How did the meeting go?
It went well. She was very pleasant, focused, & pretty easy to work with (she put more time into my case & didn’t charge me extra but I’ll owe her another retainer if I ask for further work beyond her summary write up, which I’ve already purchased from her–she was nearly an hour away drive time so that was fairly challenging for both my son & me). She’s writing up an action plan that I can adapt to present to my brother that could keep costs down for me & the Estate/Trust & also basically ensure that I can acquire the Cottage & the Hilton though there might need to be a promissary note for funds I’ll owe my brothers to cover getting the Cottage fully paid for. I’m actually pretty hopeful & need to pray that my Executor/Trustee brother is open to a slightly different appoach that could help him divide up Estate assets evenly as to the bottom line for each of us. 🙏

None of the doses in his chart have been found to be unsafe. The human limit was achieved by taking a possible/maybe impactful dose and DIVIDING BY 100 to get their “precautionary” safe dose.

I was actually wondering about that. So anywhere between 1/2 to a full eighth of a tsp would be a decent dose, depending on your other sources and your health problems.
Given the improvement I have seen with just 5 mg, neglecting boron is not a good move.
I started with 1/16 tsp and after his last article I increased to 1/8 tsp in my mocha. Plus adding liquid omega-3.
As I understand it, the combination of the polyphenols in the mocha, the boron and the omega-3 creates complexes that the body can use effectively.
Cocoa yes, Mocha NO! I hate coffee.

Why The Scientists Can’t State What Is Obvious

Third, the funding problem. Boron cannot be patented. There is no pharmaceutical or commercial engine to fund the large-scale, dose-escalation human trials that would be required to formally establish higher optimal intakes. So researchers do something elegant and, once you see it, it’s hard to miss: they publish the animal mg/kg data in full detail, embed it in papers targeted at human nutrition audiences, surround it with mechanistic human-relevance context (SAM-e depletion, homocysteine elevation, brain electrical activity, PSA suppression), and leave the conversion to the attentive reader.
Dr. Nielsen spent a career doing exactly this. His repeated framing of boron as “of more practical nutritional importance than currently acknowledged” is the scientific literature’s equivalent of stating that which is obvious. Boron at higher amounts than the 20 mg per day UL could potentially optimize human health and prevent certain disease processes.[2]

Thanks! My read of that data is that you’re getting vastly more boron from vegetables than you can from the salt – probably because plants are concentrating it. That tells me that we are likely adapted to higher amounts of boron than are present in mineral sources, but just don’t understand exactly why yet. The demise of American Boy Scouting video was sad. Both my father & my husband were/are Eagle Scouts & scouting was a huge part of both of their youths. Both of my brothers were boy scouts but mostly just in the younger side of that process. My sons were never Boy Scouts but they did participate in a church-level scouting style program & enjoyed it. It is a tragic loss to society to no longer have reliable male mentorship programs where young boys can be shaped into men of integrity. RIP BSA 💔

It makes me wonder if some form of that is what happened with my mom. She had some intermittent neurological issues for the last few years of her life, some speech mixups, some physical symptoms that went away, & a brain scan showing a number of black spots in her brain. The last 6 months of her life she was deteriorating pretty quickly. They took a CSF sample & it was normal. They did another brain scan & where the black dots had been now there were literal holes in her brain tissue. Those “holes” may have also given a “spongy” appearance. I guess we’ll never know but it was pretty strange as it happened (also suddenly after spending 2 days over New Years w/ 3 friends who had been “vax’d” for Covid)…She may have been having some type of seizure activity too for she described a sensation of her fingers being pulled from within & there were some divots in her fingertips at the time, like an internal string was pulling her skin down…hunh….

I had a strange experience last night as I was looking over some materials online related to my Dad’s house on the Zillow listing. Just out of curiosity I was looking at nearby homes for comparative purposes. It turns out that Google Street View captured my dad in his front yard back in ’22 or ’23. I kept tooling around trying to save the best version of these images. It kind of made him come “alive” for me just a bit & whenever the movement of images made him disappear it would be like I was losing him all over again.

I don’t know much about trans procedures (and i don’t want to) but breast implants are common among women, and I can’t imagine they require additional skin. but in a female to male transition, additional “skin” would be necessary…???

My experience with it.
I tried to get a driver prosecuted for stealing my truck and trailer. The local DOJ had us sit in court ALL DAY at least once a month for a year, while the driver was called and told not to bother coming. Finally the case was ‘considered’ stale and dropped. When the Republicans came in, a prosecutor called us in and said he did not know WHY the case was dropped and he was going to prosecute…. A week later it was dropped again.

According to this guys Ex, he was using my truck and trailer to move stolen car parts from NYC to Florida and drugs from Florida to NYC.
OH and the guy had FIFTY TWO KIDS by various women who he was shaking down for the state funded child support.
On top of that according to a forester who lives on our street, he found MJ plantations and when he reported it, HE had the cops siting at his driveway harassing him.
A cop around the corner said he would not work in our county because the cops were so crooked.
A lady I was talking to who had ponies, and volunteered at the Animal shelter one evening over heard a meeting between the Drug lords and the local politicians. She was told to keep her mouth shut and then her house was shot up just missing her son. I saw the bullet holes.

Brought back a few memories. Reminisced with wifey when I read it this AM. Joe is preparing for a reveal of some sort. A United States Postal Service worker was arrested last week after a search for a missing lottery ticket led investigators back to her, the Florida Lottery announced on Friday.
Court documents said the victim purchased a Pick 4 ticket from a 7-Eleven in Tampa on June 14 and went to a Publix the following day to verify the winning amount of $2600.
Later that day, the victim went to a United States Post Office and mailed the ticket to a relative in Fort Lauderdale to help cover funeral expenses, the documents said.
Nine days later, when the ticket never reached its intended destination, the victim reported the incident to the Florida Lottery.
A Special Agent with the lottery’s Division of Security discovered the ticket had already been cashed in by 28-year-old Lakaysha Lockhart in Miami Lakes days earlier, her arrest report said.
As the investigation continued, Lockhart was identified as a Level II City Carrier for USPS.
