I’m surprised it took me THIS LONG to see how Comey’s multi-layered scam worked, but hey – James Comey is one slick bastard, as you can tell from his long and complex play against President Trump.

Why, Comey’s REALLY BIG PLOT is still unfolding right now. His CRAP is of an almost unearthly complexity. In some ways, it has to be, because the RESOURCES available to pull off his stuff are now geographically diminishing. Not all of the FBI is dirty. But there are still enough dirty resources, nationwide, to pull off false flags, and to achieve necessary timing.

That’s kind of impressive.

This isn’t new. We have literally gone through YEARS of the Comey plot. And I honestly think that the most MURDEROUS MOMENTS are yet to come.

In FACT, maybe arresting that guy wouldn’t have been such a bad idea. Just sayin’. Cuz there gonna be more bodies, if you catch my drift. He ain’t one to give up so easy.

I thought it was hilarious that this Devin Nunes interview appeared in my feed at the moment of writing, because this is EXACTLY what I’m talking about.

And Nunes is just talking about the OTHER end of the conspiracy – the EARLY part. The FAKE FISA and BOGUS IMPEACHMENT plots. The part BEFORE they put the pedal to the metal on guns and mass murders, because they realized that basic impeachment on Russian collusion was DEAD.

Sorry, Comey. We’re keeping both our POTUS *AND* our Bill of Rights. ALL OF IT.

The part of Comey’s FBI conspiracy that’s going on now – the “hit Trump on guns to attack his base” conspiracy – THAT is actually part of the larger Comey FBI conspiracy, but we have to look more closely to see how it’s all supposed to work.

So let’s look more closely, shall we?

It’s the little details that pay off and blow their scam. Just like their “take of the winnings” on Walmart convinced me that the FBI itself REALLY IS the one pulling off the events here, trying to change America, and humanity, so I just realized that Oregon anti-ANTIFA Red Flag Poster Boy (hereafter just RFPB or Red Flag Poster Boy) is also a device used in the “take” of the pot – their COLLECTION – their GOAL.

They NEED Red Flag – that microscopic but ever-present BREAK in due process through which arbitrary arrest and legal-illegal manipulation of the individual is possible. And they will do anything – ANYTHING – to get it.

Everybody KNOWS it, but very few can PROVE IT.

Let’s just say I can open the MALL DOOR to the proof, and BETTER MEN (and maybe some WOMEN) can send in a team to collect the evidence.

Oh, look. Somebody is ALREADY AT THE MALL.

POLITICS. The FBI is not just politicized. The functional FBI are now ALL-OUT POLITICS to stop Trump – but ingeniously hidden underneath the best excuses our tax dollars can buy.

Those are NOT exactly the same thing. What Jack says, sounds like self-defense. What RFPB actually said, amounts to THREATS OF LETHAL RETALIATION AGAINST NON-PERPS.

It’s a RED FLAG NO-BRAINER.

Posobiec is either MISSING the real scandal, or HIDING the real scandal.

Posobiec is saying that red flag did something it didn’t. THAT is a FAKE RED FLAG SCANDAL. And it’s not only wrong – it’s SMALL POTATOES.

But what is he deflecting us from? Turns out, it would be a WAY BIGGER SCANDAL.

Now – when I say RFPB’s commie drama on Ted Wheeler’s lawn was “premeditated”, I’m not talking about Red Flag Poster Boy doing any of the real premeditation. He’s a tool. He’s an easily manipulated patsy, just like the El Paso shooter, whose name is largely kept out of the media (compare to other shooters) because he himself is now an extreme LIABILITY to the FBI.

I will explain later how the manipulation of these patsies works. Down underneath “sources and methods”, the excuse which is used to PROTECT THE SCAM.

You will notice that these tweets got NO engagement – or at least they don’t show any. However, there is a BUG in Twitter’s code, on their deceptive fake numbers of likes and replies, which gives away the fact that they had to clamp down here, and a wee bit of information on HOW. Too bad I was a software developer when I found my hidey-hole in FAKE SCIENCE. I learned what honest I.T. looks like, because I did it, so I can always spot the other kind.

Most people have not actually HAD different kinds of spies and informants around them, but – very weirdly – there are places where you find a LOT of such people. Certain parts of FAKE SCIENCE are indeed such places.

Spying is really a lot like the old “Turing test”, only differently directed in what is being ASKED and TOLD. The thing is, just like “FISA works both ways”, the Turing test works both ways. Normally, in the Turing test, the PERSON tries to figure out if the thing on the other side of the divider is HUMAN or MACHINE. In spying, the SPY tries to figure out if the person on the other side of the divider knows something, what that something is, and whether it’s true or not.

The trouble is, the PERSON and the SPY always give up a lot of information, looking for whatever it is they are looking for, or sparking whatever FIRE they’re trying to set. So if the thing on the other side of the divider is ME – it’s going to ask stupid questions like:

“What is this person or spy trying to do here?”

“What information are they trying to get?”

“What ideas are they trying to plant in my head?”

“What is the PURPOSE of what they are doing?”

Now – I’ve dealt with a variety of informants and spies over my lifetime – many of which were really good. Some of them know I know they are what they are, or at least suspect it. That’s part of the game, too. I hate to say this, but in real life, it was easier for me to have informants and spies, than it was to have real friends. And the fact is, in this world, regular people turn into informants and spies pretty fast when they’re told various lies. It’s just the way things are. SO – to be quite honest – I don’t mind having informants and spies instead of what might be called “friends for no reason”.

Spies and informants are generally very interesting people. Read some books about real spies and you’ll see. They lead weirdly normal but weirdly interesting lives. They’re like professional gossips, snoops, actors and bullshitters for a cause. Everybody should know at least one or two such people, in my opinion. If you know five people who seem kinda like they might be spies, then you almost certainly know at least two. One MAY be a person you suspect. The other will definitely be somebody completely unexpected.

So anyway, one of my informants/spies was really quite good. BUT – because they were asked to get or plant SO MUCH information for SO LONG – well – they gave up a lot of information.

Whoever was coming up with the biggest laundry list of things being looked for was sure worried about Trump, so we’re definitely talking Deep State, for starters. But that was at the tail end of things. See what I’m saying there? You’re probably getting ideas on WHO was asking the questions already. BUT – that will be your call. I have no idea, ultimately. False attribution is very important to these people. So it’s all PROBABILITIES. Nothing is CERTAIN. You have to ASSUME YOU ARE POSSIBLY BEING FOOLED.

One of the things I found most intriguing was that they seemed interested in not just me, but OTHER PEOPLE. Among those other people, there seemed to be one particular group that I also fell into. And if I could characterize that group as anything, it would be potentially believable as mass shooters. Not necessarily potential mass shooters, which is a different thing, but people who others would say “yup – I can see it“, after the fact.

This was obviously a very disturbing realization.

Not only that, but they seemed to:

  • want me on the list
  • want me to do, say, or think things that would in actuality “deepen me” on the list
  • want information that would justify me being on the list

Now – they were ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE for me to say “the N word” to this guy on the phone. They would engage in a lot of very fake talk to try to draw me into using it, which really blew their credibility, but – like I said – they were DESPERATE.

The fact is, when I was a kid, I almost never used the term, but I did once, repeating what somebody had said about my clothes, and a black friend of my mom overheard it. Trust me – I was “learned” not to use the term by what followed. Although when a black guy stole my wedding ring, I did call him that – among many much worse things.

Anyway, they just tried to get me to SAY CERTAIN THINGS, and it was really pretty pathetic. They were definitely looking for any angle to discredit me. They would just work to wear me down on the phone – trying to call late to make sure I was tired – the calls coming like clockwork – multiples of half an hour – you know what I’m saying. It wasn’t about getting the truth. It was about getting what they needed or wanted. But I played along. It was kinda fun. I mean, under Obama, where was I to turn? Who could I go to? Just RIDE THIS SHIT OUT.

They wanted me to be crazy, racist, or violent – OR – and this was weird – to redeem myself in some way by being/becoming/admitting/re-envisioning myself as gay, trans or progressive.

In short, they wanted me to be politically USEFUL from a leftist standpoint – either one way or the other.

There were many attempts to influence as well. Some traps. And a couple of MK trigger tests (that will take forever to explain – not now). But – to be honest – THIS ONE was not nearly as dangerous as some of the other people I dealt with over my life. However, the “shooter background preparation” stuff – that was a bit freaky, and stayed with me.

And THIS. We need to talk about the “others on the list”.

One of the other people who was “on the shooter list” – that mark was definitely NOT WISE to the informant. The mark got very weirded out and flamed out in a dramatic way. What was very interesting THERE was that the person was vociferously pro-2A but ON THE LEFT. At one time, they had a lot of positive reputation, and a lot of influence, but they began a long downward slide. So the complete and utter 2A discreditation of this person – exactly what happened – seemed very “their agenda” if you ask me. There was some China involvement on that one, too, but it’s messy. VERY messy. China sneaking in is not a simple thing. It’s complicated. Good China – even anti-China – will drag in bad China. For some things, the only Safe China is No China. So there was China on it.

And another person on the list also went nutso and even became a THREAT to the informant. I think that person subconsciously knew they were being messed with through information from the informant, but was swinging at air trying to fight off the craziness that was dogging them. It’s a very sad thing to watch people being driven crazy, who both don’t know where it’s coming from, and don’t know how to fight back.

It would be very plausible to just pass these two people off as normal crazies who were being WATCHED by an informant FOR the FBI, but in my opinion they were being MESSED WITH. I was WISE to being messed with – and that’s why I skated through their attempted manipulations.

SO – with all that in mind as my background, let’s talk about Red Flag Poster Boy.

Allow me to be extremely blunt.

Based on my ride in the “Deep State Patsy Wagon”, I can tell you in no uncertain terms that THIS DUDE had way more DS heat and manipulation on him than I ever had. Worse still, he clearly has no clue. I could put this guy up to ANYTHING, and I’m a pretty worthless manipulator. He’s a lovable FRUITCAKE. Hit him with the right stuff, and he’s PUTTY.

Despite what XOR SHILLS are already saying on the Posobiec timeline (yeah, it’s worth a look, if you’re actually at the FBI and know how XOR works. And please don’t send any more of your n00bs to be members here. They might be the WRONG KIND OF YOU.)

This boy RFPB may never have ridden in the back seat of civilian cars at the tail end of the Roswell air show parade, but he was valuable as hell RIGHT NOW, and performed like a champ in giving the globo-futuro-progresso-left exactly what it wanted – individual gun confiscation AND MOAR without actual due process.

If you read the article, you will see that this Kohfield guy has the PERFECT psychology for what they wanted. He was without a doubt understood inside-out by Deep State – and he was understood LONG before they fed him to “Fake Psychiatry” for his “evaluation”.

There are days I don’t know whether to laugh or cry about something, and this is one of them.

Time to be VERY honest.

The very IDEA that this dude – fully monitored through informants and understood by what we might regard as 28th century mental science – then USED like nobody’s business based on that science – and finally – when they’ve gotten the political manipulations of humanity that they needed – was FED back to dopey 21st century psychiatry for his witch-doctor evaluation….

OMG – it’s JUST. SO. CYNICAL.

The people who gave him those 20 days of evaluation have NO IDEA about the criminalization of psychiatry and psychology – much less psychiatry and psychology that would seem like it’s from the FUTURE. But based on what was done in CA3, THAT is what we’re dealing with. Humans understood at THAT level. REPRODUCIBLE. PREDICTABLE. LAB MICE.

The thing that I learned in FAKE SCIENCE is that our local masters developed a kind of patronizing attitude toward us. They didn’t care what we were doing. Why not? Because we were a FRONT. We were CIGAR STORE INDIANS. That is all.

REAL SCIENCE – the crap they USED ON US – and everybody else – is way ahead of whatever we knew.

THAT is why the CLIMATE SCAM WORKS. Fake Science, pretending it’s still in charge of itself, is TOYED WITH and LIED TO with impunity. Because 21st century PHYSICAL science is utterly unaware of 28th-century-equivalent SOCIAL SCIENCE which can completely fool it, today’s scientists are putty in the hands of people who make Uri Geller look sloppy.

Imagine going back in time and FOOLING old scientists because that was your mission. At all possible levels, from global, national, organization, down to individual. Yeah, now you’re seeing it. Now you see how effective that would be. All you have to do is know the reality, and know that your mission is to keep the targets away from it. If you KNOW the points to steer away from, your ad hoc strategy will work like crazy.

At the point of Star Trek: The Series That Nobody Ever Watched, where the “Prime Directive” (LOL) has been so thoroughly sliced, diced, ground to a pulp, and then atomized for interesting plotlines (hey – you’re watching a movie), to the point that it pretty much isn’t THERE – well – then you will see exactly what I’m talking about, and how EASY it is – if you just “defictionalize it” to make the roles quieter, sneakier, and MORE REAL and NOW and HERE.

Oh, let me tell you – defictionalization is a hell of a skill, and you’re gonna love it. It is a FAST way of turning THEIR disinformation into a fucking battle plan.

Imagine how easy it would be to keep old-time scientists off-track – make them miscommunicate – marginalize the wise guys and gals, and promote the frauds and the inept.

Hell – that might even work at the FBI.

What surprises me is how FAST they did it. REALLY fast. The last few decades have given them some real capabilities.

SO – have I woken you up just a bit on HOW they view the PATSIES? Like MICE?

Read the article and listen to how Kohfield – whoops, I mean RFPB – actually VALIDATES all the red flag talking points. His levels of cooperating, SELF-DISCREDITING PER THE DESIRED NARRATIVE, self-critique, and affirmation of the value of his red-flag confessions – what one might call brainwash-washing – all of this may be fine and good, and I would even join his psychiatrists in celebrating it as a good thing – but those psychiatrists are NEVER going to see the bigger picture of how both they and Kohfield were USED as socio-political pawns, kinda like – well – cigar store Indians.

The 21st century psychiatrists are being asked to observe and bless RFPB in the same way that an old Indian chief might be asked to publicly bless the cigar store’s finest Virginia tobacco. THAT part is the gimmick – the real part was MODERN AGRICULTURE and a TRAIN RIDE. So in this case, “certain elements” in the FBI worked the patsy into a highly specified lather using bleeding edge psych tools, pointed him in the right direction, and maybe even helped write his little self-discrediting script.

Actually, I know how that part works. *WINK*

The point is, I know that all this mental manipulation stuff really does take place in the “monitoring” of patsies. Next, I can read quite a bit in the article that tells me this Kohfield dude is a face-palm creation by the FBI. And lastly, here is the kicker, FROM THE ARTICLE:

Oh, clamming up about Red Flag Poster Boy is SMART. Even if Beth Anne Steele is goody two-shoes Dana Scully on this one, she has to know that Kohfield is a HOT POTATO on some stuff everybody at FBI will just want to go away – even their BEST.

Psychology. ASK ME why I know the psychology of SCANDAL and CONSPIRACY so well. The UNCONSCIOUS and SUBCONSCIOUS manipulators and signals of EVERYBODY – particularly the INNOCENT and CLUELESS – are what the plots COUNT ON.

The SIGNIFICANCE of this is much bigger than it appears on the surface. I will explain.

It’s not about me. I’m not sure I ever bought ANY gun-related stuff in Walmart.

It’s not about 2A principles. Walmart is free to do what they wish on guns. THEIR STORES.

It’s not about one store – even a chain – conforming to the Democrat-Commie-Foreign agenda. That is actually SMALL POTATOES.

It’s about CONFIRMATION of WHO the “event people” actually are, and how much control of the FBI they actually have.

First of all, we have to recognize that the official story of El Paso is a LIE. Utter bullshit.

Not only do we have uncontrolled witnesses who give a much different story of multiple shooters, far more in accord with a BODY COUNT beyond the ability of the patsy.

We have photographic evidence that the FBI is simply lying to us. We have THE LED PATSY in action.

At first I thought that this might simply be the “FBI business model problem” which others have pointed out. Their age-old “create some sitting ducks for colorful busts” strategy.

Skip over this important article from Mike Adams, if you’ve already read it. Otherwise, this is an important step in grasping the problem of “maintaining relevance by set-ups” which has plagued the FBI. This was the PRESUMED reason for FBI shenanigans, although Mike Adams is zeroing in on the ideas that things have now gotten SO BAD, the FBI’s motives are also both self-protective and political, in addition to simply proving relevance.

Nevertheless, the most important point is this:

SET-UPS and FRAME JOBS are in the PRACTICED skill set of the FBI.

The problem? This explanation no longer works for me.

The situation is WORSE.

Because Walmart knuckled under to the anti-gun agenda, that retailer was clearly NOT an accidental, coincidental, or unintended TARGET. The political outcome of this attack was obviously CALCULATED to change Walmart. This makes it impossible for the El Paso attack to be anything other than a COMPLEX OUTCOME EVENT – the things I have detected and warned about, as coming from shadowy “historical blood-hoaxing change agents” who – on their own front lines – I refer to as “the event people”. These are the people who set me up multiple times, and I almost always breeze by their traps, knock on wood and praise GOD.

The reason? They have to act without being busted or observed. Thus, their traps usually lie exceedingly close to the edge of plausibility. They have sneaky justifications for what they do, to keep things barely within the law. For example, putting up a “no guns sign” on the door AFTER I walked into the store. What kind of creepy people do THAT?

HA. The COMEY FBI.

Sorry – they are orchestrating, grooming, and assisting MURDERS of humans to achieve some inhuman agenda. This must be PUNISHED by DISCLOSURE, which they HATE and FEAR.

So let’s spell it out.

First of all, it means that THE FBI is not just infiltrated by the “event people”. I think it’s pretty clear that an authorized force within the FBI actually IS this group – acting with impunity using NSLs on behalf of a FOREIGN AGENDA. They are acting on authority which is beyond the sovereignty of the United States.

They are not answerable to the President. They can and will act against him – politically. Maybe kinetically, although it looks like they’re trying to AVOID what would happen after that. They KNOW we would not believe them.

Well, thanks to their MURDER of innocent Americans for this putrid agenda, by this corrupted agency, I’m gonna make their day worse.

Let us be perfectly clear. What happened during Crossfire Hurricane and the Mueller Special Conspiracy has NOT STOPPED – indeed, it has actually SPILLED BLOOD to make sure President Trump is not re-elected.

Spilled blood? Do I mean like Vegas? YES, that is exactly what I mean. And THAT is why the reports of McCabe spending so much time back at FBI make SENSE now. They’re trying to create legally defensible ALIBIS for all their CRAP. Much of their legal justifications for KILLING US will be bullshit legalisms hidden in FOREIGN-SPACE.

Speech-Protecting the Red Flags

Let me put the KILL SHOT on these “red flag laws” right up front.

Hard to read that graphic. Let’s make things just a bit more clear.

Now you MAY be saying “BUT WOLF – THAT’S NOT THE SECOND AMENDMENT – THAT’S THE *FIRST* AMENDMENT!“

To which I say “EXACTLY.“

Here is the explanation. It is, for lack of a better metaphor, how the Second Amendment and the First Amendment PEACEFULLY protect each other – by saying WWG1WGA.

Any “red flag law” that doesn’t EXPLICITLY PROTECT – better still EXCLUDE – all Constitutionally protected speech, beliefs, associations, and assembly, is not worth the paper that it’s written on.

The reason is that, absent explicit protections and exclusions, such laws may be interpreted in practice to deny citizens of their First Amendment freedoms – particularly SPEECH – by construing protected activities to be in conflict with other rights – specifically our SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

(This stuff used to be common knowledge before American crypto-Sovietism, by the way.)

This has often been referred to as a “chilling effect” – a sneaky form of infringement which is typically brought forth under the guise of laws utterly unrelated to speech, religion, or other First Amendment-protected activities. Enemies of First Amendment exercise will “hold other rights hostage” in a way that “chills” our claim to those First Amendment rights, lest we see the OTHER rights denied or potentially infringed. In almost ALL these cases, the parties backing such laws desire to infringe on BOTH freedoms, but will take either one, by constructing a FAILED law which puts them into apparent conflict.

The Constitution says NO – there IS no valid conflict, and if you are attempting to create one, even accidentally, then you are creating UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

Republican lawmakers who think it necessary to have such “red flag” laws should TAKE NOTE before signing them. An ABSENCE of explicit Constitutional protections of SPEECH is, in my humble opinion, sufficient reason to veto ANY such legislation.

SO – let’s look at this more closely.

Is Jack Posobiec right? Are “red flag” laws unconstitutional?

In my opinion, red flag laws CAN be constitutional. But I am not even sure if ANY of the existing ones are. And THAT is scary.

Ohio is proposing a red flag law which is designed to avoid many of the pitfalls of existing red flag laws. But even the proposed Ohio law really “needs some work”, in my opinion.

First of all, red flag laws need to respect both the SECOND and FOURTH Amendments.

Here is Dick Heller, of the famous Heller case, talking to OAN about this:

The SECOND Amendment is rather obvious. The FOURTH Amendment is more concerned with warrants, seizure of property, and probable cause – all of which are made more sketchy in red flag laws, when a JUDGE has not actually reviewed the evidence with opposing counsel present. THINK FISA COURT. Gun SEIZURE without the ability to challenge it IMMEDIATELY or better still BEFOREHAND is an idea that does not sit well with this here critter.

Now WOLF MOON – who thinks SCOTUS got the “gay marriage” thing all wrong by not using the FIRST AMENDMENT to protect both gay marriage AND polygamy, is often in the habit of picking DIFFERENT Amendments to defend freedoms. This time is NO DIFFERENT.

Yes, I agree with the Second and the Fourth, but I believe that the SIXTH and the FIRST are also very important here. We’ve talked about the FIRST – what about the SIXTH?

Some people might be A-OK with the idea of just giving up their guns, not being arrested, and arguing about it all later, but NOT THIS HERE WOLF.

“I WANT AN ARRESS!”

In fact. to be completely clear, I want an arrest, and a hearing with MY LAWYER and a JUDGE, and I want it BEFORE my guns are taken. This gives me my MAXIMUM rights under BOTH the Fourth and the Sixth Amendments.

Trust me – THIS OPTION is the most Constitutional of all. I will have WAIVED NO RIGHTS in picking this option.

SO – let me summarize. In my opinion, a potentially Constitutional red flag law must:

  • not take away my stringently guaranteed 2nd Amendment rights without due cause
  • respect the due processes of the 4th Amendment in a HUGE and optimal way
  • explicitly guarantee my FULL 1st Amendment rights, NEVER using protected speech, beliefs, or activities in any fashion to take away my 2nd Amendment rights
  • better still, EXPLICITLY EXCLUDE all 1st Amendment protected things, including speech, writings, religion, beliefs, assembly, associations, and memberships
  • allow arrest without seizure and a prompt hearing with legal representation, for MAXIMUM 4th and 6th Amendment rights
  • include strong deterrents for abuse in BOTH criminal AND civil law

Are you starting to see how much difference current red flag laws have from this ideal, with the ideal probably passing review by SCOTUS, and current laws actually being somewhat doubtful?

I’m kinda thinking Jack Posobiec is right.

NOW – let’s look at an example. This will demonstrate both the Constitutional requirements AND how SAFE a properly constructed “red flag” law could actually be – if enforced HONESTLY by HONEST law enforcement, including an HONEST FBI (cough, cough, COUGH, COUGH).

I have a person who believes in a CRAZY RELIGION. The crazy religion says that in order to go to heaven, one has to defend the religion violently against all non-believers, cutting off their heads. This person goes online and AGREES WITH ALL THIS, repeats it, and argues vociferously and ANGRILY for it, because he is a MUSLIM.

But in real life, he’s a nice guy, and has never even struck anybody.

Sorry – according to WOLF’S version of a CONSTITUTIONAL red flag law, this guy cannot even be “red-flagged”, and if anybody tries it, Peaceful Angry Muslim has grounds to SUE.

Like it or not, what YOU consider “crazy beliefs” are PROTECTED by the First Amendment.

Even VIOLENT BELIEFS are protected by the First Amendment.

EVEN HATE SPEECH and ANGRY SPEECH are protected by the First Amendment.

Even HATE GROUP ASSOCIATIONS and MEMBERSHIPS are protected by the First Amendment.

EVEN CRAZY SPEECH AND BELIEFS ARE PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT.

Violent actions are NOT protected.

So Violent-Talking Angry Muslim who never hurts anybody gets his gun.

Are we done yet? Can we still SAFELY have “red flag” laws with all these Constitutional protections and restraints?

Sadly, the answer is NO.

I think there is excellent reason to believe that the HOLDER FBI has been pulling ALL of these sketchy gun-ban propaganda mass shootings. The only difference here is that they’re running low on “MK specials” who can be manipulated into pulling off their shit. By now, most of you all know Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested for sex trafficking of minors from 2002-2005. The arrest was conducted by FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force. The indictments will be unsealed in NYC, on Monday.

As the story went, Jeffrey Epstein received a sweetheart deal for his odd proclivities/illegal activity because he turned evidence on Bear Stearns and the Crash of 2008. That’s the story we were sold. Yet, within the Daily Beast article, we learn Epstein lost 57 million at Bear Stearns Link , BUT the article points back to FOX Business interviews which confirm Epstein never talked to the FBI about Bear Stearns – NEVER helped in the prosecution surrounding the crash of 2008.

Wait……. what? If Epstein didn’t help in the prosecution of Bear Stearns……….. then why did he get a sweetheart deal?

Note: Probably like many others here, I assumed Epstein gave states evidence to the FBI/DOJ on Bear Stearns to get the plea deal, but the Feds screwed up the prosecution… eventually. Yet, that’s NOT what happened.

First, to begin to unravel the real story, we need to source the fact that Epstein did not work with the FBI to prosecute Bear Stearns. Well, here ya’ go. From his own attorney, Jack Goldberger:

But in March 2019, FOX Business reported that Epstein “did not provide any meaningful cooperation to obtain his relatively light sentence in the hedge fund case or likely any case tied to the financial crisis.” Jack Goldberger, one of Epstein’s attorneys in the Palm Beach sex crimes case, told FOX of the Bear Stearns’ prosecution, “Mr. Epstein was never spoken to by any of the authorities on this subject. He was a very large investor. No more, no less.”

But wait, we have TWO sources which confirm Epstein never helped the FBI/DOJ on the prosecution of Bear Stearns:

One former federal prosecutor on the Bear Stearns case agreed. “Bottom line, I have no knowledge of Epstein cooperating in any way in the Bear Stearns case. There was no reason to use him,” the ex-prosecutor told FOX.

So, why in the heck did Jeffrey Epstein get a sweetheart deal or no federal charges when Acosta had his indictment ready to go?

Hat tip to Ms Gil for finding this gem. According to the FBI, Epstein DID cooperate. We now have a direct conflict and someone is lying. The PLEA went to the state of Florida, not the Feds. Yet Epstein DID provide info to the Feds, which is not what the Feds said, or what Epstein’s lawyer said. Lookie here: 

Second, along the way to unwinding this story, the next stop on our path would be to Alex Acosta, who was the US Atty in South Florida, the guy who signed off on the deal with Epstein…… and the current Sec of Labor in the Trump Administration. A number of conservatives, and mainstream media, went after Acosta for the Epstein deal, calling for his resignation. The Powerline Blog was visceral in their attack against Epstein.  Link  Link  Link   Mainstream Media jumped in and thought they might get another scalp in the Trump Administration.

Note: When Alex Acosta was appointed as Labor Sec, husband had a fit. Husband was opposed to the idea. I smiled like the cat who ate a canary. It made perfect sense to me. I followed the Epstein case closely because I used to live in South Florida = natural interest. President Trump loves information. Acosta, as we suspected, had ALL THE INFO on what happened in the Epstein case, AND who was involved, including the government officials who authorized the plea deal for Epstein. The information would have been priceless to President Trump who was fighting powerful opposition in DC. Make sense now?

Well, in March of 2019, the Epstein plea deal from the US Attorney was ruled illegal by a federal judge in Florida………. Do we find it strange this case is coming back around again under a Trump Administration? Maybe not so strange considering this exchange between Bill Barr and Ben Sasse.

Back in 2007, it makes NO SENSE for US Atty Alex Acosta to throw out the 53 page indictment linked above, where Epstein would have received 10yrs conviction, if Epstein was not cooperating. Right? Why would Acosta do it? 

All of a sudden, the media went silent on attacking Alex Acosta. President Trump began highlighted Acosta as one of the most favored Sec.’s in his administration. President Trump wouldn’t do that if Acosta was on the proverbial ropes, would he? What happened? Could it be because Alex Acosta, when questioned about the Epstein case, claimed the deal was approved at the highest levels of the FBI ………at the time………. which would have been……………..ROBERT MUELLER and the BUSH DOJ in 2007 – followed by the Holder DOJ for decision prosecuting those responsible for the Crash of 2008. Recall, out of over 200 complaints, no one was prosecuted for the Crash of 2008, beyond a few banks who were fined.

Sure……..Acosta was told what to do. Acosta knows exactly what happened in the Epstein case. Acosta knows ALL the details.

With help from Big T, I learned, as part of the legal process, Epstein SHOULD not have been formally sentenced until his information was proven valuable in the Bear Stearns case. It’s the way prosecutors work…. cuz the person looking for the plea deal could have lied. According to Big T, at Federal level, when looking for a plea deal, a lie detector test would have been mandatory. See what I mean? Yet, no one in the FBI talked to Jeffrey Epstein about Bear Stearns according to Epstein’s lawyer. So, why the deal at all? Was the story of a “deal” used as cover to protect other powerful people who traveled to Epstein’s island? Obfuscation? Speculation?

What’s going on here?

How do these young women get justice? Answer = David Boies. Big T, my husband, was a trial lawyer involved in whistleblower lawsuits out of Boston. The MENTION OF THE NAME David Boies made husband perk up and take notice. Boies is one of the best trial lawyers in the world (lead attorney on Bush v. Gore). He works out of Manhattan  Link to Boies Wikipedia page  . As husband says, when Boies takes on a lawsuit, it means he has done the research for “asset settlement”, which means the person he is suing is rich enough to ensure Boies firm will be paid well. It also means Boies will probably seek to immediately enjoin Epstein’s assets to preserve value —- for his clients. Boies firm is defending the alleged young female victims of Jeffrey Epstein…. and maybe the victims of OTHERS who were in the company of Epstein.

Hmmm…. the case against Epstein, the unraveling, could become very interesting. Big T insists the only reason the charge against the gov’t for the plea deal was brought was to “unseal the documents” in the case…. to bring to light the names involved, and the potential for a large payout. Make no mistake, Boies may wrap himself in “justice for the minor children, the victims”, but this case is about the money. Cold and cruel, but true.

Okay, so who COULD be involved in this case? We’ve heard speculation about Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew, whose names have appeared on flight logs to Epstein’s island. Yet, there are hundreds of others. Take a look at this old NYPost article about Epstein’s background and history of HIS firm…….. after he left Bear Stearns in 1981. Link

Epstein was brilliant, skipping two grades and graduating Lafayette High School in 1969. He attended Cooper Union but dropped out in 1971 and by 1973 was teaching calculus and physics at Dalton, where he tutored the son of a Bear Stearns exec. Soon, Epstein applied his facility with numbers on Wall Street but left Bear Stearns under a cloud in 1981. He formed his own business, J. Epstein & Co.

The bar for entry at the new firm was high. According to a 2002 profile in New York magazine, Epstein only took on clients who turned over $1 billion, at minimum, for him to manage. Clients also had to pay a flat fee and sign power of attorney over to Epstein, allowing him to do whatever he saw fit with their money.

Hey, I was a partner in a brokerage firm in Miami. I’ll admit, I didn’t really pay attention until a client had at least $250K to move around………. but a BILLION DOLLARS? We’re talking about a very small Venn Diagram of potential clients, worldwide. And yes, clients like to be entertained. Heck, I would invite clients to my home for dinner, with their wives, and cook, so we could break bread together and learn about each other. I’m getting the idea Jeffrey Epstein’s clients had other interests.

Ahhhh, yes, the Virgin Islands are gorgeous, and a playground to the wealthy, and scantily clad natives and youngsters from all over the world.

Interesting Personal Tidbit: Back in 2006, which would have been the same era of Epstein’s forays, I took Big T to Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Isles for his 50th birthday. We rented an enormous private villa for an ungodly sum of money. It was supposed to be the “trip of a lifetime”. While there, I approached several importers about dimensional stone work for our new company. They needed material, importing to islands was tremendously difficult, and I had a great system set up. You know me, the frugal Presbyterian, always looking for business. We also took a boat into the US side of VI to purchase the diamond for my wedding ring…. we became engaged. Okay fine, good for us.

While there, for Big T’s actual birthdate, I wanted to do something special. I rented a helo to take us to a far off island called Anegada, The Settlement (you can see it on the map, top left photo). It’s nothing but a strip of sand, but I heard the snorkeling and food were terrific. The $800 rental was out of my budget, but hey, the love of your life only turns 50 one day.

We arrived at the little airport first thing in the morning but had a problem with the helo pilot. No one available, and they wanted to reschedule for another day. I cried to the airport manager….. TODAY was Big T’s birthday, not tomorrow. The airport manager called Richard Branson’s private helo pilot. Cool. He flew us to Anegada, and picked us up later in the day. The airport manager came along WITH us, because he was from Anegada and he was “worried about us”. Okay, great. I had to buy the guy lunch and lobsters to take home. It was hot. Later on in the day, on a private beach, the airport manager stripped down, naked as the day he was born, and went swimming with us. Big T and I were back on the beach, when this incredibly tall black man/airport manager came out of the water right in front of me. I kept my eyes transfixed on his eyes and did not look down. I just couldn’t do it. Not even after an overabundance of rum, no way.

The next day, sober, Big T and I talked about the trip to Anegada like it was a trip to the Twilight Zone. We were spooked and rarely left the villa after that point. On the way to Anegada and back….. we passed MANY billionaires islands. Branson’s pilot gave us the LONG tour of the islands and offered to set down to “visit”. He knew almost everyone. I said, “No”, thinking, it’s not southern protocol to drop in on a billionaire without an invite. It was a NEST of billionaires. And on many islands, many acres are devoted and set aside as “Queen’s Land”, which means “The Crown” still owns the territory.

Looking back on that helo ride, it occurs to me, while Little St. James, Epstein’s island, is located in the US Virgin Islands, via a boat or helo, one could be in British waters in less than 30 minutes. Escape from authorities or evasion of law enforcement would be easy, given the geography of the region. OR guests could fly in on the British side and take a boat or private helo to the American side, Little St. James. There would be no way to track boats and private helos flying from island to island, and people could disappear easily. Why did the airport manager insist on coming with us????? And then I thought, a good place to look for billionaires arriving from overseas……. might be found at the airport in Virgin Gorda…. and our favorite airport manager…. who was most willing to “handle” wealthy clients.

NOTE: Our Very Stable Genius knew all about Epstein. Donald Trump threw Epstein out of Mar-A-Lago and was forthcoming to the police about the incident.

This happened this morning here in socal. The suspect javier caldera, 25 apparently had a felony evading arrest in november in washington state. Whats he doing in CA? Cartel/illegal? Let me say this….it easily couldve been me and my son.

A pickup driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after violently plowing into a car, killing the driver, and causing a multi-vehicle chain reaction traffic collision on the southbound 15 Freeway in Temecula Tuesday, authorities said.

Javier Caldera, 25, of Auburn, Washington, was speeding when his Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck collided into the back of a small Nissan on the freeway, just as traffic was slowing down south of Rancho California Road at around 7:25 a.m., California Highway Patrol said.

Dashcam video posted to YouTube shows the moment the pickup truck quickly came crashing into the back of the Nissan, sending a big cloud of debris into the air.

The car was completely destroyed on impact, with its roof and trunk broken off and the back seats smashed in, video showed.

The Nissan’s driver, a 44-year-old Murrieta woman, died at the scene, authorities said.

The impact from the crash was so powerful, it created a chain reaction effect that involved four other vehicles, including a Chevrolet S-10 Pickup truck that was forced off the roadway onto the Temecula City Hall parking lot where it collided with a structure. The driver, Mike Rivera-Aguilar, 38, sustained major injuries and was transported to a hospital, according to CHP.

Two other people, an Irvine man and a Mississippi man, sustained minor injuries and were transported to a hospital, CHP said.

Caldera was not injured in the crash, authorities said.

From November 2018:

An Auburn man was arrested in Centralia on a felony eluding charge after allegedly leading authorities on a vehicle chase starting somewhere in Thurston County and ending on foot in Centralia.

A Washington State Patrol spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment regarding what prompted the chase.

In Centralia, police were notified at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday of a pursuit heading southbound on Interstate 5. Officers deployed spike strips on the southbound Exit 82 ramp, in case the vehicle’s driver, later identified as Javier Caldera, 25, tried to head into Centralia — which is allegedly what happened, said Centralia Police Department Sgt. Dave Clary.

The vehicle drove over the strips, and blew at least one tire, said Clary, and ended up crashing into a nearby fence on Harrison Avenue. Caldera allegedly left the vehicle and ran away. Officers looked around the area for a couple hours without finding Caldera.

Clary said officers went to businesses in the area and described the suspect to staff members. One eventually spotted Caldera on foot in the area and contacted police. Officers responded and arrested him without further incident.

He was turned over to WSP.

There may be some question about what speech is allowed here.

My goal is to be as expansive as possible, as far as RULES. My preference is to be no more restrictive than the First Amendment.

So far, the only LEGAL speech I’ve acted against is metaphorical “targeted violence” against famous individuals that is probably NOT a real threat, but is easily misinterpreted as one by our enemies, and thereby used to shut us down, or to paint me as a legitimate target in an abused law enforcement set-up.

I don’t actually LIKE that stance. I would prefer to fight it out on those cases, should the speech ever be questioned, when I know the person is NOT actually a threat. However, I’ve been CONNED before, and SETTING PEOPLE UP to come to the aid of BAIT VICTIMS is a specialty of the left. Just look at SPYGATE to see how this works.

When you see the wounded hostage girl in the middle of the road, you don’t help her. You dump 50,000 rounds of ammo into every conceivable ambush point. Then you inspect the bodies, remove the booby-traps from the girl, and interrogate her to see if she’s a true hostage. Probably not.

Now you understand why I dealt severely with these cases. Do it that way once, and they don’t happen again.

So what about child pornography?

NOW, that said, NOT all illegal speech will actually be removed from this site. Child pornography would be removed, obviously, because just looking at it intentionally is a crime. However, an ILLEGAL THREAT will remain posted PUBLICLY as EVIDENCE which the PUBLIC has a right to see. I would likely preserve the EVIDENCE and BAN THE ACCOUNT so that the evidence could not be deleted.

Unlike all these places that seem to think it’s OK to hide social media accounts once they become important, I will not hide evidence that the PUBLIC has a right to see. All arguments AGAINST this involve forms of PRIOR RESTRAINT, and I simply don’t buy that shit. Journalists have a RIGHT to see it. That includes citizen journalists.

Now – in the interest of investigations – into scandals like NXIVM, “pizzagate”, and the Podesta brothers, we may actually end up DISCUSSING child pornography. I don’t have a problem with that. AT ALL. If we have to label the threads NSFW, not a problem.

What about “plain old pornography”? Well, if it’s relevant to MAGA or citizen journalism in some way, like in the news, then not a problem. We may have to label a thread NSFW. That’s reasonable, IMO. We can work that out.

Personally, I think that LINKS will get us by for such cases, and I will definitely NOT censor such links. Authors, however, are free to enforce stricter or looser LEGAL standards on their own threads. We’ve already had NXIVM tattoos and barely-covered Stormy breasts on here, and there WAS that HC porn tweet on the Ted Cruz account that made big news, and I would have allowed that tweet to be posted in a comment. People had to CLICK IT to SEE IT. That’s pretty much the same as a link, IMO.

What about plain old “people want to look at porn”? I’m not sure if that violates the terms of service for WordPress, but there is that to consider. As it is, I don’t think any of our authors are likely to start a porn thread, but if it happened, I would insist that it be clearly marked and NOT have a graphic featured image. I would actually prefer it be passworded, but not sure if I have that capability on this site. I’ve never really looked into that.

We will cross that HIGHLY UNLIKELY bridge if and when we come to it. Personally, I think porn threads would be highly unpopular here, if only because most of us know it’s a form of cultural Marxism.

What about graphic violence?

Honestly, this stuff is going to appear routinely in any Daily Thread in a world with Communists and Muslims, and there is little point in labeling these threads all NSFW, but I think that people CAN consider using links instead of images.

HOWEVER, I am NOT going to restrict such speech. In some cases, I may even encourage it, as TRAINING. I would prefer to simply let people FIGHT IT OUT over content, rather than impose rules. Indeed, I have not seen you good people fight enough with each other over content. I feel like a free speech drill sergeant with a bunch of raw recruits who refuse to ENGAGE in fighting drills. Y’all are gonna need some toughening up.

To me, beheading pictures and “little-girl-run-over-by-a-jihadist” pictures are exactly what is needed to make people WAKE THE FUCK UP about the reality of the Red-Green axis and why it needs to be shut down HARD, with various Clintons and Podestas in PRISON, and suffering as many riots, rockets, and false flags as it takes. I mean, seriously. Are you folks ready for a NUKE OR TWO to shut down the cabal? I’m not seeing it. If you aren’t willing to see NUKES GO OFF – probably false flags or psychological terrorist actions by THEM – nuclear 9/11 – in our fight to protect free speech, you’re not ready for this fight. You will WIMP OUT on 1A.

The WOLF will not wimp out on 1A, 2A, or any of the rest. If we push THEM into some kind of “sum of all fears” action, TOUGH. THEY pay for THEIR crimes.

In addition, analysis of FAKE graphic violence is KEY to stopping the censorship movement, as PALLYWOOD and KIWIWOOD have both demonstrated.
