At one time, DePat handled FOUR daily open threads here, in addition to taking care of her relatives, choir duties, and numerous other responsibilities. She was a powerhouse – a dynamo – a true force of nature.
DePat’s faith in Trump, Q, “The Plan”, the White Hats, and “the anons” in general, was legendary. Although I didn’t always agree with her quick acceptance of some sketchier evidence and fringier theories, I will gladly admit to “coming around” to numerous so-called “conspiracy theories” which she championed first. I was always careful to give her credit for being right, too, when I had been wrong.
It is impossible to overstate how much DePat did for not only this site, but for her country. I urge all to say a quick prayer of thanks, whenever you think of her, for the privilege of knowing, in life or after death, such an exemplary human being, and lover of God.
And thank you, Susie, for the firm foundation which you left us, when you were called to your true home!
The Alpha-Gal Switcheroo – Is Bill Gates Using “Boxes of Ticks” Misdirection to Protect Vaccines?
Let’s do an experiment. Answer this question.
If you realized that – because you were getting vaccines – there was an increasing and dose-related chance you would become allergic to beef, and would have to stop eating beef – would you keep getting vaccines?
THAT is the question of the century. And it is a question nobody in Big Harma wants you to ask.
Stop for a moment to think about your answer, because IMO this question is NOT merely rhetorical. IMO, it’s REAL.
Speaking for myself, I’m not taking one more vaccine until I am shown the BOX it comes in, and then given WEEKS to research what is in that vaccine. Most vaccines will fail my standards, for one reason or another, and there are many good reasons. The exception might be a non-mRNA rabies vaccine after just being bitten by a bat, but otherwise, yeah. I am going to be a VERY difficult sell on any vaccine. You see, I read a very interesting scientific paper. You need to read it, too.
But before I tell you about it, I want to teach you about how I believe misdirection prejudiced me into believing an inferior scientific theory FIRST.
How the Scam Works
Magic – scams – con artist games – dirty FIB political manipulations – they almost all work by misdirection.
So how does that play out here? This is hypothetical, but tell me this doesn’t make all kinds of sense.
- Bill Gates is deep in the weeds, controlling vaccines world-wide, for some reason (let’s not get into that now)
- people have to want to take vaccines, because if they don’t (“hesitancy”), vaccines have no power to do whatever it is that they’re capable of doing (which includes literally remaking humanity)
- suppose that vaccines start causing a problem
- suppose that ticks also cause the same problem
- suppose that pockets within vaccine science become aware that injection itself is and always has been a problematic methodology, due to side effects, including unwanted immune responses, off-target antibodies, etc.
- well, if ticks alone can be blamed by those scientists, then vaccination and other injections can get off scot-free
- even better, a vaccine for the “tick disease” can be turned into a hero, and any problems with THAT vaccine can then be blamed on ticks
- note how COVID vaccine problems were blamed on the virus and “super-spreaders” who allegedly spread the virus right after the vaccine was given in nursing homes – same principle – misdirection
In the PAST – when I believed in an INFERIOR scientific theory – it was the “ticks alone can be blamed” part.
NOW – I believe the SUPERIOR and MORE GENERAL theory that injection itself can be, and often is, problematic. I am now a WISE GUY, who knows the same stuff as the people who wanted to blame everything on ticks.
It’s an AWESOME SCAM. Absolutely brilliant. But, in the words of every AI slop video….. IT’S OVER.
How I got from the bad theory to the good theory is next.
The Idea That Changed Everything and Opened My Third Eye to the Scams
I had heard of this “alpha gal allergy” that was spread by ticks – and I believed it all. It sounded a bit strange, but many parasitic and parasite-borne diseases (or in this case, really a “disorder”) are strange.
The fact that we had never experienced this condition before, but now it was going like gangbusters – well, that’s suspicious, too, but not unprecedented. I was willing to accept it.
The fact that Bill Gates was involved with it – sad, maybe outrageous, but typical. The man has a nose for BAD THINGS. Malaria, mosquitoes, failing vaccines. Its like he has an injection fetish. Ticks fit right into it. Not unbelievable, either.
And then I got an email for a substack article. Shown here as a tweet.

We found more than 90% of U.S. children are injected with ~54 mg of alpha-gal-bearing mammalian gelatin through routine childhood vaccines before school entry. This new thinking makes incredible sense to me.
Tick bites are common, but they’re small, and neither leave much nor take much. The tiny payload makes sense for communicable diseases, which require only a tiny amount of biological material to cause a huge problem, but for allergies, the larger assault of vaccines just makes more sense than a tick bite.
The recent appearance of the disease – also neatly explained by vaccines. NOT well explained by ticks.
No – in my mind, vaccines need to share EQUAL HYPOTHETICAL LIABILITY with ticks – and IMO it’s actually more likely to be vaccines that are ultimately responsible.

Bill Gates – Turning Crisis into Opportunity by Misdirection?
This is the clincher for me.
Bill Gates has a history of leveraging people’s suspicions of him as a form of misdirection.
In the vaccines-and-depopulation space, we’ve already covered his meddling and psy-ops before.

That post mentions SIX other posts, all of which cover what appear to be various wicked machinations by Billy Ghoul Gates of Hell (as some call him).
But my big question is THIS.
Has Bill Gates gone too far this time? Has he actually entered FRAUD territory? Has he even done something comparable to the SPLC supporting Nazis with donor money, as a way to stir up useful trouble to make MORE donor money?
Think about it. What if vaccines, in general, have an “off-target immunity problem” that can stem from the immunogen, the adjuvant, or BOTH. If so, misdirecting the public – and science – away from this alpha-gal story THROUGH Gates’ own enemies, would be a very smart move. Actually a diabolical move, but still. Very smart.
But is it legal? I don’t know the answer to that. Maybe DOJ does. At the very least, it’s reprehensible, IMO.
Let me put it this way. I don’t think these “Bill Gates is shipping boxes of ticks” stories are real. I certainly don’t think they’re organic. They’re obviously phony – but I think they’re phony with a purpose. A purpose that seems to help GATES and not US.
Is Gates behind those stories? Is there a money trail, like with SPLC?
I think these tick stories are a psy-op that is designed to gets blamed on the “anti-vax” and “anti-Gates” crowd – to sap the credibility of Gates’ enemies. At the same time, I think this psy-op is designed to mislead people – AWAY from vaccines – which Bill Gates is defending with all his might – and TOWARDS ticks – which Gates really doesn’t care about.
It’s not ticks. It’s vaccines. I’m convinced – at least right now – that they’re a better answer than ticks, on the question of alpha-gal syndrome. And it could even be that Bill Gates is defrauding all of us by blaming a vaccine problem on something else, and making his enemies be the mouthpiece for the phony alibi.
Bill Gates is innocent until proven guilty – just like SPLC. But I think somebody needs to look at this whole thing, and see if Gates has gone beyond just propping up bad science hit pieces like Lancetgate for corporate profits, which is perfectly legal, and has actually done any other things to defraud government, investors, and others – which are not legal. “Boxes of ticks” stories may be legal – but who knows? Maybe the people prosecuting SPLC would know.
As I said, things may get rough around here. Stay frosty. We’re up against the BIG-TIME trouble now.

He’s a good guy, but I can’t really work up the passion to do a Flep Friday, despite the fact that it sounds good. Here’s why.
Sadly, Flep took all his stuff. ALL of it. He went big-time scared that his woke school district would can his ass before retirement for political reasons, if I am recalling this correctly, and we were quite fine with him saving his behind by wiping down everything.
Thus, I have ZILCH – NADA – NOTHING to memorialize him with. AND – to be honest – he didn’t die on duty like Wheatie and DePat.
So while I wish him the best, wherever he is, I have to leave things at an honorable discharge.
That said, Flep deserves a medal for being one of the people who truly broke open the phony poll scam. He had a big hand in that.

I remember now. It was the election results. They freaked him out. Many of the results, and especially the Biden results, violated his predictions. I think he realized that forces beyond his control were in charge, and that he would be harassed by them for his “error”.
I think that he realized he could not defend his postings to his school district if he was doxxed. Had he been correct about the results, it would have been easier. But being “wrong”, he was in a position of weakness.
Rather than standing his ground and explaining what happened, he felt it wiser to bury his work and give up – save himself. Sometimes that is a valid choice. Every patriot has to judge for themselves, what is the right way to fight. Retreat is sometimes necessary.

I always wondered about Wheatie? I was missing her OT and came here because of her.
Wheatie’s health declined fairly rapidly over the last three months of 2021. There were very few communications. During the holidays something happened. I suspect she was hospitalized, in a home, and/or in hospice. She died in early spring. Because she always kept her identity secret, I decided to maintain that secrecy.
One bad possibility I just realized is that her family may have insisted on or talked her into the jab.

Last night I was up from 1 AM to 7 AM doing emergency surgeries.
I’m tired.
A few years back, I would have been angry and frustrated that I didn’t get any sleep.
But to my surprise, last night was full of peace.
I’m a long ways off, but God has done something profound in me.
He’s taught me to be content in all circumstances.
The ups and downs of life don’t toss me like waves anymore.

Tim Burchett has lit a fire in east TN. Many counties and cities in our area are just saying no or ending agreements with Flock.
Knox County’s mayor, Glen Jacobs, told Flock to get out and take their cameras with them a couple of days ago. The scummy, corrupt former sheriff’s department leaders from the 2020-2024 period have all been indicted and going through criminal trials for using vice connected funds for personal purposes. Flock and them were also in cahoots on the cameras. No telling how much under the table cash was passed between them.
They had executed a contract with Flock back in 2020 for stop light cameras that came in like $10 under the county limit that would have required county commission approval. Flew it right under the radar with commission and mayor knowledge until well after the fact. They were trying to steal public money with fines that the state had long since ruled against. The legislature essentially told the public to ignore any attempted fining and let your rep know if you had any problems. However, many people did not know and paid the fines, especially those from outside the state.
Over the years since the start Flock was paid over $300 K by the county, far in excess of the authority of the sheriff’s office to pay. Audit caught it and the fact that the contract with Flock expired in 2024. Flock tried to claim that the contract had automatically renewed. Jacobs told them to kick rocks, he never signed the original or a renewal, which Flock knew was required since the former contract stated maximum revenue terms. That ended the current sheriff’s department’s attempt to add more and probably scuttled the city’s attempts to do so in the process.

I posted this last night but for better coverage, posting today. Enbridge is a Canadian energy company that owns a significant amount of US oil and gas infrastructure. I think the US needs to seriously consider the national security ramifications of allowing a company based in an unfriendly nation to allow critical US energy infrastructure.
The one positive is that they are based in Alberta, and that is the one and only Canadian province I would consider allowing to become the 51st state.

UNC emergency gave her a PSYCH doc who would not check for a blood clot or do a D-Dimer test. You can get an at home kit for $125!!! so it certainly was not the cost.

there’s a transfer station about an hour away for broken electronics, metals, and such. but we barely have a walmart sized bag of food scraps every other week.
I do not burn trash so we have plastic and such.

That would be bad. We’ve “composted” food scraps forever at the Cottage & it has produced a rich dark soil in that specific location that is very different than the mostly sandy soil of the area. If anyone ever gets serious about gardening (we have raspberries, rhubarb, & some green onions that keep re-seeding themselves up there), that richer soil would be ideal to get better growth of whatever we decide to plant 🙂
we did that–but that attracted the bears, we had it pretty far in the woods away from the house, but they wandered and found the ramp to the house and then they were on the deck raiding the hummer feeders. sigh

hubby shot several this past winter. We have a trail cam on the deck that allows us to see what’s coming and going and when he saw the raccoons were up on the deck pooping on the adirondak chairs, he decided enough was enough. we set traps and he caught more than a dozen one year, but a bigger meaner one bent the bottom metal plate trying to escape and it’s not as quick anymore. we need another.
there used to be a hunter who stopped at the house one night asking if he could retrieve his dog (he had a gps on his collar). the man hunted raccoons and he said he’s on your property and got something treed and he won’t come back to me till i go to him. We said sure and soon enough we heard the shot and he came back thru the woods with the dog and a bag.
Oh, I’d be inviting that dude to hunt on the property any time – just text us when you’re coming!

The sculptor (Jim Gray) is our area’s most accomplished artist. BIL had a lot of other business and publicity related interactions with her. Wifey has some great funny stories about Dolly’s momma in particular. Her and wifey’s dads were friends back in the day as well.

BIMD, my Senior Credit Officer and I had meetings in Nashville. We went to Morton’s to have a steak on our employer. We sat, were served, and my co-worker looked over a few tables away and pointed her out. She was having a business meeting/dinner with some businessmen. I told him I was not going to interrupt her dinner and meeting.
We got up to leave and she recognized me and smiled/nodded. I just told her as we left that wifey said to say, “hey” if I ran into her when in Nashville and moved on so as not to interrupt. For the most part she was not all that recognizable with her short hair and lack of celebrity look unless you had time to process her facial features.
May she RIP. She did a lot of good and was very generous.

SD: “There are many people in Canada demanding to see the rough draft proposals of the U.S-Canada trade agreement so they can judge for themselves the issues that Carney claimed were irreconcilable. For those people this interview today by Canadian Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc will only embolden those requests.
Trade Emissary LeBlanc outlined the major fracture points that drove Prime Minister Mark to reject the deal. I’ll put the full interview below which everyone should watch because what LeBlanc outlined is rather funny. Carney was obviously looking for a reason to walk away, because the fracture points were ridiculously small.
Essentially, it boils down to four issues. 1) Removal of tariffs on Canadian assembled Semi-Trucks. (2) U.S. streaming services writing code for “search engines” in the French language. (3) Canada demanding 5% of gross revenues from U.S. tech platforms, and the last one is silly because it already exists: (4) the U.S. having a right to reject a trade deal made by Canada with a non-market economy, ie. CHINA.

Taking the issues one by one we start with ♦ U.S. tariffs on Canadian Semi Trucks. Canada wanted tariffs on Big Rigs removed. The U.S. said no.
The reason is simple. Big Rigs assembled/built in Canada are falling apart in the USA. Why? Because they are full of cheap Chinese component goods and parts that wear out quickly. The U.S. wants two things on this issue. Either: (1) Make them in the USA, or (2) stop using cheap Chinese component parts. The parts that Canada are using are not even available in the USA because we tariff and reject them, so why should we accept them when Canada installs them? Either quit using Chinese parts (hence, the trade alignment against Chinese imports), or accept a tariff equal to the rate we would apply if the product was coming directly from China.

The French language stuff was an ancillary aspect where the Canadian Cultural Police were demanding that all U.S. streaming platforms (YouTube, Netflix etc.) must have search engines using the French language so Canadian users can search for stuff to watch using the French language. A ridiculous issue that was not part of the trade discussion, but Mark Carney saw political value in blowing up the issue.
This is really stupid, because when you buy your hardware (TV, Phone, Computer etc.) it asks you what language or country during set up. If you live in France, you put France. The operating system does the rest. We don’t code search engines for French in FRANCE because the OS does it! But Canada was requiring U.S. tech companies (streaming services) to install search features in French [I guess so they can set up the OS in English but get some ancillary feature.] It was a stupid “side paper” in the Intellectual Property sector of the trade discussion.
♦ Intellectual Property. Canada was demanding 5% of U.S. tech platform gross revenue (not profit, gross), they call it a tax. Canada then uses the “tax revenue” to subsidize Canadian media and information platforms that promote the approved government message. In essence, Canada demands that information providers pay them 5% of their revenue so that Canada can subsidize information providers they approve of. This is what the Canadian government calls “cultural protection.” In reality it is state-run media using a financial system that would make Vladimir Putin blush.
♦ U.S. Right to Limit Canadian Trade Deals. This point is exponentially ridiculous for Canada to be upset about because the current USMCA/CUSMA already has that clause. The U.S (or Mexico) can exit the USMCA if Canada enters into a trade agreement with a “non-market” economy, ie China. [USMCA Sec 32:10]
Canada was already in violation of the USMCA/CUSMA when they entered into a trade agreement with China and agreed to import Chinese EVs. This action triggered the U.S. to become more focused on the stuff Canada was going to import; hence, the renewed emphasis on the clause.
That’s it.
Prime Minister Mark Carney blew up the trade discussion based on his demand that: Canada should be allowed to make any deal they want with China; that Chinese component parts be allowed in Canadian assembled Semi Trucks; that streaming services install a French language search engine; and that tech platforms pay him to censor information and subsidize official narratives.
In other words, Mark Carney was looking for an excuse/justification not to make a trade deal, and make a political statement that would appeal to the uber leftist French Québécois and his partners in Beijing.

The hospital was rated in the top maternity hospitals in the nation by Newsweek. Our granddaughter was born in the center with SonIL, wifey and me part of it as I posted on here. The delivery and care team were fabulous and tops in the profession. The head nurse in the team was a highly experienced older pro. There were some testy moments in delivery with daughter’s BP crashing, but they pulled her through with ease and were able to complete the planned procedure to tie her tubes. She’s had no issues since the delivery. Dolly deserves all the credit in the world for helping make that hospital what it is, but it has also taken great workers and leaders within its organization.
in the spring of this year she sunk “a fortune” (amount unknown) into East TN Children’s Hospital in Knoxville to totally transform it and its facilities. It was needing it as the population has grown it has not kept up with the needs. They named the hospital after her.

I bought kiddo his first graohing calculator. TI-Nspire CX II. Since i am no longer able to teach him nath hes doing Akgebra 2 online, with a geometry primer then integrated into the course. Sometimes during the course the teacher instruction includes how to use it. Just wondering if there are things to avoid but still do on paper only or if the calculators are reliable?
Also since hes in 8th grade, if he passes w say 85% is that good enough for the next level? And calculus or trigonometry? Ty!
As I’ve frequently noted, you can give a skilled carpenter a pile of lumber and some power tools, and he can build a house for you in 12 weeks. If you give the same lumber and tools to a wood butcher, he can build you a pile of firewood in the same 12 weeks.
If you give a skilled carpenter a pile of lumber and some hand tools, he can build you a house in 48 weeks; but if you give the same lumber and tools to a wood butcher, he can build you a pile of firewood in the same 48 weeks.
In some regards, the gilkid would benefit from some handwork; while, in others, the increase in speed is well worth it. Hand-smoothing curves between the dots on graph paper will help him when he hits calculus because calculus is partially the study of what happens in-between the dots. That said, there’s no reason to chain him to graph paper once he is familiar and comfortable with the practice. A well-written course will handle the paper/calculator issue within the course.
Similarly, the 85% number is also dependent on the course. The test score is not necessarily reflective of the amount learned. I’m sure you did due diligence on selecting the course, but whether it takes him to calculus is the final arbiter of its usefulness.
As far as trig goes, my dad tried to explain it to me in fourth grade, getting nowhere. I hit it again in “Algebra II/Trig” in early High School, and they ran out of time before doing any Trig. I then hit it with Analytic Geometry near the end of High School and said, “well, why didn’t you say so?”
My transcript from High School relied on primitive software that only had nine spaces for the course title. Thus, the “mathematical analysis” course near the end of High School showed up in my permanent record as “MATH ANAL”.
They coulda dropped the ‘L’… everyone would have known ‘ana’ was short for analysis just as well as ‘anal’ was short for analysis 😂
We all considered it “ANAL MATH”.

When I took Probability & Statistics in college, I took the 5-question open-book midterm (on a blue-book) and was so ticked-off that I went back to the dorm, slammed my backpack into the bed, and went off in a rage. I knew I had completely botched one question and half-assed two others.
When the class came where the graded blue books were handed-back, the instructor stood at the front of the class and said, “you will be happy to hear that your results were a beautiful bell curve, with an average of 33. One student was an outlier with a score of 80….”
I looked down at my blue book…..the one that said “80”…..
I did that course with a credit-card-sized math calculator that did averages and standard deviations.
I was so happy to see a calculator that would just do square roots!!!
I spend an entire Easter break doing square roots by hand.😥 It was for an analytical chemistry course. It wasn’t even a stat course, just a quicky intro to statistics.
I took stat courses later once I was working.
