Win the MAHA Front to Win the MAGA War
Recently, I had a bit of a revelation – followed by a much bigger one. The bigger revelation – the second one – is the title above. Specifically, it includes the MIDTERMS as a critical component.
We need to win on the MAHA front, to win the midterms. I’m not saying that MAHA is everything that wins the midterms. But I am saying that I believe MAHA victory is KEY to MAGA winning the midterms. And beyond.
Allow me to explain….
The First Revelation
At some point recently, I realized that the Democrats have seized on the idea of splitting MAHA against MAGA to weaken President Trump. They are seeking out natural contradictions between MAHA and MAGA, and looking for ways to turn the more liberal MAHA voters against President Trump.
- scaring them on things like AI data centers
- angering them on things like Epstein
- disillusioning them on things like vaccines, RFKJ, etc.
- playing to the racists and antisemites among them (this is orthogonal to MAHA, but is still depleting it)
And yet – ironically – we are making great strides on the MAHA front, if one simply looks at where we HAVE won battles. Yes, not everything is going our way RIGHT NOW, but seriously – we’re making a LOT of headway.
The Second Revelation
In my opinion, the Democrats and their allies in Big Harma, Bad Tech, and Cabal Finance, are barely hanging on in MAHA world – but they are using psy-ops and media mind control to convince us that we’re not winning. I’m not willing to go along with their bullshit.
In the last two or three years, I’ve stepped away from posting regularly about vaccines, medical technology, depop, and other MAHA topics, but I am being drawn back into the fight. Here is why.
We have had some great victories lately, from my scientific standpoint, but I feel that those victories are being underappreciated by MAHA. People are not seeing them. Each time, I realize just how “on the ropes” the Demmunists, the Faucists, the Weffen SS, and the Mandate Scumbags, really are.
I realize that if our side rallies around these MAHA victories, and push for more, we’re gonna CRUSH these criminals at the midterms.
I’m already seeing some recognition, on our side, of the “winnability” of this election by Trump and MAGA/MAHA in November. BUT – IMO – it’s not enough. It’s not as much as it should be.
Let’s just take a look at where things REALLY stand.
- Fauci could have made a stand – but he didn’t. He pleaded the Fifth. This is a HUGE win for the forces of patients, real health, MAHA, and sanity.
- Fauci’s top aide has pleaded guilty and is clearly cooperating with the DOJ on Fauci.
- Fauci definitely committed federal money and ethics crimes, as called out by Josh Hawley in the Senate.
- The mRNA flu vaccine is barely snaking by, and has demonstrated obviously and substantially lower safety than even the existing but still dubious traditional flu vaccines.
- Even Grok admits that the mRNA flu vaccine is not a sound choice for vaccine-qualified patients in good health – and I believe that I can argue effectively that it’s not a good choice for MOST qualified but “should-be-contraindicated” patients.
- CDC and FDA emails are TORCHING numerous villains of the Biden administration.
- Top Slovakian academics were caught red-handed colluding with the mRNA vaccine industry to publish misleading science which knowingly minimized dangerous levels of DNA contamination in mRNA vaccines.
- An impressive new theory liking alpha-gal syndrome to vaccines is not only fitting all the facts BETTER than pure tick-borne theories – it is explaining why Bill Gates doesn’t seem to mind those “boxes of ticks” accusations AT ALL. In fact – he may very well be BEHIND those misdirecting conspiracy theories.
The bottom line is that MAHA’s TRUTH-CENTERED SCIENCE is winning, and the MONEY SCIENCE that wants Trump gone yesterday is in big, big trouble. The other side is desperate, and doing desperate things.
And not only that – they are being swept away. We are changing the ecosystem.
I believe – strongly – that we can REFORM science in the next few years, if we (1) win the midterms, and (2) push to victory for MAHA during this election cycle.
But better still, I believe that if MAHA can WIN and SEE ITS OWN WINS during 2026, the winning of the midterms by MAGA is assured.
Thus, our task is to HELP MAHA WIN, and then to HELP MAHA SEE THE WINS.
I believe this site can be a VERY strong fighter in this cause.
There will be push-back – on many fronts. Some will be in this world. Some will be spiritual. We will contend with both. But we are positioned to help MAHA win, and MAHA’s win will insure that MAGA wins.

Well, society has created a fake picture of women, what they are, what they can be, and what they should be, in my opinion.
Here’s a good example. I was watching a movie last night, made in 2022. It’s called Uncharted. It’s pretty standard adventure-film fare, bubblegum for the brain is what I call that stuff.
Anyway, I noted that there were two “impossible chicks” in it, just like there are in almost every “action type” movie now. They weigh 100 pounds soaking wet, and routinely kick the asses of 200 pound guys. They leap tall buildings in a single bound. They are the smartest “super villain” in every room.
They are IMPOSSIBLE. Women like that don’t exist. But we are being taught that they DO. So women have a ridiculous sense that they are more powerful, smarter, and more capable than any man. It’s ridiculous.
It’s okay to have women super heroes. But realistically, they shouldn’t be kicking the ass of their male superhero counterparts. That’s the unrealistic part. Sure, let the female superhero kick another woman’s ass. But the male protagonist of the film, the guy who is kicking ass and not taking names against far bigger men than he, is not then going to get his ass kicked by a 100 pound girl. Again it’s ridiculous.

But one time he was black-out drunk, and in the burger joint parking lot, with nobody around, he insanely attacked a pair of guys on the team who were 2/3 his weight, or less. He didn’t even recognize them – which was fortunate.
One of the bantamweights had trained in a martial art, and dropped Achilles with ONE PUNCH. Out cold. The made sure he was OK, and then GOT THE HELL OUT OF DODGE. What they had done was still a big sin in the jock culture.
Thankfully, the dude woke up OK – no blood, no bruise – and had no memory of it. Only a few trusted friends ever knew it happened. Thor’s first loss was never revealed. But it was not magic. He was blotto, and taken down by training and technique, that he did not expect, coming out of nowhere.

There was some very sneaky manipulation of data in order to get mFlusiva past the FDA, as PAVACA has pointed out. Moderna used very typically modern bad science, doing things that we were not allowed to do in statistics when I was a student – namely, tinkering with individual data points. This is allowed now, with the fall of Western science, but it was not allowed when I was young, for exactly the reason we are seeing.
Bluntly, during the study, almost 3 times as many people died “while taking” the mRNA vaccine, as died “while taking” the standard “control” vaccine. That is not some statistical bullshit. That is significant. It is very similar to things that Steve Kirsch is finding all the time in other mortality data. But by stating that these were just “normal” deaths due to comorbidities, they can’t blame the vaccine. It’s a sneaky trick.

Hey guys, I’ve been back home for about a week now, still exhausted & the last couple days fighting something that is making my throat sore so rather out of it.
The wedding last weekend went well PTL
Apparently B made a deal with his then fiancee that if he was going to (eventually) move to Canada then they would need to marry in the US. In hindsight he wished he’d had the wedding near Toronto where his fiancee/bride lives with her parents while she’s attending law school (classes start up again today). It would have simplified many things…
They ultimately selected a venue on the other side of Michigan as a destination wedding site & paid big bucks for the privilege. It was a lovely setting & the professionals involved did an amazing job but they could have probably put down a sizable down-payment on a house with what they forked over to make this event come together! Live & learn…
They had a huge wedding party, 9 attendants each. B had one of her relatives & she had 2 female friends of his (significant others of 2 of his groomsmen) standing up with them. Her cousin’s/”brother’s” son was a ring bearer & my 3 granddaughters, all of B’s neices, were flower girls. All the kids were cute.
Her “uncle”/godfather was the officiant. Apparently the Guyanese community assigns relative titles to people they are close to, that may or may not actually be biological relations. Quite a few Guyanese relatives/congregants from their Toronto church made the trip across the border & those that caravaned from Toronto took like 12 hours instead of the anticipated 7-9 hours due to various upheavals. One such upheaval had B entering an auto parts store exactly as one of his old firefighting buddies was exiting (far from their workplace) & he got a necessary bear hug to help offload some of the stress, God is good!
There were also quite a few people who made the trip from the Detroit area in support of Brandon & that was most encouraging to see. It was a Big commitment in many ways.
Anyone in the wedding party needed to arrive Friday evening for the 8am Saturday rehersal. Our daughter & SIL decided to drive from home for that, their D needed to be there to practice flower girl duties, so they left about 4am & made it on time. They spent the rest of the trip in the Air B & B with us too, as did the twins & for some hours our oldest son & my nephew.
There was a break for a few hours between the rehersal & the Rehersal Luncheon in another community, so we got a bit of a midday rest before hitting the ground running again. It was a lovely time of food & fellowship & quite a few speeches were made. I even stood up & shared some remarks, which I hadn’t planned to do.
The wedding was Sunday afternoon & it was much hotter then than it had been at the rehersal & it was in a greenhouse, venting heat at the ceiling, but no A/C there–there was A/C in the reception hall & I got to wait in there & prop up my bad knee before the actual ceremony began, thankfully. My husband secured a large ice pack for me, wrapped & hidden in a cloth napkin & tucked inside his suit coat so that I didn’t get overheated during the ceremony. During picture taking outdoors afterward “my” icepack got passed around to help cool down a number of females including my GD & the bride multiiple times.
The reception had table service of pre-chosen meals for each guest. There were a couple more speeches & then the dancing kicked off. The bride & bridesmaids did multiple correographed routines to snippets of half a dozen songs. The groom & groomsmen did even more boisterous dancing with various props, like fake swords for a Pirates of the Caribbean tune. Both sexes ended with some flag dancing & all the “Canadians” only used the Guyanese flags while the Americans used our stars & stripes. Since the guys went last Brandon’s finale involve a special half American half Guyanan flag he’d had made just for the occasion! He is most thoughtful.
It was such a late night & we had to be up early to check out & then there was a Detroit wrinkle I’ll share later so that we were actually never able to make it to Lake Michigan, which was a bummer to me as we were just a few miles away from the shoreline at several events.
This weekend the bride’s parents were hosting a Toronto reception in their church for the happy couple so that the rest of the congregation that couldn’t come to Michigan would have a chance to celebrate with the newlyweds. Our family was invited but none of us were able to attend–we’d only heard about it a couple weeks ago & Michael was already committed to playing worship at church & I don’t possess an “enhanced license” so, as far as I know, cannot actually cross the border any more. We tried to see if J could ride w/ one of B’s friends but apparently none of them could pull off the trip either. Hopefully they had a wonderful time & we’ll hear about it when B is back in town for firefighting shifts.
The Air B & B where we stayed was very nice & pet friendly 🙂 We were too tired & busy to fully appreciate or use some of the amenities, like the hot tub, the fire pit, the horseshoes area, or even the huge big screen TV in the living room. We did enjoy the snacks & Keurig Coffee options though 🙂
We didn’t have any run-ins w/ Executor/Trustee little bro or his family thankfully as some wounds have cut Very Deep since Dad died–his son was a groomsman. We had his family in the extended family pics as they were the only ones there from my side.

Josiah has been back home since the end of June & his wife has cut off all communication since about the 4th of July. Some dust up about his SSI case it seems. We have been doing our best to fix the situation including providing paystubs going back to 2022, the year he got married, as they never reported Any of his pay…sigh…We’re very concerned about the possibility of his SSI case closing & him potentially loosing Medicaid which helps cover his meds & doctor’s care. Hopefully the case review will be OK…
Our attempts to acquire the Cottage & the Hilton (hunting “cabin”) are continuing. I had to put together a proposal before heading out of town & my bro finally replied on Friday. My brother is mostly being inflexible, which is quite disheartening, but not necessarily unexpected. We’ll be discussing the details with our kids & formulating a response before the month is done, so we can secure a modest discount on the Cottage “purchase”.
I’ve missed being around here very much but have been having pretty limited energy. I guess it takes me way longer to bounce back than it used to, & sometimes that compounded grief weighs in. There was an “in memoriam” alcove with photos of some of the bride’s recently lost relatives & one of my parents. There was also a pocketwatch that Brandon had gotten & inscribed for my dad (similar to ones for the grooms man & Hubby) so the loss was quite visible on the way to the celebration too. Bittersweet & all ❤ 💔 ❤

This is my pardon. Signed January 20, 2025. Certificate issued February 4.
I want to show you exactly what it fixed and what it did not, because people assume a document like this closes the book.
What it fixed: the conviction. Legally I am clear. That is real and I am grateful for it. President Trump did that, and I will say thank you for the rest of my life.
Here is what it did not fix.
It did not give back four years. Three in a federal cell and one on an ankle monitor where I was not allowed past my own front door. Fifteen months of that was solitary confinement. Eighteen hours in the cell and one hour out. Then thirty six hours in and one hour out.
It did not fix a family that had to learn how to live without me, and then had to learn how to live with me again.
It did not fix what fifteen months alone in a box does to a man’s head.
And it did not touch the record. In December 2021 a federal judge said on the record that my due process rights were violated. Nobody has answered for that. Not one person lost a job. Not one person lost a pension.
A pardon is mercy. Mercy and justice are not the same thing. Both are good. Only one of them makes a system change how it behaves next time.
So I am building the other one.
I am putting the entire record online where it cannot be buried. Documents, transcripts, dates, names, the parts that make people uncomfortable. Not rumor. Not a podcast take. The paper itself.
That is the work. It costs money and hours I do not really have, and I am doing it anyway, because the next family this happens to should not have to start from zero the way I did.

Wow, something like this, making similar claims, was posted here the other day, only that one was by someone calling himself “A Doctor.” His bio said he was a researcher. I immediately cried foul on the style of writing, with (among other things) short sentences, like this:
It is the mark of a con artist. Now here is someone making similar claims, only without the short sentences. (Did they see my comments? 🤣)
The previous one had the exact same photo. That person said they had a deal with Merck to get these meds to people—despite the fact that Merck was against using IVM during the plandemic. And why would Merck support a “doctor” who openly wanted to give people the meds they manufacture for animals? It doesn’t happen in pharma-world.
“All disease is parasites” is false and dangerous disinformation.
Red flags abound:
• Use of alll caps throughout.
• Letting us in on a “secret” about what doctors know and do. (Seriously, people think doctors and dentists put their names on paper to things that could cost them their licenses, their reputations, and their livelihoods?)
• Too-good-to-be-true information. Universal fixes that are too easy to be real.

Townhall reported the confirmation this morning. Trump made clear that Immigration and Customs Enforcement has begun the process tied to the fraud claims that have dogged Omar for years. The agency itself already admitted as much in writing.
In response to a Freedom of Information Act request from Just the News, ICE refused to release any records on its investigation into Omar. The reason given was straightforward: disclosure “could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

Researchers at Fred Hutchinson examined the brains of 59 women after death. In 63 percent of them they found male DNA, almost certainly left behind by a son. The oldest of those women was 94, and the cells were still sitting there.
Around week four or five of pregnancy, before most women have told anyone, a handful of the baby’s cells cross into the mother’s bloodstream. Some of them never leave. Scientists call it microchimerism, meaning you are carrying a few of another person’s cells inside you. Doctors at Leiden University in the Netherlands checked organs from women who had recently been pregnant and found the baby’s cells in every single one. Liver, lungs, thyroid, kidneys, bone marrow, skin, heart.
They do not sit idle. When researchers in Ireland biopsied cesarean scars from 70 women, they found the baby’s cells living in the skin as ordinary skin cells, making collagen and repair proteins right at the cut. The child helped close the wound its own birth made.
At Mount Sinai, scientists tagged fetal cells with a glowing marker in pregnant mice, then damaged the mothers’ hearts. The fetal cells went to the injury. They became heart muscle and the lining of blood vessels. Nobody has proven the human version yet, but doctors have noticed for years that women who develop heart failure around childbirth recover better than almost any other kind of heart failure patient.
In a study of 177 women, fetal cells appeared in the blood of 85 percent of the healthy participants and only 64 percent of the women who had a very early, non-invasive breast cancer. Nobody has worked out yet whether the cells are doing the protecting. The same cells also turn up in Hashimoto’s, an immune condition that attacks the thyroid, so this is a gift with complications.
A French team looked at umbilical cord blood in 2021 and found cells belonging to the baby’s grandmother in 5 of 28 samples. Cells that crossed one placenta decades earlier had crossed a second one. Three generations of women, alive in a single bloodstream.
Which means the pull a mother feels toward her child has a physical form. It sits in her liver, her heart, and often her brain, and it stays there for the rest of her life.

Were you using a diluted form? I think TB & his wife started with Very Diluted versions first & then upped the dosage gradually to avoid issues, iirc.
Yes – diluted. Start very small dose and work up. The benefit is primarily gained over time in our experiences.
I also take one teaspoon of pure in a fluid every day. It is slowly helping my tinnitus issue – which confirms to me the condition is neural related. It has also helped maintain my eye improvements – no floater, cataract, or AMD related issues that were in play previously. I also believe IVM has contributed to that improvement.
The diluted eye drops basically helped restore wifey vision to its good pre-infection state and eliminated floaters. Recent optometrist exams in June confirmed for both of us. She is still using her prescribed lens from over 4 years ago – no change.
I use a gel combo with it on my lumbar region, which has loosened it and reduced soreness. I use in on my hands and wrists for arthritic pain as does wifey. Big help with that.
It may work well for some folks and not for others. We will be starting a gel of it on #1’s neck this week. He has to be adjusted regularly by the chiro because it gets out of whack frequently, which causes him to go sensory big time. We already know his CNS issues related to spinal alignment are in play. Will monitor.

I’m careful about what I put in my eyes. Can you elaborate on the eye drops? Are they store-bought moisturizer drops to which you have added DMSO? If so, how much DMSO and in what proportions, etc. Or are they eye drops that contain DMSO that are specifically made to go in the eyes? (If that is the case, how do you dilute them?)
Unknown whether DMSO eye drops would affect intraocular lenses placed during cataract surgery. DMSO is typically stored in glass containers because it apparently reacts with or wrecks some kinds of plastics. Would it “wreck” IOLs??? I haven’t been able to find any info on the internet and am reluctant to suggest anyone try it!

MOST people are what I call shallow-thinkers. They touch things on the surface level. Even the “MAHA Moms” are mostly this kind of people. They see the FDA approval of the mRNA flu shot and are furious. They don’t reflect on the other “wins” to mitigate this loss. And they are sure they know what they don’t know (isn’t that what they call a “midwit?”).
“Yes, but” is the phrase you will hear when you mention the wins. We need a strong, “shallow-thinker” argument for them, and I don’t know what it is. “Only stupid people will take it and get it for their kids” is not going to be it. These granolas (what we call the health nuts here in Montana) are a tough audience, but they are not stupid. They just aren’t very educated and think that they know stuff already.

The Executive Summary: What This Essay Shows
On August 5, 2026, FDA licensed mFLUSIVA, Moderna’s first mRNA influenza vaccine. For Americans 50 through 64, it granted traditional approval. For those 65 and older, the population that accounts for roughly 70 to 85 percent of American influenza deaths, FDA used accelerated approval.
The central fact of this essay is simple: FDA licensed mFLUSIVA for seniors without clinical evidence that it works better than the enhanced influenza vaccines seniors already receive. The study designed to answer that question begins after approval.
That was not FDA’s original position.
On February 3, FDA issued a Refusal to File letter because Moderna had not compared mFLUSIVA clinically with the enhanced vaccines preferentially recommended for older Americans. CBER director Vinay Prasad personally signed the refusal, overriding career vaccine reviewers who believed the application should be reviewed. Moderna made the letter public, challenged the decision, and called for White House intervention.
The White House intervened. FDA Commissioner Marty Makary was summoned to meet with President Trump. CNN reported that Trump berated him over the Moderna decision and that the confrontation prompted FDA’s reversal. A source close to the process told Politico that the subsequent meeting between FDA and Moderna provided the agency a way to reverse course publicly. Fourteen days after refusing the application, FDA accepted it without Moderna having performed the clinical comparison that triggered the refusal.
Within three months, Prasad was gone. Makary was gone. The vaccine-office director who had opposed the refusal remained and ultimately signed the license.
Moderna still has not performed that comparison. Instead, FDA granted accelerated approval for seniors and required a postmarketing study of as many as 800,000 people to determine how mFLUSIVA performs clinically against a vaccine preferentially recommended for them.
That reversal is the organizing fact of the regulatory record. The experiment FDA initially said was important enough to prevent the application from being reviewed became an experiment that could wait until after the vaccine was licensed.
The accelerated-approval rationale raises a second problem. The pathway exists for products addressing serious conditions that provide a meaningful therapeutic benefit over available treatment. Seniors already have three enhanced influenza vaccines: Fluzone High-Dose, Fluad, and Flublok. FDA had no direct clinical evidence that mFLUSIVA provides greater protection than those vaccines when it approved the senior indication.
FDA instead relied on antibodies.
In a separate study of approximately 3,000 seniors, mFLUSIVA produced stronger antibody responses than Fluzone High-Dose. But FDA acknowledges that no formal correlate of protection has been established for mFLUSIVA, and its own analysis produced a problem. For B/Victoria, one of the three strains in the licensed vaccine, Moderna’s analysis failed to demonstrate a statistically significant relationship between the antibody response and protection from illness. B/Victoria also produced an efficacy confidence interval ranging from 18.5 percent worse to 57.5 percent better, and its seroconversion result falls below the absolute threshold contained in FDA’s 2007 influenza guidance.
In contrast, the FDA was obsessive about these issues during the review and authorization process for the live attenuated intranasal influenza vaccine called Flumist, to such an extent that the manufacturer has shied away from development and marketing of other innovative vaccines.
Three different measurements therefore fail to provide a clear answer for the same licensed strain. FDA moved strain-specific efficacy into the postmarketing study.
The large FLUENT trial did establish that mFLUSIVA performs better than a standard-dose influenza vaccine in adults 50 and older. Confirmed influenza fell from 2.8 percent to 2.0 percent, an absolute reduction of 0.73 percentage points that Moderna reports as 26.6 percent relative vaccine efficacy. Roughly 137 people had to switch to mFLUSIVA to prevent one additional case of laboratory-confirmed influenza.
The additional reactogenicity was much larger. Injection-site pain increased from 29.8 to 65.8 percent, fatigue from 20.3 to 45.1 percent, and reactions severe enough to prevent normal daily activity from 0.9 to 5.5 percent. For every 137 people switched to mFLUSIVA, roughly six additional people experienced a vaccine reaction severe enough to stop their normal daily activity while one additional case of influenza was prevented.
There was one favorable signal involving more serious disease. Influenza requiring hospitalization, emergency-room care, or urgent care occurred in 22 mFLUSIVA recipients and 42 controls. But only 64 such events occurred, the endpoint was exploratory, and the comparator was again the standard-dose vaccine, not the enhanced vaccines preferentially recommended for seniors.
Neither pivotal trial measured whether mFLUSIVA prevents influenza deaths. Mortality was not an efficacy endpoint anywhere in the development program.
The safety database raises a separate unresolved question. Across 71,916 participants, overall mortality was nearly balanced. But the coded categories encompassing unexplained death, sudden death, and sudden cardiac death occurred 29 times after mFLUSIVA and 12 times after comparison vaccines. FDA identified the imbalance, said the absence of autopsy data limited its ability to determine the causes, and nevertheless judged it unlikely to be vaccine-related.
No autopsies were performed on the mFLUSIVA deaths. This does not establish that mFLUSIVA caused them. It establishes that FDA identified an unexplained mortality imbalance, identified the evidence missing from its evaluation, and licensed the vaccine without obtaining that evidence.
Then there is the advisory process. FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, VRBPAC, voted 9–0 in favor. Twice. Yet while the committee was deciding whether antibody responses justified approval for seniors, FDA was still reviewing Moderna’s analysis of whether those antibodies were actually associated with protection from illness. FDA twice declared that analysis outside the scope of the committee briefing. The committee endorsed the surrogate before FDA finished evaluating whether it predicted the clinical outcome.
The politics make this harder to dismiss as ordinary FDA procedure. Kennedy fired every member of CDC’s ACIP, calling the inherited vaccine committee a “rubber stamp” and arguing that wholesale replacement was necessary to restore trust. FDA’s largely inherited vaccine advisory committee was not similarly replaced. It then voted unanimously for the first mRNA influenza vaccine.
HHS announced that new vaccines would undergo placebo-controlled safety testing before licensure, then exempted influenza vaccines because they had been used safely for more than 80 years, extending the safety history of conventional influenza vaccines to a delivery platform never before licensed for influenza.
And the approval matters beyond mFLUSIVA.
FDA does not describe the principal unmet need as the absence of effective influenza vaccines for seniors. It emphasized the manufacturing advantages of mRNA, including avoiding egg-adapted mutations, faster strain changes, and pandemic preparedness. Licensing mFLUSIVA also strengthens Moderna’s regulatory platform for its COVID-flu combination vaccine and H5 pandemic-influenza program.
That matters because Congress created a formal Platform Technology Designation Program in 2022. FDA had already been discussing this approach with WHO in 2021: once an mRNA platform is sufficiently established, data from one product can potentially reduce the testing required for subsequent products using the same manufacturing process and delivery system.
Today, the U.S. licensed mRNA vaccine market belongs to Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech.
FDA was not simply licensing one vaccine. It was establishing a regulatory foundation that can make Moderna’s next mRNA vaccine easier to approve.
The question is what FDA now means by “approval.”
For seniors, FDA did not establish before licensure that mFLUSIVA prevents more influenza, hospitalization, or death than the enhanced vaccines already recommended for them. It did not resolve the B/Victoria problem. It did not resolve the unexplained mortality imbalance. It had not completed its own analysis of the antibody surrogate when its outside advisers voted. And it had not finalized the enormous clinical study intended to answer the central question left by all of this.
Again and again, the missing evidence was not required before approval. It was moved after it.
That is the essence of this regulatory record, and the reason the story matters beyond one Moderna vaccine. If an approval today becomes evidence supporting the next product on the same platform, then every unanswered question FDA accepts today can become an assumption it does not require anyone to test tomorrow.
FDA refused mFLUSIVA because an important experiment had not been done. Fourteen days later, it agreed to proceed without it. Six months later, it licensed the vaccine. The experiment comes next.

FDA REFUSED Moderna’s mRNA flu vaccine because the company hadn’t tested it against the vaccines seniors actually receive.

Trump intervened.
14 days later, FDA reversed itself.

The Trump administration is moving forward with plans to extract oil and gas near United Nations-designated historic sites, despite objections from the UN.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) told the Guardian that it had learned the administration intended to permit extraction within a drilling-free buffer zone that had previously been put in place to protect New Mexico’s Chaco Culture National Historical Park. UNESCO also said that drilling at the site could have adverse effects, and that appropriate assessments must be taken before any decisions are made around the site to ensure that it does not “adversely affect [the site’s] outstanding universal value.”
The park, a world heritage site, holds the remains of the Ancestral Puebloans, who constructed the dwellings more than a millennium ago, and is currently viewed as a valuable cultural and religious site by more than two dozen tribes.
In 2023, Biden’s Department of the Interior created a mining buffer zone around nearly 336,400 acres of federal public land surrounding the park, protecting federal land within approximately 10 miles of the park from new mining leases and claims for 20 years, the Museum of Indigenous People said.
UNESCO is not alone in protesting the decision. New Mexico’s Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and Democratic Sen. Ben Ray Luján have also called out the administration, with Grisham saying that the department’s 14 days of public input was not enough for “a decision this consequential.”
“This land is sacred to 20 Pueblo Nations,” the governor said. “It is not a bargaining chip for oil and gas leases.”
The Department of the Interior did not respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment.
