Gramsci’s answer was precise and devastating: because the ruling class does not maintain power through force alone. It maintains power through cultural hegemony – the control of the ideas, values, and frameworks through which people understand the world. The worker who accepts that the existing order is simply how things are will not revolt, regardless of his material conditions. The revolution requires cultural change first.
2. The instrument was the long march through the institutions. Not the barricade. The school, the university, the media, the judiciary, the civil service, the cultural establishment – every institution through which a civilization transmits its values to the next generation. Capture these, fill them with people who share the counter-hegemonic project, and the cultural assumptions that maintain the existing order gradually dissolve. No barricades. No visible moment of rupture. Just the slow replacement of one cultural hegemony with another.
3. The educational capture was the masterpiece. Control the curriculum and you control the categories of thought available to the next generation. Not by telling them what to conclude – by shaping what questions they think to ask, what they consider obvious and what they consider unthinkable. The generation educated after the long march does not need to be told what to think. It thinks what it was formed to think – and experiences that thinking as its own.
4. He also theorized the organic intellectual – the person who translates the theoretical framework into stories and assumptions that circulate through the culture without appearing ideological. The film that makes the existing order seem absurd. The journalist who frames every story within the approved assumptions. Every captured institution, every transformed curriculum, every HR department enforcing approved speech, every content moderation policy suppressing the unauthorized voice – all running the program Antonio Gramsci designed in a prison cell, by a brain that was supposed to have been stopped. It wasn’t. And neither was the march.
Until now – because the distribution monopoly that made its outcomes enforceable is cracking. The counter-march has begun. It just doesn’t have a name yet.
The Frankfurt School. You should know what it was, what it built, and why you are still living inside it.
1. The Institute for Social Research was founded in Frankfurt in 1923 and relocated to Columbia University in 1934 when Hitler came to power. The civilization they had decided to dismantle gave them refuge when another tried to kill them. They spent the next five decades producing the theoretical infrastructure for that dismantling. Western civilization itself was the problem: reason, the Enlightenment, the family, tradition, authority. Not reformed. Dismantled.
2. They called it Critical Theory – and the name is the program. Everything is to be criticized; nothing is to be built. In The Dialectic of Enlightenment (1944), Adorno and Horkheimer argued that Western reason — the reason that produced Newton and the rule of law — contained the seeds of Auschwitz. Not that reason had been misused, but that reason itself, taken to its conclusion, produces the death camp. This was not a critique of institutions. It was an indictment of the civilization itself.
3. Adorno gave them the psychological weapon. The Authoritarian Personality (1950) classified conservatism, religious faith, patriotism, and the traditional family not as political positions but as symptoms of a proto-fascist personality. If you believe in the nation or the father’s authority, you are pre-fascist. The opponent was no longer wrong – he was sick. You don’t argue with a pathology. You treat it.
This made dialogue impossible. You don’t persuade someone who is wrong; you diagnose someone who is sick. Politics becomes therapy, and disagreement becomes pathology.
4. Marcuse gave them the political weapon. Repressive Tolerance (1965) argued that tolerating wrong ideas is itself oppression. True tolerance therefore requires suppressing intolerant ideas. The left decides which ideas are intolerant. Everyone else is silenced – not despite tolerance, but “in its name.” Censorship dressed in the vocabulary of liberation.
5. The generation that read Marcuse at Columbia, Berkeley, and Yale went on to run universities, media, foundations, NGOs, content moderation departments, and the EU regulatory apparatus. They implemented the argument sincerely because they had been taught it as philosophy. This was the Frankfurt School’s greatest achievement: it produced true believers.
6. French Theory picked up the tools and made them aesthetic. Foucault made the critique of power literary. Derrida made the critique of meaning philosophical. Deleuze made the critique of identity elegant. A political program became a cultural sensibility. You can argue with a program. A sensibility is in the air you breathe. By the time these ideas reached the American campus through the French conduit, they were no longer ideology. They were the water. The fish did not know they were wet.
7. A civilization stands on three pillars: truth exists and is accessible to reason; good is distinguishable from evil; and there is an inheritance worth transmitting. The Frankfurt School attacked all three – systematically and with considerable intellectual sophistication. It produced a generation that knows how to deconstruct and has forgotten how to build. That sees power everywhere and beauty nowhere.
The ultimate achievement was to make destruction feel like progress. Every inherited institution became suspect; every constraint became oppression; every act of preservation became reactionary. Deconstruction became the default, while construction became something that needed to justify itself.
The answer is not another theory.
It is the thing the Frankfurt School most feared: the builder who simply builds, the scientist who follows the evidence, the father who transmits what was transmitted to him.
The deconstruction machine runs on the assumption that nothing is worth building.

Many years ago, Kent approached me on Tony Heller’s blog and sent me a draft copy of his book. This is an excerpt from that book. This passage is a glimpse into the CIA during Kennedy’s presidency. The CIA disdain for both Kennedy brothers drips from each word.

It doesn’t take much imagination to realize that the peripatetic Bobby Kennedy’s 119 day tour as a seaman on his daddy’s ship had nothing in common with a typical seaman’s sea duty. Arriving on February 1, he left the ship on May 30, and was discharged, honorably from the Navy.
Supported by the Kennedy family’s house newspaper in Boston, he flitted about the world, pretending to be a reporter for a few trips, until he finished law school.
He was immediately ensconced as a lawyer in the Department of Justice in Washington DC, for three months, before his daddy got him a job as a prosecutor in Brooklyn. He only lasted at that job for four months, resigning to “manage” his brother’s Senate campaign. After the successful campaign, daddy again pulled strings, and young Bobby landed a job with, ironically, Senator Joseph McCarthy’s Subcommittee on Investigations.
His tenure with McCarthy was more than seven months, a long time for this daddy’s boy on the move. He left the Senate job to work for, no surprise, daddy Kennedy, supposedly working on government reorganization.
It took his father seven months to get young Bobby his next gig, as chief counsel for the Democrat minority in the Senate. Eleven months later, bouncing Bobby became majority counsel, when the
Democrats won back the Senate from the Republicans. Bobby, not quite 30 years old, with no real world experience, settled into the warm comfort of the sinecure arranged by his daddy, in the shadow of his big brother, the anointed Democrat savior, and waited for the 1960 elections, which daddy Kennedy planned as a coming-out for his favorite surviving son.

Outside his blatantly political job as a Democrat counsel in the Senate, he had held a handful of positions, usually for a few months at the most. It appears that virtually all of the “jobs” he held were arranged by his family political connections—119 days on the ship named for Daddy Kennedy’s favorite son, four months as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, seven months as a counsel in the Senate, seven months working for his daddy, until he joined his brother in the Senate, for nearly seven years.
From the point of view of a Russian case officer, working against this shallow, callow, punk daddy’s boy, elevated to a position of nearly absolute power in his brother’s administration, would be child’s play.
The KGB likely began probing multiple avenues of approach to the callow kiddie crowd in the White House, soon after their ascendance in January 1961. Maybe they already had established contacts with Bobby Kennedy, during his international travels, through Europe, the Middle East, India, Vietnam and Japan, as a student, pretending to be a journalist. Faisal was given the crown of Mesopotamia and his brother Abdullah was given the crown of the newly created Transjordan. The remainder of Palestine would be strictly British.
So this 1924 map shows the Palestine that came into being after the First World War. It is not part of a pan-Arab state, in fact there is no pan Arab state in this region. Also it is not an internationally controlled area or an area in which the French have any control at all. It is a British administered League of Nations mandate.
What this Mandate for Palestine does have however written into its statute is the Balfour Declaration of a home for the Jewish people in Palestine.
Jewish immigration to mandatory Palestine continue to grow. By 1931 there were 176,000 Jewish people living there, making up 17% of the population.This led to increased tensions, riots, and violence between the new arrivals and local Arabs, who, along with existing Christian populations, were starting to see themselves not only as Arabs but as distinctly Palestinian people.
What these new Jewish settlers bring in is lots of financial backing and they start to buy up more and more land. So it’s more of the fertile agricultural land of Palestine which actually makes the Jewish population increasingly economically dominant in the area. The British government gets very very worried about this. In 1930 the Colonial Secretary puts forward a white paper to drastically limit Jewish immigration into the Palestine mandate. The following year 1931, pressure from Zionists within the British government and also World Zionist leaders talks Ramsey McDonald in to dropping the white paper. And from that moment there is no limit on Jewish immigration into Palestine.
This reversal coincided with events elsewhere that would supercharge the conflict. In 1933 Adolf Hitler came to power in Germany and began instituting a wave of antisemitic policies. This sent shock waves through the Jewish communities of Europe. However for those seeking to flee options were few, with most governments maintaining strict limits on Jewish immigration. For many Jews, Zionists or not, traveling to Palestine became the only option.

The British response was to crush the revolt as quickly as possible with overwhelming strength.
They brought a surge of new troops, more men than were serving in India at the time,and declaredmartial law in 1937.Favoring tactics of collective punishment they destroyed homes and burned villages to the ground, they used aerial bombing even on urban areas, and arrested killed or exiled Arab leaders fracturing their movement. In addition the British use Jewish auxiliary units to fight the Arabs during the revolt.
But this is a real turnaround from 1921 when they disband the Jewish Legion. Now in 1936/37 the British are so overstretched that they really don’t care. They just need boots on the ground to sort this situation out and to end this revolt as quickly as possible. So by the end of the Arab Revolt 17% of the Arab male population are either killed, wounded, imprisoned, or exiled. This really weakens the Arab cause in Palestine just at the moment when the Jewish population is getting more and more power.
So the Brits stirred up generations of hatred. Remember prior to this Arabs, Jews and Christians lived in relative peace. Do not forget this passage:

So you have the setting up of some horrific friction with Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Yemen, Oman. And going a little bit further south you have the Horn of Africa, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Sudan and those are all the hotspots, right?
So the whole time I was in the military, these were the hotspots. When I was part of Sitcom, we had the whole Horn of Africa as part of Central Command. This was SCHIFF HOT all the time. Crap going down all the time.

The significance of Socotra
Socotra Island falls under the territorial jurisdiction of the exiled Hadi government, which to this day – despite his physical absence [Because he got kicked out – Colonel] and the replacement of the “presidency” with an 8-member, Saudi-sponsored Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) – remains Yemen’s internationally-recognized government.

Nations, merchants and banks make money by moving products from point A to point B and charging the people at point B a lot more than they paid the people at point A for the product. Making the people at point A slaves does wonders for your bottom line, however if the trade route is long and hazardous you may still lose money. Therefore trade routes are very much a concern of the Cabal and have been for centuries. Also, just like the Chinese, they plan in terms of generations and not the next quarter.
Even today, ships are the preferred method for transporting goods, thus short cuts like the Panama Canal and the Suez Canal are still very important.
If you look at a globe 😉, You will see there are three natural trade routes. Through the Arctic sea, around the tip of South Africa and around the tip of South America. ALL of these routes are not only long they are nasty and dangerous.

Somewhere I had read that the Brits had agreements with the Ottoman Empire for trade routes through the Middle East. This is some of the information I dug up looking into that memory. It is pretty clear the Ottoman Empire was willing to negotiate various treaties as long as they got $$$ from the deal.

The importance of trade relations between different countries… The history of one of the ancient cities with ancient historical depth, which is the city of Smyrna, a city that has a civilized history. It was one of the most important cities overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and it brings together various cultural and economic activities. It has one of the most important ports in the world, as it has formed a forum for global trade since ancient times.
Smyrna is in Turkey across from Greece on the Mediterranean sea. Since 1930 it has been known as İzmir. Seems we are not the only ones into re-naming old places.
However this article is the one that really caught my attention. WHY all of a sudden did interest in making deals stop?
This is an interesting read as it details the squabbles between, France, England, the Ottoman empire and various merchants and other commercial interests. What is important is other events going on in the world and the Rothschilds reactions.
…The quay of Izmir (Smyrna), known at the time as ‘les Quais de Smyrne’,(1) comprised a stone breakwater running the length of the city along the shore, two harbours and a considerable port infrastructure. It was one of the engineering feats of the nineteenth century as well as a tribute to private enterprise and capital. It was the first harbour infrastructure of its kind to be built in Ottoman Turkey and one of the earliest in the Ottoman Empire.(2) In design it was similar to the ports of Brest and Toulon, built by the same French company. Dussaud Brothers(3) were engineers with a first-class international reputation, having undertaken the construction of a number of ports: Cherbourg and Marseilles, besides Brest and Toulon, Trieste, Algiers,(4) Suez and Port Said.(5) The scale and modernity of the entire project put Izmir among the foremost city ports not only in the Near East but in the Mediterranean as a whole. It was a fitting distinction for a city that had dominated the external and internal trade of the Ottoman Empire since the middle of the eighteenth century.(6) The commercial importance of Izmir In 1889, with the harbour infrastructure in place, the British consul stationed in Izmir noted the economic dynamism of the city port….
A British project becomes French
The quay was in many respects a local project, born out of local needs, given the continuous increase in trade and shipping in the port of Izmir. It was initiated locally in the cities of Istanbul and Izmir, in the Ottoman Empire, and even financed locally at first. Both the initial concessionaires, J. H. Charnaud, A. Barker and G. Guarracino,(24) as well as the board of directors of the Smyrna Quay Company set up in 1868, namely A. Cousinéry, Baron Alliotti, P. Alliotti, E. de Creamer, F. Charnaud, K. Abro, A. Spartali and A. Alliotti,(25) with the exception of Cousinéry, who was French, were either British in origin or had British nationality; they were also long-term members of the city’s business community.(26) Despite subsequent bitter antagonism between the British community and diplomats, in its origins the quay was a British(27) project.(28)Aware that their plans might impinge upon the ‘vested rights or private interests’ of the owners of property on the sea front, including wharfs and warehouses,(29) the three concessionaires actively sought the agreement and support of the business community,(30) as well as the ‘assistance’ of British diplomats in both Istanbul and Izmir. Very early on, however, they became aware that the British consul in Izmir was going to be no friend of the project even when it was still in British hands….
Pg 15. …Negotiations were quite far advanced, the first instalment of £125,000 (3,125,000 francs) remained to be paid and the definitive contract to be signed,(105) when the deal fell through…. Both British and French sources relate that the British financiers could not raise enough funds by public subscription from individual investors on the London money market to effect the purchase. With no large-scale banques d’affaires in Britain eager to spearhead the deal, the requisite capital was not available.(108) The other important reason was that the Ottoman government, at a crucial point in the negotiations,(109) brought pressure to bear on Dussaud to abort the sale. Again British and French sources concur on this.(110) The government even hinted that Dussaud had no legal right to assign a concession to another individual. Although the Porte did not maintain this stance subsequently, it had the desired effect.(111)The Porte’s objections are not difficult to understand. For ‘the transfer of the Smyrna Quays to English hands [was] regarded in certain Turkish circles as part of a deeply-laid political scheme for increasing English political influence in Turkey’.(112) With the British failure to take over the company, it remained in French hands and the Porte became, to a large extent, the ultimate arbiter in this inter-imperialist rivalry…
Four years later, in 1886, Elie Dussaud, for the second time, proposed to sell his enterprise to a group of British buyers. However, the opposition of the French government and, more important, of the Ottoman government once more torpedoed negotiations.(113) Unable to sell it to the British, Dussaud offered in 1887 to sell out to the Ottoman government.(114)

So let’s see why the Rothschilds were not interested in financing this port. 25 years earlier:

Due to the Rothschilds vast spy network, and a bit of trickery spooking traders into selling off consuls, Nathan Mayer Rothschild ended up with a return of approximately 20 to 1 on his investment. This gave the Rothschild family complete control of the British economy, now the financial centre of the world following Napolean’s defeat.

January 1860 — The London Morning Post bluntly called for the restoration of British rule in America. The Post was known as a mouthpiece for Lord Palmerston, Britain’s Prime Minister.

So by 1882 the Rothschilds had orchestrated the pressure needed to form the nation of Israel and colonize the land they wanted for a new trade route. Currying favor with the Ottomans therefore would not be necessary and therefore they had become expendable. Mean while the Brits invaded Egypt.
Britain invaded Egypt in 1882 on the pretext of not paying the debts taken for the construction of the Suez Canal.
…The Ottoman government took certain measures against this movement, which threatened its territorial integrity. It feared that the law of 1869, which allowed foreigners to buy land in the Ottoman country, except for the Hijaz, on condition of reciprocity, would be abused. In 1871, 80% of Palestine was turned into state land. At that time, several thousand Ottoman Jews were living in Palestine.
Operation Rothschild
In 1881, the Jews who faced the pogrom in Russia wanted to immigrate to Palestine en masse, and they wanted world-famous people of Jewish origin to finance it, like the Rothschild and Hirsch families. This is called aliyah in Zionist literature.
From 1882, the Rothschilds began to buy land in Palestine on behalf of others. The Rothschilds, who had international power as they lent money to all governments, wanted the refugee Russian Jews to be allowed to settle in these lands. The embassies intervened. The Ottoman government was confused as to what to do. The first Jewish colony was established in Jaffa that same year, despite not having been granted permission. By 1918, one-twentieth of Palestine’s fertile lands belonged to the Rothschilds….
The Young Turks, who dethroned Sultan Abdülhamid II and seized power [1909], first nationalized the treasury lands belonging to the sultan. To please the Zionists who supported them, they allowed Jewish immigration to Palestine.

British agent Vladimir Jabotinsky’s career would cross that of another of the most important operatives of the Bolshevik revolutionary epoch, Alexander Israel Helphand (a.k.a. “Parvus”). Both Jabotinsky and Parvus edited publications of the British/Venetian-spawned Young Turk movement, which helped instigate London’s Balkan Wars and the overthrow of the Ottoman Empire—without which, the entire Anglo-French Sykes-Picot colonial scheme would not have been possible.
Like Jabotinsky, Parvus (1867-1924) came from an Odessa family steeped in the grain trade. By 1886, Helphand/Parvus had already become involved in the Okhrana-spawned Russian socialist scene, travelling to Switzerland to participate in the Emancipation of Labor group.

I included Section 2 & 3 because it gives the minimum age and the minimum years as a citizen before the founders considered a person eligible to serve the US people. Supporters of a strong national government wanted a system of lower federal courts with final jurisdiction in many cases, while those who wished to preserve the authority of state governments proposed that the state courts exercise federal jurisdiction on a local level. 👉The debates on the ratification of the Constitution further demonstrated how controversial were the proposals for lower courts👈 and made clear the challenge Congress would face in establishing a national judiciary within a federal system.
The Supreme Court has no power to amend our Constitution. And it’s impossible for an amendment to take away powers our Constitution doesn’t grant.

1. First Principles

2. Supreme Court Opinions are not “the Law of the Land”
Article VI, cl.2, US Constit., the “supremacy clause”, defines “supreme Law of the Land” as the Constitution, and acts of Congress and Treaties which are authorized by the Constitution. Supreme Court opinions aren’t included!
Furthermore, Art. I, §1, US Constit., vests all law-making powers granted by the Constitution in Congress. Our Constitution doesn’t grant any lawmaking powers to the Judicial Branch.
So why does everybody say, as we heard during the Kavanagh confirmation hearings, that Roe v. Wade is “the Law of the Land”? Because Americans have been conditioned to believe that the Supreme Court is superior to our Constitution; that their opinions about our Constitution are “law”, and we are bound by them unless and until they issue new opinions which release us from their previous opinions.

REGULATIONS
Well, Well, Well the Federal Register says this page is ‘NOT FOUND’ No wonder I could not find it when I went looking a few weeks ago. However I had it in my notes and it was archived.
The idea for a centralized publication system for executive branch documents began during the Great Depression, when Congress began enacting a host of legislation that gave executive branch agencies 👉increased authority to regulate.👈

No one—not the government, not the defendants, not the lower courts—was aware that the regulation had been eliminated.1 In response, Congress enacted the Federal Register Act (FRA) in July of 1935. The FRA created the Federal Register as the official daily publication for presidential documents and executive agency rule and notice documents and established a central location for filing documents for public inspection.
The documents that the Federal Register Act requires agencies to publish in the Federal Register include:

Given the broad scope of administrative law, ALJs participate in many different topics and for many different agencies such as the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA), and the U.S. Postal Service. The determinations of an ALJ may be appealed potentially even to a federal judicial court. However, 👉essentially every agency has its own appellate processes of review that must be followed before someone can access the federal courts, and sometimes in large agencies, the agency’s internal review process can be quite extensive.😩
ALJs do not serve the same role as administrative judges. While similar in name to ALJs, administrative judges can only participate in unofficial disputes of executive agencies which constitute the majority of administrative disputes. Only ALJs can hear official disputes heard by the agencies. Further, administrative judges are directly hired by the agencies and are subject to their employment rules and benefits, unlike the independent[YEAH RIGHT! -GC] ALJ judges.
Many states also have ALJs that serve similar roles as their Federal counterparts. The rules and nature of ALJs vary by state on levels of neutrality, procedure, and jurisdiction.

Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(d) provides that the only prosecution personnel who may be present while the grand jury is in session are “attorneys for the government.” Rule 1(b) defines attorney for the government for Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure purposes as the Attorney General, an authorized assistant of the Attorney General, a United States Attorney, an authorized assistant of a United States Attorney, and certain other persons in cases arising under the laws of Guam.
An agency attorney or other non-Department of Justice attorney must be appointed as a Special Assistant or a Special Assistant to the Attorney General, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 515, or a Special Assistant to a United States Attorney, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 543, in order to appear before a grand jury in the district of appointment….

In 1895, the Court ruled in Sparf v. US that juries do have the power to nullify the law. But the ruling also stated that judges are not required to inform the jury of this. As a result, judges and prosecutors have exploited Sparf to forbid any mention of jury nullification from the courtroom….
William Penn may have thought he had settled the matter. Arrested in 1670 for preaching Quakerism, Penn was brought to trial. Despite Penn’s admitting the charge, four of the 12 jurors voted to acquit. The judge sent the four to jail “without meat, drink, fire and tobacco” for failing to find Penn guilty. On appeal, however, the jurors’ action was upheld and the right of juries to judge both the law and the facts — to nullify the law if it chose — became part of British constitutional law.

ALL CRIMINAL CASES
The constitutions of Maryland, Indiana, Oregon, and Georgia currently have provisions guaranteeing the right of jurors to “judge” or “determine” the law in “all criminal cases.” Article 23 of Maryland’s Constitution states:

The defense of equity power in constitutional cases designed to restructure public institutions tends to undervalue the problem of how to translate rights, constitutional or otherwise, into daily realities for the bulk of citizens. 12 Aspects of common law procedure and thought, not equity, may be required to help deliver or vindicate rights, now that equity has opened a new rights frontier.
Focusing on the historical currents that resulted in the Federal Rules will illustrate what an enormous distance was traveled, how one-sided the procedural choices became, and the problems implicit in those choices. But what bothers me is how police often get preferential treatment on things. Cops often look the other way when one of their fellow officers are driving too fast or roll through a stop sign. A D.C. police officer once celebrated as a community leader was pulled over and detained in Prince George’s County with guns and drugs inside his car — but is only being cited for traffic violations.
Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela A. Smith confirmed Thursday the detention of Officer Maleek Isaiah Loggins, 22, which had taken place the day before in District Heights, Maryland.
She said his police powers have been suspended as the D.C. department conducts its own investigation into the incident.
MPD said Officer Loggins worked as a patrol officer. He became a sworn officer in March 2024.
A Prince George’s County police report obtained by The Washington Times said Officer Loggins was pulled over at about 3:20 p.m. after authorities witnessed him “committing traffic violations” near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Silver Hill Road.
The report said Officer Loggins was ordered out of the car, and a search of his vehicle turned up a Glock pistol with a 10-round magazine, and a Draco handgun — which mimics the look of an AK-47 — with a 24-round magazine.
Authorities said Officer Loggins also had 27.5 grams of marijuana in his car, which falls short of the 1.5 ounce criminal threshold for marijuana possession in the state, as well as a digital scale.
The report said the MPD officer was detained, handcuffed, and processed for multiple traffic-related offenses, and then released pending further investigation.
Now, let’s break this down. First, I get that the drugs were below the threshold, but in case you don’t have the conversion of grams to ounces handy, it was only short by less than a gram. Maybe it’s just me, but that could be a scale calibration issue. Either way, the law is the law. But because the law is the law, we have to remember that possession of a firearm by someone who uses drugs–even marijuana, mind you, regardless of state laws on the subject–is a felony. “Tom, that’s a federal charge. Local cops can’t file those charges unless there’s a corresponding state law.” That is true, and I haven’t bothered to look to see if Maryland has one, which is where Prince George’s County is, has one. But they do have a magazine capacity limit of just 10 rounds. The Draco had a 24-round magazine. They had grounds to charge him. Except for the fact that he’s a cop and they get special treatment. The laws don’t apply to someone like him as they would to you or me in Prince George’s County. So, they just wrote him a traffic ticket and sent him on his way. These are the gun control laws that we’re all supposed to follow. These are the laws we’re assured are absolutely essential to keeping us all safe. But they don’t apply to law enforcement officers because they’re better than us. They get different rules because they’re special. Well, I’m not walking around with marijuana in my vehicle, much less an amount that’s a skooch under the legal limit and trusting my badge to keep me out of trouble. What happened here should raise a lot of questions, including why laws that are supposedly so essential aren’t applied to everyone equally. Unfortunately, no one in Maryland or DC will be interested in asking those.”

The OPS conducted a form of international knowledge exchange by recruiting ordinary US police officers for ‘short-term tours of duty’ on overseas police assistance projects. The LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) was a major source of such officers, partly because a significant proportion of them spoke Spanish.[21]
LAPD officers were sent to Venezuela in 1962 to train local police officers and assist them in repression against the Armed Forces of National Liberation (AFNL).[10] Officers were also sent to the Dominican Republic in the same year; there was significant popular unrest following the CIA-backed assassination of dictator Rafael Trujillo, and Dominican police were struggling to keep order and train officers.[22]

“Fusion Centers” are terrorism response and prevention centers designed to promote information sharing about potential threats between federal, state and local law enforcement officers. [1] They were started as a joint project between the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs between 2003 and 2007. According to the DOJ, “a fusion center is an effective and efficient mechanism to exchange information and intelligence, maximize resources, streamline operations, and improve the ability to fight crime and terrorism by merging data from a variety of sources.”[2]
Although the centers may have started in an attempt to gather criminal intelligence data, the fusion centers have continually focused on public and private sector data, raising many concerns about the privacy rights of Americans. [3]
As of July 2009, there were 72 designated fusion centers with 36 field representatives deployed. Department of Homeland Security has given more than $254 million to support fusion centers from FY 2004-2007. [4] The stimulus package gave $250 million to upgrade, modify and construct state and local fusion centers. [5] With the exception of Idaho and Pennsylvania, every state has at least one fusion center (if not more, as is the case with Texas). [6] State and local police departments provide both space and resources for the majority of fusion centers, and centers may be staffed by DHS employees, local police, or the private sector. [7]
Criticism of Fusion Centers: Overreaching and Lack of Oversight
Critics of fusion centers worry about the secrecy and lack of regulation or authority over individual centers, as well as the privacy intrusions that can arise from this lack of oversight.
The federal role in supporting fusion centers consists of providing financial assistance, primarily through the Homeland Security Grant Program, as well as security clearances, providing congressional authorization and appropriation of national foreign intelligence program resources, and some training.[8] States have been using local, state, and federal funds since 2004 to create fusion centers, but no standards or guidelines have been in existence to assist with interoperability and communication issues between centers at the regional, state, and federal levels. [9]. Most significantly, there has been a marked lack of regulation and federal oversight over individual fusion centers.
Both the Government Accountability Office and the Congressional Research Service have told Congress the need for more oversight in fusion centers. [10] A Congressional Research Service Report highlights the lack of focus of fusion centers on actual terrorism. “The centers “have increasingly gravitated toward an all-crimes and even broader all-hazards approach,” focusing on traditional criminals and local emergencies, according to a report this month by the Congressional Research Service (CRS).” [11] The CRS Report further found “little true fusion, or analysis of disparate data sources, identification of intelligence gaps and pro-active collection of intelligence.” [12]

However we can not leave out the British connection. Their goal was to advance ‘The Third Way’ and a one-world ANGLO OLIGARCHY RULED government. ….The USA until about 1990 was a “Mixed Economy” with some “natural monopolies” under government “control” via “regulation”; and with many competitive markets. We’ve moved to more central planning and more central “regulation” (in some cases as a cover for the “planning” word that has gotten tied to Socialism… so is political to some extent). With the nationalization of GM and the bank “bailout” / “rescue” that was really more of a ‘take-under’ in some ways; we moved to a Lange Type Socialism.
At the next tier down, we have Government-dependent Oligopolies. Say you wanted to make airplanes. First off, you need that dozen lawyers to work the FAA for you. Next up, you need some friends in the Military to feed you contracts. Don’t think so? When Boeing gets a $B contract to ‘study’ or ‘develop’ and you need to design your new tech from scratch on your own money: Who do you think will win? So the government basically decides how many companies it wants, and who they will be, then funds them “to plan” with contracts. (This is NOT a hypothetical… I’ve watched them flat out announce “We’d like Lockheed and Martin to merge” or “we don’t want…” usually when one of them is ‘having issues’ and the topic is raised. Then the government casts the one vote that matters…)
And so it goes…
This is, dare I say it…. basically the same way the Fascist “Third Way” worked. (And it DOES work). FDR and Wilson both had high praise for The Third Way and you can see how they shifted America from a ‘free market’ toward “Third Way” government – corporation “cooperation” … It was this same process / tendency that Ike warned about in the “Military Industrial Complex” speech.
So we’ve moved away from straight up competition (and with good reasons… it is less profitable and more destructive in some ways and it is prone to monopoly practices) and toward that Classical Socialist end of things; with exact placement varying over time. And we called it a “Mixed Economy” at the ‘tepid’ end; as the name “fascist Third Way” got a bit tainted during W.W.II …. that tendency for Mussolini and Hitler to stir in a load of Nationalism and for the Nazis a double helping of Racism spoiled the soup for the Third Way “Socialist Lite” folks like FDR.
And the propaganda worked.
We’ve now got a “Progressive” and a “Third Way” government that IS a form of Socialism. But just don’t ever point out that it’s basically the same “Third Way” process, using what’s properly called “Corporatism”, to achieve the Socialist agenda; that was first innovated by the Fascists… After all, it doesn’t fit the propaganda paradigm “Fascists bad, WORLD Socialists good” put out by Stalin…
This connection between fascists, transnational corporations, and financiers is why I have gone into Mercantilism so deeply. Colonel Towner starts looking at history from WWII on, but the roots go back to the British Empire and the British East India Company.
I first ran across the references to who was actually financing the Bolsheviks and Hitler here: Congressman McFadden’s Speech in1934 before the attempts on his life and the final successful one resulting in his murder……

All the evidence for McFadden’s claim is written down in meticulous detail in books by Anthony C Sutton titled “The Wall Street Trilogy” which is a compilation of three works by Sutton.

The second stage of all of this for me was figuring out — Well I have got who is doing it, this British Fabian — Round Table Crowd. So how did Communism and Fascism enter into the picture? They orchestrate EVERYTHING out of this building. They do not have to go outside. They funded the Bolsheviks.
Trotsky lived in NYC for several years waiting for the war to end so he could plant the Bolshevik flag.… The Russian civil war in the early 1900s was actually instigated. The were generals that wanted a national referendum, a democracy. Well that was not going to be allowed. Those generals were murdered by people who came from the USA or Britain. The money for the Bolsheviks cam from 120 Broadway and London UK. London housed Lenin, NYC, housed Trotsky. Trotsky went from USA to Canada to Russia on a State Department Visa. So it was; free speech was an instrument of statecraft from the national security state to begin with. 👉All of that architecture, all the NGOs, the relationships between the tech companies and the national security state had been long established for freedom.In 2014, after the coup in Ukraine, there was an unexpected counter coup where Crimea and the Donbas broke away and they broke away with essentially a military backstop that NATO was highly unprepared for at the time. They had one last Hail Mary chance, which was the Crimea annexation vote on, in 2014. And when the hearts and minds of the people of Crimea voted, to join the Russian Federation, that was the last straw for the concept of free speech on the internet
In the eyes of NATO as they saw it, the fundamental nature of war changed at that moment. And NATO at that point declared something that they first called the Gerasimov doctrine, which is named after this Russian military, a general, who they claimed made a speech that the fundamental nature of war has changed. You don’t need to win military skirmishes to take over Central and Eastern Europe. All you need to do is control the media and the social media ecosystem, because that’s what controls elections. And if you simply get the right administration into power, they control the military. So it’s infinitely cheaper than conducting a military war to simply conduct an organized political, influence operation over social media. And legacy media and industry had been created that spanned the Pentagon, the the British Ministry of Defense in Brussels into a organized political warfare outfit, essentially infrastructure that was created, initially stationed in Germany and in Central and Eastern Europe to create psychological buffer zones, basically to create the ability to to have the military work with the social media companies, to censor Russian propaganda, or to censor domestic right wing populist groups in Europe who were rising in political power at the time because of the migrant crisis.
So you had the systematic targeting by our State Department, by our [Inter-Service Intelligence], by the Pentagon,of groups like Germany’s AfD, the Alternative for Deutschland there, and for groups in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Now, when Brexit happened in 2016, it was [it created a] crisis moment where suddenly they didn’t have to worry just about Central and Eastern Europe anymore. It was coming westward, this idea of Russian control over hearts and minds….
Now the entire rules-based international order would collapse unless the military took control over media, because Brexit would give rise to “Frexit” in France, with Marine Le Pen to “Spexit” in in Spain with a Vox party to “Italexit” in Italy, to “Grexit” in Germany, to “Grexit” in Greece, the EU would come apart, so NATO would be killed without a single bullet being, being fired. And then not only that, now that NATO is gone, now there’s no enforcement arm for the International Monetary Fund, the IMF or the world Bank. So now the financial stakeholders who depend on the battering ram of the national security state would basically be helpless against governments around the world. So from their perspective, if the military did not begin to censor the internet, every all of the democratic institutions and infrastructure that gave rise to the. World after World War Two would collapse….
The whole push after the 2016 election and after Brexit and after a couple of other, you know, social media run elections that went the wrong way from what the State Department wanted, like the 2016 Philippines election, was to completely invert everything that we described as being the underpinnings of a democratic society in order to deal with the threat of free speech on the internet. And what they essentially said is we need to redefine democracy from being about the will of the voters to being about the sanctity of democratic institutions. And who are the democratic institutions? Oh, it’s us, you know, it’s the military, it’s NATO, it’s the IMF and the World Bank. It’s the mainstream media, who it is, the NGOs. And of course, these NGOs are largely State Department funded or IC funded. It’s essentially all of the elite establishments, that were under threat from the rise of domestic populism that declared their own consensus to be the new definition of democracy. Because if you define democracy as being the strength of democratic institutions rather than a focus on the will of the voters, then what you’re left with is essentially democracy is just the consensus building architecture within the democratic institutions themselves….
As someone in the State Department, I find it hard to believe he is not aware of NATO and the CIA’s connection to Operation Gladio.

The people would be dressed as Cuban Nationalists. They would basically say we had been invaded by Cuba, communism was taking over however the entire time it would be people dressed as Cubans. They were going to kill tens of thousands of Americans to instill fear, so they could do a ground invasion of Cuba.
JFK says absolutely not, we are not doing this. Allen Dulles, just before this, had been fired. Lyman Lemnitzer, in what should have been a demotion and a resignation, JFK thought, was reassigned to NATO.
Colonel: JFK had never been told about Operation Gladio. He had never been told that a sub unit of NATO called ACC[Allied Clandestine Committee – GC], was the planning cell for all Operation Gladio events. Charles de Gaulle, the president of France, They tried to assassinate him over 20 times.
He had disbanded an organization called OAS, kinda a secret service operators, but they were actually bad people. It had been set-up before de Gaulle took over. He disbands that at the same time he and JFK are talking about giving Algeria, an African county, their freedom back.

So the minute de Gaulle, started saying he wanted the French out of Algeria and he wanted to give Algeria their freedom, they started trying to kill them.

57:30 – 58:30 — Colonel: Here is the interesting tie to Operation Gladio and JFK. de Gaulle kicks NATO out. He withdraws French forces from NATO. France does not rejoin NATO until 2009.
Within a year, JFK is dead. The day JFK gets assassinated, the Dallas police picks-up a known OAS agent, and escorts him without questioning him, to the border and dumps him off in Mexico. TWO OF THEM. So the same people known to be trying to kill de Gaulle were in Dallas on the same day that JFK gets murdered.

There was a phone call between de Gaulle and JFK where JFK says, No I had nothing to do with the coup attempt but I can’t speak for my CIA. And then there is a quote from de Gaulle when he came home from JFK’s funeral, He flat out said on French TV, Kennedy was killed by the same security forces that went after me.

It is not to say everything is, but Operation Gladio explains so much of our history that has been at odds with logic, because you could not see that silent hand in it. They seem to be disconnected but are all somehow tied together.
Operation Gladio is the backbone that ties them all together. We are just talking about history, we are not talking about what [is] going on yet.
…. I was stationed in Italy in 1990. I got off an airplane on August 2nd. I remember that date because when I got off, an international airplane at the international airport in Rome Italy, there were about five Carabinieris with AK-47s to every one passenger in that terminal. I am looking around and going, what in Hell have I done? I’m thinking Italy is a European country. I have seen all the pictures and I am thinking, Holy crap, are we at war? What happen during those 6 hours I was on a plane.
What happened was Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait while I was asleep on the plane. So I get off the plane in Rome, and they are on high alert. For the people who do not know, there is a lot of speculation that the ambassador who was in charge of Iraq, April Glaspie gave the go ahead to Saddam Hussein to invade Kuwait by basically saying, Oh yeah, If you do that? You know that old squabble you have had over those oil wells down there? We are not going to do anything to you. So what does Saddam Hussein do? He invades.

….Eight days before his Aug. 2, 1990, invasion of Kuwait, Saddam Hussein met with April Glaspie, then America’s ambassador to Iraq. It was the last high-level contact between the two countries before Iraq went to war.
From a translation of Iraq’s transcript of the meeting, released that September, press and pundits concluded that Ms. Glaspie had (in effect) given Saddam a green light to invade.
“We have no opinion on your Arab-Arab conflicts,” the transcript reports Glaspie saying, “such as your dispute with Kuwait. 👉Secretary [of State James] Baker🤔 has directed me to emphasize the instruction… that Kuwait is not associated with America.”
….She said she was the victim of “deliberate deception on a major scale,” and denounced the Iraqi transcript as “a fabrication” that distorted her position, though it contained “a great deal” that was accurate.
The veteran diplomat awaited her next assignment, later taking a low-profile job at the United Nations….
Glaspie is now US consul general in Cape Town, South Africa.

1:01:10 – 1:01:45 — Colonel: So let me tell you about the timing. I am reading through Operation Gladio, and I find out, on the second of August, 1990, there was a huge exposure in Italy about Operation Gladio. What is the best way to bury, exposure? A WAR!
So one week before that they had discovered the one thousand list ofP2 [or Propaganda Due]
…But one conspiracy, Masonic in origin, was catapulted into the sunshine one day in March of 1981 when the Italian police searched the home of Worshipful Master Licio Gelli and found a list containing the names of some of Italy’s most prominent officials, including that of Silvio Berlusconi, a man who would become Premier of Italy and a personal friend of George W. Bush.
Founded in 1877, P2 or Propaganda Due was an irregular lodge formed as part of the Grand Orient of Italy. It had few members until Licio Gelli came to power and drastically expanded its membership within one year to over a thousand. Gelli was a former fascist, having been a “black shirt” in Mussolini’s government, and served as a liaison between Mussolini’s government and the Third Reich.
Essentially setting the P2 Lodge up as a shadow government for Italy along fascist lines in the 60’s and 70’s, Gelli’s Lodge included four Cabinet Ministers, all three heads of Italy’s intelligence organizations, forty eight members of parliament, hundreds of military officers, and the cream of the crop of Italy’s industrialists, bankers and diplomats. In addition, he developed high level contacts outside of Italy as well, most notably meeting with Alexander Haig, and contacts with Henry Kissinger and the CIA…. The most notable of the group’s known activities involved the Vatican at very high levels.
Roberto Calvi, nicknamed “God’s Banker”, headed the doomed Banco Ambrosiano that was investigated in 1981 of breaking the law when a whopping $27 million had left Italy in violation of currency transfer laws. Also accused of laundering money for the Mafia, [Remember the CIA/NATO had taken over the Mafia in order to divert the drug money into funding Operation Gladio. — GC] the Banco Ambrosiano collapsed into bankruptcy in 1982.
Calvi had clear connections with Licio Gelli, which led to the discovery of P2 and its infamous list of members. Very heavily invested in Banco Ambrosiano was the Vatican Bank, then headed by Archbishop Paul Marcinkus, who in an attempt to increase the finances of the Holy See, entangled himself with Calvi and his illicit activities – and presumably those of the Lodge – ultimately fleeing Italy to avoid prosecution to Sun City, Arizona where he died in 2006 under the protection of his Vatican passport….

And did I mention that 1942 is when they set-up the Gladio Operation in Germany.
1:02:15 – 1:02:30 — Brady: And it is no coincidence that the invasion in 1990, came right on the heels of the Iran-Contra investigations which is also a CIA operation.
1:02:30 – — Colonel: The next 90 to 120 days that the exposure is happening in Italy, and then it cascades to all over Europe because Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti isn’t going to take the heat alone.
In October, these people are so tone deaf, that the ACC [Allied Clandestine Committee – GC], part of NATO that has quarterly meetings of Operation Gladio continued to have meetings! They had a meeting in October of 1990 as the exposure is coming out. So in November as more exposure happens, as a result of an investigation into Italy’s Operation Gladio units, All of the European presidents and prime ministers e are saying ‘I KNOW NOTHING!’ Andreotti was so pissed off he got on Italy’s national TV because he was not going to go down alone. He does end up in prison. He calls out every single one of the heads of the European countries, and says, if you know nothing about it, why was your guy at the NATO meeting? I know your guy was at the NATO meeting…. Implicating all of them. And that is when journalists knew to dig into all these other countries. They all had Stay-behind Units – Colonel Towner
1:04:00 – 1:04:45 — Colonel: In Italy specifically, one of the Operation Gladio events was at a bank, where like a hundred people – they basically did what they were planning to do with Operation Northwood in the USA. They would go to a bank, they would plant a bomb, it would kill one hundred people, it would wound 800 people. These were strategically done in locations where people did not support the ‘appropriate candidate’ that the West or fascists wanted to be elected. So if you were going to vote the wrong way, they would scare the hell out of you to get you to vote the right way.

1:05:00 – 1:06:00 — Colonel: Let’s finish with Argentina, because your point is dead on. I want to point out that talking about the Vatican you have Pope John Paul the First. He was Pope for 33 days. He found out about the Vatican money laundering and was going to expose it but they poisoned him and killed him. Operation Gladio.

1:06:10 – 1:09:50 — Colonel: Well Pope John Paul II was the one that did it for Poland. Pope Pius 12 was before, but he was involved in Operation Gladio too.
Pope John Paul II actually starts talking to the Soviets. And one of the Operation Gladio authors with DOCUMENTATION documents messages sent by Pope John Paul II to the Soviet Union suggesting he can siphon some more money through Solidary to the Soviets to help them, because they know the Soviet Union is failing. It is in a critical state at this point, just prior to 1991. The new pope that comes in, the current pope, Pope Francis. He is the archbishop in Argentina when Operation Gladio disposes of the friendlier, less fascist president of Argentina and installs a fascist president. Argentina is a 95% Catholic country so if Pope Francis, as archbishop, had stood up and said stop that, the entire country would have attacked the people doing the murdering. 1:10:00 – 1:10:40 — Colonel: Then the invasion into Kuwait and the Iraq war creates in 1991 — now that they know they have to create a new boogeyman, because the Soviet Union and the ‘Communists’ [are essentially gone] — China at that time is not worthy of being a ‘communist threat’ at this point – They have to come up with a new boogeyman because you have to have someone to instill terror from. So what happened with the war in Iraq? – Oh, My God we have Islamic terrorism.

1:11:00 — Colonel: And we have to have the war to start it so we have Desert Storm 1. Stop any discussions on disclosures on Operation Gladio. That created us a new enemy. AND it allowed us to move into the northern area of Iraq, Syria and Turkey and create new poppy fields there.
1:11:25 – 1:12:20 — Brady: It gets fun, There is a theory I have read recently. It rings pretty true but, “The really smart guys” in DC, their idea for how they are going to control the Middle East at the time. They thought they could topple the Sunni minor Hussein regime and put in a friendly Shiite majority regime. Because the heart of the Shiite religion is in Iraq they thought they could influence the Ayatollah of Iran. That absolutely backfired because Iran put their puppets into Iraq. Our think tanks in DC got it 180 degrees wrong. They actually thought they could de-stabilize Iran thru the Shiite route.
1:12:20 — Colonel: You realize that the president of Iran back in the day before we got the Shaw back, Mosaddegh, So he was a very liberal in a good sense and had modernized Iran. An Operation Gladio Unit took him out.

1:12:50 – 1:14:30 — Colonel: So this fascist entity can be traced to all of the instability in the Middle East. I just finished a book review on how they created in Egypt the Grand Mufti as head of Islam. See the fascist connection here. They create these Muftis, they created one in Jerusalem. Both of those Muftis are bought and paid for by Britain. They dress up people as who ever they want to implicate, and they create chaos in their countries.
The Mufi in Jerusalem literally took people and dressed them up. They doctored pictures and said Jewish people had burned a Mosque. And then they dressed up Arabs to go attack the Jewish people and kill them. That is how they create the terror. 1:14:30 – 1:15:00 — Brady: And then there is the creation of the Muslim Brotherhood by the British. It is really important to notice this post WWII international policy of America is just an extension of the British Foreign Policy of the Previous couple hundred years. It is the divide and conquer. They carved up the Middle East and Africa with the artificial borders specifically so you would have warring tribes that had nothing to do together and put them in one country thru an artificial border so your going to have that strife.
1:15:00 – 1:16:00 — Colonel: So the best example of that to me since I have lived there for six months, is Northern Iraq, Kurdistan. The Kurdish entity, and it was recognized on maps if you go back to the 1930s. You will see it on maps, not that it was a formal country with a president and congress and all that other stuff. It was a KNOWN ENTITY. It was huge. And it overlays today’s, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Turkey. They were recognized as a homogeneous entity and no one messed with them.
After WWII they created fake countries, and dissected up, Kurdistan. Kurdistan was very militant and anybody who ever messed with them got killed. They did not take crap from anybody.

1:16:00 — Colonel: I met in the 1990s most of their leadership. One of them asked me, after I had finished my deployment, to travel to see all the European casinos with him. I turned him down. They are very sweet, personality people but they are deadly lethal at the same time. They have been attacked by Turkey, by Syria, by Iraq and by Iran. And they do hold there own.
But Operation Gladio had Turkish Gladio units dressed up as Kurds attack border cities in Turkey and then they go and use that as a reason to go attack Kurds.

I have only listened to half a dozen or so of the 40-plus Gladio videos by Colonel Towner and Alpha Warrior. It is a daunting task to catch up, especially if I am going to transcribe at least a few parts of them. Yesterday my curiosity bone got the better of me, and I skipped ahead and listened to the first USAID video. Towards the end Colonel Towner said she would be covering Benghazi, and I thought she meant USAID Part II. So I skipped around listening to parts of the video looking for the Benghazi section, and landed in a spot where she mentioned she would be interviewing a survivor of the USS Liberty. I already knew something about the USS Liberty. With curiosity driving me and a bit more hunting I found The Colonel’s Corner Rumble Channel. I was so angry after listening to the first minutes, I posted a few bits to Sunday’s Dear MAGA: 20250302 Open Topic
I still don’t buy that [prisoner murders] as being the reason for the attack on the Liberty. It’s too small-potatoes. IMO that rationale is post-failure disinformation from both Mossad and the USG, meant to muddy the waters. One of many bogus reasons that were floated.
IMO there was a concocted plot by Johnson (who was truly evil) and elements in Israel who wanted America to enter the war [THAT is the kind of reason they needed – like 9/11] and thought that an attack on am American ship would be just the thing he needed to get us in. The attack failed to take out the radio, and the betrayal of our own troops by Johnson failed.

Wolfie was correct I got taken-in by the Prisoner massacre Limited Hang-out although Colonel Towner does mention it towards the end as one of the reasons. I had heard about the massacre several weeks prior to listening to the video. After reflecting on the entire video, and hearing Phil Tourney’s plea that the TRUE story be told, I decided to write this article.

Israel is considered one of the most important countries that import rough diamonds, and the most prominent countries that export polished diamonds. Most of these diamonds come from African countries such as South Africa, Liberia, Congo, Ivory Coast amongst others. These countries are directly linked to groups committing massacres against civilians in order to obtain diamonds, and trade with these diamonds leads to the death of tens of thousands of people annually in the countries of origin. The sale and export of these diamonds are linked to major arms deals, the creation of civil wars and financing the fighting groups. This has caused the diamond trade in Africa to be called the dirty trade, the jewels are called “blood diamonds” because the blood of thousands of Africans is shed in order to extract and market them…

I do not have the time to write a full transcript so a few key points… DARN IT! Oh well I got sucked in and did more of a transcript than I planned. So, as usual, I am going to split the material into two articles.

3 minutes to 12 minutes: Colonel Towner mentions Lyman Lemnitzer, commander of the United Nations forces in the Korean War (1955–57.) He was Kennedy’s Joint Chief of Staff from 1960 to 1962. Kennedy wanted to get rid of him, but instead of firing the SOB, Kennedy, not knowing what NATO was up to, sent him to serve as the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe of NATO from 1963 to 1969. THIS IS WHILE NATO assassins were deployed to Texas. [He was one NASTY piece of work! GC]
Towner explains that de Gaulle and Kennedy were trying to oust the UK from Africa where the UK and Israel were stealing all the diamonds. Egypt and the Suez Canal were the buffer protecting Israel from retaliation by Africa. Egypt was under British control from 1882 to 1922. When Egypt gained independence, Nasser took control of the Suez Canal FROM the UK. So the UK moved to the Port of Aden in Yemen. Yemen is STILL fighting a two-front war today. Towner then goes into how the CIA was spying on the communication of most countries including Egypt. Therefore they KNEW Egypt was sending troops to help Yemen just prior to this travesty.
15 mins – Phil Tourney said Israel got antsy and started the war early, that is why we took off as quick as we did. The rest of the crew and I figured this was planned out probably a year in advance. We were set-up by our own government. We were going into a war zone and asked for destroyer escort twice and were denied by NoName’s Father, Admiral John Sidney McCain Jr.
16 mins – Col Towner interrupts and say this is typical of the CIA & US Navy. They did the same thing to the USS Indianapolis in the pacific during WW II when they took the warheads over there. They left them without an escort KNOWING the subs were going to get them and then court-martialed the surviving Captain. The Navy is one of the most cruel ass… that has ever existed! … Phil’s story is NOT an isolated incident. This is why history is so important.
17 mins – Phil: We were 12.5 miles off the coast of the Sinai. (June 6th) We were ALWAYS in international waters. June 7th we see Israeli DC3s. We saw & waved at the pilots & they waved at us. Saw them on the 8th They were taking pictures of us. We only had four 50 caliber machine guns. We picked up messages that Israel KNEW we were an American Ship. We had a brand new flag and the ship had just been refurbished so it had a newly painted name.
21 mins – Phil Tourney starts describing the attack… You cannot imagine what they did to us. Rockets, cannons, napalm, machine guns… every [operational] antenna they hit on the first pass. Within 3 seconds every antenna and every water tight door above the water line was destroyed. One antenna that was out of commission was not destroyed. The air attack lasted for 25 minutes. They used unmarked black planes. [French made.] At least 12 planes and 30 sorties. On the first pass they shot down the US flag. Sailors put up another brand new one. Shot that down. Put up HUGE holiday flag that stayed up. During those 25 minutes the ship got a message out by repairing the last antenna.
25 mins — Col Towner points out that those sailors went out while those planes were raining fire to put up a flag so it was a KNOWN attack on an American ship in international waters. THIS IS CRITICAL TO THE STORY. [She explains the Flag is very important because it means you cannot call it a mistaken ID -GC]
26 min Phil: Our radio message was picked up as far away as Vietnam. The 6th Fleet picked it up. Captain Tully of the USS Saratoga immediately launched aircraft to come to our aid. They were called back by [US Secretary of Defense] Robert McNamara. A few minutes later Captain Tully & Captain Ingen of the USS America went to launched planes again. Before they could get underway, President Johnson got on the air and said RECALL THOSE GOD DAMN PLANES, I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT A FEW DEAD SAILORS, I WILL NOT EMBARRASS MY ALLY!
Phil:So how did he know who was attacking us if WE DID NOT KNOW?
So that right there tells you we were set up to be sunk by the Zionist State in order to bring us into WW III.
29 mins — Colonel Towner points out that the USS Liberty’s actual mission was to spy on the African countries trying to free themselves from the US and European piranhas. The sacrifice of the USS Liberty was about setting up a regime change in Egypt and destroying the evidence of the spying.
30 mins – Phil: The Aircraft attack was followed by an attack by 3 torpedo boats with the Star of David. The boats fired five torpedoes from 1000, 800 yards away. Two went aft, one hit the communication spaces, don’t know where the others went. Colonel Towner suggests it was to get rid of evidence. The attack went on for another hour and a half. The total attack lasted 2 hours. Help was only 40 minutes away but the US government would not allow help. They left us for 17 hours. The USS America and the destroyer USS David finally showed up…. We had 34 dead and 174 wounded….

Who benefited from it?
Israel ended up with All of Jerusalem, the West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights and the Sinai Peninsula. They go to war again in 73 and then they have a peace settlement in 1979. The massacre in the Golan Heights happened right after the USS Liberty was taken out. That is not unlike what just happened with the Hamas Attack on Israel on October 7. It was not an immediate response to Gaza, just like for Israel, it was not an immediate attack in response. Well they did the initial attack in Egypt, but they did it at the same time all over. And I have read other accounts of this that they gave up the final attack on sinking the USS Liberty because now there were other witnesses.

He remembered the call to general quarters (battle stations) in the early afternoon of June 8, 1967, later learning that this was due to the attack on the Liberty. The A-4 bombers were each fitted with two bombs having a gold-colored tip, a type that he had never seen before: “I’d never seen that particular type of ordnance, and as we had gone into Condition November (notice of imminent nuclear war) subsequent to being in general quarters, it was definitely not a drill. Marine guards were escorting the A-4, and that was a very unusual experience. I’d never seen anything like that in the four years that I was in the Navy as a Cat operator.”….
