This dude literally wrote the book on how they created SARS-CoV-2 and the “vaccines”. He wrote a book preemptively justifying his future bioweapon production.

But that’s not all. He thanked 16 people for their assistance with all the information in his book, and one of the people he thanked was none other than Jeffrey Epstein himself.

Our lovely woods are filled with ash trees dying because of that beetle. if any of those trees coming out of the deck floor there get infected, taking down those trees and trying to prevent spread can be a mess.

The constitution says that not just that the new president’s term starts at noon on January 20, but that the old president’s term ends at that time, two separate phrases:

The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

(20th Amendment, section 1)

In other words, even if it’s not known (yet) who the next POTUS will be, the outgoing POTUS is done at that time. That was almost certainly done so an outgoing president couldn’t use an unsettled election as an excuse to remain in office.

Of course if the anti-Trump forces don’t care which specific individual ends up acting as president (someone will “act as” president in the interim) this is no barrier to them. Section 3 of the same amendment:

If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

It’s obviously very likely that if we have no president-elect, we have no vice president elect either…so whatever Congress passed back then is what the rule is.

Oh, and for what it’s worth, I find the FED scenario recently presented here a LOT more plausible. The Fed is set up to be independent (i.e., it doesn’t take orders from the President or Congress) so if a bunch of Trump embeds are running the thing in fact, it’s actually legal for them to do what Biden and Congress don’t want them to do. Plus, it’s only a handful of people whereas a military would have to have dozens of secret patriots in position. The more people involved the more impossible it gets to avoid the organization being penetrated and compromised.

I assume only citizens may run for elected office and in the past I believed that only citizens could vote but I don’t think that is any longer the case in some city and state elections. What other advantage does a citizen have over a resident alien? Why would someone consider it an advantage to be a citizen?

Probably the most important provision of being a citizen is the right of return.

If you are in a foreign country, the US govt cannot refuse to let you back into the US. Also it gives you access to the State Dept for a loan if you don’t have the funds to get back.

As far as eligibility for public office, qualifications for fed offices are in the constitution. State offices [and lower] are up to each state.

There are efforts to grant non-citizens the vote but these will fail under the Supreme Court’s decisions being guided by traditional practices.

I need to add a bit to my answer. The only way the govt could refuse you re-entry is if it revoked your citizenship. This would be difficult in the 50 states, considering that every US citizen is also a citizen of the state in which he/she claims domicile [personal HQ]. So unless your state co-operated with the feds, it could not strip you of both citizenships [per 14th amendment].

Also, here’s the relevant statement from the 14th amendment:

I always read that as requiring the states to consider residents who are US citizens (either born or naturalized) their own citizens. It never occurred to me that a state could consider someone a citizen, while the US would not consider that same person a US citizen. In fact, I still have a nagging suspicion that it’s illegal for states to grant citizenship other than automatically in this case.

But as a practical matter, no one ever explains how the mechanics of such a civil war takes place.

If it’s just illegal aliens in small teams going door to door and exterminating people like HamISIS did in Israel, that’s not a civil war, that’s just an ongoing massacre that the MSM will cover up as long as possible and then portray as patriots killing illegals (i.e., the 180 degree opposite of the truth) to suppress any other patriots from resisting.

If there are going to be ‘pitched battles’ between two sides, how does that happen in a modern surveillance state?

If there are not going to be ‘red vs. blue’ pitched battles over strategic territories to hold and defend, then what would it be?

Who’s going to engage in that?

Who even knows how?

And of those who do know how, how many are willing to try to do it?

I don’t know any comfortably well-off people who are going to risk losing much if anything in any kind of domestic conflict, they’ll just leave the country.

I see the ominous threat of ‘civil war’ raised all the time, but whenever I try to imagine the logistics of such a thing, at even the most basic level, I don’t see how it happens, and no one seems able to explain it.

I don’t know if people are imagining movie images in their heads of how it would be, or what they are thinking. It always seems more like a rallying cry out of understandable frustration, rather than anything people have actually thought through to even the slightest degree.

We have protests in modern Western countries going on all over the world. They are like a contest to see who can win the prize for the most polite, reserved, considerate, mild-mannered and tame protest of the year.

They’re not credible, they’re not effective, they’re nothing but feel-good exercises.

Nothing ever comes of them, because even the people who are most motivated to actually engage in them, are absolutely and totally unwilling (or unable) to do anything more than throwing a glorified street party.

Any actual violence is practically guaranteed to be done by rent-a-mobs financed by TPTB.

Third world nations have civil wars around the clock (probably all stoked and provoked by the intelligence / permanent war starting services of 1st world nations, primarily ours), but when was the last 1st world nation ‘civil war’?

There doesn’t appear to have been one since 1946-1949 in Greece, but that’s essentially an extension of WWII. People were presumably already trained and mobilized during WWII, and shortly after WWII, they started fighting each other instead.

The Italian civil war was actually during WWII (1943-1945), and the Spanish civil war was during the run-up to WWII (1936-1939). So even the few examples that exist were essentially precursors to or extensions of WWII.

They are so far removed from current times (not to mention current technology) that they may as well have happened centuries ago.

How does one throw a civil war in a modern total surveillance police-state?

Unless I missed it on the list, it has never been done before.

There is little incentive for the old guard to stand and fight, potentially getting killed, and losing their assets — even those successfully squirreled away in foreign countries.

That leads to potential consideration of events like the wall coming down in Germany, Ceaucescu’s last speech in Romania, the devolution of the Soviet Union, the collapse of white rule in South Africa, the end of Pinochet in Chile, and other such events.

That would violate the Constitution, which would immediately be challenged in court, which will then immediately be appealed to the (not)Supreme Court.

It is then on the (not)Supreme Court to decide to reveal and expose themselves as complicit with the criminal regime to the overthrow of the Constitution, or decide they will uphold the Constitution and rule that the election takes place as always.

I’m going to be honest here…..it confuses me to keep up with your arguments sometimes. On the one hand, you want to go with fundamental principles but say that they are honored more in the breach than in support by modern institutions; then, you maintain that modern institutions will support the Constitution or other pieces of paper rather than the dictates of raw power; after which, you indicate that the legitimacy of institutions is based on such documents.

I feel like we almost have agreement on something, but it keeps jetting off onto something else.

C) no matter who won the appeal, would the side that loses the appeal not immediately appeal up to the (not)Supreme Court? Is that not true?

I don’t know if they will or they won’t, which is why I said either they will do this, or they will do that; I outlined the process, the “if/then” of what would be expected to happen IF the rogue and illegitimate regime attempts to delay the election.

What I meant is that in reality (which apparently I don’t have a firm grasp of) the legitimacy of the (not)Supreme Court is (obviously?) based on the document (Constitution), unless that is also now to be credibly disputed?

I’m pretty sure Article III (of the Constitution) authorizes the creation of the judicial branch, of which the (not)Supreme Court is the highest court.

Paxlovid Does Not Reduce Risk Of Long COVID, Potentially Linked To Rebound Symptoms: Study

Paxlovid, an antiviral medication prescribed to treat symptoms associated with COVID-19, does not reduce the risk of developing long COVID in vaccinated people recovering at home.

The report comes from a new study published in the Journal of Medical Virology on Thursday. Conducted by a team of researchers from the University of California–San Francisco, the study also found that more people are experiencing rebounds of their COVID symptoms after taking Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir-ritonavir) than previously reported…

According to manufacturer Pfizer, initial trials of Paxlovid showed it reduced hospitalizations and death in unvaccinated COVID patients by 86 percent to 89 percent. A real-world study conducted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that adults who took Paxlovid within the first five days of a COVID-19 diagnosis had a 51 percent lower hospitalization rate within 30 days than those who did not take the medication. More recent studies have indicated lower efficacy rates, with patients having about 37 percent reduced hospitalization and death risk.

However, no study has pointed to whether the drug helps protect people from getting long COVID, noted authors of the UC San Francisco study.

Paxlovid Did Not Prevent Long COVID…

Paxlovid Rebound Symptoms Confirmed

The UC San Francisco study reported that just over 1 in 5 individuals (21 percent) who reported getting better after taking Paxlovid experienced rebound symptoms, or a return of their COVID symptoms. Among those who experienced rebounds, 10.8 percent reported one or more long-COVID symptoms.

Additionally, retesting positive was common among rebound patients; 25.7 percent of individuals who took Paxlovid and repeated antigen testing after testing negative ended up testing positive.

In all, just over 26 percent of participants reported either rebound symptoms or test positivity, the study noted…

The study echoes a Nov. 13, 2023, study conducted by Harvard Medical School (HMS) researchers also indicating that 1 in 5 individuals who took Paxlovid experienced a rebound of symptoms.

Thank you for this. IMO, Paxlovid can, and does, cause “rebound COVID” due to the Ritonavir that is part of the drug combo for Paxlovid. Ritonavir is used to treat HIV/AIDS patients. IMO, the Ritonavir in Paxlovid has a negative impact on the immune system of the person who takes it.

The language used to describe Ritonavir has been radically changed since the drug was incorporated into Paxlovid (which is a combo of Ritonavir and Nirmatrelvir.) PAGES 12-21 IS THE LIST OF “Established and Other Potentially Significant Drug Reactions.”
PAGE 22 lists the potential negative / fatal effects of Paxlovid for pregnant women who take it and their unborn children.

It appears that Ritonavir is a CYP3A inhibitor. CYP3A (also called CYP3A4) is a liver enzyme that “recognizes” and breaks down / eliminates, “enemy” or “foreign” molecules from the body, among other actions. Ritonavir (part of the drug combo for Paxlovid) inhibits the ability of the liver to perform the function described above. This mechanism of Ritonavir within Paxlovid is to ensure more absorption of the recipient’s body for the Nirmatrelvir (the antiviral part of the Paxlovid drug combo.)

About 1 million in payroll and outside consulting
About $600K in travel
Over $15K/month on office rent in NYC and expensive phones…
1.95 Million — A subcontract to another agency (more expenses) to a food distributor in Laos, corn, soybean meal, canned salmon. Prepare meals for students, allowed to take food home, built a school.
I’ve done enough philanthropy to know, an organization, operating at 60% expense ratio — who then passes off to another org who will siphon more expense — means very little aid is getting to those in need.
