The Scouring of the Shire.
Reading and reflecting on Tolkien’s final chapter in The Lord of the Rings might help us place ourselves at this time. Fandom tells us: “Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin arrive in the Shire to find that things are not as they once were when they left. The Shire is now run by Sharkey based at Bag End, who with Lotho‘s help had taken over with his band of Ruffian Men. The four hobbits collect as many allies as they can and defeat his army of Ruffians at the Battle of Bywater. The Hobbits then confront “Sharkey” and the lowly Gríma Wormtongue at Bag End, who both meet their demise.”
So, while the noble hobbits had been off saving all of Middle Earth, the “commies” had set up shop in their homeland and caused great harm that will require bravery, wisdom, and a lot of work to undo. It appears that we are somewhere around the beginning of the Battle of Bywater now.

The Role of County Government in Elections.
Take a good look at that 2024 Election Map. See the outline of each county?
When trying to understand how to get traction locally in turning the tide for liberty, it seems to come down to the governance at the county level. And from what is being turned up with the groups I’m following, it looks a lot like there is state level and national level collusion to influence or control the governments of those 3,069 counties that are responsible for overseeing our elections. I’ll get into those details in another post.
Reading that overview from NACO, they start out by stating:
Elections in the United States are administered in a highly decentralized process through which each state shapes its own election laws
Well, mostly. The states shape their own election laws, but, as with anything else, federal laws also impose requirements on state and local governments. Maryland’s State Board of Elections gives a helpful overview of these major federal election laws here. The most recent election-related law passed by Congress is known as HAVA.
Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 This law was the U.S. Congress’ response to the 2000 Presidential election and the first time that the federal government authorized federal funds for election administration. It created the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and set minimum standards for voting systems. It also required each state to adopt uniform standards on what constitutes a vote, implement provisional voting, post certain information at polling places, maintain a statewide voter registration database, and required certain individuals to show identification before voting.
Sounds good right?
Except. There are county elections officials are not following the laws, and yet are still taking the federal money to buy their electronic voting machines. If they didn’t follow the federal laws, then taking that money anyway would be fraud, right?
Thankfully, there are Americans that have stood up and gotten to work discovering and working to address the failures of our elections officials across the nation. I’d like to highlight one citizen oversight group that has done much with an all-volunteer organization.
We want valid elections that are run in full compliance with the law.
I strongly encourage you to watch this short video of a presentation by Marley Hornik of United Sovereign Americans. She goes over the legal framework for election integrity, starting with the constitution and provides the statute citations that must be enforced if we are to have free and fair elections. She also covers what they found when they audited the voter rolls of just 20 states prior to the 2024 election. They found over 29 MILLION apparently ineligible voter registrations, 10 million votes cast by those ineligible voters, 2 million more votes cast than voters that voted, and an average 13% vote error rate. Every invalid registration is potentially a felony level violation. Their organization is litigating with states over their failure to clean up the rolls and unlawful certification of non-compliant elections. They have a good strategy for which states to sue in order to potentially cause a circuit split which could get this heard at the Supreme Court without having to sue all 50 states. Or better yet, maybe the Department of Justice will just do their job.
The United Sovereign Americans Action Plan includes (1) informing everyone of election validity law, (2) turning findings into evidence, and (3) forcing election officials to obey the law.
Unfortunately, election officials across America have displayed apathy, disdain, and disregard for the law, and the civil rights of the people they are hired to serve. This has resulted in the certification of elections that varied from the law. Some of these elections were grossly inaccurate. Whether it was incompetence or malfeasance, those who broke the law must be held accountable.
Thank God for their work. May many more Americans join them in their efforts.

This is ENTIRELY SPECULATIVE. I want to say that up front. My goal is to figure out WHO our hidden rulers are. I am using a two prong attack. What is the motive, and what is hidden and how. Since as usual this has turned into a book instead of an article, I am going to split it
MOTIVE: I have noticed what I think is a thread thru history. In my last article, on Operation Gladio, I mentioned Mercantilism. Trade and bartering seems to be a uniquely human trait and it is seen through out history. It is a reason for empire building. . Usury, the practice of lending money and charging the borrower interest would be a connected motive. To make the most money on each trading trip, you would want to able to borrow money even if it is at interest, so you have the funds to invest in the maximum amount of trade goods for each trip. That just makes good sense. However I am going to save that topic for another article.
WHAT IS HIDDEN AND HOW
Unfortunately, if the truth is inconvenient to our hidden rulers they have several ways to deal with it.
The easiest is to scrub history so the truth is reduced to folklore status or less. Examples are, MaoZedong’s efforts to erase traditional Chinese culture and historical figures who were not aligned with Maoist ideology and the current US destruction of historical statues and the re-naming of locations and products. We’re even maligning our Founding Fathers.
A third is to use ‘scholarly works’ to gaslight the peons while suppressing any dissenting voices. The Climate Scam is an excellent illustration of that.
A fourth, that is the slam-dunk shut up is the use of religion to make discussion and even heretical thought of competing ideas completely unthinkable.
Thus RELIGION is an excellent cover for activity that would otherwise be condemned. Religion is used to sway emotions and muddy the waters. From what I can tell this is done DELIBERATELY. We can see that playbook used today by naming the Globalist NGOs moving illegals into the USA Catholic… or Lutheran… or Baptist … or even Jewish… and using ‘It’s Charity so Shut-up’ at the least sign of criticism . This allows debate about whether it is actually subversive destruction of the USA via invasion to be completely shut down. So as you read this, take your religious feelings, place them in a box and lock it. Do not allow OTHERS to use your religion against you.

Now I want to bring up some of the history that has been buried. I also want to point out the long memory of an enemy. I am going to start with the US Civil War and then jump back in time where the truth is even harder to find.

Seward, 1861: A US-UK War Would “Wrap the World in Flames”
Kenneth Bourne’s Britain and the Balance of Power in North America, 1815-1908 provides an effective antidote to such sentimental thinking in the form of a notable chapter (singled out for attention by Crook) on the British planning for war with the United States at the time of the Trent affair in December-January 1861, when Seward threatened to “wrap the world in flames” and the British lion roared in reply. [3] Two Confederate envoys, Mason and Slidell, were taken off the British merchant ship Trent by a US warship as they were sailing to plead the cause of intervention in London and Paris; the London press became hysterical with rage, and the anti-Union group in the cabinet saw their chance to start a transatlantic war. This study draws not only upon the British Admiralty archives in the Public Record Office, but also on the papers of Admiral Sir Alexander Milne in the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich. Bourne depicts the British predicament as their “defenceless” position in Canada, even with the help of the 10,000 additional regular infantry which Palmerston deployed in response to the crisis. (Bourne 211) A recurrent British fear was that their soldiers would desert to the American side, urged on by “crimps.” (Bourne 217).

The heart of the British strategy in case of war was “overwhelming naval strength based on a few select fortresses,” especially Bermuda and Halifax (in today’s Nova Scotia). (Bourne 208) British Prime Minister Lord Palmerston dispatched a powerful squadron of eight ships of the line and thirteen frigates and corvettes under Admiral Milne to the western Atlantic, and wanted to use the Great Eastern, the largest ship in the world, as a troop transport. London even considered ways to foment secession in Maine. Bombarding and burning both Boston and New York was actively considered as a contingency; it was concluded that the reduction of Boston would be very difficult because of the channels and forts; New York was seen as more vulnerable, especially to a surprise attack. An Admiralty hydrographer saw New York City as “the true heart of [US] commerce, — the centre of …maritime resources; to strike her would be to paralyse all the limbs.” (Bourne 240)

The Russian-British rivalry was of course the central antagonism of European history after the Napoleonic era, and the Russian attitude towards London coincided with the traditional American resentment against the former colonial power. Benjamin Platt Thomas’s older study shows that the US-Russian convergence became decisive during the Crimean War; while Britain, France and the Ottoman Empire attacked Russia, the United States was ostentatiously friendly to the court of St. Petersburg. He depicts Russian minister to Washington Éduard de Stoeckl as a diplomat “whose sole aim was to nurture the chronic anti-British feeling in the United States.” (Thomas 111) According to Thomas, Stoeckl succeeded so well that there was even a perceptible chance that the United States might enter the Crimean War on the Russian side. The US press and public were all on the side of Russia, and hostile to the Anglo-French, to the chagrin of the erratic US President Pierce (who had been close to Admiralty agent Giuseppe Mazzini’s pro-British Young America organization) and the doughface politician James Buchanan. The latter, at that time US envoy to London, embraced the British view of the Tsar as “the Despot.” (Thomas 117) Thomas finds that “the Crimean War undoubtedly proved the wisdom of Russia’s policy of cultivating American friendship, and in fact, drew the two nations closer together.” (Thomas 120) But Thomas glosses over some of the more important US-UK frictions during this phase, which included British army recruiting in the US, and the ejection of the British ambassador as persona non grata. (Thomas 120)

Historian Webster Griffin Tarpley talked about the contribution of Russian Tsar Alexander II to a northern victory in the U.S. Civil War. He said that the Imperial Russian government had issued an ultimatum to Britain and France specifying that if those powers should intervene on the side of the Confederate States of America they would immediately find themselves at war with the Russian Empire. Mr. Tarpley marked the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the Russian Baltic Fleet in New York City on September 24, 1863, and of the Russian Pacific Squadron in San Francisco on October 12, 1863. He argued that it was the presence of those fleets that provided the final deterrence. Russia was the only country to extend direct military support to the Lincoln government.
Russia will support in every way possible, and aid to the fullest extent of its power its ancient ally, the United States of America, in its struggle against treason. Under no circumstances will the Czar permit, if his efforts can prevent it, the success of the lately inaugurated rebellion against the laws, and the government of a friendly country….
On April 1, 1861, the Civil War had not yet begun. That day, Secretary of State William Seward drafted a memorandum to Lincoln seeking action against “European intervention.”
“I would at once demand explanations from France and Spain categorically,” Seward wrote. “I would demand explanations from Great Britain and Russia… And if satisfactory explanations are not received from Spain and France, I would convene Congress and declare war against them.”
Seward’s concerns were legitimate.
Seeing America’s weakness, foreign powers had begun challenging the Monroe Doctrine, which forbade European intervention in the Americas.
Spain had annexed its former colony of Santo Domingo on March 18, pointedly increasing its Cuban garrison to 25,000 men. France was saber-rattling over Haiti and other lost colonies.
Meanwhile, British diplomats were working hard to bring Spain, France, and Russia into a coalition strong enough to force Lincoln into recognizing the Confederacy.
These intrigues plainly violated the Monroe Doctrine. But no one cared what America thought anymore. The U.S. was falling apart.
“Our domestic dissensions are producing their natural fruit,” wrote The New York Times on March 30, 1861. “The terror of the American name is gone, and the Powers of the Old World are flocking to the feast from which the scream of our eagle had hitherto scared them. We are just beginning to suffer the penalties of being a weak and despised Power.”
When Seward wrote his memo to Lincoln, the attack on Fort Sumter was still eleven days away. The first shot of our Civil War had not yet been fired.
Yet, the mightiest powers in Europe were already spoiling for a fight.
Britain was the Ringleader
Great Britain was the driving force behind these plots. The British had been planning America’s downfall for years.
England made no secret of her ambitions in North America.
On January 3, 1860, the London Morning Post bluntly called for the restoration of British rule in America.
The Post was known as a mouthpiece for Lord Palmerston, Britain’s Prime Minister. Indeed, Palmerston himself was rumored to write unsigned editorials for the paper, now and then.
Should North and South separate, said the Morning Post on January 3, 1860, the colonies of British North America (later combined into the Dominion of Canada) would then “hold the balance of power on the Continent.” Canada would find herself in a strong position to annex the quarreling fragments of the former USA.
The first target should be Portland, Maine, the Post suggested. Strategically located at the terminus of Canada’s Grand Trunk Railway, Portland harbor provided Canada with access to the Atlantic during the winter months, when every port on the St. Lawrence River was frozen.
Why leave such a vital asset in American hands?
“On military, as well as commercial grounds, it is obviously necessary,” argued the Morning Post, “that British North America should possess on the Atlantic a port open at all times of year…”
The newspaper recommended that the state of Maine should join the British Empire voluntarily, once the Union collapsed. “[T]he people of that State, with an eye to commercial profit, should offer to annex themselves to Canada,” it suggested….
In the two millennia since the Romans fortified the lowest crossing point of the River Thames, the City of London’s wealth has meant neither the Crown, nor Parliament could subordinate it. From an early stage, the City became the dominant power in foreign policy and government finance in Britain (nee England). The Ulster plantation and the Royal charters for the Levant Company and the East India Company were orchestrated by powerful City financiers. Traditionally, and to the ire of successive generations of British manufacturers, the City of London preferred international investments to investing in local industry.
The use of debt as a weapon wasn’t invented by City of London financiers, but they perfected the technique in the years preceding the Age of Financial Capitalism. At the time Europe was scrambling to halt Napoleon’s advance and were forced to borrow to finance their extra expenditure, in desperation they turned to the City. From this point, the City’s financiers had brought the rulers of Europe into debt servitude, under financial and banker management.

We can’t talk about the City of London in this period without giving special mention to the Rothschild family. Between 1808 and 1859 they developed a capital fund and intelligence service that their rivals couldn’t compete with...

When news came through that the British had actually won the war, the consuls went up to a level even higher than before the war ended leaving Nathan Mayer Rothschild with a return of approximately 20 to 1 on his investment.
This gave the Rothschild family complete control of the British economy, now the financial centre of the world following Napolean’s defeat, and forced England to set up a new Bank of England, which Nathan Mayer Rothschild controlled.
Interestingly, 100 years later the New York Times would run a story stating that Nathan Mayer Rothschild’s grandson had attempted to secure a court order to suppress publication of a book which had this insider trading story in it. The Rothschild family claimed the story was untrue and libellous, but the court denied the Rothschilds request and ordered the family to pay all court costs.
Back to 1815, this is the year Nathan Mayer Rothschild makes his famous statement,
“I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire on which the sun never sets. The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply.”
…something that did not go well for the Rothschilds this year was the Congress of Vienna, which started in September, 1814 and concluded in June of this year. The reason for this Congress of Vienna, was for the Rothschilds to create a form of world government, to give them complete political control over much of the civilized world.
Many of the European governments were in debt to the Rothschilds, so they figured they could use that as a bargaining tool. However the Tsar Alexander I of Russia, who had not succumbed to a Rothschild central bank, would not go along with the plan, so the Rothschild world government plan failed. Enraged by this, Nathan Mayer Rothschild swore that some day he or his descendants would destroy the Tsar Alexander 1st’s entire family and descendants. Unfortunately he was true to his word and 102 years later Rothschild funded Bolsheviks would act upon that promise….

This is the more surprising when we learn that one of the chief methods by which this Group works has been through propaganda.

To understand the pedigree of the Round Table movement as it was “officially” unveiled in 1910 as the ideological shaper of the policies and paradigm of the new “managerial class” of international imperialists dedicated to the salvation of the British Empire under an “Imperial Federation”, it would be necessary to go back a few decades prior, to 1873-74….
The model of the Round Table involved a central coordinating body in London, with branches strategically placed throughout the Commonwealth in order to provide one vision and voice to the young and talented “upper managerial class” of the reformed British Empire. Parkin and Peacock were joined by Lord Alfred Milner, Sir Arthur Glazebrook, W.T. Stead, Arthur Balfour and Lord Nathan Rothschild as co-trustees.
Working in tandem with the eugenicists of the Fabian Society of Sidney and Beatrice Webb, Balfour had founded the first International Eugenics Conference in 1912 alongside enthusiastic recruits such as young Roundtable member Winston Churchill.

This book traces the history of the ancient Khazar Empire, a major but almost forgotten power in Eastern Europe, which in the Dark Ages became converted to Judaism.

THE evidence quoted in the previous pages indicates that — contrary to the traditional view held by nineteenth-century historians — the Khazars, after the defeat by the Russians in 965, lost their empire but retained their independence within narrower frontiers, and their Judaic faith, well into the thirteenth century. They even seem to have reverted to some extent to their erstwhile predatory habits. Baron comments:
In general, the reduced Khazar kingdom persevered. According to the article “statistics” in the Jewish Encyclopaedia, in the sixteenth century the total Jewish population of the world amounted to about one million. This seems to indicate, as Poliak, Kutschera and others have pointed out, that during the Middle Ages the majority of those who professed the Judaic faith were Khazars. A substantial part of this majority went to Poland, Lithuania, Hungary and the Balkans, where they founded that Eastern Jewish community which in its turn became the dominant majority of world Jewry…
So much for size. But what do we know of the social structure and composition of the Khazar immigrant community? The shtetl’s origins probably date back to the thirteenth century, and may represent the missing link, as it were, between the market towns of Khazaria and the Jewish settlements in Poland. The economic and social function of these semi-rural, semiurban agglomerations seems to have been similar in both countries. In Khazaria, as later in Poland, they provided a network of trading posts or market towns which mediated between the needs of the big towns and the countryside.
They had regular fairs at which sheep and cattle, alongside the goods manufactured in the towns and the products of the rural cottage industries were sold or bartered; at the same time they were the centres where artisans plied their crafts, from wheelwrights to blacksmiths, silversmiths, tailors, Kosher butchers, millers, bakers and candlestick-makers. There were also letter-writers for the illiterate, synagogues for the faithful, inns for travellers, and a heder — Hebrew for “room”, which served as a school. There were itinerant story-tellers and folk bards (some of their names, such as Velvel Zbarzher, have been preserved) travelling from shtetl to shtetl in Poland — and no doubt earlier on in Khazaria, if one is to judge by the survival of story-tellers among Oriental people to our day.
…Some particular trades became virtually a Jewish monopoly in Poland. One was dealing in timber — which reminds one that timber was the chief building material and an important export in Khazaria; another was transport. “The dense net of shtetls,” writes Poliak, “made it possible to distribute manufactured goods over the whole country by means of the superbly built Jewish type of horse cart. The preponderance of this kind of transport, especially in the east of the country, was so marked amounting to a virtual monopoly — that the Hebrew word for carter, ba‘al agalah was incorporated into the Russian language as balagula…
…After the Mongol conquest”, wrote Poliak, “when the Slav villages wandered westward, the Khazar shtetls went with them.”
The pioneers of the new settlements were probably rich Khazar traders who constantly travelled across Poland on the much frequented trade routes into Hungary. “The Magyar and Kabar migration into Hungary blazed the trail for the growing Khazar settlements in Poland: it turned Poland into a transit area between the two countries with Jewish communities.”….

So this guy was all over Europe, got rescued by the Brits twice, ended up working for the British Ministry of Information, became a UK citizen. Lived in the USA… Given his family background as wealthy eastern European Jews and his traveling before the massive destruction of WWI, I am inclined to believe he had a decent handle on the truth.
Also Arthur Koestler’s book is consistent with the finding of this Jewish researcher at John Hopkins.

Israel later told the US Govt that they “made a mistake”. The Jews also did this in the 1948 war when they murdered entire villages of Arabs. They just said “It was a mistake” and that’s the end of it. According to the book, the US Govt, especially the military/intelligence people did NOT buy the “mistake story” of the Jews. The evidence is totally clear, because Israeli planes came and watched the Liberty for hours and they flew past it. The Israelis knew 100% this was an American ship. Also, all survivors state that the US Flag was flying clearly on a sunny day. The Israelis knew they were attacking an American ship.
But why? Well, the real secret that the Israeli’s have kept, is that the USS Liberty was close to the coast and in view of a town called El Arish. And in El Arish, the Jews were busy murdering, Egyptian POWS. In fact, the Israeli army was doing a LOT of civilian murder that day. But the USS Libery, as a spy ship, was listening in on all radio comms and was picking up everything. And the Israelis knew it was a US spy ship. In order to hide their slaughter of the POW’s, they wanted to sink the Liberty and ensure that NOBODY SURVIVED. That is why they engaged in the brutal, hours-long attack that they did.
Here is the real secret about the USS Liberty. This is how the book describes the murder of about 1,000 Egyptians who had surrendered that day. When a soldier surrenders, you are to look after him. That is international law. Israel, in violation of international law was carrying out a genocide. This is how the book describes it. Page 201-204:
By June 8, three days after Israel launched the war, Egyptian prisoners in the Sinai had become nuisances. There was no place to house them, not enough Israelis to watch them, and few vehicles to transport them to prison camps. But there was another way to deal with them.

A newly surfaced document has revealed that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and intelligence systems had detailed knowledge of Hamas’s plan to raid Israel and kidnap 250 people weeks before the October 7 massacre.

The document, titled “Detailed End-to-End Raid Training,” was distributed on September 19, 2023, and described in detail the series of exercises conducted by Hamas’s elite units.

MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN
President Trump will take bold action to secure our border and protect American communities.
This includes ending Biden’s catch-and-release policies, reinstating Remain in Mexico, building the wall, ending asylum for illegal border crossers, cracking down on criminal sanctuaries, and enhancing vetting and screening of aliens.
President Trump’s deportation operation will address the record border crossings of criminal aliens under the prior administration.
The President is suspending refugee resettlement, after communities were forced to house large and unsustainable populations of migrants, straining community safety and resources.
The Armed Forces, including the National Guard, will engage in border security, which is national security, and will be deployed to the border to assist existing law enforcement personnel.
President Trump will begin the process of designating cartels, including the dangerous Tren de Aragua, as foreign terrorist organizations and use the Alien Enemies Act to remove them.
The Department of Justice will seek the death penalty as the appropriate punishment for heinous crimes against humanity, including those who kill law enforcement officers and illegal migrants who maim and murder Americans.

I was watching an excellent episode of Breaking History and realized, we here at the Qtree had never identified the driving philosophy of the Cabal. I am not talking Marxism or Malthusianism (De-population) I am talking about the actual philosophy that drives the Cabal and has for centuries.

The feudal economic system was replaced by mercantilism in Western Europe and it became the dominant theory between 1500 and 1800. During this period, there was [more] frequent military conflict and tension than before. Every government’s main objective was to back their military base to prevent attacks from other nations whilst also expanding their territory and the only way to do so was to earn sufficient money.
Mercantilists [AND BANKERS] took up this opportunity to persuade their governments to enact policies that would protect their own businesses against foreign [AND DOMESTIC] ones. In exchange, they would pay taxes to back the military. This resulted in the introduction of fiscal policies that were against the colonists which banned them from buying foreign items. Synopsis of her bio:
Colonel Towner enlisted in the Air Force in 1979 right out of high school. She is mechanically inclined so work on airplanes. She was in for 8 yrs as an enlisted grunt, after 6 yrs she got a military scholarship and went to Indiana Univ. During that time she had a job with Evergreen airlines who had a contract with UPS. She was the only female mechanic but the guys found out a small female fits in spaces they do not.
When she finished her degree, the Air Force made her a personnel officer. (She was hoping for maintenance officer.) She was assigned to LA air force base in late 80s, during Star Wars. Nastar now GPS had just been declassified for civilian use. Put up a bunch of satellites. Re-asigned to Italy, Andrews AFB where Air Force 1 is. Whenever the pentagon went down to CENTCOM, US central Command, they used Andrews AFB. She was there over 9-11.
She got her masters at Air War college…. She was in for 30 yrs then retired. The she started watching Glen Beck and “realized everything I thought was true, was not true.”
Colonel Towner: “I am a big reader. I already had 2-300 books… Because my entire reason for enlisting was to get a college degree, at the end I had 6 degrees because I just like learning and they were free thanks to the tax payer. My idea was to give that information back… And to use my experience and education to help others understand what is going on in the world. You find out we have been lied to about everything. I now have about 800 books in my library….

What you just heard in the Tucker Carlson – Putin interview? Putin was telling you about Operation Gladio without using the name.

I am going to start with terminology. The first thing you have to remember, because you are going to see these terms often in the future. So when you see them in the future your brain should immediately go OPERATION GLADIO.
Operation Gladio is an umbrella term. There are sub-elements of it. One of which is Operation Condor. Operation Condor was the Gladio effort dedicated strictly to South America.
Compass Rose was the initial effort of Operation Gladio that was launched inside of Europe.They were also referred to as stay behind units.
A Stay behind unit was a group of 15 to 20 civilians. As originally created in Germany by Nazis. They were called Werewolf Units. They carried that term from 1942 to the end of the war. They were civilians by day and killers by night. You are going to hear Werewolf a whole lot more in the future including Neo-Nazis in the USA.
The training squad in Ukraine from the US Air Force, right now training pilots, is called Grey Wolves, which is the operator Gladio from Turkey. The Neo-nazis in the USA today call themselves Werewolves because they are configured just like stay behind units.
In addition to having the personnel, and they were all trained, there are some designated training sites. You [Alpha] as a marine may recognize some of the sites because our special operations trained a lot of these people unbeknownst to them as they were ‘joint training’ in Europe. They had stashes of weaponry to include; small arms, explosives, money and com equipment. They would bury them in chests. They would bury them in national parks systems that could be secured. Often times off limits to the normal foot traffic. That is true in the USA too BTW.
I watched a 2 hr documentary of an investigate journalist who went thru Holland trying to find these stay behind unit stashes. He spent 4 years looking. They found tons of them. I even asked the guy who brought it to my attention if he could translate so I could put subtitles on it. I posted it on my Twitter Acct…. In Italy alone there were over 600 of these stashes. Over 600 stay behind units with 15 to 20 people in each one. That is how massive it is.
It is also referred to as ‘Strategy of Tension’ It is important to understand this concept. The world we live in today operates on a strategy of tension. Most people do not know enough history to realize that if you look at a world map of 1910 and you look at a world map of 1950 there are a lot of ‘made-up countries’ that did not exist in 1910.
Well Putin just told you. Ukraine was made up out of whole cloth. There was no Ukraine. There was Poland and there was Russia. Look at the 1910 map of the Middle East. There was a country that no longer exists called Kurdistan. Well what happen to Kurdistan? Well the geniuses at the end of WWII decided that we are needed to break up Kurdistan and put the pieces in Turkey, Syria, Northern Iraq and Northern Iran. So where is all the conflict? Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran. Why is that? Because of the strategy of tension.
Pakistan did not exist in 1910. Where do we have a lot of Schiff going on? Afghanistan and India! Why? Because of Pakistan.
The International Syndicate [Cabal] decided to make up countries out of whole cloth. Taking what they KNEW to be fault lines, so they could create a perpetual War Machine to terrorize people, generate refugees – Called Human Trafficking – and forever establish the Military Industrial Complex that would be used to manipulate the world from the end of WWII until today. [I would say it was set up in 1913 if not well before. -GC]
We have never NOT KNOWN WAR. All of this has to do with this same concept. It is all done on purpose.
The Kurdish people over time had congregated into a geographic location because they were ostracized. They were not Muslim as we know Muslim. I was in Iraq for 6 months and talked to a lot of the Kurdish leaders because I was the exec officer for a 2 star Army general that ran Taskforce Bravo that was all of Northern Iraq during the 1991 conflict. So I spent a lot of time with these guys. It is almost a mix between Christianity & Islam. So they are not liked by anybody. So they kinda congregated in a location and then after WWII they sliced it all up and Well it would be like pouring acid on your body. So they created a scab, and the UK and USA pick that scab whenever they want to.
And they did this all over the world. So it is important they you understand ‘Strategy of Tension.’
In Italy it is know as the years of lead because of the lead bullets. When ever they activate these terror units, you get a lot of dead bodies. Journalists who write about it die, Judges that adjudicate it die, prosecutors that prosecute it die and obviously the victims of the explosions, the train stations, the banks… ALL over Italy lots of dead bodies.
And my last term… All of this system was set up under “ANTI-COMMUNISM”
As Putin pointed out and Tucker afterwards, the Soviet Union and now when it is Russia, they have never been an aggression focused nation. But the instigators set up the Soviet Union and then Russia as a bogyman, to terrorize their own population via the stay behind Gladios Units. They sold this concept, a little bit in the public but primarily to the under levels of the government. The senior levels knew what they were going to use it for. That it was going to be used for domestic use. But for the rest of the people, it was sold under the guise that it was Anti-Communist.
So just in case those Soviet people come over the gap and invade Europe, we have all these stay behind units that will pop-up and kill them all.
But if you start looking into the Anti-communist league, and anti-communist anything. They had anti-communist non-profits. Every single one of them is saturated with CIA agents, MI6 agents and MOSSAD agents. They are front companies, non-profits having to do with orchestrating Domestic Violence and ZERO to do with anti-communist. So when ever you hear anti-communist the hair on the back of your neck should stand up. You need to look at the board of directors, everything about them because it will be sketchy as hell.
The International Syndicate
When I first started doing this, if I said something about the Vatican or the Catholic Bank, I would get inundated with these bots – OH it is the Jesuits.
If I say anything about MOSSAD – Oh it’s the fake Jews or the Khazarian Mafia.
I do not know if any of that is true and it means ZERO to me. It is a limited hangout. You have already reached the conclusion without doing the investigation.

Colonel Towner makes it clear that this is her theory, based on what she has read:
If you under stand Operational War Plans, you have a strategic level, an operational level and a tactical level. The strategy is ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. That is the goal. They wanted Germany to be in charge of the New World Order at that time. The Operational Level was how to go about doing that. And the Tactical Level is the kinetic level. They realized the Kinetic level was not going to be a winnable solution.
So if I change my operational focus to infiltrating the world; with all my Nazi scientists, all my Nazi operators like Skorzeny and thru Gladio; if I can get the apparatus built at the Operational level, then I can effect a one world government at the tactical level with my Gladio units. I can coup any government in the world. I can bring in my international syndicate [aka transnational corporations] to take over all of their resources. I can get as rich as I want. I can control the entire world without firing another shot in a conventional war.
In my mind, this is what I have been building towards the more I learn, because you see a drastic change in the war in 1942. With these stay behind units and the filtering out of them after the war is ‘officially’ over. The distribution of the Nazis, and not all of them are scientists. There is just so much to that.
When the change of focus occurs in Germany in 1942, they create the very first Werewolf Units and put them in all of the Axis territories. Now we get to the end of the war. Galland arranges a meeting with Allen Dulles. Allen Dulles is the OSS commander for the European theater under Wild Bill Donovan. Dulles meets with Galland and they come to an agreement. Galland gets to stay free. They are going to bring Galland in a 4 star uniform with fake documents to the USA. They will de-brief him. They will scout out all the stay behind units and networks in the Axis territories and they are going to take them over. They create the ‘mirror’ in alley countries AND it will all be run out of NATO.
There are two organizations in NATO that are the planning and funding coordinators for Operation Gladio. One of which is called the ACC. It is a highly classified organization. Most people assigned to NATO do not know it exists. It is documented in Paul William’s book Operation Gladio. And also mentioned in Daniele Ganser’s book NATO’s Secret Armies: Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe
…In 1990, when Gladio got exposed in Italy, Italy is the only country that did an exhaustive investigation and exposed it. One of the things that came out on the magic date of Aug 2nd when it all got revealed, is there was a meeting in NATO of Gladio participants in Oct of 1990. They had the meeting despite the blow-up in Italy, probably to mitigate or cover-up. In Nov, reports paint Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti as the king pin in Italy. Well he is not going down alone. As soon as fingers were pointed at Andreotti, reporters start asking their politicians, what do you know about Gladio. Andreotti calls a press conference and on national TV in Italy, he says OH, pol XXX doesn’t know anything about Gladio? He was at the meeting last month. He named names and by doing so verified that NATO was the coordinator of ALL of it and they were the ones who hosted the planning meetings.

This has been used more than once in Gladio Operations around the world. They are trained to do this in isolated areas. I want to give at least the enlisted a pass.A lot of the Gladio training was done at Fort Bragg [NC] and Fort Benning. [Columbus, Georgia, Alabama border area] And there was an explosive school just north of the Rio Grande above Brownsville TX. It’s time to recall Trump Gravity and “the roller coaster”!
Well, I don’t really have to do any holding together, now that I figured out what Trump is up to. He is shaking things out, but counting on Trump gravity to pull things back together as he moves along. He is moving “forward” at speeds Obama could not even dream of.
You and I will be anti-Trump trolls one day and MAGA heroes the next. Get used to it. Trump speed is the new normal. Some will call it flip-flopping, but that’s not what it is. Trump is dodging and weaving through reality faster than the reality can react to disrupt his plans.
I was explaining this to my wife. This is a roller-coaster now. Trump is no longer waiting for people to keep up. He is taking his bewildering art-of-the-deal campaign schtick into geopolitics, and for a lot of people who can’t keep up or hold on, it will be a rough ride.
Trump is no longer playing only with evil and cunning players who are still predictable, easily beatable dopes, like Hillary. He is playing against killers, with his own team of killers, and all the while he has scheming creeps like Hillary, BGI, SPLC, and the neocons gunning for him. Snake Ryan ready to bite when nobody is looking. “Warhead” McCain screaming for Russian blood. Psycho Kim and Samoa Obama plotting some kind of intrigue to take him down. And THOSE are the lightweights.
This is the majors now. Trump has to outwit world-class adversaries and “frenemies” by defining the deals that they will agree to. One minute they will think Trump is their friend – the next minute, a cunning, bitter foe. And he has to do this with evil cheerleaders like Warhead, Linderace, Dipsy Dowd, Maggie Haterman, and Fake Yapper trashing him or praising him alternately, no matter which way he goes. They can’t keep up, either.
Neither can many around him. I think that half of the problem with advisers crashing into each other is they don’t realize what Trump is doing.
And people will trash you, and they will trash me. Get used to it. I’ve already caught plenty of people mocking me. Well, just wait a week in Trump time. Look stupid and conned by Trump one minute, and you look like a sage three days later.
Trump will not find perfect solutions. He will find OPTIMAL solutions. We cannot ask for more. Trump has stood by and watched Perfect murder Good for 8 years – maybe longer. He’s not gonna do it. He’s going to deliver the best outcome possible, and he’s not waiting for us to feel relaxed about it.
Best presidency ever! Just hang on. More winning is coming, but a lot of people are going to scream that it’s all over at EVERY turn.
The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity. Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later. Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit. A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!” 😀

This book was written by a high ranking Canadian naval officer with connections in both military and intelligence agencies. William Guy Carr died in 1959 of unexplained causes four years after publishing “Pawns in the Game”. He was 64. His son published one of his other important books “Satan, Prince of this World”, after his death.
When the author of this book, Commander W.J.G. Carr died on October 2, 1959, he left this book in manuscript form along with many scribbled notes, reference books, half formulated thoughts, etc. His last wish was that the book be finished and published in order that all men might know of the plot which exists to wipe out every trace of decency in the world and all civilizations as we know them now. Such a task is manifestly beyond ordinary means. I, his oldest son, have been asked to try and edit, revise and correct the manuscript as best possible before publication. This I have done to the best of my limited ability.
I have not added anything to the original draft or changed anything except where requested to do so in marginal notes in my father’s own handwriting. I found the work frustrating because it was far beyond the scope of my ability. At the same time, I found it extremely interesting and rewarding as I tried to sort out the thoughts and ideas of a man who died almost seven years ago.
At some points in the manuscript I found notes such as: “Check the accuracy of such and such a point” or “dig out more information on such and such a person”. On each occasion, I deleted the point queried completely, for it was always my father’s strong belief that nothing should ever be written until completely proved out in the light of existing knowledge. Since I do not have the necessary sense of values to decide what information should or should not be used in such cases, I felt safest by leaving the information out completely.
The fact that there are only thirteen chapters in this book will annoy some people and frustrate others: I think all who read it will be left in a state of restlessness. “The Unfinished Symphony” has never been completed and this book will not be completed either, except as each reader finishes it for himself in the future by personal experience as the story unfolds. Many of you will scoff at the statements made in this book; many will toss it aside as the ravings of a madman; some will be unable to finish the book because it will arouse anxieties and fears that cannot be faced. In the video Ted starts off with his first case as a private investigator. It ties drug running from South East Asia (Vietnam) to military bases; a cover-up by military intelligence at Fort Bragg; the involvement of sons and daughters of military personnel in the Satanic Cult who actually committed the murders; all to protect that CIA drug pipeline. Note that these same Cult members were the distributors of the drugs up and down the east coast.
As of 2014, I still do not know if Dr Jeffrey R McDonald has finally been released from prison.

This critical material – my entire defense, if you will – remained hidden. Summary:
➡ Dr. Gary Stickel, a UCLA archaeologist, discovered tunnels under a school, leading to the uncovering of a covert criminal enterprise involving military intelligence. This enterprise, known as the Franklin cover-up, involved kidnapping children from foster homes and orphanages for sex trafficking. The next case I worked of a major consequence was the McMartin preschool case in Manhattan Beach, California. The children there claimed there were tunnels under the school. That they were taken into the tunnels and through the tunnels up into the trap door of a bathroom in a Triplex next door, placed in automobiles and prostituted in the community. These are two, three, and four year-old children before they entered kindergarten. In addition the children claimed that they were flown into the mountains where they were involved with adults in robes. Black robes, Chanting, Candles. They talked about the brown babies who were sacrificed. Who were cut up, actually sacrificed. In checking into this and researching this of course this was obviously a satanic ceremony. The McMartin family who owned the preschool they were tried of Ray Buckey and his grandmother. The grandmother was acquitted. Hung jury on Ray Buckey, the second trial another hunt jury.
I had an opportunity in 1990 to gain control of the school. Now the school had been given to Danny Davis the defense attorney and he had sold it even though he made $15 million on the case by the way. He had sold it to a contractor who was going to take it down. When I learned this, I contacted the contractor. I said I want to be given an opportunity to go on that school and look for the tunnels. The authorities had looked for them in 1987. They said they could find no tunnels. Along with some of the parents ,we hired Dr Gary Stickel, UCLA archaeologist. He hired his crew and brought them in. And in 34 days Dr Stickel said there had been tunnels under that school. They were covered up and they were covered in.
An informant of mine told me that there was an abandoned satanic site in Crestline California up in the mountains I went up into the mountains and obtain copies, photocopies [of] photographs of the site…
Makes you wonder what evidence those California fires are burning… Think the Standard Hotel. Think the 1986 Presidio Child Development Center scandal in San Francisco….

I replaced a fellow named Gary Caradori who was the investigator for a Nebraska Senate committee. Gary met the official photographer of the group who had split from the group, defected. [he] agreed to take the pictures that this official photographer gave him. They met in Chicago. And he agreed to take the pictures back to the committee. He flew out of Chicago in his private plane. A short distance out of Chicago the plane exploded midair. His briefcase has never been found. He and his 11-year-old boy died. The rear seat of the airplane has never been found. I had made every attempt possible to obtain possession of or control of that plane because I wanted to examine it for bomb chemicals particularly the back seat. It’s no longer available. Nobody knows what happened to it.
Gary kadori was a civilian yet it [the plane] was taken to a military base for examination. A deputy sheriff was the first one on the scene he saw the pictures. He started picking up the pictures and FBI agent came along took the pictures away from him. Told him to keep his mouth shut. He started talking to a few people. A year later his wife was murdered. He’s no longer talking.
This International child kidnapping ring I later learned was out of Washington D.C. It was very active and the organization is known as the Finders. I have a report on the Finders back there. Everything I’m telling you is documented by the way. The Finders has been established and operating throughout the 1960s up to the present time. It was exposed in 1987, [so] they moved their operation to Wichita Kansas and they’re operating right today in Wichita Kansas.

…The Presidio Child Development Center scandal was reported on beginning in 1986 in San Francisco. As in the Franklin case, there is no question children had been sexually abused. Literally dozens of children were medically examined and showed signs of genital and anal trauma, and 5 to 6, depending on reports, contracted chlamydia, a sexually contracted disease . The game became what could be prosecuted in a court of law.
Many of the children repeatedly identified Aquino as being present when they were transported from the base to area homes for ritualized abuse.
Aquino lived in the area and eventually his home was raided based on descriptions provided by the children of not only a satanic décor, but a soundproof room with photography and video recording equipment inside. Photographs of naked children were carried out of the Aquino home in clear trash bags, along with video tapes and other evidence. Of course, Aquino was never brought up on charges, most likely because of the level of prominence of the people depicted in those photographs and movies raping children.
The Army took over a yearto close the daycare. About the only thing it did even half right was ensure Aquino would never get promoted.
…the mother Noreen Gosch was dumbfounded didn’t know what happened demanded an investigation by the FBI and by the West Des Moines Police Department. The chief of police in West Des Moines said to her, even though he disappeared, we do not have any witnesses who saw him being grabbed and placed in a car or being taken control of, 👉so we’re not going to investigate it.👈 The FBI used the same premise they refused to investigate it. Now I’ve been involved in kidnappings in the FBI and I can tell you that it’s automatic within 24 hours, 👉at the end of 24 hours that we had to go in.👈 In my day this was back in the 50s, 60s and 70s we had to go in and start investigating the case after they’ve disappeared for 24 hours.
Today as we as I stand here and you sit there the children are disappearing in this country at the rate of 83 per hour that’s over 700,000 children a year now. I can go back to July 1982 the Readers Digest claimed there were 100,000 children disappearing every year. There’s another statistic that I find very interesting and that is that it is estimated 2,500 children are kidnapped and murdered in this country every year….
Now we know why the DemonRats are so interested in ‘unaccompanied children’ and why they ‘disappear’ from the system. The USA now has a much lower birth rate and parents are more careful about keeping a sharp watch on their kids compared to the 1950s & 60s. The pedos and satanists, needed a fresh source.

I personally talk to one of the youngsters who was involved in this network. I’ve talked to several of them and he assures me that Jeff Ganon is in fact Johnny Gosch.
Well how did Johnny Gosch get from a West Des Moines Iowa 12 years old, all the way, with the phony press pass, into the White House as of a few weeks ago. What happened to Johnny is that he was transported from West Des Moines to Sioux City. He was placed on a farm for 3 weeks [and] sexually molested. He was taken to the mountains in Colorado placed in a cage in a house of some sort or cabin. And then later he was used as a sex slave. They didn’t kill him they didn’t sacrifice him although a number of these kids are sacrificed in satanic ceremonies. He escaped with another young man. They stole a car and in 1997 Johnny knocked on his mother’s door at 2:30 in the morning. Gosch said he wanted to talk to her. He was there with another young boy. He came in. He told [her] in the rain. He says “mother I was kidnapped.” Kidnapped, I’ve been placed in a covert military CIA controlled mind control project and used as a sex slave. He said I can’t come forward at this time. They will kill me and then he left in the rain . She says that’s the last time she talked to him.
[It’s] 1997 now. Now several years after that, a girl named Burns who was a producer for 20-20 decided to do a story on the Johnny Gosch kidnapping and the Nebraska case. And She interviewed me. In fact I spent 5 days with her. Gave her the benefit of all my research, which is available to you folks also. Then she got a lead that Johnny was hiding out on an Indian reservation in northern Minnesota she went there and flushed him out. He basically went into hiding and now he shows up at the White House. He was a mind control victim.

If you don’t know anything about MK Ultra mind control program, it came into this country through the German scientists after World War II. They were involved with the Nazis during the war and prior to World War II in developing robots and individuals to be used on command for anything that they wish ,including assassinations and other nefarious activity. The MK Ultra program, CIA mind control program, was investigated by Congress in 1987. Congress said CIA you got to quit doing that that. You’re bad boys and they said we will quit. Don’t kid yourself. It’s is very active today. There are people like Barbara Hartwell out there who are mind control victims. She’s another one who’s been bashing me. I must be doing a pretty good job because I wouldn’t have these people criticizing me on the internet like they do. Of course it doesn’t bother me in the least.
But going back to the Nebraska case [and] MK Ultra. A lot of this training took place at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha Nebraska which was strategic care command headquarters. You recall after 9-11 the president flew to I think it was the South someplace in Louisiana or New Orleans and then he flew to Offutt Air Force Base in the afternoon of September 11th. They had a party there that morning at 9:30 in the morning. He missed the party. He was sorry he missed the party. Warren Buffett was there by the way.

We have the 1993… the car bombing of the World Trade Center. I have a copy of the New York Times [from] October 28th 1993. And in the article was reporting from The Trial that took place [of] an FBI informant named Salam who was in among the terrorists. He testified that he was commissioned by the terrorists to put the bomb together to bomb the World Trade Center in February 1993.
Fortunately for him, when he met with the terrorist he wore a body mic so he could record every word that was said. Unknown to the FBI, when he met with the FBI, he also wore a body mic. That was probably what kept him from being set up and framed and sent to prison. This is actually in this newspaper article he went to his FBI superiors. [He] says I’ve been commissioned to put the bomb together we’re going to use a dummy bomb aren’t we and 👉he was told by his FBI superiors no we’re going to use a real bomb.👈

Why doesn’t somebody take some action in that area. Why doesn’t somebody investigate this International child kidnapping ring being operated by the CIA. Why are these congressmen voting on bills like the Patriot Act which takes away many of our constitution rights and civil liberties in the best interest of quote protection for our country and protection from the terrorists.
Let me tell you something ladies and gentlemen, there are people in our government, a rogue outfit, whatever I’m not sure who, are actually Behind These Terrorist Acts. And the reason they’re behind the terrorist acts is so they can pass bills like the Patriot Act and the reason the congressmen and the Senators vote for these stupid bills. Stupid by our terms and our definition, is because they’ve have been set up and framed through sex and drugs.

So then we have Oklahoma City 1995.
I personally made two trips to Oklahoma City. I investigated Oklahoma City. Because of my report, the defense attorney for Timothy McVeigh, sent two of his investigators to interview me. I spent four hours with them actually. I got a lot of information out of them. For example they told me that they were allowed to tour the remains of the M building in Oklahoma City in the presence of a US Marshall, but they were not allowed under any circumstances to take soil samples or to pick up any evidence for examination. Stephen Jones was their attorney.
I heard that they were going to tear down the building.
Now you can trace bombs through what they call the tagging chemicals. When I heard this, I called John deCamp. I said, “John we’ve got to prevent that building from coming down.” I actually called an outfit in Chicago of the Pat Kennedy group, who are specialists in examining evidence of this type. John called McVeigh’s attorney, Jones. Because John had a client who he was representing, who was involved in the case, John said I’ll handle the paper. We’ll have a hearing. We will prevent that building from coming down. The next thing we heard the building was coming down. John called Jones. “What’s going on and he had no good answer for it. That was evidence. I’ve been at many a crime scene and it is critical that the evidence be preserved. That was a huge cover up.
McVeigh wrote a letter to his sister. [Jennifer] was in Special Forces. The government said the military says “oh no he flunked out” He didn’t flunk out. He was recruited out of Special Forces according to him in a letter he wrote to his sister. [He was recruited] to be trained to be a CIA assassin and also to work for the CIA International drug operation both against the competition and for the CIA pro- drug people. McVeigh was in my opinion an MK Ultra mind control victim. He was visited in prison in Oklahoma and in Colorado by Dr Jolly West. This was secret by the way, I happen to find out because I made some phone calls to the right people. Jolly West was one of the foremost leaders along with Sidney Gottlieb and the CIA’s MK Ultra mind control operation.

Why would somebody like Jolly West go interview McVeigh not only in Oklahoma but also in Colorado during the trial? Because he was a mind control victim himself. At one time it was reported, I think in US News & World Report, that McVeigh had a microchip in his buttocks. Our military reportedly have been using microchips to keep track of their soldiers.
The bomb in the truck allegedly was a fertilizer bomb. The government first announced that it was a 1500lb bomb and then a 2500 lb bomb and I think it ended up being 4,800 lb. That bomb that was in the truck destroyed half the building. A 4,800 lb fertilizer bomb, an ammonia nitrate fertilizer bomb dissipates and did not have the potential, the possibility, of destroying that much of the building. After the Oklahoma City bomb went off I had a call from a friend of mine, Michael Riconosciuto. For those of you who are making notes look up in the internet, Michael Riconosciuto. I’ve been working with Michael since the early 1980s, 1982.

It’s when I first met him. He was a CIA agent operative for some two decades he was also an FBI informant at one time. His father owned the Hercules Manufacturing in Silicone Valley California. Hercules manufacturing developed what is known as the electro-hydrodynamic gaseous fuel device which is a highly classified bomb. The bomb was was actually manufactured by Dyno Nobel out of Salt Lake City.

Now Michael, in the meantime, is in jail now. Right? In fact I talked to him yesterday because he started to talk before the Brooks committee about a very interesting case involving the Promis Software [Inslaw, 30 Inc.]. The Promis Software was a computer operation. They developed all kinds of intelligence information on you, and I, and every citizen in America. The Department of Justice leased it for two years. At the end of two years they refused to pay Bill and Nancy Hamilton the $10 million they owed them. Then the Department of Justice through Earl Bryant, past president of United Press International, took that computer [and] sold it around the world. Sold it to the French, to the English, Israelis, Canadians. Unknown to these foreign countries, [to] the officials in these foreign countries, there was a trap in the computer. A very clever trapdoor [that] secretly allowed us, the US government, to retrieve all the information they developed.
Michael Riconosciuto was the CIA agent who developed the trapdoor in the Promis Software Computer. When Congress started to investigate it in the late 1980s, they called on Michael. We want you to testify. Michael received a threatening phone call two weeks before he was to testify, he claimed. From a fellow named Peter Videnieks of the US Department of Justice. “If you testify you’ll be sorry.” Michael testified anyway. A few weeks later [He] was arrested for drugs [and] is now serving a 30-year prison sentence because he dared to expose these nefarious activities by this Rogue Criminal Enterprise operating within the confines of the US government.
Michael has been released and is scared to death he will meet the same fate as journalist Danny Casolaro. The documentary is by Christian Hansen & Zachary Treitz. Riconoscuito was one of the chief sources for Casolaro. Michael had a lot of inside info on the people concerned.

I gave you a little background on Michael. Going back to Oklahoma City now, I want you to understand who Michael is. He’s not some guy walking down the street with a grocery basket looking for a recycling center okay? He has credibility. Now Michael called me right after the Oklahoma City bomb went off and he said Ted, (He called from prison by the way) that’s my bomb meaning [that it is the bomb] Hercules developed. That it was not an ammonium nitrate bomb. Now when that [Hercules] bomb was tested in 1982 I happened to be with a group of intelligence agents in Palm Springs waiting for the results of that test.
It was tested in Area 51. It was under estimated because the power, it was so powerful, that two of the technicians died. They underestimated the strength of it. This, I call it a barometric bomb, this barometric bomb, according to Michael was what was in the car not a fertilizer bomb. I have an Oklahoma City report on that. So what did I do as an investigator?

Well I went to the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. I gave him the contract number which I obtained through a Science magazine. One of my associates actually did the research on that and I gave the public Picatinny Arsenal contract number and the Picatinny came back and said there’s no such contract here, even though I had the contract. By the way that’s documented in my report. I went to Dyno Nobel who I knew manufactured it and they didn’t even bother to respond. It’s interesting to note that a Dyno Nobel expert witness testified at the Grand Jury when they indicted McVeigh in September of 1995

Some five or six months after the 19th of April 1995 Oklahoma City, in an article in Fireman’s Magazine. It was written by the editor of Fireman’s Magazine. The information was obtained from the Oklahoma City Fire Department. In that article, again that’s in my report, in that article it states that four unexploded devices were taken out of the building. When people were in the building after the bombing, DYING, they discontinued the rescue efforts for some 5 hours, while they carried out a bunch of government files. Men in blue suits of some sort. Sweatsuits. So what I’m telling you is Oklahoma City was perpetrated by certain people other than McVeigh and Nichols and now Roger Moore.
If you read the paper recently, the gun dealer who claims that he was robbed of his guns in Arkansas and that that money was used to finance Oklahoma City Bombing, Roger Moore, has been accused by Terry Nichols of being involved in it. Roger Moore denies it. Roger Moore at the time of the Oklahoma City Bombing was an FBI informant.I had an Inside investigator in Oklahoma City tell me that there were at least 11 other individuals involved in Oklahoma City okay?
52 minutes 9-11 ATTACK ON THE TWIN TOWERS
That brings us up, we’ve gone through Pearl Harbor, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Car bombing 93, Oklahoma City 95, that brings us up to 9-11.
As I said my [client] was in prison. I’m his “investigator of record” which means I’m like an attorney. I should have access to him on a regular basis. I represent this man. For a year prior to 9-11, actually year and a half. I tried to get in and see Michael. He was in prison in Northern Pennsylvania. I was in the Philadelphia area. The Bureau of Prisons would not allow me to see [him.]
I finally was able to talk to Michael in January 2003. I flew to the east coast spent three days with him.
Michael told me that he had developed information from among his contacts in advance of 911 that they were going to be involved in using missiles, airplane missiles and they were going to be involved in skyjacking. They were training Arab terrorists. Also he knew the identity of the person in the United States. An Arab who lived in Patterson New Jersey who was the leader of terrorist activity by the Arabs in this country. Now Michael had this information, because you’re saying how can Michael develop this information being in prison? Because I met with Osama Bin Laden, along with Michael, along with the state department representative, in the spring of 1986.
At that time I was contacted by former top Reagan Ronnie Reagan official who said can we help the Afghan Rebels? They were our friends then. So I called Michael, and I said what do you think? He said let’s meet. So there was a fourth fellow there. We didn’t know at the time it was Osama Bin Laden. He actually used the name Tim Osman traveling under a Turkish passport. But because of Michael I passed the ball to him. I just arranged for the meeting and went on.
Michael traveled all over the world putting this package together to furnish the Afghan Rebels with the surface to air missiles that defeated the Soviets. Really shot down their helicopters. As a result of this Michael developed sources inside the Arab world. And that’s how Michael knew in advance about 911.

Michael told the FBI on March the 20th 2001 about this plan to use Skyjacked airplanes and use them as missiles. He also furnished to the FBI one of his sources, one of his confidential sources inside the Arab group. The FBI interviewed him, threatened him with prosecution and deported him. That man along with his family have disappeared. We think that they’re dead. The FBI refused, absolutely refused to look into this situation. More shocking is that Michael had the names of the people who were obtaining the false names. Of the people, the Arabs, who were obtaining false passports. had their names. He had the source who could furnish him that information he told FBI Agent Keith Cutri on March 20, 2001. He told Cutri. He says“I’ll give you these names, the name of this person who’s coordinating the whole project for the Arabs,providing I be given immunity and he be given immunity.”Mr. Cutri, in spite of the fact he was armed with this information six months prior to 9/11, came back two days after 9/11, on the 13th and saw Michael in prison again. [He] accused Michael of being anti-government, anti FBI, of being a publicity seeker, and so forth, being disloyal. And so Michael, of course, didn’t have much to say after that.
Michael is still in prison, as I said. But, we had this information. The FBI did nothing with it. Cutri admit it, on September 13, 2001. Admitted that the FBI did nothing with it. So, after I visited Michael, in 2003, I felt it was important that I confirm that the FBI did meet with him.
The Bureau of Prisons would not furnish Michael with the visitors list to confirm it. So I started writing letters to the FBI through Senator George Allen to confirm that he did in fact meet with them. I wanted to document it. I also asked for the identity of the other agent who was with agent Cutri and I had a terrible time. It took me a year and a half writing letters to the FBI to get them to admit that they’ interviewed Michael on March the 20th 2001. I finally did have that information. That information is available again in one of my reports. My terrorism report that I have in the bag. So that basically brings me up to the the present time.
I think my time is up but I feel compelled, as a former FBI agent, I had all this training and I feel compelled to do everything I can to educate as many fellow Americans as I can, as to what’s going on behind the scenes. We have being operated and orchestrated primarily by US military intelligence. A Covert Criminal Enterprise involving FBI and the CIA active in this country today. [It] is being covered up right from the beginning.
By the way, they tried to frame me on a drug deal back in 1984. It didn’t work. The girl that they used to try to frame me contacted me, and said I need to meet with you. We met, [and ]she told me the whole story. I took a signed statement from her. Her name is Pam Fawsett. And, I said to Pam, I said Pam you’re working for these people the DEA and the FBI in Modesto. By the way she was making phone calls to me. I said you’re working with the people trying to set me up. Why have you — and of course in the phone call she kept trying to get me to make admissions that had knowledge of a felony and I wouldn’t. I said I don’t have any knowledge of that or was involved in a felony.
Actually I said Pam look you were working with these people for 6 months. They gave you $2,000 you had the run of the FBI office. You had your own coffee cup. Why did you come to me and tell me this now. I’d helped her, give her little advice about her 14-year-old son in the interim. You know talking back and forth there, any individual would do [it] who might be able to help. She said Ted I woke up the other morning and I realized you’re the only honest son of a bitch I’ve talked to in 6 months. Those were her exact words.
The FBI not only tried to set me up on a drug deal, I’ve also been the victim of four separate investigations. They tried to set me up on a fraud case in Denver, in Dallas, and most recently. Very frankly I’ve been under surveillance, heavy surveillance. I’ve had illegal entries into my car into my apartment. There’s been attempts to gas me within the last month and I was able to anticipate it and avoid it. But they don’t want people like me out telling the truth and that’s what I’m doing.
