Reality Hacking Caught By Patriots – The GuginoGate Timeline

I have been on the Martin Gugino story since nearly the beginning, when I created this screenshot from an original video at exactly [TIMESTAMP]: Fri 05 Jun 2020 12∶52∶17 AM EDT.

I then blew it up 3X and focused in, taking another screenshot of the expanded screenshot, at Fri 05 Jun 2020 01∶02∶34 AM EDT.

From that moment on, #GuginoGate has been a FIGHT in my battlespace, and has escalated to international confrontation – as well it should.

THERE IS NO BACKING DOWN FROM THE TRUTH.

Not for this Wolf.

I had hoped to do a definitive piece on GuginoGate, and while planning it, I realized there would likely be many small pieces, missed at first, to be added later. THUS, I’m going to steal one of Daughn’s favorite tricks, and present this as a TIMELINE. Timelines are easy to update, yet stay coherent and relevant. They present the full story, and they are useful like crazy to other researchers – as was my early observation simply QUESTIONING the Gugino narrative, and providing a visual reason WHY.

So here we go – a TIMELINE OF GUGINOGATE. All times are Eastern Daylight Time (NYC).

I will start not at the moment of Gugino’s actions, but rather at the point where the PUBLIC became aware of them.

If you go to look at WBFO’s managed timeline of replies to this tweet, you will see *EXCEPTIONAL* grooming of the responses. Only a very few, selected responses remain. Only a very few, very weak tweets contradicting the “MSM narrative” of Gugino are seen, and effective responses to those tweets are left in place. Absolutely no replies suggesting fraud or trickery are seen, even though (see below) we know that such responses began within a few hours elsewhere.

Indeed, among the early responses, only this thread of updates and replies by WBFO itself remain, ENDING IN A FUNDRAISING PITCH.

Note that the political payday began IMMEDIATELY – that night – June 4. This creates a new question – were WBFO and other media left-activists ready to pounce on the Police Commissioner with this “reporting”? Worse still, was there any collusion with Democrat government officials – possibly deniable?

Note the close association of WBFO and NPR (Twitter profile logo). This will become extremely relevant.

As a follower of Kim Dotcom on Twitter, I see his late tweet of the WBFO/NPR footage.

I watch the footage for the handshake, but it’s clearly not a handshake, because something is in his extended right hand. Interestingly, it appears that his hand and arm motions are designed to appear plausible in TWO NARRATIVES:

  • Trying to shake hands with two cops
  • Trying to “do something” with the cop’s belts

I will come back to this later.

My initial theory is that Gugino is FILMING the cop weaponry, so that ANTIFA or other [probably violent] leftists engaging the police can see what the police are carrying in real time. I’m also thinking that this is a form of “bird-dogging” as described by associates and underlings of Robert Creamer, such as Scott Foval, in undercover videos from Project Veritas. The waving at the cop belt is meant to provoke the police, since they are trained to NEVER let people grab at their belts, and to react swiftly if people DO grab (or even point closely) at their belts.

Sundance’s Twitter post includes a long thread outlining the radio-skimming theory. My initial reaction is to admit the radio-skimming theory as being, OVERALL, just as reasonable as the tactical-belt-video-capture theory.

New York Post publishes information from the Mayor of Buffalo implying that Gugino was an agitator there to cause trouble.

I found it interesting at the time, that Buffalo’s mayor was taking steps to keep the police placated and to stay on their side. Clearly he was not ready to go down the road of some Democrat mayors, turning on their police forces.

Alert viewers of the video are already pointing out the suspicious use of medical tubing on the inner mask of Gugino’s double mask, and positing more strongly that it was a STAGED event.

Gugino is also spotted talking on his phone soon afterward. This is normal for a simple bonk of the head – it is absolutely not normal for blood running out of the ear. Something is wrong here.

Note that the Twitter user who spotted the tubing is being responded to with the artful deception that “it’s just two masks”. This is a partial truth – yes, there is a second mask – and it’s clear on closer inspection that the “second mask” is a real but modified mask that is used as a plausible architecture to get tubing into play and then get it to the ears.

This is why it’s important to understand how PLAUSIBILITY is used as a weapon by the left, to create compelling LIES.

I am already starting to realize – in part thanks to Will Sommer’s criticisms of the “wanding” theories (quite ironic) that:

  • Gugino’s “wanding” was clearly provocative / malevolent in nature, and
  • Kim Dotcom shilling on “handshake offer” is also very bogus, but
  • theories of it are sketchy and could be wrong, so
  • what if BOTH wanding and handshake lie are a kind of Hegelian misdirection, meaning
  • wanding was designed to provoke the cops and create misdirection, and
  • the “bridge too far” of stage fakery on blood is the real hoax?

Thus, I began a reply thread which led me to the key experiment. Here, I am only describing a “gedanken experiment” – this will later become an ACTUAL experiment.

We will come back to this later, when I add a tweet about the ACTUAL experiment, done because somebody wanted me to do a video demo.

Clearly, I am not going to do a doxxing video through Menshevik YouTube, but I did something even better – a HOME EXPERIMENT that anybody can do.

The Atlantic publishes a hit piece on OAN’s Chanel Rion, stepping up the game by a flanking strike on OAN’s most well-known and recognizable reporter. Note that Rion was mercilessly effective on Biden’s Ukraine corruption, and thus the Biden campaign is part of this strike.

I immediately link this back to Pearson Sharp’s reporting on GuginoGate.

You can see that my thinking has evolved at this point in time. “The Wave” – meaning Gugino waving his phone at the cop’s belt – may have been totally ineffective and PHONY in terms of being either filming or skimming – only FBI investigation can really ascertain the truth there. However, the MOTION of “the wave” was likely to have been VERY intentional – a means to bait the police into a blood hoax.

Post-GuginoGate NPR Follies

Once I realized just how FAKE NPR could be – how DEFUNDING NPR is not only a duty, but a requirement – in fact, how PROSECUTING NPR is a more rational response – I began to see how NPR cheats and lies everywhere.

For example, NPR / PBS put out propaganda – a “wear a mask” “public service” announcement – which literally LIED about the hypoxic effects of masks. That one involved a soy-boy saying masks don’t affect oxygen, while showing a PPE-encrusted doctor in a mask, who is showing an oximeter reading “99” and shrugging.

That is not SCIENCE – that’s PROPAGANDA. I have done the experiments myself, and shown that masks not only lower blood oxygen in a periodic way which alternates with “recovery breathing” – they result in cumulative cognitive defecit.

All this – HIDDEN by NPR / PBS – because the politics of “wear a mask” and “obey stupid orders” is more important.

But wait – there’s more.

NPR has now enlisted the great (and I still love the guy) Rick Steves to do a documentary about the dangers of fascism, based on his travelogues from Europe – which are always wonderful.

Full disclosure – I have a Rick Steves section on my bookshelf. He’s a hero, even if he’s a bit of a lefty and “political pilgrim”. So he’s getting a lot of benefit of the doubt here.

Steves’ point about “leaving the baggage at home” is actually a very good one. Understanding other places and cultures is immensely facilitated by doing this. HOWEVER, I find that REMEMBERING what my baggage looks like and what is in it, allows me to decipher and understand even more deeply.

Now – let me just start off by saying that I WELCOME but have absolutely no deficiency of warnings about the dangers of “fascism”. I was raised on stories of Hitler, to the point that almost everybody who knows me, but who doesn’t believe that oppressive government is a danger in America, says the exact same thing, in these exact words – “Your mother brainwashed you about Hitler!”

Oh – people have no idea. It’s not just “Hitler is bad, and it could easily happen to America, too.” It was WAY beyond that. Someday, I’ll get into the details.

One of the most important ideas, however, was this. Whenever I probed my mother for a way to stop “Hitler or anything like him” from coming to America – asking my mother WHY Germany allowed Hitler to take power, she was resolute. It was ALWAYS the same answer – it was because of communists rioting in the streets. Communist violence was what was needed to make the German people “reach” for the stupid solution of Hitler.

Anybody who thinks “Trump is Hitler” is an idiot, and a victim of propaganda. Trump’s own daughter is married to an orthodox Jew, who Trump trusts like a son. SPARE ME.

Oh, trust me – I know who the “dumb but still somewhat cunning” real Nazis are. I keep my eye on those people on Gab, and maybe you understand why. But those are not the real danger now. The real danger is their antithesis – the people who are also victims of different propaganda – who DREAM of conflict with an antithesis that they themselves are “tasked to create”, albeit somewhat unknowingly.

Extremism gins up its antithesis. Smart, cunning, and devious extremism gins up its antithesis FASTER and more obviously, to promote itself.

Trump’s “both sides / both fine and not fine” recognition evidences true understanding.

Biden’s furthering of the “fine people hoax” evidences devious understanding. Biden knowingly promotes the furthering of violent and destabilizing extremism.

The Rick Steves documentary fails to fully understand the role of international communism – socialism – leftism – whatever – in generating fascism. Absolutely NOT MENTIONED. And there is no way he could have gotten an NPR gig on this if he DID mention it, but – well – that’s life in media land.

Communism tries to sell its own paltry benefits and massive downside under the guise of “anti-fascism” – in America’s case, before there really IS any fascism. Again, “ginning up” or “spinning up” an antithesis is what they’re doing.

I hope you all are beginning to see the danger. Calling out an alternative form of socialism, set up as an empowering antithetical co-target by a different form of socialism, is simply a dirty trick designed to work on “feeble” minds – where feeble are people who may be highly educated and even clearly smart, but who have not been exposed to ALL FORMS of socialist trickery.

“He did it!” “No, HE did it!” “No, SHE did it!” And thus, true popular government is DESTROYED.

It is very UNSAFE for us to condemn “fascism” without condemning the communism/socialism which promotes other useful front movements like “anarchism” (violence) and “fascism” (national socialism) as TOOLS.

If we condemn fascism and not communism, we are DECEIVED.

So – back to the story – Rick Steves is now a TOOL of what I call our new “anti-national” socialists. Sure, he’s very much on the money talking about the dangers of fascism, but (1) it ain’t Trump, and (2) he’s missing the CAUSE of fascism that will gin up new/old forms of fascism over and over and over again, so that we play whack-a-mole with EFFECTS instead of CAUSES.

NOTE – Rick Steves never SAYS Trump is fascist, but there is a kind of “pregnant vacuum” that sells DVDs, let’s just say. It may even be that Steves editorially REFUSED to point at Trump, and I would applaud him for that, because the REAL fascist is going to be somebody else. But still, it’s very clear that his documentary will fuel the thinking of “Trump = Hitler” types.

That is just wrong. NEOCONS strike me was the best and most fertile ground for a real form of American fascism. But it could even be something else – an emergent alt-neocon wing which “gets” the role of communists but does not “get” restraint and rule of law – which embraces draconian measures against leftists. THAT is where Rick Steves is very useful for people to BONK THEMSELVES ON THE HEAD and say “am I embracing fascist methods against other forms of socialism?”

Same problem, a different way.

We have to keep things in BALANCE, which is HARD. If you’re thinking that Chris Wray’s statement about going after criminal behavior and not ideology is dumb, think again. He gets heaps of praise from me for that one. He GETS the DANGERS. And it is dangerous.

And yes, I could add CHURCHES, SATANISTS, MASONS, BANKERS, ROYALS, and other groups [COUGH] to this drama, particularly in Europe, where transnational groups have always been at an advantage – or disadvantage, in times of persecution – but then we get into a level of complexity that we don’t need right now. Let’s stick to POLITICS and PROXIMATE CAUSES.

Bottom line – ideologically – NPR = ANTIFA. Watch the Rick Steves programming – you will see exactly what I’m saying. The script does everything to glorify “antifascist” as an ideal. That’s dangerously close to ANTIFA, for y’all paying attention. It’s “armchair Antifa propaganda” for liberal PBS viewers.

I know that’s hard to accept, but if you’re having difficulty, then try NPR = KPD.

Think of it this way. WOLF here is an “anti-fascist”. But I’m not ANTIFA, and I refuse to virtue signal on this without anti-virtue-signaling the other way, to media denigration, as an anti-communist.

Well, I’m BACK to report my experience with the SECOND SHOT.

This was all something of a surprise.

I had FINALLY – in LATE JUNE – gotten to see a doctor [IN PERSON] for COVID-19 aftermath. This was LONG AFTER having gotten the disease in late January [LONG STORY] and THEN spending the first half of this year figuring out how to treat both the disease and the aftermath MYSELF [AND WITH YOU GOOD PEOPLE], mostly through internet rumors, discussions here, and self-experimentation by trial and error.

After all the discussion, the data gathering, the prescribing, the scheduling, and the blood-drawing, I was asked WHICH ARM for my vaccination.

“WHOA-OH!”

Yes, I had forgotten that it was only just in September of 2019 when I had been infected with the mythical disease of RETROSYNTHETIC DINOPOX – namely recombinant glycoproteins of Herpes zoster virus plus various adjuvants – which had knocked out my left arm like a line-drive baseball, and left me mildly sick for the better part of a week.

Was I ready for a REPLAY?

UGH.

Well, as I stated before, retrosynthetic dinopox is bad, but SHINGLES is far, far worse.

Yeah. Gimme the disease shot.

So – what has it been like? In a word…..

“SYSTEMIC”.

While I immediately noticed both soreness and swelling at the injection site, deep in the muscle of my triceps (back of the arm), most of the local effects were delayed.

Much like the FIRST shot, redness did not reach the surface for over 24 hours, and was not pronounced until about 36 hours.

In contrast, systemic effects were almost immediate. I could tell that something was happening while I was driving home. It was that uneasiness one feels at the beginning of the flu, or – COUGH, COVID-19x (more on “x” later). It’s somewhat non-descript, but unnerving – the unmistakable feeling of incipient illness.

Unsure of how significant these effects might be, I plotted a course which would take me close to both a hospital and an outpatient clinic, in case things got bad. Fortunately I got home without incident.

Once home, I was able to take it easy and observe things more carefully. I was feeling joint stiffness, dull and very diffuse headaches (more aptly labeled discomfort), and a kind of light tingling all over – a mild but very definite “electric shock” sensation. This sensation persisted for about a day, too.

Taking a brief nap, I noticed a dull ache in my kidneys some time after awakening. This was very reminiscent of what I had experienced with COVID-19x, as well as earlier [mild] episodes of kidney stones when I was not hydrating enough. I had treated both of these before with vitamin C and plenty of Gatorade and water – the same trick worked here.

By evening, I noticed that I was experiencing mild chills. These lasted almost all night, but they were gone by early morning. This is one of the more interesting parts of the experience. I don’t remember experiencing chills as part of the FIRST shot at all.

They weren’t terrible chills – no shaking – no chattering teeth. Just some goosebumps and a mild desire to put on a jacket in an admittedly cool summer.

I decided not to alter my normal regimen of vitamins and supplements. I had considered backing off on all minerals to ease the burden on my kidneys, but the truth is that I needed to treat the post-COVID endothelial damage to my kidneys more than I needed to go easy on them. This turned out to be correct – my kidney aches went away without reducing my mineral supplements in any way. Good hydration and vitamin C were all I needed.

The first night (or, TBH, morning) of sleep with round 2 of retrosynthetic dinopox was reasonable but not exactly pleasant. I eventually felt rested, but just barely.

My sleep was filled with recurring dreams of – as best as I can describe it – being medically strafed by small planes, the noise of which would shoot away a kind of weird ground cover grown by the vaccination and COVID-19. I won’t even get into the spiritual aspects of this, which involved American Indian converts to Christianity around the Revolutionary War. That’s a bit harder to explain.

These were not normal dreams. These were definitely “I’m coming down with something” dreams.

The next day, however, was much better. ALL symptoms were diminishing, except for redness at the site of the injection. I eventually has a “prophylactic Gatorade” before bed, but otherwise had a normal day, and even did some light yard work and heavy lifting.

Things were “on the mend” – at least SYSTEMICALLY.

Interesting, though, that by the SECOND night (36 hours), redness at the injection site had increased to the point where it was clearly visible. The total area of redness was as big as my whole hand and fingers. There was still localized swelling at the injection site.

Redness maximized by the THIRD night (60 hours). It diminished somewhat by the 4th night (84 hours), and was almost GONE by the 5th night (108 hours). I was back to “heavy work” earlier that day. At this point, I regarded the vaccination drama as OVER.

SO – the bottom line – FOR ME – is that the SECOND Shingrix injection was NOT AS BAD as the first.

Take that for what you will.

Thus, my final recommendation is the same as before. BE A SMART VACCINE SHOPPER. Listen, if you want, to what I have to say – apply it to your own case and beliefs if you so choose. You don’t have to do what I did – just know what I know, and consider whether my experiences have any bearing on yours.

And THAT is the way all reviews should be, IMO. We report. You decide.

You saw the Trump Tweet(TM) above – no longer showing the “manipulated media” that was used to remove the awesome “Carpe Donktum” from Twitter.

Here is what it DID look like.

It’s extremely interesting that THIS – the “permanent suspension” of Carpe Donktum – was the event that began a SURGE of movement from Twitter to Parler. Yes, there was a lot of building pressure:

  • Laura Loomer surging ahead strongly as a congressional candidate with almost no presence on Twitter, only Parler and Gab
  • Devin Nunes urging people to get on Parler
  • Dan Bongino moving onto Parler and tag-teaming on the issue with Nunes on Twitter
  • Rudy Giuliani urging people to go to Parler
  • Gab dropping its Twitter account because of its own sudden explosive growth

What this did was to get a bunch of “Twitter personalities” on the political right to:

  • set up Parler accounts
  • comment about having set up the accounts
  • advocate that their followers follow them onto Parler

This quickly reached a critical point, where there were ENOUGH “famous” accounts on Parler, that Twitter personalities felt comfortable “sticking up for Parler” on Twitter.

If one went onto Parler to follow these accounts, some very noticeable things had happened:

  • suggested follows were as well-known or more so than whoever one was going there to follow
  • posts on Parler by “big names” had occurred recently
  • like/reply/echo numbers on Parler posts were BIG and had accumulated QUICKLY
  • in other words, the “Twitter incentives” were happening on Parler

Parler is still, in my opinion, a bit clunky and slow. However, it is getting better, and it is very likely going to be a very comfortable place for a lot of people.

Gab is still, in my opinion, a bit too edgy for most “boomers”. However, it is getting better, and is also going to be a very comfortable place for many of you. It is also where we have both a GROUP and a strong CHAT / PM capability.

I recommend getting on BOTH Parler and Gab, and letting us know your Parler and Gab names, including BOTH your actual user name(s) AND your display name(s).

(1) Don’t tell anybody we’re spying on Flynn’s calls [to nail him via the Logan Act, which MUELLER will handle, looking for process crimes].

(2) Flynn’s calls [DARN, DARN, DARN IT ALL] appear to be legitimate.

Let’s say that Comey is being honest here, but he’s NOT trying to catch Obama. He’s just informing his fellow conspirators of the reality that Flynn is acting legitimately, and they cannot catch him [at least at this moment] in an actual crime.

Based on statements Comey has made about race, IMO he was and remains controlled by racial guilt.

But until now, we have not really seen how Obama would operate within that context.

I had predicted, years ago, that the SPECIFIC DYSFUNCTION in my old end of the swamp – which I have referred to as “Shallow State”, was based on what OBAMA had done to the federal government. I called it “Obamatization”. Part of the dysfunction was that our system became very “top-down” with almost complete loss of “bottom-up” input. Any “bottom-up” or “grassroots” was FAKE or SABOTAGED.

Here, we see exactly how it’s done – and I note with some satisfaction that it’s exactly the way it was done in Shallow State:

This is how phony conclusions are created before the questions are even asked.

My frigging WIFE is desperate for me to outlive her – she doesn’t want to die alone – she’s in GREAT health – and now it looks like this is not gonna be easy to pull off.

THAT PART ain’t a hoax.

But what these fucking VACCINE OLIGARCHS and CHINESE CCP VIRUS SCUMBAGS and DNC HOAXERS and MEDIA CLOWNS have all done IS an ORCHESTRATED, STAGED, BULLSHIT virus release PLOT – or call it one more damn HOAX – to force THEIR form of government on us.

20200326: Hydroxychloroquine. Mastering the Learning Curve.

Q Treepers, by nature, are curious people. We have members with broad experience in various disciplines within our group, and yet, we’re old/wise enough to defer to others in their specialty. Good thing we’re all blessed with an inordinate amount of common sense. We’re also, normally, about 4-6 weeks ahead of the MSM……. Today, we’re looking out on the horizon and what do we see as a potential problem in the next month or so? You may see beautiful mountains and rivers, the scenery of West Virginia.

Yes, we’re fortunate at Q Tree to have those members who can help us with technical medical info. For me, I’m good at counting things, medicine is not my wheelhouse….. but I sure can count money and square footage. I’m approaching the plateau of the COVID-19 Learning Curve when it comes to a virus/therapeutics/vaccines/bats and bioweapons, but when a China virus solution which costs trillions of taxpayer dollars, the hair stands up on the back of my neck and my eyebrows start to twitch. I can’t help it. We’re gonna need more information.

For the time being, let us set-aside the 2+4 trillion for the Senate bill, and let’s focus on the virus itself. The USA and world economies will not get back to normal until we have SOME kind of treatment. We need to alleviate the fear, remove a few of the unknown variables. Hydroxychloroquine + ZPack seems to be the easiest treatment for COVID-19. The drug cocktail is receiving a LOT of attention, both good and bad, depending on your politics. We know Bayer donated 3 million doses, Teva donated 6 million, and Novartis donated 130 million, but the USA will need more, and the world would need billions of doses. Okay, where are the meds coming from and who is paying for them? We need to know who we are paying, right? We certainly don’t want to send USD to China!

On my Q Tree horizon, I see 1,000,000 sq.ft. factory under roof, 23 acres, in Morgantown, WV. It’s been the home of Mylan Pharmaceuticals since 1965. Yet, we detect a strange smell, the stench of a dead fish….. or a big fat rat, maybe it’s a swamp rat. We need more information. Let’s dig deeper. Shall we?

Mylan Pharma/Labs is enormous and linked to WVU, a large university medical system in Morgantown, WV.

Mylan is/was #396 on the Fortune 500 and largely makes generics. TODAY, Mylan Labs announced, reported by FOX BUSINESS, they released the proprietary licensing on the generic for Hydroxychloroquine so any pharma can gear up and make the drugs during a National Emergency. Do you suppose the USA is expecting a Malaria outbreak? Gee whiz, wonder if it has something to do with that treatment for CCP Virus the President has been talking about….. you know the one……. where the media assumes Trump is crazy/dangerous/may kill people? Why would Mylan make such an announcement?

Crisis = Opportunity = Money

Of course, Mylan Pharma announced March 19, 2020: (That’s a week ago. Did you see MSNBC reporters interviewing any execs at Mylan?)

….. restarted production of its hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets at its West Virginia manufacturing facility as a potential treatment for COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus. The company plans to have product available by mid-April and thinks it can ramp up to 50 million tablets, which could treat more than 1.5 million people. (Imagine our surprise, but this is good news, right?)

Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, a less toxic metabolite of chloroquine, are antiviral medications that are approved to treat malaria. Because it’s less toxic and has anti-inflammatory properties, hydroxychloroquine is also approved to treat a pair of auto-immune disorders, lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis.

An article published in the journal Cell Research in February showed that chloroquine inhibited the 2019-nCoV coronavirus as well as Gilead Sciences‘ (NASDAQ:GILD) remdesivir in an experiment testing how well the virus infects cells grown in a laboratory. Gilead is running a late-stage clinical trial of remdesivir as a COVID-19 treatment, but since it hasn’t been approved for any diseases, remdesivir isn’t as widely available as chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine. (Hmmmm, so…… Mylan Labs knows enough about the “Trump treatment” to go into full production, asap? But the media tells us it’s a dumb idea, right?)

Gosh……….she’s cute. Wait a minute……. She looks familiar…… Oh yes, that’s Heather Bresch, the CEO of Mylan Labs, the daughter of West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin. Heather went to a local high school and WVU for a degree in Poli Sci and International Relations. She started as a clerk, typing labels at Mylan and rose to CEO…. her daddy helped her get a job in 1992. Heather lied about having an MBA, falsifying her resume. Mini-scandal in 2007 – WVU gave her the degree although she only finished 28/46 hrs required. But in 2008, professors on the panel who voted to grant Heather an MBA, had to retire under vote of no-confidence, and WVU rescinded her degree. Heather never lost her job. In the world of big pharma, sometimes it’s better to understand politics – rather than science and medicine. And Heather is reallllllllly good when it comes to understanding politics.   • From 2002 to 2005, Bresch served as Mylan’s director of government relations.[15] She contributed to the development of the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003, which created Medicare Part D, a prescription-drug benefit.[16] (good idea but added to the deficit terribly)
  • Bresch persuaded several of Mylan’s competitors to support what became the Generic Drug User Fee Act, which she proposed to lawmakers in 2010.[19] Under the law the generics industry would pay the FDA fees of $300 million to get their drugs approved, and in return the FDA would inspect foreign drug manufacturing facilities at the same rate as U.S-based facilities (Single-handedly responsible for filling the coffers of the FDA)
  • Bresch was appointed president of Mylan in 2009[21] 
  • Bresch’s appointment as chief executive officer (CEO) was announced in 2011, and she officially took the position in January 2012.[21]
  • One of 18 female CEOs of a Fortune 500 company, and first female of a pharma.
  • The Obama Administration loved her: After seeing how few female candidates were available for positions that require a background in science and math, she became more interested in promoting math and science education among young girls.[29]
  • Bresch continued advocating for more regulation of the pharmaceutical industry by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).[19] 
  • She was named one of Fortune magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Women In Business” in 2014.

How does one become President of a major pharma in 2009, when they lied on their resume in 2007, and caused a scandal at WVU? Gosh, I couldn’t do that, but my daddy is not Joe Manchin. Does it sound a little suspicious to you?

And then, Mylan Pharma left the USA and no longer pays taxes here. They left for the Netherlands.

Also in 2014, Bresch and Mylan announced a $5.3 billion acquisition of Abbott Laboratories[31] as part of a corporate tax inversion plan to re-organize the company in the Netherlands and move its domicile to a country with lower taxes.[32] Bresch said it was a difficult choice to make, but it had to be done to maintain competitiveness against pharmaceutical manufacturers that had already executed similar inversion strategies.[30] The company completed the complex tax inversion in February 2015.[33] The inversion—which formally resulted in the creation of a new company, Mylan N.V., with 78% of its shares held by former Mylan Inc. shareholders and 22% of its shared held by Abbott Labs shareholders—was expected to immediately drop Mylan’s U.S. corporate tax rate to 21% (from 24%) in the first year “and into the high teens over the next three to five years.”[33] The New York Times said there was something “disconcerting” about a company that benefits from large government contracts renouncing their citizenship for tax benefits.[30]

With a Maximum Corp Tax rate of 21% after Trump’s Tax cuts, one would think Heather would bring back Mylan to the USA, right? Has she? ………… not yet. Heather had other problems. In 2016, Mylan was sued by 40 states Attys General for price fixing. The price-fixing controversy was settled just in time for the EPIPEN disaster to come to the forefront. Heather didn’t resign under this PR disaster either.

Mylan acquired the 50yr old right to Epipen in years prior, but the product only had sales of $200 million. Heather came up with an idea. Read what Heather did to boost her stock price.

the company also successfully lobbied the FDA to broaden the label to include risk of anaphylaxis and in parallel, successfully lobbied Congress to generate legislation making EpiPens available in schools and in public places like defibrillators are, and hired the same people that Medtronic had worked with on defibrillator legislation to do so.[35][36] From 2007 to 2016, Mylan also increased the price of EpiPens by 461 percent, from around $100 for a package of two pens to around $600.[37] By the first half of 2015, Mylan had an 85% market share of such devices in the U.S.,[35] and in that year sales reached around $1.5B and accounted for 40% of Mylan’s profit.[38] 

Wait, let’s read that part again.…………. You mean….. We didn’t need defibrillators in schools and community centers until Medtronic lobbyists created the legislation to mandate it? Yep, that’s right.

And Heather Bresch followed the same model as Medtronic, hired the same lobbyists, and made Epi-Pens MANDATORY, then they increased the price of the Epipens from $100/two pack to $600/two-pack. Yep, that’s right. And Mylan pays taxes on the profits in Netherlands……. not the USA.

That’s what happened. Throughout the whole Epi-Pen controversy, parents screaming about the increase in price of Epi-Pens because they had to buy them to send their kids back to school, Heather never lost her job. She did agree to make a “generic” which was only $300/two-pack….. which is still much higher than original price before Mylan acquired the rights to sell the product. Heather has done very well for herself. She’s been able to lobby the FDA to work on behalf of Mylan. She schmoozed both the Bush and Obama Administrations. She shipped an American company to the Netherlands (but she felt badly about it…..) so the USA no longer receives tax dollars……. the taxpayer just pays for the meds. And Heather? She kept her job despite lying on a resume and ripping off American parents. She’s profited handsomely. Proxy filings show that from 2007 to 2015, Bresch’s compensation rose from $2,453,456 to $18,931,068, a 671% increase in pay.[34][37]

As CEO, Heather makes a lot more than Daddy does as a Senator. I’m guessing Christmas dinner is held at Heather’s house. Whaddaya think? In the swamp of Dems taking care of their kids, Heather got a much better deal than Hunter Biden. Joe Manchin’s influence as Governor and a US Senator helped his daughter handsomely……….. or was it Heather’s husband?

And now, Heather is going to make Hydroxychloroquine again……… for a global pandemic. Mylan used to make about 70% of the global supply. The USA used to give it away to Africa to prevent Malaria.
