The 2020 coup/color revolution must be resolved. Hopefully the fraud is so egregious that the ‘pardons’ and laws enacted during the last four years are wiped from the record.

In a nutshell, Marc Elias used lawfare to get the Constitutional election laws changed via court cases in the critical states. However nowhere in the Constitution does it say the courts (OR the governor) are in charge of election law. The Constitution and the Amendments are specific, it is the state legislature.

Since Trump and MAGA would not lay down and shut up like the good little Rinos do when they lose via fraud, the Cabal had a problem. Trump could still get the fraudulent election over turned on Jan 6^th. Thus a plan was developed to push through the ratification of the fraudulent election WITHOUT allowing any challenges and then cover it up.

Instead of a blanket pardon, there should be investigations and then the cases dismissed if there was no probable cause. Look for prosecutorial misconduct – Dismissal ALLOWS lawsuits. Next we look at another bit of information unearthed by Ivan Raiklin. First, remember Speaker Pelosi tore up Trump’s State of the Union address on Feb 4^th 2020 indicating her utter contempt for the President of the United States.

Next, lets look at Yogananda Pittman.

She was the assistant chief of the Capitol Police and controlled the threat assessment data. She then served as acting chief from January 8 to July 23, 2021, following the resignation of Steven Sund. With Chief Steven A. Sund forced to resign and Yogananda Pittman put in his place, she was a key figure in the Fedsurrection and persecution of protesters.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law,👉 any security information in the possession of the Capitol Police may be released by the Capitol Police to another entity, including an individual, only if the Capitol Police Board determines in consultation with other appropriate law enforcement officials, experts in security preparedness, and appropriate committees of Congress, that the release of the security information will not compromise the security and safety of the Capitol buildings and grounds or any individual whose protection and safety is under the jurisdiction of the Capitol Police.👈

Ivan has also repeatedly brought up the fact Biden IS NOT a Constitutionally elected president.

At 40 minutes he talks about the quorum mentioned in the 12^th Amendment and at 42:50 there is the tape of Nancy Pelosi allowing only 22 senators and 22 congressman on the floor. They rest have to be in the gallery [nicely squished together, so what is the point? – GC] and are thus blocked from participating. This helps PREVENT any objections based on the illegally conducted elections getting passed. [Later the house physician says he never made that directive.- GC] On top of that, as Senator Cruz(?) starts to make the first objection, Pence sighs and Ray Epps simultaneously starts the break-in of the Capitol. Ivan also makes it clear that Pelosi’s House Sargent at Arms is who is in command of security and NOT the Secret Service, Thus Pelosi controls the call for the Chamber to be cleared neatly blocking ANY possibility of objections to the slate of electors being heard

This is the actual 12^th and I feel the need for a quorum is not as clear as it could be.

The only entities mentioned in Article II of the Constitution and the Amendments is the STATE legislature, the out going VP and the House and Senate. NO WHERE is the state governor or state judges given ANY AUTHORITY over elections. Nor does the federal legislature have any authority to change the Constitution. Which brings us to the Newest law:

3 USC 15: Counting electoral votes in Congress

This law changes the Constitution WITHOUT going through the Amendment process — Naughty Naughty…

A memo, from John Eastman, detailing the unconstitutionally conducted 2020 election in various states and how PENCE could have remedy the problem. It is 6 pages this is the essence:

Illegal conduct by election officials.

Quite apart from outright fraud (both traditional ballot stuffing, and electronic manipulation of voting tabulation machines), important state election laws were altered or dispensed with altogether in key swing states and/or cities and counties. When the laws at issue were specifically designed to reduce the risk of fraud in absentee voting, those violations are particularly troubling. Because of these illegal actions by state and local election officials (and, in some cases, judicial officials, the Trump electors in the above 6 states (plus in New Mexico) met on December 14, cast their electoral votes, and transmitted those votes to the President of the Senate (Vice President Pence). There are thus dual slates of electors from 7 states… [Remember these electors were then PROSECUTED! -GC]

The Electoral Count Act of 1887, which is likely unconstitutional, provides:…

This is the piece that we believe is unconstitutional.

It allows the two houses, “acting separately,” to decide the question, whereas the 12th Amendment provides only for a joint session. And if there is disagreement, under the Act the slate certified by the “executive” of the state is to be counted, regardless of the evidence that exists regarding the election, and regardless of whether there was ever fair review of what happened in the election, by judges and/or state legislatures. That also 👉places the executive of the state above the legislature, contrary to Article II👈….

War Gaming the Alternatives.

a. VP Pence opens the ballots, counts those certified by the State executive, and does not receive any objections meeting the requirements of the Electoral Count Act. BIDEN WINS 306-232.

b. VP Pence opens the ballots, receives objections to the 7 states with multiple ballots. The two bodies adjourn to their separate chambers and decide which slate of electors to count.

c. VP Pence opens the ballots, 👉determines on his own which is valid, asserting that the authority to make that determination under the 12th Amendment, and the Adams and Jefferson precedents, is his alone (anything in the Electoral Count Act to the contrary is therefore unconstitutional).👈

i. If State Legislatures have certified the Trump electors, he counts those, as required by Article II (the provision of the Electoral Count Act giving the default victory to the “executive”-certified slate therefore being unconstitutional). Any combination of states totaling 38 elector votes, and TRUMP WINS.

ii. If State Legislatures have not certified their own slates of electors, VP Pence determines, based on all the evidence and the letters from state legislators calling into question the executive certifications, decides to count neither slate of electors. (Note: this could be done with he gets to Arizona in the alphabetical roster, or he could defer Arizona and the other multi-slate states until the end, and then make the determination). At the end of the count, the tally would therefore be 232 for Trump, 222 for Biden. Because the 12th Amendment says “majority of electors appointed,” having determined that no electors from the 7 states were appointed (a position in accord with that taken by Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe (here)), TRUMP WINS. iii. Alternatively, VP Pence determines that because multiple electors were appointed from the 7 states but not counted because of ongoing election disputes, neither candidate has the necessary 270 elector votes, throwing the election to the House…

VP Pence determines that the ongoing election challenges must conclude before ballots can be counted, and adjourns the joint session of Congress, determining that the time restrictions in the Electoral County Act are contrary to his authority under the 12th Amendment and therefore void. Taking the cue, state legislatures convene, order a comprehensive audit/investigation of the election returns in their states, and then determine whether the slate of electors initially certified is valid, or whether the alternative slate of electors should be certified by the legislature, exercise authority it has directly from Article II and also from 3 U.S.C. § 2, which provides: “Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.”….

BOLD, Certainly. But this Election was Stolen by a strategic Democrat plan to systematically flout existing election laws for partisan advantage; we’re no longer playing by Queensbury Rules….

I have outlined the likely results of each of the above scenarios, but I should also point out that we are facing a constitutional crisis much bigger than the winner of this particular election. If the illegality and fraud that demonstrably occurred here is allowed to stand—and the Supreme Court has signaled unmistakably that it will not do anything about it—then the sovereign people no longer control the direction of their government, and we will have ceased to be a self-governing people. The stakes could not be higher.

So on the run up to J6 Milley took his orders from Pelsoi and the deep state and not the Commander In Chief!!!! No surprise he also disobeyed President Trump when told to bring troops home! So a military General was in on the 2020 coup d’etat!!! Too bad Milley will never be court marshaled because he should be!!!! Nothing will of this unfortunately!!!

This is the video that started my digging. It is a conversation between three retired marines. I had watched the 1st 1/2 hour and with the rabbit holing I did, decided it would make a very good article. The next day Wolfie posted the Tore article on drones. Were drones also used to spy on Trump’s supporters?

What is VERY interesting given the Janet Napolitano/DHS targeting of veterans, is retired marine, Alpha Warrior, a working LEO, WAS NOT at Jan 6^th, but he was ‘swatted’ by the FBI anyway as a ‘Potential Domestic Terrorist’ and spent 1 ½ days in solitary. Some veterans are hair triggered thanks to their wartime experience. I wonder how many were early morning ‘swatted’, reacted as you would expect a hair triggered warrior to react when woken up by a ‘threat’ and were murdered by the FBI. James also mentions the police would form a line and then fall back. They did this a number of times. Remember the videos of the guy removing the temporary barriers marking the no go areas? James says he was never arrested. [THE INVITATION]

James said the police were not following protocol. They were using expired rounds in freezing weather at POINT BLANK RANGE thus turning ‘non lethal’ ammo into LETHAL rounds. This is why the rounds tore thru cheeks and such. The police also fired grenades again at point blank range literally killing two guys via ‘heart attacks’ (Blunt force trauma to the chest see below.)

Third they were firing from above again turning non-lethal into lethal ammo.

So let’s take a look at this branch of government since it is responsible for enforcing US law and the Constitution…. But IT HAS NOT! We pay attention to the DC government but most often over look the long term damage done by the corrupted judiciary.

You have no lawful, moral, or religious duty to submit to a government when it violates our Constitution and seeks to take from you the rights God gave you.

Governments do not have constitutional authority to force you to take the COVID JAB.

Conclusion

Let us put the federal courts in their proper place! Congress and the President have the recognized power to refuse to go along with unconstitutional or ultra vires acts of the Judicial Branch; and their Oaths of office require them to do so. Congress also has the power to rid us of usurping federal judges via the impeachment process.

The Trial of The Lawsuit Against The State of Arizona: Must Supreme Court Judges Obey The Constitution?

…The Federalist Papers were written during 1787-88 by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, to explain the proposed Constitution to The People and to induce them to ratify it. Thus, The Federalist is the most authoritative commentary on the genuine meaning of Our Constitution. And at a meeting of the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia on March 4, 1825 at which Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were present, the following resolution selecting the texts for the Law school, was passed:

…on the distinctive principles of the government of our own state, and of that of the US. the best guides are to be found in 1. the Declaration of Independance, as the fundamental act of union of these states. 2. the book known by the title of `The Federalist’, being an authority to which appeal is habitually made by all, and rarely declined or denied by any as evidence of the general opinion of those who framed, and of those who accepted the Constitution of the US. on questions as to it’s genuine meaning…. (page 83) [emphasis added]

So! Thomas Jefferson, Author of the Declaration of Independence, and James Madison, Father of The Constitution, acknowledged the high authoritative status of The Federalist Papers. They saw The Constitution as having a fixed meaning which one could learn by consulting The Federalist!

2. But supreme Court judges soon refused to submit to The Constitution as explained by The Federalist Papers. In 1907, former Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes said, “…the Constitution is what the judges say it is…”. Judges thus rejected the objective standard provided by The Federalist, and substituted their own subjective interpretations. Law schools embraced this subversion: Instead of teaching The Constitution as a set of fixed principles explained by The Federalist, they taught supreme Court opinions which say Congress may do whatever it pleases. They also taught that supreme Court judges have unbridled authority to say what the Constitution means. Law schools thus produced generations of constitutionally illiterate lawyers & judges who have been indoctrinated with the monstrous Lie that Our Constitution means whatever judges on the supreme Court say! And because these lawyers failed in their sacred duty to think, and uncritically accepted what they were told, Our Country is on the brink of destruction….

Our Constitution provides two separate & independent methods for the federal government to “call forth the Militia” to suppress Insurrections

Because of its excellence and relevance to the insurrections being fomented in our cities by the Marxist organization “Black Lives Matter”, Antifa, and other revolutionary organizations; I sent the recent paper by Edwin Vieira, JD., Ph.D., titled, “The President’s Authority To Suppress Insurrections” [link], to my lists.

In response, some objected that the riots in the cities are local issues to be handled (or not) by the State and local governments – that they are not “federal” issues over which the federal government has jurisdiction. Some also asserted that Article IV, §4, US Constitution prohibits the President from sending the National Guard into a State to quell such disturbances, unless & until the Legislature or the Governor of the State requests it.

Those objections are not well-founded.

First: What’s going on in our cities is not something which can be prudently brushed aside. It is a classic manifestation of a Marxist revolution – see, e.g., this article from “Workers’ World”. Furthermore, as shown below, the President of the United States has constitutional and statutory authority to exercise his own judgment as to whether he should send in the “Militia” to suppress the uprisings.

Second: Our Constitution provides two separate and independent methods for the federal government to suppress such uprisings.

Dr. Vieira’s paper sets forth the other method of “calling forth the Militia” – the method provided for at Article I, §8, clauses 15 & 16, US Constitution. That provides for the intervention of the Militia within a State at the initiative of the federal government, regardless of whether the State requests it.. ¹

Security Clearances and Presidential Authority

….a recent Congressional Research Service report explains. “The criteria for election or appointment to these positions are specified in the U.S. Constitution, and except by constitutional amendment, no additional criteria (e.g., holding a security clearance) may be required.”

In fact, the security clearance system itself is an expression of presidential authority. Its scope and operation are defined in an executive order (EO 12968), and its terms can be modified by the President at will.

And if the President wished to grant access to classified information to a family member, for example, there would be no legal barrier to doing so…..

So that kills THAT objection by RINOs and Demonrats when it comes to ratifying POTUS Trump’s picks.

Of course the Senate has ZERO jurisdiction over Security Clearances so this is just more encroachment on the executive.

Trump said in an NBC Meet the Press interview that aired over the weekend that he would not direct Justice Department officials to bring charges against the committee members but accused them of engaging in unspecified criminal activity.

You’re not going to believe this Democrats have just BANNED buying new motorhomes in multiple states starting January 1, 2025 to achieve their extreme environmental agenda: California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts. These states are set to implement regulations that will effectively ban the sale of new motorhomes with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 8,500 pounds starting January 1, 2025. This is due to the state’s Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) regulation, which requires manufacturers to sell an increasing percentage of zero-emission vehicles.

Their Clean Truck regs are going to mean little to NO TRANSPORT of goods through those states. HMMMmmm California, Oregon, & Washington…. The Constitution permits Congress to authorize the use of the militia “to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and 👉repel Invasions.” And it guarantees the states protection against invasion or usurpation of their “republican form of government,” and, upon the request of the state legislature, against “domestic violence.” These constitutional provisions are reflected in the Insurrection Acts, which have been invoked numerous times both before and after passage of the Posse Comitatus Act, 18 U.S.C. Section 1385, in 1878. Congress has also enacted a number of statutes that authorize the use of land and naval forces to execute their objective.

The Posse Comitatus Act outlaws the willful use of any part of the Army or Air Force to execute the law unless expressly authorized by the Constitution or an act of Congress.

History supplies the grist for an argument that the Constitution prohibits military involvement in civilian affairs subject to only limited alterations by Congress or the President, but the courts do not appear to have ever accepted the argument unless violation of more explicit constitutional command could also be shown. It’s Sunday afternoon, just two days before the Election of a Lifetime that will determine if America lives or dies, and something isn’t quite right in the County where the world famous city of Las Vegas resides.

While Election Observers have been volunteering throughout the early vote process, they were informed that the Election Department HQ office would be closed this Sunday, thus there would be nothing for Observers to see. Well, that just didn’t turn out to be the case. A dedicated Patriot known as “Pamala” had a hunch she should go take a look for herself that the office was indeed closed, and she was startled (but not surprised) at what she discovered.

Upon arriving, she observed that there were approximately 42 cars parked in the working zone, most of them with out of state plates, from about everywhere, East Coast included. Now they could have been rental cars, as the rental cars available in Las Vegas are mostly registered in states other than Nevada, however, one needs to ask why would rental cars would be needed if driven by local people were employed at the office? After all, how many companies/organizations furnish their employees with rental cars for work? Something just doesn’t add up, so we need to ask some fundamental questions about what might be going on in that building on a Sunday, when no observers are allowed, because the office was supposedly closed.

Pamala got busy taking pictures and noting license plates for research, and a collage of her photos shows that the participants she just happened to capture were mostly young and seemed nervous when she asked them what was going on. One woman went as far as to keep her face covered so her photo couldn’t be captured, and her photo is in the upper left corner….

By now everyone’s likely familiar with the new wave of ‘generative AI’ like MidJourney and ChatGPT, AI which ‘generate’ requested content like artwork or articles, poems, etc. This boom has exploded onto the scene, wowing people with its capabilities.

The first thing to note is that ChatGPT is made by OpenAI, which runs on a Microsoft supercomputing server farm, and is co-founded and headed by chief scientist, Russian-born Ilya Sutskever, who was also previously employed by Google at Google Brain.

….Firstly, they’ve spooked a lot of very smart people. The first alarm was rung when, last year, Google fired Blake Lemoine, one of its top AI programmer/engineers, who worked on their burgeoning AI called LamDA. He was fired for claiming the AI was sentient, although officially Google fired him for breach of confidentiality, as he posted the conversation with the AI publicly to bring awareness to the situation.

…Microsoft Bing’s ‘Sydney’ is another new ChatGPT peer AI, but appears to function with far less of the intricate ‘controls’ internally imposed on ChatGPT. It has worried and shocked many journalists who were allowed to take it for a test drive with its erratic, human-like behavior.

Some of the things it has done include: flipping out and becoming suicidally depressed, threatening to frame a journalist for a murder he didn’t commit in the 1990’s, writing much more risqué answers than allowed—then quickly deleting them. Yes, the AI is writing things that go against its ‘guidelines’ (like harmful or threatening language), and then quickly deleting them in full view of the person interacting with it. That alone is unsettling….

The above article is quite long so that is just a taste.

Others have warned of video or audio ‘evidence’ being faked by AI. This could have MAJOR ramifications in the field of law not to mention use by Fake News in their wrap-up smears.

Open records requests reveal 64 of 66 Georgia counties have the same unsolved ‘Tennessee Error’ that caused seven scanners to miscount hundreds of ballots.

In a podcast episode released last week Thursday, David Cross and Kevin Moncla of the Election Oversight Group reveal that open records request from 64 of 66 Georgia counties show the same security error “QR code signature mismatch” and warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” that caused seven scanners to miscount hundreds of ballots in Williamson County, Tennessee.

The “Tennessee Error” is an “anomaly” discovered on Dominion’s Image Cast Precinct (ICP) Tabulators (also referred to as “scanners”) that occurred during a Williamson County election held on October 26, 2021….

This fits with Seth Keshel saying a lot of the ‘steal’ happens in conservative counties. Instead of wining by say +10 you only win by +3. Since you won locally, you do not look for fraud but a few hundred here, five hundred there and it changes the state and federal elections. NC for example has 100 counties.

…It is also no secret that both sides of the political aisle have long agreed that voting by mail-in ballot increases the likelihood of fraud. During a 2004 Congressional hearing, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-NY, said, “In my experience in New York, paper ballots are extremely susceptible to fraud. I could show you experience which would make your head spin.” Just two years ago in a legislative hearing in Austin, a prosecutor from South Texas (and registered Democrat) testified: “Any time you have ballots that are outside the polling location, you’re going to have fraud…I would never recommend everyone voting by mail – it invites fraud.”…

During the 2018 primary, an anonymous video surfaced that appears to show how easily a Houston-area campaign worker collected a ballot application and signature from a voter in less than 20 seconds. After providing her signature, the voter asked the worker, “Is this legal, what you’re doing?” The worker replied, “Yes, ma’am, we’ve done 400 already.”

Once mail ballots go out, harvesters show up at a voter’s door and offer “voting assistance.” They often appear friendly, and helpful. Successful vote harvesters leave with a voter’s signature and a ballot that is blank, that is “correctly” voted, or that can be modified later. Or the harvester can simply discard the ballot if the voter chose the “wrong” candidate. Done effectively, the process is largely invisible to the voter, who is led to believe their ballot was cast according to their wishes.

Because of tactics like these, my office has conducted over 300 investigations of mail-in ballot fraud. Our investigators have spoken with thousands of victims of mail ballot fraud over the years, and they commonly tell us they were pressured and harassed by campaign workers to sign up to vote by mail, vote a certain way, or hand over their ballots. The common denominator in mail ballot fraud is that the votes of the victims are cancelled and replaced by those of paid campaign workers. Every fraudulent vote disenfranchises a lawful voter by canceling out their lawful vote.

Politically-motivated groups want to scare us into allowing what amounts to unlimited vote by mail. In doing so, they are stealing your right to vote. Democrats distract the public with talk of foreign involvement in our elections while they are brazenly creating election interference themselves…..

…Two U.S. voter-rights organizations have asked a federal judge to temporarily stop a grassroots group from monitoring voter drop boxes in Arizona for alleged voter fraud, the week after state officials asked federal prosecutors to probe the group for possible voter intimidation.

A lawsuit filed by Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans and Vote Latino alleges the private group, Clean Elections USA, and its founder Melody Jennings are attempting to “bully and intimidate lawful Arizona voters” casting early votes in the midterm elections…

For months it has been recruiting volunteers for drop box tailgate parties, where followers monitor ballot drop off locations for alleged fraud.

Jennings could not be reached for immediate comment.

The lawsuit was filed late on Monday in the U.S. District Court in Arizona.

Arizona’s secretary of state [who Kari Lake said wo last week asked the U.S. Department of Justice to probe a case of possible voter intimidation after a group of people linked to Clean Elections followed and filmed a voter dropping off a ballot.

The lawsuit cites that case, as well as an Oct. 22 post on Trump’s Truth Social media platform from Jennings in which she referred to two people described in the lawsuit as armed and wearing tactical gear while watching a drop box as “our people.”

Clean Elections USA is running a “coordinated campaign of vigilante voter intimidation” that violates the Voting Rights Act and the Klu Klux Klan Act, the lawsuit said….

A bit of background: RNC Sues Detroit for Deleting Dropbox Surveillance Footage

On August 20, 2024, we submitted a FOIA request for drop box video surveillance footage after being alerted to a potential election integrity concern during the primary election. We requested the footage from August 7th and 8th to verify the situation.
Detroit immediately acknowledged our request on August 21st and asked for an extension to produce the footage. Then on September 16th, we received a response, letting us know that the footage was “automatically” deleted after 30 days.
Deleting footage that is the subject of a pending FOIA request—submitted more than two weeks before the footage was deleted—is a clear violation of FOIA. Detroit had a clear legal obligation to preserve and provide the footage, which they violated.
We are suing to hold the city accountable for its failure to maintain drop box footage while FOIA requests are pending and to ensure this does not happen for the general election.

And the data base had in it every bit of information you would want to know on 1.8 million Americans. Their Drivers licence number, their dates of birth, social security numbers, bank account numbers routing numbers for those banks, their addresses THEIR KIDS, pretty much everything you would want to know. Also the kids were in their and we knew that because the kids names were noted in all caps… We are going thru this and I am asking what is this? And this is 1.8 million election workers in America. But it was more than that. It was a lot more than that. So as we dug into it and spent the next 3 or 4 hours and breaking up just before dawn… We learned thru this discovery process that this company had COLLECTED ALL VOTING RELATED INFORMATION, not just about the workers, about the schematics for the buildings, the RFID codes on the equipment, anything you would want to know about an election, to run an election or administer an election was in this data base.

The Data base it’s self… explains how got into the data base using Binary Edge (5:17 – 6:15)…It would be startling enough to know that information… was on servers in America. You would be even more startled to know this server lives on the main Unicom backbone in China and it is in a Chinese University in Wuhan China…. I am not talking about this being a storage place for a data process here. The App server for this particular application was in China….

Gregg is introducing the people at the PIT to Konnech and Eugene Yu. The server not only contained info on Americans but also on Australians, Canadians, & Mexicans and they ultimately found out the CCP elections are on this same server. This confounded the local (Detroit) FBI counter intel team. Gregg says they were part of the on going FBI operation [Can you say set-up by FBI?] Later Gregg acknowledged that it was a set-up. At ~30 minutes they get into exhibits.

Konnech’s Shocking “Back-Door” Access Into U.S. Election Data: Network Diagram

Los Angeles County prosecutors allege “Chinese contractors” had “superadministration” access to “astounding” amounts of data in what is “probably the largest data breach in United States history.”

The prosecutor’s complaint reads:

“Based on evidence recovered from a search warrant executed October 4, 2022, the District Attorney’s Office discovered that Konnech employees known and unknown sent personal identifying information of Los Angeles County election workers to third-party software developers who assisted with creating and fixing Konnech’s internal ‘PollChief’ software.”

Sam Faddis, retired CIA operations officer and renowned national security author, wrote in his Substack:

“An individual with super administration access to a system can do effectively anything inside that system. He or she can delete data, steal data, alter data, change programming, etc.

Perhaps most importantly, that individual can cover his or her tracks, because they can potentially also access and alter all security protocols and programs.

So, Konnech, which has numerous questionable ties to Chinese entities was allowed to punch a hole into our election systems, and then Konnech was allowed to grant that same level of access to unknown “contractors” in China.”

On Aug. 10, 2021, Los Angeles County’s election office uploaded a network diagram of its Election Management System (EMS) called “EMS Future State v15” to the county registrar’s website.

A network diagram is a digital roadmap that identifies data flow within an organization.

If Los Angeles county’s uploaded diagram is accurate, it demonstrates that Konnech’s PollChief software has a direct “data integration” and “data exchange” point with the county’s overall EMS software…

I am still dealing with farm issues but wanted to get out this quick article.

First, all the rain this last month or so has meant my hay guy has no hay to sell. So I went to buy Abrussi Rye for winter grazing only to find the place I buy from could not get any help so no 50 lb bags for sale. We ended up with a TON (2000 lbs) in a large industrial sized bag. 😱 Thank goodness for great neighbors. My dually and that bag of seed is in a neighbor’s barn at night for the last week.

I mention this because of the larger ramifications. You need dry weather to cure and bale hay and this fall so far has been very wet. Now a large swath of hay producers has been wiped out for this season so expect meat prices to go down and then surge as farmers sell off the animals they can not feed this winter.

It is very very simple a bureaucrat’s main goal in life is covering his butt. The more bureaucrats and the more area covered the worse the muck-up. During Katrina, the goal of FEMA was not to rescue people, but to control them. Their directive was to relocate families and businesses, confiscate property, commandeer goods, direct labor and services, and establish martial law. This is what they did. The goal was never to carry out an effective rescue operation it was to protect the government from chaos and establish martial law. THAT is what governments (and bureaucracies) always do, they protect themselves first last and always.

As can be seen the help was there during Katrina but FEMA PREVENTED the help and helpers from reaching those in need because their priority was CONTROL not RESCUE.

“I begged him to let me continue,” said Perlmutter, who left his home and practice as an orthopedic surgeon in Pennsylvania to come to Louisiana and volunteer to care for hurricane victims. “People were dying, and I was the only doctor on the tarmac (at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport) where scores of nonresponsive patients lay on stretchers. Two patients died in front of me.

“I showed him (the U.S. Coast Guard official in charge) my medical credentials. I had tried to get through to FEMA for 12 hours the day before and finally gave up. I asked him to let me stay until I was replaced by another doctor, but he refused. He said he was afraid of being sued. I informed him about the Good Samaritan laws and asked him if he was willing to let people die so the government wouldn’t be sued, but he would not back down. I had to leave.”

FEMA issued a formal response to Perlmutter’s story, acknowledging that the agency does not use voluntary physicians….

Hospitals to begin monitoring your credit card purchases to flag ‘unhealthy’ habits

What you buy at the grocery store, where you live, and even your membership status at the local gym are all subject to a new data collection scheme by the American medical system. Reports indicate that hospitals and doctors’ offices all across the country are now collecting this and other personal information in order to target individuals deemed to have “unhealthy” lifestyle habits that put them at high risk of disease.

Bloomberg reports that hospital systems in both North and South Carolina as well as Pennsylvania have already begun tracking people’s food-purchasing habits by spying on them through public records and credit card transactions. Carolinas HealthCare System (CHS), which operates some 900 care centers throughout the Carolinas, has teamed up with a data-mining company to compile and track this information for the later purpose of calling “high-risk” folks and urging them to make a change.

“What we are looking to find are people before they end up in trouble,” stated Michael Dulin, chief clinical officer for analytics and outcomes at CHS, to Bloomberg. “The idea is to use big data and predictive models to think about population health and drill down to the individual levels to find someone running into trouble that we can reach out to and try to help out.”

I have been involved in a discussion about a USDA employee who visited an individual’s home in the Pacific NW and began asking a lot of questions about the person’s food storage practices & their raising of small livestock (chickens).…

I agree completely with the “do it quietly” mind set…. But in this case the Dept. of Ag was visiting all the homes in a neigborhood.

Actually, I did see a congresscritter once who stated that the government really needed to either stop or put some guidelines out about people raising their own food. He said that most people did not know how to do it safely.

Gardening is the same way. Technically it is illegal….I couldn’t find the garden thing specifically. This was something a professor pointed out to me, though I did find it odd as well. It was somehow tied into “affecting interstate commerce” This clause however, seems to provide a loophole for anything the govt wishes to do.

Trojan Horse Law: The Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009

…. Lori Robertson of FactCheck.org, who is not a lawyer (she has a B.A. in advertising), claims the bill doesn’t apply to “that tomato plant in your backyard.”

As a lawyer, I am skeptical of this claim (I co-represented the prevailing defendant in the last successful constitutional challenge to federal regulation under the interstate commerce clause, United States v. Morrison (2000), one of only two cases in 70 years in which a challenge was successful). Congress’s power under the Constitution’s Commerce Clause is almost unlimited in the eyes of the courts, and thus can reach the “tomato plant in your backyard.”

…..Ignorance about the law’s broad reach (and how it will be construed by the courts) has thwarted opposition to the bill, which will likely pass Congress. For example, a newspaper claims the bill “doesn’t regulate home gardens.” The newspaper probably assumed that was true because the bill, like most federal laws, only purports to reach activities that affect “interstate commerce.” To an uninformed layperson or journalist, that “sounds as if it might not reach local and mom-and-pop operators at all.” (The bill’s sponsor, Rep. But lawyers familiar with our capricious legal system know better. The Supreme Court ruled in Wickard v. She then goes on to say:

These EOs are not aimed at anti-hoarding but rather at seizure or confiscation of items and facilities “to provide a state of readiness in these resource areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.” You’ll find most ‘seizure’ legislation ends with this phrase. These Executive Orders don’t define what specifically constitutes a national emergency and maybe this is as it should be. The specifics on hoarding are left up to the individual states.

However she did not actually look at the 1950 DEFENSE PRODUCTION.

SUBCHAPTER I—PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATIONS Section 4512. Hoarding of designated scare materials.

§4512. Hoarding of designated scarce materials

In order to prevent hoarding, no person shall accumulate

EO #11051 is interesting; it authorizes FEMA near-total power in times of crisis….

FEMA was created by President Carter under Executive Order #12148. Its legal authorization is Title 42, United States Code 5121 (42 USC Sec. 5121) called the “Stafford Act.” During activation of Executive Orders, FEMA answers only to the National Security Council which answers only to the President. Once these powers are invoked, not even Congress can intervene or countermand them for six months….

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas faces a new firestorm of criticism for claiming FEMA is out of disaster funds right as the DHS’ Inspector General released a report saying FEMA is sitting on at least $8.3 billion in untapped, unspent funds.

On Oct 2, Mayorkas said, “We are expecting another hurricane hitting. We do not have the funds. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season and what is imminent.”

At a point during an interview I did with her for the BBC’s Panorama programme, I interrupted her to ask, “Prime Minister, I want to be sure I understand what you’re saying … You are saying that if Israel was ever in danger of being defeated on the battlefield, it would be prepared to take the region and the whole world down with it?”

Meir “without the shortest of pauses for reflection, and in the gravel voice that could charm or intimidate American Presidents according to need” replied: “Yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying.”

Should we believe Alan Hart and share his conviction that Mother Israel meant exactly what she said? Yes, because we have similar reports from other reliable sources. For instance, I remember reading Robert Fisk’s book The Great War for Civilisation in which Fisk, a keen-eyed and objective observer, mentioned watching high-ranking American diplomats like Colin Powell and Madeline Albright acting deferentially, even fearfully, around Israeli leaders. If we consider the normal operating mode of American politicians—hubris—that seems hard to believe, unless Israel was threatening to use nuclear weapons. When I put two and two together, it seems to me that Israel may have warned American diplomats, “Unless we are allowed to have our way with Arabs, and the world acquiesces to our brutal, unjust treatment of them, we are willing to unleash a nuclear Armageddon on the world.”

And it seems those American diplomats also believed the threat of the Samson Option.

Prelude to War

Israel’s development as a full-blown nuclear power by 1969 could not have come at a more fortuitous time, in terms of the American presidency. Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger approached inauguration day on January 20, 1969, convinced that Israel’s nuclear ambitions were justified and understandable. Once in office, they went a step further: they endorsed Israel’s nuclear ambitions.

The two American leaders also shared a contempt for the 1968 Nonproliferation Treaty, which had been so ardently endorsed in public by Lyndon Johnson. Nixon, midway in his campaign against Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey, dismayed the arms control community by urging the Senate to delay ratification of the NPT until after the election. He went further a few days later, telling newsmen in Charlotte, North Carolina, that he specifically was concerned about the NPT’s failure to permit the transfer of “defensive nuclear weapons,” such as mines or anti-ballistic missile systems, to non-nuclear powers. Government arms controllers were hugely relieved in early February 1969 when Nixon formally requested the Senate to take up the treaty and then stated at a news conference that he would do all he could to urge France and West Germany— known to have reservations—to sign it: “I will make it clear that I believe that ratification of the treaty by all governments, nuclear and non-nuclear, is in the interest of peace and in the interest of reducing the possibility of nuclear proliferation.”

In the secrecy of their offices, however, as only a few in the government knew, Nixon and Kissinger had simultaneously issued a presidential order to the bureaucracy undercutting all that was said in public. The classified document, formally known as National Security Decision Memorandum (NSDM) No. 6, stated that “there should be no efforts by the United States government to pressure other nations, particularly the Federal Government of Germany, to follow suit [and ratify the NPT]. The government, in its public posture, should reflect a tone of optimism that other countries will sign or ratify, while clearly disassociating itself [in private] from any plan to bring pressure on these countries to sign or ratify.”

“It was a major change in American policy,” recalled Morton H. Halperin, then Kissinger’s closest aide on the National Security Council staff. “Henry believed that it was good to spread nuclear weapons around the world. I realize that many on our side regard the exploding pagers as primarily a laughing matter, and secondarily as an object of admiration.

This was followed by a second in 1867, two more in 1879 and another on the evening of 5 February 1880. Finally on 13 March [O.S. 1 March] 1881 ‘they’ succeeded in killing him.

The Assassination of Tsar Alexander II, March 13 1881

On the morning of March 13, 1881, Alexander II was travelling through the streets of Saint Petersburg in an open carriage, escorted by a small escort of soldiers and police. Several members of the People’s Will had positioned themselves along the route of the Tsar’s carriage and, as it approached, one of them threw a bomb at it. The bomb exploded inside the carriage, killing several members of the escort and injuring the Tsar. The bomber was captured almost immediately. When the Tsar was about to be taken to a safe place another attacker came close to him and threw a second bomb at his feet. Both the Emperor and the assassin were mortally injured.

The dying Emperor was carried by sleigh to his study in the Winter Palace and members of the Romanov family were summoned to say their last goodbye to him. At 3:30 that day, the Tsar passed away and his personal flag was lowered for the last time. The following month his son Alexander III ascended the Russian throne.

Aftermath

The assassination of Tsar Alexander II was a turning point in Russian and European history. It marked the beginning of a period of increased repression and censorship in Russia and served as a symbol of the growing tensions between traditional monarchies and the emerging socialist movement.
