Health Friday Open Thread 12.13.2024: The DNA in the Pfizer-BioNTech modRNA COVID-19 Bioweapon Toxin Injections (aka the COVID-19 “Vaccines”)

The above free vintage image of DNA strands is courtesy of Shutterstock via Google Images.

Health Friday is a series of posts related to Big Pharma, vaccines, general health, and associated topics. Since today’s post is related to the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”, it is dedicated to the memory of Yours Truly’s COVID-19 “vaccinated” late brother, Sam, and to her late cousin Bill; and to all persons, of whatever age or location, who have passed away from the negative effects (direct or indirect) of the COVID-19 “vaccines” that they took.

There are Important Wolf Moon Notifications, the Rules of our late, good Wheatie, and certain Yours Truly caveats, of which readers should be aware. They are linked here. The discussion today is not limited to what is presented below: It is an Open Thread.

Above all — There. Must. Be. Justice.

To Begin: Yours Truly will now change the name of the COVID-19 “vaccines” to reflect what they really are — dangerous and deadly bioweapons injections:

COVID-19 Bioweapon Toxin Injections (COVID-19 BTI). They are NOT “vaccines.” The FDA, the CDC, and the makers of these injections/injectables KNOW THIS. If Yours Truly refers to these injectables as “vaccines”, it is for “convenience-recognition” only, e.g., as in scientific papers or in media headlines.

Today’s post is a confirmation and an amplification regarding the discovery of large amounts of “free” DNA residue in vials of the Pfizer-BioNTech modRNA COVID-19 modRNA BTI, BNT162b2. The trail begins here: https://jessicar.substack.com/p/a-new-paper-confirms-presence-of, A new paper confirms presence of DNA in COVID-19 shot vials, settles issues pertaining to DNA quantification models, shows spike persistence and exosomal shuttling (shedding), by Jessica Rose, PhD., 4 December 2024. Yours Truly will address this article and the paper that it cites, in addition to some earlier papers by other researchers on the topic. The “weave” of today’s post is somewhat dense — the depth of the perfidy behind BNT162b2 is wide and deep. Please bear with me.

The paper to which Dr. Rose refers is here: https://publichealthpolicyjournal.com/biontech-rna-based-covid-19-injections-contain-large-amounts-of-residual-dna-including-an-sv40-promoter-enhancer-sequence/, Ulrike Kammerer et al., 3 December 2024. Read the paper’s title again — there are TWO types of DNA elements in the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 BTI, BNT162b2: what may be called “loose” DNA, plus an SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter-enhancer genome code sequence. The salient graphics regarding this from the paper are below:

The Kammerer, et al., paper is hugely important. The multitude of tests and assays that were performed on the samples from the Pfizer-BioNTech modRNA COVID-19 BTI vials is not only incredibly thorough; it is also stunning. Several earlier hypotheses (and evidence from previous scientific papers and articles) regarding these injectables are now confirmed:

One: More of the ingredients of the Pfizer-BioNTech modRNA COVID-19 BTI are confirmed — “loose” DNA; the SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter-enhancer genome code sequence; the presence of HEK293 cells (aborted fetal cells); the presence of the antibiotic, Neomycin (a drug that treats bacterial infections); and, ORI replicons in the plasmids in the injectable. ORI replicons are the things that “teach” the “vaccinated” person’s body to make copies of the spike protein — in other words, a type of self-amplifying modRNA mechanism is introduced into the body. Plasmids are tiny DNA molecules that are inside a cell; plasmids are not chromosomal DNA and can independently reproduce themselves. An image of plasmids inside a cell is below (courtesy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasmid):

Two: The amount of “loose” DNA in BNT162b2 is well above EMA (European Medicines Agency) limits. A screenshot of Figure 2. section D, of the Kammerer, et al., paper, below, clearly shows this:

Three: The presence of the DNA plasmids and of the SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter-enhancer gene code sequence were NOT disclosed to the FDA by Pfizer-BioNTech prior to that agency’s granting of the initial EUA for BNT162b2 on 11 December 2020 for this injectable’s use in the United States. The salient statement from the Kammerer, et al., paper, on this is below:

Yours Truly will note that the FDA also granted “full approval” of BNT162b2 in 2022, under the brand name COMIRNATY, and its “descendant clone” modRNA COVID-19 BTIs, including all “new formula” injections {such as the 2024-2025 COMIRNATY COVID-19 modRNA BTI.)

Four: There is a distinct possibility that BNT162b2 can “shed” from “vaccinated” persons onto other persons, via exosomal secretion. From the Discussion section of the Kammerer, et al., paper, below:

The COVID-19 modRNA BTIs are “shuttled” throughout the body of the person who takes these injectables. This “shuttling”, in part, is performed by exosomes. Exosomes are tiny elements that are formed by lipid bilayers and function as a kind of “shuttle service” within the body, carrying proteins, lipids, and other items to and from body organs, including to the skin. Please refer to: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35436552/, “Innate immune suppression by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines: The role of G-quadruplexes, exosomes, and MicroRNAs”, Stephanie Seneff, et al., 15 April 2022.

Scientific researchers have been experimenting with SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter-enchancer gene code since at least 1997. Please see: https://doi.org/10.1128/JVI.71.1.427-436.1997, “Direct modulation of simian virus 40 late gene expression by thyroid hormone and its receptor”, Fengrong Zuo, Tod Gulick, et al. Below is a graphic of the SV40 gene code experiment, followed by a portion of the Discussion section of this paper:

Research has been performed regarding SV40-induced cancers, via “methylation.” Please refer to: https://doi.org/10.1038/sj.cr.7290295, “Epigenetic changes in virus associated human cancers”, Hsin Pai Li, et al., 1 April 2005.

Two papers by Kevin McKernan have researched much of the information that the Kammerer, et al., paper has confirmed. One McKernan paper is here: https://doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/b9t7m, “Sequencing of bivalent Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines reveals nanogram to microgram quantities of expression vector dsDNA per dose”, Kevin McKernan, et al., 10 April 2023. A graphic from this paper is below:

Please note that there are two separate SV40 elements in this graphic: the SV40 enhancer and the SV40 “signal” in the poly-A “tail” of BNT162b2.

The other McKernan paper is here, regarding DNA fragments in BOTH the Pfizer-BioNTech AND in the Moderna modRNA COVID-19 BTIs: https://doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/mjc97, “DNA fragments detected in monovalent and bivalent Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna modRNA COVID-19 vaccines from Ontario, Canada: Exploratory dose relationship with serious adverse events”, Kevin McKernan, et al., 19 October 2023.

Yours Truly now turns to the “primary source document” for BNT162b2, the International Patent declaration document for this injectable. It is found here: https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2021213945A1/en, published on 28 October 2021. Note: The patent number in the Kammerer, et al., paper (WO2021214204) is a another identifier for this patent. It is difficult to access the actual patent document by using this identifier on a search — the above Google URL is easy to find. Another patent number for BNT162b2, WO2021213924, is similarly difficult to find. Yours Truly suspects that these other patent documents and information were “subsumed” into WO2021213945A1.

Yours Truly found listed in the above document, among many other items:

One: That BNT162b2 targets the “vaccinated” person’s CD 4 and CD8 cells. Please see the screenshot, below, from the International Patent declaration:

Two: That BNT162b2 uses ** either ** N1-Methylpseudouridine, or pseudouridine, or 5-methyl-uridine, to replace the natural Uridine in the “vaccinated” person’s body. Please see the screenshot, below, from the International Patent declaration:

The reason why, in Yours Truly’s opinion, there are THREE different types of “fake” Uridine that can be used in BNT262b2 is because Pfizer-BioNTech wanted to have “maximum leeway” to choose any of these three types for use in various formulations and/or lots of BNT162b2. That’s why the words “in one embodiment” are used throughout the patent document. This “leeway” would also theoretically apply to any “descendant clone” modRNA COVID-19 BTI made by this company.

**** Three: Regarding the Kammerer, et al., paper: These researchers used “Sequence ID 16” (SEQ ID 16) in the BNT162b2 International Patent declaration as the basis for their tests and assays regarding the presence of “loose” DNA and the presence of the SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter-enhancer gene code piece. Below is a screenshot of the mention of this sequence, and the BNT162b2 patent that was used, by Kammerer, et al.

Yours Truly read through the patent document and found the only area that appears to match SEQ ID 16. A screenshot of this, from the patent document, is below:

From here, Yours Truly found a long list of the actual spike protein gene codes (S protein) in SEQ ID 16. This sequence begins with “hAg-Kozak“, which is important as regards “loose” DNA and the SV40 cancer promoter gene piece code. Please see the screenshot of the hAg-Kozak code, followed by a portion of the spike protein codes, below:

The hAg-Kozak codes are a kind of nucleic acid “pattern” that functions as a “protein initiation site” in mRNA applications (paraphrased from the hAg-Kozak entry at Wikipedia.)

Finally, a screenshot follows of the FI element and Poly-A tail gene codes in SEQ ID 16:

Recall that the Poly-A tail is the “signal” for the SV40 cancer promoter gene code piece in the McKernan paper, cited above.

Our gracious host, Wolf Moon, points out that the FI element is this, per the link here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/65e702542f2b3bd5107cd85f/FOI_22-1116_-_attachment.pdf:

FI element (nucleotides 3864 to 4158): The 3′-UTR is a combination of two sequence elements derived from the “amino terminal enhancer of split” (AES) mRNA (called F) and the mitochondrial encoded 12S ribosomal RNA (called I). These were identified by an ex vivo selection process for sequences that confer RNA stability and augment total protein expression9

Wolf Moon continues: “So basically these are gene sequences that were found to work well as linkers which enhance production of the desired target (the spike protein), and are thus tacked onto the sequence for the spike. IMO they are a lot like the SV40 sequence for DNA, but they work at the mRNA level.”

Further discussion of the TWO separate SV40 cancer promoter elements in BNT162b2 are found in another item cited by the Kammerer, et al., paper: https://anandamide.substack.com/p/pfizer-and-moderna-bivalent-vaccines, “Pfizer and Moderna bivalent vaccines contain 20 – 35% expression vector and are transformation competent in E. coli”, 8 March 2023. A screenshot of their assessment of the SV40 cancer promoter and “signal” placements in BNT162b2 is below:

In Yours Truly’s opinion: What we have here was / is NOT a case of Pfizer-BioNTech saying, “Oops, forgot to remove the loose DNA from BNT162b2 before it was / is put into the vials”; NOR was it / is it, a case of, “Oops, forgot to remove the SV40 elements from the product before it was / is put into the vials.” Instead, it is deliberate inclusion of BOTH the “loose” DNA AND of the SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter-enhancer gene code piece into BNT162b2. It says it right there in the International Patent declaration for BNT162b2, the SEQ ID 16 listings. Since BNT162b2 is the basis for the “descendant clone” COVID-19 modRNA BTI by this company, plus the fact that all of these products are manufactured using the “Process 2” method (“marinating” the ingredients of the injectable in E. coli), Yours Truly will posit that it can be assumed that “loose” DNA and the SV40 promoter-enhancer gene codes are present in these “descendant clone” injectables, even if they are present in lesser amounts.

For more information regarding the “shedding” of modRNA COVID-19 BTI, please see: www.theqtree.com/2024/03/25/the-elephant-in-the-room-shedding-of-both-the-covid-19-virus-itself-and-the-covid-19-vaccines/.

For more information on the Process 2 manufacturing method that Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna use to produce BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273 respectively (and their respective “descendant clone” modRNA COVID-19 BTI), please see: www.theqtree.com/2023/11/06/the-infamous-process-2-manufacturing-method-for-the-pfizer-biontech-moderna-covid-19-vaccines/.

IT IS TIME TO STOP ALL USE OF BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), OF mRNA-1273 (SPIKEVAX), AND THEIR “2024-2025 FORMULA COVID-19 VACCINES” IMMEDIATELY.

THERE. MUST. BE. JUSTICE.

This is a good thread, and it highlights some of the things I’ve been saying since election night. Things like: There will be no resistance 2.0. The sane dems will come to support major parts of Trumpism. This period reminds me of the fall of the Berlin wall. The lying legacy media destroyed itself during the election. The lying legacy media continues to dig their hole deeper by how they are reacting to the loss and Trump’s nominees. The gop establishment are still a bit delusional and think they can stand in the breech. This isn’t 2016 And while the thread doesn’t draw any conclusions, it’s clear that most have no idea what’s about to hit them come Jan 20th. We will see a blitzkrieg like we have never seen before. Energy prices will crash. Regulations will be gutted, illegal immigration will come to a stop, deportations will be swift, and pink slips will be going out to 10,000s of gov workers. Wars will end, hostages will be released, tarrifs will be placed, and on and on. It’s going to be glorious, and the majority of the country will celebrate. While many on the left’s major players will try to hide or flee. The lying legacy media won’t have any idea on what to cover or even what narrative to push. And as each domino falls, it builds momentum for the next and the next and the next to fall. By July 4th, 2026, much of America will be in a totally different place and mindset.

@newstart_2024

Dr. Mark Hyman: “Diabetes reversible, heart disease reversible, Alzheimer’s, now Richard Isaacson has done amazing work showing how we can reverse Alzheimer’s using aggressive lifestyle interventions.” “We’ve spent, this is a great example about $2 billion and over 400 studies trying to find drugs for Alzheimer’s and nothing has worked. The drugs that are approved are extremely expensive, have marginal benefit, a lot of side effects and cost a huge amount of money and may delay your entry into nursing home by two or three months. That’s a win. That’s not very good.” “Now there’s a couple of trials that have been done. The finger trial out in Europe and the pointer trial, which is emerging, that showed aggressive lifestyle intervention, diet, exercise, managing stress, sleep, optimizing all your risk factors. was able to not just slow the progression of Alzheimer’s and dementia, but to reverse it. This is published data. This is not my opinion.” “Richard Isaacson also has published this data. And now using biomarkers, and we can actually test with function, soon we’ll be adding biomarkers for Alzheimer’s. So now there’s blood tests for Alzheimer’s. So you don’t have to wait until you forget your keys. And also for cancer, you’re asking about cancer, we do a multi-cancer.” “So on imaging, which is very expensive and difficult and not- Brain imaging. Yeah, brain imaging. You can see the changes up to 30 years before you get Alzheimer’s as a symptom. With blood tests, it’s not as far as that. We’re still figuring out what those times are, but you can see start, these proteins start to develop in the blood that indicate there’s something happening and you can then intervene early.” “And the thing about Alzheimer’s is that if you intervene early, you can have an incredible benefit to help slow the progression and delay it and actually reverse it. And I’ve seen this in my patients. I wrote a book about this, the Ultramine solution 15 years ago, the Dale Bredesen’s written a book called the End of Alzheimer’s and documenting that we have to get through causes.” “I think it’s a medical paradigm shift. You know, I think as most doctors are in a world that’s flat world, they don’t understand that the world is round. We’ve shifted a paradigm scientifically from a disease-based diagnostic system to understanding the body as an integrated ecosystem. And so the work of people like Lee Ray Hood from the Institute for Systems Biology, his Phenome Project, is mapping out how. our understanding of disease is completely wrong.” “It’s based on labeling people according to symptoms and where it is in their body rather than on mechanisms and causes. So I wrote a book called Young Forever, which is about longevity. We talked about it, I think, last time I was on your show. And in the book, I talk about the scientists who come up with this model of what are the root causes of aging?” “Because we think aging is just, it’s gonna happen inevitable. We’re gonna get sick, we’re gonna get older, we’re gonna get frail, we’re gonna get weak. and they’ve identified the underlying biology behind that. So if we cured heart disease and cancer from the face of the planet, we might extend life five to seven years. You can get the same thing with meaning and purpose or playing tennis.” “But if you actually drill with the hallmarks of aging, the things that really go wrong, inflammation, mitochondrial insure, or nutrition, you can act, and your microbiome, all the things that underlie disease, you could extend life by 30 or 40 years, which means living to 120, which is a crazy notion, right?” So we now understand biology in a very different way than we did before, and it hasn’t translated into the clinic. And so why I co-founded Function Health with my co-founders was to help accelerate this gap, to kind of leapfrog over this ossified system. But we need to change.”

NEWS: Tensions continue to rise over mass deportation responsibilities as we get closer to President Trump taking office. This time between the Sheriff and San Diego County Board of Supervisors. Sheriff Kelly Martinez officially announces she will not side with any “super sanctuary” policy in place in San Diego. She pointed out that she is an independently elected official, which she is, and the Board does not set policy for her office, which they don’t. Essentially, the Sheriff just called out the Democrats on the Board for virtue signaling, saying she had made her position clear and they knew she would not adhere to this policy before they voted 3-1 to approve it. Good for Sheriff Kelly Martinez for being on the right side of history with President Trump. We have 40 days left until Liberation Day begins, America!

Luke 1:26-38

26In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. 28And he came to her and said, “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!” 29But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be. 30And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. 32He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33and he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there will be no end.” 34And Mary said to the angel, “How shall this be, since I have no husband?” 35And the angel said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. 36And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren. 37For with God nothing will be impossible.” 38And Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.

At first I was going to do a round-up of all of POTUS Trump’s picks via screen shots and then realized it would be WAY too long. Also the images would eat up too much time loading and possibly overwhelm Steve’s internet service. Therefore I am going to delve into some of the concerns raised. (If people are interested I can do the Trump picks as a separate article or possibly series of article to chronicle this Historic Post Election period.)

One QTreeper linked to this Gateway Pundit article recently:

INGRASSIA: America’s Political Tradition Comes From The Constitution: The Trump Mandate Calls For A Restoration Of Its Original Meaning And Preeminence

The author, Paul Ingrassia, is a Constitutional Scholar so it is worth reading in it’s entirety.

…The second branch of the government – aptly outlined under Article II, is the executive. The executive branch, under the Constitution’s very explicit original formulation (which, contrary to the overwhelming sentiment in today’s Washington, is an article that has not undergone emendation…) is vested entirely (in noticeable contradistinction to “mostly” or “largely”) in a (again, singular, one) President of the United States (“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America” …the executive branch is the only one under our Constitution – which, again, is the law of the land – that is vested in a single individual….

In official duties, the President – or Chief Magistrate – is tasked with law enforcement. He is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, ensuring civilian control over the military — not, as our latter-day betters would have us believe, something to be outsourced to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or the Pentagon, or lobbyists and consultants working for Raytheon.

Being singular or unitary, the President appoints cabinet secretaries and federal judges. The latter [Should be former -GC] answer to him alone. And while Congressional approval, in some cases, is needed to fulfill the President’s constitutional obligation for nominations, the President – as the Unitary Executive – has full discretion over the tenures of each and every one of his underlings within the executive department

As for the agencies (and the larger bureaucracy), the acute observer will find – well, problematic – that no such fourth branch of government exists within the text of the Constitution…

Ingrassia makes the case that the federal bureaucracy is UNDER the executive branch, that is the PRESIDENT and therefore should be answerable to him. “…the President – as the Unitary Executive – has full discretion over the tenures of each and every one of his underlings within the executive department….” The following article from The Congressional Research Service (.gov) shows how Congress has gradually taken control of the executive from the President and turned it into an unelected, unfireable autocratic government aka The Deep State or Shadow Government.

This article deals with the ‘Head of that Snake’ THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE

….

The president is also the commander-in-chief of the armed forces but even here the Cabal, via congress, has encroached on his powers.

Duke Univ: Can Presidents ‘fire’ senior military officers? Generally, yes…but it’s complicated

…A little history: up until the end of the Civil War, the President exercised virtually unconstrained power to dismiss military officers.  However, in 1865 Congress passed legislation which purports to limit that power.  That legislation was essentially the same as that found today codified in 10 USC § 1161(a).

The legitimacy of Congress imposing statutory restrictions on the authority of the President to remove military officers was initially “subject of doubt and discussion.”  It remains controversial even today, particularly since there doesn’t seem to be a case precisely on point as to the constitutionality.

👉Nevertheless, the better view does seem to suggest that Congress has the power to set some limits on the President’s dismissal authority – at least in times of peace….

The BETTER VIEW? In whose view? The Cabal’s? Note that article was written AFTER Obama’s Purge of around 200 top Military Officers. See List Of Military Elite Purged And Fired Under Obama and Obama purged military of those who sought victory

Ingrassia says:

To continue our analogy from above, the President is roughly akin to a British King – a comparison made both favorably and unfavorably throughout the Federalist Papers, that handbook to aid constitutional interpretation and explanation, devised by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay.

Thus we can go to The Federalist Papers, IF you can find them, to see what our founders actually meant… If you have any doubts. I had to use Yandex to actually find the papers.

FEDERALIST No. 23. The Necessity of a Government as Energetic as the One Proposed to the Preservation of the Union & No. 74. The Command of the Military and Naval Forces, and the Pardoning Power of the Executive.

…THE President of the United States is to be “commander-in-chief of the army and navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several States when called into the actual service of the United States.” The propriety of this provision is so evident in itself, and it is, at the same time, so consonant to the precedents of the State constitutions in general, that little need be said to explain or enforce it. 👉Even those of them which have, in other respects, coupled the chief magistrate with a council, have for the most part concentrated the military authority 👉in him alone. Of all the cares or concerns of government, the direction of war most peculiarly demands those qualities which distinguish 👉the exercise of power by a single hand

Given Obama’s purge of the military and the loss of the smarter officers during the Clot Shot debacle, I think this is a very important part of POTUS Trump’s executive powers. Can You Really Be Recalled to Active Duty at Any Time? [YES!]

Ingrassia also cites Article III dealing with the establishment of the federal courts: the Supreme Court and the other federal courts. So let’s take a look at this branch of government since it is responsible for enforcing US law and the Constitution…. But IT HAS NOT! We pay attention to the DC government but most often over look the long term damage done by the corrupted judiciary.

U.S. Constitution – Article III | Constitution

Section 1

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office….

Section 2

The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed…. [We now have trial by JUDGES or BUREAUCRATS and not juries BTW. – GC]

Section 3

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason…

So can Trump fire federal judges? NO, not according to Publius Huldah. I am a BIG FAN of this lady and I hope POTUS Trump finds a use for her, perhaps in JAG.

From her ABOUT page.
“…Publius Huldah” is the nom de guerre of Joanna Martin, J.D., who is a thoroughly nice person, in addition to all the above.  And if you hear otherwise, consider this from Socrates, who reportedly said, “When the debate is lost, slander is the weapon of the loser” [Boy, haven’t we seen the truth of that ancient wisdom! Also, if some one is slandered by the MSM, that means they are a threat to the Deep State in IMHO, – GC]

To the Department of Homeland Security:

I am delighted to  learn of your intense & increasing interest in learning the original intent of Our Constitution!  Please feel free to browse around to  your hearts’ content.

😂 The comments are worth reading BTW

A search for the word “Judge” on her site turns up some real goodies — LINK. She has a similar opinion of the Supreme Court and judges to mine. 😡

Defeat “COVID” Mandates by restoring the Genuine Meaning of the “privileges and immunities” and “due process” clauses

Someone asked me why I write on the US Constitution when the US Supreme Court won’t enforce it.

This is why:  Our Declaration of Independence recognizes the self-evident Truth that Rights come from God, and that they are unalienable.  Accordingly, there are certain areas of your life which are off-limits to government regulation – you have an “immunity” from governmental regulation of these areas.

But since the federal and state governments are refusing to recognize our Rights, it falls on us to boldly step up to the plate and insist that our Rights be respected.  You have no lawful, moral, or religious duty to submit to a government when it violates our Constitution and seeks to take from you the rights God gave you.

Governments do not have constitutional authority to force you to take the COVID JAB.

And in this paper I show that the “privileges and immunities” and “due process” clauses of the US Constitution prohibit the federal, state, and local governments from requiring you to be “jabbed” or putting you into a concentration camp if they assert that you are at “high risk” of getting infected [i.e., those who are 65 years of age or older]….

Why Supreme Court opinions are not the “Law of the Land”, and how to put federal judges in their place.

PLEASE READ!!! Huldah is a Constitutional scholar and lawyer. Her evisceration of the judiciary and Congress is Epic. [COSP =Convention of States Project, Mark Levin is an advocate BTW and thus a viper. I noticed after I pointed that out years ago at OT, the web page disappeared. 🤔]

One of her foot notes from another article: Transgenders in the Military – Who Decides: Congress, the President, or Federal Judges?

4 I trust you see why Hamilton is viciously smeared. The relentless attacks on our Framers have a purpose: Take them down – and our Foundation is destroyed. Hamilton wrote most of The Federalist Papers, which Madison and Jefferson recognized as the best evidence of the genuine meaning of our Constitution.  What effect do these constant attacks on Hamilton have on peoples’ respect for The Federalist Papers? Beware of false friends who undermine our Foundation; and of jealous men whose claim to fame is that they attack Hamilton. [In looking up various Federalist Papers on Brave, I have come across some doozys but could not find the actual papers, just commentary. — GC]

This is her conclusion in her article on Transgenders in the Military.

Conclusion

Let us put the federal courts in their proper place! Congress and the President have the recognized power to refuse to go along with unconstitutional or ultra vires acts of the Judicial Branch; and their Oaths of office require them to do so. Congress also has the power to rid us of usurping federal judges via the impeachment process.

You could also apply this reasoning to Biden using the US Military as guinea pigs for targets of a BIOWEAPON. She addresses that too in the first article I cited: Why Supreme Court opinions are not the “Law of the Land”

1. First Principles

Let’s analyze COSP’s silly argument. We begin by looking at First Principles:

♦The Judicial Branch was created by Art. III, §1, US Constitution. Accordingly, it is a “creature” of the Constitution. 1

♦The federal government came into existence when the States, acting through special ratifying conventions held in each of the States, ratified the Constitution.2

Since the Judicial Branch is merely a “creature” of the Constitution, it follows that it is subordinate to the Constitution, and is completely subject to its terms. It may not annul the superior authority of the States which created the Judicial Branch when they ratified the Constitution; and as a mere “creature” of the Constitution, it may NOT change the Constitution under which it holds its existence! 4

.we elect to Congress people who don’t know our Constitution or The Federalist Papers; and they are unaware of their Duty – imposed by their Oath of office – to function as a “check” on the Judicial Branch by impeaching federal judges who violate our Constitution.

The “Taxing Clause”, Five Lawless Judges, and obamacare

… we delegated only a very few powers to the federal government.

Accordingly, Congress has strictly limited legislative powers over the Country at large. These powers are listed primarily at Art. I, §8, clauses 3-16, and are restricted to war, international commerce & relations; and domestically, the creation of an uniform commercial system: weights & measures, patents & copyrights, a monetary system based on gold & silver, bankruptcy laws, mail delivery & roads. Several Amendments delegate to Congress some power over civil rights.

These enumerated powers are the only areas where the federal government has lawful authority over The States and The People in The States.  In all other matters [except those listed at Art. I, §10]the States and The People retain supremacy, independence, and sovereignty. Go here for a complete list of all of Congress’ Enumerated Powers.

Obamacare is altogether unconstitutional because it is outside the scope of the legislative powers We granted to Congress. 👉 Nothing in Our Constitution authorizes the federal government to control our medical care 👈 (or to exercise the other fearsome powers in the Act)...

The Oath Of Office: The Check On Usurpations By Congress, The Executive Branch, & Federal Judges.

… it is a President’s sworn duty to refuse to enforce any unconstitutional “law” made by Congress. And contrary to the misinformation with which we are constantly bombarded, judges are not vested with exclusive authority to declare Acts of Congress unconstitutional.

The Truth is that a President, the States, local governments, 👉and individual citizens👈, together with the courts, all have the Right &Duty to overrule – to spurn & cast out – unconstitutional laws made by Congress. For it is a fundamental [though long suppressed] Principle of our Founding that an unconstitutional “law” is no “law” at all – it is a “mere usurpation, and deserves to be treated as such”…

I am going to detour to what I consider an important topic in my old notes, JURY NULLIFICATION. It is the American citizens FINAL SAY on the laws passed by our representatives. From 2015:

A pamphlet told the juror what his Constitutional rights and obligations were. This is information the JUDGE should be clearly stating to EVERY JURY. INSTEAD He was arrested for handing out literature. LINK

In fact this is becoming a LAW in some states thanks to the groups handing out the pamphlets.

This is perhaps THE MOST IMPORTANT move any American can make to protect our freedom. WE as Jurorists have the RIGHT and duty to judge not only the case by the LAW itself. We as Jurorists CAN set aside laws passed by Congress! This is the ultimate power of the people over the government and the Elite want to keep it hidden!

SEPTEMBER 30, 2007

WHAT JUDGES & LAWYERS WON’T TELL YOU ABOUT JURIES

…On appeal, however, the jurors’ action was upheld and the right of juries to judge both the law and the facts — to nullify the law if it chose — became part of British constitutional law.

It ultimately became part of American constitutional law as well, With only a few exceptions, juries are explicitly or implicitly told to worry only about the facts and let the judge decide the law.

The right of jury nullification has become one of the legal system’s best kept secrets.

Now a remarkable coalition has sprung up to challenge this secrecy as undemocratic, unconstitutional and dangerous…

FIJA seeks to require that juries be informed of their nullification rights. Informed jury amendments have been filed as an initiative in seven states and legislation has been introduced in the Alaska state legislature.

Merely raising the issue of nullification can make prosecutors nervous, for it takes only one person aware of the right in order to hang a jury. In Washington, DC, where the concept was discussed in connection with the Marion Barry trial, a local television station reported that the US Attorney was worried that a jury might nullify the law in that case……

Far from being an unintended side-effect, jury nullification is explicitly authorized in the constitutions of 24 states. State Language on Jury Nullification

“…Merely raising the issue of nullification can make prosecutors nervous…”

Publius Huldah gets into WHY prosecutors become nervous and what has been done to our legal system.

The Trial of The Lawsuit Against The State of Arizona: Must Supreme Court Judges Obey The Constitution?

…The Federalist Papers were written during 1787-88 by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, to explain the proposed Constitution to The People and to induce them to ratify it. Thus, The Federalist is the most authoritative commentary on the genuine meaning of Our Constitution.  And at a meeting of the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia on March 4, 1825 at which Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were present, the following resolution selecting the texts for the Law school, was passed:

…on the distinctive principles of the government of our own state, and of that of the US. the best guides are to be found in 1. the Declaration of Independance, as the fundamental act of union of these states. 2. the book known by the title of `The Federalist’, being an authority to which appeal is habitually made by all, and rarely declined or denied by any as evidence of the general opinion of those who framed, and of those who accepted the Constitution of the US. on questions as to it’s genuine meaning…. (page 83)  [emphasis added]

So! Thomas Jefferson, Author of the Declaration of Independence, and James Madison, Father of The Constitution, acknowledged the high authoritative status of The Federalist Papers.  They saw The Constitution as having a fixed meaning which one could learn by consulting The Federalist!

2. But supreme Court judges soon refused to submit to The Constitution as explained by The Federalist Papers. In 1907, former Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes said, “…the Constitution is what the judges say it is…”.  Judges thus rejected the objective standard provided by The Federalist, and substituted their own subjective interpretations. Law schools embraced this subversion:  Instead of teaching The Constitution as a set of fixed principles explained by The Federalist, they taught supreme Court opinions which say Congress may do whatever it pleases. They also taught that supreme Court judges have unbridled authority to say what the Constitution means. Law schools thus produced generations of constitutionally illiterate lawyers & judges who have been indoctrinated with the monstrous Lie that Our Constitution means whatever judges on the supreme Court say!  And because these lawyers failed in their sacred duty to think, and uncritically accepted what they were told, Our Country is on the brink of destruction….

Of course our John Dewey Progressive School System made DARN SURE Americans are completely ignorant of our Constitution, rights and remedies, the better to turn us into good little Marxist slaves.

On last,
Publius Huldah’s article on calling forth the militia.

Our Constitution provides two separate & independent methods for the federal government to “call forth the Militia” to suppress Insurrections

Because of its excellence and relevance to the insurrections being fomented in our cities by the Marxist organization “Black Lives Matter”, Antifa, and other revolutionary organizations; I sent the recent paper by Edwin Vieira, JD., Ph.D., titled, “The President’s Authority To Suppress Insurrections” [link], to my lists.

In response, some objected that the riots in the cities are local issues to be handled (or not) by the State and local governments – that they are not “federal” issues over which the federal government has jurisdiction. Some also asserted that Article IV, §4, US Constitution prohibits the President from sending the National Guard into a State to quell such disturbances, unless & until the Legislature or the Governor of the State requests it.

Those objections are not well-founded.

First: What’s going on in our cities is not something which can be prudently brushed aside. It is a classic manifestation of a Marxist revolution – see, e.g., this article from “Workers’ World”. Furthermore, as shown below, the President of the United States has constitutional and statutory authority to exercise his own judgment as to whether he should send in the “Militia” to suppress the uprisings.

Second: Our Constitution provides two separate and independent methods for the federal government to suppress such uprisings.

Dr. Vieira’s paper sets forth the other method of “calling forth the Militia” – the method provided for at Article I, §8, clauses 15 & 16, US Constitution. That provides for the intervention of the Militia within a State at the initiative of the federal government, regardless of whether the State requests it.. 1

I hope you enjoyed my tour through some of Publius Huldah’s articles and will continue reading her excellent commentary. I am now going to look at a few other articles of interest by others.

Security Clearances and Presidential Authority

….a recent Congressional Research Service report explains. “The criteria for election or appointment to these positions are specified in the U.S. Constitution, and except by constitutional amendment, no additional criteria (e.g., holding a security clearance) may be required.”

In fact, the security clearance system itself is an expression of presidential authority. Its scope and operation are defined in an executive order (EO 12968), and its terms can be modified by the President at will.

And if the President wished to grant access to classified information to a family member, for example, there would be no legal barrier to doing so…..

So that kills THAT objection by RINOs and Demonrats when it comes to ratifying POTUS Trump’s picks.

08/01/19 The Hill:

Senate Democrats demand Trump order review of White House Security Clearances

…Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson wrote in a letter to the senators earlier this month that he could not begin a review of the security clearance process without direction from Trump or one of his “designees” because “the authority over access to classified information ultimately rests with the President of the United States.”…

Of course the Senate has ZERO jurisdiction over Security Clearances so this is just more encroachment on the executive.

June 11, 2021 Justice Dept. to probe secret subpoena for Schiff’s records on Trump’s watch

Jan. 25, 2023 Kevin McCarthy kicks Reps. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell off intel panel

From Brian Cates: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1863237024204927401.html

H/T TradeBait2 for the Cate’s links.

Now Adam Schiff is going to be come a senator. I wonder if POTUS Trump will deny him a security clearance…. OR WORSE?

Added by Wolf…..

Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Tuesday assailed President-elect Donald Trump’s suggestion that he and other former members of the defunct House Jan. 6 committee be imprisoned.

Trump advocated that those on the former panel who investigated the 2021 U.S. Capitol riot and his role in overturning the 2020 election should “go to jail.”

“I don’t think the incoming president should be threatening his political opponents with jail time,” Schiff told reporters on his first full day as a senator. “That’s not the kind of talk we should hear from the president in a democracy, nor do I think that a pardon is necessary for the members of the Jan. 6 committee.”

President Joe Biden is weighing preemptive pardons over fears Trump may seek retribution against Schiff and other high-profile members of the bipartisan panel, including former Chairman Bennie Thomson (D-MS), Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), and former Rep. Liz Cheney. Biden is also considering pardons for other political foes who could come under Trump’s microscope.

“We are proud of the work we did in that committee,” Schiff continued. “It was a fundamental oversight obligation to investigate the first attempt to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power in our history.”

Trump said in an NBC Meet the Press interview that aired over the weekend that he would not direct Justice Department officials to bring charges against the committee members but accused them of engaging in unspecified criminal activity.

“For what they did, honestly, they should go to jail,” Trump said.

In a separate portion, Trump said that “retribution will be through success.” He’s also vowed to pardon those charged with and convicted of crimes related to the Capitol riot.

Let’s see what happens to Pencil-Neck Shifty Schiff!

Physicians in the United States are banned from owning hospitals. That’s not a conspiracy theory—it’s Section 6001 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), passed in 2010. Here’s how it happened: •Congress needed votes for the ACA. •The American Hospital Association (AHA) made a deal: They’d back the law if Congress banned new physician-owned hospitals. Why? To protect big hospital monopolies from competition. With insurers taking a larger cut under the ACA, hospitals wanted a guarantee they’d get theirs too. The result? •No new physician-owned hospitals for over a decade. •Patients are stuck with fewer choices, higher expenses, and less innovation. •Meanwhile, studies show physician-owned hospitals consistently deliver better outcomes and higher satisfaction. Here’s what blows my mind: Almost no one knows this. Like 99% of Americans. Why? •Because this deal was buried in legislative fine print. •Because the healthcare industry is more interested in protecting profits than educating the public. •Because we’ve normalized the idea that this is just how healthcare works. But here’s the truth: If you want better healthcare—lower expenses, better outcomes, more options—you need competition. And that starts with ending policies like this. How can we fix healthcare if no one even knows it’s broken? So, now you know. #health #care #healthcare

@drawandstrike

If you **still** can’t tell at this point how this ‘game’ is played, you’re probably still asleep in the Matrix. Shall I tell you? How this game is played? They’re trying to set Trump up for 4 years of narrative bombing. They’re rushing to empower AQ/ISIS all over again just like they did the last time under that gay motherfucker Obama. Do you not know? Can you not see? They’ve already earmarked hundreds of billions of dollars that the international MIC is going to spend ‘containing’ these CIA/Mossad paramilitary Operation Gladio groups they created and now empowered to take over Syria. Bad enough that ISIS was allowed by NATO and the West to gallivant around the region from 2008-2017 in those oh-so-slow moving car/truck caravans up and down the highways as they committed their mass executions and depravities. They had a magical mystery air shield that prevented their convoys from being blown back to the Stone Age. Weird how that worked, huh? They managed to seize and HOLD vast swaths of territory for YEARS while that gay motherfucker Obama did the helpless shrugging act, acting like he was trying OH SO VERY HARD to ‘contain’ them, but nothing he could really do. Nothing seemed to work, don’t cha’ know? Guess what? He wasn’t really trying. No one was, really. Because ISIS was a creation of the West and was a tool being used to provide the EXCUSE for all the MIC money-laundering and defense contracting/industry money shuffle. Same fucking thing they did with Al Qaeda. Trump will declassify the truth about what that fucking traitor No Name and Hillary and Obama and all the rest were doing in Benghazi. Trillions of dollars went into the ‘need’ to ‘promote democracy’ in that region after 9/11. And then Syria, and then to combat the mysterious rise and dominance of ISIS. And now here we fucking go again. Same players, same playbook. If you’re pretending to fall for this, you must be in on it. As for the people who’ve figured out what’s been going on, we’ve had ENOUGH OF THIS SHIT. Trump will shut this down immediately when he comes in. They are counting on that. So here’s what you can expect to happen once Trump stays out of it. They’re gonna spend 4 years screaming he’s ‘abandoning democracy!’ when he doesn’t send hundreds of billions of dollars to keep the MIC/CIA/Mossad proxies ‘contained’ in Syria. They’re gonna insist he get in there and ‘save Israel’ from this self-generated threat. And when he doesn’t they’re gonna use this to attack him. No no, don’t thank me. This is what I do for living. It’s my contribution to The Great Awakening. Get a different playbook, you fucking losers.

Isaiah 40:1-11

1Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. 2Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and cry to her that her warfare is ended, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she has received from the LORD’s hand double for all her sins. 3A voice cries: “In the wilderness prepare the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain. 5And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.” 6A voice says, “Cry!” And I said, “What shall I cry?” All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. 7The grass withers, the flower fades, when the breath of the LORD blows upon it; surely the people is grass. 8The grass withers, the flower fades; but the word of our God will stand for ever. 9Get you up to a high mountain, O Zion, herald of good tidings; lift up your voice with strength, O Jerusalem, herald of good tidings, lift it up, fear not; say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!” 10Behold, the Lord GOD comes with might, and his arm rules for him; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. 11He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arms, he will carry them in his bosom, and gently lead those that are with young.

One of my favorites.

Dear KMAG: 20241209 Trump Won Three Times ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden never won. This is our Real President – 45, 46, 47.

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And yes, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!

We will always remember Wheatie,

Pray for Trump,

Yet have fun,

and HOLD ON when things get crazy!

We will follow the RULES of civility that Wheatie left for us:

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

And while we engage in vigorous free speech, we will remember Wheatie’s advice on civility, non-violence, and site unity:

“We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.”

“Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.”

If this site gets shut down, please remember various ways to get back in touch with the rest of the gang:

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

Daily outrage and epic phuckery abound.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

And we will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wolfie’s Wheatie’s Word of the Week:

urbiculture

noun

  • cultivation or development of urban life
  • the practices and problems peculiar to cities or to urban life
  • the way of life characteristic of cities
  • urban culture

Used in a sentence

Is wokeism a natural part of modern urbiculture, or is it a special pathology thereof?

Shown in a picture by Gab’s “wokester” AI, “Woke Gemini”

Apparently shown in a video (by searching on the word)

MUSIC!

SO – the DDG search “urbiculture music” weirdly brings back mostly videos of Ethiopian music, but it also brought back this ambient Greek and Mediterranean music with accompanying scenic photography. Enjoy!

THE STUFF

This speaks for itself.

I really wish I had seen this movie earlier.

Just sayin’!

And remember…….

Until victory, have faith!

And trust the big plan, too!

And as always….

ENJOY THE SHOW

On this day and every day –

God is in Control
. . . and His Grace is Sufficient, so . . .
Keep Looking Up

Hopefully, every Sunday, we can find something here that will build us up a little . . . give us a smile . . . and add some joy or peace, very much needed in all our lives.

“This day is holy to the Lord your God;
do not mourn nor weep.” . . .
“Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet,
and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared;
for this day is holy to our Lord.
Do not sorrow,
for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Christ in us . . . our Hope

Colossians 1:27 is a powerful verse: “God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”

Let’s start by clarifying that the apostle Paul is writing to believers in Jesus Christ—the “you” whom he addresses. He calls them “the Lord’s people” in the previous verse (Colossians 1:26). The “Gentiles” are non-Jewish people. A “mystery” in the New Testament is simply something that was hidden in times past but has now been revealed by God. The former mystery, now understood, is that Christ in us is the hope of our future glory.

In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit came upon certain people to empower them for service, but then He would leave again. New Testament believers have a different experience, as the Spirit indwells us permanently. The permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit given to New Testament believers was a “mystery” to the Old Testament saints. After Jesus ascended to heaven, He sent the Holy Spirit to live within us, never to leave (John 14:16–17; 16:7). Jesus told His disciples, “On that day you will realize that I am in my Father . . . and I am in you” (John 14:20).

The Holy Spirit seals us for the day of redemption (Ephesians 4:30). In other words, the Spirit’s presence in our hearts guarantees our ultimate salvation. Though we are in this world, we are not of it (John 17:16). God will continue to work in us until He is finished perfecting us (see Philippians 1:6). This forward-looking guarantee of perfection is what is meant by “Christ in you, the hope of glory.” The J. B. Phillips translation of Colossians 1:27 puts it this way: “The secret is simply this: Christ in you! Yes, Christ in you bringing with him the hope of all glorious things to come.”

The hope of glory is the fulfillment of God’s promise to restore us and all creation (see Romans 8:19–21 and 1 Peter 5:10). This hope is not a wishful thought, but the confident, expectant, joyful knowledge that we are being changed by God and will one day see Christ face to face, having been conformed to His image (Romans 8:29; 1 John 3:2).

The hope of glory includes our resurrection: “If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you” (Romans 8:11). It includes a heavenly inheritance: “In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you” (1 Peter 1:3–4). The Spirit of Christ within us is the “deposit guaranteeing our inheritance” (Ephesians 1:14).

Christ’s presence in us is the hope of glory, and this truth is full of “glorious riches.” Our once dead, darkened spirits are made alive. Christ is in our hearts, and we know that there is life beyond this earthly existence—a life that will be glorious beyond all imagination.

2024·12·07 Joe Biden Didn’t Win (And Neither Did Kamala Harris) Daily Thread

44 days, 11 hours, 59 minutes until the Once And Future President, Donald John Trump, is restored to the office that was Rightfully his the last four years.

Not that I’m counting, mind you.

What is it that feeds our battle, yet starves our victory?

January 6 Tapes?

Where are the tapes? Anyone, Anyone? Bueller? Johnson??

Paging Speaker Johnson…this is your conscience calling you out on broken promises.

Day of Infamy

One thing that many are counting is the 83rd anniversary of the Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor.

When I was a kid it seemed like every account of World War II didn’t just call it an “attack” but rather a “sneak attack.”

It seems that we were as outraged by the “sneak” as we were by the “attack.” What made it a sneak attack was that it happened with no declaration of war by Japan. Here we are at peace with each other and WHAM!! our Pacific fleet is burning or already at the bottom of the harbor. (We can argue whether Roosevelt knew it was going to happen and let it happen, or whether we just got caught napping…either way the effect on the public was the same. I do think Roosevelt was on some level happy that we were in the war; he had up to that time wanted to help the allies a lot more than the American people did.)

If the telling in Tora! Tora! Tora! is to be believed (and I tend to believe it), the Japanese didn’t intend it to be a sneak attack. They intended to pass their declaration of war on to our government and then attack almost immediately, but slow decoding of the dispatch prevented that from happening; the attack happened before the message was delivered.

Whether that would have made a difference in the level of resolve we felt, is another question entirely. And so we have a straight line from this–the photograph taken from one of the Japanese aircraft just after the start of the attack, educating us on the folly of bottling up our fleet and parking our aircraft too close together:

To these two photographs, taken from two different aircraft, the Enola Gay and the Bockscar after they did a couple of “physics package” demos to complete Japan’s education in the folly of their foreign policy:

We had learned the lesson Japan had taught us on this day in 1941.

We are excellent teachers as well as studentsl we reinforced our lesson for the Japanese by repeating it. But we did a slightly different demo the second time–plutonium instead of U-235–in order not to be too repetitive.

The lesson stuck. Japan hasn’t been a problem on that scale, since.

And now, on to the Deep State, which needs a salutary lesson of its own.

News Flash

Today, it is still the case that Joe Biden didn’t Win.

I realize that to some readers, this might be a shock; surely at some point things must change and Biden will have actually won.

But the past cannot actually be changed.

It will always and forever be the case that Joe Biden didn’t win.

And if you, Leftist Lurker, want to dismiss it as dead white cis-male logic…well, you can call it what you want, but then please just go fuck off. No one here buys that bullshit–logic is logic and facts are facts regardless of skin color–and if you gave it a moment’s rational thought, you wouldn’t either. Of course your worthless education never included being able to actually reason–or detect problems with false reasoning–so I don’t imagine you’ll actually wake up as opposed to being woke.

As Ayn Rand would sometimes point out: Yes, you are free to evade reality. What you cannot do is evade the consequences of evading reality. Or to put it concretely: You can ignore the Mack truck bearing down on you as you play in the middle of the street, you won’t be able to ignore the consequences of ignoring the Mack truck.

And Ayn Rand also pointed out that existence (i.e., the sum total of everything that exists) precedes consciousness–our consciousnesses are a part of existence, not outside of it–therefore reality cannot be a “social construct” as so many of you fucked-up-in-the-head people seem to think.

So much for Leftist douchebag lurkers. For the rest of you, the regular readers and those lurkers who understand such things: I continue to carry the banner once also carried by Wheatie. His Fraudulency didn’t win.

Let’s Go, Brandon!!

His Fraudulency

Joe Biteme, properly styled His Fraudulency, continues to infest the White House, we haven’t heard much from the person who should have been declared the victor, and hopium is still being dispensed even as our military appears to have joined the political establishment in knuckling under to the fraud.

One can hope that all is not as it seems.

I’d love to feast on that crow.

(I’d like to add, I find it entirely plausible, even likely, that His Fraudulency is also His Figureheadedness. (Apparently that wasn’t a word; it got a red underline. Well it is now.) Where I differ with the hopium addicts is on the subject of who is really in charge. It ain’t anyone we like.)

Justice Must Be Done.

The prior election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system.

Nothing else matters at this point. Talking about trying again in 2024 is hopeless otherwise. Which is not to say one must never talk about this, but rather that one must account for this in ones planning; if fixing the fraud is not part of the plan, you have no plan.

Lawyer Appeasement Section

OK now for the fine print.

This is the WQTH Daily Thread. You know the drill. There’s no Poltical correctness, but civility is a requirement. There are Important Guidelines,  here, with an addendum on 20191110.

We have a new board – called The U Tree – where people can take each other to the woodshed without fear of censorship or moderation.

And remember Wheatie’s Rules:

1. No food fights
2. No running with scissors.
3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.
4. Zeroth rule of gun safety: Don’t let the government get your guns.
5. Rule one of gun safety: The gun is always loaded.
5a. If you actually want the gun to be loaded, like because you’re checking out a bump in the night, then it’s empty.
6. Rule two of gun safety: Never point the gun at anything you’re not willing to destroy.
7. Rule three: Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
8. Rule the fourth: Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

(Hmm a few extras seem to have crept in.)

Platinum $936.00
Palladium $982.00
Rhodium $4,850.00
FRNSI* 126.429+
Gold:Silver 84.674-

Gold down and silver up. This is good news for silver, which has been rising relative to gold, finally recovering somewhat from the disproportionate beating it took since the election.

*The SteveInCO Federal Reserve Note Suckage Index (FRNSI) is a measure of how much the dollar has inflated. It’s the ratio of the current price of gold, to the number of dollars an ounce of fine gold made up when the dollar was defined as 25.8 grains of 0.900 gold. That worked out to an ounce being $20.67+71/387 of a cent. (Note gold wasn’t worth this much back then, thus much gold was $20.67 71/387ths. It’s a subtle distinction. One ounce of gold wasn’t worth $20.67 back then, it was $20.67.) Once this ratio is computed, 1 is subtracted from it so that the number is zero when the dollar is at its proper value, indicating zero suckage.

The Final Experiment

…starts in one week.

Eric Dubay of the two hundred proofs contradicting himself, at one turn insisting he’d love to go to Antarctica to see for himself, and when offered the opportunity, refusing to concede that he had ever said so.

Disgraceful behavior from the Flerfers. Predicted by the globers. Will Duffy initially didn’t believe they’d turn on their own like this (as the globers said they would), but finally just had to come out and call them on it.

In related news, one of the globers had to back out for medical reasons. The Final Experiment is actually getting a special campsite at almost 80 degrees South–one where no terrain will occlude the Sun– and now they were below the threshold (nine) that the company doing the logistics actually needed for the special camp. So Duffy had to find someone to take the open slot.

And who stepped up? A full-blown, Hollywood-grade documentary producer named Jonathan Mariande. He will make a documentary of the trip.

AND MARIANDE IS A FLAT EARTHER.

This will make it even harder for the Flerfers to tap dance around what happens.

It must be great to be a charlatan and make money off of suckers…until the truth outs. Then suddenly you see your life turning to garbage. Sorry, no sympathy from me.

It Came From Deep Space

If there’s one thing almost all of the moons of the outer solar system…and all of the TNOs…share in common it’s that they’re largely made out of water ice.

Honestly if anyone tries to sell you on the idea that space aliens are going to come here to steal our water, just laugh in their faces.

They don’t even have to come almost all the way to Earth just to filch water from our TNOs, they certainly have similar things in their own systems. Water is the most common heteronuclear molecule (i.e. composed of more than one kind of atom) in space.

Which makes sense. Half of all of the “stuff” in the universe that is not hydrogen and is not helium, is oxygen. And after being blasted out into space in a planetary nebula or supernova, the first thing an oxygen atom is likely to find (once thing settle down enough to let it hang onto eight electrons) is a hydrogen atom, or even a hydrogen molecule, because there are seventy grams of hydrogen for every gram of oxygen…which means 1100 hydrogen atoms for every oxygen atom. There’s plenty of helium around too but that’s fluff from a chemical standpoint. So the first thing that lone oxygen atom is going to find isn’t another oxygen atom to form O2, but hydrogen, to form OH then another to form H2O. Badda-bing! Water.

This notion of most solid things being made largely out of water ice is foreign to us, because Earth is almost purely rocks (which, OBTW, generally contain plenty of oxygen) and (deep, deep down) iron-nickel. If Earth actually had its share of water, it’d be Water World, with no rocks within hundreds of miles of the surface. It would look like Europa would look, if Europa melted. (Europa probably has more water in that subsurface ocean than Earth has in total, in spite of being much smaller than Earth.)

Where did our water go? It got blown away by heat. When the Earth first formed it was a molten mass; the water certainly vaporized, and at those temperatures Earth’s gravity would not hold it. Then the stream of energy and particles from the Sun would simply have whisked it away. (In fact we still lose a tiny bit of water vapor this way from our atmosphere even at our current temperatures.)

The next natural question is…OK, it’s not necessarily the next natural question, but this is my post and I’m going to go there anyway: So what would happen if one of those mostly-ice objects somehow ended up getting close to the Sun? The same thing.

You don’t have to take my word for it. This actually happens, a lot. Have a look.

Comet Hale-Bopp

Yes. Comets are basically bodies from the outer solar system that somehow end up getting into an orbit that brings them closer to the Sun. They spend billions of years “out there” just minding their own business, when some other body–perhaps another comet, or a planet, maybe even a rogue planet (one that has escaped its parent star) wanders through and perturbs its orbit, and it drops towards the Sun.

It’s now in a highly elliptical orbit. Depending on where it came from the comet may be regarded as a “short period” comet if it came from the Kuiper Belt or the scattered disk–places I talked about last time–or it may be a “long period” comet if it came from further out.

Further out?

It’s the existence of so many long-period comets that has convinced astronomers that the Kuiper Belt and scattered disk are not the outermost parts of the solar system. Instead it’s thought that these long-term comets originate from a very sparse and gigantic zone called the “Oort Cloud” (pronounced like “port” without the “p”) named after Jan Oort who first proposed it. (Note the third Dutch astronomer who has had a major role in this series on the solar system.)

These orbit anywhere from 2000 to 50,000 AU, though estimates of that upper end vary; I’ve seen numbers as high as 200,000 AU for the upper bound, and so will you by the time you finish this.

For reference, the nearest (other) star to our solar system is at a distance of 268,551 AU (or 1.3 parsecs or 4.25 light years). [Which should tell you how ridiculously far apart stars are in comparison to the sizes of solar systems…much less the sizes of the stars themselves.]

We have never, ever detected an object that is in the Oort Cloud. Too far away, and too small. We only know about it from backtracking comets. And because of these “ambassadors” from the Oort cloud, we know a fair amount about the objects in the Oort Cloud, as a class. We can’t send a probe to them, not in this lifetime, but they sometimes come most of the way to us.

History

Comets have been known, and feared, since ancient times.

The night time sky is mostly changeless. Oh, the stars shift a bit westward from one night to the next, but after a full year, you’re back where you started from; that in fact is a direct consequence of our yearly orbit about the Sun.

We see planets and the moon moving around, but they are at least somewhat predictable (even by very ancient peoples); they tend to stick being near a band about the sky called the ecliptic. In fact the Sun stays on the ecliptic though that’s a bit harder to see since you can’t see the Sun and the stars at the same time. The point being the planets were predictable and though some people tried to do “woo” with planetary positions, people in general weren’t scared of them.

There were also shooting stars, but even though those are quite unpredictable, they’re fairly frequent.

But a comet? Comets are big, spectacular, hang around for months, and completely unpredictable. There could be a big one next year. Or not. Thus they tended to be regarded as bad omens.

And then came Sir Isaac Newton and Edmond Halley.

Isaac Newton, I’ve discussed enough. He was able to show that a force that could be described mathematically (and thus, precisely) was responsible for the orbits of the planets. At that point they became viewed as essentially a clockwork. His work was published in Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica in 1687, thanks in part to Edmond Halley’s funding and encouragement.

Halley had already made observations of a comet that showed up in September of 1682. He used that data to show that that comet, too, was in an orbit fully consistent with Newton’s gravitation, but rather than a nearly circular orbit, the comet was in a highly elliptical orbit–one with an eccentricity of 0.96658, where 0 is circular and 1.0 is a parabola or line segment. And the orbit has a period of 76 years. Its semi-major axis (i.e., halfway along its length) is 17.737 AU, its nearest approach to the Sun is 0.59279 AU (inside the orbit of Venus), while its furthest distance is 35.14 AU, beyond the orbit of Neptune (which wasn’t known yet!).

Halley published this in 1705, along with data on other comets.

But here was the key implication: There’s be another comet in 1682+76=1758, but it would actually be the comet of 1682, returning.

And sure enough, sixteen years after his death in 1742 at the age of 82, a comet showed up…and it was in the right place, following the right path. That comet is now known as “Halley’s Comet.” (“Halley,” by the way, rhymes with “Valley,” at least that’s the way most people with that name pronounce it today. We’re not 100% sure that’s they way they pronounced it back then, it might have rhymed with “Holly.” Or it may actually have been Hail-ee, as it is commonly pronounced by non-astronomers.)

[Note, by the way, that the animation shows Halley’s comet orbiting clockwise. Yes, it’s retrograde just like irregular satellites are. But if you think about it other than minimum distance this looks an awful lot like an irregular satellite.]

Halley had predicted a comet. And thus, comets became something explicable. Sure, we couldn’t predict when the next long term comet would show up, but the short term ones we could predict like clockwork, and either kind, once visible, would follow predictions as to their path across the sky.

Well, mostly. The difficulty is, that an orbital calculation assumes the object isn’t under any kind of thrust. But when a comet is near the Sun, it’s constantly outgassing as it warms up…and those jets of gas act like random rocket burns. But now we knew what comets are, and that took all of the supernatural “woo” out of them.

And the terror. Well, mostly; but 1910 is a special case of panic caused by scientific illiteracy.

Once comets became an irregular but nevertheless normal phenomenon, astronomers started looking for them. Any unexpected, diffuse blob in a telescope could turn out to be a comet in the early stages of warming up and outgassing. Charles Messier (1730-1817), in fact, made it a hobby to look for comets, and made a catalog of objects–ones that were nebulous in appearance but were not comets–that had fooled him, so that he could check against it in the future to weed out false alarms. This is now known as the Messier catalog, and although it’s by no means comprehensive (it has 110 objects in it), it’s famous. Many objects in the sky are known by their Messier numbers, for example M 31 in Andromeda (the “Andromeda Galaxy”) or M 1, the Crab Nebula. Amateur astronomers even hold “Messier Marathons” during the one month of the year when they are all visible sometime, somewhere, between dusk and dawn, trying to get all of them. (On my one attempt, I got all but 15 or so of them.) Messier did discover 13 comets, and co-discovered a fourteenth.

Now that we knew what we were looking for, we have found Halley’s comet in records from 240 BCE, in Chinese chronicles. And then in 164 BCE in a couple of Babylonian tablets…actually fragments of tablets. And again in 87 BCE in more Babylonian tablets. (And it may be depicted on Armenian coins.)

The appearance of 12 BCE was recorded in China. It likely passed pretty close to Earth then. It so happened that in Rome, Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa died at that time, so the Romans took it as an omen of his death. It is also sometimes cited as a possible Star of Bethlehem (though it seems a bit early for that to me).

There is a possible record of the appearance of 66 CE, the Chinese recorded its appearance in 141. Then we apparently missed one, because the next one is 374, then 451 (heralding the defeat of Attila the Hun). Past that point, we can find every single appearance in the records. The most famous of these was in 1066, meaning someone was going to have a very bad year. Well, it was either going to be Harold (if he lost the English throne) or William (if Harold stopped him from seizing the British throne). It’s convenient that no matter what happens, the comet will turn out to have been an omen! And of course we know that Harold lost out to William the Conqueror, bringing the French language with him. (And English spelling has sucked ever since.)

The comet is depicted on the Bayeaux Tapestry, telling the history of the Battle of Hastings:

Speaking of the Star of Bethlehem, in 1305 Giotto di Bondone produced a work, the Adoration of the Magi, which depicts the star of Bethlehem as a comet. How did he know what a comet looked like? He had seen Halley’s comet in 1301, and that time, it was visually spectacular.

As it turns out, one of the probes that visited Halley’s Comet in 1986, was named Giotto after this artist.

In 1835 the comet appeared, and Mark Twain was born two weeks after its closest approach to the Sun. It was during this apparition that German astronomer Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel (who also developed the Bessel functions–very eclectic stuff) suggested that jets of evaporating material might supply enough force to alter a comet’s orbit.

In 1909 Twain stated that he “came in with Halley’s comet in 1835. It is coming again next year, and I expect to go out with it. It will be the greatest disappointment of my life if I don’t go out with Halley’s comet. The Almighty has said, no doubt: ‘Now here are these two unaccountable freaks; they came in together, they must go out together.'” And sure enough, Twain died on 21 April 1910, the day after the comet’s closest approach to the Sun.

In 1910, we had the benefit of spectroscopy and photography. We could tell from the light, what the comet was made of. One thing found was the toxic gas cyanogen. Earth was expected to pass through the tail of the comet, so a panic ensued with people afraid all life on Earth would be snuffed out, and thus buying gas masks and “anti-comet pills” that were useless (a better record than COVID “vaccines”). The fact of the matter is that a comet’s tail is so diffuse it had no effect.

Here’s the comet in 1910, taken from the Yerkes Observatory, at the time home to the largest telescope in existence. (It still is the largest refracting telescope in existence.)

Based on my grandfather’s recollection, it was a spectacular appearance. Or perhaps he was remembering a different comet; the Great Daylight Comet of [January] 1910, which could be seen even in daytime!

Speaking of comet tails…now would be a good time to discuss the structure comets. Or it may be a bad time. But this is my post, so we will.

The Anatomy of a Comet

At the very heart of a comet is the nucleus. This is the icy object that–when it’s out in the Kuiper Belt, Scattered Disk, or Oort Cloud, just minds its own business, it’s a bunch of ice, dust, and rocks, mostly water ice but also carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane and ammonia. They range from 100 meters across to possibly as much as 30 km across. Often they are called “dirty snowballs.” Comets that have passed by the Sun multiple times in the past will tend to have more rock and dust at their surfaces–any ice there boiled off during a previous visit. They are very dark in color, reflecting as little as four percent of the light that reaches them.

Surrounding the nucleus is the coma, it’s basically the sum total of all of the stuff that is outgassing from the comet, and any dust that is being carried along with the outgassing. It can be thousands or even millions of kilometers across.

Here you can see the nucleus of the Hartley comet, complete with very active jets of material:

The tails form…yes, I said “tails”…when the coma material interacts with either solar radiation or the solar wind. One tail will be curved and will consist of the dust and other (relatively) heavy particles. The other is the gas tail, pure gases, and that one will always point directly away from the Sun; these are lighter things that are pushed away instantly by the pressure of the solar radiation.

The gas tail glows because the gases become ionized…in other words it actually emits light. The dust tail, on the other hand shines by reflected sunlight (like planets do).

Tails have been known to be 3.8 AU long… that’s over half a billion kilometers.

The one statistic that I clearly remember reading a lot when I was younger was how rarefied a comet’s tail is. For all of the visual appearance, it’s a near perfect vacuum (just not as close as space normally is). But I haven’t been able to nail it down on the internet. Suffice it to say it’s very, very sparse.

Here’s an animation

So, comets are huge, when they’re active.

Comets that pass by the Sun multiple times will eventually run out of ice to have vaporize. They may then resemble asteroids, or the object may have no cohesion and become swarms of small objects–dust particles, mostly. Those can eventually cause meteor showers on Earth when the Earth eventually passes through them. There are a number of these over the course of a year, generally named for the constellation the meteors seem to radiate from as seen from the ground. Typically there are good and bad years for meteor showers, depending on whether Earth is cutting through the center of the swarm or not.

Categories of Comet

As alluded to above, comets are roughly divided between short period and long period. Short period, or to many astronomers, just plain “periodic” comets are generally those whose period is less than 200 years. Usually, but by no means always, they orbit in at a low inclination, close to the ecliptic, the plane of the planets’ orbits, and in the same direction as the planets. This is an important clue. Short term comets are generally former long term comets that passed too close to one of the planets and had their orbits perturbed. Many will be sub-grouped into “families” based on the outermost extent of their orbits; that’s thought to be an indication as to which planet did the deed. In the case of Halley’s comet, since its orbit extends just a bit past Neptune’s orbit, it’s believed that Neptune perturbed its orbit. The largest of these families is (no surprise) the Jupiter family. There are also comets that orbit within the asteroid belt…they have the right composition, but very little outgassing happens that far away from the Sun.

Long Period comets can have periods of thousands or even millions of years. Those latter are our evidence for the existence of the Oort cloud. Comets C/1999 F1 and C/2017 T2 (PANSTARRS) have a semi major axis of 35,000 AU and a period of six million years. If you missed them when they first showed up, you’re basically out of luck as far as seeing them the next time. You’ll have to wait for them to reach their maximum distance from the Sun…over a light year (!), then come back.

But some comets are literally never expected to come back; those are the single-apparition comets.

If the Kuiper Belt and Oort cloud seem a bit bewildering here is another diagram for comparison…actually it’s three diagrams, one each of the asteroid belt, Kuiper Belt and Oort cloud. These are not drawn to any kind of scale; for instance in the last diagram the planet orbits and Kuiper belt are much too big; and as always the planets themselves and even the Sun are drawn much too large (they should be much less than one pixel in size).

Other Famous Comets

There are over 3,500 known comets. Most never get bright enough to be seen with the naked eye, but some become famous for one reason or another. Halley’s comet, of course, is the undisputed celebrity.

9P/Tempel was discovered in 1867 by William Tempel, and has a 5.6 year period. We lost track of it in 1898 and assumed it had disintegrated, but it was rediscovered in 1967. It turned out that its orbit had been perturbed, and that is how we lost it; it wasn’t where we expected it to be. We have sent probes to this one.

Kohoutek (C 1973 C1) in 1973 was a fizzle. Early estimates of how bright it would get made it seem as if it would be one of the brightest comets of the century, but then…big nothing! And it faded from sight by the end of January 1974. It’s hard to predict how bright a new comet will be, because we rarely have a good feel for how much ice it has, how deeply it’s buried, and so on. On a comet’s second trip, though, we will have a past history to go off of.

Kohoutek is a classic long term comet. Its measured eccentricity was between 0.9999 and 1.0. A 1.0 orbit is an escape orbit (barely), so we don’t expect to see Kohoutek again any time soon. Current estimates are that it is in a 75,000 year orbit. It passed only 0.14 AU from the Sun, meaning it went inside the orbit of Mercury.

Hyakutake in 1996 passed very near Earth (about 15 million km) over the north pole and was readily visible late at night (rather than being buried in twilight. I went outside the city away from the lights to see it as it traversed the Big Dipper and it noticeably moved in just ten or fifteen minutes. This was an unusual opportunity, comets are usually brightest (as seen from Earth) near the sun so it’s unusual to see a bright comet in a truly dark sky.

The comet came in from “below” the plane of the ecliptic (bottom center), crossed the plane of the ecliptic then over our north pole on March 22, zipped through perihelion (closest approach to the Sun, then dropped below the plane of the ecliptic and exited, lower right. Unlike with Kohoutek, this probably isn’t Hyakutake’s first visit; it’s in a 17,000 year orbit with an excentricity of “only” 0.99989.

The Ulysses spacecraft–one studying the Sun–passed through Hyakutake’s tail.

Hyakutake, however, was overshadowed by Hale Bopp, just a few months later in 1997. Hale Bopp is actually the comet I used at the beginning of this post. I unfortunately never got a good look at it. At most I saw some fuzz at twilight, and then it would set. I could never get far enough away from the city fast enough at sunset to get a good look at it. Apparently it came into its own later, after I had given up on it. So for me Hyakutake was “the” comet.

So I really missed the boat on this one, but I’ll get another crack at it in abut 2400 years. This is by no means a short-period comet but it has a significantly shorter period than Kohoutek and Hyakutake, and its orbit has a semi-major axis of a mere 177 AU.

Shoemaker-Levy 9 This one, no one would ever have cared about (other than Carolyn and Eugene Shoemaker, and David Levy, the co-discoverers of it the comet. They discovered it in 1993…and it had already broken into 21 pieces, probably sometime in 1992 when it approached Jupiter (yes…tidal forces!). But then when they plotted its orbit, the astronomers realized two things: the pieces were actually in orbit about Jupiter, not the Sun, and also that they were going to make direct hits on Jupiter in July of 1994! (Hard to believe that was thirty years ago!)

By the time it hit, Shoemaker-Levy 9 was in twenty one pieces and every one of them hit Jupiter.

The comet fragments were up to 2 km in diameter…meaning before it broke up it was actually pretty big.

How would Jupiter hold up getting pummeled like this?

The bad news is the pieces hit just into the dark side of Jupiter. That means we couldn’t see the actual moments of impact from Earth. Hubble got retasked to look; The Ulysses probe got retasked…and the Galileo orbiter was 1.6 AUs out, but it could actually see the impact site. NOTHING was more important than this.

One of the most famous pictures in astronomy is of the black holes the impacts left in Jupiter’s atmosphere.

The largest piece, G, hit with 6,000,000 megatons of of energy. It took months for the atmosphere to recover from the hits. Some of the blemishes were the size of Earth.

Perhaps we will leave such smoking holes in the Deep State, shortly.

This was particularly poignant for Eugene Shoemaker. He almost got to go to the Moon on Apollo 17 as the geologist, but for medical reasons never got to do it. He was however the head of the geology program for many years..

But one of his big “things” was warning people about the dangers of possible future asteroid and comet impacts. He spent time studying Meteor Crater in Arizona, he discovered that the Ries in Germany was an old impact crater (that wasn’t hard. It turned out that St. George’s church in Nördlingen was built out of rock that clearly had been altered by the force of an asteroid impact (it’s very distinctive; no volcano or other Earth-bound force can produce it). After that all he had to do was find the right quarry in order to bag his…er…quarry.

Geologists and astronomers had pooh-poohed his warnings, but Shoemaker-Levy 9 vindicated him completely. Now we’re quite aware of the very real danger of being hit by one of these objects. We’ve had two significant…but still very small…pieces hit since 1900, both in Russia: 1908 Tunguska and 2013 Chelyabinsk.

Exploration

When recounting the history of Halley’s comet, I stopped at 1910, not 1986. That’s because we were able to send probes…yes more than one…to the comet because we had plenty of advance notice. In fact we sent five probes. The European Space Agency sent Giotto, the Soviet Union sent Vega 1 and Vega 2, Japan sent Sakigake and Suisei.

NASA didn’t do a damned thing. However they did send a mission, ICE, to another comet the year before, and therefore the first mission to study a comet was an American probe. Another six missions have been sent to other comets since, including one lander and one deliberate impact:

Deep Space (launched 1998) used an ion drive for manuevering. It had two targets, it missed its first target and managed to reach its second target.

Stardust (launched 1999) actually captured dust from Wild, one of its target comets, and launched a capsule that returned that dust to Earth. So we got to put bits of comet into test tubes in a lab here on Earth. The other comet was…well let me hold that until later.

CONTOUR (launched 2002) was intended to study two comets but failed. Plan B was to head to yet a third comet, but the spacecraft couldn’t be contacted. Can’t win ’em all.

All missions up to that time were flybys, but we actually set up an orbiter, Rosetta, launched by the European Space Agency in 2004. It orbited 67P Churymov-Gerasimenko in 2014 and attempted to land. In the meantime, it took pictures, like this one.

Rosetta had company; ESA had launched two probes on the same day and Philae‘s purpose from the start was to land on the comet. It actually ended up bouncing multiple times, and ended up in partial shadow, limiting its useful lifetime. Philae was last heard from in 2015.

Finally there was Deep Impact, launched in 2005. Yes, one of the two big “asteroid hitting the Earth” movies from 1998 bore that name, but neither Wikipedia page references the other, so there’s not even a “name inspired by…” connection that I can find. The goal here was to study the internal composition of a comet, so the probe actually launched an impactor, and then photographed the light flash. That was comet 9P/Tempel (a fairly well known comet, though not as famous as Halley’s comet). The main craft went on to take the picture of Hartley I showed above.

Tempel is actually a fairly well known comet, it was first observed in 1867 by William Tempel, and has a 5.6 year period. We lost track of it in 1898 and assumed it had disintegrated, but it was rediscovered in 1967. It turned out that its orbit had been perturbed, and that is how we lost it; it wasn’t where we expected it to be.

Here is a composite image based on photographs taken by Deep Impact before the impact.

Here is a photograph taken by the impactor, before it became like a bug on a windshield, on July 4, 2005.

If that’s a bit boring. how about an “oh, SHIT!” GIF?

Or as seen from the main spacecraft:

The impact speed was 10.3 km/second and delivered energy equivalent to 4.7 tons of TNT. We predicted that the crater would be about 100 m across. Only in 2011 did we find out…thanks to a flyby by Stardust, that the crater was roughly 200 m across.

The Impactor bore a CD with the names of 625,000 people encoded on it.

Smack! in Popular Culture

What would happen if one of these hit the Earth?

Well, it would suck. A 1 km wide body hitting us would make every hurricane and earthquake in history put together look like nothing; the entire planet would be affected.

Consider that a long term comet will be moving at pretty close to solar escape velocity. Which when it hit the earth would be about 42 km/sec. Earth would be moving at 30 km/sec. The typical scenario is a right-angle collision, basically Earth getting T-boned by the comet; that’s a collision speed of 51.6 km/sec. Under very unusual (but not impossible) circumstances where the comet’s closest approach is 1 AU and it happens to be headed in exactly the opposite direction to Earth’s motion it could be a head-on collision at 72 km/second, but that’s so unlikely that it’s only worth contemplating if you are so tired of winning that 51.6 km/sec isn’t enough to adequately ruin your day.

An object of, say, 1km in size popping in at that speed would be catastrophic, especially if it hit the ocean. Humanity would probably survive–a death toll of 90+ percent is not 100 percent, but the survivors might find themselves blown back into the stone age…and the lasting effects would make “climate change” look like a mouse fart. Make the asteroid or comet much bigger and…we probably wouldn’t survive.

Tempel, by the way, averages about 6km across. Fortunately it doesn’t cross our orbit and if it did, it wouldn’t be at quite that high a speed.

This doesn’t mean we haven’t contemplated both comet and asteroid strikes. We know an asteroid strike either killed off the dinosaurs, or helped do so. We have those two movies from 1998, Deep Impact and Armageddon. Deep Impact was from a scientific basis a much better movie but it didn’t have Bruce Willis in it.

We also have fiction. Lucifer’s Hammer (1977) was a book by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle. They’re both good authors, and they are even better when they work together. It details the discovery of a comet that’s going to come very close to Earth, and follows a number of different people before, during and after the impact. The survivors fight to maintain civilization in the face of torrential rains that lasted for months, hordes of other survivors reduced to barbarism, and the incipient ice age triggered by the impact. Highly recommended.

And then it turned out that the original concept of the novel was that alien invaders had deliberately caused the impact, this time with a moonlet brought from Saturn. For whatever reason their editors had rejected that concept, but Niven and Pournelle had the last laugh; in 1985 they published Footfall, quite possibly the best alien invasion novel ever. And yes, the aliens dropped one in the Indian ocean, killing billions. Also Highly recommended.

Where Our Water Came From

Not every cometary collision is a bad one though. I mentioned at the beginning of this post that Earth lost its water back at the beginning, so the question arises, how is it we have any now? We believe that it was mostly brought in by comets, shortly after the planet cooled. There were a lot more of them back then, and Earth did its part to reduce the numbers.

Nemesis?

In 1984, it was suggested that we might be a binary star. Some very faint red dwarf could be orbiting at about 95,000 AU, outside of the Oort cloud (depending on which estimate for its outer bound is correct), and perturbing comets’ orbits, eventually leading to huge numbers of comets reaching the inner solar system. This would make sense if the red dwarf were in an elliptical orbit, and doing the perturbing only when closest to the Sun. There seemed to be a 26 million year recurring pattern of mass extinctions (not as big as the dinosaur killer or the Great Dying at the end of the Permian, but mass extinctions nonetheless).

With an effect like that, the hypothetical star has been named Nemesis.

Surely we’d know already if we were a binary star? I mean, come on. We don’t see this except on movie screens.

Not necessarily! Most stars are red dwarfs, they’re incredibly faint. None of them are visible to the naked eye at night. None of them, not even the closest one we know of now, Proxima Centauri. So one of these would not be obvious. We’d only be able to tell if we happened to look at the right one and measured its distance and speed. There is a systematic survey being made of red dwarfs, starting with the ones that appear brightest and working their way down. Conceivably, we could get a “hit.” If it’s close enough we could even conceivably send a probe, but it’d be by far the biggest space project ever, and we wouldn’t live to see the pictures.

But as of now, Nemesis is considered very unlikely. Many astronomers think we may once have had a Nemesis but it could have been lost when another star came relatively close sometime in the past.

The End?

That’s comets in a nutshell. Many are denizens of the outermost marches of the Solar System.

As usual I could only scratch the surface of the topic.

This is, I believe, the last of the series on our solar system.

Health Friday Open Thread 12.6.2024: The Immune System after COVID-19 “Vaccination”; and a Note on the Virus Itself

The above image is courtesy of a Substack post by Jessica Rose, PhD: https://jessicar.substack.com/p/the-immunological-mechanism-of-action, “The immunological mechanism of action for lost immunity, a shift to tolerance (and autoimmunity?) from the shots”, 27 December 2022.

Health Friday is a series of posts related to Big Pharma, vaccines, general health, and associated topics. Since today’s post is related to the COVID-19 virus itself, and to the COVID-19 “vaccines”, it is dedicated to the memory of Yours Truly’s COVID-19 “vaccinated” late brother, Sam, and to her late cousin, Bill; and to all people, of any age or location, who have passed away from the negative effects (direct or indirect) of the COVID-19 “vaccines” that they took. The discussion today is not limited to what is presented in the post: It is an Open Thread.

Today’s Health Friday post is about what the COVID-19 “vaccines” do to the “vaccinated” person’s natural immune system. It is also about what the COVID-19 virus itself does to a person’s natural immune system. The bottom lines are: One: the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” severely damage or even destroy the natural immune system of the person who takes these “vaccines”, with the damage or destruction increasing with each additional injection of them. Two: the COVID-19 virus itself can damage the natural immune system. Three: it is more possible to repair and support the immune system of a person who is non-COVID-19 “vaccinated.”

Yours Truly begins with these: first, https://x.com/tpvsean/status/1862616283738501504. Two screenshots of this tweet are below:

And, this: https://x.com/leejohnson/status/1862619457706770458. Two screenshots of this tweet are below:

Actually, Yours Truly respectfully disagrees with the title of the above book: in her opinion, it should read: Bill Gates I Want to Kill Three-Quarters of You, and Control the Survivors.

There. Must. Be. Justice.

There are several aspects that make up today’s post. *** Yours Truly is firmly convinced that the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself was designed and lab-created, AND the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” were / are designed and lab-created, as bioweapons. These lab-created bioweapons attack the immune system of the human body; damage and/or destroy important components of the immune system of the human body; and, in the case of the modRNA “vaccines”, keep this damage and/or destruction going for an indefinite period of time in the “vaccinated” person’s body. Also — Yours Truly will present evidence that — wait for it — the pangolin-CoV MP789 virus genome is an integral part of the situation.

To begin: The 5.3.6 Postmarketing Experience document that Pfizer-BioNTech submitted to the FDA on 30 April 2021: https://phmpt.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/5.3.6-postmarketing-experience.pdf, 5.3.6 Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Reports of PF-07302048 (BNT162b2) Received Through 28-Feb-2021. Below are two screenshots from the Appendix 1: List of Adverse Events of Special Interest section of this document:

The above are autoimmune and immune-mediated medical conditions that were reported in the first two months after the rollout of the Pfizer-BioNTech modRNA COVID-19 “vaccine” BNT162b2 among persons who took this “vaccine” during that period. Notes: BNT162b2 is the basis of all subsequent formulations of the COVID-19 “vaccine” injectables by this company (since 2022, marketed under the brand name COMIRNATY); and, there are other listings of autoimmune and immune-mediated conditions in the Appendix 1. of the above report.

Yours Truly now turns to a 2021 paper by Stephanie Seneff, PhD: https://doi.org/10.56098/ijvtpr.v2i1.23, “Worse Than the Disease? Reviewing Some Possible Unintended Consequences of the mRNA Vaccines Against COVID-19”, 10 May 2021. Dr. Seneff points out that only the spike protein was used for the modRNA in the Pfizer-BioNTech and in the Moderna COVID-19 “vaccines” (BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273, respectively.) A screenshot from this paper is below, listing the “firsts” regarding the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”:

Dr. Seneff references a 2020 paper by Lu, et al., regarding an important discovery about the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7429369/, “A COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Encoding SARS-CoV-2 Like Particles Induces a Strong Antiviral-like Response in Mice.” The authors make it clear that there are three separate-but-important components in the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself: the membrane (M); the envelope (E); and, the spike protein (S). Another screenshot from the Seneff paper is below, regarding this issue:

Why is it important to know that Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna chose only the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself as the basis for their respective modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”? Yours Truly hypothesizes that, in so doing, it was then possible for them to create a modRNA that would have the most potential to damage the persons taking these respective modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.” The Lu, et al., 2020 paper, cited above, also describes how the authors created various “prototype” COVID-19 “vaccines.” These “prototype vaccines” were lab-produced using various ingredients — one of which was — wait for it — N1-Methylpseudouridine; as well as one “prototype vaccine” that used Uridine. The authors concluded that N1-Methylpseudouridine was “superior” in creating “neutralizing antibodies.” Please refer to Figure 1. and its description underneath from this paper, where N1-Methylpseudouridine is used in the “Lane 5 proto-type vaccine” of the experiments. In Yours Truly’ opinion, it is within the realm of possibility that Pfizer-BioNTech, or Moderna, or both, knew of the Lu, et al., research.

Below are screenshots of section 11 Description of the Pfizer-BioNTech (COMIRNATY) “2024-2025 Formula COVID-19 vaccine”; and, of section 11 Description of the Moderna (SPIKEVAX) “2024-2025 Formula COVID-19 vaccine.” There is no mention in either one of the membrane or of the envelope of the original Wuhan Hu1 SARS-CoV-2 virus; there is only the mention of the spike protein:

The modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” damage and/or destroy crucial IgG3 immune system cells in the “vaccinated” person’s body (the “fight it off” element), and instead foster the increase of IgG4 immune system cells (the “tolerate but never clear” element). Please refer to the Jessica Rose, PhD, post at the top of today’s post. Below is another figure from her post, from the Supplementary Materials of this 2022 paper (cited in the post): www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciimmunol.ade2798, “Class switch toward noninflammatory, spike-specific IgG4 antibodies after repeated SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination”, Pascal Irrgang, et al., 22 December 2022. This image, from Figure 2: Figure S1 of the paper, clearly shows the decimation of IgG3 (“fight it off”) immune system cells, and the increase of IgG4 (“tolerate it”) immune system cells, after repeated modRNA COVID-19 “vaccinations”:

And, also from the Irrgang, et al., paper:

Those who are COVID-19 “vaccinated”, especially if they take repeated injections of these “vaccines”, are the slowest to “clear” a COVID-19 infection: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9258747/, “Duration of Shedding of Culturable Virus in SARS-CoV-2 Omicron (BA.1) Infection”, Julie Boucau, Ph.D., et al., published in the New England Journal of Medicine, 21 July 2022. The salient figure from this Letter to the Editor is below:

Please refer to the second and third column percentages. These “tell the tale.”

Yours Truly has written extensively regarding the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”, some of their ingredients, and what damage these injectables do to the body and brain of the “vaccinated” person. Please refer to: www.theqtree.com/2024/11/08/health-friday-11-8-2024-open-thread-the-insidious-n1-methylpseudouridine-in-the-modrna-covid-19-vaccines/; www.theqtree.com/2024/11/01/health-friday-open-thread-11-1-2024-the-covid-19-information-file-part-one/; and, www.theqtree.com/2024/10/18/health-friday-10-18-2024-special-edition-neurological-effects-of-the-covid-19-vaccines-physical-and-psychological/, for examples. These “vaccines” contain, among other ingredients, the following that assist in the mechanisms of said injectables: the lab-created lipid nanoparticles ALC-0159, ALC-0315, SM-102, and PEG2000-DMG, which spread the “vaccines” to every cell of the “vaccinated” person’s body; and, N1-Methylpseudouridine (present in both the Pfizer-BioNTech and in the Moderna modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”), which replaces the natural Uridine of the “vaccinated” person’s body with a lab-created combination of “fake Uridine” plus a form of methane. Recall that natural Uridine is an incredibly important RNA which assists or manages many bodily functions — including brain functions and emotions.

This leads to the next part of today’s post: the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself, which is the foundation of the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.”

The lab-created SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus itself attacks the body (and brain) of a person infected with this virus in several ways. One way is that the virus “attaches” itself to the ACE2 receptor cells of the body. ACE2 stands for “angiotensin-converting enzyme 2” cells. What these cells do is discussed here: www.cas.org/recources/cas-insights/ace2-covid-19-target, by Angela Zhou, 15 December 2022. A screenshot of this article is below:

The spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself dysregulates (“downregulates”) the functions of the ACE2 receptor cells in the body of the infected person: https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.12.04.409144, “SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein Impairs Endothelial Function via Downregulation of ACE2”, Yuyang Lei, et al., 4 December 2020. “Endothelial function” is the range of functions of the vascular endothelium. Endothelial cells release elements that control the opening and closing of the arteries.

Also, the COVID-19 virus itself “mimics” the proteolytic activation of human ENaC cells: https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.58603. “SARS-CoV-2 strategically mimics proteolytic activation of human ENaC”, Praveen Anand, et al., 26 May 2020. ENaC stands for “Epithelial sodium channel” (an ion channel); this element has an important role in kidney function, the immune system, and vasculature. “Proteolysis” has to do with protein breakdown in the body.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus itself attacks, damages, and/or destroys, the CD4 cells of the human body. Please refer to: https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.09.25.20200329, “SARS-CoV-2 uses CD4 to infect T helper lymphocytes”, Natalia S Brunetti, et al.; paper published in 2020, version of record 31 July 2023. A screenshot of the Abstract from this paper is below:

Note that damaged CD4 cells are a component in HIV infection; also, note again that, since the original SARS-CoV-2 virus itself is the foundation for the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” by Pfizer-BioNTech and by Moderna, the “attack and damage” elements and mechanisms described above are present in said “vaccines.”

For further information regarding how the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself works in the human body, please refer to the ongoing research of Walter M Chesnut: https://wmcresearch.substack.com/.

And now, another visit with our shy, nocturnal scaly anteater, the Pangolin:

Yours Truly has written about this mammal, and of how the PRRARSV (or RRAR or RRARSV, depending on which scientific paper one reads) genome code in the original SARS-CoV-2 virus itself was lab-manipulated from the pangolin-CoV MP789 to include this code; for example: www.theqtree.com/2024/11/22/health-friday-11-22-2024-open-thread-lets-talk-about-prrarsv-the-backdoor-key/. It appears that the pangolin-CoV MP789 genome code was “mixed in” with the bat-CoV RaTG13 genome code in the lab experiments that created SARS-CoV-2. However, Yours Truly has discovered something else about pangolin-CoV MP789: It “binds” better to human ACE2 receptor cells, compared to the bat-CoV RaTG13!

The story behind this discovery begins here: www.crick.ac.uk/news/2021-02-05_pangolin-coronavirus-could-jump-to-humans. This article led to the following link: www.nature.com/articles/s41467-021-21006-9, “Structure and binding properties of Pangolin-CoV spike glycoprotein inform the evolution of SARS-CoV-2”, Antoni G. Wrobel, et al., 5 February 2021. A screenshot from the Discussion section of this paper is below:

It would appear, then, that the pangolin-CoV MP789 genome has much more to do with the lab-creation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself (and, by extension, the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines”) than at first meets the eye. This is not to discount the use of genome code elements from the bat-CoV RaTG13 in the lab-creation process of the virus itself; nor to discount the other coronavirus code elements that were “mixed in” from monkey, civet, and other animal coronaviruses. In Yours Truly’s opinion, those who lab-created the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself were searching for a genome code that could most effectively attack and compromise human ACE2 receptor cells and the mechanisms of these cells. They found what they were looking for in the pangolin-CoV MP789 genome code. However, it is crucial to understand that those who lab-created the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself did not also add N1-Methylpseudouridine to it — this compound was added to the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.” And therein, again in Yours Truly’s opinion, lies an important difference between the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus itself, and the presence of this virus in the modRNA-COVID-19 “vaccines.” It is the difference between a non-COVID-19 ” vaccinated” person being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself and recovering (even if there are complications), because the natural Uridine in the non-COVID-19″vaccinated” person’s body is still operative to help regulate many body functions and mechanisms that can assist in recovery; whereas, in the COVID-19 “vaccinated” person’s body, the natural Uridine has been replaced with N1-Methylpseudouridine (thereby literally erasing the potential for natural Uridine to work.)

Is it, then, a foregone conclusion that the natural immune system of the COVID-19 “vaccinated” person is so severely damaged, or even destroyed, especially with that person taking more and more injections of these “vaccines”, that there is no hope for any possible repair or restoration of it? In the case of the RNA of Uridine being replaced by N1-Methylpseudouridine, some things can be done to supplement the body: consuming Uridine-containing foods, such as beets, goat cheese, walnuts, and broccoli. There is some promising research on the use of a compound, called 5-FU, to help repair Uridine RNA: https://doi.org/10.3389/frnar.2023.1248236, “RNA damage: the forgotten target of clinical compounds”, by Nicole Simms and John R.P. Knight. In the case of damaged CD4 cells, there are natural methods to increase the body’s healthy CD4 cell count. Please refer to: www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/how-to-boost-cd4-count-naturally, by Charlotte Lillis, 16 July 2024. Supplementation with Vitamin D, multivitamins, and probiotics are mentioned in this article.

Finally, Yours Truly firmly believes that the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself is not “just another virus” or “just another flu virus.” Au contraire: this virus itself was lab-created from a “palette” of animal coronaviruses (the pangolin-CoV MP789 in particular, with the bat-CoV RaTG13 close behind) to be as damaging as possible, even deadly, to the human body — in other words, a bioweapon. Yes, a non-COVID-19 “vaccinated” person may become infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself, and recover well; however, there may be “residual damage” from the virus itself remaining for some period of time in their body. There is also the phenomenon of “COVID-19 vaccine shedding” from COVID-19 “vaccinated” persons onto others, including onto non-COVID-19 “vaccinated” persons, to consider: as these “vaccines” contain elements in them that make this virus, as well as the “vaccines” themselves, more dangerous and/or deadly. Does this mean that non-COVID-19 “vaccinated” persons should avoid contact with other persons, especially COVID-19 “vaccinated” persons? No — what it does mean, however, is that it is imperative to have, and maintain, the highest possible degree of health of the body’s natural immune system.

There. Must. Be. Justice.

As you watch the pieces move about the board, if you have some idea of what the endgame looks like, you’re a very happy person these days. Hunter can talk now. About EVERYTHING HE KNOWS. Hell, as many of you know, I suspect he’s been talking for years behind the scenes. But now they can begin rolling out ‘the largest criminal investigations [note the plural, please] in modern day history.’ Declass is coming. They can’t stop it because the evidence was compiled years ago and patriots have been safeguarding it. The country is now ready to see it all. The country was not ready to see any of this in 2017. Or in 2020. Hell, not even by 2023 was much of the country ready to see the Awful Truth. Now? The battlespace is prepared. We are in position to finish the enemy off. When the Declass happens and it all comes out about JFK, 9/11, the Fed, where all the Ukraine billions actually went, what 100 bn/yr in ‘foreign aid’ actually is, where all the missing children went, Epstein Island & who was compromised and controlled there, etc. etc.? The public turns on The Machine. Forever. No going back. That will be the most dangerous time. Pray and stand fast in your faith and do not waver or be afraid.

Don’t listen to anybody telling you nothing is happening. News Flash: Trump was NEVER in any real legal danger. He knew that Soros prosecutors would go after him. He “purposely” took the slings and arrows to set future “precedent” so that past presidents are no longer above the law. Presidents can now be prosecuted for crimes once they’ve left office. Trump didn’t commit a single crime and knew he would never be sentenced. Now for the Boomerang. Have you noticed lately that a whole lot of judges are suddenly standing for the constitution instead of playing politics? What’s changed? Have you heard the term “enemy combatant”? These judges are making a choice to be on the right side of history. Do you want more evidence of that? “Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been ordered by a local judge to release all communications between her office, Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office, and the January 6th Committee regarding her RICO case against President Donald Trump and his allies, after she was found to have violated federal law by withholding them.” https://zerohedge.com/political/fani-full-release-ordered-after-fulton-da-sat-rico-records… Fani Willis was bringing a RICO case against Trump. But now she has to turn over all communications she had with other “enemy combatants” that were helping her in a conspiracy to frame Trump. Now she is going to be exposed and will find herself being prosecuted in a RICO case of treason. The perfect boomerang! This was always going to be the outcome. This is just one sting operation. There are so many more about to be exposed. Greatest military planning in history.

My Cancer Journey (by Linda) and 20241204 Open Thread

by Linda of The Q Tree (a.k.a. Linda from Oregon)

A Complete Description of an Alternative Chemotherapeutic Approach Which Quickly Led to 100% Cancer Freedom

Foreword by WOLF MOON

Most of the regular denizens of The Q Tree are familiar with Linda’s journey through the terrifying uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis and treatment during the last year. That story, spread out over many daily threads here on the website, is incredibly hard to stitch together, if you have not been following along.

Just a few days ago, we were blessed with amazing news. While all of us were thrilled by the good news, I had to admit that I had already forgotten very important details of the original diagnosis. Some of it may have been mixing things up with my wife’s case, or that of a friend’s wife, but still – it wasn’t a great moment in the history of my memory.

Rather than asking Linda a million questions, and surely having others do the same, I had an atypically inspired idea – why not ask Linda to re-tell the whole story as one coherent statement, and better still, tell us with her current perspective? Wonderfully, Linda agreed to do just that.

That’s all I’m saying. Here is Linda, in her own words. I have not changed a thing.

MY CANCER JOURNEY

As many of you know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer last August. Looking back, it was only by the hand of God that it was found at all. For a good part of my adult life, I’ve avoided going to doctors for anything but what I can’t find a way to treat myself. I found out a long time ago in dealing with my hypothyroidism that most doctors are not going to deviate from their strict standard of care, which means Big Pharma drugs, whether they really help or not. And I try to avoid Big Pharma drugs if at all possible.

So I wouldn’t have gone to the doctor at all except I had a pre-cancerous lesion that I wanted to get zapped. I get my health care from the VA and they actually now have a primary care clinic in Salem. They assigned me a primary care NP and gave me an appointment. She wasn’t about to just zap the lesion but also gave me a complete physical along with labs and insisted I get a mammogram.

I drug my feet for a couple of weeks, but finally made the appointment and thankfully got it done. They found a small mass in my left breast and then did a needle biopsy using ultrasound a week later. They found that I had ER+ PR+ HER2- breast cancer. ER+ and PR+ mean that my cancer has estrogen and progesterone receptors. HER2- is a less aggressive cancer than HER2+, so I caught a break there.

At that point, I started reading everything I could find on fenbendazole. I heard it mentioned here several times on the Q Tree as a cancer treatment, but didn’t know where to get it, how much to take, or what to take it with. I finally found the Fenbendazole Cancer Support Group on Facebook that gave me most of the answers that I was looking for, a protocol I could use and adjust for my own situation, and a lot of support from others fighting cancer. This is the group:

Fenbendazole Cancer Support Group:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/476254899648556/

It’s a private group. But anyone who has cancer or is the care giver of someone with cancer can join. There are a lot of health care professionals in the group who are very knowledgeable. They have a suggested protocol that anyone can download and use. Most people take that protocol and adjust it for their own needs. I doubt that any 2 people in that group are using the exact same protocol. One thing to keep in mind is that the protocol doesn’t mention Ivermectin. During COVID, Facebook was closing down groups and banning people for even mentioning Ivermectin, so they didn’t include it or allow people to talk about it until about the last year when that changed. But most people in the group are taking 24 mg of Ivermectin a day as part of their protocol.

Ivermectin is super important because it actually kills cancer stem cells in addition to all the different ways it fights cancer. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy don’t kill cancer stem cells, which is one reason why cancers come out of remission.

The whole point of having a cocktail of supplements taken at different times of the day is that you need anti-cancer compounds circulating in your body 24/7. It’s really amazing to me how many foods and supplements actually have anti-cancer qualities. And that’s important because cancer has a lot of different pathways to get fuel for growth and different signalling mechanisms to spread and metastasize. Some supplements attack one or two of those pathways, but you need different ones to attack other pathways. Jane McClelland wrote a book called “How to Starve Cancer” in which she identified all the pathways cancer uses to grow and to spread and then found old drugs that could be used to block all those pathways. She cured her own cancer that way. The problem for most of us, though, is getting a doctor to prescribe all those old, out-of-patent drugs! Using supplements that do much the same thing instead of Big Pharma drugs is the answer.

When I first started, I bought most of what was on their protocol. I also tried a lot of different supplements that people suggested and found worked well for them. Many people swear by soursop tea and Esiac tea. I’m not much of a tea drinker, but I do drink soursop tea once in awhile. Another was frankincense (Boswellia). It has anti-inflammatory properties and anti-cancer properties as well. I was really excited about trying it, so I bought a couple of bottles only to find out after a week that it caused unbearable itching all over my body. Needless to say, I dropped that one! The point is to use what works best for you and also to make sure there are no interactions with any drugs you may be taking.

This is the protocol I finally settled on:

1 Hour Before Breakfast:
Hi-Dose Serrapeptase – 120,000 spu

1/2 Hour Before Breakfast:
Tudca – 1,000 mg
Burdock Root – 460 mg
Berberine – 600 mg

After Breakfast:
Fenbendazole – 750 mg
Ivermectin – 12 mg
Melatonin – 200 mg
Fish Oil – 3,000 mg
Curcumin – 600 mg
CBD Oil – 50 mg
Quercetin – 400-500 mg
Reishi Mushrooms – 500 mg
Maitake Mushrooms – 500 mg
Turkey Tail Mushrooms – 500 mg
*DIM – 200 mg

After Lunch:
CBD Oil – 50 mg
Melatonin – 200 mg
*Iodine – 50 mg (8 drops of Lugols 5%)
*ATP Cofactors (B2 and B3) –

1/2 Hour Before Dinner:
Tudca – 1,000 mg
Burdock Root – 460 mg
Berberine – 600 mg

After Dinner:
Fenbendazole – 750 mg
Ivermectin – 12 mg
Melatonin – 200 mg
Fish Oil – 3,000 mg
Curcumin – 600 mg
CBD Oil – 50 mg
Quercetin – 400-500 mg
Reishi Mushrooms – 500 mg
Maitake Mushrooms – 500 mg
Turkey Tail Mushrooms – 500 mg
*DIM – 200 mg

2 Hours After Dinner:
D3 – 5,000 mg (I drop that to 2,000 in the summer)
Magnesium – 400 mg
Melatonin – 400 mg

Before Bed:
Hi-Dose Serrapeptase – 120,000 spu

That probably sounds like a lot of supplements. It did to me, even though I already took a lot of vitamins and supplements. And fenbendazole, ivermectin, and supplements can be expensive to buy month after month after month. But I managed it on my social security check. A number of people in my cancer group who had undergone more traditional treatments ended up paying thousands of dollars their health insurance didn’t cover. So maybe I actually took the cheaper route.

But for someone on a really limited budget, I think they would still do really well just starting with Fenben, Ivermectin, Tudca (or milk thistle), and Serrapeptase (or pectasol). Fenben and Ivermectin are the big guns that each fight cancer in a half dozen different ways. Tudca or milk thistle is for liver support. Serrapeptase (or pectasol) is used to get the dead cancer cells out of your system so the cancer doesn’t use them as fuel.

With fenbendazole, you can’t immediately start with a high dose or you’re going to have a Herxheimer reaction – a lot of flu-like symptoms. Taking it slowly helps a lot. What was stressed in my cancer group was to work your way up to the higher doses and monitor your liver numbers as you go. I started at 222 mg for a week, then 444 mg the next week, then kept increasing at that pace until I got up to 1500. I reached 1500 mg about 2 weeks before my lumpectomy surgery. I could have gone up to the 2000, but at that point I found out that my tumor had shrunk by half so I just stayed at that dose. I knew it was working and would continue to work at that point. It’s really important to take fenben AFTER eating a meal that contains fat for absorption. Or as an alternative, you can mix the powder with a little bit of DMSO. This also helps fenben penetrate the blood brain barrier for those who have a brain cancer.

Anyone researching Fenben is going to hear about Joe Tippens. He had small cell lung cancer and used Fenben and a few other supplements in his protocol. He never took more than 222 mg 4 days a week. Unfortunately, this protocol has gone all over the internet and people think that’s all they need. They try it and find it doesn’t work for them. The problem is that 222 mg is the dose you would give a 10 pound dog, not a human. Most people are going to need 1,000-2,000 mg per day, especially if they have a late stage or aggressive cancer. Joe Tippens was on an immunotherapy trial at the same time he was taking Fenben, so that is undoubtedly why it worked for him. In my cancer group, there are many people who had stage 4 cancers who ended up cancer free on this protocol. They all took close to 2,000 mg per day of Fenben.

Protecting your liver during this protocol is really important. Fenbendazole will cause a lot of cancer cell die-off and start to stress your liver. Tudca or milk thistle will add protection. Dandelion root and burdock root also protect the liver. If you have a hormonal cancer like mine, or you have a lot of other health issues, you shouldn’t take milk thistle or dandelion root. Tudca is recommended for those in that situation. Tudca is simply a bile salt and very safe. Most people start with 500 mg twice a day. However, once I got to 750 mg of Fenben, my liver numbers started rising out of range. Raising my tudca dosage to 1,000 mg twice a day brought them back down.

My cancer group recommends you get liver labs every 2-3 months. Most doctors aren’t going to order them for you. They would probably discourage you from using fenben or ivermectin to start with. Many people don’t know that you can order your own lab tests online, print out the requisition, and then take it down to your local lab and get your blood drawn. I order my labs from Ulta Lab Tests. Their Liver Function Panel is $19.95 and can be ordered here:

https://www.ultalabtests.com/partners/sttm/test/liver-function-panel

You also need to take high dose serrapeptase twice a day to get the dead cells out of your system after fenben and ivermectin kills them. Otherwise, your cancer will actually “eat” those dead cells as fuel. Plus, your liver will have to work a lot harder. You need to take 120,000 spu twice a day. It must be taken at least 2 hours after eating and at least 1/2 hour before eating. I always took mine before bed and an hour before breakfast. Then 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner I would take my tudca and a couple other supplements that need to be taken on an empty stomach. Amazon or iherb both have high dose serrapeptase. The one I use is the Drs. Best brand.

Anyone on blood thinners shouldn’t take serrapeptase, but substitute Pectasol (modified citrus pectin) instead. You need 15 grams daily for the best anti-cancer benefits. 1 scoop of powder is 5 grams. So you can take 1 scoop 3 times daily or 1.5 scoops twice daily. It’s taken the same way as serrapeptase – 2 hours after eating and at least 1/2 hour before eating.

Those 4 items – Fenben, Ivermectin, Tudca (or milk thistle), and Serrapeptase (or Pectasol) – are a great place to start and can form the basis of any protocol. You can add more supplements as you go along. But those 4 are critical.

You may be wondering about that super high dose of melatonin I take – 1,000 mg per day. Many people take 3-5 mg before bed to help with sleep. 1,000 mg sounds like it would put you in a coma all day. Actually, you don’t feel the effects at all until it gets dark and that seems to trigger the sleepiness. Melatonin is really great for cancer. It fights cancer 6 different ways, particularly at higher doses. The cancer group recommends taking 300 mg an hour before any scan that involves radiation to protect from some of the effects. If you want to learn more, “Doris Loh Talks” is a private Facebook group about the healing benefits of high dose Melatonin based on scientific research.

I buy melatonin powder because it is a lot cheaper than pills. 1/16 teaspoon is 200 mg. Amazon has tiny measuring spoons that go down to 1/64 teaspoon that are really handy. Here is where I buy melatonin:

I starred two items in my protocol – iodine and DIM – because they’re very specific to breast cancer. The two places in the body that use over 95% of the iodine the body needs are breasts and the thyroid. Iodine at 50-100 mg per day has also been shown to very effectively fight breast cancer. Like Fenben, you shouldn’t just start at 50 mg or you’ll end up with a Herxheimer reaction. I started with just 1 drop of 5% Lugols in a glass of water then added another drop each week until I reached 8. One nice effect I saw once I reached 50 mg was that I could lower my dosage of thyroid meds. 5% Lugols is really hard to find. Most places only have 2%. But I found a good supplier here:

https://www.loudwolf.com/storefront/index.php?route=product/category&path=798_653

DIM helps the body to get rid of excess estrogen. My oncologist tried really hard to get me on hormone blockers, but after researching the side effects – osteoporosis and heart issues – I said no and started taking DIM instead.

I get almost all my supplements from either iherb.com or Amazon. The only place I buy Fenben from is the Happy Healing Store:

https://thehappyhealingstore.com/product-category/fenben

I buy my CBD oil from Lazarus Naturals. He gives me a 40% discount because I’m a veteran. This is what I use:

https://www.lazarusnaturals.com/collections/default-category-shop-by-product-type-tinctures/products/cbd-oil-tincture-full-spectrum-high-potency?variant=47973026464037

The group sent a bunch of different samples of Fenben from different suppliers to a testing lab a couple of years ago and the only ones that tested pure fenbendazole were the Happy Healing Fenben and Merck’s Panacur-C and Safeguard. The one from Fenben Labs that you see recommended everywhere was only 5% fenben. A lot of people (including me at first) bought that brand and didn’t think fenben worked. Some guy in Lithuania owns it and the lab he supposedly uses to test his fenben is located at the same address. Buyer beware!

I’ve always bought my ivermectin from an Indian seller because it’s about half the price of the websites based here. And most of the ivermectin is made in India to start with. I bought from India Mart back during COVID. I think Kalbo mentioned them as a source. You just go on the site and post what you want and how you want to pay and vendors will contact you. There are now a lot of Indian sellers that have their own websites to sell ivermectin. The list below are from sites I’ve collected from mentions in the cancer group and from here. I haven’t used anywhere near all of them. The first 2 are the ones I’ve used most recently. You really have to check them out for yourself because some change their payment methods without notice. I prefer using Pay Pal myself. I generally buy 200 12 mg pills at a time because this protocol is long-term and I’ll definitely use them. Shipping from India is generally $30 whether you order a small or large amount.

I was on this protocol a little over 3 months before I had my surgery. I kept dragging my feet because I wanted to see how well the protocol worked. A week or two before surgery they did another ultrasound and I found that my tumor had shrunk by half. I seriously considered not doing surgery at all and just letting the protocol finish the job. But I finally decided that I just wanted to get the tumor out. A lumpectomy is nowhere near as invasive as a lot of surgeries. And they do a lymph node biopsy at the same time. They found that my sentinel node, the closest one to that breast had a micro tumor in it. So the cancer was just starting to metastasize. It could be that micro tumor was actually a lot bigger and had shrunk from the protocol.

As I mentioned last week, that surgery was over a year ago and I just had a mammogram that was completely clear of cancer. This protocol has definitely helped me get there and stay there. I’m now moving to a maintenance protocol to make sure it doesn’t come back.

I really appreciate all the prayers from the people here and people outside this site. I know that in the final analysis, God healed me. He just used the protocol and the good surgeons and nurses at the VA Hospital to do the work. God bless all of you!

Addendum: Notes by Wolf

I want to start by thanking Linda for sharing this information. As you can see, this is enough for almost anybody to get started using fenbendazole to treat cancer. Praise God! This is phenomenal information, and again, thank you to Linda for sharing it. I absolutely feel confident that I could being taking the steps needed to use fenbendazole, based on this article.

Now, a point for the chemically curious.

DIM is 3,3′-diindolylmethane, a natural product which is formed by stomach action on another compound found in cruciferous vegetables. The reaction is shown below.

DIM has proven antihormonal effects that are useful for treating breast cancer. See the following medical study.

Please feel free to ask Linda any questions you might have. I will say right now that she does not have to answer any questions she would prefer not to answer. She can just say “Wolf says next question!” and that’s that! OK? Good! *WINK*

Have a great day, everybody!
