We are getting closer to a decision from the Supreme Court on the pending original jurisdiction matter of the State of Texas v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania et al. The first important hurdle that must be crossed is whether the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case under the authority of Original Jurisdiction.
The next several days might prove to be highly revealing, following today December 8th. Examine some steps in sequence, which reveal the concept of Original Jurisdiction. Within the concept, the Supreme Court could likely preside over the election results, or guide its final determination.

He was also in private practice in 2000 and helped the Bush legal team. He wrote on a 2018 Senate questionnaire that his work related to recounts in Volusia County, Florida.
Judge Amy Coney Barrett
Barrett wrote on the questionnaire she submitted to the Senate for her Supreme Court confirmation review, “One significant case on which I provided research and briefing assistance was Bush v. Gore.” She said the law firm where she was working at the time represented Bush and that she had gone down to Florida “for about a week at the outset of the litigation” when the dispute was in the Florida courts.

He is the only remaining member of the five-justice majority that resolved Bush v. Gore. Thomas joined the unsigned opinion that said Florida had run out of time to recount disputed ballots without violating the constitutional guarantee of equal protection.

Keep in mind that there are only a few instances where a party can file a direct lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court, a state claiming harm by another state is one of those instances.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit [pdf here] with the Supreme Court seeking and emergency injunction against Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia “from taking action to certify presidential electors or to have such electors take any official action including without limitation participating in the electoral college.”
AG Paxton argues that arbitrary changes made by the state’s governors, secretaries of states and election supervisors were “inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”
The lawsuit states: “these non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution.” […] “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”
Paxton notes the intent of the states may have been changes in good faith, due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts; however, the end result of the changes is in direct violation to the Constitution and therefore creates the harm.
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting.” […] “The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States.”

Paxton believes that he can use “Article II” to take his lawsuits against PA, WI, GA, and MI straight to the SCOTUS, bypassing the lower courts totally.
And he’s putting it to the test. He filed a lawsuit at around midnight last night, arguing that PA, WI, GA, and MI violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures.
In other words, they bypassed Republican legislatures to do their little workarounds with mail-in ballots and registrations, etc.
That goes against the Constitution. All of those changes had to be made via the state legislatures and they were not.

It dawned on me yesterday after listening to what attorney Alan Dershowitz had to say about the 2020 election. Our President doesn’t have time to reach 270 electoral votes. He has to prevent SleepyCreepy Joe from reaching 270 electoral votes by December 14th.
In doing so, the 12th Amendment will be used to elect our President and Vice President.
[…] and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President.
But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote;
[…] and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President;
[…] President Trump has a very well-thought-out and clever plan, and all roads lead to the SCOTUS, where Desrh says he will likely win.
“The clock is a double-edged sword in this election because if they don’t have enough time but if they can put forward a sufficiently strong case then they may be able to get some Republican Secretaries of States or legislatures to say, ‘Look, we just don’t have enough time to certify these electors’ and if they can bring down the number of electors, 35 [to] 37, from the 305 and bring it down to 267 or 268 then the election goes to the House, where the Republicans win.”
Dershowitz explained that the Trump Team’s legal strategy is to pull enough electors away from Joe Biden that he doesn’t meet the 270 threshold by the time the election needs to be certified. He also said there’s no possible way for President Trump to get to 270 electoral votes in time.
“The goal is to prevent Biden from getting 270, that’s why the clock is a double-edged sword,”he said.
According to the Harvard professor, Bush v. Gore will be referenced if and when the Trump campaign’s case makes its way to the Supreme Court. The reason: Trump’s Team is focusing on the Equal Protection Clause. Their argument is that not all voters were treated equally because some had their ballots counted with an observer while others didn’t. Some had rules set by other government officials and not the state legislatures, which the Supreme Court ruled against.
In order for these cases to make their way to the Supreme Court, Dershowitz said “the numbers have to be there,” meaning the Trump Team successfully pulls electors away from Biden so the former vice president is no longer at the 270 threshold. The other option is for Trump’s lawyers to provide “hard evidence” of irregularities occurring with voting machines, which could call into question hundreds of thousands of votes in various states.
“If that happens, then yes, it will go to the Supreme Court,”Dershowitz said.“I think at least under the Constitutional challenge, the Article 2 challenge in Pennsylvania, they have a pretty good chance of winning.”
That is why the Wisconsin recount that is currently taking place in Dane and Milwaukee county is so crucial.
Thankfully their was no last minute revision to the recounting rules. As you can see from the tweet below, this isn’t a Georgia recount. All the checks and balances are in place.
The WI Elections Commission met last night & there was a push to make changes that would make the recount harder and that would make observing the recount harder.
They should follow the law and let the whole world watch the recount. Transparency is key for legitimate elections.
The number of ballots that will be rejected in Wisconsin will allow our President to win the state. That will drop SleepyCreepy Joe down to 296 electoral votes.
Our President will win at the Supreme Court once they toss all the ballots because of the last minute changes allowed by the Governor and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. That will drop SleepyCreepy Joe down to 276 electoral votes.
The remaining 7 electoral votes needed will come from Michigan and/or Arizona. My money is on Michigan because the cheating their was on steroids. It will be really easy to argue that 200,000+ votes should not count because of fraud by people and the Dominion voting system.
Arizona’s Governor will not certify the election until all court cases are resolved. I also think that once Wisconsin gets reversed based on the number of votes that shouldn’t have counted and the GLITCHES found from the audit, Arizona will have to conduct a full audit. 61% of the votes came from Maricopa County. It uses the Dominion voting system.
Public opinion is going to play a big factor as well! Thankfully a majority of Americans are seeing what we are seeing about the 2020 election.

Rasmussen Polling found this week that 75% of Republicans believe it is likely the election was stolen from Trump.
And, even 30% of Democrats believe that it was stolen.
According to a Rasmussen poll conducted November 17-18, nearly half of likely voters, 47 percent, believe the election was stolen from Trump. If Joe Biden is ultimately certified as the winner, there will undoubtedly be a big fat asterisk on his presidency.

Abdu’l Baha was the son of the founder, Baha’u’llah, and so while this is not “red letter” Baha’i theology, it’s definitely regarded as canon.
Is there, in fact, a way that this can all work out?

Normal citizens in NORWAY reined in THEIR Antifa problems PEACEFULLY by their VOICES – by their FREE SPEECH – in public and online. They SPOKE Antifa into retreat, and ultimately into nearly vanishing. Interestingly, it involved a lot of argument and even ridicule. Very interesting that Jack Dorsey FORBIDS the social speech which inhibits these violent Bolsheviks.
Wow. You know, we could do that here, too, if our voices weren’t suppressed by the MEDIA and now the SOCIAL MEDIA.
But it gets worse. Voices of reason and peace – remember COLD ANGER? – like Sundance of the Last Refuge, are now being squelched.
This is too far. THIS is directly interfering with those who counsel RESTRAINT. It is a cunning way to pave the way to WAR. WordPress was one of the last bastions of reasoned but unrelenting free speech on the internet. The Last Refuge is indeed one of the LAST refuges of smart and restrained but uncompromisingly free speech without ever descending into hotheaded fury.
Thus, I am suggesting something entirely different. I believe that the TECH TYRANTS – gifted the beauty of the INTERNET by our own military – have ABUSED THEIR PRIVILEGE, and are now choosing to KNOWINGLY disenfranchise a segment of our population for political reasons. They are DENYING IN PRACTICE our civil rights – our equal rights – and particularly our FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS of FREEDOM OF SPEECH and FREEDOM OF RELIGION.
They even push us into SEGREGATION.
They are doing this knowingly, to create conditions for WAR, while pretending to seek PEACE.
PURE BOLSHEVIK. “Make it look like the other guy is at fault.”
Forget Section 230. SEND IN THE TROOPS – not for WAR, but to preserve PEACE.
All we want is free speech and freedom of religion. Nothing more. We can handle PEACE from there.
Restore our ability to seek a PEACEFUL transition to the next administration – and we all know who that will be, if the public is allowed to SPEAK FREELY and demand TRUTH and FAIRNESS.
Restore our VOICE. Prevent the cunning tech Bolsheviks from forcing us into WAR by their removal of our FIRST AMENDMENT OPTION. Stop them from forcing us to the SECOND Amendment.
Send in the troops, and restore TRUE law and order – on the internet.
Give them nothing but one more day to rue, and the wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Remain LEGAL, generally CIVIL, and possibly even GENTEEL.

To put it bluntly, it’s highly likely that “covfefe” was simply the result of a computer TEXT BUG, and the entire Fake News Media pretended it wasn’t the most obvious answer – that most of their I.T. people either could have told them, or DID TELL THEM, and they either “pretended not to know” or “pretended not to hear”.
Note that TWITTER never said a WORD that would have corrected or affirmed the LYING PRESS.

WE are the ones who decide WHO has authority over us.
If we choose GOD and not MEN, then THEY have to live with it, whether they LIKE IT OR NOT.

Being that mainstream media propagandists keep reaching out to me for comment on Gab’s election day policies I thought it would be helpful if I wrote a post to let the world know how Gab will be handling the election and what our policies will be.
While Facebook and Twitter are “fact-checking” (editorializing) election news and results, banning “hate speech,” and shutting down basic functionality of their applications to prevent people from speaking freely, Gab will be enabling the free flow of information on our platform.
Gab’s election day policies are the same as our regular policies: any political speech that is protected by the first amendment of the United States is protected on Gab. Illegal and criminal activity, including threats of violence, is not allowed.
That’s it. It’s really that simple.
While Twitter plans to censor President Trump if he “claims an early victory” on election night, Gab will have all of the President’s posts backed up and uncensored. In the event that Facebook and Twitter censor the President’s victory speech, Gab will mass email the speech to millions of people and have it securely backed up on our site for the world to see.
The time to get on Gab is right now. There is a massive wave of Big Tech censorship coming both during and after the election. Be prepared. Tell a friend to get on Gab where information flows freely and the people speak freely.
