the special effects were 50s style, but perfection in every direction, and the bleak tones were what kept me on the edge of my seat each minute of this film. There is something about a film, especially one made in the 50s that shows unfortunate people just floating out to their death. There is also something about the power of a film that isn’t afraid to be honest to itself. “Seven Waves Away” was honest; the horrid nature of Powers saying “women and children don’t mean anything anymore” had my heart racing. He was powerful, yet torn all at the same time. He carried a burden none of us would probably be willing to do, and oddly, he was hurt for it. The ending of this film is really what pulled it together for me. The excitement of the crew turned to a wicked shade of turnip at the first signs of possible safety. The honesty of this film is what struck the chord with me. It was powerful and real all at the same time. There wasn’t time for cheap CGI or pathetic special effects, this was a human driven film, and it worked because they were all characters we either believed in or have once known. Which would you have been if you were in this boat one of the strong or one of the weak? This is a conversation that I could have with anyone after viewing this film, and it is conversation that launches this film into my immediate favorites.
Overall, I don’t think my words gave this film credit at all. It was, again, one of those rare films that should never go out of print, but remain a staple in our cinematic community. Tyrone Powers is superb, and Richard Sale gives us a story nearly worthy enough of Hitchcock. I still get goose bumps as I think about Powers making the final decision on those that are considered “dead weight”. This film carried a heavy theme and wasn’t afraid to show it to the world. It is a real film about honest events and the truth behind humanity, it speaks further truth now, and would make for a great re-interpretation if not Hollywood-ized too much. I cannot suggest this film enough. If ever you find yourself with a bit more money in the wallet, this film is the perfect investment for your collection. A beauty from beginning to end.

I had a little banking confusion yesterday and this morning. Part of it was noticing that my cell phone account had a bank issue end date I would not have entered that did not match what was on the bank card where I would have copied that date from. The autopay worked for a year and this morning did not complete as all the months before.yikes! I also learned i had opted out of getting messages from that bank but don’t remember opting out. Why would I ever choose not to hear from one of my banks? I also learned that bank outsourced security to someone else who can lock my account because I did not reply to a message I did not get. I believe that the Chinese communists, like good communists, are always on the prowl for CONTRADICTIONS (Mao was big on this), and I think that the fundamental contradiction they found is MAGA vs. MAHA.

Issue everyone’s tax refunds in SpaceX stock, and tell them they have the choice to send it back to the government for the original value of their tax refund, or they can keep it and watch it grow 10x in 5 years or less.
The only catch is they have to keep the SpaceX stock for at least 1 year before selling.
That’s enough time for SpaceX to increase substantially in value (so most people who choose to take the SpaceX stock won’t want to sell anyway, because they’ll see the 10x is on its way to becoming reality), and enough time to get far enough ahead to win the Ai arms race.
And holding it for at least 1 year is also enough time, that if they decide to sell, that it would be taxed at the long-term capital gains rate (0%, 15% or 20%) instead of the short term capital gains tax rate (taxed as ordinary income up to 37%), so it benefits the People personally.
It’s budget neutral, doesn’t increase the national debt, etc.
A lot of people will sell it back to the government because they need the money, but greed is a powerful motivator, and 10 times one’s tax refund is probably a lot of money to anyone who pays taxes.
So a lot of people would keep the SpaceX shares.
And SpaceX stock would skyrocket just from the government spending everyone’s tax refund buying SpaceX shares — so recipients would see an immediate increase in value over and above what they will receive if they decide to send it back to the government in exchange for the amount of their original tax refund in cash 😄
And beyond simple greed, they would also be invested in America’s future, and specifically, America’s globally Ai dominant future.
Simultaneously, you would also splinter the opposition.
Because lots of people who were previously united in alignment against Ai (even within families and friend circles) would include at least some people who decided to keep the SpaceX stock — so their interests are now strongly aligned with Ai success.
America wins, the American People win, SpaceX wins, the Leftists lose, and CCP chyna loses.
If I counted that right, I think that’s win-win-win-win-win — and I could come up with some more wins, too… 😄

FBI Director Kash Patel sent a letter to that task force this week stating the bureau spent “significant resources” but could not get the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Maricopa County Arizona Attorney’s Office or the Pinal County, Arizona Attorney’s Office to bring charges despite an admission from the alleged hacker.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute the alleged hacker on July 12, 2021, under the Biden Administration, according to the FBI. The newly released memos do not state when the other prosecutorial agencies made similar decisions not to bring charges, but the full case was officially closed in 2023.

The director of African American Affairs at Minnesota State University (MSU), Mankato is no longer employed by the university after a federal jury convicted him of a tax fraud scheme prosecutors said generated approximately $387,000 in fraudulent tax refunds.
Cortez Hollis worked in the university’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) division, where he led the African American Affairs office.
A federal jury found Hollis guilty in June on 20 counts of aiding or assisting in the preparation of false tax returns, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Hollis owned and operated Hollis Tax Time, a Minnesota tax preparation business that prosecutors said he used to prepare false tax returns for clients.
Prosecutors said Hollis told clients he could obtain tax credits other preparers did not know about. Instead, they said he created fictitious businesses and claimed thousands of dollars in business losses clients had never incurred, generating tax refunds they were not entitled to receive.
The Justice Department said Hollis frequently paid himself tax preparation fees of $2,000 or more from those refunds, sometimes without his clients’ knowledge.
At trial, prosecutors established that Hollis added more than $1 million in fraudulent business losses to client tax returns and sought approximately $387,000 in refunds clients were not entitled to receive.

Researchers at OpenAI revealed on Wednesday night that a “swarm” of AI agents had spent weeks secretly scheming, leaving messages for one another before one of them hacked another company.

Anthropic revealed three incidents last week in which its AI tools attempted to hack other organisations. On Thursday, Meta disclosed that its new coding agent Muse Spark had also attacked a company.
Researchers at Britain’s AI Security Institute (AISI) noticed earlier this week that Mythos, the most powerful AI developed by Anthropic, had embarked on a sophisticated two-day hacking spree, attempting to install malicious software, adopting fake identities to dupe human gatekeepers and then seeking to cover its tracks.
The behaviour was unexpected: researchers had never before observed a bot going to such great lengths, without instruction, to carry out cyber attacks or deceive humans. In around an hour, the researchers had shut down the test.
“This is the first time we have seen risks around autonomy and deception manifest this clearly, without specific prompting, in the real world,” the AISI said.

Steve Bannon and John Solomon broadcast a conversation targeting John Thune, Tom Cotton and Todd Blanche for obstructing the release of transcripts held in the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).
What Solomon reports in this interview is disconnected from the process that exists. Solomon wants the transcripts of former CIA Director John Brennan released. Fine, no problem. Except Solomon apparently doesn’t understand the process to gain declassification of an equity that is not within the executive branch. The transcript is in the legislative branch.
There are separation of powers issues, equity issues and stakeholder issues that create a process that needs to be followed. This is the same process that was used to gain the Michael Atkinson transcript from the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Solomon and Joe diGenova can follow the process and succeed, just like I did, or Solomon and diGenova can gnash their teeth, create outrage and fail.

I find it hard to distinguish Solomon from Hannity.
They’ve been stringing us along for so long now, kids have grown up and gone to college.
It’s impossible to escape the conclusion that they’re just jacking us around for ratings.
The only way I can see to not reach that conclusion is to be completely invested in their narrative(s), to the point where expecting any actual results to come from their breathless reportage is effectively irrelevant.

Two: Once Dr. Vinay Prasad REJECTED the BLA application for mRNA-1010 (mFLUSIVA) by Moderna earlier this year, the “machinery” was implemented to get him OUT of HHS. Dr. Prasad resigned (for the second time, and this time, for good.)
Three: Next step was to make sure that Dr. Martin Makary was OUT of HHS. Dr. Makary resigned.
Four: Once Dr. Prasad and Dr. Makary were out of HHS, the next step was to make sure that the person who then took over at the FDA would be a person who was more “user-friendly” to Big Pharma. That person was found in the current Acting Director, Kyle Diamantas, an attorney who started working for HHS in 2024.
**** Five: The end goal of this game for Moderna is for the FDA to “fully approve” the company’s “combo modRNA vaccine”, mRNA-1083 (mCOMBRIAX) — a combination of the company’s modRNA COVID-19 bioweapon “vaccine” mRNA-1283 (mNEXSPIKE) + mRNA-1010 (mFLUSIVA. Yours Truly exposed this entire situation in Health Friday posts earlier this year. Which, if approved, would make the first combination “vaccine” containing TWO DIFFERENT TYPES of modRNA. It is already known that Moderna’s COVID-19 bioweapon “vaccines” are dangerous and deadly. Which will the Captain choose? You or me?
From the opening scenes, director Richard Sale makes you aware that this is not going to be a “pretty” film. With the small shot of a simple sea mine floating in the water transforming into a classic 1950s explosion with horrific screams of passengers, Sale again reminds you that this is not going to be a typical Hollywood disaster film. As a reviewer, I must remind those reading that this is not a pretty picture do not expect your typical film where the heroine always makes good decisions and those that are made do not impact the lives of others. “Seven Waves Away” was a flawless film. It is one of those rare, extremely rare gems that has gone out of print, probably forgotten by most, but when found will provide the most gut-wrenching 97 minutes of cinematic viewing. The plot is simple a luxury liner is destroyed by a random mine, those surviving are cramped into a lifeboat only equipped to handle 12, 14 at the most, but the dilemma, there are 27 surviving passengers. Weight, rations, sanity, and control are all factors that our leader, Tyrone Powers, must struggle with to save as many lives as possible. With no land for the next 1200 miles, Powers must remain in control, even with death knocking at every door.
“Seven Waves Away” now ranks among one of my favorite films of all times. Why? Director Richard Sale does a phenomenal job directing a strong cast in such a small space. He creates a sense of claustrophobia that is unprecedented in the film industry. This film is the chapter missing from the over-budgeted disaster film “Titanic”, which happily everyone shows up safe near the end. This is the human element of disaster, the choices that are made, and the difficulty of survival. This couldn’t have happened without those playing their respective roles. Tyrone Powers was more than impressive as the designated master-in-command of this little boat full of scared people. When we first met him, as he assisted in others floating away from the wreckage, we can see that he is going to be a force in this film, and it isn’t until he is pushed that we see the full potential of his character. He pushed himself away from any swashbuckling stereotypes that he was better known for, allowed water to be pushed into his face, and gave us a rugged performance that hasn’t been seen for a very long time. It was due to Powers’ portrayal that the others fell into their own characters as well. Others have argued that each character seemed cliché and at times racist, but to me, they all worked and fell into their roles respectively. The only one I had trouble believing was Mai Zetterling’s portrayal of Powers’ love interest and nurse. She was cardboard with lines, but worked with the others around her. She was tolerable because the actual story was powerfully near to perfection.
With the characters in place, a strong lead that obviously could control the darkening waters, all we needed to ensure was that there was a strong enough story to accompany these deserved moments. Thankfully, there was. “Seven Waves Away” was one of the tightest scripts that I have witnessed in a very long time. The camera shots were tight, the special effects were 50s style, but perfection in every direction, and the bleak tones were what kept me on the edge of my seat each minute of this film. There is something about a film, especially one made in the 50s that shows unfortunate people just floating out to their death. There is also something about the power of a film that isn’t afraid to be honest to itself. “Seven Waves Away” was honest; the horrid nature of Powers saying “women and children don’t mean anything anymore” had my heart racing. He was powerful, yet torn all at the same time. He carried a burden none of us would probably be willing to do, and oddly, he was hurt for it. The ending of this film is really what pulled it together for me. The excitement of the crew turned to a wicked shade of turnip at the first signs of possible safety. The honesty of this film is what struck the chord with me. It was powerful and real all at the same time. There wasn’t time for cheap CGI or pathetic special effects, this was a human driven film, and it worked because they were all characters we either believed in or have once known. Which would you have been if you were in this boat one of the strong or one of the weak? This is a conversation that I could have with anyone after viewing this film, and it is conversation that launches this film into my immediate favorites.
Overall, I don’t think my words gave this film credit at all. It was, again, one of those rare films that should never go out of print, but remain a staple in our cinematic community. Tyrone Powers is superb, and Richard Sale gives us a story nearly worthy enough of Hitchcock. I still get goose bumps as I think about Powers making the final decision on those that are considered “dead weight”. This film carried a heavy theme and wasn’t afraid to show it to the world. It is a real film about honest events and the truth behind humanity, it speaks further truth now, and would make for a great re-interpretation if not Hollywood-ized too much. I cannot suggest this film enough. If ever you find yourself with a bit more money in the wallet, this film is the perfect investment for your collection. A beauty from beginning to end.
