To quote a family friend who had a HORRIBLE year in 2014, I don’t mean to be unlady-like, but 2020 can eff itself. (She really did post that on LifeLog.)

Just to get it out of our systems, in this space today, please, air all grievances. Things like:
- Two weeks to flatten the curve
- Face diapers required
- Attempts to recreate the 1918 Influenza epidemic, the Great Depression AND the Irish Potato Famine all at once (plant based proteins for steak eaters?)
- Dancing “healthcare workers”
- Karens
- No where to get a drink or coffee with a friend
- Weddings and funerals cancelled
- Free exercise of Religion suspended
- Pennies from the millionaires (and at least a couple billionaires) on Capitol Hill
- ONE THIRD of small businesses closed…PERMANENTLY
- TESTING TESTING AND MORE TESTING
- Mail that takes 10 days to move less than 200 miles
This is not meant to be a definitive list. Really, add more in the comments.

And now for the traditional song that no one knows why it is tradition or what the words are supposed to mean.
And…DICK CLARK??????

As usual, this is the daily thread, the place to put all information that needs to be out there – Q drops, Q drop decodes, riot information, news flashes, Chy-na flu updates, fashionable mask photos, satire, memes, and of course cute animal videos.
In the meantime, the short and sweet version of “THE RULES” is here borrowed from Tuesday:
Guidelines for posting and discussion on this site were outlined by our host, WolfM00n. Please, review them from time to time.
The discourse on this site is to be CIVIL – no name calling, baiting, or threatening others here is allowed. Those who are so inclined may visit Wolf’s other sanctuary, the U-Tree, to slog it out.
This site is a celebration of the natural rights endowed to humans by our Creator as well as those enshrined in the Bill of Rights adopted in the founding documents of the United States of America. Within the limits of law, how we exercise these rights is part of the freedom of our discussion.
Fellow tree dweller Wheatie gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:
- No food fights…okay wrapped chocolate miniatures are fair game
- No running with scissors, we’re going to need them to cut wrapping paper
- If you bring snacks, be sure they are made with bacon
Auntie DePat’s requests as we are all, ahem, adults, not uncivilized pygmies:
If you see something has not been posted, do us all a favor, and post it. Please, do not complain that it has not been done yet.
Please, check the CURRENT page, at least, of posts for the item you have to bring to the tree. It may well have been posted previously. Twinsing can’t usually be helped, but for Q-Treepers pressed for time, all efforts to keep the current page, at least, repeat free will prevent additional comments that call for the scroll wheel.
The scroll wheel on your mouse can be your friend. As mature adults, please use it here in the same manner you would in avoiding online porn.
Thank you so much for any and all attention to such details. It is GREATLY appreciated by more than one party here.

JOHN 1:1-18
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God; 3all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. 4In him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. 6There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7He came for testimony, to bear witness to the light, that all might believe through him. 8He was not the light, but came to bear witness to the light. 9The true light that enlightens every man was coming into the world. 10He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world knew him not. 11He came to his own home, and his own people received him not. 12But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God; 13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. 14And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father. 15(John bore witness to him, and cried, “This was he of whom I said, `He who comes after me ranks before me, for he was before me.'”) 16And from his fulness have we all received, grace upon grace. 17For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18No one has ever seen God; the only Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he has made him known.
Prayers for the nation, the salvation of humanity, and all of us here as well as our families are welcome.
