Here’s a Brief History of Gin. Let’s just say juniper is the Thing when it comes to gin. My favorite is good old Beefeaters Gin, although nowadays you can find some really delicious gins from boutique distillers.

Speaking of England, let’s take a trip to The Eagle and Child, also known as The Bird and Baby, a pub in Oxford, England that was frequented by Tolkien and Lewis of 20th century literary fame. It has been a pub since the 17th century.

Lewis, who was known to drink three pints of beer for breakfast, spent a great deal of time in the Rabbit Room there, reading from his manuscripts and critiquing the writings of his group of friends known as the Inklings.

The Men and Woman That Will Decide the Fate of This Country and Our President…..

We are getting closer to a decision from the Supreme Court on the pending original jurisdiction matter of the State of Texas v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania et al. The first important hurdle that must be crossed is whether the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case under the authority of Original Jurisdiction.

But as a judge, it is precedent of the US Supreme Court, and it deserves the same respect as other precedents of the US Supreme Court when you are coming to it as a judge.”

Our President is absolutely right!

Chief Justice Roberts’ cannot be counted on! We have seen to many instances where he was the swing vote against our President.

Justice Alito and Thomas are no brainers in my opinion. I LOVE the fact that Justice Kavanaugh and Barrett worked as part of GWB’s legal team in 2000.

The wildcard for me is Justice Gorsuch. I believe in my heart that he wouldn’t screw over our President and our country. He was the first justice appointed by our President.

Over the next week or so, we will know the final outcome.

Seriously, where to start with what happened Wednesday. In no particular order:

46 states, Guam and Washington, D.C., filed an anti-trust lawsuit along with the Federal government to force Facebook to divest Instagram and other applications.

17, or maybe it’s 18 now, states joined Texas in a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania for changing their election laws illegally. That case is with the Supreme Court and there is a controversy over whether or not the court is going to hear the case as if states suing each other have any where else to go. Then the president chimed in.

It has now been revealed that the federal government, at least the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, has former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter under investigation for tax issues. Given everything we know he did, this might be the most expedient route to any sort of “justice”. After all, it’s how the government managed to finally incarcerate Al Capone anywhere other than Eastern State Pen in Philadelphia while he was hiding out.

Rep. Eric Swalwell was revealed to have been involved with a Chinese spy by the name of Fang. It is not clear if he banged Fang, but on Wednesday, he was officially removed from the House Intelligence Committee.

Codemonkey of 8kun fame came out against the social media platform Parler claiming that it was a black hat honey trap. After he made this claim, other people piled on to his pronouncements.

Youtube has decided to remove any and all videos that deny the “BIDEN WINS” narrative. Most people are expecting the rest of the social media giant family to do the same.

Documents were released that reveal just how extensive the training of Chinese troops in Canada is. Not only that, but that Justin Trudeau essentially laid out the welcome mat, regardless of what the Canadian military is actually willing to do.

And, the cherry on the turtle sundae (I mean Crown Sundae since the people who make turtles told the good people at Crown Candy that they couldn’t call it that anymore) the Democrat from the Michigan legislature who threatened “Trumpers” got censured by that body and was stripped of all of her committee assignments.

Wednesday was exhausting.

Remember Which State the Alamo Took Place In! They Are Going To Save Our County…..

God bless the State of Texas and AG Paxton. What he has just done gives us every chance to save our Republic and our country. Keep in mind that there are only a few instances where a party can file a direct lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court, a state claiming harm by another state is one of those instances.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit [pdf here] with the Supreme Court seeking and emergency injunction against Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia “from taking action to certify presidential electors or to have such electors take any official action including without limitation participating in the electoral college.”

AG Paxton argues that arbitrary changes made by the state’s governors, secretaries of states and election supervisors were “inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”

The lawsuit states: “these non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution.” […] “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”

Paxton notes the intent of the states may have been changes in good faith, due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts; however, the end result of the changes is in direct violation to the Constitution and therefore creates the harm.

“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting.” […] “The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States.”

Here are the very brief details on the case:

Paxton believes that he can use “Article II” to take his lawsuits against PA, WI, GA, and MI straight to the SCOTUS, bypassing the lower courts totally.

And he’s putting it to the test. He filed a lawsuit at around midnight last night, arguing that PA, WI, GA, and MI violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures.

In other words, they bypassed Republican legislatures to do their little workarounds with mail-in ballots and registrations, etc.

That goes against the Constitution.  All of those changes had to be made via the state legislatures and they were not.

The Insurrection Act will be announced by our President soon after the Supreme Court rules in his favor!

12-9-20 Midweek Musings

Go Out in Joy and Be Led Forth in Peace

“For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.” – Isaiah 55:12

Chapter 55 of Isaiah is rightfully named “The Compassion of the Lord.” At this point in the book of Isaiah, God’s people have been completely disobedient, but God the Father is a God of grace and compassion, so he invites them into his lovingkindness. He is restoring them so they may glorify him once again and he is blessing his people.

Verse 12 specifically commands the people to go out in joy and be led forth in peace. Why does God ask this and how do we, as believers, do this?

Go Out in Joy

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18

As Christians, we are called to be joyful, which is not a natural thing for us to do as human beings. However, when we understand God’s love and his constant grace, joy becomes easier. When we truly understand God’s grace and seek him, we will find joy.

There are two reasons we are called to go out in joy in this passage: For our own sake and the world’s. When we choose to rejoice in our circumstances, our circumstances seem to change. Life is easier to tackle when you choose a positive and joyous perspective rooted in a trust for God and his promises.

“May the God of hope fill you all with joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” – Romans 15:13

Furthermore, going out in joy benefits others. The world should be able to recognize a Christian by how they love and by the joy they have. This is not to say that Christians should always act happy and pretend everything is okay – being joyful is different than being happy. Joy is trusting in what God is doing and recognizing that he has a plan. Being joyful means not letting your circumstances crush you. To choose joy is to choose hope.

The idea is that the world sees that our circumstances aren’t crushing us and asks us why. Then we can answer with the glorious news of how good our God is and the hope that we have. When we go out in joy, we allow our own souls to grow and shine the light of Christ simultaneously.

Be Led Forth in Peace

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33

Christians, there is so much peace in truly knowing God. If you were to read the Bible cover to cover, you would walk away with quite a bit of peace and calmness in your heart. God created you (Genesis 1:27), he forgives you (Ephesians 4:32), he saved you (Ephesians 2:8), he promises to protect you (Isaiah 41:10), he has a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11), he is coming back one day (John 14:3) and he loves you so dearly (1 John 4:9-10).

When we allow Christ to lead us and guide our steps and our hearts, we find peace. There is peace in obedience and relationship with God. This does not mean that anxiety or fear ceases to exist though. The world is still corrupt and the enemy still exists, but when we cling to God and obey him, we will find his peace (Isaiah 32:17).

“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:7

When we truly have the peace of God, we stop needing answers for everything, we stop having to worry about everything going on in the world and we can simply trust in him and what is to come. When we seek his heart, we find peace, an inexplicable peace that will guide us through this life and all the trials we face.

HBO made a documentary called Kill Chain that details all sorts of ways in which voting machines can be hacked, how they are connected to the internet, etc.

It features Georgia heavily, and it came out THIS YEAR.

This article was HIGHLY suppressed on social media. People were being suspended and thrown off social media left and right because of it – on both Facebook and Twitter. Entire groups were CLOSED when Zuckerberg’s involvement in the election was publicized.

Whenever I detect such sensitivity, I know that I’m ONTO something the communists are hiding.

My immediate thought was that he used that money to RIG the election – but I had no insight into exactly how that happened.

However, the story began getting more and more traction, and the insight began BUILDING.

YES – that article is from October 29 – before we suspected all the FRAUD that showed up in exactly the places Zuckerberg’s little project ran.

Gavin Newsom caught wiring half a billion dollars to communist China in massive face mask money laundering scheme

Back in April, even the mainstream media was questioning what Newsom was up to when it was revealed that he had wired half a billion dollars to an electric car company in China to supposedly purchase “N-95 masks” for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). This decision was never voted on or approved by legislators, and when pressed about the details of the deal, Newsom refused to disclose them.

Keep in mind that this half a billion dollars was just the first of two installments amounting to a full billion dollars being sent China to supposedly purchase face masks for Californians – face masks that never actually arrived, by the way. As of this writing, the Chinese electric car company in question, BYD, still has the money and has yet to send over a single face mask.

“That’s because this isn’t a billion dollars for ‘masks,’” writes Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, in an exposé on Newsom’s treasonous criminality. “It’s part of a massive money laundering operation to funnel money to China, so that China can funnel money and weapons back to Newsom in preparation for the civil war that they’re launching.”

I definitely agree that he was laundering through China. But exactly what the money was for, or where it went – uncertain, IMO. Q team probably knows, but I’m skeptical that it’s for weapons.

Weapons simply don’t make as much sense as paying for the electoral fraud, including lawyers, activists, organizations, etc.

TL;DR – THEORY: Wildly over-paid mask orders from China, placed by Democrat and RINO governors, were LAUNDERED and kicked back to the coup and the coupists in the form of tampering money and counterfeit ballots. Paid for with OUR tax dollars.

Remember – Gavin NewScum isn’t the only Democrat governor that sent useless mask money to China.

The same China, which – OH BY THE WAY – used Chinese scientists in America to provide some really HORRIBLE SCIENCE as support for the masks stuff.

Yes, it’s a bit like the “wrap-up smear” – you might call it “wrap-up science”. Chinese scientists, virtue-signaling to CCP-DNC politics, produced a quickie paper (Zhang, et al) which was published by “Fake Science” (PNAS – which is horribly under water vis-a-vis indebtedness and ties to China, like most American science organizations), which paper was then used uncritically by the Fake News.

The same Fake News that won’t publish anything which might dispute, debunk, or diminish the “Masks Scam”.

NOW do you understand the need for the masks scam? It’s all about the MONEY, which is being LAUNDERED IN CHINA.

So to speak.

You see – it’s not just optics – it’s ECONOMICS.

And yeah, they’re all in on it.

Even people you never expected.

TWITTER promoted this crap. And not just for PAID ADVERTISEMENTS.

They were ALL IN ON THE SCAM.

ALL IN.

For EXERCISE by the YOUNG AND HEALTHY?

Seriously?

Nobody was ever honest about the science here. They turned a NEW FLU into a monetary vehicle in every possible way. They actually HARMED KIDS with hypoxia-inducing masks.

POTUS is 100% insulated – any discussion suggesting he’s even a target is false.

Note MI has the same SAPs as NSA, CIA etc as designated post 9-11.
Why is this relevant?
Who can be held hostage and controlled?
CIA thinks its foreign offshore assets are strong enough to defend against the US executive (not accounting for military use on domestic soil).
Why does the Constitution explicitly grant this authority to the President and what is it to prevent?
They knew our agencies would grow in power so much so they could/can hold the executive hostage or engage with bad actors.
Trump nominated someone new to direct every agency but one. He controls the top.
