The author, Paul Ingrassia, is a Constitutional Scholar so it is worth reading in it’s entirety.

…The second branch of the government – aptly outlined under Article II, is the executive. The executive branch, under the Constitution’s very explicit original formulation (which, contrary to the overwhelming sentiment in today’s Washington, is an article that has not undergone emendation…) is vested entirely (in noticeable contradistinction to “mostly” or “largely”) in a (again, singular, one) President of the United States (“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America” …the executive branch is the only one under our Constitution – which, again, is the law of the land – that is vested in a single individual….

In official duties, the President – or Chief Magistrate – is tasked with law enforcement. He is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, ensuring civilian control over the military — not, as our latter-day betters would have us believe, something to be outsourced to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or the Pentagon, or lobbyists and consultants working for Raytheon.

And while Congressional approval, in some cases, is needed to fulfill the President’s constitutional obligation for nominations, the President – as the Unitary Executive – has full discretion over the tenures of each and every one of his underlings within the executive department…

As for the agencies (and the larger bureaucracy), the acute observer will find – well, problematic – that no such fourth branch of government exists within the text of the Constitution…

Ingrassia makes the case that the federal bureaucracy is UNDER the executive branch, that is the PRESIDENT and therefore should be answerable to him. “…the President – as the Unitary Executive – has full discretion over the tenures of each and every one of his underlings within the executive department….” The following article from The Congressional Research Service (.gov) shows how Congress has gradually taken control of the executive from the President and turned it into an unelected, unfireable autocratic government aka The Deep State or Shadow Government.

…A little history: up until the end of the Civil War, the President exercised virtually unconstrained power to dismiss military officers.  However, in 1865 Congress passed legislation which purports to limit that power.  That legislation was essentially the same as that found today codified in 10 USC § 1161(a).

The legitimacy of Congress imposing statutory restrictions on the authority of the President to remove military officers was initially “subject of doubt and discussion.”  It remains controversial even today, particularly since there doesn’t seem to be a case precisely on point as to the constitutionality.

Ingrassia also cites Article III dealing with the establishment of the federal courts: the Supreme Court and the other federal courts. So let’s take a look at this branch of government since it is responsible for enforcing US law and the Constitution…. But IT HAS NOT! We pay attention to the DC government but most often over look the long term damage done by the corrupted judiciary.

Section 1

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. So can Trump fire federal judges? NO, not according to Publius Huldah. I am a BIG FAN of this lady and I hope POTUS Trump finds a use for her, perhaps in JAG.

Someone asked me why I write on the US Constitution when the US Supreme Court won’t enforce it.

This is why:  Our Declaration of Independence recognizes the self-evident Truth that Rights come from God, and that they are unalienable.  Accordingly, there are certain areas of your life which are off-limits to government regulation – you have an “immunity” from governmental regulation of these areas.

But since the federal and state governments are refusing to recognize our Rights, it falls on us to boldly step up to the plate and insist that our Rights be respected.  You have no lawful, moral, or religious duty to submit to a government when it violates our Constitution and seeks to take from you the rights God gave you.

Governments do not have constitutional authority to force you to take the COVID JAB.

And in this paper I show that the “privileges and immunities” and “due process” clauses of the US Constitution prohibit the federal, state, and local governments from requiring you to be “jabbed” or putting you into a concentration camp if they assert that you are at “high risk” of getting infected [i.e., those who are 65 years of age or older]….

Conclusion

Let us put the federal courts in their proper place! Congress and the President have the recognized power to refuse to go along with unconstitutional or ultra vires acts of the Judicial Branch; and their Oaths of office require them to do so. Congress also has the power to rid us of usurping federal judges via the impeachment process.


You could also apply this reasoning to Biden using the US Military as guinea pigs for targets of a BIOWEAPON. She addresses that too in the first article I cited: Why Supreme Court opinions are not the “Law of the Land”

1. First Principles

Let’s analyze COSP’s silly argument. We begin by looking at First Principles:

♦The Judicial Branch was created by Art. III, §1, US Constitution. Accordingly, it is a “creature” of the Constitution. 1

♦The federal government came into existence when the States, acting through special ratifying conventions held in each of the States, ratified the Constitution.2

Since the Judicial Branch is merely a “creature” of the Constitution, it follows that it is subordinate to the Constitution, and is completely subject to its terms. It may not annul the superior authority of the States which created the Judicial Branch when they ratified the Constitution; 3 and as a mere “creature” of the Constitution, it may NOT change the Constitution under which it holds its existence! 4

….we elect to Congress people who don’t know our Constitution or The Federalist Papers; and they are unaware of their Duty – imposed by their Oath of office – to function as a “check” on the Judicial Branch by impeaching federal judges who violate our Constitution.


The “Taxing Clause”, Five Lawless Judges, and obamacare

… we delegated only a very few powers to the federal government.

Accordingly, Congress has strictly limited legislative powers over the Country at large. These powers are listed primarily at Art. I, §8, clauses 3-16, and are restricted to war, international commerce & relations; and domestically, the creation of an uniform commercial system: weights & measures, patents & copyrights, a monetary system based on gold & silver, bankruptcy laws, mail delivery & roads. Several Amendments delegate to Congress some power over civil rights.

These enumerated powers are the only areas where the federal government has lawful authority over The States and The People in The States.  In all other matters [except those listed at Art. I, §10]the States and The People retain supremacy, independence, and sovereignty. Go here for a complete list of all of Congress’ Enumerated Powers.

Obamacare is altogether unconstitutional because it is outside the scope of the legislative powers We granted to Congress. 👉 Nothing in Our Constitution authorizes the federal government to control our medical care 👈 (or to exercise the other fearsome powers in the Act)...


The Oath Of Office: The Check On Usurpations By Congress, The Executive Branch, & Federal Judges.

… it is a President’s sworn duty to refuse to enforce any unconstitutional “law” made by Congress. And contrary to the misinformation with which we are constantly bombarded, judges are not vested with exclusive authority to declare Acts of Congress unconstitutional.

The Truth is that a President, the States, local governments, 👉and individual citizens👈, together with the courts, all have the Right &Duty to overrule – to spurn & cast out – unconstitutional laws made by Congress. For it is a fundamental [though long suppressed] Principle of our Founding that an unconstitutional “law” is no “law” at all – it is a “mere usurpation, and deserves to be treated as such”…

I am going to detour to what I consider an important topic in my old notes, JURY NULLIFICATION. It is the American citizens FINAL SAY on the laws passed by our representatives. From 2015:

A pamphlet told the juror what his Constitutional rights and obligations were. This is information the JUDGE should be clearly stating to EVERY JURY. INSTEAD He was arrested for handing out literature. LINK

In fact this is becoming a LAW in some states thanks to the groups handing out the pamphlets.

This is perhaps THE MOST IMPORTANT move any American can make to protect our freedom. WE as Jurorists have the RIGHT and duty to judge not only the case by the LAW itself. We as Jurorists CAN set aside laws passed by Congress! This is the ultimate power of the people over the government and the Elite want to keep it hidden!

WHAT JUDGES & LAWYERS WON’T TELL YOU ABOUT JURIES

It ultimately became part of American constitutional law as well, With only a few exceptions, juries are explicitly or implicitly told to worry only about the facts and let the judge decide the law.

The right of jury nullification has become one of the legal system’s best kept secrets.

Now a remarkable coalition has sprung up to challenge this secrecy as undemocratic, unconstitutional and dangerous…

FIJA seeks to require that juries be informed of their nullification rights. Informed jury amendments have been filed as an initiative in seven states and legislation has been introduced in the Alaska state legislature.

Merely raising the issue of nullification can make prosecutors nervous, for it takes only one person aware of the right in order to hang a jury. In Washington, DC, where the concept was discussed in connection with the Marion Barry trial, a local television station reported that the US Attorney was worried that a jury might nullify the law in that case……

The Trial of The Lawsuit Against The State of Arizona: Must Supreme Court Judges Obey The Constitution?

…The Federalist Papers were written during 1787-88 by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, to explain the proposed Constitution to The People and to induce them to ratify it. Thus, The Federalist is the most authoritative commentary on the genuine meaning of Our Constitution.  And at a meeting of the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia on March 4, 1825 at which Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were present, the following resolution selecting the texts for the Law school, was passed:

…on the distinctive principles of the government of our own state, and of that of the US. the best guides are to be found in 1. the Declaration of Independance, as the fundamental act of union of these states. 2. the book known by the title of `The Federalist’, being an authority to which appeal is habitually made by all, and rarely declined or denied by any as evidence of the general opinion of those who framed, and of those who accepted the Constitution of the US. on questions as to it’s genuine meaning…. (page 83)  [emphasis added]

So! Thomas Jefferson, Author of the Declaration of Independence, and James Madison, Father of The Constitution, acknowledged the high authoritative status of The Federalist Papers.  They saw The Constitution as having a fixed meaning which one could learn by consulting The Federalist!

2. But supreme Court judges soon refused to submit to The Constitution as explained by The Federalist Papers. In 1907, former Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes said, “…the Constitution is what the judges say it is…”.  Judges thus rejected the objective standard provided by The Federalist, and substituted their own subjective interpretations. Law schools embraced this subversion:  Instead of teaching The Constitution as a set of fixed principles explained by The Federalist, they taught supreme Court opinions which say Congress may do whatever it pleases. They also taught that supreme Court judges have unbridled authority to say what the Constitution means. Law schools thus produced generations of constitutionally illiterate lawyers & judges who have been indoctrinated with the monstrous Lie that Our Constitution means whatever judges on the supreme Court say!  And because these lawyers failed in their sacred duty to think, and uncritically accepted what they were told, Our Country is on the brink of destruction….


Of course our John Dewey Progressive School System made DARN SURE Americans are completely ignorant of our Constitution, rights and remedies, the better to turn us into good little Marxist slaves.

Our Constitution provides two separate & independent methods for the federal government to “call forth the Militia” to suppress Insurrections

Because of its excellence and relevance to the insurrections being fomented in our cities by the Marxist organization “Black Lives Matter”, Antifa, and other revolutionary organizations; I sent the recent paper by Edwin Vieira, JD., Ph.D., titled, “The President’s Authority To Suppress Insurrections” [link], to my lists.

In response, some objected that the riots in the cities are local issues to be handled (or not) by the State and local governments – that they are not “federal” issues over which the federal government has jurisdiction. Some also asserted that Article IV, §4, US Constitution prohibits the President from sending the National Guard into a State to quell such disturbances, unless & until the Legislature or the Governor of the State requests it.

Those objections are not well-founded.

First: What’s going on in our cities is not something which can be prudently brushed aside. It is a classic manifestation of a Marxist revolution – see, e.g., this article from “Workers’ World”. Furthermore, as shown below, the President of the United States has constitutional and statutory authority to exercise his own judgment as to whether he should send in the “Militia” to suppress the uprisings.

Second: Our Constitution provides two separate and independent methods for the federal government to suppress such uprisings.

Dr. Vieira’s paper sets forth the other method of “calling forth the Militia” – the method provided for at Article I, §8, clauses 15 & 16, US Constitution. That provides for the intervention of the Militia within a State at the initiative of the federal government, regardless of whether the State requests it.. 1

Security Clearances and Presidential Authority

….a recent Congressional Research Service report explains. “The criteria for election or appointment to these positions are specified in the U.S. Constitution, and except by constitutional amendment, no additional criteria (e.g., holding a security clearance) may be required.”

In fact, the security clearance system itself is an expression of presidential authority. Its scope and operation are defined in an executive order (EO 12968), and its terms can be modified by the President at will.

And if the President wished to grant access to classified information to a family member, for example, there would be no legal barrier to doing so…..

So that kills THAT objection by RINOs and Demonrats when it comes to ratifying POTUS Trump’s picks.

08/01/19 The Hill:

Senate Democrats demand Trump order review of White House Security Clearances

…Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson wrote in a letter to the senators earlier this month that he could not begin a review of the security clearance process without direction from Trump or one of his “designees” because “the authority over access to classified information ultimately rests with the President of the United States.”…

Of course the Senate has ZERO jurisdiction over Security Clearances so this is just more encroachment on the executive.

Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Tuesday assailed President-elect Donald Trump’s suggestion that he and other former members of the defunct House Jan. 6 committee be imprisoned.

Trump advocated that those on the former panel who investigated the 2021 U.S. Capitol riot and his role in overturning the 2020 election should “go to jail.”

“I don’t think the incoming president should be threatening his political opponents with jail time,” Schiff told reporters on his first full day as a senator. “That’s not the kind of talk we should hear from the president in a democracy, nor do I think that a pardon is necessary for the members of the Jan. 6 committee.”

President Joe Biden is weighing preemptive pardons over fears Trump may seek retribution against Schiff and other high-profile members of the bipartisan panel, including former Chairman Bennie Thomson (D-MS), Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), and former Rep. Liz Cheney. Biden is also considering pardons for other political foes who could come under Trump’s microscope.

“We are proud of the work we did in that committee,” Schiff continued. “It was a fundamental oversight obligation to investigate the first attempt to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power in our history.”

Trump said in an NBC Meet the Press interview that aired over the weekend that he would not direct Justice Department officials to bring charges against the committee members but accused them of engaging in unspecified criminal activity.

“For what they did, honestly, they should go to jail,” Trump said.

In a separate portion, Trump said that “retribution will be through success.” He’s also vowed to pardon those charged with and convicted of crimes related to the Capitol riot.

American Stories: Thanksgiving Edition – Welcome To The Golden Age

We are living long enough to witness something that does not appear to have been done before. Ever. It is time to give thanks for it.

In the history of the world it is likely that there has never been a dominating empire whose government was a representative republic of private citizens. Governments appear to have always been in authority over the people with the support of the elites and powerful – the ruling class. The people were the subjects of the government. That is not true for Americans per our founding documents. America is the beneficiary of the providence of God through the vision of our forefathers who acted against oppression and sought a better way.

Which is why oppressors have attempted to destroy us internally and externally since conception. This has led to the current awakening of the majority of American citizens after decades of deception and corruption. The first response to this awakening led to the events of November 8, 2016. It was a shot over the bow at the oppressors, traitors and seditionists. The war had begun for the soul of America.

Fast forward.

November 5, 2024

We all know what happened after Donald Trump won the presidency in 2016. There is no point in rehashing it or discussing many of the things and people involved behind the scenes and in front of the cameras. There are devils and demons everywhere. Most do not even realize that is who they are. We just seem to forget at times there have been many patriots and heroes working against them. Which has led to positive changes for average citizens even with the DC instigated chaos created against President Trump during the first term.

Over the years a complete disconnect from the desires of the citizens has infected many politicians and their unelected administrative minions. That ends now. Politicians who go with business as usual will be isolated by the executive branch and We the People, then voted out of office or otherwise identified as enemies of the people. Their administrative state cronies are going out the door with them. The reason that will happen over the coming years is because We the People have seen the strings and we cannot unsee them. Citizen journalists have taken over to inform us and transparency reigns. To maintain their credibility these sources of information have to disclose the facts and evidence. They are not dependent on advertisers to cover the massive overheads and compensation of the propagandist talking heads in the fake news industry. As a result they are nimble, close to the people and operate without filters for the most part.

To be sure, MAGA will still need to vet the citizen journalists. Some can be influenced and bought like their fake counterparts. However, We the People know we should do that now and as a result will sort out the posers much more quickly and efficiently. That is a profound change from past practice.

We the People have become emboldened by having a popular supposed felon’s back, President-Elect Trump, and staring down the enemy no matter the threats and potential costs. As a result it is time to discuss some major parts of this American reconstruction period we will be seeing now that the bigger war is trending toward a successful, “winning” conclusion.

World Cooperation

Respect oozes out of world leaders for Donald Trump and normal American people. They really don’t want to cross him, they want to make deals and find ways to work together. They know he is a man’s man. Look what is already happening worldwide and the man is still two months away from going back to the White House. They know he is not a politician. He is a pragmatic businessman icon with a true vision of what is best for America, which consequently improves all of their situations if they play their cards right. A rising tide lifts all boats. POTUS-Elect Trump understands win-win and will not go with win-lose unless it is the opponents who are losing and they are enemies of We the People.

Peace is returning. Business expansion and better living conditions are on the way. The world will become more secure, predictable…and happy.

World Economics and Politics

If you move your investments out of the stock market because Trump won you may be certifiably insane. Even his enemies are jumping on for that ride.

Multi-polarity is a real thing. The USMCA and all of his bi-lateral trade agreements with world governments from the first term have already informed you. His acceptance and acknowledgement of BRICS+ is further evidence as is his open acknowledgement and acceptance of a place for crypto. Where you will likely see a slow down in BRICS+ development plans is their move away from the dollar as the basis of the world economy. Vlad and Russia have already indicated their willingness to deal in dollars. President- Elect Trump is going to go after reestablishment of the dollar as the world’s currency with fervor. Investing in America will be cool again.

With multi-polarity we can expect North America to become a more cohesive economic system with greater cooperation from Mehico and Canada. Mehico will act tough and independent at times, but it is all bluster. They know they are toast without us as 25% of their economic production is sold into America. The cartels eventually will be the losers, nothing more than rogue bands of criminals that will be disposed through greater cooperation between agencies and military. Mehico really has no choice. The off the books dark money that funded them through the clowns and other seditionists will be drying up over time with DOGE and Bobby at HHS. Mehico is on notice as are many South and Central America nations who have opened their doors to China’s fentanyl as well as other drug and human trafficking trades.

The NWO and its Barry/Brandon Show overstepped their way into blowing Germany out of being a serious contender for world leadership through their continued support of Islamic immigration (invasion), fascism and Nazis. If Trump pulls back militarily from that country or deemphasizes NATO they will be at bankruptcy. So guess who is going to be buying energy from America and making other concessions? There is no European Union of note without a strong Germany. The Germany and EU that remains will be greatly weakened due to the stupidity and corruption of their leaders, other than the few who have been solidly in Trump’s’ camp for some time like Orban. It should spawn positive change from within the EU over time.

The Muslim Brotherhood is done as are their American promoters, Barry and Cankles, except in their own backyard. No mo money for scum buckets. The Saudis have also strongly assisted with that. Iran is already in retreat mode, cozying up even closer to Vlad, who PDT gets along with well. All of it means stability in world markets. That means there is money to be made for those with investment funds, 401(k)’s and such. With personal income tax rates on a downward trend as a percentage of income, the average working men and women are going to have opportunities to recover from Brandon’s inept criminal appointment as POTUS and improve their financial situations. Say hello to a larger, more well heeled middle class who will become prime, MAGA GOP voters. My advice is to seize on the opportunity.

As far as daily life goes expect lower energy, grocery, and household item prices compared to household incomes. Incomes overall will rise. Employers will be competing hard for sufficient quality staffing with the significant reduction of illegals, stiffer immigration procedures and the element of depop still being felt. That drives up wages and benefits for everybody. There is more money to be made in investments as well as to use with larger purchases with a lowering percentage of cash outflow compared to income, so expect housing and the automotive industry to take off again. We know the drill, we lived it for four years in Trump’s first term. Banks will be lending again because times will be good. That industry will have good profitability and they will lose their fear of bad times as regulators loosen the grips that Brandon’s economic control thugs wielded.

Which makes the propagandist diatribes against efforts to curb illegal immigration even more ridiculous than it is. America is going to need millions more workers in various trades including housing and agriculture. Well vetted worker visas will be a valuable tool to assist. That will make it even easier for our citizen hispanic population to continue their moves toward the GOP. In reality they have far more in common with the MAGA GOP than the Dems.

The difference in big picture this time around is the looming defeat of the old WEF/NWO fraudsters. They are in full retreat worldwide and threats to their existence will accelerate. Many people are hedging their bets, expecting the heavy shoe of these criminals to drop because it has happened before. I call that emotion the Battered Normie Syndrome (BNS). I am and have not been in that camp, I am too contrarian to ever give in to criminals.

In my opinion there may be setbacks, but nothing that MAGA will not overcome. The left has no bench of political candidates except in economically and culturally declining blue crapholes. There is literally nobody who can galvanize existing and create additional support on a national level. The Bob Casey loss in PA was ground shaking for them and reveals cracks in even Gov. Shapiro’s armor, who was their next star. It revealed that a growing majority of the people in the rust belt who were formerly in their camp are over them. These leftists are devoid of solid, potentially productive ideas. They only run against people and stuff using tired fear porn phrases with nothing new to add. Their tired old socialist and communist strategies are falling on more deaf ears now. More people are waking up that have traditionally always pulled a donkey tail. They are realizing as the T-shirts say, “Life is Good”, and rejecting the death advocates. They will find that life is indeed good on the right side of history. MAGA folks blew the criminals off long ago.

Conversely the GOP is deep with MAGA candidates on the federal and state office level with more in development at the local. It is not even close. As a result when the BNS folks start reaping more of the benefits it will be eye opening and stick. Some have already learned to believe nothing the propagandist media tells them. The election this month proved it. Fake polls, politician endorsements (except for Trump) and the views of condescending rich celebrities are not the influence they once were. They heard the pronouncements of the pending Harris/Dem victories and watched as the election results revealed the lies. The blue wall crumbled like a cookie because real people tossed out convention and tradition for practical help and the hope for better. The propagandist TV ratings are tubing, many people are no longer watching them and fewer folks believe what they hear.

Continued pressure on election cheating and using the courts to effect change will increase the margins of victory over time. Who does not know there are still 20+ million fraudulent leftist votes in the federal election system? Watch the totals and percentages gradually dwindle down for the criminals with more judicial screw turning for election security along with the illegals hitting the trails, roads and airways home.

Many such factors lead to my opinion that you bet bullish on America with your personal finances and through living well. Expect America to create a rising tide to lift our international business partners. This is why I posted a few years ago to reduce your debts. You needed to conserve cash for investing. You needed to go conservative in the retirement plan to be in position to be more aggressive with your investment choices today.

We have arrived at our long desired and anticipated destination.

In America there is one fundamental principle of existence in play. It is that our personal views on life itself matter. Desire abundance and life? Choose MAGA GOP. Prefer scarcity and death? Choose Dem/RINO. People’s choices with this principle reflect who they are. Believe them. Our role is to teach others who will listen and consider a better way while making disciples for MAGA. Give no quarter to those who refuse to listen or remain in the Dem/RINO camp politically. Shut them down with truth.

Now, for the nerds – I ignore the CPI index for understanding inflation. It has been rigged for decades along with many statistics quoted in the lamestream business reports. As government has become more and more politicized (corrupted), so have the statistics. Which is why they always revisit them a few months or years later and restate. These restatements are nearly always negative adjustments from what leftist leaders initially report. Fact.

Instead I focus on the personal consumption expenditures price index (PCE) from the Bureau of Economic Analysis. CPI runs higher than PCE. I focus on PCE because the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) uses it more to make recommendations to the Federal Reserve on inflation pressures, to which the Fed reacts and typically concurs. PCE is not immune to their tinkering, just less so. It gives a better picture of what consumers are actually facing. So if you want to know what to expect and why from the Fed, monitor that index and see how the Fed views it in their communications. Below is a good recent summary from the Cleveland Fed. The index is viewed in the same manner by most Fed banks.

Now for the fun part, what games will Trump play with Powell and the Fed until he replaces him? We know it will lead to more honest representations of the data and approaches of the Fed, Treasury, Commerce, etc. use. It will all become real again instead of the Kabuki Theater we see now. I will not address what I believe happens to the Federal Reserve System itself long term. I believe it will take a POTUS term beyond our President-Elect for a permanent solution.

One financial analyst’s opinion is below. You will note that he is educated guessing while trying to draw comparisons and utilizing very little understanding or referencing to the absolute meat cleaver Trump is going to take to government spending through DOGE and HHS among other departments in government.

I admire his willingness to guess, albeit dumbly and without the use of tea leaves in my opinion.

To illustrate: Assume your personal family situation is as a working married couple with a large mortgage, car payments and kids in school. You go into work one day and there is a letter for you or the spouse that states one of you is out of a job from a layoff, company closure, whatever. (As a side note, I hope currently unknown large numbers of federally employed administrative azzhats receive said letter in January, but I digress.) Odds are with such a large hit to your family income coming, you will be faced with choices on what expenses to cut; possibly selling a car or house in a worst case. At the same time you find other costs you can reduce or eliminate like Junior’s Ivy League college expenses, and so on. You try to muddle through it the best you can and hope to find a decent job quickly to replace the lost income until better days come.

Now substitute the term “married couple” with “America” from the above. The mortgage and car payments are the national debt service. The kids in school are the social network needs of the citizens. The layoffs and job losses are obvious; thank you China and others via the globalists and other criminals who have no regard for America and the needs of our citizens. This is a result on the imbalance in trade.

I will provide a simple, practical example here for readers who do not know. If we buy more foreign goods than we produce and sell, more dollars are held in foreign hands. The globalists and political idgits claim those dollars return to America in the form of buying our nation’s debt, (Treasuries), real estate, etc. as investments. First off, that is no longer the case. Many nations who formerly invested heavily in our debt have drastically reduced their exposure or have divested due to our exploding deficits from spend crazy politicians. China would be high on that list, the nation we spend more for imported products than any other on earth. Dollars have been going out to them without an equal amount of dollars coming in to keep us in equilibrium. Second, why would anybody think it is a good thing to bring dollars back through the issuance of debt (Treasuries) and selling our land to foreign adversaries? We have to pay interest on all that debt, which compounds the problem. That negatively affects every single American. Yet, the politicians and propagandist media tell all of us daily it is a good thing and we will be fine.

Understand, our government will never borrow its way out of debt despite their continuing best efforts. Don’t get me started on the stupidity of our politicians and administrative state in going all in with Quantitative Easing. It causes my blood pressure to escalate too high.

So if any talking heads act like the deficit of the Balance of Trade is unimportant, turn off your TV or hearing aids. Our national leadership, as do many citizens, violate a principle of life that never changes. Proverbs 22:7 says, “The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lender’s slave.” Our nation did this willingly with the rise of globalist influence within our federal government to rebuild nations destroyed by WW II. They saw it as an opportunity to gain huge wealth and power. They used the national treasury and wealth of We the People as their personal piggybanks and still do. Which is why they have tried to ruin and kill the head of the MAGA snake in their minds, President Trump.

He has been the rightful POTUS since 2016 as all MAGA knows. We know what the globalist criminals did and they hate us for it.

With this in mind let’s go back to the married couple example. It gets worse for you and your family. You see and now comprehend that America has more than stubbed its toe by electing the wrong leaders, or worse yet, a bunch of criminals who game the system and take over. You begin to comprehend that with their co-conspirators in the Fed they create even more inflation through printing money to handle globalist desires, proxy wars and scamdemics. You see what is good for them is bad for you and your children.

Your discomfort grows. The propagandists on the evening news tell you that the national debt service and expenses are rising well beyond the nation’s ability to repay by say… 2 TRILLION dollars a year. They say Social Security and Medicare are even threatened. So the Treasury borrows even more funds from foreign mafias with strings attached that clear the way for turmoil and wars worldwide. They tell you the government simply has to pass that stop gap continuing resolution for more money printing or else, GASP!, the federal government will have to shut down except for essential services as there may be a financial apocalypse on the horizon. They begin talking about raising taxes and booting the Trump era tax cuts when they come up for renewal in 2025.

All of this is happening while you as a family simply want to earn enough money to pay the bills, eat healthy and give a future worth living to your kids.

Get the picture now? That was our reality in America until the new sheriff, who is the old sheriff, who is the only righful sheriff; rode back into town. We really were at the edge of the cliff about to fall off as a nation. It is like going from darkness to light. Which is why the Blue Wall fell. Most voters there knew they had no choice, they could not continue to support status quo even if it meant mean tweets again and the propagandists bitching all of the time. They responded in a too big to rig fashion.

The declining establishment and fake news media will continue to beat that same drum even though their masters lost. It will not matter that things are different and better. They are prostitutes and know of no other way to make a living. However, the reality is they lost and they know it. No amount of subterfuge and stalling by RINO’s and such can prevent the inevitable changes that provide a Golden Age for America and its international friends. It is coming down the tracks like a freight train.

President-Elect Trump, JD, Elon, Vivek, Bobby and many others will show you where to invest. Listen to their words and believe their actions. You do not need anybody else to help you do that. Just know that you cannot borrow your way out of debt and cutting expenses will rarely be enough to complete that task as well. Those are actions that a mature to declining nation undertakes, which is who America was before this election. To turn things around America has to return to the growth cycle. President-Elect Trump has already told you how and has already done it before. This time it needs to be institutionalized such that our enemies cannot disrupt it.

Going to growth from decline means selling off non-essential assets, shedding debt, shedding non-essential unproductive payroll, shedding meritless activities, tossing needless regulations, and so on. It takes investment capital (tariffs), an increasing commercial (preferably industrial focused) tax base and global capital investors willing to make new investments (I see you, Scott Bessent and Howard Lutnick). It takes innovation and innovative people with outside the box thinking. It takes hard work as well as smart moves in the markets. It takes security agencies to reduce corporate spying and fraud to produce a more level playing field that is administered by law enforcement functions and the judiciary. Most of all it takes a federal government that serves the people and enables its citizens to succeed instead of the reverse, which is unlike what we have experienced in recent years.

A massive paradigm shift for America has occurred. Know it, act on it as applicable in your own lives.

Conclusion

I hope you have heard and seen all of that from the President-Elect and his inner circle. I know I have. I do not concern myself with second guessing his picks for the various cabinet roles. He has his reasons and if the wrong choice is made with any of them We the People will know it quickly and let him know about it. This time around he has a feel for the solid MAGA pulse, the authority to make the decisions and the apparatus to make the changes. No lawfare attempts to undermine him and supporters will succeed, just delay, so be patient. They did not succeed when he was a private citizen, they certainly will not now. The law has also changed in important areas such as with the Chevron Deference overturn. The SCOTUS has a Constitution supporting majority that will likely grow if the MAGA GOP can increase its involvement and Congressional dominance over the coming years.

I also know this approach and method works. We have followed this path for over two decades in Tennessee. We are not perfect, but we are definitely America First worthy. It came from We the People on the local ground level figuring things out, working hard, building alliances and consensus, building momentum that carried into the voting booths and the halls of our legislature and Governor’s office. Over time we gradually rooted the Dem and RINO influence and control out of our system of government. We have sustained via a super majority (75+%) in both House and Senate. We have a state Constitutionally required balanced budget as well as no personal income or estate taxes. The left tried to change them with amendments and were met with crushing defeats by the people because we have a secured election system and the Volunteer spirit in our bones. They no longer try because We the People made them pay for even attempting it – which was our “penalty” phase. Now when federal elections occur we know that at minimum over 60% of the statewide votes will be MAGA GOP. We still have a couple of RINO’s to root out, however, the only pockets of voter resistance are within blue crapholes in a couple of cities.

Our state was in the bottom third of the nation economically before We the People took over. For several years now our state has enjoyed a AAA bond rating from the agencies with a low tax burden on residents while issuing state record business license applications and strong growth in manufacturing. The government has a large rainy day fund and we offer free tuition and no fees to students attending community and technical colleges. These are all signs of a government serving the people as compared to being served.

Other than the long term leftist wacko in Memphis, Steve Cohen, all of our other eight elected officials in the House in DC are GOP to go with all key GOP state leaders. Senators Blackburn and Hagerty continue to perform well and fully support the MAGA movement with POTUS Trump’s endorsement. It should be clear to all of us that We the People simply need to trust the plan and do our parts all around the country as it is being done here and other MAGA states.

I believe in this nation of states, this republic. I believe the majority of Americans will return to a love of the Constitution along with freedom and liberty for all. That’s why I choose to ride with the America First…

I really try to avoid using the term crackpot.

In science, the term crackpot is a bit like the terms Nazi, pedophile, and antisemite are in politics. The word freezes conversation. It strikes fear – often very unfairly – into all who are listening. Indeed, it is used in science for that very reason. Crackpot is very similar to the word crank, only worse. Using it in regards to a single person rarely helps, and using it against the wrong person can actually hurt – both the individual, and science as an enterprise.

As a young but very real scientist, I met MANY emerging young crackpots, who considered me a potential sounding board – and I like to think that I converted most of them to either outright scientists, or scientifically literate aficionados of real science. In fact, I don’t recall ANY junior crackpots who I could not make more logical and scientific by patience, understanding, and teaching of the sublime joys of REAL understanding and discovery.

More than that, was the GOOD that crackpots did for me. By patiently trying to understand what crackpots were saying, I invariably walked away a better scientist. Errors don’t just force you to ask ONE right question – they force you to ask MANY excellent questions. Sometimes it requires the patience of Job, but that’s just one more reason why reading my Bible has been so helpful.

Crackpottery, analyzed deeply, always leads back to real science, often including things I didn’t know, or didn’t know well enough. Most crackpot science is – in my experience, one of three things: (1) some very illustrative, useful, and “teachable” error, or (2) some well-known and very beautiful aspect of science or mathematics, which seems novel, but isn’t, or (3) some kind of “old science” which is very intuitive, but is now understood to be wrong.

Of course, there can be many layers of JUNK on top of the key scientific mistake, as the crackpot uses even more crackpot ideas to hold everything together, as the key idea fails. However, I would not want to laugh too loudly about such a dubious tactic, as “Bondo and paint” are also used very effectively in real science, politics, and law.

Sometimes, when discussing crackpottery in science, I like to say this.

“There is a potential scientist in every crackpot, and a potential crackpot in every scientist.”

I find that crackpot ideas are a great introduction to a conversation about real science. The trick is turning the exuberant crackpot away from the dopaminergic lust of superficial logical connections – and getting them addicted to the patient romance of deep conceptual relationships and understanding. If the latter reminds you of real love – Biblical, academic, humanitarian, or philosophical – you are absolutely right. I believe it is our duty, as people who LOVE science and math, to elevate crackpots from their trap, even if we fail, but in the process, to “teach to the fourth wall”. And that is exactly what I’m doing now.

The hot pants of OMG / string of buzzwords / “maybe this stuff is all related and I can see it” is the addictive pseudoscientific experience that crackpots cannot get out of their minds. But let them experience a “fellow scientist” showing them that they are TRULY CORRECT about something that they said, and how this idea was explored by famous scientists in history, and you can begin the process of instilling the DISCIPLINE that the crackpot so sorely needs.

Reforming a crackpot can take days, weeks, months or years. The key is to nurture the healthy joys that come from disciplined understanding, as a substitute for the toxic buzz of loose conjecture rooted in loose quasi-understanding.

Some crackpots are beyond help, and scientists who are teaching to more open minds (think about our own SteveInCO) cannot afford to waste their time on those few minds that will never attain self-skepticism within this lifetime. Walking away from crackpots who have very intentionally broken and super-glued the keys of reason in the corresponding locks, is simply necessary.

I get this. For all my criticisms of Neil deGrasse Tyson, and scientific disagreements with him, I completely understand his need to tell Terrence Howard to “move along, thank you” and to stop listening to the nonsensical ideas of Terryology.

Note that Joe Rogan does NOT get this, and he will need to be gently schooled on this point. I admire that Joe will listen to Terrence, but Joe is also a bit too easily swept up into Terrence’s world of delusional mumbo-jumbo.

Terrence Howard and Terryology are where we begin this discussion.

To be brief, Terrence was known more as an actor than as a pseudoscientist, but when he appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience, he exploded into the national consciousness. I am including the entire 3-hour interview, but I strongly caution against watching the whole thing without having some of the context I’m going to provide. On the other hand, a few random clicks will give you the flavor in a most enlightening way.

Terrence Howard is clearly a nice guy, and I am certain that I could be his friend. We might even have some profound discussions about the periodic table, as he comes very close to real science there, and THAT is where I would strike to try to reform him (see sidebar in Appendix). However, he is unlikely to ever gain the discipline of self-skepticism, to temper his equally welcome skepticism of scientific orthodoxy. The best that can be done, is to use him as a living example of an important dysfunction in science, and to educate the masses by reacting to him.

Surprisingly, that works really well, and that’s why I’m here.

Terrence is (in my humble opinion) a living example of the idea that a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Terrence is an actor, but before that, he ALMOST became a scientist – specifically, a chemical engineer. However, at the exact moment when accepting some discipline from his teacher would have helped him become a true scientist, he rejected the teaching, and dropped out of school.

To get to the heart of that break, Terrence believes that, because 2 times 2 equals 4, 1 times 1 should equal 2. Now, I will admit that the feeling that something should be different is extremely useful in scientific discovery, but we also know from experience that should is extremely dangerous in almost any context. Psychologists routinely repair people by getting them to understand that their list of shoulds has grown too long and nonsensical to be mentally and physically healthy.

Terrence claims that the issue of this mathematical argument is why he dropped out of college – that his teacher could not accept this new form of math, which is part of what Terrence calls Terryology.

I have no idea if that account is true, or the full story, and I strongly suspect that Terrence was having more trouble than just a disagreement with his teacher over math. There is even some doubt that Terrence was ever in college, but let’s just set that aside, and assume that Terrence did start to attend college. It is very likely that Terrence had a bad understanding of math at very basic levels, and was not able to follow the teachers in his classes, due to that faulty understanding. However, in the hubris of academic freedom, which new students often experience, I suspect that Terrence basically went off the rails. Here is a teacher talking about his theory of Terrence’s defective education.

Many people think that Terrence is conflating addition (where 1+1=2 and 2+2=4 are true) with multiplication. I have my own theory – that Terrence is simply intuiting a new operation – unfortunately rather ill-defined – which is basically y=2x but poorly expressed as y=x*x or y=x^2 (y equals x squared).

And once I realized this, I noted something else.

If you ever had any differential (first semester) calculus, you may have noted that y=2x is – more or less – the first derivative of y=x^2 (y equals x squared).

My explanation of Terrence’s idea would then be that the thing that should be 2 at 1, but is also 4 at 2, is in fact the derivative of self-multiplication – not self-multiplication itself.

I’m definitely NOT saying that Terrence Howard “re-invented calculus”, but what I am saying is that his “invention” – in a very typical crackpot way – is in fact a personal rediscovery of something real, known, and actually very beautiful – and THAT is part of the seduction of crackpottery. Terrence is able to see it, but he doesn’t have the patience and rigor to realize what he’s intuiting, nor the language to communicate it. He TRIES to communicate it, but he fails to use the language others have agreed to use. He uses new terms – neologisms – and people almost get it, in a similar way. As Terrence piles on more analogies and scientific verbiage, people nod and make sounds of insight, but nobody really, truly, understands.

Normal people having beautiful mathematical realizations is not uncommon. Moreover, these realizations are sometimes hard to put into words. Thus, these ideas may seem novel and inventive – and they are in fact novel to the person thinking them, and they were likely inventive, to at least some extent (unless they were just badly remembered math lessons). But the idea that this new thought is a NEW INVENTION TO THE WORLD is a huge leap that is almost never true.

The aforementioned near-tangibility of crackpot ideas, and the communicability of that near-tangibility, are part of the danger of crackpottery – the fact that others “kinda get it” just like Terrence does. This crackpot virality spreads a sort of vague almost-thinking which reminds me of the feckless and far-too-innocent Eloi in H.G. Wells story of The Time Machine.

However, don’t expect me to push for “Big Sister” and her net nanny censors to crack down on crackpots. Instead, we need more people to understand math, and to see the beauty in things like y=x^2 and its derivatives.

Biology – same thing. Remember – the vague “almost tangible idea” that men can be women if we all believe they are, is another great example of a viral crackpot idea – in this case, one that the current government endorses.

Trans women are real – they just aren’t truly women, even if we all try to believe that they are. I’m not calling for censorship of that idea, either. I’m calling for no censorship on the questioning of it, just like I would call for no censorship on Terrence Howard’s ideas, nor on the criticism of his ideas.

If you have already been somewhat seduced by Terrence Howard, you really need to listen to some of his critics. That said, I recommend an attitude of love and sympathy – even when you feel frustrated and annoyed. See if you can “do better” than these two critics, in terms of sharing their ability to be skeptical of what is obviously wrong, and remaining firm in your resistance to “feeling” the truth of what Terrence is saying, while still maintaining open-mindedness, and a desire to “make Terrence make sense” – but without compromising your skepticism.

What is the key difference between scientists like me and Steve, and pseudoscientists like Terrence?

Speaking for myself, the difference for me, is that I test and beat up my crackpot ideas, so in almost all cases where my “brilliant” idea isn’t simply WRONG, I discover that I’ve rediscovered something beautiful. Very few of my crackpot ideas have value, and most of those end up being hypotheses and conjectures that are not only limited, but need more work.

In my opinion, you’re not a true scientist unless you’ve rejected literally hundreds or thousands of your own ideas – refining just a few of the survivors into something that might have some limited value.

Self-skepticism is necessary. Enough to tame crackpot ideas, but not so much as to stifle innovative thinking.

What is the difference between, say, Robert Malone, who I deeply respect as a scientist, and Terrence Howard?

In a nutshell, Malone has been skeptical of his own ideas – and at a level which required extreme honesty and moral courage. His willingness to admit that his own technological children – mRNA therapeutics and vaccines – have problems and still need work, is just mensch level eleven. Time after time, Malone sees though the bullshit of a scientific orthodoxy which has cowered before self-interest, money, and power.

Malone, like many who question the current media-and-government-driven “new consensus” in vaccine and therapeutic science, points out the hypocrisy of the sudden new orthodoxy, relative to many of its backers’ own well-established principles of ethics and morality. Examples include the Hippocratic oath, “first do no harm”, patient rights, medical privacy and freedom, and a host of other ideas which were unassailable, just a few years ago. In essence, Malone calls upon the orthodoxy to live up to its own ideals, not in the Satanic Alinsky way that actually hates and despises those ideals, but in a Godly way that deeply loves and respects those ideals.

Crackpots, in contrast, tend to reject the orthodoxy in a dismissive way, without respecting any, or most, of its underlying and fundamental tenets. They almost always fail to explain what’s wrong with the consensus view, or the underlying principles. They dismiss it without adequate explanation. In fact, crackpots who disrespect Einstein without actually doing the hard work of understanding Einstein first, are so pervasive that disrespect of Einstein is almost diagnostic for crackpottery.

Although spotting and pointing out crackpot thinking is important, it is also important for us to push back, when the crackpot term is applied unfairly to people who are simply not crackpots.

Robert Malone, who my friends and I admire, is an obvious example to us of somebody who is not a crackpot, but Neil deGrasse Tyson and Peter Hotez, who we disagree with and don’t like, are also not crackpots, if we are honest. Neil and Peter and their ilk may have other problems, including extreme bias, corruption, and compromise by unethical government involvements, but they are not crackpots.

Even when they look and sound like crackpots!

Now, there are thousands if not millions of true crackpots, most of whom labor in obscurity, and I can’t show them all, but I would be remiss not to include at least one, a man named Roger Spurr, whose awful theories have been discussed on this site very much in the last few days.

Note the disrespect for Einstein – this is very typical.

Now, to be completely honest, I (and everybody else with any significant background in physics) have my own “crackpot” speculations on what may be right or wrong with the Standard Model of particle physics, as well as the top competitors for extending or replacing it. My personal crackpottery includes disrespect for supersymmetry, and massive side-eye on what I would call “irrational exuberance by the mainstream in regard to dark matter.” Nevertheless, I am always eager to test those thoughts, trash those thoughts, or modify those thoughts, based on the latest experimental results. Indeed, when the definitive experiments come in, supporting either supersymmetry or dark matter, I will be converted by them – as I should be. What I can say with certainty about Spurr’s reasoning, is that I would have thrown out nearly all of his thoughts long ago, based on the huge quantities of very solid and very basic evidence against them.

In many ways – like the term used by Wolfgang Pauli, that became (fairly or unfairly) the title of a book criticizing the non-productivity of string theory – Spurr is not even wrong.

So what is the path forward?

How do we deal with “bad science” – pseudoscience – crackpot theories – whatever you want to call them?

The Founding Fathers had a very excellent idea with Free Speech.

It is my belief that the ultimate protection against crackpottery is free speech. As long as we can criticize not only the orthodoxy, but the ideas of our fellow critics, then everything is subject to healthy sunlight. When secrecy is used to protect ideas from challenge, or government uses its punitive powers to protect its own very open crackpottery, bad things happen.

To quote a certain blog, quoting a certain scientist:

“We do not believe any group of men adequate enough or wise enough to operate without scrutiny or without criticism. We know that the only way to avoid error is to detect it, that the only way to detect it is to be free to inquire. We know that in secrecy error undetected will flourish and subvert.”

Appendix – Terryology and the Periodic Table

One place where Terrence Howard comes very close to actual innovative thinking is in his personal interpretation of the periodic table of the elements. This, despite many, many problems.

Terrence’s thinking about the elements is still (IMO) rather crackpot, and although his view of the table in terms of frequencies seems fascinating, it’s truly unnecessary, as his critics point out. Terrence’s few predictions are also quite wrong. Thus, his very different viewpoint is not clearly any BETTER than any other view of the elements, when gauged by the very basic metric of prediction generation. What Terrence is saying simply doesn’t appear to be useful.

HOWEVER, Terrence does come up with a very nice concept, which is hidden by his crackpot terminology, and almost lost by his inability to create a truly marketable neologism for it.

I happen to be good at neologisms, so I’ll do it for him.

As I’m watching Terrence, I am quite certain that he has “rediscovered” or “repackaged” some well-known concepts which are an important part of freshman chemistry. In particular, the concepts of electronegativity and electropositivity, which are powerful ideas about how different elements behave due to their electronics, seem to be things he’s describing.

Even more, if we accept that Terrence has rediscovered electronegativity and electropositivity, then he also seems to be proposing a very nice idea which bridges those two concepts, and which is frankly very needed, that idea being what I might call, more marketably, electroneutrality.

This is not Earth-shattering, but it’s nice.

So let me just be very clear. In a crackpot way, using bad terminology, making bad predictions, and wrapping it all in an unnecessary “musical” paradigm which most people don’t find useful at all, Terrence has still pushed a rather innovative idea – that highly “electroneutral” elements like carbon are a special thing we need to talk about in that context.

None of that is anything that my freshman chemistry professor didn’t say in different, more conventional ways. That’s exactly how I spotted it in Terrence’s ramblings. But bear in mind – that man was a true genius – with a photographic memory. He was a highly awarded and esteemed scientist, who worked on the Manhattan Project and many other such things. He was a rock star at the university. Students fought with each other and with the campus bureaucrats to get into his classes.

And while that great educator came close, but didn’t quite do it, Terrence straight-up pinpointed the fact that a curve inflection (think second derivative!) located between electronegativity and electropositivity is actually something worth conceptualizing, appreciating, and TEACHING.

I can imagine Terrence in my college chemistry class, taking that idea up to my professor, and that wonderful man not only listening and understanding through the broken terminology, but doing a complete lecture to us on what Terrence had just told him, or using it to create a test question, which he often did when somebody said something he found to be profound. I can see that same professor pushing the idea in chemical education – maybe even writing a paper on the concept. And in doing so, he would have demonstrated discipline to Terrence, showing him the true value of his thinking, and helped him to become an honest-to-God scientist.

I’m not certain if Terrence’s musical and frequency viewpoints have any real value in chemistry, but I do find them fascinating for both scientific and artistic reasons. Beyond that, the reason I don’t dismiss the possibility outright, is that Terrence put his finger on the undervaluing of electroneutrality in chemistry, using his bizarre methodology. So the fact that he came up with a worthwhile thought using it, may say something for the methodology used, especially if the latter could be cleaned up and made practical. I would bet against it, but not so much that I might not actually try to fully understand his frequency methodology at some point.

Like I said earlier, I have always gained something by trying to understand crackpots. Because, as I said, in every crackpot, there is a real scientist trying to get out and say something.

Back In My Day: Scoundrels & Heroes; Soundrels, Part 3- Local Industry, Economics & The Uniparty Gameplan

It is time for more truth telling. Most should agree by now the MAGA operation is in full swing and there is really no reason to be cryptic and flip floppy anymore.

We move from the world of agriculture into industry with an aluminum smelting operation located in the same rural area of the Bootheel. A rarity of a dirty, but important mill in the middle of nowhere that has provided 20-30% of domestic production for six decades.

There was a recent post made in a daily a month ago of a statement from Sen. Josh Hawley of MO lamenting the closure of an aluminum smelting plant in New Madrid County, MO; which is in the subject bootheel of southeastern MO from BIMD. The company’s biggest competitors are from China of course. The links below describe it and the situation.

So how could the demise of this relatively unknown mill in farm country have such an impact that politicians would be jumping through hoops before the public to act concerned and involved in a resolution? The journey begins.

Common sense seems to indicate the industry is vital. As an example, the electricity grid is somewhat dependent on it to transmit the juice. Those pretty little EV’s that are going to save the planet are seemingly dependent on it in their manufacturing and operation as well as for the manufacture of all those gorgeous, environmentally sensitive solar panels and windmill blades.

Why There Is An Aluminum Smelting Mill In The Bootheel

We will now look at how the mill got there by understanding the founding company more – Noranda Aluminum.

Most would probably not know that this mill goes back well before BIMD in the region. The operation was originally called Noranda and was in business and thriving when I lived and worked in the bootheel. It was known throughout the area as the highest paying employer for the working man in that region. There was never a shortage of applicants for the few jobs that would open each year as people retired, became disabled or passed away. You can learn more in the links below.

Many steel, aluminum, etc. mills are located in more rural areas with lower land and facilities costs. Noranda locating their plant in the middle of the country in a rural area of the Midwest with low building costs, reasonable access to the Mississippi River, railroads, the interstate system and lower cost coal fired power would be a smart initial move. Labor costs would be lower and more well trained workers could be drawn from markets such as St. Louis.

What Noranda did not know is that a decade later the EPA would have a bigger hammer in pushing electricity providers to add expensive scrubbers and to use lower sulfur content coal in the area power plants from western states such as Wyoming. Which is exactly what happened to the power company I worked for in the area BIMD. It is as described in BIMD: Scoundrels, Part 2 in the obituary of attorney George K. Reeves of the Ward & Reeves law firm. Up to that time coal fired power companies in the state purchased coal from surface mining (strip mining) in their own state of Missouri as well as nearby Kentucky. My employer had contracted for years a portion of the electricity generated by Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s (AECI) coal plant known as the Thomas Hill Energy Center in Clifton Hill, MO today. AECI’s biggest customer was Noranda BIMD. With the EPA emphasis on lowering the sulfur dioxide during the period, they also eventually switched to Wyoming coal. This caused the rates to go up to all customers including Noranda. Eventually AECI could no longer handle the lower rates Noranda needed as well as supply requirements and a different arrangement was worked out with the much larger Ameren to do so.

All of that coal supply chain switching began an increasing of power rates over time, that combined with paying higher wages pushed costs and resulting Noranda product prices up. Another miscalculation of Noranda ownership was the zeal of which the uniparty and their globalist cohorts would support the thawing of relations with China and its own developing smelting operations. China, Inc. began to ramp up production over the years until it became less expensive for domestic customers to buy from them despite it taking longer to receive the product. China had then and still has no environmental constraints. They use coal fired electricity widely and have ample low cost labor. The Chi-coms do whatever they want to do. They simply kill people who cause trouble for them. Thanks to the clowns paving the way for the uniparty globalists who consequently jumped into bed with the Chi-coms, it was only a matter of time before Noranda failed.

Once again, America last. Remember that the groundwork for this was laid in the Nixon years by his utilization and belief in who? Henry Kissinger. This is a perfect illustration of the span of time necessary to complete fundamental change in governance, national economies, etc. It is not done in quick soundbites and through executive orders by the POTUS of the day. It is done in backrooms and through back channels by people with money and power at their disposal. They utilize the “intelligence” agencies and clandestine military operations to plant and carry out coups, revolutions and “national security” operations to effect their will on the unwilling. The legacy media (fake news) has always been just a propaganda arm of who holds the power behind the scenes that they shield from public scrutiny. We will address this more after the completion of BIMD as I focus more on Civilized War stories.

Economic lesson incoming. Anytime there is a restart of a deceased business in a mature industry such as aluminum smelting, there are requirements that must be met to ensure its success. First and foremost will always be meeting the basic needs of the business and its process/methods. The demise of Noranda three years before told the new ownership group what that was. For Magnitude 7 it would be sufficient capital, meeting current and anticipated EPA requirements, cheap and dependable source of power long term, lower cost labor, demand for product, and governmental support. Did the ownership have these primary issues covered?

Nope, not even close. They lit a match to their money and burned it. Our economic lesson to understand is that sometimes wealthy and/or highly successful people make stupid decisions because they become filled with pride or unduly enamored with the subject of their affections.

Politics And Jobs

The political posturing on both sides of the aisle this year relating to this mill has been interesting to say the least. After Sen. Hawley spoke out, MO AG Andrew Bailey jumped in to gain some political traction.

It is worth noting that AG Bailey mentions the company appeared to not act on offers that would have enabled it to continue operations. How viable those offers were is not discussed. A cursory review of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) company/employee related activities noted several filings in recent months. With the union contract involved, this would not be a surprise. It may have also contributed to the decision by the company’s ownership to shut down.

The following link of 2/21/24 gives a good perspective from the worker standpoint. It appears there may be attempts underway to find a resolution. However, some of the employees will never return to work at the mill regardless of what happens.

The current MO GOP governor, Mike Parson, vetoed a line item in the budget that would have provided the funding the keep the plant operating. I have no idea if Parson is truly MAGA or Uniparty. He appears he may be a convert to MAGA after the Mittens Romney fiasco of 2012. In my opinion it can happen and it explains PDT’s attitude towards other uniparty politicians at times. Some of them may appear to remain within uniparty control while serving as operatives and informants for the good guys. Another possible example of a MAGA convert from that Romney run is Sen. Bill Hagerty of TN. He has been 100% on the Trump train since 2016. Parson may be as well, I will defer to DePat and others who know current MO politics better than me.

The Brandon (Soetoro) administration has turned a blind eye to this company’s plight in pursuit of the “green” agenda since the plant uses a great deal of electricity provided by the use of carbon based fuels, primarily coal. They have also been squeezing the company on its emissions for awhile now. Their media lackeys continue to beat the pollution drum loudly. With China Joe involved we know what he wanted to happen. More on this is provided in links later in this story.

To survive the company once again needed access to lower power rates to operate profitably as well as funds to install equipment to clean emissions better. Here is a quote from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch of 1/25/24 on the situation. Parson said at an event on Thursday, however, that when government partners with businesses, it has to be a good deal for taxpayers. “We’re not gonna bail anybody out of anything,” Parson said.

So having more dependence on communist Chinese suppliers for smelted aluminum is a good deal for taxpayers, Gov. Parson? Tax payers equal American citizens who strongly prefer to remain independent of communist China.

Regardless of the decision to resurrect Magnitude 7 or to allow it to die, it has been puzzling that the vast majority of all elected officials in state and federal offices throughout the country thought partnering with government and running the money printing presses at full throttle was a great idea to do back in 2008 with big banks, big insurance, auto manufacturing, etc. However, to do that with a relatively minuscule amount of funding from taxes for dirty industries vital to national security and infrastructure like the subject, steel mills, and such…well…they have more important uses for the money such as giving it to war pig industries and paying pensions in Ukraine.

Oh, c’mon, Gov. Parson. You are either posturing, still in the uniparty, or an idiot. That statement is too transparent to be effective.

The Truth Of The Situation

Not everything is as it seems or appears and this is one of those times in my opinion. At press time for this part of the story, the following scenarios appear to be possibly involved.

1) Even red state governors have been proven to cozy up to the money of China, Inc. to benefit their states and themselves at the loss of their personal integrity and national security. Parson may be making sure China’s position in the industry remains strong by ensuring American output reduces by 20-30% of its past levels.

2) The Democrat funding bill sponsor (Quade) may be playing politics as well. The major issue is access to lower costing energy to make the company’s operations competitive and profitable long term. If it is successful doing that and gaining labor contract concessions it will be able to afford to install equipment to clean emissions better. The reality is she may be posturing for the loss of 400 union jobs to rally the union vote in the upcoming elections while knowing the electric rates and EPA issues will keep it shuttered, which is what the Dems really want.

3) This plant shut down for a couple of years once before when Noranda owned it for similar reasons. It had twice the number of employees at one time compared to now. It would be expected that money could be saved from operations if wages are lower as the number of employees is right sized to the projected revenues. Rightsizing workforces can be much more difficult to get done and the costs of doing so higher when union contracts are involved. Guess what state passed the right to work law in recent years that did not exist with the current company’s restart or Noranda? Yup, Missouri. If Magnitude 7 bankrupts out of existence or otherwise sells assets at the site in liquidation; at some point it frees a new entity to purchase facilities for a restart later with the current union contract eventually terminating. A GOP controlled state legislature and governor might want to wait awhile for a potential buyer before they assist in negotiating new power rates as well as giving credits for emissions equipment.

Presently, I will take Door #3 – for the most part. There is a caveat. Timing is a critical issue and 2025 would be optimum for restart if PDT wins. With the rise of China, Inc. in the past few decades Noranda and the current company proved incapable of operating profitably as well as not responding to the EPA requirements The tariffs PDT imposed have not proven to be enough to turn it around primarily because of the electrical rates and secondarily because of the EPA.

But there was also an under-discussed factor. COVID destroyed product sales demand right after PDT’s tariffs were placed on China.

Moves and countermoves. This picture is far bigger than a small mill in the Bootheel.

Our economy was running at breakneck speed once PDT took over. COVID destroyed the momentum. Many businesses and millions of people suffered and died worldwide. Which was the intent of China, Inc. and their buddies in crime, the uniparty globalists. All of it was intentional and staged into play as the documented evidence clearly reveals. This is no secret, it is staring everybody right in the face with documentary evidence everywhere. All you have to do is remember the masks and the constant fear porn directed at you from every corner of the country.

Do not tell me that any of them actually gives a rats behind about the average human. We the People need to remember that when we think about giving them our money, time, children, the sweat of our brows, taking that needle into our arms, or swallowing those pills.

As it applies to the current Magnitude 7 situation, with COVID trashing the American and other major world economies along with the high operating costs associated with electricity and union labor; there was no way for the company to dig out without government assistance. However, there could be other reasons the ownership chose not to accept assistance that MO AG Bailey alluded to being available.

Owners of businesses in trouble have been known to have their companies finish taking a dive for the benefit of others in return for unusual and sometimes hidden forms of compensation, especially when the offering side controls enforcement of laws and regulations along with having a friendly judiciary. The uniparty controls enough of the federal system to provide that environment. Anybody having doubts the uniparty globalists along with China, Inc. would do so to keep the subject mill closed needs to rethink their position. Another possibility (probability) is the usual product dumping that occurs to drive less financially strong competitors from the market. This happens with impunity when similar federal enforcement and judiciary are in place.

New Madrid County’s residents will be hurting for a time, so the state legislature needs to do all it can to assist in the interim period. But the truth is the county’s total population is only about 16 K. County leaders and businesses need to be about recruiting and working on developing other business opportunities to create jobs. They have depended on this one employer to sustain things for over 50 years. They placed all their eggs in the one basket knowing full well it could permanently die at some point.

You can see this dependence in the forlorn statement of their State Senator in the provided link. He is a Republican from the little town of Holcomb, population 600 or so plus dogs, cats and watermelons. The later of which are the best tasting I have ever put in my mouth. Something about the soil there makes them a known delicacy in the area, at least they were BIMD. But I digress.

But Wait, There’s Even MOAR!

The real battle has very little to do with Magnitude 7 Metals and the closure of an underperforming aluminum smelting mill. This is not to trivialize the loss of many jobs in a rural area that can ill afford it, however, this company is just a pawn on the uniparty chess board and a political talking point. The county has a small population and leans GOP regardless of the mill being open or not. The mill had closed for 2.5 years after Noranda shut down before Magnitude 7 restarted it. Besides posturing about the loss of union jobs, these links reveal the real Dem game plan.

Relating to the first link, anybody with any common sense at all knows you could never operate an aluminum smelting mill with solar and wind generated power. The absurdity is off the charts. So what are they really aiming to accomplish other than propaganda for the brain dead? This is about what Cankles said during her failed POTUS election bid about coal that helped cement her loss along with her “deplorables” miscue. Oh yeah, I remember. “…we’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.” Which would mean coal fired power plants as well. That is still the game plan of the uniparty globalists; to shut down the American economic engine and destroy the American spirit.

Which leads to the second link from commie NPR. You will find discussion on Ameren’s Labadie power plant being one of the ten worst polluters in the Midwest. Which is an interesting way to make a point since Labadie has been in full compliance with stringent EPA regulations for decades. The EPA and political pressure to remove coal fired generation, however, is pushing electricity providers to close plants early that need large capital commitments for scrubbers and or conversions to natural gas. When that happens they still need to provide customers with power, so they contract for excess supply from other producers at higher rates than they can produce the electricity themselves. As an example Ameren is closing one coal fired plant earlier than planned this year, Rush Island. That means less internally generated power production. Rates will be going up and there is not much negotiation by the state that will help the subject mill, which has been an Ameren customer. If rates go up significantly in Missouri and the Midwest due to the abandonment of coal fired plants that are the core power providers while demand for electricity is strongly growing with their federally forced promotion of EV’s on manufacturers and other focuses; what do you think will happen to the overall economy of the region? Where are the replacements of nuclear and natural gas plants? Nowhere. With a strong downturn the uniparty will be out in full force selling lies that unfortunately usually leads to their return to power at the state level when We the People lose our minds and vote for them.

Then there is the third link which is pure lunacy.

It is the same old game plan already used in every blue state in America involving the Commiefornification of the country with the uniparty pulling the strings.

Under the guise of doing good for society by improving the environment the cabal is moving to undercut the economic lifelines of millions, which slowly destroys the unwitting who believe them. None will or can answer why they are personally owned by the biggest polluting country in the world that uses oppressed citizenry and slave labor who steal technology and governmental/business intel. They cannot respond to how they plan to wall off the polluted air and water produced in China and other economies from the rest of world.

This nation can run clean power plants on natural gas for centuries from its own resources. When you consider our known coal reserves we are nearing 1000 years of sufficient carbon based fuels within our nation’s current control for purposes other than transportation. Then add in the centuries of known oil reserves and the increasing technologies developing from other naturally existing elements and matter to serve the purpose for transportation needs. Over time technology has developed and would continue to develop at an even faster rate to clean up the coal burning process if funding was used for the purpose instead of forever war pig wars and regime changes. As an example, if readers chose to do so they could go back to a portion of my BIMD story about Coal Mining Heroes and see where B. Ray Thompson developed and used a nearly zero emissions coke (coal) oven for industrial purposes over a half century ago.

The gaslighting of the uniparty globalists and their EPA/university “research” brown shirts is incalculable. So, what gives with this devious assault? Quite simply, the evil globalist cabal’s membership wants the resources we have in America and they will kill us all off to get them. I really could care less about their motives. That they have evil intent and are opposed to God’s order for mankind is all I need to know.

For the historical, local effect relating to the mill in this story, we can reference back to the JER interview in BIMD: Scoundrels – Part 1 and what he says about New Madrid County back then. They played it straight and kept their governing clean. It was completely different than the corruption of Democrat, mob controlled Pemiscot County. As a result it had a large bloc of long term conservative GOP voters even after the plant employees unionized. In the current situation the Dems and RINO’s are attempting to seize some publicity by posturing about the loss of jobs by using their prostitute media as they continue to undermine the overall economy and jobs of the very people who are ignorant enough to vote for them and not stand in the gap for their fellow citizens.

This usual display of liberal (socialist) politics over substance will not work for the Dems in New Madrid County itself because of history, political attachments and the type people who live there. The people view the EPA as an enemy of the common man who have caused problems there for decades. They have values and common sense that Dems and RINOs are clueless about. They know how to make ends meet when times are tough. Many have planned for the contingency and have other jobs lined up.

Which is true for most Missourians as has been proven with the more MAGA elements of the GOP taking control of state government in recent times. But all politicians need to know, even the MAGA types, that the people are getting smarter. They are paying closer attention now.

It may be back to watermelon farming and such for a time for those who remain in New Madrid County. More equipment operators may be available for any corporate farms that bought out the family farms. Some workers have their CDL’s and will hit the roads in the trucking industry. Just make no mistake, what started as planned controlled implosion in the Dems quest to reassert itself in the region, state and nationwide politics; will likely…

Boomerang. It is just a matter of time in my opinion.

MAGA – Solutions

What the Uniparty and commies suspect, but do not yet want to accept is they no longer can fool over half of the American public. They miscalculated with the COVID hoax and jabs. Too many of We the People wised up to be easily misled anymore. Their institutions that have worked against average Americans for over a hundred years have been crumbling. People today know far more than any of us did even 20+ years ago. Citizen journalists have already replaced the prostitute fake news media for the majority of Americans. We the People have no time or inclination to listen or view the reports that are repeated over and over again in the fake news by propagandist mockingbirds. This is why viewership and traditional talk radio is tanking. It is why media outlets are failing and laying off employees in droves. All the swamp critters have to keep them in power is election cheating, which will eventually be destroyed.

PDT, patriots and supporters have orchestrated a massive awakening about the real world that took the demons around 200 years to construct in America.

What we frequently still miss in that understanding is that it was then and is now all in God’s timing. We have grown accustomed to instant gratification as a society, even as MAGA patriots.

Quick, easy fixes and trying to incite others into doing what we ourselves are not willing to expend the effort to do is not going to work. Ever. All that does is circumvent the process of actually fixing things. When people do that they call into question their motives.

Which is where we find ourselves today as Americans, facing that decision of continuing to try to do it our way or the Creator’s way.

I brought up vices, deviancies and cults in previous parts to this story because they are directly linked to personal slavery and the destruction of America. In this part of the story we see the environmentalists who are willing to destroy the well being of millions of people in pursuit of the tenets of their religion. That religion ignores God’s clear instructions in Chapter 1:28-31 of Genesis to tame the world for the benefit of His crown jewel – mankind.

Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so. Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. The world was created for mankind, not the reverse. The Word states that. Being a good steward of His creation as well as His people that it benefits are not mutually exclusive realities. Those who fail to realize mankind’s value or take actions to harm them do not believe the Word of God. They self identify, they cannot hide. They also act in direct conflict with our nation’s Declaration of Independence and Constitution as well as the rule of law that is based upon them. Our founding fathers built the observance and dedication to God as well as the value of mankind into those founding documents. It is an inescapable truth.

God says in His Word that man was made in His image. If you are a Christian, you are not permitted to hate who God created. To do so reveals rebellion and/or disbelief in God. Guess what two American founding documents also reflect that truth? Those documents codify the unity of people and purpose in America.

None of that states that we are to ignore as well as not defend or seek justice when attacked. There is discipline for harming the lives of others.

Everything you need to know about sustaining life on this planet is contained in the quoted Genesis scripture in bold above. Some may say that was the Old Testament, what about Jesus and what he said and did? He confirmed the law and the prophets in Matthew 5:17-19. Genesis is in the Torah (Pentateuch for Christians), which contains the law. It is a liturgical blueprint that is believed to have been provided prior to the creation of the world according to the rabbinic Talmud related, Midrash. Christians know that Jesus was there in the beginning per the Gospel of John 1:14-18. It is all neatly tied together with a bow on top. Accept or do not accept – the personal results from the choice are yours to own.

Equally important to consider is what God does not say through His Word that some of mankind continuously adds to or reinterprets throughout history. The Bible also has something to say about all of that. Do Not. Old Testament – Deuteronomy 4:2. New Testament – Revelation 22:18-19. There are many admonitions against it in both testaments. A particular favorite of mine is Galatians 1:6-9 where Paul states:

I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel, which is not just another account; but there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, even now I say again: if anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed! (NASB)

Even today sinful, contrary gospels have been openly promoted throughout our culture and preached in some of the pulpits. The Scoundrels use it and many other apostasies to add to their evil ranks. Just as the Scoundrels of BIMD chose doing evil against their fellow mankind.

For those caught in their web you will receive the equivalent of this worldly instruction, “All you got to do is trust what he tells you.”, as Jaybird instructed Green in Scoundrels, Part 1. Jaybird was soon murdered after that statement by the same people he told Green to trust. Green lived and died in a pathetic state of being some time later, trying in his own way to make things right and knowing people viewed him as a pariah. So much for doing the work of and trusting Scoundrels, right?

These deceivers, abusers and murderers are the real Scoundrels. Those who believe they can ridicule, manipulate, injure, murder and steal the rights, lives and souls of others with impunity; while acting like they are pure as the driven snow for the official narratives and records. They even treat it like it is a sport, a competition to see how well they can screw somebody else over. They are unworthy of the air they breathe, however, the Lord said to allow these tares to grow with the wheat in the parable in Matthew 13:24-30. He will handle what happens at the harvest, which is an excellent Bootheel agriculture related example in my opinion.

For Heaven’s and your own sakes, stop apologizing for living a life of principle and integrity. You owe no man or woman who works against God and His order for the world that accommodation. Set your hope on the horizon and expect good to win out.

By so doing we can use a phrase from yesterday and throw a monkey wrench into the machinery of their criminal system. This phrase appears to trace back to Democrats in America doing what Democrats in America seemingly always have done and still do today. Per wordorigins.com:

That would be 140 years ago. It is the same old same old, generation after generation. Nothing has changed in terms of their goals and methods. The tools they use may be different, but nothing has changed. How many times must we be shown to identify those opposed to America fulfilling its promise? These people are not the friends of an America founded on Godly principles as stated in our founding documents.

If you have tendencies and dependencies with any vices, deviancies, and cults – now would be a really good time to stop giving personal plantation masters power over your person, your money, your families, your community and your nation. The more we can disengage from their control, the better off we will all be. Shun them, their desires and their representations. You know what you need to do, you do not need me or anybody else to tell you. Just know that MAGA and We the People are depending on you. We need each other, God designed it that way.

Conclusion

In Part 4 it is time to move to the positive side of the ledger and reveal some personal unsung heroes from BIMD. They made things better for many people whose lives they touched. They were lights who cared about their fellow mankind and took action. None indicated they had any idea they were doing anything unusual or special, yet, they did.

Civilized War: MAGA – Resistance

The following is just one person’s observations and opinion – this guy. You would not believe the number of rewrites this has taken on. However, with this we begin the disclosure of why many of my BIMD stories are titled “Civilized War”. From this point on, generally, the stories may be a little longer, but only be posted about once per month. There will still be Heads Up posts occasionally.

The New American Frontier

Fedsurrection a/k/a The Buffalo Jump, or if you prefer, the jumping the shark moment in time; is the perfect symbol of the ongoing intentional collapsing of American culture. It is another in a very long list of manufactured events to intentionally sell the impression that resistance to those in control will be futile. The long planned and implemented events and activities have been increasing in frequency for 150+ years. Simply put, they hate MAGA and love of country.

Fedsurrection is a blatant example of the more recent battles within the Civilized War.

We have all learned that many of the people who currently control our nation do so in collusion with one another and are represented by a globalist operated uniparty that has international connections, obligations and goals. That group’s control has been ascribed to the Committee of 300, the City of London, the Illuminati, Freemasonry, etc. Regardless, there is no question they all use rhetoric to appease while not providing desired results for We The People, whom they actually abhor. Year after year, fake election after fake election, they fail to meet our expectations while satisfying their own desires first and foremost. If they walk into office on fire for America, they frequently give in to the pressure and become useless to average Americans.

As MAGA supporters you know truth now. As an example you know Fedsurrection has been openly revealed as just another scam, a hoax, bullshiz. Our opposition proved once again they do not care at all about the citizens of this nation and have weaponized nearly all areas of government. They openly declared war on We The People who objected then and now since many of us do not cower down or believe the lies that have been told. In the process they created panic, incited, roughed up, murdered, harassed and arrested; all while lying with straight faces to the cameras of their complicit media comrades as well as corrupt judges. Congress played their parts. Law enforcement and the judiciary performed their scripted roles then and now to facilitate… The Big Lie.

MAGA knows it is just cover for the stolen elections. Criminals doing what criminals do.

They use the same game plan within many other segments of society, industries, media, religions, etc. Controlled demolition and implosion – intentionally – to undermine the foundation of our country and its people. Anybody want a Bud Light? A planned takedown of an American icon significantly impacting the shareholders of the parent company as well as consumers. Does MAGA shop at Targay any more? Nope. Do you trust your kids to run around unattended at a Disney park or watch their latest movie release without at least screening it first? Not a chance. For sports lovers; do you enjoy Sports Center as much as you once did with the endless daily lectures about social justice and what you should think and how you should act? Get out of here with that. How about when it comes from the pulpit of the church you have attended for years when you hear that Jesus accepted something nasty or was this or that, yet, you see no evidence of it in scripture? Do you get tired of reviewing your children’s school text content, library books, and homework assignments for woke crap while addressing teaching methods that dumb down your kids? Always.

It is not just stupidity or misguided – it is intentional. As a result you now have zero reasons to trust anything that American leadership within the Uniparty of Dems, Establishment GOP and RINOs does or says. Even some MAGA appearing or claiming politicians are actually deep state Uniparty plants who undermine the rights of We The People. Their collective goals are power and plunder of America as well as the world. To receive their share of the spoils they have to do the dirty against all of us. And boy, do they ever receive the benefits. Some walk into office with nothing. When they exit they are multi-millionaires.

You now know with certainty where members of Congress, state legislatures, local governments, governors, appointees, alphabets, media, foreign press, churches, schools, businesses, friends, neighbors, and especially your family members stand. Their responses and non-responses to Mueller, Ukraine, stolen elections, trannies, abortion, pedophilia, sex trafficking, Epstein, Fedsurrection, COVID, jabs, Briben, Soetoro, the Clintons, the Bushes, Gates, Fauci, Barr, etc. tell you who people are, what they actually believe, and what they think of you and your beliefs. You have these and many other litmus test results right in front of you.

One brief example jumps out at me from my career – Quantitative Easing by the Fed. There may have never been a person, business, or nation that has worked their way out of debt by deeply diving into massive amounts of more debt. Yet, the Uniparty, globalists, fake financial gurus, Wall Street, and so on sold that as the answer to the debt markets collapse of 2008. Proverbs 22:7 – The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender. (NASB) As a result of your acceptance of their lies, American citizens, you are now a slave to the debt holders (lenders). They told you that your government would collapse, your jobs would die, your 401-k’s would dry up, there would be no Social Security, etc. to fear porn you into submission. It was lies and damn lies. Then the criminals took their usual way back to solvency through endless wars by wasting the blood of humanity for their gain.

Intentional, part of the plan.

However, now, light has been shone on all of it and if your eyes are open truth is revealed. Anybody that believes or supports the actions taken by these traitors, seditionists, perverts, deep state actors, media propagandists, etc. – the corrupters of minds, bodies and souls; have become part of the same pot of evil. No longer is there any neutral ground to hold; you are either full bore MAGA or you are an opponent of America and its patriotic, God fearing citizens.

I am asking some of you to suspend any predetermined disbelief of the following connections and parallels for the time being. Just roll with it. You can erase it from your memories later if so inclined.

Resistance Begins When…

Everything comes into focus when we acknowledge God as the sole authority over His creation. Following the path that leads to Him is the only way to peace and security. He made it all, He will break it or fix it in accordance with His desires. He is the great I AM. He is sovereign.

Past proves present reveals future. So let’s start with the past.

In I Corinthians 9:22, Paul states, “To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak; I have become all things to all people, so that I may by all means save some.” (NASB)

In my opinion this is one major MAGA supporting answer to all this mess. Paul says “save some” in his statement. We need to acknowledge that we cannot save the world, we may not even be able to save America or even some people we care deeply about near to us. That is not our job anyway, that is the role of our Creator. However, when we work to help others where we are we can help in the Civilized War to save some. We can help increase the numbers of the remnant that survives and even thrives until Christ returns.

Go back to the times of Jesus on this planet. He knew everything that was happening. He knew innocent people were being used, abused and murdered all around him. Even with that foreknowledge and full authority granted by the Father, he did not stop it. He focused on His assigned mission. So should we.

In my opinion, this approach toward mankind may be because death in this world is not the end. Life continues on past physical death here.

Whatever the reason, in doing work for the Kingdom we use the direction Jesus gave His disciples in Matthew 10:14, “And whoever does not receive you nor listen to your words, as you leave that house or city, shake the dust off your feet.” (NASB) This action was also taken by Paul and Barnabas in Acts 13:51 in their missionary journey.

So what does this mean for us now and how is applied today?

We need to do what Jesus told his disciples to do in Matt.28:19. Summarized – go and tell others about His sacrifice, love for them, what it means to be a follower – make disciples. Notice what He did not say. He did not want his disciples to just preach salvation messages and move on or He would have said that. He wanted them to make disciples. We can believe Jesus to be the Savior without taking it any farther in our daily living. The instruction from Him means going deeper and being more committed in understanding and living the faith daily. Then go and deliver same to others.

As to America, we know the truth about many things in our country within the MAGA movement. Our role as MAGA participants is to make more disciples for MAGA, just like Jesus instructed His followers. We first need to rebuild trust. For it to happen the way it could and should, the words and practices of Jesus should be integrated through the Holy Spirit that He left for us, who exists to bring glory to Father and Son. The words and actions of Jesus deliver His truth and are the sources of power. Again, our nation was founded on belief in God, His provision and His principles. The vast majority of our forefathers knew and acted on these truths under extreme stress and threats. Know the history of our nation.

To succeed in the discipling for MAGA, we must be in sync with the discipling for Jesus. They are interconnected. God did not send His Son to die for us and conquer death to just allow His creation to fall back into evil and death. We have not immersed ourselves into MAGA to retreat from the fight.

That we have not been in sync with this is why everything seems so out of whack, so bizarre at times. A world of opposites that makes no rational, much less Biblical sense. We are not being as effective as we could be if we chose to center our efforts around what Christ taught and do MAGA His way. We move beyond PDT and any dependence on worldly leaders in this approach.

Doing so will not guarantee positive outcomes for all people. Despite our best efforts, sometimes no amount of education and encouragement of a targeted audience will produce the desired results for Jesus or for America. However, our faithfulness provides the best opportunity for success in the primary mission, which is interconnected. Taking action proves us faithful to our Lord and His will, which provides great benefit to America and the world.

Which leads to the Parable of the Sower found in three of the gospels, during which Jesus explains its connection to the fulfillment of a prophecy in Isaiah. I enjoy the version in Matthew, which is found in 13:1-23. But to cut to the chase, we desire the seed to be planted into good soil that allows the roots to grow deep and eventually produces an abundant yield when tended well by the sowers.

Our love and caring for a desired outcome and “winning” can cloud the mission that Jesus assigns us. The truth is some people are doomed by their own choices, others are in danger, and still others may accept our guidance and turn toward the desired outcome. Our acceptance of whatever outcome results is key. Despite my joy, concern, or even sorrow for the results; it does not change the mission Christ gave me through His Holy Word to deliver the message and try to save some. We see similar results when spreading the truth of MAGA.

A Real World Example

I left the United Methodist Church (UMC) denomination eight years ago after saying what the Lord placed on my heart and planting seeds with local, district and conference UMC leadership and fellow members for many years. I spoke and wrote the applicable words of scripture to them and relayed the message the Lord desired of me that explicitly explained that many were choosing culture and politics over scripture and their first love, Jesus. I was one voice of millions who spoke before, during and after the deep split that was finalized in 2022; a Civilized War that had been waged for over 50 years.

I was active in leadership roles starting in local congregations since 1979. A close friend and best man at my wedding to Rock Star was a district lay minister in the denomination. He was a UMC General Conference delegate (Congressional voting member equivalent) for 16 years until his back pain from a previous injury became so bad he had to reduce his travel. He was a close friend while sharing common beliefs at the UMC General Conference meetings with a close family member of Rush Limbaugh, whose family was from the neighboring city of Cape Girardeau, MO. Although I personally never met Rush, through my friend I knew about him and even his personal “issues” going back over 40 years. He got over and through most of them just like many of us. 🤣 He knew what he knew because he grew up in the middle of a family very involved in education, law/judiciary, and politics for about two centuries.

For what it is worth, I was asked by our Conference leadership to accept a similar role as my friend about 20 years ago for our region. I declined because I had learned too much about the denomination and was in a very busy period of my career.

The UMC leadership was never willing or possibly able to lead the flock back to their first love, Jesus, the reason for their existence as a Christian faith based denomination at all. Their antiquated organizational structure assisted the internal fracture. The buck never stopped anywhere. Bishops would routinely ignore the rulings of the UMC Judicial Council, which were supposed to be final. The rulings also began to detour away from the established practices and core beliefs. Through the years the doctrinal language in The Book of Discipline was under a constant state of attack and became watered down into meaningless gibberish. As a result apostasy became the doctrinal norm, which did the work of Satan. Some of the leaders would take time about openly violating the rules and pushing the boundaries. (Sound familiar?)

As our time to leave drew near, I sat across the desk from our relatively young senior pastor who later became a District Superintendent over 100+ churches/pastors. I asked him this question, “If a situation was present in the church such that the resolution led to a conflict between what scriptures say versus the UMC Book of Discipline and your bosses, which would you choose to follow?” The answer – his bosses and The Book of Discipline would dictate. I asked him why. He said because he believed his bosses and The Book of Discipline were selected and assembled by people who had been called by God into the positions they held. He trusted their wisdom and decision making. To me, he revealed he was a loyal box checker with precious little dedication to The Word. His answer indicated his position in the organization meant more than the souls and condition of the people he shepherded.

I thanked him for his time and left. The next time I met with him, a few weeks later, was to tell him our family was leaving the local congregation and UMC, a denomination I had personally been a member of for forty years, thirty of which were in that congregation. It sent mini-shock waves throughout the congregation as well as within Conference leadership. We remain friends with many, some of which who subsequently left in the years that followed. We shook the dust from our feet. I am sure that pastor, now district superintendent, was glad to see me go.

The man is a lifelong UMC member whose father and father-in-law were also senior pastors in the UMC before retirement. He chose his bosses, family tradition and a watered down denominational doctrine manual to keep his position, a future promotion, increased income and pension over scripture and the instructions of Jesus. His bosses had already proven they were apostate by accepting self avowed homosexuals and abortion rights advocates as pastors in direct conflict with the UMC Book of Discipline and even more so the Bible. These people were also teaching other false doctrines in opposition to their own doctrine. Finally, a large international group of Bible believers had enough of trying to educate and reconcile. They did not have the votes to remove the apostate because of a large third segment of delegates who wanted things to stay the same. So the faithful left. They shook the dust…

The ongoing existence of the UMC denomination organizationally as it continued to slowly disintegrate was for one primary purpose; to protect the pensions of the employees. It is an ecumenical denomination that owns all of the properties. Major decisions were made in the hierarchy based on that condition continuing to benefit them. Leadership that I discussed issues with through the years were truthful about the subject and confidentially told me that was the case.

The leadership was about control of the dirt and draining the coffers of the local congregations while appeasing as many factions of the membership as necessary to keep the money flowing. They made it obvious – just like the Uniparty and globalists are doing in America today.

It’s just business – right?

Comparison Time – Parallels

If we compare the UMC’s trends and situation it would nearly mirror our nation’s.

Due to the recent split, the UMC is already brain and heart dead, just on life support to drain whatever blood (money) is left out of its woke corpse. The UMC name has been retained by the Democrat Party, Establishment and RINO equivalents. The local churches that comprise this remnant are a diverse group. One faction are traditionalists who could not or would not afford to pay the exit fee to acquire control of their local church and its properties. Another group are straight out perverts, leftists and communists. Then there are those who pretend to be traditional in belief who are actually lukewarm or worse. The Word has much to say about all of these.

The MAGA equivalents have left (shook the dust from their feet) or are formally in the process of leaving. They formed their own organization that adheres to the Holy Bible (Constitution/Bill of Rights) as written. They have not established a Judicial Council (Supreme Court) yet, but plan to do so and correct the flaws of the UMC version. There is a 17 (yup!) member interim Board controlling the organization temporarily. They believe in limited central government, like our nation’s Constitution provides. They are now called the Global Methodist Church (GMC) and are in the process of correcting many of the system and administrative failures that plagued the former denomination for decades. They are committed to doing the will of the Savior and proved it with their decisions and pocketbooks.

Now here is the part that is left unsaid much of the time. The apostate side should have been compelled to leave the UMC all along as they were violating scripture and the provisions in the existing Book of Discipline. The authorities in the church did not make faithful decisions and take decisive actions to retain the law of the land or the spirit. The voting delegates in General Conferences allowed a divided house to exist that splintered the votes, some joined in with third parties to intentionally split the vote, just like has happened in America. They appeased and slowly enabled over time, just like the Establishment and RINO factions within the GOP. Leadership went along with and encouraged it willingly to preserve their cushy jobs, investment “opportunities” and pensions.

Infiltration versus invasion. The modern day versions of the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes being played out openly in the UMC and within the federal government of America.

Over the past 15 months or so, over 7000 former UMC churches worldwide have paid or are in the process of paying the large exit fees to leave along with many faithful pastors and employees. The UMC pension vested pastors and employees will use the new GMC pension plan, but may need years of service to vest again. Some were not yet vested in the UMC plan and simply have agreed to start over. To all of them the potential personal financial loss was worth it to be faithful to the Lord. The new denomination has established replacement benefit plans for all employees that each congregation pays to maintain with no upstream tack on charges for administration. Each local church congregation owns its respective church property, which demonstrates the motivation of this new GMC organizatio is not to build a brand, acquire wealth, or build a bloated bureaucracy to control the flock and drain the coffers like the existing UMC.

This is a demonstration of what has happened to the federal government in America. In comparison it is now the UMC version when the founding fathers and documents were designed for the GMC version. As Steve says, “limited” government.

The traditionalists who remain in the UMC are currently operating their churches in accordance with their understanding of scripture, which is reflected by the diluted, ineffective Book of Discipline. In the parallel, the equivalent in America would be the so called “battleground” GOP states. These Establishment dominated states and traditional UMC congregations are both also deluding themselves into believing all will be well; that they can exist in harmony with political liberals and thousands of apostate churches. In reality, they are both on slowly sinking ships just biding time. The founding documents are “living” documents to them, which means the goalposts keep moving through reactions to Judicial Committee and Supreme Court decisions. Neither the Constitution or the Bible change meanings of what has been stated. They say what they say, they mean what they mean. A Supreme Court decision in conflict with the Constitution is still illegal, even if a rogue government enforces it as totalitarians do. The same applies with the Bible and apostate interpretations by church authorities.

Some are hoping their congregations can save enough to pay the exit fee in future years. However, over time many members will leave as they realize the truth or lose their interest in Christianity altogether. Their churches will also be targets of the apostate, just like urban centers in America are for the communists. This will cause those local churches to slowly die as many blue cities are doing. But hey, those employed by the UMC and blue governments will still get to add time and money to their pensions while raking in good incomes.

Now it is time to discuss the future.

In spring of 2024, the communist and pervert side of the UMC plans to call for approval of a measure that enforces support for homosexuals in the pulpits, homosexual marriages, abortion rights, etc. Now that the GMC churches have left and many traditionalist members no longer attend UMC churches, it is highly likely they will win that vote and assume control.

It will become decision time for the remaining heads in the sand traditionalists in the UMC. Go along with apostasy, pay the exit fee to keep the local congregation together and join the GMC, or individually leave the congregation and do something else.

It works the same way in DC with the deep state, Congress and our country’s judicial system. They are trying to force MAGA to accept what will always be unacceptable. A day of reckoning is coming – all Americans will choose a side. Many Americans have no understanding of what is happening. They are like the UMC traditionalists. MAGA citizens do, they are the GMCs in the example. But everybody will be compelled to decide. A non-decision is still a decision. There is no escape other than leaving the country, which is also a self-identifying decision.

So, what is happening with local church memberships since the split? Generally, the Globalist Methodists have grown dramatically as they adhere to scripture and the teachings of the Methodist denomination’s founder, John Wesley, which is deeply scriptural. The remnant UMC is losing members and interest. They executed a takeover of a name to get access to cash, property and an income stream that they will use for evil purposes. Once the subject of their takeover dies, they will trash it and move on.

The same already applies to MAGA versus the criminal side of America. The crims take over iconic companies, industries, media, etc. They then use them, rape them of assets, trash them and move on. That is what they are doing to nations of the world and America as well. You know who is of Satan and who is of God by their words and actions relating to same.

Our Creator knew that it all would happen and provided the remedy. Throughout Biblical history, the faithful remnant who were not apostate persevered, returned or remained devoted to their first love, and were restored to God’s grace. They became as a new seed that took root in good soil as stated in The Parable of the Sower. These believers knew those who denied the authority of God and His Word had already condemned themselves to their eventual fate if they did not confess their sins and repent.

In my opinion so shall it be with America subject to the absolute rule and actions of the Creator. The split has already occurred. There is a large group of Americans who are MAGA to the bone and will never go back to Egypt and lives of slavery. We will resist and honor our first love regardless of what is thrown at us. Most of us as citizens have no governing enforcement authority, just like the general membership of the UMC pre-split. Our direct impact is limited to our message, votes for representation, our usage of money and our feet for walking toward or away (shaking the dust). As a result our roles are simply to spread the message of MAGA and live in complete support of Constitutional authority and America First. We will do what we can where we are in hopes that we can save some knowing we are doing the will of the Lord as well as honoring our nation’s founding and its Godly principles. The first and second amendments still apply.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

You do not need the Supreme Court to interpret this. It is what it is and means what it says. We are a free people based on our ruling Constitution. We The People win, opponents lose. Challenge anything and everything in opposition, just do it legally and in accordance with God’s Word.

II Timothy 4:1-4 applies God’s Kingdom as well as MAGA efforts to living in America.

“I solemnly exhort you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; correct, rebuke, and exhort, with great patience and instruction. For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and will turn aside to myths.”

We have reached that point in time.

Conclusion

We will be discussing more about challenging as time goes on. For now, practically, you fight back for America where you are by participating in the election mechanism in your area; by opening your mouths and taking legal actions against all who violate or support criminal activities in opposition to Constitutionally supported laws just as you should in your church with scripture. You contribute by not giving your money to anti-American people, entities and purposes. You participate best by helping America return to its founding and Godly principles through prayer, applying Biblical principles to your personal life, living with integrity and helping others to do the same.

You fight back with something the death merchants and corrupters of souls know nothing about – love. Love is not a wimp. Love is a joyous warrior. Love involves purpose and goes to work. Love slays hate. Love does not give in to those who would maim, kill and steal. Love protects and shields from evil entering the heart and actions of man. Love acts in accordance with God’s commandments and principles to protect the innocent and weak.

I John 4:7-12 states, “Beloved, let’s love one another; for love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. The one who does not love does not know God, because God is love. By this the love of God was revealed in us, that God has sent His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us.

God is love. Our intent is to act within scriptural boundaries and the law of the land with love. Love always wins.

There is a fake news site that exists for the purpose of fooling conservatives, and thereby discrediting them in the eyes of everybody else. As a form of insult to its victims, this website calls itself the “Dunning-Kruger Times”.

While the Dunning-Kruger Times (DKT) website claims that its stories are satire, the stories are always remarkably unfunny, and IMO are clearly not intended to be funny.

They are intended to be believable.

True satire sites of a similar nature typically run stories which slowly increase the level of absurdity until the reader recognizes hyperbole and begins to get the joke. These sites can be incredibly (no pun intended) funny, and have often had me breathless with laughter.

DKT never crafts funny satire. The goal appears to be to get reasonable people to see the story and recognize that the story is reasonable, likely to have occurred, and affirming of conservative values. The stories are easily posted to social media. The trouble is, the stories are never true.

As I have said, the stories are discrediting of whoever posts them, and many famous conservatives (Gov. Greg Abbott and Juanita Broaderick, most recently) have been fooled.

The stories are ALMOST libelous, but under the cover of satire, they remain protected and legal speech. Moreover, because the false allegations are very plausible, the accusations anticipate likely real positions by the people who are libeled, and are thus unlikely to be argued against.

It is my belief that these sites and stories are the work of the 3-letter agencies and/or the DNC, both as a psychological operation against Americans, and in particular as a way of discrediting those who would be expected to post or “like” the stories on social media.

For example, Juanita Broaddrick posted this valid tweet, showing significant public sentiment in favor of country music artist Jason Aldean.

Shortly thereafter, she was apparently misled into posting this tweet.

She also posted this tweet.

Notice how the regime media then amplifies the outcome, by pushing the semi-libelous article onto Broaddrick and not onto the DKT.

In my opinion, Broaddrick was the victim of a disinformation operation.

The good news is, Juanita Broaddrick just keeps fighting. She doesn’t lose heart because the other side got in a couple of sucker punches.

Personally, I think that the DKT needs to be investigated all the way back to their (IMO) CIA, big tech, or DNC roots.

DKT is a discreditation site – a psy-op – and NOT a regular satire site.

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This week, we begin a new half-year of Monday posts.

I am returning the post format to “Wheatie-style brevity” while sometimes adding short topics or notifications.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And yes, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!

We will always remember Wheatie,

Pray for Trump,

Yet have fun,

and HOLD ON when things get crazy!

We will follow the RULES of civility that Wheatie left for us:

Wheatie’s Rules:
